Millstone Report w Paul Harrell: Tired of Talking About Epstein—But This Story Is NOT Going Away

All right, folks, welcome to the show.
Thanks so much for being with us.
My name is Paul Harrell.
This is the Millstone Report.
And as always, we can't do the program without you watching every single day.
I guess everything we've talked about this week, from what I can tell, has been about Jeffrey Epstein and the fallout from the leaked DOJ FBI memo that was unsigned and undated.
To be quite honest, I'm tired of talking about Epstein.
But at the same time, as I just peruse X and other websites, this story is not going to go away.
We talked about it the entire broadcast on my 4 o'clock show, The Paul Hurrell Program, yesterday afternoon with my co-host Rob Spencer and with our friend Jacob Holloway.
It was really interesting.
There's a point in that, and I think there's a clip going around on different social media of it where Jacob said, you know, essentially not only does D.C. run on blackmail, but the world runs on blackmail.
And we kind of speculated that they like it that way.
Epstein's mission, in a way, was to just get the world to blackmail itself, get the world elite to blackmail itself.
And while there's potentially, you know, incriminating evidence out there for this world leader or for that world leader, that they might actually like it that way because it ensures that if one goes down, they all go down.
So it's a power mechanism.
It's a power stabilization mechanism, if you will.
And I thought that part of the show was towards the end, but it kind of hit pretty heavy.
So it got me thinking over the night.
Because we played this clip yesterday on the afternoon show of Roger Stone on Alex Jones, and they were trying to make sense of this.
Everybody's trying to figure out how to make sense of this.
And one of the things that Stone says was that you have to know that it's a certainty that all of the ruling elite, the people who are in charge of governments, not just in America, but all across the world, are using every trick they can, essentially begging,
at the very least, begging Donald Trump, the Intel oligarchy to not allow this stuff to come out because entire governments, entire nations could potentially fall from this, where the people realize we're in the midst of a global cascading of failure of confidence in all kinds of institutions.
The people of Europe, they recognize they don't actually have people that represent them.
And I will, you know, the whole Ukraine funding thing, I think the money laundering operation there goes to rig elections in Europe.
But this is what got me thinking.
We're talking about one of the most evil things that you can do.
Just from a Christian standpoint, from a biblical standpoint, in terms of, yes, we recognize, I recognize that all sin separates you from God, save the saving work of Jesus Christ.
All sin.
A little white lie, okay, you didn't.
All of the little sins can condemn you to hell for sure, again, without the saving power of Jesus Christ.
But there are more heinous sins than others.
That much is very clear when you take the entire Bible and the counsel that's found there.
So it got me thinking, if we're talking about human trafficking, we're talking about sex trafficking, we're talking about the harming of innocents, this is a pretty wicked, evil, evil thing.
Especially when it's one of a multi-billion, $100 billion a year industry.
The idea that they're, because of the population of the earth, there's more people in slavery now than ever, and it's all underground.
And so I was reminded of this verse, and I'm going to try to make sense of all of this.
So just follow me.
So in Ephesians chapter 6, starting in verse 10, it talks about the whole armor of God.
Finally, be strong in the Lord.
This is verse 10.
Be strong in the Lord in the strength of his might.
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.
For we do not wrestle.
This is the verse you probably remember.
We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
So I got to thinking, if we're talking about this list potentially bringing down entire governments, imagine what's going on in the heavenly places.
Imagine the demonic forces that don't want these people exposed, that don't want this power structure to end, that don't want governments to fall and then be reformed by people who don't sex traffic little kids.
And so as we've covered this entire week, we've covered this, I think that's one of the things that I've lost sight of is the spiritual warfare that's involved here with all of this, with the idea of exposing governments, the U.S., the U.K., Australia.
There's even a former Israeli prime minister that's been associated with this and visits to the island and that sort of thing.
The spiritual ramifications and the warfare that's going on in these other places is significant, and I think we need to recognize that.
And that brings me to a potential solution, and that's to fall to our knees and pray.
Pray that the light would expose the darkness and pray for spiritual victories over these high places and these hierarchies that are running on the wickedness and the sinfulness of man, specifically regarding the human trafficking and the sex trafficking.
And so that's how I just, that was kind of how I wanted to open the show, share with you my thoughts concerning that.
So if you think about it, when it comes to mind, specifically if you're tempted to blackpill, not only should we pray about that, because we don't want to despair, we want to have hope, but let's actively, as an audience, I would just encourage you, when it comes to mind, pray for spiritual victories in these places.
