Millstone Report w Paul Harrell: SCOTUS BLOCKS Lower Court: Trump’s Trans Military Ban is On!
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
For whatever reason, it's got me grooving this morning.
I'm sorry.
That's a terrible way to start the show.
Welcome to the show.
My name is Paul Harrell.
This is the Mill Sun Report, and we really appreciate you being with us.
We can't do the program without you watching every single day, as we always say.
So thank you so much.
Appreciate you being here.
This show is brought to you, this portion of the program brought to you by Red Vive Health.
We want you to go to redvivehealth.org slash Paul to check out their great red light panels and the healing power of red light, stuff that Big Pharma doesn't want you to know.
And we'll tell you a little bit more about Red Vive here in just a moment.
Big news.
I think it was big news.
Yesterday we found out that the Supreme Court essentially...
They basically stayed a lower court's ruling back in March, some judge.
We have a judge, it seems like every day, coming out and trying to challenge the executive branch, trying to thwart the will of the people, trying to make the 2024 election or the positive results of that election that could actually potentially improve the lives of Americans.
Judges don't want that to happen.
They don't want the will of the people to actually listen to.
So anyway, yeah, the judge back in March was like, you know, you can't ban transgenders from the military.
SCOTA stained that ruling.
They're going to obviously hear the merits of the case at a later date.
But what that means is Trump's trans-military ban is a go.
It's in effect.
And we're going to talk about it because it's interesting.
I actually think it plays into, you know, there's some people out there, we're going to talk about that as well, that...
We're challenging this idea.
Those of us on the right who are claiming that one of the main problems right now in our society is that we live in a gynocracy, a society essentially run by women, or everything is essentially targeted towards the sensibilities of women, and it goes along with this idea of a war on masculinity.
There are some people that think they're saying, no, actually, we don't live in a gynocracy, and yet they're erecting 12-foot statues.
Of black women in New York City.
That's right.
I actually thought it was much larger than 12 feet.
We'll talk about all of that.
Let's get to the news first.
This is Fox News reporting Supreme Court stays lower court ruling allowing Trump transgender military ban to proceed.
U.S. District Judge Benjamin Settle issued a preliminary injunction in March, and that, of course, is now over.
So hopefully our soldiers won't have the bone density of like a twig now.
The Supreme Court on Tuesday sided with the Trump administration in lifting a lower court order that paused the Pentagon's transgender military ban from taking effect, allowing Trump's order and related policies to proceed.
The high court ruling is a near-term victory for the White House, even as it did not address the underlying merits of the case or President Donald Trump's January 27th executive order banning transgender service members.
Of course, the liberal justices, Sotomayor, Kagan, Brown, I mean Brown Jackson, they would have denied the administration's appeal.
They would have kept the injunction in place.
At issue in the suit, Schilling v.
United States, is Trump's executive order banning transgender military members.
The executive order would require the Department of Defense to update its guidance regarding trans-identifying medical standards for military service and to rescind guidance inconsistent with military readiness.
And that's really what you want to focus on.
That's what I was getting at.
I mean, if you look at some of the studies or you look at what these drugs do to the human body, if you're trying to transition to one sex or another, of course, that is actually impossible.
I mean, people, it's a total lie that you can even do it, but let's just say the attempt to do it, the attempt to move forward, you know, basically letting your psychosis go unimpeded.
Is that these hormones are not designed for your DNA.
Your hormones are not designed for your body, and so it has terrible health consequences.
Surgery, this is before we even get into top surgery or even get into bottom surgery, you're giving yourself drugs that your body isn't meant to handle.
And so long term, the health of a transgender person actually gets worse and worse and worse and worse because...
You're poisoning yourselves.
You're poisoning yourself basically by hormones.
And so you can't really, if we want to have the fastest, strongest, most lethal military force, even having to, you know, try to balance whatever that is, it's just, it's not what, a military is there to kill people.
As efficiently as possible.
That's like the number one goal for a military.
I didn't have the courage to enlist.
I have no military training or background.
But just from an academic standpoint, that seems to be like if you're going to raise an army, if you're going to have a military, then your goal is to kill your enemy as efficiently as possible.
Exactly the way you draw it up.
Whatever your strategy is, you meet that goal consistently.
As lethal as possible.
In order to do that, you've got to have soldiers.
You've got to have army men.
You've got to have people that can run.
You've got to have people that can fire a weapon.
You've got to have men.
You have to have strong men.
I'm against women in combat.
I don't think it's a biblical position to have at all.
Anyway...
So we had this.
This was circulating around the internet last night as a result of this news that SCOTUS was allowing the transgender military ban to go into effect.
Here is Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth.
No more pronouns.
No more climate change obsession.
No more emergency vaccine mandates.
No more dudes in dresses.
We're done with that shit.
Certainly saying what a lot of us are thinking, right?
What a lot of men across this country have been thinking for a very, very long time.
And now, again, I'll just bring this up.
This is one of the reasons, one of the many reasons, I believe the intel oligarchs that are still very much anti-America and anti-Trump are targeting Hexeth and they've been trying to get him removed, right?
Which I think culminated in Mike Waltz, the National Security Advisor's exit.
I think that kind of shows you who won that round.
And I know the administration's official take is, well, he wasn't fired.
We just moved him where he'd be more effective at the United Nations.
Ha ha ha ha.
I don't buy that for a second, by the way.
I'm glad I brought this up because I meant to address it.
