It's very interesting the things that I've learned in the last 26 years since I went down this rabbit h hole and I've come to the point now where I trust no man.
I don't believe anything for the most part until I test and prove all things.

led me to be in jail for seven days.
Christopher Key went to jail for seven days.
And how I ended up there was watching, I think it was 60 Minutes or one of Dateline, one of the programs, and I saw this interesting story about these people that were what the media called a sovereign citizen, a sovereign citizen.
And it was very intriguing to me.
It was very interesting to me.
And the show was in the process of finishing up, and they were showing this church.
and it was in Pinson, Alabama.
Okay, a lot of you don't know this, but I lived in Fultondale, Alabama, and this was literally about ten minutes from me.
So I went over to this church and met this man named Don Joe, and I listened to him give a sermon, and he was telling me and all the people there about God and about God's law.
And it was very intriguing, and me and this man, Don Joe and a great man named Snuffy became very good friends.
they came to my office many days and I would just sit there and listen to Donjo and Snuffy tell these unbelievable stories.
I mean, stories that just they blew my mind of what these two men had experienced.
and had been through.
And I began to do research because that's what I do.
And I began to do all this research and I come to find out that there was something to this.
I didn't know what it was, but there was something to this.
And my lawyer at the time, who was a very good friend, who was also a judge, I went to him and I said, is this real?
And he's like, Christopher, what do you mean?
I said, I've been studying this brother about being sovereign to God and this and that.
And he's like, Christopher, don't go down that rabbit hole.
I said, look, why are you saying he said just don't go down i said brother you know me i'm gonna go right down into it he said that's why i'm telling you don't go down it and i said to him i said are you a mason he said of course and again guys all masons aren't bad just like all catholics all jews you know again there's good and there's bad and um i had gotten a a traffic ticket for
an expired tag.
So I decided to go try these legalese that I began to learn from Don Joe and from my own education.
And I went into court and the judge asked for Christopher Key.
And I said, I'm here about that matter.
And he said, are you Christopher Key?
And I I said I'm the administrator for that matter and he said pose commentatus Bailiff, sheriff, clear the courtroom.
And I'm like, what?
Clear the courtroom.
Everybody began to get up and they began to clear the courtroom.
And it hit me that what I'd been studying was real.
And I'm like, holy cow, there's something to this.
So I said, no.
I challenged subject matter jurisdiction and this case is dismissed.
And that judge went cray cray.
He started screaming and hollering.
You can't do that.
You can't do that.
Bailiff, arrest him.
Sheriff, arrest him.
And I'm like, what's going on?
I said, guys, I've challenged jurisdiction.
This case is dismissed.
He said, arrest him, arrest him.
And I said, guys, if you all touch me, I'm going to file kidnapping charges.
I forgot what all else I said at the time.
Kidnapping charges, assault, battery.
You know, I said all these things.
And he said, I don't care, arrest him.
So the sheriff got me, took me all the way through the courtroom, banged my head up against the door, put me in the police car, banged my head up against the police car, put me in there and leaves me.
And I'm out there,ys for about an hour and an hour later this attorney comes out and this attorney says, mister Key, the judge has appointed me your attorney.
We need to go back in and settle this.
And I said, Sir, I've already settled this.
I've challenged jurisdiction.
This case is dismissed.
And he said, You can't do that.
I said, Look, I've already done it.
So he leaves and the judge and him come back about an hour later.
And the judge said in plain clothes, This is such and such.
I've appointed him your attorney and we need to go back in and settle this.
And I said, Sir, I've already settled this.
I challenged jurisdiction.
This case is dismissed.
And he said, Son, you can't do that.
I said, I've already done it.
He said, Son, if you don't go back in, let's settle this I'm going to find you contempt of court I'm going to put you in jail for seven days I said sir I've already settled this you need to let me go home and he said son one last chance and I said I'm not settling nothing this is dismissed so he took me put me in jail for seven days and I'm not going to say anything more about that but
I was released and my case was settled And it was very interesting to me.
