	I just left Waco, Texas, again, where everybody knows, or maybe you don't know, that April 19th was the 32nd anniversary of our wonderful government massacring.
	86 men, women, and 28 children murdered.
	28 children were burned to death.

	It's wake up or wake up.
	If you guys don't wake up and comprehend that your government, my government, does not like us, they sure as hell don't love us, and they're trying to take your children.
	And it is no more relevant than what happened in Massachusetts.
	I just got back from Massachusetts last week where there is a family that has five children.
	Okay, five children.
	They've never been vaccinated.
	Never have they been vaccinated.
	Okay?
	They have their fifth child, who is now nine months old, and they go to a new Iranian pediatrician.
	And that Iranian pediatrician tells them that you have to vaccinate your child.
	They say, no, we don't.
	We have a religious exemption in Massachusetts, which they do.
	And he says, no, you have to vaccinate.
	He's like, look, not happening.
	He gets his supervisor.
	His supervisor comes in and says, look, you have to vaccinate your child.
	He's like, no, we're leaving.
	We're going to find another doctor.
	So they report them to DHR or DHS, whatever city, state.
	It's different.
	Where I live, it's called DHR.
	I think it's called DHS in Massachusetts.
	They get reported to DHS.
	DHS comes to their home.
	Comes to their home, knocks on the door.
	This man knows his rights.
	He doesn't open the door because you don't have to open the door.
	DHR leaves.
	They come back with the sheriff.
	They knock on the door.
	No warrant.
	So you don't have to open the door.
	So don't.
	Please.
	Know your rights.
	This man knew his rights.
	He didn't open the door with the sheriff there.
	With DHR there.
	So they leave.
	Guess what?
	They come back with the sheriff.
	With DHR and with the marshals now.
	But again, no warrant.
	So he doesn't open the door because you don't have to open the door.
	So they leave.
	And now he's like, look, they're going to be relentless on this, so we're going to let this calm down.
	We're going to head to Texas.
	They're in Massachusetts.
	We're going to head to the great state of Texas.
	They get to Texas.
	And they need to buy diapers.
	And they use their credit card.
	They use their credit card.
	And as soon as they use their credit card, they are pinged.
	And within 20 minutes, the Texas marshals and sheriffs show up.
	They handcuff this man, this father, this mother, in front of their five children.
	Arrest them, put them in prison for 30 days.
	They then extradite them back to Massachusetts.
	And now in Massachusetts, the wife is scared.
	She takes on an attorney.
	Don't take on an attorney.
	Ever!
	Never!
	They represent the state.
	They do not represent you in any form or the fashion.
	Ever!
	Their loyalty is to the king.
	The crown.
	That is the loyalty.
	Not you.
	When you take on that attorney, you automatically go under their jurisdiction.
	You automatically tell them that you're insane.
	That you're incompetent.
	And this man is going to talk for you.
	And you sit down.
	You shut up.
	And then they will negotiate your freedom.
	And the woman took on an attorney, and she was let out on $7,500 bail.
	The father, who knew his rights, who was standing on God's law, said, no, I'm pro se.
	No attorney.
	So what did they do?
	They gave him a bond of $250,000, like he was a murderer.
	For supposedly kidnapping his own children.
	Yeah, this is beyond insane.
	So he can't make bail.
	He has a new bond hearing.
	And now this time he's scared.
	Okay, we were going to go meet with him to help put together a strategic plan to follow God's law because this man has harmed no one.
	God's law was very simple.
	As long as you don't harm the hair, On another man or woman's head or trespassed on their person or their property, everything else is a statute of code and they are illegal and unlawful.
	And they do not apply to you and they do not apply to me and they do not apply to any of the people that live in the United States.
	If you're in D.C., it's a different story, but anyway.
	So this man got scared and he took on an attorney.
	And now...
	Because he's taken on an attorney, this man is still in prison.
	I don't know what's going on.