I mean, the United Nations?
Who talks about the United Nations?
Who thinks the United Nations does anything?
There's actually a report out there right after Mike Waltz, you know, didn't get fired, but he just got moved to the United Nations.
There were reports that the United Nations is about to be bankrupt and they're like desperate for money and they're running out of funding, right?
You can make the argument that Donald Trump sent Mike Waltz.
To a dying organization that nobody cares about or nobody...
You know, it's really funny.
Like, nationalism is on the rise.
The nation-state on the rise, looking out for its own America first.
And there are other countries that are thinking the same way.
You know, it's this idea of rejecting globalism.
And so we're going to send you to the global government that red-pilled people across the planet no longer want to have anything to do with.
Go on, son.
Get out there and be somebody.
Yeah, and then there was some Washington Post reporting that they were reporting that Mike Waltz, according to anonymous officials in the White House, were just saying Trump wasn't happy.
It felt like Mike Waltz, according to some reports, was working more for Benjamin Netanyahu than he was for President Trump.
Anyway, that...
That's what one of the reports was, anyway.
And I think that's accurate, right?
But anyway, so yeah, we are done with this excrement.
The transgender military ban is now in effect.
And so I think what really kind of pairs with this story perfectly is Harmeet Dillon, the Assistant Attorney General.
So Assistant AG Harmeet Dillon sat down with the Epoch Times, Jan Jekielek.
And she dropped a lot of truth and actually hinted at future prosecutions for people who abuse children and call it health care.
I want you to listen to this because I think while this is focusing on transing kids and how evil transing children is, it has a direct implication with being able to field the military.
I've been saying this for a very long time that if all of the...
If all of the kids that are going to, you know, public school that's been infiltrated by the LGBT and they're trying to make kids their disciples and if they are successful, it's going to be, it's a national security problem.
It's going to be very, very difficult to field the military, again, when you have people that avoid puberty and they give themselves hormone blockers and then they have, you know, bones the density of a twig.
And then the overall health problems.
So it very much ties in with these two stories.
Here's what Harmeet Dillon told the Epoch Times.
What we found is the medical industry, if you will, I won't even call it the profession anymore, it's an industry, is trained and even by law told they have to affirm any wacky idea a child has.
So they think they're in the wrong body.
Thousands of children are sold the lie that they're born in the wrong body.
No one pushes back on these kids.
It's a fad, and I think that we're going to look back on this period of time.
It's a fad.
Let's stop right there.
It is a fad, because there are more trans kids that are coming from, you know, bluer states, bluer cities, where you have affluent parents that are woke, affluent parents that are down with the cause, or they've embraced.
The white guilt.
There's a lot of people think that psychologically, when you look at affluent leftist liberals who have kids, that this is psychologically, because everybody's marginalized, like you buy into the Marxism, everybody's got to have a group that's marginalized, but white people can't be it, right?
White people are the oppressor.
And so psychologically, there's this thought out there that a lot of Parents are doing this to their kids or allowing their kids to do it so that they are now part of a marginalized group.
I think there's some truth to that because I fundamentally think brainwashing is real.
It's an actual phenomenon that happens.
Effectively, the modern lobotomy.
Disfavored practice now that we find to be abhorrent, barbaric, and inhumane.
The modern-day lobotomy.
That's a great...
I've never heard that comparison before, that transing kids is now the modern-day lobotomy, a practice that we absolutely abhor, a practice we look back on history and we say, how could the doctors have done that?
That's wild.
Now being done on America's children in the name of...
Gender-affirming care.
One of my clients wasn't even given hormone therapy before they cut her breasts off.
It was like, boom.
You think you're a boy?
They cut her breasts off within months after that decision.
She then got hormone therapy after that.
This hormone therapy destroys their bones, makes them infertile.
They lose hair.
They have skin problems.
None of that is properly disclosed.
It is my opinion.
Again, this is my opinion as a lawyer.
It is impossible for a child, To give consent, informed consent, to these barbaric medical procedures.
100%, yeah.
So now, what's interesting is we do have some laws on the books, a little outdated now, but the United States has a longstanding law against female genital mutilation, FGM.
FGM is a, in my opinion, barbaric practice that occurs in certain countries, not the United States, but immigrants from those countries come here and they bring these practices, which is mutilating the female genitalia.
Before the age of 18, it's a crime in the United States to do that.
Now, the top surgery, again, I'm getting very graphic here, but the removal of breasts is, you know, top surgery.
These children don't usually have the bottom surgery until after they turn, you know, 18 for various reasons.
There's various reasons I won't bore you with today.
So there's probably not a lot of cases of female genital mutilation that's occurring under the age of 18, but if they're occurring in this country, it's a crime.
And the Attorney General has announced that we will be prosecuting that crime in the United States.
And that's great.
That's all well and good.
Let's use the Sharia law, female circumcision laws that we have.
Let's use those against people that are doing this, the bottom surgeries to underage women.
Also, you should use it for underage men, which she says here in a minute, because it is also happening there as well.
But I also...
I mean, if I was the Epoch Times journalist guy here, I would have been like, yeah, but what about child abuse?
Are there no federal statutes on child abuse?
Of course there are.
There are certainly ones at the state level.
There have been pushes in Texas and other places to make these practices child abuse.
Literally, so if a doctor does it, you're abusing a child, criminally.
If a parent, you know, enables it, you're now abusing your child.
