Everybody knows exercise, right?
We know if we go for a walk around the track or a bike ride, not a whole lot's going to change.
But instead of walking around the track, what if you ran up and down the stadium stairs?
Oh, you know what's going to happen.
You're going to feel the burn.
Your legs are going to fatigue and you're going to create change.
We know if we go in the gym and just do some lightweights, right?
Not a whole lot's going to change.
But if we go over with the bodybuilders in the heavy weight area and we push real hard and we feel the burn, we're going to build muscle, right?
Here's the problem.
Most people don't want to do that kind of exercise.
It takes a lot of time.
It hurts.
You have soreness afterward and there's a risk.

Well, a Japanese doctor figured out that there's a new way to basically cheat or hack exercise.

Walking would feel like running up and down the stadium stairs.
Lifting light weights in the gym or at home or at work and travel or in the airport, anywhere would feel like lifting heavy weights.

It was very high-tech.
I actually bought the first set back in 2015 when we got it here.
And I started working out with it at the age of 52 and switched from hour workouts that hurt to 10 minutes.
And it was a mind blower.
So here's the technology.
We're going to simply slow down this blood flow.
Everybody look, here's normal.
Here's slowing it down.
Notice it's not cut off.
So it's safe.
Now, first question you should have, okay, why would you want to slow down blood flow?
Because blood flow carries the oxygen.
Okay, so here's oxygen flow.
And I like to use visuals.
If oxygen is flowing at a 10, normal, everybody knows if you exercise at a six, nothing's going to happen.
This is light exercise.
But what if you exercise in an 11?
You feel the burn, you build muscle, you get stronger, you get faster, blood pressure improves, bones get stronger.
I mean, you go back in time, 20 years, because you elevate growth hormone.
Well, we just talked about it.
Exercise in an 11, that's for the fitness models and the bodybuilders.
Guess what?
By reducing the flow of blood, we're going to lower the oxygen coming into about a five.
Guess what?
Now you don't have to go to an 11.
You only have to exercise at a six.
Walking will feel like running uphill.
Lifting five-pound dumbbells will feel like 30s.
Doing movements and yoga and bike and everything you already like to do is going to feel like a high-intensity workout.

Can you talk about a few of the athletes that we know are using your technology, brother?
Yeah, so we when we brought it from Japan, we started up at Park City, Utah Olympic Training Center, Boney Miller, Lindsey Vaughn, Michaela Schifrin, a whole host of Olympic athletes.
And then we realized worked incredible in athletes.
Then we started doing it in everyday people, even people in wheelchairs.
And then the word starts getting out.
Kansas City Chiefs are doing it.

I mean, this is just a small sampling of people that are doing it.