	I got calls yesterday that we've raised the money to make him bond, and he was supposed to be being bonded out, but as of the last conversation I had, this man has not been bonded out.
	So I don't know what's going on, but this case is not rare, okay?
	This is the norm.
	This is what DHR, CPS, DHS, these alphabet soup organizations that are telling you they're protecting your children.
	Child Protective Services is not, I repeat, is not protecting you or your children.
	This is about money.
	This is about power.
	And this is about you giving up your rights.
	It's about time you woke up.
	And understand God's law.

	That means hello, my friends in Cherokee.
	My name is David Hanson.
	I am Cherokee.
	And I am also a kindergarten teacher.
	And the reason why I want to explain who I am is because I have witnessed so many times when I advocate.
	That these politicians try to bring us teachers in front as if us teachers are going to support them, like the teachers supported big tobacco and a lot of things, and I was against that.
	But nonetheless, so I grew up raising all the children in my neighborhood.
	I grew up, when I was in high school, I was taking childcare, ROP classes, and I've been teaching my whole adult life, and then I got into the line trade eventually.
	But what happened...
	As far as teaching goes, because I spent like 10 years in college getting my teaching credentials.
	It takes six years.
	And I like to throw that in front of the faces of a lot of these judges because they like to throw their education in my face.
	But nonetheless, when I was teaching, the reason why I stopped was because they went, and California Gray Davis went and laid off teachers across a straight state, thousands of teachers.
	And this is going to be a topic that's going to come up.
	We're going to be telling them, you know, we need to get rid of a lot of these judges, caseworkers, and the CPS organization in general needs to be revamped.
	And I try to ride the fence on everything.
	I try not to get angry at one side or the other.
	I try to be rational, right?
	And so if we're going to do that, they're going to argue that it's going to kill our economy and hurt our economy.
	But it's not going to hurt our economy.
	They got rid of hundreds, if not thousands, of teachers across California.
	And it didn't hurt our economy.
	And that is your foundation of education.
	Everybody's job comes from a teacher, even these judges, even these caseworkers.
	They're all dependent on teachers.
	And so it didn't hurt our economy one bit.
	So it's not going to hurt our economy once we take down CPS.
	It's not going to hurt it one bit.
	In fact, it's going to help it because these lawyers and judges make so much money, they're hoarding lots of the money within our country to themselves.
	But when you spread it out amongst the people, you have a stronger country.
	But when it's hoarded amongst the elites, you don't have as strong and powerful a country.
	So first of all, that needs to be said.
	But second of all, what's happened to me was with me and my daughter, it was my church, my old church.
	We had opposing views on scripture.
	And they went and told CPS.
	That my daughter, I had my arm around my daughter, she had her arm around me, and we acted like two kids on a date.
	And that was all they used to take my daughter away.
	But they told us that people were claiming that she was being touched in inappropriate places.
	And then they went further, they went and they interviewed my daughter, and when they interviewed her, she was smarter than them.
	And I had prepared her for years, because I knew this was coming.
	And I had told her, we're Native American.
	They can't take her away from both parents.
	They can only take her away from one.
	And I told my ex that, too.
	And so my ex has been making false allegations, causing trouble.
	So I've experienced that as well.
	Which is why when I fight this, I fight that it's not just CPS that is the problem, that we need to hold them accountable.
	And the caseworker's accountable, the police's accountable, the therapist's accountable, everybody who's a mandated reporter, we need to hold that accountable.
	But we also need to hold...
	Some of these feuding parents accountable.
	Because everybody's using our children as pawns.
	The CPS are holding them as pawns to make money.
	Parents are holding them as pawns to get custody from the other parent or get child support from the other parent or what have you.
	And I've actually created two bills that will solve everything.
	And I've sent it off to all 120 senators and assemblymen in the state of California.
	And none of them did anything about accountability, and none of them really responded to anything that I said.