And everything that goes along with that.
And so opening up the child abuse statutes and doing that.
But you can also, you can go back to Ken Paxton, by the way, who's primary in John Cornyn, thank goodness.
Ken Paxton, when that law, that failed, when that bill that failed in Texas, they asked Ken Paxton, the Attorney General, for an opinion.
As to whether or not right now, on the books in the state of Texas, is it child abuse right now?
Like, you don't need to open, like, is this child abuse right now?
Removing the breasts, removing the genitals of a minor.
And he came back and he, you know, gave a, it's a very lengthy attorney general opinion.
You know, takes the law all the way back to the founding of Texas and beyond.
And says, yes, actually right now.
This is the abuse of children under the statute.
So the only thing you really need is law enforcement.
All you really need, if you go down to the local community, is a sheriff that looks at the statute and says, you're abusing your child, and I'm going to do something about it.
I'm going to use the law.
I'm going to use the sword, the government, and we're going to protect these children.
Regardless of what they think about it, because as Harmeet Dillon says here, you cannot consent to this kind of barbarism.
Especially when you have a culture that is propagandizing it as good.
When you have a media that claps along like seals, yes, yes, mutilate yourself.
They're actually saying, get the health care you need.
This is your right.
This is going to make, you know, you're a little awkward.
You're having some problems because you're a teenager.
You're going through puberty.
Well, that's because you're actually sick, and we need to suppress that, and you need to bow down and become a convert to our woke sex religion, and it'll make you happy.
And then, of course, they're not happy at the end on the other side.
An ethnic practice.
So back to the Sharia law.
Pan-ethnic practice in America to do this to children.
Should it be limited to girls?
I don't think so.
Congress will have to update that.
There are boys who are having their penises cut off under the age of 18. Who would have thought that?
And by the way, there's a high degree of regret amongst these people who do that.
That is why these procedures are no longer done in most of the civilized world on children.
Country after country in Europe has discontinued the practice.
Country after country in Europe has discontinued this practice.
I know we covered it last year when, over in England, they started banning the hormones for minors, the puberty blockers.
Of gender-affirming care on children.
They say it just doesn't work.
They're not doing it for ideological, religious reasons.
So this is fascinating to me.
Are abandoning each practice.
They're not doing it for any ideological or religious reasons.
They're just realizing that it doesn't work.
Now, you should be banning it for religious reasons because mutilating children in this way is a grave sin.
It's something that God hates.
But she's saying that even the pagans, even non-religious Europe, you know, we talk all the time, you know, when we talk about Russia and Ukraine, that NATO was created to protect Christian Europe from the godless communist Soviets.
But who are the godless communist Soviets today?
Europe.
They're banning free speech.
They arrest people for social media posts.
I mean, they've literally become...
They're not Christian.
Europe is not a Christian area anymore, for the most part.
And so even in their un-Christian, even in their unbelief, they say, we've got to stop transing children because the results are they commit suicide and they're miserable.
It just doesn't work.
These kids become adults with longstanding regret, suicide, and irreversible damage to their bodies.
So we in America need to wake up.
And understand that during COVID, where hospitals weren't able to do a lot of the things they wanted to do that make money, plastic surgery, what have you.
Oh, my goodness.
Everybody checked the box saying this gender-affirming care on this child is a medical necessity.
So while you, during COVID...
If you're older, maybe you had a procedure that you had to put on hold.
There were people that got sick from secondary causes because of the hysteria.
People that needed, maybe you needed some x-rays or something, or maybe you needed a doctor to look at your heart for just a yearly or quarterly checkup or something.
You had to put that on hold, right?
It was only if it was a necessity.
Genital mutilation and top surgery was considered a necessity.
You went to the front of the line.
Who cares about COVID?
It's kind of the medical equivalent of nobody needs to be anywhere.
Stay six feet apart.
Don't wear your mask unless it's a Black Lives Matter protest.
And then, you know, we don't really care about COVID.
We want the foot soldiers in the streets.
Fast-tracked to the front of the line.
Medical professionals, abhorrent and crazy in some ways.
And so a lot of this falls under the purview of state law.
Some states have banned these practices.
One of my clients, former clients, Chloe Cole...
So, I mean, here's the deal about this.
I just mentioned the un-Christian Europe or anti-Christian Europe.
What about in our own medical community here?
How many doctors are just...
They don't believe in a higher power.
They're not Christians.
There are a lot of Christian doctors still around, praise the Lord.
But there's enough doctors.
There are enough doctors who are willing to do this to children for money.
Have mercy.
Unbelievable.
Let's finish this clip up.
I testified in front of a number of legislatures.
People are talking about extending the statutes of limitation now.
So this is mostly a state law.
Where there's a federal law or a federal avenue, we're beginning to do some law enforcement.
I won't tip our hand as to what we're doing, but people who are getting the letters, they know what we're investigating, and there'll be more to say about that in the future.
I really hope so.
She's saying that there's going to be some prosecutions about this.
I think that's obvious.
We've got to ramp it up.
We need to ramp it up.
And you don't just need to rely on federal anti-Sharia law, female circumcision laws.
You need to look at the child abuse statutes now.
Look at the child abuse statutes now and call it what it is.
A.G. Bonney should say, this is child abuse right now.
And find the law.
I guarantee you there is a broad enough interpretation in the code to call it child abuse right now.
And that's what it clearly is.
