Hey guys, well, I'm here with my favorite doctor, Dr. Mark Sherwood here today.
And guess what I just got?
It is a giant box of a Kingdom Crunch cereal.
His new line of cereal called Kingdom Crunch and this particular flavor is acai bowl.
And let me tell you, it is so, so, so, so, so tasty and delicious.
But besides from it being so tasty, I have Dr. Sherwood here to tell us why it's so good for you too and why it's so amazing and should be in everyone's cover.
So what's up with this incredible cereal that you sent me that I can't stop eating, Dr. Sherwood?
Well, many times when we hear the word cereal, we think unhealthy, poisonous chemical cars.
Shouldn't be eating it.
That is quite the opposite.
High protein, zero added sugars, organic ingredients, and healthy fat such as medium train triglycerides.
Deanna, that should be in everyone's cupboard, in every child's mouth, every day.
That is truly healthy and life-giving for kids.
I recommend it all the way.
Not because I made it, but because it solves a real problem in today's world.
Excuse me, I can't stop eating it, but I gave it to my son Maverick, who also loves cereal, but I don't want him to eat cereal except for this.
This is really, really good.
It's really tasty.
It actually tastes like real acai in your mouth.
And it's packed full of all these nutrients and no sugar, right?
No added sugar.
That's insane.
How is it so sweet then?
Yeah, we use stebia, punk fruit, and some allulose there, all of which, get this, are diabetic friendly.
They won't raise blood sugar, which is another benefit.
I've had people ask me, can I eat that if I'm diabetic?
Yes, you can, and you can fix your diabetes.
Yay, awesome.
Well, this is so good.
Where can everybody find this Kingdom Crunch cereal?
They can find it at Sherwood.tv forward slash shots and use your discount code to promo code shots.
Promo code SHOTS and they can save some money off there and support your program.
Absolutely.
All right, go to Sherwood.tv, promo code SHOTS and pick up this delicious Kingdom Crunch cereal today.
Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, we've talked a lot about on the Stu Peters network about how America no longer serves America and we the people.
It serves Israel.
America is an occupied nation.
Our government is an occupied government.
In fact, as you probably know by now, the Stu Peters Network released a film earlier this year called Occupied, where we talked about in detail just that.
A lot of people at this time were still kind of waking up to this fact, including me.
You know, I understood what was going on, but it hasn't been as brazen as it has in just the last couple months with Trump just really revealing his true self and what his true interests are.
So here's just a tweet from him just yesterday, which is insane for a president to say something like this.
He says, wow, Canada has just announced that it is backing statehood for Palestine.
That will make it very hard for us to make a trade deal with them.
Oh, Canada.
So what does he mean?
I mean, so he's basically censoring free speech now and freedom of ideas, freedom of beliefs, and saying that he won't make trade deals now with countries that don't have an Israel loyalty, that he's not going to be making trade deals with countries just because they don't believe Israel first.
This is crazy.
He's not going to be putting our interests first and the betterment of our economy if he feels that this, you know, one country or another country or one leader or another leader isn't Israel first and doesn't take that Israel loyalty pledge.
That has gone so far.
And of course, we have the whole Epstein cover-up and him saying that Netanyahu is the greatest man alive.
He's the greatest man on earth.
And he won't stop ass kissing Netanyahu, no matter what he does to him.
So this has gone so crazy.
I think that the truth is, I think we are seeing the mask slipping here.
And it is very clear that Trump, our president, who's supposed to be America first, is Israel first.
And our president is no longer working for us.
He's working for Israel.
He's working for the Jews.
But I want to get more of a clear picture here.
So Dr. Michael Reckenwald, who you've seen on the Stu Peter show a couple of times, but this is his first appearance on shots fired, he says this.
He says the elimination of Zionists from the U.S. government is the only way to put America first.
And then he also talks about a false flag alert that it is clear evidence on October 7th, Israeli soldiers were given a standdown order before the wall was breached.
And we're going to talk about all that in just a moment.
Dr. Reckenwald is a published author of 14 books.
And also he is a former professor at NYU, Dill Duke, and Hillsdale College.
And he joins us now.
He's been a loud and outspoken critic of Israel and of the Jews, especially in the last year.
His posts have caught my attention.
So let's delve into this further.
Dr. Reckenwald, it's great to have you on Shots Fired for the first time.
How are you?
I'm doing great.
Thanks.
Thanks for having me.
Absolutely.
So first, let's just dig in here with this latest tweet from Trump.
What do you make of this?
Saying that he's not going to make a trade deal with Canada because they believe in statehood for Palestine.
It's interesting the way he put it.
He said it's going to make it difficult for us to have a trade deal with Canada because he's threatening them.
He's threatening them, but also it's indicative of the idea that he's not in charge.
He can't negotiate with Israel to make a trade deal with Canada because of Canada's statement.
So basically, he's saying he's admitting that his hands are tied in effect.
That's insane.
So he's basically, again, it's more and more evidence that he's no longer the president.