Because there are plenty of dark forces out there who don't want the list to come out, who don't want the leaders of nations across the world to be exposed.
They don't want that.
They want this wickedness and this sinful behavior and the harming of innocents to continue.
And so I would encourage everybody out there to do that.
And I'm going to do it more often as well.

So, the whole armor of God.
How has all of this terrible news, and I think that's what it is from the Trump administration, whether you put all of the blame on Trump, whether you put all of the blame on Bondi, whether you put, you know, or we could, I guess we could distribute the blame, Cash Patel, Dan Bongino.
But how is all of this affecting Trump's approval numbers?
Well, we can't know for sure.
That's the first thing.
We can't know for sure.
But according to Ras Mussen, this is what they wrote this morning, 8.06 a.m.
Good morning.
Trump overnight presidential job approval is in.
The single overnight approval for last night is 45.77%.
His approval falls for the second day in a row in the five-day average.
Okay, so is this because of some people have speculated, well, maybe this is the negative, you know, some of the negative press, if you listen to the mainstream outlets that the Big Beautiful Bill got, or is all of this because of what happened on Sunday night when this thing leaked, right after Independence Day?
You know, a lot of people were celebrating the 4th of July with their families or the days leading up to the 4th of July with their families.
A lot of people took vacations, including me.
I was there, surrounded by my family, when we found out that the Diddy trial came out the way it did.
And so you just get this feeling that there's never going to be any accountability.
And then we get the Sunday Night Memo right after Independence Day.
It just seems like the American people have gotten shellacked.
And a lot of people had faith that, no, it's going to be different this time.
So Mark Mitchell, who is the pollster for Ras Mussin Reports, he says he's speculating.
He's looking at the net approval.
He's looking at how Trump's approval, the overnight poll that they do every night, is tanking.
And he's wondering, is this the big, beautiful bill?
Is this Epstein?
Does this also have to do, if anything, with Elon Musk?
And once again, they're falling out, whether they're together, then they're getting divorced, and they get back together, and now they're getting divorced again.
And it's tough to know.
Obviously, I don't think they're just doing polls on approval.
I don't think they're actually getting into the issues that could be asked.
But this is something to take note of.
And you wonder, I mean, the administration, they may not care.
They may not care when it comes to this.
They may not even, you know, who knows?
We'll have to see.
I will say, I think it's totally, it's clear right now that Pam Bondi could, well, Pam Bonnie has been the one that has really fumbled this since February to now.
This whole thing really could be put on her, and maybe the administration does that.
Maybe the administration uses this, uses her as a scapegoat, and then still refuses to release the list.
Or when we say list at this point, what we're really talking about is court documents, sealed court documents, evidence.
No one's wanting the videos released that show the rape and the abuse.
We're not wanting to see any of that.
We just want to know who Jeffrey Epstein trafficked to.
So in trying to make sense of this, Bill O'Reilly goes on with Chris Cuomo, and he claims, Bill O'Reilly claims he talked to President Trump about the release of the Epstein files, and Trump told him why he is not interested in releasing them.

I talked to President Trump man to man, eye to eye on St. Patrick's Day about this and the Kennedy files and the King files.
It was all one conversation.
And he said, and I agree, there are a lot of names associated with Epstein that had nothing to do with Epstein's conduct.
They maybe had lunch with him or maybe had some correspondence for one thing or another.
If that name gets out, those people are destroyed because there's not going to be any context.
Media doesn't care about context.
So you can't do that.
You can't destroy human beings by putting out the files, whatever they may be.
So, I mean, that's, I don't know.
That's ridiculous.
That's absolutely ridiculous, the idea that you can't have context.
So on my afternoon show yesterday for Central on X American News, what we talked about with Jacob Holloway, he came into the possession of some very interesting data points, literal data points on a graph.
And it's an interactive thing, but we didn't actually show that.
We just showed the data points of Jeffrey Epstein and everything that everybody he's connected to.
And he's connected to everybody.
He's connected to literally everybody, whether government, whether Hollywood, whether politics, whether business, he was connected to everybody.
It doesn't mean that everybody in that graph went to the island, but what it does mean is that many of many, many, many people knew him on a first name basis.
We are not asking, it's not as if we cannot, and the media, I mean, it's like, well, the media is not going to care.
Now, hang on a second.
Like, we're just wanting to know who was involved with Epstein when it came to doing illegal things, when it came to rape, when it came to trafficking.
That's all we're trying to know.
We know this guy's whole job was to become friends with everybody and to lure them into some sort of blackmail operation.