Folks, I want to tell you about Red Vive Health.
Great folks at redvivehealth.org.
That's the link.
redvivehealth.org.
Here are these incredible red light panels.
This is incredible technology.
It can make you look better.
It can make you feel better.
It can tighten your skin.
It's got anti-aging.
Properties from red light.
And it's all backed up by science.
The real science.
Not the fake science that says, you know, at this point there shouldn't be any polar ice caps.
It's also technology that Big Pharma doesn't want you to know about.
They'd rather have you in this hamster wheel on medicine the rest of your life.
This is a way to treat problems at the cellular level.
Your mitochondria is stimulated.
Your skin, you get more collagen production according to studies.
And I can just tell you what I've experienced by it.
The energy increase is real.
Just a general feeling of wellness, relaxation when I use the red light panel that I have.
So you want to check it out.
And remember, it's two different wavelengths.
It's not just red light.
There's some competitors out there that just have red light.
This is red and near infrared light.
So two different spectrums that your body needs.
The red light obviously helps your skin, collagen production, anti-aging, and then the near-infrared light penetrates deeper into the body, reaching your bones, muscles, tissues, and organs.
Check it out now.
I want you to shop at redvivehealth.org.
Check out their 0% interest financing.
Support this program and the great folks over at Red Vive who make a tremendous product, redvivehealth.org.
So, moving on, speaking about the government needing to do more, we have Kash Patel and Pam Bondi announcing that they have arrested 205 child predators in just one week.
Our children.
If you harm our children, you will be given no sanctuary.
There is no place we will not come to hunt you down.
There is no place we will not look for you.
And there is no cage we will not put you in should you do harm to our children.
The prioritization of this administration and General Bondi has made it abundantly clear to child predators, you will be hunted down and you will be prosecuted.
And that is a refreshing thing to hear for the men and women who do this work tirelessly.
And it's also an acknowledgement of the safety that we look forward to bringing to America.
So some of these people, a metro police officer, an illegal alien, a teacher, some of these people that were arrested in this giant operation.
Now, obviously, this is the obligatory, what about Epstein?
And for those of you out there who feel that way, and I've been saying this for a long time, it is perfectly fine to recognize this is great.
This is really good.
There needs to be a lot more of this.
And then there's those of us that are also like, yeah, but we really have the smoking gun.
We all know the Epstein stuff.
So yeah, just be as vocal as you want.
That's what I say.
And there are some people out there, why are people complaining about the Epstein files when stuff like this is going on?
Well, look, we can say two things can be true at once.
This is good stuff.
This is good stuff.
And at the same time, there's still a lot of work to be done.
And again, if nothing happens with the Epstein files and they don't lead to these prosecutions and arrests, regardless of where it leads, even if it leads to a GOP donor somewhere.
Everyone's going to assume you guys are in on it.
And so really, that's kind of where I'm at.
The onus is on them, and they've got to know that.
That if nothing happens, they're going to assume that you are in on it.
Dan Bongino, who is with the FBI as well now, says, You may not always see it immediately, but this is the kind of work happening in the background.
Our team's quietly targeted, found, and arrested over 200 alleged child sex predators in a week.
And there will be more.
If you harm kids in America, this FBI will make sure you know no peace.
You will be hunted, you will be caught, and you will be arrested.
Thank you to all who worked hard to make this happen.
You saved lives, and we've got more work to do.
That's exactly right.
Now, on the Epstein files, Pam Bonney was asked about this the other day.
There was a congressman who came out and said he doesn't think the Epstein files exist.
There's a congressman that came out and said, and the name escapes me, I think they're going to mention it here.
Basically saying, look, I think they've been destroyed.
I don't think we'll ever see them.
I don't think we'll ever see them.
So Bondi is responding to this, and this is what it sounded like.
James Palmer said yesterday that all the Epstein files are missing.
No, no, the FBI.
Yeah, the FBI they're reviewing there are tens of thousands of videos of Epstein with children or child porn and there are hundreds of victims and no one Okay, well, first of all, we know that Epstein did that stuff.
Who else?
Who was Epstein trafficking children to?
So if there's thousands, or did she say hundreds of thousands?
They can't all be of Epstein.
This is the question.
Victim will ever get released.
It's just the volume, and that's what they're going through right now.
The FBI is diligently going through that.
I haven't seen that statement, but I'll call him later.
Yeah, so he hasn't seen the statement of somebody saying, I think they're gone.
I don't think I ever see them.
Yeah, I mean, this is the catch-22.
When you start making statements like that, okay, they've got him.
They're reviewing him, so you're either going to arrest people or you're not going to arrest people.
Hey, folks, the rest of this program is brought to you by Curable.
Curable Premium Health, Curable CBD.
Go to curable.com, K-U-R-I-B-L.com.
When you check out, use promo code PAUL20.
We'll tell you more about CBD, how it fights inflammation.
Here in just a moment.
So speaking of this, I guess at time of broadcast, it's now 12.30 central time.
I didn't see this.
I've been looking all morning for it.
So today is the day that James O 'Keefe supposedly is releasing a story that he says he's so scared Well, I mean, I'm paraphrasing just kind of the whole general situation.
Allegedly, he went into hiding because of this explosive information he's got that he's about to reveal.
The only thing we have to go on right now, unless it's been released since I got on the air, is this trailer that's eight seconds long about what this big dump is going to be apparently today.
Let's take a watch.