	And then I created an email army of people throughout all 50 states, and I have about 1,150 people, 1,150 people right now.
	And I've educated them all how to send these bill proposals to all of their senators and all of their assemblymen and steal nothing.
	So that tells you that every single politician in the United States of America are not willing to do anything about accountability for these disgusting people that are ripping children from families erroneously.
	Except there was one senator in Oklahoma that created a law of accountability, and there was one or two in Texas that tried something in regards to accountability.
	But that's all I've ever seen.
	Everybody else?
	They don't seem to care about our children.
	Brother, this has to stop, but I want you to really pull on everybody's tears and strings.
	Tell your story.
	What you told me on the phone the other night of what happened to you, I need people to hear this because, again, what we're trying to do with the KNN.world is...
	Is program the people out there to see the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
	Where the tell-a-lie vision, the talking parrots, and all these prostitutes, they'll take a story and they'll pull on everybody's strings to move forth their narrative, which is completely satanic and Luciferian.
	So we're going to use it to do God's will.
	And I need the people to understand what happened to you, what's happened to your daughter, what's going on with your daughter right now.
	Go through all that, please.
	Okay, so when they came to our house over these ridiculous accusations, they questioned my daughter twice, with a forensic interview with the police and an interview with CPS.
	And both times, my daughter, she was like, they keep asking me the same questions over and over, and she was even telling them, you're asking me the same questions over and over, because she's very smart.
	She was only 13 at the time.
	And they just kept doing that.
	Let me stop you real quick.
	She's very smart.
	Let me guess.
	Your child is probably not vaccinated.
	Your child probably drinks really good water.
	Your child probably takes in really good homegrown food.
	Is that real or not?
	Well, she has to get vaccinated to go to school.
	No!
	What?
	But the only vaccines I was willing to do were the ones that she needs for school.
	Because I'm in California.
	I'm in California, okay?
	You're in China-fornia, brother.
	You're in China-fornia.
	Not much we can do about it unless...

	Y 'all have no more religious exemption, no more medical exemption, no more philosophical exemption.
	And that all happened when Robert Kennedy Jr. came to California to fight for your rights.
	And guess what happened?
	You lost all your rights.
	So it's a struggle out here in California.
	It's really hard.
	It's really difficult.
	But see, now I'm Native American.
	I'm Cherokee Indian.
	Right?
	And so was my daughter.
	I got her her citizenship as well.
	We're both federally recognized citizens.
	So when they took my daughter, she was supposed to have a Native American representative to defend her in court, right?
	They never granted her one.
	They said they didn't need to.
	And they even tried to take her away from both me and her mom.
	But I stood up and said, no, she's Native American.
	You can't do that.
	Because they said, you know, both of you guys are complaining to CPS.
	And I'm like, no.
	For 13 years, her mom's been making false allegations, and I've never once came to CPS, except for one time that was on an accusation that her mom did drugs, which they...
	Oh, and that's another thing.
	They tested her mom dirty for drugs, and marijuana was illegal at the time.
	And they tested her dirty, and they did not take my daughter away from her.
	And they argued that because my daughter was not hurt or injured as a direct result of the drug, then she gets to keep her.
	And I was fine with it, because I'm...
	But nonetheless, the fact is, I go parenting classes, and in the parenting classes, all of those parents had their kids taken away for the exact same thing they let my ex get away with.
	And I'm not mad at her.
	I'm mad at CPS, because they don't go by the law, and they manipulate it to their advantage all the time.
	Because, you see, the Bar Association is the British Accredited Registry.
	Someone tried saying, oh, it's because you lean on a bar back in the day, da-da, and that's BS.
	You don't make a three-letter name for your organization unless it's an acronym.
	So it's a British accredited registry.
	So they're using their British laws, policies, and codes to bypass the Constitution.
	And they use both to whichever one works to their advantage.
	And so that's how they take away a lot of our rights.
	But the most important thing, and I found this out from the lady who found it out.
