They murdered 86 men, women, on children, 28 children, on live TV.

Well, we've been told many different things, and the things that I've uncovered is what got us taken off of X last month, because I believe that David Koresh was, may even still be, CIA, MKUltra.

Well, good evening, Christopher.
And I want to first thank you for having me on the show.
My name is Brian Godier.
I'm with Justice for Kids.
I'm actually the founder of Justice for Kids.
We started this organization as a result of being victims of corruption, myself and my family.
And a little bit about myself, I come from a law enforcement background.
And, you know, I worked with many of these people for many, many years.
And, you know, you come to know them in passing, but you really don't truly know who they are as individuals until you experience something like this.
Going back to my story, many years ago, I always tell people when you end up in the family courts, there's no winner in any of this stuff.
Just a very sad and tragic situation for everybody involved.
We try to do things amicably, civilly, and do what's best for the family and keep the family together, even though they unfortunately grow apart in situations like this.
But ended up in the family courts.
We knew a lot of these people in passing.
We have to keep in mind that the law enforcement side is separate from the judicial side.
But as I've told many, many people, I'd never ask anybody to do anything outside the scope of their job.
We just wanted to be heard.
We wanted to have a voice.
We learned really quickly that we didn't have a voice and that our rights didn't matter to the courts or any players involved in the family court system, which ultimately really came to a shock for me because I was on the law enforcement side where we deal with criminal matters and the family courts deal specifically with civil matters or what a lot of people like to consider consumer law.
In my particular case, and I won't go into a lot of details, but just to give you an idea of some of the corruption that we were dealing with, Myself and another party involved, we had a gun pulled on us by an attorney, and we were told if we went to the feds by a separate attorney that I would never see my child again.
And that was a red flag for me.
And even more troubling is when we did go to the feds here locally, they did absolutely nothing.
That's when I knew there was a very, very big problem.
And, you know, still stands true today.
I have great concern for where America is at and where it's headed.
justice for kids when we started that, you know, our goal and mission is to, you know, have accountability in the courts and restore integrity back into the courts.
We realize that, you know, there's.
There's some people that are incompetent.
There's lack of training, lack of resources, etc.
But I think we need to take a look closer at all these entities involved, these court-related entities, and further scrutinize them and take a look at what's really going on.
We need a system of checks and balances in there.
What's basically occurring in the courts is a husband, wife, or boyfriend, girlfriend who have children in common, they end up in the family courts.
And many times these attorneys will say, hey, we're going to right all the wrongs in your case, get you more time with your children.
And ultimately they start running up fees, you know, whether it be phone calls or visits to their office, just unjust fees, unjustifiable fees.
Just as an example, they may say, hey, we need you to come into our office today.
We need to talk to you, Christopher.
As soon as the attorney starts talking to you, they're going to say something like, hey, you're soon to be exited.
You have some anger management issues.
You know, look, we hear that all the time.
You know, the women, they're spiteful, vindictive, or vice versa.
Usually, they're running this hustle on the other party.
You know, the opposing counsel is doing the same thing.
They're calling her in and saying the same thing about you.
And, of course, we see that that upsets you visually, and we say, hey, you know, look, we see this all the time.
It's okay.
You know, we'll deal with it.
And you have to listen for key words, because when they're talking to you, they'll say, we or they have counseling already set up for you.
And you're like, counseling?
Wait, what?
Why am I going to counseling?
I haven't done anything wrong, you know.
And many of the families are just also buffaloed into these services without just cause.
In other words, there's never been just cause brought before the courts to show that there's a need for these services to be rendered.
Plus, they have to be agreed upon by the parties.
So what's happening is the attorney will say to you, Christopher, you know what?
Don't worry about it.
Again, we see it all the time.
You know what?
We're going to have mom and the children go, too.
So now they have the whole entire family go into these counselors or, you know.
Call it psych services.
That's ultimately where it ends up going.
But the counselor is first.
And then when that happens, you end up in court and the judge will ultimately say, hey, has there been any new developments attorneys in this case?
Absolutely, judge.
And they hand them a piece of paper.
We have them signed up for a counseling and the judge says, great.
And they sign off on it.
And your rights just totally got violated.
There was no due process of law to show that there's a need for those services or even ask if those services need to be rendered.
Once the families start picking up on this, I'll say, hustle, the attorneys start discrediting the parents, call them disgruntled.
They label them as having anger management issues, and then ultimately they turn to the psych services, where they send them to numerous, numerous appointments with psych doctors.
And I'll say it's their referrals.
It's believed that they're getting kickbacks in the form of referral fees, which you cannot do.
That's racketeering.
That's RICO.
At any rate, when this occurs, they make a few changes in bubbles, say that you made some alarming statements, and ultimately they're taking the children.
So the whole modus operandi in this, or the mode of operation, is give us your money or else we're taking your children.
And they're robbing families.
of their life savings and ultimately taking their children or using the children's leverage in the family courts.
And so many of these families, you know, and parents, they don't have any knowledge of law.
They don't come from a law background.
And even if they did, they go in there and try to represent themselves pro se.
What we find in there is that you're on their, you know, their playground.
It's their battlefield and you're not going to win in their court.
The Bar Association, as far as I'm concerned, is one big click across the nation.
There's zero accountability.
They like to say that they have immunities for what we consider to be criminal acts.
When there's a culpable mental state purposely, knowingly, and with intent, they commit a crime, they need to be held accountable.
And that's my argument with Justice for Kid is that we need to bring accountability to these people involved in the courts that are just distraught.
This isn't just a onesie-twosie case and one is too many.
I mean, this is not isolated to a state or a county.
It's all across the nation.
And we can see that, Christopher, in some of the information that I've sent you there.
We've even seen it in a famous case up in Lucerne County where two judges, and I'll just kind of read from this, they had a...
It was Lucerne County judges were accused of taking kickbacks in exchange for sending kids to privately run juvenile detention centers in the scandal now known as Kids for Cash.
So fast forward, the two Pennsylvania judges were indicted and pled guilty to federal charges stemming from a scheme where they received cash kickbacks in exchange for sending youthful offenders, some of them first-timers, to privately run prisons.
It would appear that it's a capitalist system.
Everyone has his or her price.
Kind of makes cynicism hard to repute.
So these are all titles of news stories that have come out, but it's just not making the headlines like it should be throughout the United States.
People need to know about this.
And what's really, really troubling and disturbing, Christopher, is our prior president, President Biden.
Granted clemency and pardons to numerous people.
I understand there's over 1,500 people.
Well, two of them happen to be the Lucerne County judges.
And what that did is that just set the precedent to all the attorneys in the Bar Association across the nation that there's no accountability and they can do what they want.
And this is horrible.
We need to further vet these systems and the people in place and find out what's going on.
And, you know, not just putting laws in place and writing new legislation, but we need to enforce the laws that we have that already exist on the books.
So that's, you know, we get tons and tons of people contacting us, reaching out for help.
And, you know, we've reached out to Republicans, Democrats, you know, in a bipartisan effort to come together and say, hey, this is about the American family.
This is about we the people.
You know, this isn't, you know.
This isn't something to play with.
What we do today is the blueprint we leave behind tomorrow for our children, and it's just this really, really bad situation.
And until we address it like it needs to be addressed here in the United States, it's going to continually get worse.