They can't suicide us all.
Okay, so, pretty theatrical, but what is actually in this video?
It's only eight seconds long, so I don't know who that is.
That's James O 'Keefe talking to somebody.
Okay, that's like a lot of his videos.
But then we have the Pfizer logo.
So, this has something to do with Pfizer.
It has something to do with Big Pharma.
Okay.
Some people have speculated, is this going to have anything to do with how James O 'Keefe was forced out of Project Veritas?
What else do we have?
Okay, I don't recognize this gentleman.
And there he is.
And then there is, that is Prince Andrew and that is Epstein.
So what in the world could this, how would, how, is this a story going to link Prince Andrew, Jeffrey Epstein, and Pfizer?
This is what people are wanting to know.
And then I don't...
It seems like I should know who that is.
Don't know exactly who that is.
People are trying to figure out who this is.
Who is this woman in this photo?
Some people have said that it looks like Pam Bondi.
I don't know.
I don't think you can say that definitively.
And yeah, that's all you get.
And let's see.
We'll click on James' profile here.
Let's just see if he's got anything else.
No.
So, you know, he tweeted on April 30th, T-minus seven days, and so far, nothing so far, but he said it was going to release it today, so it is May the 7th.
So we're going to wait, and we're going to see.
Now, okay, so speaking of the trans, let's move on now.
Speaking of the transgender, so transgenders have been banned, are now banned in the military because of the SCOTUS decision.
But people have pointed out that we still have issues, like, you know, physical fitness issues.
This would be one of them.
Apparently, this looks like a black female military officer.
Allegedly, this photo was taken at Yokota Air Force Base.
And we have just an enormous amount of braids.
I mean, it looks like something...
Honestly, that you would see on Star Trek.
So there are still issues here in the military that need to be dealt with, and physical fitness would certainly be one of those.
And generally speaking, again, women in combat, really women in the military at all, it's just not something that I think is prescribed.
I think men fight your battles.
Men need to be around other men to go to war.
And to plan war.
I'd say that's just me, but I don't think that's just me.
I think that's you as well.
And why?
Why, you ask?
Why men only?
Because of this.
That's why.
It's very obvious.
Okay?
This is why.
So, some people say that we don't really live in a gynocracy.
There's a guy by the name of Neil Shenvey that is saying that we don't live in a gynocracy and white men are not oppressed.
But I think this would say otherwise.
There's now a 12-foot plus-size African-American woman that's been erected in the middle of Times Square.
That's what she looks like.
This was the first thing I saw on my feed this morning when I woke up.
I woke up, poured a cup of coffee, sat down, Opened up X. This was the first thing that greeted me.
And I didn't believe it at first.
At first I thought that it was AI.
I was like, somebody's making this up.
This is just an AI photo.
There's no way.
They just put a statue of a portly black female in the middle of Times Square.
No way.
I mean, I know we live in a gynocracy, but even, like, what's going on here?
But it is real.
Here's the video of it.
And communicate those inner worlds that we have.
So I quickly realized.
And you know, here's the deal.
I wasn't the only one.
There were many people in the comments asking Grok, the AI, is this real?
And Grok said, yes, it is real.
Some people are saying this is Letitia James, J.D. Sharp.
Some people are saying fatigue, that people are just exhausted with all of this.
I would tend to agree.
But then we have this, we have even more.
This is not just something limited to New York.
There was a statue, I think there was a strange pagan statue erected outside a New York City courtroom that's just clearly like a feminine goddess, which that's what happens, you know.
You know, when Christianity and certain sects is totally pushed out, then the conquering pagan force is going to erect their idols.
These are the idols of pagans.
Matt Walsh asking, wait, did they really put a giant gold statue of a random black woman holding up her phone?
Yes, they did.
They did it in another country.
They did it in Florence.
Florence, Italy, has a statue of a golden black woman.
Just kind of casually.
Look, it's right here.
Just looks casually on her phone, scrolling her phone.
Look at that.
It's just incredible.
Look how big it is compared to the other people.
And then we have in Rotterdam, I guess, what is this, over in England?
We have just another.
Here's a black woman in sweatpants and sneakers and with her hands in her pockets.
It's another statue.
This is happening everywhere.
Look, there's another one in London.
This is in Brixton Station, London.
You see there?
Oh, you guys can't see it.
Let's see if we can throw it up.
Yeah.
It's happening everywhere.
This is like a new thing.
I had no idea.
I mean, I knew they were going up every now and then, but they're just all black women.
But this is a good take.
Vagrant of Rhodes on X. Says, yes, this is aesthetic terrorism.
He calls this aesthetic terrorism and says, All of these need to be torn down.
It's interesting, the demoralizing effect, because...
I don't know if there's a YouTuber named NerdRotic who talks all about the pop culture, you know, Hollywood, and how, and I'm pretty sure he said this at some point in the past, but I can't remember it specifically, but they take intellectual properties that are very, very popular, that are Americana, like a Star Wars, like an Indiana Jones, and then they put it full of their woke sex religion and they ruin it.
It's a sacrifice, right?
It's a ritual humiliation, as this says.
They've done that with fictional characters in Hollywood, and they're also doing this now publicly.
Amongst the corporeal...
Sad.
It really is.
But, as I said earlier, there are some people that claim that we don't live in a gynocracy.
A guy by the name of Neil Shenvey, who is a Kind of aligned with atheist James Lindsay on this whole woke right thing.