He's no longer, you know, it's no longer Trump, the grand deal maker, the grand, you know, the great leader that he tries to believe us all to be.
He's actually, you know, the one that's not being having the puppet strings, pulling the puppet strings.
Someone else is pulling these puppet strings, and it's clearly Israel.
How much more brazen and blatant can it get at this point?
Well, I mean, we've seen like an endless stream of Israel obsequiousness, you know, constant genuxions to Jews and anti-Semitism and Israel from the entire administration,
and inclusive of many members of Congress, the most disgusting and infamous of which is Randy Fine, the fat Zionist pig who wants to starve Palestinians while he eats at the all-you-can-eat buffet.
This guy is so disturbing, it's beyond belief.
But the whole administration, and then you have Tom Cotton and you have the whole rest of them.
Ted Cruz, who on the fourth, remember on the 4th of July, he couldn't resist taking, you know, posting a 4th of July tweet, happy 4th of July, Americans.
And then Israel.
This reminds me of, you know, and then started talking about Israel in the same post sharing, you know, supposed to be a celebratory 4th of July for Americans.
Yeah, he's celebrating the IDF on the 4th of July when the 4th of July marks a revolutionary war for the United States and our victory over the colonists.
And instead of celebrating that heroicism, he celebrates some supposed heroicism of the IDF, the child killers.
And it's unbelievable.
So on the 4th of July of all times, he chooses to pay homage to Israel again.
Do you think, is this the most Israel-first administration, do you think?
Or has it always been this way?
And we're just noticing?
Or is this, has Trump strategically put these people in place?
And you think there's more evidence to this being really like the most Israel-first administration?
I think it's the most blatantly Israel-first administration.
So we've seen the fact that the United States has done Israel's bidding in all of our foreign policy.
And then we could talk about the influence of the Jewish Zionist network in the United States in terms of its impact on domestic policy, inclusive now of the Anti-Semitism Awareness Act, which they're trying to get through,
which would make it basically the IHRA definition of anti-Semitism would become law, which means that you couldn't say something like Israel is a colonist nation or the Zionists are Nazis or the equivalent of Nazis or what they say Nazis were and so forth.
So it's unbelievable.
I think because of October 7th and then Trump taking office after that, they had to basically pull all the stops and make it perfectly clear how pro-Israel they are, no matter what Israel does, despite the horrors that it's inflicting on the Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.
It's insane.
And so I am, you know, it's the most blatantly Zionist, pro-Israel, pro-Jew, pro-anti-anti-Semitism administration that I've seen ever in my lifetime.
Yeah, I mean, they're spending more, this administration and this DOJ is spending much more time and energy and resources trying to combat anti-Semitism and deport anyone they deem as anti-Semitics out of the country than securing our own borders Or exposing the truth about Epstein and his entire pedophile ring that includes many, many high-ranking officials.
I mean, that's what their priorities are.
Do you think that, and it does seem like for me, from an outsider, I wasn't as clued in to, you know, basically the truth about Jews in Israel until maybe more a couple months ago, more recently.
But someone who's kind of an outsider, I think that even a lot of the kind of true MAGA Trump loyalists are finally starting to see what Trump is doing lately.
Do you think there's a reason why he's coming out more and more, almost like he doesn't even care how it looks anymore?
It seems like he's almost more blatant and brazen about aligning with Israel and showing Americans that he's Israel first over America first.
Like that's his priorities.
Do you think he's doing that strategically?
Do you think this is, he doesn't realize how it looks, or is this kind of like a strategic psyop in a way to get us to, you know, buy into it or something?
What do you think?
That's a good question.
And interestingly, it was reported today.
I don't know how whether this has been verified or not, but apparently Trump said to a Jewish donor today or yesterday that his base is starting to hate Israel.
So he knows that there is this growing disgust with this state of Israel.
But I think his job is to try to massage his base to throw them bones of distraction like Obama and Comey and all of these other supposed investigations, which is really just a circus and a psyop to divert attention from the Epstein list, the hordes in Gaza, and the fact that we're not getting America first at all.
We're getting Israel first.
And they have Tulsi Gabbard on the case of trying to throw up these distractions and diversionary tactics.
It's disgusting.
And I see all the time online this constant obsequiousness and genuflection to Israel and the Jewish elite, especially in the United States.
And we should be clear that the Zionist Zionism exceeds Israel by a long shot.
It is the official adopted policy of most Jews throughout the world, especially in the United States.
As I pointed out on Stu's show, there are 3,700 synagogues in the United States.
And of those, only 30 are non- or anti-Zionist.
So that network of Zionism is more than just Israel.
Israel is their geopolitical headquarters and refuge when they get in trouble for criminality like pedophilia.
They go there.
So that's what the state of Israel is.
The Zionist network is far excessive, exceeds Israel.
And the Jewish elite, as the leftist Norman Finkelstein calls them, the Jewish billionaire, supremacist billionaire class.
That's what's running the country.