So I'm going to bring that guy, Don Joe, on to help you guys understand.
Well, no, I don't want to say that because as Don Joe knows, when you understand, that means you stand under, okay?
And you never want to stand under anybody except your Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
So I want to help you guys comprehend what is actually going on.
So Don Joe, can you introduce yourself, brother, and kind of tell people how this country has been hijacked and what it means to be sovereign but not a sovereign citizen?
Well, there's no such thing as a sovereign citizen because the two words are diametrically opposed.
So you can't be a sovereign citizen.
You can be sovereign or you can be a citizen, but you can't be a sovereign citizen.
That's a term that the government has created to discredit people like me and you from challenging the norm of how the country works now.
We're sovereign in the fact that we were all born not on federal terederal territory, that creates a different little situation for you.
But if you were born in the Republic State instead of the fictitious federal state, then you're a sovereign man.
The Constitution or the Supreme Court has ruled in Yetwell v.
Hopkins and many other cases that we, the people, are the sovereigns of this country.
It's not the state.
It's not the United States.
It's we, the people.
So I really don't know what else you'd want me to say right there.
Well, again, I just wanted people to understand that you're sovereign and you're sovereign to God.
Is that correct?
Well, no, God is sovereign to us.
Okay.
Okay, and then he made us sovereign.
He gave us dominion over all the earth.
So when he gave us dominion over all the earth, and that made us sovereign over other things in this earth.
And when I say we're sovereign, that doesn't mean that we have rule over other people.
We only rule over ourselves.
Okay, we're sovereign without subjects.
Okay, unless, you know, if you're married, you're sovereign over your children, of course.
You're not sovereign over your wife.
She is co sovereign with you, over your family.
So we don't have the authority to go around beating our wives or demanding they do this or that or the other, but we do have the duty to rule over the family, but we also have the duty to listen to our wives and understand what their positions and listen to them, because many times they'll straighten you out when you need straightening out.
Okay?
So, but being sovereign is a good thing, but it's, like I said, you're not sovereign over everyone else.
You just take care of your own business and that's it.
Don, can you explain when you go into court as a true sovereign how you are the highest man because that judge has a title and we gave those judges titles so they're underneath us.
Can you help people understand that?
Sure, under the Declaration of Independence it says that we're governed through our consent, okay?
They don't teach us that in school and you have to really study hard to learn it, but that case you were talking about, I got the thing about a case I had in the city of Birmingham.
I went to the court and I had two traffic tickets, one from about two weeks' difference.
When I went in, the judge was going to hear the second one, not the first one.
I said, No, I'm not going to hear that one.
I said, I didn't come prepared to fight that one, and I'm going to hear it.
Yes, we are.
We're going to hear this case today.
I said, No, no, ma'am.
I said, You can do what you want.
I'll stand over here and watch you.
You can do whatever you want to do, but I'm not going to have any part in it.
Yes, we are.
We're going to hear this case.
And she got really belligerent and all, you know.
And I said, No, ma'am.
I said, like I said, you all do what you want to do.
I'll stand over here and watch, but I won't take part in this.
And after about two or three rounds of that, she finally looked at the prosecutor and said, He won't let me.
And I walked out of there and I never heard any more about either ticket.
So it's a matter of consenting, you know.
And that's the first thing they have to get you to do when you go to court is you have to consent.
And they do it very slightly and you don't really understand what you've done, but you've done it.
When you get to talking to him and talking about the case, then you've consented, other than saying I do not consent to these proceedings.
There's a very good judge, I've never met him, but his name was Judge Dell.
He wrote several papers and that's where I learned that that and it works very well.
But you have to, you know, the only thing you say is I do not consent.
I will not take part in this and that's it.
What else did you ask?
Can you go a little bit into what it means to be born in the state of Alabama versus Alabama?
Okay.
The state of Alabama is a fictitious federal private corporate territorial state.
And Howard versus Sinking Fund to Louisville, the Supreme Court ruled there has been created a fictitious federal state in every state.