We know that.
That's the explanation.
And as a matter of fact, I mean, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the Health and Human Services Secretary, he had to answer awkward questions about this.
This was back when he was running for president.
Let's get to Steve Dace's comment first.
He says, again, in reaction to this Bill O'Reilly explanation, he says, again, just tell us the names of who Epstein and Maxwell trafficked to.
Who's abusing underage girls in the videos?
Tell us those names.
This from Bill O'Reilly is pardon my Irish total BS.
So the idea that you can't explain your relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, now, whether you believe everything Kennedy says here or not, what we're about to play for you, he explains his associations with Epstein, just like countless other politicians, big businessmen, Hollywood elite could also explain it unless they actually did something illegal.
This was back when he was running for president, RFK on Jesse Waters.
You were never on Jeffrey Epstein's jet, were you?
I was on Jeffrey Epstein's jet two times.
I was on it in 1993, and I went to Florida with my wife and two children to visit my mom over Easter.
My wife had some kind of relationship with Goen Maxwell, and they offered us a ride to Palm Beach.
So I went then and on another occasion, I flew again with my family with, I think, four of my children and Mary, my wife, to Rapid City, South Dakota to go fossil hunting for a weekend.
But otherwise, I was never on his jet alone.
I've been very open about this from the beginning.
This was in 93, so it was 30 years ago.
It was before anybody knew about Jeffrey Epstein's nefarious issues.
And I agree with you that all of this information should be released.
And we should get real answers on what happened to Jeffrey Epstein and any of the high-level political people that he was involved with.
All of that should be open to the public.
It should be absolutely transparent.
And, you know, I don't see why any of those records would have any redactions in them.
Why would we be hiding that from the American public?
So, again, the idea that powerful people who knew Jeffrey Epstein and even flew on his jet are automatically – He's providing the context that Bill O'Reilly says that Donald Trump thinks isn't going to be given if they just release the files.
It's just pretty preposterous, if you ask me.
It's a preposterous explanation.
And again, the American people are not buying it.
And that's why this is not going away.
This story is not going to go away.
Nor should it.
We should take this opportunity, as a matter of fact, as the American people, the public, the voters, MAGA base, whatever you want to call it, to be as vocal And outspoken as we want on this issue, to try, maybe in vain, to put as much pressure as we possibly can on everyone, on our politicians, on everybody, for them to do the right thing here and let the light expose the darkness.
Let the most transparent administration in history actually live up to that label and that name.
Speaking of that, to kind of keep things light, in the minute of missing audio, there was this AI video that was made of this infamous angle that doesn't actually show us Jeffrey Epstein's cell.
And somebody, they've put Hillary Clinton walking into the...
There's Hillary.
Jeffrey, I think we need to talk.
So, you know, tongue-in-cheek here.
And then there's some great memes out there where Dan Bongino and Cash Patel are dressed up as the men in black with a neuralizer trying to get us all to forget.
There are multiple podcasts on this subject.
There are multiple assertions that the Epstein list is real.
This is, of course, before.
And the circumstances surrounding his death were suspect at best.
But no, I've seen the file.
I've seen the file.
He killed himself.
He killed himself.
I've seen the file.
This is also something we haven't brought up at all on the program this week, and that's Virginia Guffery.
Virginia Guffery, we're told, committed suicide in April.
This is, of course, one of Jeffrey Epstein's most high-profile or, I guess, most publicized victims.
Zero Hedge over on X is reminding us of her diary.
Quote, I used to be watched by Epstein's hidden cameras, which I have seen myself.
The FBI have the archive footage showing me being abused by other men used as blackmail.
This is from her diary.
The FBI has the footage of me being abused by other men.
This is what we would like to know.
Who were the other men that were abusing people like Virginia Guffery?
And there's, again, countless other victims.
And now that Virginia Guffery is dead and she committed suicide, we're told, there are other Epstein victims that are very reluctant to come out and speak about any of this stuff that happened.
And I would even venture to say that Trump's comments with Pam Bondi two days ago certainly reinforce that, that the American government isn't going to be there for you, is not going to have your back if you do bring this stuff up.
These are the not-so-subtle messages being sent here.
And that's why this story, again, isn't going to go away.
And we can praise the Trump administration when they do things good, and we can speak out as loudly as we want or feel compelled to when they clearly do something that is wrong.
That is, from my perspective, black and white wrong.
And I will reference you to my spiritual warfare comments at the beginning of the show.