Those are the people that he reports to.
So that's why he's having to tell them: look, what am I going to do?
You guys are putting me in a tough position to continue representing you when my base is starting to hate your guts.
Right.
Well, it's just like anything being shoved down our throats.
I think a lot of people have a visceral reaction to it, or after a while they do, just like the gay and transgenderism being shoved down America's throats over the last five years.
Finally, people start resisting it if they didn't in the beginning, like I did.
And then, just with the, you know, the Israel first, American and Israel flags, Israel's our greatest ally, you know, combating anti-Semitism, that whole campaign has been shoved down our throats since October 7th.
And I feel like people are starting to resist that now, finally.
Yeah, they are.
And I think more people will come to know that the tragic event of October 7th, which they've used as a justification for genocide, is a fraud on its face.
That, in fact, as you pointed out in one of my tweets there.
Yeah, let's discuss that.
Yeah, I mean, this was an Israeli soldier testifying to the Knesset.
This is not just somebody off the record.
Okay.
Saying that on October 7th at 5:30 in the morning, their commander communicated to them saying, do not go to the border wall and you might get shot if you go to the border wall.
So, you know, here's the Israeli defense forces being told not to defend the border, not to defend the border wall, and then, you know, to stand down.
And of course, we know that they did stand down then.
In fact, Hamas was running around the country looking for a fight.
They couldn't find any soldiers.
They were all gone.
They had actually abandoned their troop, their bases.
And then they were able to breach basically the first responders who keep an eye on the video of the border and kill those people.
They let those people basically get slaughtered.
Then, of course, Israel enacted the Hannibal directive during the attack, which means that they would shoot anybody who might abscond with a hostage.
So they killed.
You saw all the burned out bombed cars and houses.
Those could only have been the result of IDF fire artillery because Hamas did not have the artillery to bomb cars into smithereens like this.
Yeah.
Bombhouses.
This all came from the IDF, their tanks, and their Apache helicopters, which, of course, we've given them.
So, yeah, they used the Hannibal Directive.
So it's pretty clear that of the Israelis killed on October 7th, a good percentage, if not most, were killed by the IDF itself.
And people in Israel know this.
Many people in Israel know this.
The media knows it there.
It's been reported, but I think they just forget it.
They just say, well, forget that.
we're going to keep playing with this as our main justification for this slaughter and starvation.
So, you know, that founding myth, I should say, kind of like a...
Yes, this false flag is a false flag.
So the whole premise of all of this anti-Semitism and everything, you know, combating anti-Semitism, Jews first, Israel first, it's all from based on this false flag, which we've seen history repeats itself over and over again.
Anytime there's a false flag, anytime there's an event like this, 99% of the time it is a false flag.
And then, you know, it's problem, reaction, solution, just like COVID.
What's the solution?
It's masks and vaccines and more control.
It's always a false flag.
And, you know, you'd think people would understand this pattern by now.
Yeah.
I mean, I'm not saying that the Hamas, whoever they are, or what their relationship to Israel is, which is very curious in itself, did not broach, did not breach the wall and enter Israel.
This did happen, but apparently with the allowance and perhaps even the cooperation of Israeli forces.
So, you know, this is just, and then they've used this moment and nobody will look at the evidence.
You know, why there's no allowance.
They will not allow video.
First of all, the video cameras at the wall were shut off at this.
Yeah, they shut off the video cameras and they won't allow any investigation of this because they say it would be immoral at this time.
So, you know, they knew exactly how to set this up and they have been the masters of false flags for decades.
Absolutely.
Yeah.
Yeah, exactly.
The masters, the puppet masters, the orchestrators.
So why do you think, why do so many Christians, especially in America, so many these die-hard Christians believe that Jews are the promised people.
Israel is the promised land.
We need to defend them at all costs.
They're our greatest allies.
I mean, they believe that Jews and Israel could do no wrong.
Even when they see evidence of it, I mean, it's like a means to an end.
They can see this destruction and genocide, but it's all justified in their view because Jews and Israel are the promised people, the promised land.
So why is that so?
Why is that so prevalent?
And why is it misguided in your view?
Well, you had the evangelicals mostly picking up the Schofield Bible decades ago, many decades ago.
And that became the theology of a great deal of Christians in the United States.
The Schofield Bible was paid for by a Jewish donor.
They completely created this Schofield who was a criminal before guilty of fraud of all things.
And what did he do but fraud the entire Christian church with this false dispensationalist theology, which claims that, you know, unless the third temple is built and Israel is restored to its homeland, there will be no Messiah, that the Messiah won't come.
And this actually, they've merged it with Jewish Messianism.
And because the Jews think their Messiah will come the first time when the third temple is built.
Well, Jesus ended all that, and they don't understand that the church is not Israel.
The church, or I should say the church is Israel.
Israel is not a geographical place and is not certainly not the state of Israel founded on Rothschild's money and granted to Rothschild through the Balfour Declaration and in effect handed over by the British to allow them to actually kill British soldiers in terrorist attacks.