And that's the truth, guys.
I mean, when you put these bands on, it changes everything.
I mean, you instantaneously get that pump and then you start doing your workout.
And it's crazy.
So what's a particular workout for you, Dr. Mike now?
So I have three workouts.
Day one, I do arms.
We got three minute arms, right?
Biceps and triceps.
And we've got videos of these and we provide coaching so you're going to get access to all this.
Day two, like today, I did chest and back with some tubing, just basic exercise and some shoulders.
Took me 10 minutes.
Now, at the end of every workout, I drop down and do a quick plank.
On day three, I do our four minute booty workouts, four minute legs.
You can go four, six, eight minutes.
That's it.
So my workouts, I got a three-day routine are eight to 10 minutes.
And I mean, I'm 61.
I got a six pack.
I got the physique I had when I was 25.
And guess what, everybody?
I don't diet.
I eat whatever I want.
I don't eat bad, but I mean, I eat and I eat a lot and I don't shy away from pizzas and hamburgers, right?
I want to eat 3,500, 4,000 calories a day.
If I wasn't doing BFR, I'd blow up to 300 pounds.
But guess what?
When you, and we're going to talk about the burn, when you get the fatigue for two or three minutes, when you feel that pumper burn for two or three minutes, you get a massive release of growth hormone.
And that elevates metabolism.
Ladies, every time you do this, you're bumping your 24-hour metabolism by 600 to 800 calories.
Imagine having 60 to 800 more calories to burn or to eat with.
Guys, 800 to 1,000.
Chris, you know.
I mean, I know you're not 80.
You look great, but you're also not 20, right?
I mean, you're ripped and you're lean, right?
It's easy when you do BFR, isn't it?
Well, of course.
You're functioning on the growth hormone levels you had 20, 30 years ago.
You know, what was it like when you're a teenager in your 20s?
You can eat anything, right?
And you felt awesome.
Well, you're replicating that same growth hormone level by using BFR exercise, you know, the way elite athletes and bodybuilders do.
And brother, that's one of the, I'm a creature of habit.
And what I've been doing is my normal workout.
And then I always finish up, you know, with the V3 bands and whatnot.
And so you're telling me that I can cut my 45 to an hour minute workouts to, did I hear you right?
You said 10 minutes, three times a week?
Yeah.
Well, I would do it, you know, five to seven.
But here's how we change.
Here's what people think.
We think, Christopher, in terms of load, time, and volume.
More is better.
Load, time, and volume doesn't matter.
Here's the only thing matters.
Did you create lactic acid?
Christopher, you know this.
You go in the gym and you don't feel the pump and the burn, you forget about change.
But if you get in the pump and the burn and you feel that, you know what's going to happen.
So here's what most people do.
They go in the gym, right?
And they start, here's lactic acid.
They start working out and they go one, two, three, four, five, six.
Oh, there's the burn.
Seven, eight, take a break.
Stop.
That little bit of lactic acid, everyone, gets cleared in the muscle.
It gets flushed out.
The burn goes away.
Okay.
What do the bodybuilders do?
One, two, three, four, five, six.
There's the burn.
But then their buddies sit next to them saying, oh, you're not done.
We're going for five more.
We're going eight more.
And you're grunting and you're screaming and somebody's helping you.
You're staying in the burn, right?
That's why they change and the average person doesn't.
Now look at BFR.
Instead of going little burn, little burn for an hour, right?
The average person an hour in the gym is getting, let's say they do 15, 20 sets, five seconds of burn.
You know, that's not even two minutes of burn and it's spread out.
Here's BFR.
You go one, two, three, four.
Oh, there's the pump and burn.
But it's easy.
It's walking or lightweights and you can keep going.
So boom, you're in the burn fast, then you stay in it.
In one three to four minute workout, you know this, Christopher, you're getting two to three minutes of burn.
Here's the difference.
When the burn lasts more than 10, 15 seconds, it's more than can be cleared locally.
The lactic acid actually gets out into the bloodstream.
It's called circulating lactate.
And then it acts as a trigger for growth hormone.
So five seconds of burn, 10, 15, 20 cents, not going to do anything.
You get in a burn and stay in it, boom, lactic acid is circulating around the body.
And I actually measure it.
I travel around the country and I measure.
I prick people's ear and I measure their blood and I show them three, four, 600, 1,000% increase in lactate.
But it's this elevated lactate for a period of cumulative about three minutes where the massive changes happen.
You talk grandmas, kids, secondary people, bodybuilders like this 27-year-old kid, right?
You took him and you put him in the burn for a longer period of time, right?
Four minutes.
You put him in the burn for two or three.
It's like he worked out for 45 minutes.
But the signal of the lactic acid is faster and more concentrated.
So it's a stronger signal up the nerve pathway to the hypothalamus.
And he gets more growth hormone.
We got an Idaho State football player.
And he's training for the NFL.
And let's be honest, the kid is fringe.
He's lucky to even get an invite.
He's about a 4-6, 240.
He uses the bands for 30 days.
And he just went and went out and ran a 4-4-5.
He took a second and a half.
And he's squatting 600 pounds and bench pressing 31535 times in 30 days.
He will go to the NFL Combine and be in the top two or three kids there by doing BFR.
What's different?
He's working out for an hour to get a little lactic acid, little lactic acid, little lactic acid, and all of a sudden he puts the bands on.
It's boom.
Lactic acid is faster and it's longer.
So we basically elevated his growth hormone, just like we did with yours, Christopher, and these 60,000 people.
We take anybody at any point in exercise, couch potato, wheelchair, walker, elite athlete, Thor God of Thunder, LeBron, and we can up their growth hormone.