If entire governments potentially would fall if this information was actually released, how many dark, demonic, spiritual forces in the heavenly places that we are at war with want the child trafficking to continue, want the darkness and these rulers to continue to oppress the people by lying to their face, but being total monsters in the dark.
The Sean Ryan podcast interviewed a guy by the name of Nick Bryant.
And there's a couple of things that said in this clip.
It's a 12-minute clip.
We're not going to play nearly all of that.
But I want you to hear when he brings up Bill Barr's father.
We're talking about former Attorney General Bill Barr from Trump 1.0.

Any presidents' names in there?
Well, actually, Epstein has, I believe, 24 contact numbers for Clinton.
William Barr, the Attorney General under Donald Trump, who covered up Epstein, Epstein was allowed to do whatever he wanted with Les Wexmaker's fortune, anything he wanted.
But he circled a bunch of names that he saw had been involved with Epstein.
William Barr, the Attorney General under Donald Trump, who covered up Epstein, and actually he covered up Franklin too, because he was the attorney general under Bush One when the Franklin scandal was covered up.
So he's a really dirty guy.
I mean, and he's been involved in all kinds of other dirty stuff, too.
His dad was running Dalton.
Dalton is the school where Jeffrey Epstein got his first job as a teacher.
Shortly before Epstein got hired there.
So people have speculated that his dad had something to do with Epstein getting hired, but we don't really know.
But what's really interesting is William Barr's father wrote a sci-fi novel about intergalactic sex trafficking, which is kind of strange.
I love how John Ryan is so silent there.
I'm sorry, Nick Bryant is like, that's kind of strange.
That's kind of bizarre.
The novel is called Space Relations.
It was written by Donald Barr in 1975.
Space Relations.
This is the Amazon page.
Obviously, if you scroll down and get some customer reviews, really badly written, writes on the Amazon review.
He gives it one star, says, or I guess this is somebody called Christian, and the title of the review is really badly written.
They write, I have a copy of this book.
It is a really badly written book whose only excuse seems to be to refer to human trafficking and sex slavery either as an appeal to puriant interests, in which case it fails, or to relate reminiscences in fiction, or possibly as a payoff because the dialogue and connecting thoughts are lacking, as well as any real plot even after half the book is read.
The writer seems to like putting everything in terms of girls and boys and children, even when the scenes do not necessarily, but often do, involve kids.
So while, for instance, the 14-year-old girl getting raped in the first few chapters is really supposed to be 14, the hero of the book in danger is being sodomized.
Yeah, so you can read the rest of the review.
Well, here, I'll skip down.
It's pretty shocking.
It is pretty shocking a headmaster of a school would write this junk.
It's not only low-grade SF story out there with this non-writing in it, but they're always bad reads.
Exploitation novel at best says something about the writer regardless.
So that is the former Attorney General of the United States' father, who has a connection to Epstein.
There's no question.
We don't know how in-depth that connection to Epstein went, but there certainly was a connection.

But then it's really, it makes the title, when you know what the book is about, it makes that title even creepier.

Sarfa the Conservative Treehouse and The Last Refuge has a very interesting post.
And if you don't read The Conservative Treehouse or The Last Refuge, I would encourage you to do so because his takes are always very interesting, and I would even say unique.
You get slightly different takes with what's going on.
Specifically talking about what's going on right now in our own country with the Intel oligarchs and Donald Trump, the question would be, is Donald Trump really in control of the intelligence agencies?
He writes, in the mind of President Putin and in the growing awareness of the American electorate, the President of the United States does not control the intelligence community.
It is entirely possible for the United States intelligence community to take America to war, despite the president and the people of America not wanting that outcome.
Putin is simply prepared for that outcome.

People struggle with this concept.

This is the reality of the situation, regardless of your/slash my willingness to accept it.
So it's an interesting point because somebody in the comment section writes, how does this get fixed?
How do we fix this?
You always have the deep knowledge of the silo systems and the legal way he could get around things.
What is the correct steps?
What is the correct set of steps here?
To which The Last Refuge replies, eventually POTUS is going to have to publicly say he does not control the United States intelligence community in some manner.
Huh.
Interesting.
Now, you may disagree with that.
I don't know.
I think there's some truth to it.
And this kind of can prove my, this is kind of a, I guess, an exhibit of evidence that supports what the Last Refuge is saying.
It's a very awkward set of circumstances.
So So, a couple of days ago, Trump announced that they're going to be sending weapons to Ukraine again.
Apparently, there was a brief pause in sending weapons to Ukraine.
So, Trump was asked the decision.
He was asked who made the decision to pause.