	That spilled the beans to everybody in our community are fighting CPS.
	And that is, they created the ADR Act, the 1990 ADR Act.
	Senator Biden pushed the 1990 ADR Act in, and the ADR Act created all of these courts and allows the judge to rule on his own opinion.
	And he gets to decide, and they use words like preponderance of evidence and things like that.
	Make their own decisions.
	And Constitution doesn't even matter.
	And it bleeds into this criminal court.
	It bleeds into traffic court.
	All of that.
	And it's pretty much the codes and policies of the bar is helping.
	And they also, the codes and policies of the bar, actually manipulate our Constitution as well.
	Because when you say case law...
	Case law is a judge's opinion of what he feels the Constitution is, or what he feels the Constitution says.
	That right there is bypassing the Constitution, not to mention all of the stuff in the 1990 Judicial Improvement Act.
	That's what it was, 1990 Judicial Improvement Act.
	And then the 1998 ADR Act, which is Alternative Dispute Resolution, put a name on the courts that they created with the Judicial Improvement Act of 1990.
	And so the ADR court created that name for it, but then they also created protections for these judges, and that was during Clinton's rule.
	And then during Obama's rule, he created the Judicial Venue Act, and that created even more protections for this ADR court system.
	And this ADR court system has gone throughout the whole Western world, and it was started with...
	Soros and all of them, all of those Democrat players, and I'm not saying anything against the Democrat Party, I ride the fence, but I'm just saying those people that I mentioned, they are part of it.
	And China and Russia said they do not want this ADR court system in their countries, but the rest of the Western world has it.
	And I've even had people through my email campaign that I do getting my whole army together to get these bills passed in all these states.
	I've had someone from Australia and someone from Canada both tell me they're suffering the same thing with their constitutions and their courts.
	And this is a complete manipulation of our constitution.
	And it should be disgusting to every red-blooded American, on the res, off the res, no matter what color or religion.
	Brother, one of the things in the conversation we had the other night that blew my mind, which is so fabulous, is that...
	Being that you're a Cherokee Indian, you told me if they take away their child, it has to go to a relative, not to whoever the state wants to put them into to do child trafficking.
	Can you talk about that, please?
	Yeah.
	Okay, so with the ICWA, Indian Child Welfare Act, the child has to go to either the mother or the father, but if they take them away from both parents, because there's cases when both parents are abusive, then it's going to go...
	To the next parent or next relative in line.
	And then if there's no relatives in line, then it goes to the nation itself.
	So my daughter would go from my ex, if they find a reason to take her away from her, they'll go to my brother, her uncle, then grandparents, and then the Cherokee nation itself.
	But sometimes they'll stick them in families that are just, that are Cherokee, but they're nowhere related.
	But it didn't go to the Cherokee Nation.
	It just went to a person that was Cherokee.
	And I've heard about that, and that was bad.
	And I even have some friends who have children who are Cherokee, and they themselves are Cherokee, and their kids were taken away.
	But they didn't have their IDs for their children, so they went and applied with ICWA.
	But in the meantime, while they were on hold applying through ICWA to get the IDs, CPS still took them away.
	Still put them in foster care.
	They didn't honor any of that.
	So how did this statute come to be?
	Because you would think they would do that for any American, that if mom and dad were both found to not be sufficient to handle a child, that they would then pass it on to grandma or the uncle or whoever.
	How did this all come to be?
	Well, that's the Indian Child Welfare Act.
	It's within the act.
	And so that's where that law lies.
	However, they do have something for every other red-blooded American.
	It's called the Family First Act.
	And the Family First Act is supposed to have the child go to the next relative in line, even for people that aren't Native American.
	But it's not happening.
	They're bypassing the Family First Act.
	How are they bypassing this?
	Because in the Family First Act, the child's supposed to go to the next relative instead of going straight to foster care.
	And they're not.
	They're giving the child straight up to foster care instead of going to the next relative in line in a lot of these states.