And if you up growth hormone, it's no different than juicing.
Hey, everybody on the call, what would happen if you were juicing?
You were doping.
But think about it this way.
You're not using synthetic growth hormone.
You go to the world's top doctor.
He goes in painlessly, pulls growth hormone out of your pituitary, replicates it, gives it to you, and he gives it to you in a pill.
And you can take growth hormone your own every day, like you're 20 years old, your whole world would change.
Not only would your whole world change, but your immune system, which Christopher knows about, would become even stronger.
Your T-killer cells would be higher.
And you wouldn't need all this garbage that's out there to keep a strong immune system, right?
So that's just one of the side benefits.
I can't tell you how many, Christopher, how many people we've had that had long haul, right?
From, let's not even call it COVID.
They just had long haul from this or that or the vaccine.
And they do BFR and they snap right out of it because it, boom, it kicks in their immune system, kicks in their growth hormone.
So, brother, what you're saying is right now we've got a huge scare of bird flu coming back.
And it seems like you're saying these B3 bands will be a huge boost to your immune system to allow your body to fend that off.
Is that correct, brother?
Yeah, let me give you an example.
Let's take the NFL.
During COVID, how many NFL players ended up in the hospital on a respiratory?
Not a one.
How many coaches?
Oh, there's a bunch of them.
How many family members?
The coaches and Rick Burkholder, Kansas City Chiefs, he has the bands and he quit doing it.
He ended up in the hospital because one of his players passed it on to him.
But the players, they're doing vigorous exercise and they're maintaining elevated level of T-killer cells and nitric oxide.
So their body kills off all the bacteria and viruses.
But the sedentary people don't.
I can't think of one athlete, professional athlete, that we lost or ended up in the hospital because they are getting this type of exercise.
So what I'm saying is we can now use BFR to stimulate our body to have a stronger immune system, elevated nitric oxide and growth hormone like an elite level athlete.
And if you do that, you're going to dramatically reduce your chances of even getting a symptom from any of this stuff because your body's designed to fight it off.
But when you're sedentary and you have blood sugar problems and you have metabolism, you know, I get why these people, you know, fall into the vaccine scare and they run and get it because their body's not functioning the way it was designed.
Brother, that's so very true.
And from the research I've done with the B3 bands, it's huge amounts of lactic acid buildup.
You get huge amounts of IGF-1 release, the growth hormone, but also you're getting a huge boost of nitric oxide release.
Can you talk about that a little bit?
Well, let's talk about a study.
Uppsala University, you probably know about it, Christopher.
They did a study over there, and it showed they determined that nitric oxide is the number one way to kill a certain virus around the world.
And that came in the United States.
I'm not going to get controversial.
It's not my thing.
But they squashed it, right?
They squashed it, right?
We know what nitric oxide does.
Nitric oxide, when you create a drop in oxygen, right?
Your body's response to that is to release nitric oxide out of the blood vessels.
First and foremost, to thin the blood and get oxygen there quicker.
So it's helping your muscles recover faster, but then it goes out and circulates through the entire body.
And to my knowledge, it's the strongest antiviral, antibacterial substance we have, nitric oxide.
It kills thing on contact.
Go back to the athletes.
They're all releasing nitric oxide every day because they're getting on the peloton or they're sprinting or they're running.
And their body has this nitric oxide just running around and killing everything that comes in, all bacteria and all viruses.
And that's what the study in Sweden showed.
And that's why these people who do high-intensity exercise have this little teeny weeny percent of getting anything contracted.
And when they do, their body kicks its butt.
They don't end up on a respirator because of what you just talked about.
IgF-1, growth hormone, immune system, T-killer cells, and then that nitric oxide, which runs around and just, you know, kills all bacteria and virus in the body.
But, brother, one of the things I love about these bands, because I tried a couple other ones before yours, but it's how simple they are to put on and pump up and whatnot.
Can you demonstrate real quick on how simple they are?
Well, there's two ways to do BFR, right?
Using a blood pressure cuff or a tourniquet is not BFR.
That's barbaric.
And bodybuilders do it, right?
Where you just crank something down, right?
And you cut off blood flow, and then you work out and it hurts like heck.
And then you release it and then you squeeze it back down.
That's barbaric, okay?
Blood flow restriction, we want to allow arterial inflow.
That's deep, but we want to modify venous outflow.
We only want to put a little bit of pressure, like stepping on the garden hose a little bit, and slow the outflow.
You do that by using a flexible band, but here's the secret.
This has multiple air chambers.
So when I pump it up, instead of it squeezing all the way around, you remember what that felt like, Christopher.
That wasn't fun, wasn't it?
I used to have some of those.
And guys, they hurt.
I dreaded it.
Not working out, but I did 30 days of that and I so dreaded it, brother.
Yeah.
So what this does is because of the multiple air chambers, it's not completely squeezing like a butt.
It's like pressure points.
It's just going to feel like a little neoprene sleeve with a little pressure.
You only need a little pressure right here to slow this down.
Again, we don't need to cut it off.
These bands are patented.