This is from July 9th.
This is just yesterday.

Sir, yesterday you said that you were not sure who ordered the munitions halted to Ukraine.
Have you since been able to figure that out?
Well, I haven't thought about it because we're looking at Ukraine right now and munitions, but I have not gone into it.
What does it say that such a big decision could be made inside your government without you knowing?
I would know.
If a decision was made, I will know.
I'll be the first to know.
In fact, most likely I'd give the order, but I haven't done that yet.
So that was yesterday, one day before that, on the 8th of July.
So who ordered the pause last week?
I don't know.
Why don't you tell me?
I think that's a question for the next one.

So the question is, this video is posted by Daniel Davis Deep Dive.
Actually, I don't think I've ever heard of him.
I am following him.
Am I following him?
I sure am.
So this is a, what a great question.
What a fantastic question.
So who really is in charge?
And if we still have rogue intel agencies, even with Tulsi Gabbard being the head of the DNI, by the way, that position is now, you know, you wonder how effective it is.
You wonder if the intel oligarchs are now...
He was no fan of Tulsi Gabbard's nomination.
So it's interesting.
How do you negotiate peace around the world if somebody like Vladimir Putin doesn't believe you actually control the shadowy deep state Intel oligarchy?
It's a great question.
These are the battles that are going on.
Or at least I hope there's at least a battle going on, a struggle.
But I digress.
Here's the last thing about the Epstein situation that I think I have on the list.
Maybe there's a few more.
And at this point, I just can't even imagine Tom Fitton here.
Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch is probably just shaking his head like, this is ridiculous.
But the DOJ has reported to the court it's still reviewing Epstein records for possible release.
So this is in response to Judicial Watch's FOIA Freedom of Information lawsuit.
Our FOIA lawsuit for the Epstein material continues.
We will be relentless in demanding transparency under law.
So I wouldn't hold my breath, but that at least is the latest in the government's response in this case where they don't want to give up any of the Epstein documents.
Speaking of the CIA and John Brennan, do we have time for this?
If we do, we're going to save this to the end because this is rather a lengthy story.
But it is incredible.
Patrick Bett David had a podcast where he interviewed former CIA employee John Kiriku.
And it's really, really interesting story of John Brennan and just what a shady guy he is.
You know, in the wake of the now he's being investigated by the FBI over him lying to Congress.
I don't really have any hope that anything's going to come of that either.
But we'll see.
Now there's an investigation.
We'll see what happens in six months, right?
But it's fascinating.
If I have time later, we'll listen to it.
But I really want to get to this judicial, this basically the chemtrail story.
Okay, so I've done several shows on chemtrails, and what I've told you is, or contrails or whatever, what have you, but it's now relevant because the director of the EPA, Lee Zeldon, has just published a bunch of stuff on the EPA website trying to address questions of people who are concerned about geoengineering and contrails in the sky.
I will say, when I was a child, I do not remember contrails that would hang in the air and blot out the sun.
I don't remember as a child, and I was outside a lot as a kid, I don't remember clear days, beautiful skies, blue sky days.
I don't remember planes flying over and those contrails just staying in the sky all day and making a beautiful day overcast.
But that regularly happens now as an adult.
And I didn't notice it.
I've told this story before back when I was on radio.
I started in radio in 2009.
And back then, a couple of times I'd get off air around 6 o'clock and I would look to my left outside the studio and there'd be this old man there.
He would just appear.
And it was like a jump scare moment.
Look up, you know.
And he would just come into the studio and then find my studio because I worked a lot.
There were several stations in the building that I worked at.
And he wanted me to talk about chemtrails.
And he said, do you watch the sky at night?
During the sunset?
Do you watch what they're doing in the sky?
And I just thought he was crazy.
I was letting the Drudge Report curate my local radio show most of the time, as were tons of talk radio hosts.
And so he gave me some information and everything else, and I looked at it, but I just thought, you know, this is just too far out there, right?
Even though I think at the time I did notice that, you know, in the medium-sized Arkansas town that I lived in, there's really only a couple of highways in the sky.
you know that that's towards St. Louis, that's towards Little Rock, that's towards Memphis.
And I did think I realized, like, hey, there are some planes throughout the day that just seem to be gritting the skies, and they're not actually in these other lanes.
They're not, you know.
So I think I did notice at the time, but you know what?
Best not to think about those things.
You just kind of stuff it down and don't talk about it.
It wasn't until COVID where everybody was panicked and losing their minds.
Everything was cancelable.
Everybody was at their house.