	Some states honor it, some states don't.
	A lot of these laws, including the Constitution, including these acts, including everything else, some states obey, some states don't.
	Some counties obey, some don't.
	Not everybody does.
	They try to get away with whatever they can get away with because all they care about is taking that child away from the parent to make their 30 grand or whatever it is a year that they make from taking that child away.
	They made their money, and they put the child into the custody of someone who they know they profiled is going to be a bad person, like a pedophile or what have you.
	And they stick them in that person's custody because they know eventually, in a year or two, that person's going to rape the child.
	Then they'll be able to take the child away from them, put it in another foster parent's custody, and that's another 30 grand.
	And they get to keep doing that.
	In California, they only get to do it four times.
	And after the fourth time, then...
	We realize they sell the kid to the highest bidder because that's what happened to Allie Carter.
	And if you look it up, Allie Carter, she was sex trafficked to P. Diddy and all of them.
	And she was sold off.
	But she went through foster family to foster family.
	And if the child's a problem child, then they know they've got guaranteed money because all they have to do is wait for the child to make false allegations.
	And then they're going to make money by transferring them to the next foster parent.
	But some states, they go through a lot of foster parents.
	And that is a lot of stress on a child.
	Not just to be taken from your parent.
	Not just to be raped and molested.
	But then to be having to go to another parent, to another parent.
	There's no stability.
	None.
	None whatsoever.
	And children need stability.
	But these CPS people, they aren't educated.
	In children and psychology and knowing what's right and in the best interest like us teachers do.
	And they just don't care about giving that child stability.
	They don't care if that child gets raped or molested.
	They don't care if they're taking the child away from the parents they want.
	Because all children want two things.
	They want their mom and they want their dad.
	And regardless if one of them is a bad parent, they still love them both equally.
	And so if a parent's bad, you need to work on the parent.
	Not remove the child.
	You need to fix the parent.
	Because that child wants both parents.
	My daughter told me, I want to be with both of you.
	So I always fought so that my daughter could be with me and her mom, despite the fact that her mom was a very, let's just say, not too good person.
	She made some...
	I'm not going to say anything.
	I don't want to say anything about my family stuff.
	But she's just a bad person in general.
	But I still made sure...
	She got to see both of us and got to have equal custody because that's what the child wants.
	And that's healthy for the child.
	But you can't tell ignorant CPS people that haven't had a good enough education in this area that that's what children need.
	Because they won't listen.
	They just listen to this.
	That's all they listen to.
	Again, it's all about the money.
	It's all about power.

	And if I heard you correctly, you said the state of California can sell the child four times, and only four times, or do whatever, and then they sell the child.

	Well, it's like anything else.
	You can't really say that's what they're doing until they actually admit to it.
	But what we see is they take the child away from one parent, go to another parent, and go to another parent.
	And they keep doing that, and they're always sticking them in the custody of parents that are pedophiles and what have you, foster parents that are, what have you.
	And we've also noticed that if some of the foster parents are really good foster parents, they'll do the false accusation stuff like they do to us parents and get it away from that foster parent and get the child into another family.
	But I believe they can only do it four times.
	That's what I've heard.
	I'm not sure if that's true, but I've heard they can only go through four foster parents.
	But then if that's the case...

	Because I don't know why our Riverside County courts would take...

	Can you go a little bit more into what's going on with your daughter now?
	What's happened with this whole case?
	Where is it?
	You know, what do we do to stop this?
	How do we take action?
	Because we've been talking about, we're laying the story out, and we're getting a reaction, but we've got to have solutions, okay?
	If you don't provide solutions, all it is is fear-mongering.
	The last thing I want to do with the Christopher Key Show is fear-mongering.
	I want to provide solutions, brother, but I still need people to comprehend.
	The whole gist of what happened to you with CPS, how CPS failed you, and how gross it was, how negligent it was of what CPS did to you.