This is a term that they very much want to make happen.
And I guess they have made it happen, although, I mean, people on the so-called woke right just kind of laugh at it.
It's not really a serious critique.
But Neil Shenvey says, Since the term woke right isn't going away, I suggest simply explaining that you reject the ideas in question.
Straight white men are not oppressed.
We do not live in a gynocracy, he says, and normies are not blinded by the hegemonic narratives like the Longhouse and the post-war consensus, etc.
I couldn't help it.
I had to respond.
The idea that we're not living in a gynocracy is nonsense, and the most basic...
This one fact is what powers the gynocracy.
In my opinion, this one fact is the central hub.
It is the nucleus of everything that exudes out of it.
It is the reason why you have a statue in New York City of a 12-foot-tall black woman.
And it's abortion.
Abortion, the legal, Murder of children with no consequences for it, the state can't do anything, it's not criminalized, is what powers the gynocracy.
And then I make the point of what I've made on this program all along.
You know, one of the reasons why...
Aside from the fact that the mainline Protestant denominations that have gone so woke over the years in different ways, it all centered around not believing what the Bible actually says is true, trying to conform it to the cultural wickedness of the day.
So if you already have a squishy mainline Protestant from 50 years ago, or 60 or 70 at this point, You know, they want a seat at the cultural table, so maybe they're playing around with things like, well, you know, let's separate historical Jesus from supernatural Jesus.
And, of course, you can't, right?
If you separate the supernatural Jesus from historical Jesus, there is no historical Jesus.
But they tried to do it anyway.
Okay, so let's take that pastor who has that mindset.
Eh, maybe the virgin birth didn't happen, you know.
And they're doing this so that they can be accepted in academic circles, in the affluent, in the big cities of the East.
This is what happened to clergy.
And then 1974 rolls around, and women can now legally murder their children.
Is that squishy Protestant, mainline Protestant, is that squishy?
Is he going to then say, oh, you know, when she comes to, oh, I want to be a pastor now.
Let me into seminary.
It's kind of a, it'd be a strange hill to die on, practically speaking.
Not biblically speaking, but practically speaking, it would be a strange hill to die on, right?
Society already says you can murder your children.
Who am I to say you can't preach a sermon?
That's just silly.
You've got, and so, and obviously this was subconscious, but I mean, to me, it all makes sense, and it creates the idol.
I've been saying that we worship women, and now they're literally putting up idols in the middle of New York City.
Worshiping women.
And then Neil Shenvey's like, we don't live in a gynocracy.
What are you talking about?
I mean, I don't know.
You talk about people being asleep.
What was his last point?
Normies are not blinded.
Yeah, I feel like Neil Shenvey on this issue is blind.
I mean, it's literally staring you right in the face.
Here it is.
Worship this.
Bow down to this.
Whether they say it or not, it is aesthetic terrorism.
I do like that.
I think that's a good phrase.
Megan Basham, the author for Shepherds for Sale, which is a fantastic book, I highly recommend it.
You guys have heard me talk about it a lot.
She retweeted this with a comment.
Is getting passed over jobs and college admissions, not to mention ministry positions, because of your skin color and gender a form of oppression?
I think it is.
Certainly we all thought it was when it was happening to black Americans and women.
Is it fair to say America is suffering from gynocracy when women are outperforming men in so many areas and our leading institutions are dominated by feminine sensibilities?
It's an especially relevant question given that, for the Christian, the definition of gynocracy has to depend on how far women's roles have departed from God's design.
Not to simply say, are women and men roughly the same in our society?
Scripture is the benchmark.
And I'd say we're pretty far from it in the direction of feminist dominance, i.e.
gynocracy.
So here's Megan Basham saying that we actually are in a gynocracy.
And you could go back to the military, right?
We're talking about trans...
You know, if you don't have women in the military, women in the military is up here on the slippery slope.
Transgenders in the military is down here, okay?
And it's all related.
You know, I love the slippery slope argument.
I don't know why so many people on the Big Eva, I get the feeling they just really don't like the analogy of slippery slope.
They don't like it.
But to me, it's just a self-evident truth at this point.
So later this afternoon, I'm going to be sitting down and I'm going to be talking with Charles Haywood from The Worthy House, which is a great website.
We've had him on one time before, Charles Haywood, successful businessman.
And he's also, again, got TheWorthyHouse.com where he does book reviews.
He reads a lot, right?
And he's also just, I think, a fantastic political pundit as well.
So I'm going to be...
Talking with him later this afternoon about this story.
So...
Jordan Peterson sat down with atheist James Lindsay.
I guess I should say atheist Jordan Peterson or, you know, I mean, I know Jordan has said things in the past that made people think he's not far from the kingdom.
But, you know, he's recently gone out there along with Douglas Murray talking about, you know, basically credentialism and how, you know, there's just too many people saying things that don't have the authority to say it.
And I'm lumping everybody together.
Jordan Peterson may not have specifically said this, but James Lindsay is...
Atheist James Lindsay is the guy who has essentially gone out and has said that anybody who...
has embraced the term Christian nationalism, or believes that Christians, even if you reject the term, if you believe Christians must reassert themselves in public life, if you believe Christians must get back to the roots of what the Founding Fathers actually believed, and you're pointing all that out, he asserted for months and months last year that this was an op.
This was some sort of fed-backed op to get the government to crack down on Christians.