And me and my family, we just hung out outside a lot of the time.
And I think that's why we didn't actually get COVID for I didn't get COVID until like the middle of 2021.
And I did it just because a family member got it and I had to go over and help.
And then I got it.
But it was during 2020, being outside, not being cooped up in a studio, and because I wasn't working in radio at that time, not being cooped up in a studio, being outside, that's when I really noticed it.
I started to notice the blue skies being turned almost completely overcast on some days.
I just looked up.
I looked up and I noticed and I said, huh, okay, I want to look at this further.
Of course, you go down this rabbit hole and there's all sorts of potential explanations.
And I don't know which one is true, which one's not.
But I will say the idea of cloud seeding, the idea of geoengineering at all, is becoming mainstream now.
One of the reasons it became mainstream is because the state of Tennessee a couple of years ago banned geoengineering in their skies.
State of Florida has now followed suit.
So I just want you to understand they didn't use the word chemtrail, but they used the word geoengineering and specifically spraying aerosols in the sky to change the weather or to try to terraform the skies or terraform the earth.
And I want you to understand what a big deal it was that the state of Tennessee did this.
This was a bill that had to be filed.
It had to go through a Tennessee House committee.
It had to pass the full House.
Then it had to go to the Senate side.
It had to pass a Senate committee.
And then it had to pass the full Senate.
So this was something that was hotly debated.
And of course, the left said it was all conspiratorial.
Well, the day after or the week after the state of Tennessee passed a bill banning chemtrails, essentially, you had all of these articles that came out of these big mainstream deep state-controlled publications talking about geoengineering and how it's actually a good thing for the planet.
And it was perfectly timed.
And you could see that the Overton window was shifting on this.
And so now it's like, hey, you're a conspiracy theory.
Shut up.
Don't believe your own eyes to, well, actually, yeah, you're right, but it's good for you.
It's good for you.
It's science.
So that's why this is a big deal.
In the wake of the tragedy of Camp Mystic and the flooding that happened in Texas, there's now basically a revelation that cloud seeding happens in the state of Texas.
I think it's actually even regulated by the state of Texas to create rain where they need it and try to fight droughts and that sort of thing.
And so the CEO of the company in Texas is now making the rounds across multiple media outlets, not only Fox News, but also Owen Schroyer on InfoWars and several other places, saying, look, yes, we cloud seeded Texas on July 2nd, but we had nothing to do with the flooding.
And he's adamant about that.
He says we had nothing to do with the flooding, but we did cloud seed on July 2nd.
Here's some of the clips.
People can listen to longer form interviews that you have done about some of the safety and research that you've done on what you use to cloud seed.
Now, I want you to please address a larger question, which is one that is somewhat broad and perhaps even religious.
But are you playing God?
Are you messing with things that you shouldn't be messing with when it comes to the weather?
I get this question all the time, and I totally think it makes sense to ask it.
My intention is to serve God.
I think that in Genesis 1, 26 through 28, and then throughout the Psalms and the rest of the Bible, God tells us to take dominion over and steward creation both for our sake, creation itself, and then to honor him.
And so if there are droughts and we have the tools to mitigate the damage done by them for our sake and for nature itself, then we should deploy those for the sake of tending to and stewarding the world.
And if we weren't to do that, if we were to ban cloud seeding wholesale, despite knowing that it's safe, despite knowing it could help alleviate these problems, we'd be abdicating our God-given responsibility to be stewards of the world.
Okay, let's address to use the technology for good or to use the technology for evil.
That is the question.
But I find it interesting, and other people have already pointed out, this was a conspiracy theory five minutes ago.
They were against man-made climate change before they were for man-made climate change.
It's pretty incredible, though, that this guy, Augustus, is going around and he's saying, look, we didn't do this.
We did not have anything to do with the flooding.
But the fact that he's having to go and do this, it shows you how many people are now entertaining the idea that a lot of flooding and a lot of natural disasters could be created by man himself.
That's something to think about, which brings me to Lee Zeldon.
The director of the EPA posted this about contrails and geoengineering.
Watch.
Concerned Americans have urgent and important questions about geoengineering and contrails.
The American public deserves and expects honesty and transparency from their government when seeking answers.
But for years, people who asked questions in good faith were dismissed, even vilified by the media and their own government.
That era is over.
The Trump EPA is committed to total transparency.
As a result, I tasked my team at EPA to compile a list Of everything we know about contrails and geoengineering for the purpose of releasing it to you now publicly.
In other words, I want you to know everything I know about these topics and without any exception.