	Okay, so my daughter, when she passed the forensic interview with the police, she passed the CPS interview, and that should have been enough.
	You don't just keep badgering children with questioning and questioning and questioning.
	But what they ended up doing was...
	My ex has a history of 13 years making false allegations.
	And all of her allegations were proven false, which shows alienating of a parent.
	And we proved it, you know, a shadow of a doubt, in court, they did nothing.
	But I let it go.
	It's like, whatever.
	But this latest time, after those two interviews that my daughter did, her mother went and took her back to a therapist with CPS.
	She called them up and said, my daughter has something to say to you.
	They get there.
	And they asked my daughter, why are you here?
	She said, my mom said you wanted to talk to me.
	So that shows that her mom set it up.
	They didn't ask her to come in.
	Nonetheless, they questioned her about all the past allegations.
	And when they questioned her about all the past allegations, it came up, you know, well, my mom said this, my mom said that.
	And they were disgusting things.
	Her mom said that my daughter was sucking on my thing and just, it was gross.
	And so, so I went.
	And so they said, oh, so your dad did that to you?
	And my daughter said, no, that's what my mom said he did to me in the past, which we've proven was all false as well.
	Well, the court went and took that, and they said, okay, this is our case.
	You did all these things to her.
	And I was like, no.
	And I was telling my lawyer, I was like, no.
	It shows right there that she said that's what her mom said.
	I didn't do those things to her.
	And so my lawyer said, okay, so we're going to bring up all the past cases.
	All the past history, because that's what she's referring to is those past cases.
	So we're going to bring those up in court.
	And the judge said, you can't bring those up in court because those are stale evidence.
	And we had a 730 evaluation by a psychologist where my daughter said, no, my dad always gave me showers in his bathing suit.
	He never touched me, never did this, when I was like three, four years old or whatever.
	And so no.
	And so that proved everything wrong.
	And so we're like, okay, let's use the 730 evaluation.
	Judge said, no, that's stale evidence.
	They called it all stale evidence.
	So all the evidence that exonerated me from their accusations, they didn't want to include in court.
	So my lawyer was smart and he walked around it and he only brought up the accusations that were recent because he said all of these wouldn't apply because they're old and you don't want us to use our old evidence so it all doesn't apply.
	So then they said, well, since your daughter was sitting on his lap in church, that's sexual abuse.
	And because you put Vicks Vaporub on your daughter's chest when she was little, that's sexual abuse.
	And so my lawyer questioned my daughter.
	My daughter's like, no, my dad's never rubbed it on my boobs.
	He just rubbed it around and on my shoulders.
	And so then at the end of the court case, the judge said, well, it's sexual abuse.
	And my lawyer said, no, you can't say it's sexual abuse unless either party was aroused by the actions.
	And the judge said, Well, I think she was aroused.
	And then I looked at the transcripts when I went for my appeal because I appealed it.
	I paid the $10,000 for an appellate lawyer.
	I appealed it.
	And my lawyer, he was showing all the things that they went against the Constitution on.
	He had it lined out.
	There was no way they were going to not do the appeal because he crossed every T dot every I. He was one of the best lawyers.
	And they looked at that and they...
	They accepted all the hearsay and everything and said, well, you can't say it was sexual abuse because nothing happened, you know?
	And they still denied the appeal and that judge still took my daughter away saying that I was sexually abusing my daughter even though it was just me putting Vicks Vaple rub on and my daughter even saying that it was.
	They just went and did their own thing.
	They made their own judgments, and they didn't go by anything that my lawyers said.
	They just threw out everything my lawyers said, and my lawyers told me everything they did in your case was illegal, and you have a lawsuit.
	But all my 1,150 email army militant people that I got, they all have cases that they've been told are million-dollar lawsuits.
	So it's across the board that they're doing such illegal things in these courts that everybody has a lawsuit against the judges.
	But no one can do a lawsuit because when you try to do a lawsuit, you're going against their friends.
