Just got back from St. Louis, Missouri, where I had a whistleblower that was so distraught, this man has gained 500 pounds, or he weighs 500 pounds, because he's taken on What was the cover-up?
Well, the cover-up was he was an Air Force colonel that had top-secret clearance, and he told us a couple days ago that they did, I repeat, they did find weapons of mass destruction, but they could not.
Disclose this information because what they realized was the weapons of mass destruction in Iran and Iraq was sold to them by President W. Bush and our United States government.
So what did they have to do?
They had to get rid of the evidence.
So they had to implode these weapons of mass destruction.
And they imploded these weapons of mass destruction on the American soldiers in Iran, in Iraq.
Yes, they did.
And this man has been so distraught, he's held this in for 30 years because he thought for sure, there's no way all this would be kept silence.
But it had been.
And we disclosed this a couple days ago, and most importantly is, it's one thing to fear monger and to put all these stories out there, it's another to give solutions.

Okay, Janet, I want you to reintroduce yourself to my audience and tell everybody who you are and talk about your book and then go into what has been going on with you right now, currently.
Go ahead.
Right.
Thank you very much for having me on, Christopher.
Yes, I've been a journalist for over 35 years.
I did my journalistic training in graduate school at the University of Missouri at Columbia, which is one of the top three journalism schools in the U.S.
A couple of things happened along the way, and a family member was murdered, and that kind of started the ball rolling in terms of the things that I'll be talking about during this show.
And I began, having been tipped off that there was something unusual that had, there had been some tweaking that had occurred with water systems in the U.S., I began to investigate this.
And that investigation is discussed in my 2021 book, At the Breaking Point of History, which was published by Trimeday.
You know, people can call me any name they want to, because the documents that I have uncovered speak for themselves, specifically the blueprint.
So, what I have uncovered is that the water systems in the U.S., and unfortunately this system has been heavily exported elsewhere, so it exists in other countries as well.
But most of my documentation relates to the U.S., so we'll be talking about that.
And what has been done is that a second main line has been put in what appears to be most, if not all, communities.
And that second line has something in it besides water.
And due to the other configurations of the system involving service lines that go from both main lines to individual houses, and due to the insertion of remote-controlled valves into little places on that second line,
the governments of many countries now can selectively release into your water selectively a particular toxin, or whatever is in that second line.
We're not stating categorically what it is.
It could be vodka.
It could be LSD.
It could be cyanide.
It could be COVID.
It could be anything.
Because the way the system is configured, and the blueprints prove this, they can selectively target an individual house.
So that's kind of the nut of what I uncover.
And I've done, you know, I've done a lot of radio interviews about this.
I was also on Alex Jones'show, I believe it was in 2011, discussing this, and discussing some of the other hanky-panky that the U.S. has involved itself in concerning their biological weapons program.
And I maintain it.
It was a good interview.
I actually still have it, because I grabbed it off of GC.
I thought it was a day or two, But you're saying it was within an hour it was taken down.
It was within an hour.
I was the headliner that day.
And I had the interview.
And I sat by that interview.
I think it was a strong, good interview.
Okay, please, what I want you to do is I want you to send me that interview, and we're going to attach it to the end of this, because I want to see why Alex Jones and his people took your interview down.

Yes, and not only that, you know, I am a writer by profession, and I do articles.

And shortly after the interview, all my articles were taken down.

So to be clear, you're telling me that you're a writer, you've been interviewed many times, you went on Alex Jones' show roughly in 2011, you were the feature, you did an unbelievable interview, within an hour it was taken down, but you also wrote, and there were articles of you that were published on Alex's programming, and you're telling me now that all those articles were wiped clean?
No, no, they weren't.
Yes, they were.
They were all white-sleeved.
So, you know, that's the situation.
I'm going to refrain from making any further comment as to why or what kind of integrity is involved in a decision like that.
Tell me this, though, Janet, real quick.
Did you try to reach out to Alex and ask them why?
Why did this happen?
Did you get any kind of feedback from them?
I did not.
Now, did the producers, I mean, how did they used to get your articles?
Did they reach out to you to get the articles or did they just publish them themselves?
I had a contact with Kurt Nemo and I would send the articles to him when they were originally published because they were originally published mostly on activist posts.
And then I would send him a copy of the article and he'd post it.
And then what did he say?
Did he ever tell you why they stopped?
No, there was no further contact.
Did you try to reach out to him?
Yes, I did.
And he wouldn't take your phone call?
No, the contact with Mr. Nimmo was he had email and I didn't get any response.
So he stopped emailing.
You never got another email from him since then?
No.
They ghosted you.
Yeah.
Unfortunately, this appears to be happening quite a bit.
What I've uncovered vis-a-vis the water system is, you know, the documentation I have is pretty much airtight.
And there isn't a lot of wiggle room here.
So, you know, what do people who are maybe only halfway through the door do with this?
Well, you know, I guess they censor it.
Yeah.