We got the one for Kids for Cash.
And then you said there's another one that says Biden pardons Kids for Cash criminals.
This goes in on Biden pardon those judges, right?
So you had the Lucerne County judges that were under investigation, and it's my understanding, Christopher, that they actually confessed, pled guilty, and were doing time.
And then President Biden, for whatever reason, which I can't seem to wrap my head around how they can even justify it, but they released these two judges and granted clemency pardons to a bunch of people, including these two judges.
That's a problem.
That sets the precedent, you know, that this is okay to do this.
And we see that clearly, Christopher, in the other information that I sent you, too, where there was a leaked video of attorneys and judges, I should say attorneys in Missouri, where they got caught in cash for kids is what they're talking about.
And it's just a play on words.
Instead of kids for cash, they're calling it cash for kids.
And again, zero accountability to date.
And it's just absolutely horrible.
We have victims.
In over 114 counties in Missouri that have reached out to local, state, and federal law enforcement authorities, and there's zero that has occurred.
We've reached out to senators, legislators, we've asked for congressional hearings, you name it.
It just seems to be falling on deaf ears.
The cries for help are falling on deaf ears.
So what we're doing here is reaching out, raising awareness, and trying to garner everybody's support.
Again, brother, Isabella, she's in Missouri.
You know, the case where she came on and told her story, that all happened in Missouri.
Missouri is so corrupt.
I mean, it's pure evil.
But again, it's just not Missouri.
It's in all 50 states.
It's all across the country.
This is pure evil.