I read that and I got to thinking, well, where in the world, what in the world are they talking about?
And I got to pray and ask God and finally it came to me that, you know, the Constitution, Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 says each state shall cede certain portions of land to the government for forts, arsenals, dockyards, shipyards, and other needful buildings.
Well, when they did that, then that property no longer belonged to the state, right?
So the United States could do anything they wanted to with it.
Now the United States is not located in the District of Columbia, and you'll find that under Uniform Commercial Code one dash nine dash three hundred seven.
And so when I got to think about that, I said, Dang, that's got to be the fictitious federal state, because they call it the state of, and they've got to call it that, because if you talk about Alabama, or you talk about the state, the fictitious federal state, which one is it?
Well, it's got the state of Alabama, or the state of Georgia, or the state of Washington, or the state of so and so.
So it's the state of state, you know.
So when you're born outside of the federal government, if you're born on a Fort Arsenal Duff Gardens shipyard or one of those needful places that have been ceded to the federal government, then you were born within the federal territory.
Otherwise, you're not.
You're born in the Republic State.
And that's very important because that determines your sovereignty, whether you're sovereign or whether you're part of the federal government or not.
Now, can you talk about you practiced this and they put you in jail, correct?
Yes.
If I had the same thing to do every day with what I know today, that would never have got me in jail.
I prayed about that.
While I was in prison, I was only there for two years and my oldest son died away.
I realized that the reason God had me there is because he knew I couldn't handle going to that funeral.
He got me out of the way where I couldn't go.
Very trying time.
I'm grateful that you might say, Well, that's awful.
You want to go to your son's funeral.
Well, yes, I wanted to go, but I didn't want to go either.
Because you never want to go to your children's funeral, you know.
But I couldn't handle it.
And so I know that's why he lied and put me in prison.
But today I know enough that they would never have gotten away with that.
So what can someone do or how does someone learn more on being truly sovereign?
I know you're an American national.
can you talk about what it means to be an American national?
Well, we're all if we're born and within the Republic States, then we're an American national.
Okay.
When you're born, they give you a birth certificate and all try to drag you into the to the other government.
And Downs v.
Bidwell, the Supreme Courtt ruled that we have two national governments in this country.
One's maintained by the Constitution with all of its restrictions, and the other's maintained by Congress independent of that document.
So they want to get you into that one maintained by Congress so they can have more control over you.
But if you stand on the ground that you're under the one maintained by the Constitution with all its restrictions, then that binds them a whole lot more than it does if you claim to be under the other one.
Because if you're under the other one, that's why you go in there and you say, well, you know, they violated my constitutional rights.
Well, you don't have any constitutional rights if you and they're and you let them're letting them spell your name in all capital letters and everything.
Under the US Government Print Style Manual, it says under Capitalist Diminitio Maxima, it says that your name spelled in all capital letters, it says you lose all your constitutional rights.
If they spell your name in upper and lower letters, that's Capitalist Diminitio Media, that means that you lose some of your constitutional rights, but you retain others.
And if they write your name in all lower letters, then that means that you retain all your constitutional rights.
So that's why I don't like my name being spelled in all capital letters.
If you look at your driving license, your social security card, anything to cover.
anything that the government prints, they always write it in all uppercase letters.
If you go in there and try to get them to change it, they say, well, we can't do that.
Our computers won't let us.
It's by design.
It's not by, you know, some fluke.
It's all by design.
Can you talk about traveling versus driving?
Sure.
Driving is a commercial term, like a pizza delivery boy or a truck driver or something like that.
They're making money on the road.
They're using the highways for higher.
Okay.
If you're doing that, then you're driving and driving is a privilege.
And I thought that for a long time in my mind, a lot of people say, well, driving is a privilege.
And I turn to them and say, no, it ain't.
It is.
But it is.
Driving is a privilege.
Travelling is a right.
And Shapiro v.
Thompson, the Supreme Court ruled that we have the right to travel without any kind of restrictions.