	So you try to go to the next court and they're not just like the appellate court.
	The appellate court didn't want to appeal it because they're going against their friend, the lady who's my judge in the CPS court.
	And so I went and I did a writ of certiorari.
	And I went all the way to Washington, D.C. And I said, according to your case law, which is under the British Accredited Registry's laws, according to your case law, you cannot sit here and say that I've got to go to the state court before I go to the Supreme Court because there's a case law that says the state court can't do anything about custody.
	They can't do anything about taking children away.
	So that means I get to go straight to the Supreme Court.
	So I did a writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court with all the case law, everything, showing all of the things that they did that was illegal.
	And then I attached all of these affidavits from 50 other people and I turned it into the Supreme Court.
	And what they did was they returned it to me and it was signed off by the clerk of the court, which they'll do that to a lot of you parents.
	The clerk of the court will sign off.
	Oh, you can't come to this court.
	We're not going to do this.
	We're not going to honor your writ or whatever it is that you're filing.
	But it's supposed to be signed off by the judge, not the clerk of the court.
	And that's what the Supreme Court did to me, as well as what all these lower courts are doing to people.
	Now, what people can do, because I had a friend who's one of the big advocates who's taught me a lot of this stuff.
	She taught her children.
	And you teach your children this too, to say, I do not consent.
	When CPS shows up, you say, I do not consent.
	And they try to say that as long as you listen to them and listen to what they're saying, you're consenting.
	So you even tell them, I'm not listening to you.
	I do not consent.
	And there's also another thing they should be saying is, I object.
	I object to what your warrant says, what you're saying, what you're trying to accuse me of.
	I object and I do not consent.
	And you walk away.
	And they shouldn't be able to take your children away for that.
	But in L.A., they have the CPS police.
	They call themselves Detective Police.
	I saw their badge.
	There's no such thing as Detective Police.
	There's detectives.
	There's police.
	There's no such thing as Detective Police.
	So it was a fake CPS police force, which is a stolen valor.
	Because they're pretending to be officers, and they're under the color of law.
	They're posing as officers.
	They even have guns on them, even had guns drawn on these children.
	And they went, because this lady, her husband was the pilot for P. Diddy.
	And so her husband, she's having a difficult fight with in the courts.
	So she lives in San Diego, not in L.A. So the L.A. PD came, or not L.A. PD, the L.A. The CPS police came all the way down to San Diego and tried to take her children out of the school.
	And her children were educated by their mother, and so they kept telling them, I do not consent, I do not consent.
	They had those children crying, except for the daughter.
	The daughter was just really brave.
	But the poor little boy was just crying his eyes out, and they were trying to take him away.
	They had the sheriff there, and the sheriff from San Diego was helping.
	They were trying to rip the kids out.
	They were telling the kids that the mom lied.
	The mom's a liar.
	That the mom's wrong.
	And she went down to that school herself.
	And she said, I do not consent.
	I do not consent.
	I'm not listening to you.
	I do not consent.
	And she took her children home.
	And she did not get her children stolen.
	But someone else did by those exact same CPS people from L.A. They came right up to the house, knocked on the door.
	The daughter opened the door.
	They grabbed the daughter and took off with her.
	And then they have the video of them inside the house telling the parents, if you want your child back, you got to go to court.
	So they were extorting the daughter to get the parents into court, kidnapping the daughter and using her to extort money from them and get them to go to court.
	And it's completely evil what they did.
	Brother, again, one of the biggest things I've learned from this is When CPS comes knocking on your door, don't answer.
	Don't answer.
	That's the simplest thing.
	Don't live in fear.
	They have to have a warrant to enter your home.
	And all you people, we're good people.
	And when they come and knock on the door, we want to talk to them.
	You're not going to work it out.
	They're going to take your child.
	So I believe, and again, I'm not a lawyer.
	I don't practice any kind of law.