It's unbelievable.
So they, you know, look, they hold the flag, the Israeli flag, and they put it in their churches.
And they, in the minds of these people, the imagery is it gets merged with the Christian symbology, like the cross.
And they think that they're synonymous, that somehow this is part of the mission of Christianity.
Christianity is about this is Israel.
And they also think that there's like a two-track salvation.
That is, the Jews have their own track, and then the Christians have theirs.
And the Jews have a special covenant.
So no matter what they do, they're going to be honored by God.
Whereas that's nowhere in the Bible.
And they're totally misconstruing it to say that.
And they also say that Genesis, I forget the exact verses, says, you know, those who bless Israel will be blessed and those who curse Israel will be cursed.
But it doesn't say that.
It says those who bless you, Abram, will be blessed.
And those who curse Abram will be, those who bless Abram will be blessed and those who curse him will be cursed.
It doesn't say anything about the state of Israel there and or Israel as such.
But Israel, so they use this term replacement theology to poo-poo really what is Orthodox Christianity.
And the idea is that the Christian covenant supersedes the Jewish, the covenant with the Jews because this is the fulfillment.
And then it's like, I think, radical, a radical break, certainly from what is Judaism today, the Talmudic Judaism.
Jesus was not on board with that.
The Pharisees were the living embodiment of what would become Judaism, and he despised them.
In fact, if you look at the New Testament, especially in the last Week of Jesus' life.
He's hunted by the Jews the whole time.
I mean, he's trying to get away from them, trying to kill them constantly.
And he makes very clear pronouncements.
The parable of the tenants, in which he says they'll be replaced.
They will be replaced.
And that's what he was referring to.
The various tenants who were leased grape vineyards and they were supposed to pay their rent.
And when the master sent his servants standing for the prophets, they either beat them or killed them.
Then he finally says, finally, the master sends his son and they kill him.
I mean, the master is God.
The tenants are the Jews.
And Jesus is the son who was sent and killed by the Jews.
I mean, and then he says later that they will be dashed on the rocks and that he will make a covenant with a new people.
It's all very clear right there.
So I don't know where they get their theology, but it's really misconceived.
It's a complete psyop.
It's a Jewish Zionist psyop.
Yeah, another one.
So what would Jews think of my shirt?
I love it.
Absolutely.
Jesus is king.
Absolutely.
And I like Jesus as king rather than Christ as king because it personifies the man of God.
Right.
And makes it clear we're talking about Jesus.
And what would Jews think of my shirt?
Because they would probably think you're an anti-Semite.
Right.
And a, you know, bigot and everything else, a Nazi, maybe even.
Yeah.
And they, they, you know, I see all these videos of them spitting in the faces of Christians over in Israel.
And, you know, they, they loathe, they secretly loathe Christians or openly loathe Christians.
So the, and inflict attacks and terror on them.
So this is.
They've blown up every single church, every single Christian church in Gaza, every last one.
I saw a list of them today.
Wow.
All of the churches, all of the Christian churches in Gaza have been bombed.
So they have precision technology to know exactly what the targets are.
Yeah, they know what they're doing.
They know what the targets are.
It's intentional.
So I ask Christians, you know, it's how can you align with that?
They're blowing up Christian churches.
They're attacking Christianity.
They loathe Jesus and they loathe you.
And it's like being in an abusive relationship.
You're going to just continue to take these hits and abuse and abuse, but oh, you're my greatest ally still.
I'll stand by you no matter what.
Stockholm syndrome.
Yeah, Stockholm Syndrome.
They're actually falling in love with their captors.
Yeah, exactly.
Wow.
It's unbelievable.
And I think more people are waking up to this more and more.
If they haven't seen the movie Occupied, go over, check it out on Stu Peters network or on his Twitter.
It's, you know, and Stu has been talking about this back in October 7th or October 8th, ever since this attack happened.
And a lot of people weren't, you know, they were all pro-Israel at that time.
And more people are waking up to the truth that this has been a big psyop and inflicted by the master psyop creators and orchestrators.
People need to start waking up because if we don't soon, our nation will be completely occupied.
Our government already is completely occupied, but we will end up having no say in it.
So we need to start pushing back to what Trump's doing.
I mean, and then we have at least a chance in hell at changing things or defying things or potentially changing the direction if we rise up and resist what's happening and speak out.
If we just roll over and let everything happen, then yeah, it's going to be like this United States will be of America will be United States of Israel.
Absolutely.
Any last words, Dr. Reckonwald?
Yeah, I mean, look, I'm considering founding a party, an anti-Zionist America party.
Ah, cool.
Which I think would unite left and right around a common enemy, which is obstructing and destroying the American sovereignty, threatening individual liberties, free speech, and the right to own arms.
And I think they, you know, Zionism can be identified as controlling the United States of America and throwing it into foreign hands.
So I think that that's a very noble worthy goal to eliminate Zionism from the U.S. government.