If you're driving, then that is a privilege that the state can grant.
And you have to have a driver's license and your insurance, and you have to have all these regulations that they have in order to do it to protect the other people.
But if you're just traveling from point A to point B at pleasure or whatever you want to do, then it's a privilege.
And with the exception of making money on the roads, then you don't need all those instruments.
Donjo, do you have a driver's license?
I have what they call an international driver's license.
I got it from it's a passport I got from worldservice dot org, and you can go in there and get your passport.
And it's written in seven different languages.
And if I go get a plate for my car, and the only reason I get a plate for my car is to keep from being harassed by the government.
But when I went and got it, they gave me my plates through that international.

You know Tim Turner and Tim Turner used to be the president of the Republic for USA dot org.
He went to jail.
He just got released and I went to one of their meetings.
Gosh, maybe nine months ago now, I think.
And They're doing some very interesting things.
In the last two minutes, can you talk about Tim a little bit on what they were doing?
And do you know anything about how they were able to put him in jail, brother?
No, I don't.
I don't know anything about his case.
I haven't talked to him in probably twelve, thirteen years, so I've kind of lost touch with him, so I really can't tell you much about what's going on with him.
Okay.
I just got him on the phone before I was talking to you because I was trying to get their website and he told you to call him and I've given you his number, so if you would please call Tim.
Tim.
Tim can't talk about this or it will be a violation of his parole and our wonderful government will put him back in jail.
He was able to graciously get out of jail early because of his health and there was some kind of something in there that because I think he has cancer, I'm almost positive it's cancer and they were able to let him out early.
I had one of his representatives, Dr. Sandy from the Republic.
I interviewed her and we're going to get her back on next week to kind of go over this more and whatnot.
So we're going to go into more about.
More about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, because again, you don't know what you don't know, and it's so important, I believe, for you guys to comprehend this so you can better protect yourself.
I believe this is such an important key for you to maintain your freedom, because this government is satanic.
This government is Luciferian.
This government is pure evil.
Okay, and when you finally comprehend, they don't like you.

my partner in SWATS because they said that we had violated I think it was I think it was 200 or 500 what they considered to be false and misleading marketing and advertising and We were helping people without drugs without chemicals without surgery We did it very well.

He said, Never in the history of the United States of America had this ever happened.
Anytime you do what's considered false, misleading marketing advertising, they send you a letter, they give you 30 days to rectify it, and then if you don't, they bring in a Dyke Smith's and then you go to court and you do all that.
And he says, Christopher, this has never happened in the history of the United States of America.
For them to go in and immediately get an injunction, do a quick hearing and shut you down.
And then we had no monies, so I had to get my friend, who was a lawyer, to represent us.
who did not cross-examine, I think they brought in seven expert witnesses, did not cross-examine one single witness whatsoever.
They brought in a, they tested this product right here, the IGF-1.
They tested this product, and they said that this product had IGF-1 in it, but it was not from a deer.
That it was either from a human and or a cow.
This is in the court documents.
Do you understand that if we were selling a product that had pure IGF one in it, it would be costing you $4,000 and they would put me in jail because that is a pharmaceutical drug?
But they didn't do that because they couldn't.
And the whole thing is my stupid attorney didn't cross-examine to show them that we had the test that proved this was derived from deer.
100%.
But my lawyer didn't even enter, he didn't cross-examine anybody, not one of their witnesses that did nothing but lie, lie, and more lie.
And I told him, why are you not cross-examining them?
This was the first day.
He didn't cross-examine one of them, so I got on the phone that night, and I pulled up this attorney who was very well respected that had won a lot of different pharmaceutical company cases.
And I had him come in to look at it because everybody was intrigued with this case.
And when he came in, my attorney said, you're fired.
I'm not representing you.
And I'm like, what you're firing me I mean I hired you and and I was like look I just brought this guy in because I wanted him to see what was going on you know because I don't understand why you're not cross he says Christopher we'll take care of this at the end I got this taken care of I got this taken care of the judge at the end of the day recognized the guy the attorney and said,
everybody guys, I want y'all to recognize and called out this guy's name and says, I'm so honored for you to be here in my courtroom.