Can you go down real quick for five minutes on how you were able to get these blueprints?
Weren't you in New York and you were talking to these people?

I was actually in Los Angeles when I started researching this.
And I was briefly writing for the Santa Monica Daily Press until I apparently stepped into it by making a Public Records Act request in Santa Monica, California for the water records.
And I was immediately fired from the Santa Monica Daily Press.
They fired you.
You worked for the press company.
You did a FOIA request, and they immediately fired you for this FOIA request.
Yes, they did.
I picked up an email, I'm sorry, a voicemail from the editor.
At that time, it was a woman named Carolyn Zachariason, and she was livid.
She said that she did not authorize me to make any sort of FOIA request.
And I was, and this is a direct quote, I was endangering her position.
This is Santa Monica, City of Santa Monica, whatever that means.
I was endangering her position, and from that point on, I was simply persona non-brada.
So I decided, well, you know, at the Santa Monica Daily Press, I can proceed without their sponsorship.
So the response came back from the city of Santa Monica, which is actually archived in the book.
And they said, oh, we don't have any water records.
I mean, really.
So I then, I made a public records act request for a particular section of Los Angeles.
And I made this request at the city of Los Angeles.
And unbeknownst to the city, I had already developed a backdoor and had gotten the bona fide records.
And I'm going to discuss what I mean by a backdoor.
What I did was I started hanging around the construction crews that were working on the street and, you know, just chatting them up and, you know, batting my big green eyes and saying, oh, gee, you know, this is really interesting.
Where can I see the blueprints?
And I took pictures.
So that was the backdoor.
The pictures are archived in the book and also in various places online.
And they clearly show the double line system.
Now, the response from the city of Los Angeles stated, well, we're going to need some time to respond to your request because we have to create entirely new records for them.
So when they did this, they redacted certain information.
And lo and behold, Christopher, they redacted that second line.
So it is that second line that is problematic.
So that's kind of a brief summary of how this all started.
I so appreciate you bringing us up to date on that.
Again, at the end of the show, guys, you're going to watch the show that Alex Jones did with Janet, the one that he pulled off within an hour, and then he wiped everything clean that Janet had ever written that had been published on Infowars.
So I don't know why I would give Alex an opportunity to come explain that.

I want you to bring everybody up to date to what has happened to you now.
Well, I was forced to flee the U.S. I was living and working in southern Oregon.
I had a job as a reporter at the American Bulletin, which was a kind of a scrappy, patriot-oriented newspaper in Medford, Oregon.
And I had also been broadcasting.
I had my own radio shows, one on public broadcasting, which was a national show, and another at KSKQ, which was a local show.
And I began to again research more about the water situation, and this was in 2008.
And I was, I began to have, shall we say, alarming behavior by the police.
And I was able to get my hand on a document that was generated by the police, which is also archived in my first book, which is titled Exile.
And based on the substance of this document, I realized I was shortly going to be arrested.
And I still don't know what for.
I have no criminal history.
I have zero criminal history.
And, you know, I was not looking forward to being incarcerated, and I decided to leave.
And since leaving in 2008, there has been, shall we say, a concerted effort against me in my host country.
I have temporary residency in Mexico.
And I have things happening here now that are resolent of transnational repression.
And I'm going to explain what transnational repression is briefly before we go to the break.
Because the FBI claims that rogue countries like Iran and China are exerting transnational repression against their citizens who have left their countries and are residing in the U.S. And this is, I maintain, is exactly what the U.S. is doing to me here in Mexico.
And a sociologist named Dana Moss has proposed a topology of transnational repression, which includes lethal retribution, threats, surveillance, and exile.
And that's kind of a summary of what I am experiencing and more here in Mexico.
And when we come back from the break, I'm going to kind of update, because the situation has become actually, it's completely over the top now.
So that's kind of a summary of, I have filed a lawsuit in U.S. federal court.
It is currently in the Ninth Circuit's Court of Appeals.
It can be found by anybody with paper.
It is enumerated as 24, colon, 4242.
And we'll be discussing some of the implications of that lawsuit and some of the further aggressions against me when we come back from the break.

