	What happened in this case was CPS, DHR, actually did the truth.
	They should have taken the children away from Samantha because Samantha's a retard and she was molesting her own children and she was taking advantage of her own children.

	And now they're in D.C. and they're trying to make a stance about how their children, her children were taken away from her.

	And then I need you to tell me what you told me a couple, I guess it's been a couple of weeks ago now, that we had a conversation and I'm so scatter brained, I haven't had a chance to get you on here.
	And I apologize for that, brother.
	That is like me because I get distracted.
	I'm doing 90 different things.
	And if you don't call me right back, I'm on to the next thing.
	And you didn't call me back.
	You weren't persistent enough.

	So walk us back through what actually happened to you and your three children, brother.
	Thanks for having me on.
	It's kind of emotional.
	So I try to keep myself from getting all worked up.
	I had custody of my kids for eight years, sole parent, sole guardian.
	They saw their mother two times a week, if that.
	Sometimes they went three months without seeing her.
	And we had, she, in December of 2023, we had a semi-annual review hearing.
	And at that semi-annual review hearing, the judge stated on the record, I never have removed a mother's rights in 25 years and I will not anytime soon.
	And I looked at her when that was said and she got a grim look on her face, just cocky smile.
	What proceeded after that was constant complaints of me not sending the children for their visitation, that I was interfering with parenting, and it all led to a contempt hearing in July of last year, July 26th.
	At that hearing, I was falsely accused of the kids of neglecting the kids on academics.
	They were failing school, that I was failing them medically.
	I was not paying attention to them.
	None of this was backed up with any evidence at all in any way, shape, and form.
	And I tell all this because this is what leads to everything else.
	And I was basically just hammered.
	The judge never, like I said, never asked for any evidence.
	So he decided to put the kids back with her.
	Now, mind you, she had already had them taken away from her four different times prior to this, one in another state within a three-year span.
	And my kids freaked out.
	My daughter, especially, middle child, had a meltdown because she had been abused by her mom.
	I have the pictures.
	The GAL never did anything about it.
	They never acted on it.
	And the judge had coached my ex when she was in middle and high school.
	He was her soccer and volleyball.
	Hold on, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop.
	I got to interrupt for a second.
	The judge, in your case, was your wife's coach in Little League.
	Did I hear that correctly?
	Yep.
	And in middle and high school, he coached her in volleyball, little league, all that.
	And he's known her entire family for 30 plus years.
	The judge in this case.
	Yes.
	Okay, go ahead.
	And so, of course, he gives custody back to her, full custody.
	And they go from living with me full-time, eight years, same house, same school, to now suddenly being placed back with her an hour away.
	But they still wanted them to go to the same school.
	So these kids would have to travel an hour to school.
	Then when school was over, an hour back.
	So they would wake up at 5 a.m., get ready for school, fall asleep in the car on the way to school, get to school, be forced to wake up.
	You know, that alone is just not in the kids' best interest.
	But my daughter freaked out.
	She told them for eight years, I don't want to be with her.
	I don't trust my mom.
	She's mean.
	She's neglectful.
	And they never listened to her.
	And she had a meltdown.
	She wanted out of her mom's house.
	So she zip-tied herself to a bed and had her sister's friend call the police.
	And the police showed up and she told them that her mother zip-tied her to the bed before she went to work because her mother went to work at 4 a.m., didn't come back till 3 p.m.
	So left all three kids there by themselves all day long and 30 minutes away.
	And I called her that morning about 30 minutes after the police showed up because I called every morning to check on them.
	And the police answered the phone and told me what had happened.
	So I hurried up and rushed down there.
	And the kids were packing their stuff up to come with me.
	CPS suddenly said, nope, we have to take the kids.
	They're going with us.
	I said, why?
	They said, because your ex just got custody back and it's very suspicious that this happened.
	This is something that doesn't happen.
	So until we investigate this further, they need to come with us.
	It was sudden.
	They got in the car.
	The last images I saw of them was my son looking in the mirror, looking in the rear window, waving at me.
	That was the last I saw them.
	This was August 8th of last year.
	And what followed was accusations that I had coerced the children into doing this because I was mad because I lost custody, that I manipulated them into doing this, that I manipulated them into hating their mother.
	And my attorney, who was with me for eight years, cared more about maintaining the friendship with the judge and that court than what he did fighting for me.
	He resigned.
	The prosecutor, who is also CPS's attorney, she's dual role here, which is huge conflict of interest, but this happens in Ohio everywhere.
	She told me that I will not see the kids again.
	I will not talk to them, even though I still had companionship rights that I was given at that July hearing.
	I was given in the summer every other week and then every weekend.
	And I kept asking her, why can't I see the kids?
	Because you can't.
	And then suddenly I got this falsification charge for my mental health document that apparently I faked and falsified.
	And then they issued a no contact order on me with the kids because I tried to take the kids their belongings because they lived with me for eight years.
	All of their stuff was in my home.
	And this was after CPS ghosted me for two weeks.
	I tried to get a hold of somebody.
	Nobody would talk to me.
	And they issued the no contact order.
	So I wasn't allowed around the kids, wasn't allowed talking to them.
	And it's just been hell since then.
	I now have never talked.
	I still haven't talked with them.
	I still have not seen them.
	I still haven't talked to them.
	It's the most frustrating thing in the world because I've been accused of everything under the sun.
	And every time I fought back, every time I proved my innocence, every time I have filed something in court, they use a procedural loophole.
	Instead of arguing on the legal merits, they use a procedural loophole to shut me out.
	And when I got them into federal court and they were about to be exposed for major rights violations, due process violations, they suddenly dropped a, and I hate saying this on the air, but it's true in the records.
	They dropped a sexual assault allegation that I apparently sexually assaulted my daughter.
	This was after them being gone for nine months.
	And when stuff was falling down apart on them, they were getting ready to have a federal court hearing.
	And then out of nowhere, this allegation pops up.
	And I just, I feel like I'm farther away from them now than what I was when I lost them 10 months ago.
	It's just in a matter of two weeks, we went from being a tight family that were there for each other to not seeing each other and not being allowed to be around each other.
	And no reason has been given.
	Literally, there's no reason other than you're not going to talk to them.
	You're not going to see them.
	And I have the prosecutor communicating with me through an email stating that you will never speak to the kids again.
	You will never communicate with the kids again.
	And I'm like, you're not a judge.
	You're a prosecutor.
	How do you have the right to say that?
	She's like, because I will make sure of it.
	And it's just been one thing after another.
	And I don't know what to do anymore because they've done ex parte communications with the federal court, with the Ohio Supreme Court.
	And it's not just me imagining this stuff.
	I constructed a very detailed timeline and have shown other people and asked them, am I imagining this?
	Is this something that I'm trying to justify in my head?
	They're like, no, this is very detailed.
	You have very clear evidence.
	And it's a very strikingly alarming pattern that they're using you as a scapegoat because they should never place the children back with her.
	The children acted out.
	And instead of them being held Accountable, and they placed the blame on you.
	You were the most expendable, easiest person to expend out of the whole situation.
	And that's what I firmly believe happened.
	They didn't want to be held accountable.
	And because they arrested her and then had to release her, she threatened a wrongful imprisonment lawsuit on them, but wouldn't sue them if they kept the kids from me.
	So that's where we're at.
	I still have no idea what's going on with them.
	My daughter is apparently still in a mental health treatment facility, which mind you, for eight years that I had them, she never had any mental health problems.
	And my son is worried about me.
	They've been talking off record how my son is concerned about me, worries about me.
	But he's forming a relationship and a bond with his mother.
	And I would invite her to come on.
	I would.
	I'm not allowed knowing where she is.
	I'm not allowed speaking to her.
	And she wants nothing to do with anything with me.
	So, I mean, if you can get a hold of her and get her to come on, fantastic, because I have a bunch of questions for her.
	But nobody involved in this wants to talk because they know what they've done is wrong and illegal and they don't care.
	Well, brother, real quick, you know, my stance on this is if I believe with children, every child needs a mom and a father.
	And I hate it when it gets to these kind of situations.
	It sucks.
	And I feel so sorry for you not being able to see.
	It's three children, right?
	Two sons and one daughter?
	Two girls and a boy.