What I want to talk to you next, brother, is can you break down the story about the Senator Nancy Schaefer?
Can you break down that story?
Because this woman, I believe, was murdered.
I don't believe that this was a suicide.
I believe it was murder.
What is your belief, brother?
Well, I guess for starters, you know, I...
And it was very sad and tragic to find out of her passing.
My understanding, you know, the Georgia State Senator Nancy Schaefer, she was working to expose this on numerous platforms, including in front of the United Nations.
And I believe it was in Geneva, Switzerland, where she was talking to...
And she said, you know, the problem, I love this.
She kept it on point.
She's like, the problem is the federal funding, Title IV funding, it's being disseminated down across the 50 states in the form of incentives.
In order for those states to receive the incentives, they're going into the family courts.
And again, without just cause, they're grabbing children and placing them into the foster care system or running them through schemes like this, extorting the families.
Just like you see in the Surin County.
I want to make this clear as well.
At the very beginning, you pointed out that there's many good people in CPS and doing a good job.
It's not that we're anti-CPS or anti-DFS, all these court-related acronyms.
It's just the facts that we need to be looking at each and every one of these cases on a case-by-case basis and doing what's right and best for the families and the children involved.
When we have corruption, that needs to stop.
We need to, you know, vet the people that are coming into these positions, get them the proper training.
We need a system of checks and balances in there, and we need to protect the American family.
You know, it's already bad enough that they're going in there in a time of need.
And, you know, with the understanding and belief that these, you know, services are in place to help, but for these services to, you know, target them and take advantage of them maliciously, that's a problem.
So, brother, go back to her, though.
Tell everybody what happened to her, supposedly.
Well, it's my understanding that there was a murder-suicide involving her and her husband.
And again, I don't know a lot of details about that.
I will say, coming from a law enforcement background, I really question that.
Because if you look at, with all due respect, what would have been the age of her and her husband?
They came from a time frame where they stayed together until death do them part.
I don't have any knowledge of whether they were prior persistent offenders, but I would like to believe that they weren't prior persistent offenders, didn't have a criminal record, and they both loved each other unconditionally.
And I just don't see any signs of domestic abuse or anything like that.
It just doesn't make sense to me that it would be a murder-suicide involving her and her husband.
So I think we need to also maybe take a look and reopen that case.
I think it's very important.
You know, many of these things that are occurring in cases, you know, involving, you know, I'll say kids for cash, cash for kids.
You know, there's horrific things that are occurring, but it's not that we necessarily condone those things, but we need to look into the reasons as to why they are happening.
And then maybe we'll have a clear understanding and, you know, maybe we can, you know, circumvent these things from happening.
But it's just a very bad situation what we have going on here, Chris.
Christ is in me is in my name, okay?
My grandmother will haunt you, and you don't want that.
But anyway, real quick, we've got about five minutes before we have to go to commercial break.
But going back to the Nancy Schaefer, I remember when it happened.
And I remember the whole thing stinking to high heavens.
But again, I was doing 90 different things.
So I didn't go back and really look into it.
So now I'm going to make this one of my stories that I'm going to go back.
We're going to go do some digging.
And if anybody out there that has any good evidence on Nancy Schaefer, because I do know she was really after CPS.
She was really going hard against CPS.
She was uncovering a lot of unbelievable things, and I could very likely see I mean, you can't talk from eight feet under.
So, again, I don't know.
don't know you know I'm not gonna be that conspiracy but I would like to It does stink, and we're going to get to the bottom of that.

Well, I have, again, you know, I said earlier, I have great concern for where America is at.
You know, I don't want to totally get off on a different subject here, but it's just, you know, my opinion and belief that, you know, America is like an hourglass with the middle class in the middle right now, and they're dwindling in size, and no matter how you flip it, they're feeding the rich and the poor.
And, you know, another thing is, you know, history is very, very important.
So many people forget it.
And, you know, right now we have the baby boomer population, which is the biggest population in United States history.
And ultimately, when they pass on, we're left with a very small populace, which is our children.
And we're all very familiar with what's going on in schools, the controversies, you know, the indoctrination that's happening in the schools.
I just think it's important that we start with the mindset of people.
We need to...
You know, we need to focus on family, God first.
And, you know, these are all things that are, you know, we're lacking in the schools and in homes right now.
You know, we have two parents working as a source of one income.
You know, the kids are at school for eight hours out of the day.
The parents say, go to school, trust that teacher, what they're saying, what they're teaching.
And the kids are left confused in the schools that, you know, they're like, well, my mom and dad sent me to school, so it must be okay.
It must be right what these teachers are teaching in the schools.
And ultimately, the teachers are being forced to teach.
You know, kind of the same thing we've seen with COVID-19.
You know, we had medical professionals that were forced to take vaccines or else they were out of a job, and that's just not right, you know.
I say we have God-given rights, you know.