I very rarely cuss, but I just got back from St. Louis, Missouri.
I had to drive nine hours back to Birmingham because I had to go at court because I didn't cover my face back during COVID.
Then I had to drive back to St. Louis, and then I met with this unbelievable retired Air Force colonel who broke the story that our United States government imploded the weapons of mass destruction and why we have Millions of veterans that are sick with Gulf War Syndrome is because of our United States government.
But, you know, that shouldn't be surprising because, again, right here in our own water, anybody out there, there's a water page I'll get Zach to pull up with.

Can you go in, Janet, to tell more about your story and what is happening with you currently?
Yes.
I do want to say one other thing about transnational repression.
Because I recently watched a video of Julian Assange after he was released from Belmarsh prison, where he had been for way too long.
And he was claiming that both the U.S. and the U.K. were exerting transnational repression in his case.
So furthermore, the government of China has hurled accusations at the U.S. that they are engaged, that the U.S. is engaged in transnational repression against Julian Assange.
So this is not...
I have been diagnosed with fifth stage kidney failure, which means I have like a week or so to live.
I am serious.
That is the diagnosis.
It came from a bona fide lab, and it was executed while I was in the hospital in Mexico City.
I was also diagnosed with nerve damage in my legs, which I am claiming are the result of a particular kind of chemical attack.
So, you know, I should be actually have expired by now because this stage renal failure diagnosis, which is bona fide and has been confirmed, is actually a death sentence.
But praise be to God, I am still here, and I will continue to keep working and writing as long as I can.
Now, given the fact that the hospital recorded these two diagnoses and the doctors, Dr. Julio Arriaga and Dr. Javier Galmaris, who were the nephrologist and the neurologist, assigned to my case, refused to treat me.
So that formed the basis of the concerns about medical care that are discussed in the lawsuit.
There have been other instances that those are the strongest.
And as for the denial of access to the legal system, this lawsuit was filed a year ago.
It was filed in June of 2024, and it is languishing without judicial action at the Ninth Circuit.
It was initially filed in the Central California District and was immediately, a judge named John Holcomb, immediately tried to dismiss the lawsuit.
And he tried to state, first of all, that the U.S. has sovereign immunity and cannot be sued.
And he tried to dismiss the lawsuit.
So Janet, tell me this.
How are they affecting your health?
Are they hitting you with...
Are they poisoning you?
What are they doing?
No, these are chemical weapons.
These are not frequency weapons.
I know there's a lot of concern that people are doing here with directed energy weapons and microwaves, and this is an entirely different class of weapons.
These are chemical weapons.
And my result is health crises, because I believe someone who is a fifth-stage renal failure due to, you know, having been attacked by these weapons repeatedly could qualify as being in a health crisis.
This health crisis is completely on board with chemical weapons attacks.
So I have been trying to get these guys to stop.
So pursuant to that, as I have a permanent address in the U.S., in Georgia, I appeal to my congressional representative, who is a gentleman named Congressman Rick Allen.
And his office agreed to take up my cause.
and according to their worker who is a fellow named Paul Lynch, he had I've repeatedly contacted the Department of Justice about my situation, and they don't respond.
So that's number one.
Number two, I have contacted a Mexican NGO that deals with press freedom.
It's called Article 19. And as you may know, Christopher, journalists are regularly murdered in Mexico.
So this is not considered a safe country for journalists.
And Article 19 has reviewed the information concerning my situation and has agreed, as of last week, to contact the federal authorities here to try to get them to leave me alone.
Because I am being hit with aerosol weapons, which means I'm being gassed.
And I am being hit with other forms of chemical weapons attacks, which are discussed in the lawsuit.
So that's enough case.
You know, at this point, I have been absolutely unsuccessful in getting these guys off of me.
Janet, tell me this.
I mean, most people say, oh, my goodness, this is just a bad old lady that's crazy.
You know, she's written some stuff, and she's just making this stuff up.
You know, why do you think or how are they poisoning with these chemical weapons?
How are they poisoning you?
Well, you know, aerosol weapons, you breathe them in.
I want to take a detour for a second and discuss two other lawsuits by two other U.S. citizens who the U.S. government put on their kill list.
One was a gentleman named Al Waki who was born in New Mexico, and Obama disliked.
decided extrajudicially without due process to kill them.
And he did so.
And the second—and Alawaki's family sued the United States government, and that lawsuit was dismissed.
The second situation, which is even more concerning, is a former CNN reporter who was born, Darren Feltz, in the state of New York.