I bring all that up for you guys to comprehend that what we were doing with these paint chips and this antler velvet was a thorn in the big pharma's side because it works.
These little paint chips, they work.
They work very well.
My professors, Dr. Joe Smith, Dr. Bishop, when we took it to them and they did the first ever clinical study and it came back, they're like, Christopher, how in the world does this do this?
It's a freaking sticker, Christopher.
How is it we're doing thermoimaging photography and somebody's got a red heat spot because they got shoulder pain that they put the chip there, wait 60 seconds and then it's gone?
How is it that somebody can get on a biodex machine and they don't know whether it's charged or not and they knock out 20 pounds and then we put the chips on there and they knock out 40?
Because God spoke we were.
Everything is frequency.
And then when you give the body the nutrients it needs, like the IGF1, it heals itself from any and all things.
And they don't want you to be healed from anything.
They want you to be in the system of the system and stay there so they can control you because the best slaves, there are those that don't know they're enslaved.
And when your mom signed that birth certifictificate, she put you into debt slavery.
And you didn't even know it.
I didn't know it.
Donjo, can you talk about can you talk about the corporation?
Can you talk about how I became a corporation?
You became a corporation.
Well, when the state started writing your name in all capital letters, that made you a corporation.
Remember that I told you about Capitus Domenicius Maxima, name spelt in all capital letters, it says you lose all your constitutional rights.
A corporation doesn't really have constitutional rights.
They'll tell you that you do, but you get in there and start trying to claim them.
They don't give them to you.
But do you ever notice when they brought you in the court how they brought, how they styled the case, how it was state of Alabama versus Christopher Key all capital letters?
Now, if that was a republic state court, it wouldn't have been the state of Alabama versus Christopher Key and SWAT and whoever else.
It would have been the people of Alabama versus Christopher Key and SWAT and whatever.
And it wouldn't be all capital letters in your name.
The reason they use your name in all capital letters is because they don't want you to have any constitutional rights.
Also, when they spell your name in all capital letters, that makes you a corporation.
This is going to blow your mind, but if you go to court as a corporation, then you have to pay filing fees.
If you go to sue someone, you have to pay filing fees, right?
If you go in and spell your name in all lowercase letters, you don't have to pay filing fees.
Now they're going to argue with you about it because when you're a sovereign man and you're an American national, then they don't have the right to charge you court costs and all that because you've already paid for that in your taxes that you paid.
Okay, a corporation now is different.
They have to pay for filing fees and all because they don't have that right.
Okay, so and that I've just learned that recently and we've got some actions in court now about that.
I've got a lawsuit against a judge right now about that very thing.
But they spell your name in all capital letters and, like I said a while ago, it's all by design so that they can charge you these fees and do all these other things to you and take away all your constitutional rights.
Now, if you look at the Alabama Constitution, Article 1, Section 35, it says the sole and only legitimate purpose of government is to protect the people and their rights to life, liberty and property.
And any other function is usurpation and oppression.
Repeat it again?
It's usurpation and oppression.
Do you want me to say the whole thing again?
No, okay, go ahead, keep going.
Okay, so if they start doing anything other than protecting you and your rights to life, liberty and property, then it's usurpation and they're oppressing you.
And that's what they're doing to you right now, is they're oppressing you because you haven't done anything wrong.
I mean, you have your property.
They took your property instead of protecting your property.
They took your life because they took your means of living.
And they took your freedom because, uh, your liberty because, uh, you know, you can't, you can't live the life that you normally live without it.
Without the other things, okay?
So they have violated Article 1, Section 35 of the Alabama Constitution.
Now you can find similar things in the US Constitution, like the Fifth Amendment says you have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness or life, liberty and property, which is the same thing, you know, and so when they're taking all this from you, they're doing it because they've got you in the form of government maintained by Congress and not the one maintained by the Constitution with all its restrictions.