I took this flow rate of a 10 and I just slowed it down to like a five.
That's all we did.
Everything's still flowing, but now there's less oxygen.

You are basically eliminating all the wasted time in an hour workout and all the hard work, and you're just squeezing it down to 10 minutes of light exercise to get the required two to three minutes of lactic acid that causes all the change.

I'm not very good at following directions.
And pretty much what I do is I put the bands on both my arms and my legs and I pump until I can't pump anymore.
So is that bad?
No, you don't need to go to that type, but you're going to, instead of a flow rate of a five, you probably got a three, right?
You've really slowed it down.
And you'll get.
So is that better or worse?
Well, you want the maximum air pressure.
So like these are 200 mans.
I work out at 275.
You want the maximum pressure that is not uncomfortable.
If 300 is uncomfortable, don't do 300.
You're not going to kill yourself, but it shouldn't be painful, right?
So if you can work out at 250, 300 and it doesn't hurt.
Here's what's happening, Christopher.
You're lowering the oxygen a little more.
Much easier to get here.
This is all BFR is.
BFR is setting you up with low oxygen so that you can get here.
Use more oxygen than is flowing.
That's when you feel the pump.
It's when you feel the burn.

Most people, they get on the treadmill for 30 minutes and the last 30 seconds, what do they do?

Science shows, Christopher, you got to get in the burn.
And if you do one set, take a break, one set, take a break, that's your workout, traditional, do a set.
You want to get 20 seconds of burn in that set.
So here's how you do it.
It's real easy, everyone.
I don't care if you do five or 15 when the burn starts.
Okay.
One, two, three, 12.
Oh, there's the burn.
Now remember, it's not a 50-pound dumbbell.
It's a little light dumbbell.
You can keep going.
So make sure if you do it that way, you go, okay, there's the burn, 20 more seconds.
And it's easy.
Okay.
Take a break, go hit it again.
You do 10 sets in a six, seven, eight minute period times 20 seconds.
That's 200 seconds of burn.
That's over three minutes.
That is enough lactic acid for massive growth harm.
Here's the second way to work out: get on the stair climber, get on the elliptical, and go.
I get on the elliptical.
I was just at the gym.
At 25 seconds, I'm in the burn.
At four minutes, I'm cooked.
I was in the burn for three and a half minutes, and I mean, I was done.
And everybody else on all the elliptical is looking at me, and I'm on and off in four minutes.
I'm over hitting my upper body in eight minutes.
I'm out the door at 10.
Same people are still on the treadmill, right?
Just la-dee-da-di-da, getting no burn.
That's workout number two.
Do a continuous movement.
Here's workout number three.
I call them blasts, or what you've probably seen our videos.
Okay, I'm going to do arms, 20 seconds of burn.
I'm going to go right to triceps, 20 seconds of burn.
Come right back.
Arms, go right to triceps.
Non-stop moving like a push-pull, push-pull.
Non-stop moving where the burn never goes away.
So our workout three-minute arms is biceps, little break, triceps, biceps, and you can use water bottles, bicep tries.
Three sets each way, you're done in three minutes and you are in the burn for two and a half, three minutes.
So the key, Christopher, is getting at least three minutes.
You should be shooting for more like five or six, right?
Because you're used to it of burn in the shortest window.
That's the sweet spot.
Five minutes of burn in a 40-minute workout is completely different than five minutes of burn in a 10-minute workout, right?
Five minutes of burn in a 40-minute workout is like this.
Five-minute burn and 10-minute workout is like, bam.
Oh my gosh, we're in the burn.
Holy cow, your body's going, holy cow, Christopher, what are you doing?
Man, where's this lactic acid coming from?
And the body goes, I got to get, I got to take action for you.
Nitric oxides flowing everywhere.
Post-exercise, growth hormone surgeon, thyroid kicks in.

I mean, when's the last time you were sick?
I do not know.
I cannot remember when the last time I was sick.
I haven't been to a doctor in over 25 years until 34 days ago, I went to New Mexico and had my hernia surgery operation.
And brother, that recovery time is a minimum of three.
Most people take six months.

Time, loan, volume mean nothing.
If you're not in the burn, you're not going to change.
Right.
Here's what people do.
They go Fitbit.
They look at their Fitbit and they go, ooh, a thousand steps.
Right.
And then they step on the scale and they go, well, just ignore that.
Thousand steps.
Woohoo.
We're getting tricked, everyone.
You're getting tricked into thinking steps and time and load and volume is the secret.
It is not.
The secret is to elevate your anabolic growth hormone, your anabolic hormones.