Amen.
Awesome.
So where can we get more details of your party as it as details unfold when you start thinking of more ideas?
We should go to your Twitter account, right?
Right.
Go to recThegime, R-E-C, the regime, and follow me, put on notifications, and you'll see.
I mean, I'm still considering it because I'm not going to run for office under this rubric.
I've tried that already with the Libertarian Party.
Not interested in doing that anymore.
Yeah, me too.
Voting doesn't work anymore.
No.
So I would look for somebody else to lead the political party in terms of, you know, a viable presidential type candidate.
But yeah, that's where we are right now.
Okay, cool.
Check him out.
Give him a follow.
His ex-account has been on the lower thirds this whole time.
So check him out and give him a follow.
Dr. Reckonwald, really great to have you back.

Why is Kingdom Fuel so much better than a lot of other supplements and nutritional supplements out there?
Because this is a really, really good shake.
My favorite, by the way, is the vanilla, but I've got the vanilla and the chocolate.
Well, Kingdom Fuel is not just a protein shake.
It has organic pea protein, full spectrum, full amino acid profile, 20 grams of protein, but it's also got added to it greens and reds.
A lot of people buy those separately.
It's got vitamins and minerals and soluble and insoluble fiber.
That is a complete meal, and it's under $5 per serving.
And people use three scoops.
And guess what?
Most people don't.
They use one or two.
So you're talking about a full, complete meal.
And the shelf life is two years if you don't open it.
Pretty cool.
Oh, yeah, absolutely.
And if we're in any kind of apocalypse, we can pretty much eat this all day and a cereal and be really, really healthy.
All right, cool.

Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, I think if you are hearing things like I'm hearing through the grapevine, that you're hearing a lot about seed oils these days.
There's so much chatter and talk about seed oils and whether they're good for us or bad for us all over social media.
And recently, RFK has been spotlighting seed oils.
This is something that a lot of us haven't really thought about in the last couple decades because seed oils like soybean oil, corn, sunflower oils, they are common ingredients in many of our foods, from fast foods to packaged foods, kids' foods, etc.
Seed oils are in a lot of what we eat or we have been eating in the last couple decades.
But of course, we've really never heard of the harms or the dangers of them.
But RFK has been spotlighting what these potential dangers are to our bodies because on his side, he's saying, look, these seed oils are actually very toxic for us.
They can be very harmful and cause a host of illnesses like obesity, heart diseases, even cancer, and a lot of other illnesses that we, you know, that are affecting us, but we may not even realize it.
And then we have all those health nuts that swear that seed oils, there's nothing wrong with them.
It's just a myth.
This is a conspiracy theory, another conspiracy theory that RFK is spinning and don't buy into it.
This is why seed oils are so great for you.
So what do we believe and who do we believe and what's truly best for our body and getting into the best health and shape ever?
Of course, to bust these myths and tell us the truth, I invited our favorite resident doctor, Dr. Mark Sherwood of Sherwood.tv to join us and dispel these myths or tell us the skinny on what these seed oils really are.
Dr. Sherwood, always great to have you.
Let's talk about seeds.
So you obviously are in the health business.
You're a hope dealer, a healer of health.
What have you been hearing and what do you know about seeds and seed oils?
Well, to make a pun off of your intro, I can tell you there's not much skinny to do with seed oils.
No kidding.
They really do present themselves the way they're constructed, Deanna, with a lot of problems, mitochondrial damage, cellular damage, oxidative stress, disease processes, obesity.
All of those things are true.
And, you know, for the people out there that do support and they love their plants and all that, I get that.
But they're not in their natural construct when we take them from plants because we don't go to eat a kernel of corn to get the oil.
The corn is a grain and we might want to get the grains or the fibers under that.
So they're really extracted in an unnatural way from those plants.
And sometimes the solvents used to extract those things are dangerous, such as hexane.
You know, that's one of the toxic solvents that they use.
So there's a lot of stuff to this.
And I think that RFK is really on point with this one.
He's accurate and they really are that dangerous.
Okay, so we're talking things like soybean oil, corn, sunflower oils.
Are there any other common seed oils that are in many common foods that we should be aware of that are toxic?
Yeah, canola oils out there, cotton seed oils.
Remember Crisco, you know, cotton seed oils.
Some of this stuff is used as fuel for tractors.
You know, so if it's used as food for tractors, why would it be used as fuel for our bodies?
You know, it doesn't make sense.
But a lot of times you go to a restaurant And people need to know this.
The majority of the restaurants out there, they actually use canola oil because it's cheaper to cook with.
And many times you'll go to like a salad bar and you might see, I don't know, maybe artichokes or something there, maybe some beets or maybe some other stuff and it's sitting in an oil.
There's a good chance that that's canola oil.
You have things that are grilled.
There's a good chance that it was grilled and bathed in canola oil.
And I think one of the most dreaded places that I see this oils show up is in the area of roasted nuts and seeds.
You know, we don't think much about that.