	But if it was me and they came knocking on my door, unless they came with a warrant, my door would not be open.
	Any thoughts on that, brother?
	Yep.
	They'll just straight take your children away.
	Like I said, I've been listening to hundreds, if not thousands, of people from all over the United States, and it's just the same thing.
	There's people that are having the police stalk them.
	They're having people follow them.
	They're having threats.
	I mean, look at Nancy Schaefer from Georgia, the senator.
	She was killed.
	She was murdered by CPS.
	What?
	She was murdered?
	Yeah.
	She was fighting CPS.
	She was a senator.
	And then she was murdered.
	They said it was a murder-suicide that her and her husband killed each other.
	But both of them were shot in the back of the head.
	And she was fighting CPS.

	And so...
	This has gotten—and I've talked to federal lobbyists that lobby against CPS, and they would come out to their car after going to court in Washington, D.C. They'd come out to their car, and their steering wheel would be broken.
	I've had parents that went to court, and they'd come out, and their headlights are broken, and their brakes are broken.
	And this is like— The things they are doing is just corrupt.
	It's so corrupt.
	And our government is not doing anything about it, which is why I created my email army, and I created the bills that I created, because this is only a state-by-state issue, if not county-by-county.
	You can't get the federal government to solve this.
	This has to be state-by-state.
	And since it is, unless the government says, hey, no more CPS organizations, no more funding or what have you, but they'll find funding elsewhere.
	They'll find private funding.
	They'll find all kinds of funding.
	We have to do a revamp.
	But what I came up with in my two bills, one is a license.
	And this license, all people involved in child and family services would have to hold this license.
	Now this license, that means...
	All the therapists, all the police, all the CPS workers, judges, caseworkers, parents, foster parents, everybody has to have this license.
	Now, with this license, if you disobey the Constitution, you violate the Constitution, or you do hearsay, you don't use any beyond a shadow of a doubt in court, you lie in court, you make false accusations, anything from anybody involved in this.
	You get a strike on your license.
	And if you get three strikes, your license gets taken away for five years.
	After that five years, you can get your license back if you take a 730 psych evaluation, you take parenting classes, and you pay a fine so that we know that you're sane enough to be able to work with Child and Family Services.
	So if a judge gets caught up lying or allowing hearsay or any of these things, Then they get that ding on their record.
	And that's fair because everybody has a chance to do what's right and do what's correct for these children.
	But if you're going to keep violating, then boom.
	And you've got to honor that constitution.
	You don't allow a jury, boom, that's a strike on your record.
	You violate due process, boom, that's a strike on your record.
	For the police officer, for the judge, for the caseworkers, for everybody.
	Everybody gets held accountable.
	And that's what we don't do in this country.
	When we make a law, we don't make laws that have accountability and checks and balances attached to them.
	We just make them blindly.
	And then the second bill was to change child support and make child support just like unemployment insurance, where everybody, both parents, pay into the child support from the time the child's born to the time they turn 18. And then that way...
	If the state wants to make their money, because you've got to feed the beast, you've still got to feed them, they're not going to go away.
	So if they want to keep their money, then they're going to want the family to stick together.
	Because if the family splits up, then they have to pay the child support insurance to the parents that have custody of the child.
	So you need to change child support as well.
	Look, I love that idea, that licensing, that's very interesting.

	In fact, she was 15 May 5th.
	And they took her away on May 3rd, right before her birthday.
	And you haven't seen your daughter, been able to sit and have a conversation with your daughter in two years?

	No, because in the court order it said that my daughter can see me if she asks, which they know her mom won't allow her to, if she asks, and if her mom did allow her to, and she asks...
	She also has to be approved by one of their therapists.
	So their therapists are keeping my daughter from seeing me because you know they're not going to let her see me.
	They haven't.
	It's been two years.
	And everybody knows me and my daughter are like that.
	We're inseparable.
	So there's no way she didn't ask.