I just want folks to know what you found is true, because I've done the research as well, because you've been calling them and getting the runaround about these Level 4 and Level 3s all over the country in the middle of cities, small towns, and they're not even telling anybody.

Well, the issue really is here.
There are several issues.
One of the primary issues is, are they doing defensive or offensive research?
Now, we see where this 817 of the U.S. Patriot Act, the expansion of the Biological Weapons Statute, essentially gave the U.S. government a blind check.
They are not accountable.
If you look at the International Biological Weapons Convention, You're going to find another blank check.
This International Biological Weapons Convention has no teeth.
There is no investigatory body, and there is no way to, basically, no international bodies to assign penalties.
So basically, the BWC folks show up in Geneva every five years.
They pat each other on the back.

We're containing all these biological weapons.
They have no way of researching if biological warfare is actually being done, which is essentially what they're trying to inhibit through the BWC.
They're trying to inhibit the development and stockpiling of these weapons.
But they have no means whatsoever to check this out.
But let's talk about what Level 4s will do to you if they get out.
I mean, these things are more dangerous than nuclear weapons.

Now, the question as to whether there is offensive research being done, there is a project that was established a number of years ago called the Sunshine Project that was basically attempting to provide some sort of oversight and review and investigation.

So let's talk about from your research what's in a Level 4, where we know they are, because I heard you on Monteith going right through the different numbers of the thousands of total labs, how many are Level 3, how many are Level 4, where some of these are, where they're building new ones.

Well, the CDC maintains that there are around 250 Level 3s.
However, according to documents that were filed in terms of a lawsuit that was funded by Tri Valley Cares, which is an anti-nuclear group out in California, the DOJ and the Department of Energy have admitted to over 1,300 of these level threes.
So who's telling the truth here?
The important issue, I think, is to translate what's going on in the last season's stockpile On a military basis, we are only doing defensive research.
Why do we have Aberdeen Shooting Ground?
We have a military biological chemical command there.
We have one at Bluecraft.
We have another one at Jefferson Proving Ground.
We have another one here at the Rock Island site, Rocky Mountain Arsenal.
It goes on and on and on.
So the question becomes, how can they maintain that there's defensive research going on when we have military bases that are stockpiling these things?

EPA just raises the level of isotopes, in some cases 100,000 times.

And so we see a Fukushima.
You know, who builds a six-reactor complex on a huge fault line where tsunamis come in and then stores the spent fuel rods, 644,000, on top of the reactors, which were then ejected up to a mile and a half away?
Well, forget Fukushima.
We've got Level 4 and Level 3 facilities all over the country.
And where hurricanes come in, like Galveston, I mean, what is going on with the ruling class?
What is the issue with these people?
Because it's only a matter of time until not just our government, but the Israelis, the South Africans, the Chinese, the Russians, they're all doing it.
What was it, six years ago they put out online, a university in Australia, how to design a human mousepox that kills 99% of humans, and they put the easy recombinant calculation online.

I mean, I think they're just getting ready to claim that there's an accident for their population reduction.

I want to mention very briefly that I have applied to the United Nations for press credentials to attend the BWC, the Biological Weapons Convention, which takes place only every five years.
So this December, in Geneva, Switzerland, the guys are meeting again.

and I want to make sure that they are advised as to the multiple violations going on by the United States.

We are talking about an intentional and selective program.