But if you look at the ingredients of these roasted nuts and seeds, you know, bins or packages that we have, the majority of the time you're going to see sunflower oil, safflower oil, or canola oil on there.
And they're really a burned rancid oil.
And a burned rancid oil will cause burning and rat acidity to your, you know, your fatty molecules in your body as well.
Okay, interesting.
And it says that they're also high in omega-6 fatty acids, which consumed in excess can lead to a lot of excess inflammation and contribute to these various health issues.
So omega-6, we talk a lot about omega-3 fatty acids, and you rave about how important those are.
But what's the difference between omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids?
Why are omega-6 more toxic to you or toxic to you?
Well, we need both.
So omega-6s come from linoleic acid, and omega-3s come from alpha-linolinic acids.
So there's ALA and there's LA.
So from the down chain constructs of that, as they break down your system, we need both.
As a matter of fact, we probably need omega-6 to 3s in about a 2 to 1 to 3 to 1 to 4 to 1 ratio.
But the main ratio of most Americans today, Dan, is probably 50 to 20 to 1.
And when we have that ratio with this complete out of balance of these omega-6s, they cause a downstream cascade that leads to this secretion of these inflammatory cytokines that are in inflammatory molecules.
And that's a problem because we know that every disease process, no, not 90% of disease processes, 100% of disease processes have, as part of its etiology, chronic systemic inflammation.
So you could say, you know, quite safely so that the abundance of omega-6s that are these seed oils and other things, they are part of the beginning and generation of a lot of disease processes.
Wow.
Inflammation being one of them, you know, we talk about that a lot, how inflammation is sort of the root cause of a lot of other more serious health issues and diseases.
And even just even, you know, physically looks-wise, a lot of people might not realize they're walking around and they're experiencing heavy inflammation in their bodies.
They're feeling bloated, their immune system is shot and everything.
And they're wondering why.
Well, then they stop eating seed oils.
And I hear this a lot.
They said, well, look, I've stopped eating seed oils in my diet and I've lost weight.
I look and feel less inflamed.
And it's like cured all these kind of lingering health issues that I had for a while.
So have you heard that a lot too in your practice?
Well, yeah, I think it's pretty much a couple of things.
It's like a lot of people move to the carnivore diet because it's not got seed oils in it.
You know, a lot of people move things out and moving things out that causes disease processes actually helps them.
You know, and the thing about when you do it and put it all together, you reduce the omega-6s, which drive inflammation and abundance, and you bring up the omega-3s, which lower inflammation and abundance, you get kind of the best of both worlds.
And even with the oils, there is some great omega-3 containing oils out there.
But they do have good oils in some of these things.
So it's really about knowing the difference.
You know, there's even a lot of talk out there.
A lot of people get really hung up, as I stated earlier, that these seed oils are from plants.
But again, that doesn't mean they're fit to be consumed.
I mean, olive is a plant as well.
You can consume that.
So it's not just plant oils.
It's these real high omega-6 oils that are constructed and burned in their processing and extraction.
And that's what causes our problems.
Like, I can't believe it's not butter.
Is that not a good oil?
But, but, Ray, but real butter is, you know, especially butter, grass-fed cows.
Now, I'm glad you mentioned olive oil because that was going to be my next question.
I am Italian and Spanish, Mediterranean, and I love olive oil.
I put a lot of olive oil, I mean, basically cook with that in my food.
And what, again, what I've heard is the Mediterranean diet, they seem to live longer, the Mediterranean folks like me.
They tend to live longer and they tend to use a lot of olive oil and they consume a lot.
And studies have shown that olive oil has been actually good for our health and leads to increased health, decreased heart issues, and increased longevity.
So you're saying that it is good.
I can't continue to use olive oil.
You can.
And I would think use that in abundance.
You could use avocado oil as well.
That actually is a great both of those are really full of a very powerful acid called oleic acid.
Oleic acid is super healthy for the body.
And these omega-3s, they really help with the cellular health or cellular integrity.
Our cellular walls are made of all these fatty acids, right?
And so it's important they're not made rigid where nutrients can't get through.
And what happens when you get too many sixes, they get real consistent in their rigidity so that you get where you can't get nutrients through.
And that's part of the inflammatory process.
That's why your cells struggle, you know.
So bringing in more omega-3s like this via olive oil, et cetera, are outstanding.
And I think another reason that the Mediterranean people, you know, seem to live longer is because they really have more natural foods and natural oils as opposed to, in a holistic standpoint, these seed oils that are so ubiquitous in America.
Absolutely.
I think so too.
And they tend to have better glowing skin and everything too.
And I heard that the olive oil tends to be good for our skin, consuming, maybe even bathing in it.
I don't know how far people go with that.
But, you know, basically good, good oils, good for our body.
And to identify those bad oils, like those seed oils are really important, especially if you've been struggling with health issues for a while or inflammation.
Eliminating those seed oils from your diet could absolutely, you know, help you gain the health that you need and to recover from those illnesses.