And that there were people who were part of it, and then there were useful idiots.
He went on and on and on about that.
And then he's been a huge fan of this term, woke right.
The woke right.
What is the woke right?
Well, Shenvey says it's people that think you live in a guidonocracy, or people think that the deracination of whites is a bad thing.
And there are other things as well.
But this has been universally mocked.
Jordan Peterson sits down with James Lindsay, atheist James Lindsay.
These are two guys that don't believe that the Bible is true.
They don't believe in God.
And they're sitting down, and they want to talk about Lucifer.
I kid you not, listen to this.
Okay, so I want to talk about this Lucifer idea.
So Lucifer is the morning star, and he's the angel of the untrammeled intellect.
That's it.
That's how he's portrayed in Milton, right?
And he's allied in some strange way with the serpent in the Garden of Eden.
If I might just interject, if he's the morning star, what do you do in the morning?
After the morning star rises, you wake up.
Right.
Woke.
Right.
I mean, that's...
I'm a fan of...
I'm a fan of connecting data points.
You know, here's a data point, here's a data point, and do with that what you will.
But, you know, a lot of times you just think, well, you know, but the leap from one another isn't that difficult.
This is quite the conclusion to jump to.
Lucifer's described as a morning star.
Well, what do you do in the morning?
You wake up, you know, woke.
I'll let you hear it again because it is absolutely preposterous.
And it's coming from a guy who claims intellectual superiority over everybody else is atheist James Lindsay.
He is one of the most arrogant people out there on the web, especially when it comes to attacking Christians or those on the Christian right.
There are some in the Big Eva that have tried to ally themselves with James Lindsay because they think the Christian right's a problem.
But anyway, listen to this again.
So I want to talk about this Lucifer idea.
So Lucifer is the morning star, and he's the angel of the untrammeled intellect.
That's how he's portrayed in Milton, right?
And he's allied in some strange way with the serpent in the Garden of Eden.
If I might just interject, if he's the morning star, what do you do in the morning?
After the morning star rises, you wake up.
Right.
Woke.
You wake up.
Woke.
So not only do you wake up, then he makes the leap to, oh, you know, woke.
Because they're fighting the woke left.
They're trying to thread the needle, saying, we're fighting the woke left, and we now have to fight the woke right.
This boogeyman.
This has been universally, well, not universally, but it has been mocked by so many people.
I have lost count how many people have taken this clip, and they are just having the best time with it.
And I'm totally here for it.
William Wolfe.
People are now just ripping on James Lindsay left and right.
If I may interject, Lucifer is the angel of light, and when you exit light, you enter night.
And what do you do when the Sandman comes?
You sleep with one eye open, gripping your pillow tight.
I open, which means you're awake, woke.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha.
Ha ha ha.
I'll see you next time.
Those are the lyrics to Enter Sandman, for those of you that don't know.
This is one of the best.
Have I even liked this?
No, but I'm going to repost it right now.
That's fantastic.
Also, Josh Dawes.
If I may, William Wolfe affirms the Nicene Creed.
Creed is famous for the song With Arms Wide Open.
You know what else is wide open?
Your eyes when you wake up.
Woke.
And there's several more out there, and I think people are going to keep making them.
Oh, R.N. McIntyre has one more.
This Santa, he redistributes toys?
Yes.
You say he knows when you're sleeping, but also knows when you're awake?
Yes.
Woke right.
Oh man, just jumping to conclusions, it's just quite embarrassing.
It really is.
But here's J.D. Hall with some sanity.
J.D. Hall saying, let me tell you something these two won't.
Jordan Peterson and James Lindsay.
Lucifer is real.
Hell is a real place, ladies and gentlemen, where real people go.
And it is absolutely insane.
The reason it's so funny is because you've got two non-believers, you've got two non-Christians trying to lecture really a debate on the right as to what a Christian's calling should be when they're in public life.
And it really is, and maybe that's an oversimplification of it, but it's...
You shouldn't pay attention to people.
I mean, in my opinion, for the most part, you shouldn't pay attention to people who are trying to talk about Lucifer.
I know they're talking about Milton here, but they don't even really believe this stuff.
They don't really believe the Bible.
They don't really believe that it's true.
They're not believers.
They're not professing Christians.
And so it's really just something that I don't have to listen to you at all.
But when the goal is to try to...
You know, thread this needle of woke left versus woke right.
We've got a woke right problem.
It's just really humorous.
They set themselves up to fail.
Or Lindsey did here.
And I haven't seen the full interview.
I've only seen this clip.
So forgive me if I, you know, am totally missing the plot here.
But I don't think that I am.
Sorry.
It's been great.
It has.
But no, just generally speaking, We shouldn't take our advice from a couple of atheists talking about the concept of Satan, right, when they don't actually believe in him.
Nor do they believe in our Lord Jesus.
So that's something to think about as we go down this path.
All right.
We don't have time for this.
Do we really?
Before we go anywhere, I want to tell you about...
We do have time for Tom Tillis.
Let me tell you about Curable Premium CBD and the great CBD products available on their website, curable.com.
Use promo code PAUL20.
So at Curable, they plant the seed.
They till the soil.
They harvest the hemp.
They extract the hemp.
They're in control of the entire process.
And then at the end of this, they send it off to a third party to verify the quality via testing.
This is the best CBD products that you can buy.