Instead of simply dismissing these questions and concerns as baseless conspiracies, we're meeting them head on.
We did the legwork, looked at the science, consulted agency experts, and pulled in relevant outside information to put these online resources together.
Everything we know about contrails to solar geoengineering will be in there.
That means anyone who reads through this information will know as much about these topics as I do as EPA administrator.
To anyone who's ever looked up to the streaks in the sky and asked, what the heck is going on?
Or seen headlines about private actors and even governments looking to blot out the sun in the name of stopping global warming?

We've endeavored to answer all of your questions at the links on your screen.
In fact, EPA shares many of the same concerns when it comes to potential threats to human health and the environment, especially from solar geoengineering activities.
The enthusiasm for experiments that would pump pollutants into the high atmosphere has set off alarm bells here at the Trump EPA.
Prior to now, EPA has never been this proactive to raise awareness about concerns with geoengineering and to stop this activity from being scaled up.
This is what it looks like when government actually listens to the will of the people and doesn't try to squash it.
You can always trust this administration and this EPA to take your concerns seriously, answer your questions honestly, and carry out the will of voters with integrity.
I mean, that would be a great statement if the last part there would be fantastic if we just had endured everything we've endured with the Epstein situation.
But taking that aside, that's a member of the EPA saying that they're worried about geoengineering and that they're going to drop all this data on contrails and they already have dropped it.
Now, there's good and there's bad.
They lay out data points, but they don't actually connect the data points.
Okay, so there's a little bit of intentional ignorance here.
And I'm going to tell you what I mean, but you're going to have to stick with me.
So here's the website about contrails.
This is one of the links that you go to when you go to epa.gov slash contrails.
Okay, so contrails, what are they?
They basically say, hey, it's high altitude.
You got the humidity.
The correct conditions must occur immediately behind the jet engine.
An expanding engine exhaust plume.
A contrail will form if the humidity becomes high enough and the air temperature becomes low enough for water vapor to condense on particles in the exhaust and surrounding air to form tiny water droplets.
And then these droplets freeze at low temperatures into ice crystals.
Depending on the temperature, amount of the moisture in the air at the aircraft's altitude, contrails evaporate quickly if the humidity is low or persist and grow if the humidity is high.
Conditions that are favorable to forming contrails occur frequently at high altitudes when atmospheric conditions favorable to forming contrails are combined with high numbers of commercial and private jet aircraft flights.
There can be many contrails in the sky at one time, the government tells us.
It says, it is also important to note that the humidity and other atmospheric conditions at high altitudes may be very different from the conditions we experience on the ground.
How long do contrails last?
Many contrails are short-lived and form and evaporate in a matter of seconds to minutes due to low humidity, the government tells us, in the atmosphere when airplanes are flying.
Persistent contrails result when airplanes fly through layers of high humidity conditions known as supersaturated air in the atmosphere.
They can last for a few minutes or longer than a day.
So here's the deal.
The longer than the day part is, it just feels like a little gaslighting to me.
People have, you can watch.
I've seen aircraft where they're making a contrail, and then it's like something is turned on, and the contrail all of a sudden just goes crazy, right?
It's now huge, and it's now going to stay in the air all day and blot out the sun.
But again, bear with me here because I told you that there is some admission here.
When you get to the geoengineering side, but before we get to the geoengineering side, they do address chemtrails.
Okay, this is important.
Lee Zeldon's EPA says chemtrails is a shortening of the term chemical trails.
It is a term some people use to inaccurately claim that contrails resulting from routine air traffic are actually an intentional release of dangerous chemicals or biological agents.
Wrong.
Okay?
That's wrong.
We are not saying, although some might say, we're not necessarily saying it's from routine air traffic.
We're saying it's from, we're saying, remember, do you not remember the audio of the lady confronting the guy working for a private company that's contracted to grid the skies, and they tracked the pilot down, and they were asking him difficult questions?
We're not talking about routine airline traffic here.
We're talking about an operation.
We're talking about an operation.
But anyway, I'm going to keep reading here because this is important.
They say it's inaccurate.
It's inaccurately acclaimed that contrails resulting from routine air traffic are actually an intentional release of dangerous chemicals or biological agents at altitudes for a variety of nefarious purposes, including population control, mind control, or attempts to geoengineer Earth or modify the weather.
It should be noted, by the way, Prince, the late musical artist Prince, he blamed disagreements in his neighborhood growing up with chemtrails.
He said everybody would be fine, then they would fly the planes, and then everybody would Get into arguments.
I'm just telling you what he said.
