Hey, guys.
Well, I'm here with my favorite doctor, Dr. Mark Sherwood, here today.
And guess what I just got?
It is a giant box of a Kingdom Crunch cereal.
His new line of cereal called Kingdom Crunch.
And this particular flavor is acai bowl.
And let me tell you, it is so, so, so, so, so tasty and delicious.
But besides from it being so tasty, I have Dr. Sherwood here to tell us why it's so good for you, too, and why it's so amazing and should be in everyone's cover.
So what's up with this incredible cereal that you sent me that I can't stop eating, Dr. Sherwood?
Well, many times when we hear the word cereal, we think unhealthy, poisonous chemical, carcinogenic.
Shouldn't be eating it.
That is quite the opposite.
High protein.
Zero added sugars, organic ingredients, and healthy fats such as medium-trained triglycerides.
Deanna, that should be in everyone's cupboard, in every child's mouth, every day.
That is truly healthy and life-giving for kids.
I recommend it all the way.
Not because I made it, but because it solves a real problem in today's world.
Excuse me, I can't stop eating it, but I gave it to my son, Maverick, who also loves...
Cereal, but I don't want them to eat cereal except for this.
This is really, really good.
It's really tasty.
It actually tastes like real acai in your mouth.
And it's packed full of all these nutrients and no sugar, right?
No added sugar?
That's insane.
How is it so sweet then?
Yeah, we use stevia, monk fruit, and some allulose there.
All of which, get this.
Are diabetic friendly, they won't raise blood sugar, which is another benefit.
I've had people ask me, can I eat that if I'm diabetic?
Yes, you can.
And you can fix your diabetes.
Yay! Awesome.
Well, this is so good.
Where can everybody find this Kingdom French Cereal?
They can find it at sherwood.tv forward slash shots and use your discount code to save.

Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, whether you knew or didn't know...
Today is supposedly Holocaust Remembrance Day.
Holocaust Remembrance Day.
If I remember correctly, I thought there was Holocaust Remembrance Day like a month or two ago also.
So apparently there's several Holocaust Remembrance Day.
But especially over there in Israel, they are celebrating it big time.
Well, I don't know if celebrating is the right word, but they're mourning.
They're doing something over there, but they're definitely making a big deal out of Holocaust Remembrance Day.
And even our President Trump, of course, is making a big deal about it.
He made a speech today and he says, never again, never again will this ever happen.
And he calls on the U.S. to observe Holocaust Remembrance Day.
Very interesting.
And of course, Trump was paying tribute to the memory of the six million Jews and millions of other innocent victims murdered by the Nazis during World War II.
So, he says, on Yom Hoshua, Holocaust Remembrance Day, and during this week of solemn remembrance, we honor the blessed memories of the six million Jewish men, women, and children who were viciously slaughtered by the genocidal Interesting word choice.
Genocidal Nazi regime and their collaborators.
One of the bleakest hours in human history, the statement said.
And he goes on and on.
We cherish the eternal memories of all those whose lives were lost to the deadly scourge of anti-Semitism.
We vow to never forget the atrocities of the Holocaust, and we declare that never again means now.
Okay. And he also said that we need to preserve their stories.
And a self-determined Jewish homeland has rose from the ashes as the modern state of Israel.
And then this is the telling point at the end.
He says, sadly, our nation has borne witness to the worst outbreak of anti-Semitism on American soil in generations.
Wow. Nearly every day following the deadly October 7th, 2023 attack on Israel.
Jewish Americans were threatened on our streets and in our public squares, a reminder that the poison of antisemitism tragically still exists.
Then he also highlighted his administration's work to combat antisemitism, particularly the recurrent incidents of harassment of Jewish students on university campuses.
His administration is proudly upholding the basic truth that antisemitism has no place in a civilized society.
As president, I signed an executive order directing the federal government to use all available and appropriate legal tools to combat the explosion of anti-Semitic behavior and harassment in our schools and college campuses,
including the removal of resident aliens who violate these laws.
Wow. We're also steadfastly committed to investigating and swiftly punishing all anti-Semitic discrimination.
All right.
So there's a lot to unpack here.
A lot to unpack here.
And I invited somebody on to help us unpack a little bit more of this.
And to be honest with you, you probably noticed from watching my show, I haven't been as involved in this conversation about Israel and the Jews.
As, of course, our main host, Stu Peters, has.
And that's not because I've been shy or cowardly or anything.
It's just because I'm less informed and well-read on the subject matter.