And not only do they not use the chemicals and the pesticides as they're growing this themselves, this company, this small company growing it themselves, they also make sure somebody verifies what they say.
CBD is great at fighting inflammation.
Great at fighting inflammation is so much better than NSAIDs or Tylenol or ibuprofen.
And I want you to consider it.
I want you to think about the sleep gummies.
So you can take CBD internally.
You can take it externally.
The muscle cream is for external purposes.
Really does wonders on sore muscles and aches.
And then if you want to get a great night's sleep, the CBD gummies will do the trick.
The melatonin and the CBD will certainly get you to sleep and then keep you to sleep.
Go to curable.com right now.
That's K-U-R-I-B-L dot com.
Use promo code Paul20, save 20%.
And if you've never tried CBD before, if you've never tried it before, I just want to say, now's the time to try it.
Not only are you going to get a great product, you're also going to be supporting what we're doing here at the Millstone Report.
So, something to think about.
Tom Tillis in the news again.
Well, he was in there yesterday.
We kind of covered this, but it's still absolutely insane that he is coming out against Ed Martin, and he's done this, doesn't want Ed Martin to be the U.S. attorney, and he gave a full-throated defense of J6 and the official bogus narrative that's been thoroughly debunked.
I met with Mr. Martin.
He seems like a good man.
Most of my concerns related to January 6th.
And he built a compelling case on some of the 1512 prosecutions that were probably, heat of the moment, bad decisions.
But where we probably have a difference is I think anybody that breached the perimeter should have been in prison for some period of time.
Whether it's 30 days or three years, it's debatable.
But I have no tolerance for anybody who entered the building on January 6th.
And that's probably where most of the friction was.
He disagreed with you on that?
Well, no, I have to say that Mr. Martin did a good job of explaining how there were people that probably got caught up in it.
But they made the stupid decision to come through a building that had been breached and that the police officers and others were saying stay away.
So the difference wasn't that they should be charged, in my estimation, it's by how much.
That's an argument I'm willing to have, but we have to be very, very clear.
That what happened on January the 6th was wrong.
It was not prompted or created by other people.
So it wasn't a setup.
It wasn't a false flag.
That's the real thing.
We have to be very clear.
J6 happened exactly the way the media said.
J6 was exactly the way everybody hit.
It was the insurrection.
It was just what the Democrats said.
It was as bad, if not worse, than 9-11.
It was a dark day, the darkest day in American history.
He is.
Clinging to this narrative for some reason.
And I think it's because he has something to hide.
I don't know about you.
But, I mean, here, John Strand reminding us to Senator Tom Tillis.
He put this out.
This is a USCP-cuffed FBI informant, confidential human source.
This is security footage from J6, okay?
Here's one of the rabble-rousers.
But guess what?
He gets uncuffed.
I mean, this is just one of many.
You know, you've got the police removing the barriers.
You've got all kinds of evidence out there.
Look, fist bump.
I'm fist bumping the cop that just arrested me because I'm actually in with you guys and we're doing this.
We're setting up a false flag event so that we can squash populism and make sure Donald Trump will never run again.
Now, if Ed Martin...
is not confirmed.
Rand Paul writes, if the Senate fails to confirm Ed as the U.S. Attorney for D.C. in the next two weeks, the D.C. Chief Judge with a history of ruling against President Trump will be in power to pick Ed's replacement.
Tom Tillis, people like Lindsey Graham, the time is now.
So, D.C. Drano writes, Tom Tillis doesn't want the deep state exposed for what they did on J6.
Those are his handlers.
That is an interesting claim.
I tend to agree that it's something like that.
Now, National File, the latest I have on this, and then we've got to go because I'm out of time.
National File writes, Scoop, we just spoke with insiders in and around the effort to confirm Ed Martin.
They tell National File that Tom Tillis blocking Martin's confirmation is all about three things.
Number one, Tillis is still triggered by January 6th.
It's as if he wants his own personal Benghazi.
Number two, wholesale rejection by D.C. courts of SCOTUS 1512 ruling.
Which essentially said you can't charge people with a statute that was meant to go after Enron for interfering with an official proceeding that was about shredding documents.
And number three, GOP senators know Ed can come after them.
Now this is the weird one.
GOP senators know Ed can come after them.
Talking about Ed Martin.
Okay, actually this is not weird.
GOP senators know Ed can come after them for their complicity in the 2020 coup, as well as other things like insider trading and Adam Schiff's home mortgage fraud scheme.
So that's what's going on here.
They think this guy represents, Ed Martin represents accountability for what they all did to us in 2020.
In 2020, well, in 2021, we were told...
Leading up on January 6th, we were told that Congress was going to investigate, that they were going to have hearings, that they were going to challenge the county of the electors.
There was even some people saying they were going to send them back to state legislatures, and then J6 happened conveniently, and all of that changed.
And then the senators that had the courage to stand up after J6, they said, oh, no, we're not challenging the results.
We were told on the right we were going to have new information on J6.
That way we're going to get to the bottom of these discrepancies for 2020.
J6, false flag, media, insurrection.
Okay, yep, Joe Biden, four years.
And these GOP senators, I think many of them were in on it, and that's why they're allergic to the D.C. attorney pick.
That's all the time that we have for this edition of the Millstone Report.
Unless I'm providentially hindered, I'll see you back here.
Wishing you a happy Thursday.
Have the rest of, I hope the rest of your Wednesday is fantastic.
We'll see you soon.