	What are their ages, brother?
	They just, all three had their birthday in April, January and March.
	They are 16, 13, and 11.

	And the 16-year-old is the one that did herself to the bed, correct?

	So the 16-year-old, the eldest, is that a son or a daughter?

	And, you know, I hope to God that that's never happened with you.
	And I didn't say it did.
	I'm just saying these are their tactics.
	And, you know, the thing that anybody out there is listening, the thing you don't want to do is get involved with CPS or DHR because they are a criminal organization and they're going to do everything they can to take your children.
	You know, thank God in this case, at least the mother has the children because normally what they'll do, they'll take it from both parents and then they will put it out to foster care and then they disappear and then they go into child sex trafficking.

	She doesn't have them.
	They're in foster care, but they're having visitations with her.

	I thought you said they gave the custody back to her.
	That was what happened at the July hearing.
	And then when she did the zip-tying incident, when my daughter did, CPS got involved and they took custody back again.
	So she only had custody back for two weeks.
	Okay, so now what you're telling me is she doesn't have custody of them.
	She's just getting visitation and you're not getting any visitations.
	Is that what I'm hearing correctly?

	Okay, this really sucks, dude.
	So, and you had custody for how long?
	Eight years.

	And what grounds did they take custody away from you?
	That I, I guess there was none.
	There was no abuse, no neglect.
	I still to this day do not know the real reason.
	I'm thinking it's because I was accused of manipulation.
	I was accused of making them suffer academically, even though I had the grades to prove that they were getting on the honor roll.
	They had perfect attendance.
	I still don't know really what it is.
	Because when I read the judgment entry from court, it doesn't really say that's the wow, brother.
	Go ahead.
	All of this, everything that I'm talking about, all of these documents, I have everything to back this up online on my Google Drive.
	It's all there for the general public to access if they want to see it, if they want to read the judgment entry from court, all the court filings I've done, all their responses, all the evidence.
	I even have audio recordings of the kids.
	My son's saying he feels like he's going to die when he was with his mom, like crying on the phone with me, asking me to come get him.
	And this was the day before all this happened.
	And it's hard to move on.
	It's hard to function because I didn't get closure.
	I haven't spoken to them.
	And everything that happened is a lie.
	And it's just the courts not wanting to be held accountable for making the wrong decision.

	You're going to have to learn law and you're going to have to learn how to play their game and you're going to have to make filings into this case to possibly get your children back because lawyers suck.

	And you would think in today's society, with everything that we know now, that that would mean something, but it doesn't.

	Well, then maybe you shouldn't be a judge in that county then.