He goes on: It should be noted that chemtrails are sometimes intentionally sprayed from aircraft for legitimate purposes like firefighting or farming.
Yeah, we know all that.
Okay, so moving on to the geoengineering section.
So take that, okay?
Take what you heard there, digest it for a second, and let's go hear what do they say about geoengineering.
Okay.
Geoengineering, the U.S. government now tells us, encompasses a broad range of activities, including those that intentionally attempt to cool the earth or remove certain gases from the atmosphere.
Gases that trap heat in carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, also called carbon dioxide removal, through methods such as direct air capture and storage, ocean iron fertilization, or ocean alkalinity enhancement.
A subset of geoengineering activities intends to cool the Earth by intentionally modifying the amount of sunlight reaching Earth's surface.
These activities are referred to as solar geoengineering or solar radiation modification.
Most proposed solar radiation modification techniques involve adding material to the atmosphere to increase the amount of incoming sunlight reflected back to space.
While some of these approaches are currently being studied, not enough information exists to fully understand the viability, risks, and benefits of each approach.
Types of solar geoengineering techniques include stratospheric aerosol injection.
Now, I don't know about you, but they've got a website on contrails.
They've got a separate page on geoengineering, and they're not connecting the dots.
How would you inject aerosol particles into the stratosphere?
You would do it by using a plane.
Not necessarily a routine aircraft flying for an airline from city to city.
You would do it from a plane.
Now, I do think it's significant, and it's a good thing.
This is a good first step, but I am disappointed that they're not going to connect the dots from the first page to this second page.
Stratospheric aerosol injection.
This is what they say it is.
Adding small reflective particles to the upper atmosphere, stratosphere, to reflect incoming sunlight.
Sulfur dioxide, one of the types of chemicals considered for strat considered.
So they're not admitting that it's happening.
It is happening.
It's happening.
Stratospheric aerosol injection can chemically react in the stratosphere to form reflective sulfate aerosols.
Now, let's get to the potential impacts.
The purpose of solar geoengineering, the EPA tells us, the government tells us, is to cool the Earth by reflecting more sunlight back to space.
Depending on the approach used, there could be additional unintended health and environmental consequences that require careful evaluation.
Current understanding of risks and benefits is limited by uncertainties.
Now, I'm going to stop right here.
It was RFK Jr. that said on Dr. Phil's show that this is a DARPA program, that he believes that the chemtrails, spraying the aerosol, spraying the particles is a DARPA.
It's our own government that's doing this.
Obviously, the EPA doesn't have control over the defense.
You know, the DARPA is under the Department of Defense.
Anyway, I go on.
So there's risks and benefits.
It's limited by uncertainties in the observations and modeling tools used to examine solar geoengineering impacts.
There isn't enough information available to fully understand the unintended consequences of solar geoengineering.
Potential health and environmental impacts of solar geoengineering include ozone.
Adding particles to the stratosphere could lead to stratospheric ozone layer depletion.
However, lower temperatures from reduced sunlight may also reduce ozone at ground level.
Ecosystem health and crop yields.
Adding sulfur to the atmosphere increases the risk of acid rain.
Deposition of sulfur to the surface and worsened soil acidity, which could impact food production.
Diseased sunlight, i.e.
energy.
I'm sorry, not diseased.
That would be something out of sci-fi.
Space relations.
Decreased sunlight, i.e.
energy reaching the surface could also impact ecosystem and agricultural productivity.
Rain and snowfall patterns.
Adding particles to the stratosphere can alter hydrological cycles, leading to changes in the amount of rainfall and drought in specific regions.
And finally, respiratory health.
Some particles in the stratosphere eventually come down to Earth's surface where they can contribute to adverse health impacts, including making it difficult to breathe.
The United States government is now admitting that geoengineering is a danger to human health.
They are not connecting the dots between spraying it out of airplanes for some strange reason, unless I missed something on the first page, which I might have.
But they are putting these out in two separate documents, two separate documents, one on what are contrails, the other what is geoengineering.
And they seem to debunk chemtrails, but they have a bad definition for it.
Their definition is routine air traffic.
We're not talking about routine air traffic.
We're talking about watching our own eyes in the early mornings when a clear blue sky, you're on your way to work, and you see, you just see this plane.
This plane's not going anywhere.
This plane is gritting our system.
This plane is literally gritting our towns, our rural communities, our fields.
So there's a lot more work to do.
But maybe this is a first step.
Maybe.
Just maybe.
Because with anything, there's good, there's bad, and there is ugly.