That's kind of certainly read labels, pay attention, become an expert at that.
And that's really just being aware of it.
If you're aware of it, you know, I was reading a statistic recently about seed oils, and it's fascinating that Americans' diets today contain about 32% seed oils by weight.
Now, I don't know what population they were looking at, but I found that just staggering.
And I would presume that's probably from those people that consume the standard American diet as a whole, and that's not okay.
And I'm talking about the stuff out there.
You see people advertising Burger King and Big Macs and all that and holding up.
Those have got seed oils in them, not just other toxic poor ingredients, but they've got seed oils too as well.
Absolutely.
All right.
So say that you've been consuming a lot of bad seed oils in your life, been smoking cigarettes or having consuming a lot of junk food and just a lot of, I mean, basically the Western standard American diet, which is all pretty crappy.
And you want to detox.
That's something that we all should be doing.
We've talked about detox a lot lately.
And you have a really cool plan.
It's called the four-week gold detox plan, right?
And I'm really excited about it because I think summer is really kind of the perfect opportunity to start with a plan like this to jumpstart your health, jumpstart your detox process and rid yourself of these horrible seed oils and, you know, just fat and junk from the Western diet.
So I want to kind of give you the spotlight a little bit and tell us a little bit more details about this amazing four-week detox plan that you've got going on.
Well, we put it together because we thought most people could do a plan for four weeks without too much thinking about it.
And we wouldn't have to do that.
Yeah, it seems pretty easy to come in.
I can do four weeks, you know.
And we kind of split this up in two weeks and two weeks.
So the first two weeks, we're actually doing an intentional detox.
Now, the detox for us is super simple because we give you the kingdom fuel shakes that you're going to do two a day.
And then you're going to have the meal guide, which is going to give you a big old list of foods that you can eat a third meal if you choose to, and snacks.
So it's not calorie restrictive.
We don't care how much you eat because we're trying to be aware of toxins, seed oils, and we're trying to remove those things, right?
So that's for two weeks.
And then after the two weeks of detox, we just say we'll eat from the list.
So it's two weeks and two weeks.
And then we give you kingdom essential packs, which contain your omega-3s, your multivitamin mineral, some coenzyme Q10, and your vitamin D with K. So we really just put it out there in a real simple, it's almost like the KISS principle, keep it simple, silly.
All you have to do is follow it.
It's not hard.
It's one of the easiest plans that I know that we put together so that anybody could do it anywhere, anytime.
And it's not going to really be something that's, it's hard.
You don't have to count calories.
It's not about that.
It's just really just paying attention to what you're doing and just following the plan.
That's easy.
So you're going to give us kind of a supplement schedule, suggested food options, things that we can't eat, things that we can't eat.
And that's basically going to reset our body after four weeks.
That sounds easy.
That sounds easy to commit to.
And it really sounds kind of fun.
Like you're telling me what to do for the four weeks and I'm just going to do it, execute it, and I'll get great results.
You will.
And that's a guarantee because it's so basic in its principles.
And you'll be happy to know that we also include in the plan some nutrients that drive and support the detox pathways.
So when you're taking the shakes in, one shake, two shakes a day, you're going to take a pill pack with the shakes that are actually going to assist your body rid itself through the urine, the bowels, and sweat and everything like that.
Some of these toxic chemicals that, by the way, get stored in the fat tissue.
And why is that significant?
Because people are going to lose extra fat as they detoxify because the toxins are stored in the fat tissue.
So as one goes down, it releases it.
So you want them to come out.
So this is super important.
And this is a plan that does work.
We've had this for years and it's just, it's a dynamite plan that people cannot fail.
And that's, you know, it's important.
Do people need to like take a couple of weeks off their work or something or life or something to do a detox?
I think when some people hear the word detox plan, they think that they need to like clear their whole schedule because they're going to poop out a bunch of stuff.
They're going to be throwing up for a week or something like that.
Do you know what I mean?
So this is something that like integrates with their daily life, even though they're purging all of these toxins, et cetera, right?
Yeah, there's no problem.
You're not going to be, it's not, this is not like a bowel cleanse, not like doing a bowel cleanse before you do a colonoscopy.
It's not like that at all.
No, this is really a whole body cleanse.
Remember, the toxins are stored in fat tissue.
And that's just not the fat around your gut or hips or buttocks.
That's in your brain.
That can be in your organs.
I want this stuff to come out.
I don't want just to do a bowel cleanse.
I want to do a whole body cleanse.
And I think that's very significant in the purpose of this.
And we want it to be easy enough where people want to go, you know what?
I can do that again.
I think I want to do that three or four times a year.
Yeah.
I do.
I do it about it once a quarter.
That sounds really, really cool.
I mean, I want to get started with it myself.
Yeah.
And then just if they want to take once, take it one step further.
There's the executive plan, which is one step further than that.
And they get a little bit more or a lot more of a personalized approach, as well as the DNA testing kit, which is really, really important, correct?