Does that make any sense to you?
It makes a hundred percent sense.
And that's why, Don Joe, you know, my whole thing.
with the state of Alabama, when when when all this came to be, you know, the judges went and my attorney went back into a backroom and then they came back and they said that, you know, Christopher, we've settled this.
You know, Christopher, we've reduced it from hundreds of millions of dollars to I think it was like fifty thousand, but they got to keep two hundred fifty thousand dollars cash from our checking account.
They got to keep all the assets.
They got to keep everything we owned.
They had over a million dollars worth of the deer antler velvet that they took to Children's Hospital, I think it was, and incinerated it.
and burn it and then they auctioned off everything and we had to agree what I thought was that we couldn't do anything in my great state of Alabama for ten years.
That's what my attorney told me.
And then now I'm learning that it was for life.
I have a court order in the state of Alabama that Christopher Key for life, for life can't have anything to do with health, wellness, and pain management.
How is that even possible, Don Joe?
How can they even begin?
How can a judge put that on paper?
Can you help me understand that?
Is that not a violation of the R Article 1 Section 35 that I just talked about?
I mean, is it not?
I mean, and if you've let them do it because they brought you under the formal government maintained by Congress, then they can do that because you, you're at their mercy.
But if you go back and tell them that you're not under that formal government, you know, Downs v.
Bidwell says you have two forms of government, one maintained by Congress and one maintained by the Constitution and all its restrictions.
And you've got to stand on the one maintained by the Constitution and all its restrictions, then they can't do all this to you.
Well, we've entered those papers and it's going to be interesting to see what happens.
And I pray to God that when Trump gets on the twentieth, that he will honor, you know, the true constitution.
But can you talk about the constitution versus the Alabama Constitution and is there another constitution or what?
Well, you got a federal constitution and you got the republic constitution, which are very, very similar.
There's very few differences in it.
But I would have to go back and study it all a little bit more to find the differences in it.
But the main thing is, you have your constitutional rights.
given to you by the government, these are rights given to you by God.
When it says unalienable rights, that means that they come from God himself, not from the government or not from the people, it's from God.
And he gives you the right to life, liberty, and property, and it's not the state's prerogative to take it away from you.
So when you when you start letting them do it, you're main, you're going back to being under the government maintained by Congress, which allows them to do whatever they want to do because then they're the sovereign people there because they they can do anything they want to.
But then they can only do what they want.
And they can only do this within the federal territory.
You're not living in the federal territory, you're living in the Republic States.
So where do they get the right to come at you and do all this?
Because they drag you into their court.
So brother, how do we stay out of their court?
We do not consent.

Well, under the constitution, the federal constitution says, and the Fifth Amendment says that you can't be held to a capital or other infamous crime without an indictment and all that, okay?
If you got caught stealing from somebody or robbing or sexual assault or.
murder or anything like that where you've actually caused a harm to someone, you can't stop them, period.
And you shouldn't be able to because God didn't give you the right to do all of those things.
That is not a right.
But when they come at you for all of this other stuff like speeding tickets or practicing law without a license or practicing medicine without a license and all this other stuff, they don't have that authority.
Not under the constitution maintained, not under the form of government maintained by the constitution and all of its restrictions.
That phrase there with all of its restrictions is very important.
Because the constitution has lots of restrictions in there.
It only Article 1, Section 8 gives the government, you can find the things that the government can do.
And it's very limited.
It's only like twenty, twenty one different things that they can do.
And Donjo, with my case, there was not one single person that was ever harmed by my paying chips, by my deer antler velvet.

It's not supposed to be the people that men vote into office or are appointed to judges, judgeships and stuff like that.
It's we should be listening to the churches.

And men that are honest and true and really respect God and do what He wants them to do, then, you know, we do that, we'll be in good shape.
But Don Joe, if those men that have been put into office are not of God, are not for God, isn't it not, does God not demand us to stand up against that?

And we should do our best to remove them from their position if they're not honest and of good report.