Yeah, they get a lot with this.
So they're going to everything we just talked about From the gold reset plan, plus, they're going to get four whole months of the kingdom essentials support.
And then we're also going to give them not just both of our DNA kits that look at our biological pathways and performance and longevity.
They're also going to get our very comprehensive blood test.
They're going to get within this our review and our consult of those labs with this.
So we're actually going to talk to you, which is going to be awesome.
We're going to talk with you.
And it's four months' worth.
And I look at it like this: if people want to really, you know, commit to say, four months, I want my life turned around, man.
I don't want to change my life.
I want to alter my legacy and my family's life.
That's a key thing, man.
And I don't want people to play with this.
This is, it's not funny to me anymore to see the suffering of mankind.
So, you know, our executive plan is one that people can take it to the next level.
They can look at those biological pathways.
They can get a great plan that's a lifestyle plan that's going to change their life forever.
Yeah.
Change the course of their life, change their, like you said, their legacy.
Do they want to be someone that's like a 60, 70 year old man or even a 50 year old man or woman?
You're just a couch potato all day and you can't play with your kids or grandchildren because you're having all these health issues or obesity or things like that.
You know, do you want to have that be the rest of the next chapter of your life?
Or do you want to have the next chapter of your life where you're fit and you feel good and you're operating on at maximum brain capacity?
You know, and you spread that good health and positivity to other people and you are active.
There's nothing better than feeling good and being active.
Active in your life, active in your children or grandchildren's life, but being active in good health allows you to do that.
When you're in poor health, you're just not going to be as active or engaged.
And it's going to play out in a ripple effect, you know, everywhere around you.
It is.
Yeah.
And I think I've seen people in both of these plans.
And I'm not just saying this because we're here on shots fired.
This is the truth.
I've seen people get completely off of blood pressure medications and completely off of some diabetic medications.
Now, if a person's on insulin and stuff like that, we're going to have to work a little tighter with you because if your blood sugar starts getting pushed too low by insulin lowering effect, that can hurt you.
So we're going to have to work with you in that.
The same is true with blood pressure medications.
If your body starts working well, blood pressure medications can push your blood pressure too low and become dangerous.
So, you know, we have to work with you in this.
And we're committed to that, man.
We're not like this doctors that just selling stuff.
No way.
I know.
I make no bones about it.
I'm selling hope.
And I want people to embrace that.
I want to become part of who they are.
And I want them to see life change in their own end.
Absolutely.
You make no bones about it, but you will help them create healthier bones and stronger bones.
A couple more maybe results that people might get from these detox plans might include losing weight.
We talked about that overall better health, getting off of medication that they've been on for a long time because they're in better health.
Any other things off the top of your head for the results that you've seen?
Yeah, I have brain fog and joint pain and bowel issues.
Those are key things I see all the time because, you know, fatty liver right now, a lot of people don't know this, but about one in three Americans right now have fatty liver.
About one in four Americans are insulin resistant and probably don't know it.
You got one in four people that are on an antidepressant medication and really don't even know why.
And so there's all this stuff going on.
And I see within our plans, these and others, you know, I see people get better all the time.
And it's not something I'm just bragging about.
This is something I see all the time.
This is normal for us.
And frankly, Deanna, I think it's normal to walk around healthy.
I think it's abnormal to walk around unhealthy.
And I don't want people to be distracted by ill health.
And man, straight up, people need to have a plan.
If you don't have a plan, you plan to fail.
If you want a plan that works, you get one of these plans and it will absolutely lead you down the pathway of true health.
Absolutely.
And I will say something too about your kingdom, your kingdom protein shakes, which are incredible.
But my three-year-old son, when he asked for chocolate milk lately, which sometimes he does, you know, like, you have chocolate milk.
I've been tricking him and I've been using the chocolate protein shake, the kingdom protein shake, putting it in milk and shaking it up.
And he loves it.
And, you know, and it's actually nutritious for him, clearly.
So that's his chocolate milk now, his treat is having the kingdom protein shake.
That was a shots fired moment right there.
I'm going to say that's great, man.
If he knew what you were doing, I think he'll record this show and show it at his wedding one day.
Yeah.
He's really getting, you know, quite strong and powerful for the super muscles and lifting up things and everything.
I love it.
Well, those are things.
I mean, if people out there will just do the basic things and just like you just said, these basic things that change your life will help you and empower you to change other people's life, including your children's life.
Come on, man.
It doesn't get any better than that.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Well, thanks for informing us about that.
And I'm excited to jumpstart this program and highlight this.

And I want everybody to have a great reset for their body and for their health.
That's something I'm personally committed to.
Yeah, it really is important.
I mean, a lot of people out here know they need to do something.
They just don't have the mechanisms, maybe the wherewithal, maybe not the support, maybe not a plan.
And we just really try to do that for folks and lay out the groundwork, lay out that pathway for them.
Absolutely.
Amen.
And all faith-based too.