I'm just less knowledgeable on it.
I, of course, believe in the same things.
We have the same views.
I'm very against this war, very against the Israeli genocide, massively against Jewish supremacy and Zionism.
But I'm just not as knowledgeable in that topic.
But we have somebody here that's going to shed some light on this and explain some concepts that, again, like sort of the average Fox News viewer or boomer, I am not that, but somebody that's potentially a member of our family or most Americans need to know,
just nobody's really explained it to them.
So I invited Zach Kidd on today.
Zach is the host of Logos Academy, the Logos Academy show, right here on the Stu Peters Network.
And he'll talk about what his show entails.
But he breaks down these kind of complicated concepts in a manner that's a lot more easy to understand and comprehend.
So, Zach, thanks for coming on and joining us on this Holocaust Remembrance Day.
How's it going today?
My pleasure, Deanna.
It's going very well, and thank you very much for the invite on the show.
It's nice to be here for the first time.
Yeah, great.
Hopefully we'll have you as a recurring guest on Shots Fired.
So, okay, first of all, let's back up a little bit.
We're going to talk and unpack Trump's statements in a minute, but what do you think, like, if I'm sort of an average Fox News viewer or CNN viewer, a boomer, somebody who's...
The majority of Americans are actually pro-Israel, I would say.
That's why Trump's statements are so bizarre, saying that Jews are the most persecuted now that they've ever been in their life here.
There's so much anti-Semitism now more than ever.
I don't see that.
I see at least 9 out of 10 Americans that are pro-Israel and supportive of Jews.
So if you're talking to sort of an average person and they believe everything, you know, Holocaust is real, Jews are persecuted, What might you start with?
What's something that could, sort of a fact that you know about the Holocaust, or something that you can shed light on that would start having them at least open their mind a little bit and say, wait a second, hmm, could that be not true?
Could that be a lie that I've been told?
You know, something like that.
So what might you start with?
Yeah, that's actually a really good question.
And I think as much as the Holocaust is definitely a really big subject, it's one of the hardest ones to talk to people about because they view it through a purely emotional framework, right?
So if you question simply just the numbers or the way that this quote-unquote Holocaust went down, you're going to get these very emotional responses from people.
I think maybe an easier starting point is going for, you know, this common rhetoric of Israel is our greatest ally.
You know, one of the best ways to kind of wake people up to this issue is to really ask them and question that logic there and say, well, if this is an ally to us, what have they done for us?
You know, what is this country doing for us?
Very meager, responsive.
They're the only democracy in the Middle East, right?
Or something really goofy like this.
But what have they specifically done for us as a people?
Because an allyship is a two-way street.
And I don't really see much benefit coming from them, but we see a lot coming from here.
I mean, we're sending them billions of dollars.
Making laws that protect them very specifically.
I mean, Donald Trump even pardoned Jonathan Pollard, who was a Jewish-Israeli spy, and he flew right back to Israel, and he was, like, praised in Israel as this, like, great guy.
Donald Trump pardoned him.
So I think maybe some small things like that about Israel as a state is definitely a good starting point, because obviously this...
Problem can go pretty deep when you read into the Talmud and all these other different concepts.
So I think to start with looking at just the state of Israel and what they're doing now is a good base foundation to kind of get people to understand where we're coming from.
That's actually a really, really good point.
It's kind of like when I would try to red pill people about COVID being a sham, you know, when I would say something like that.
They would just be like, well, it's just like this knee-jerk reaction.
They would recite the same pair of talking points from CNN.
You know, 10 million people have died from COVID and blah, blah, blah, blah.
There's the death ticker on the news.
Okay. And then they would say, you know, the vaccine is safe and effective.
Well, I would start to...
Tell them, okay, well, what has the vaccine, you know, what has the government done to protect you?
Is it possible that the government may have harmful intentions instead of always helpful intentions?
You know, so sometimes you're right, it does help to kind of talk about, well, the facts are, what have they done for us?
Because when you actually look at the facts, it appears to be that Israel is more like our greatest parasite than our greatest ally.
They seem to suck and suck and take and take.
We give, give, give more like a host and parasite relationship than a two-way street allyship.
You have a really good point about that.
And perhaps that's a way to start at least getting them opening up a little bit to think about, well, if that might not be true, this lie that we've heard for years and decades that Israel's our greatest ally, what else might not be true about Israel?
Yeah, and that's the big thing, is getting those first initial seeds of doubt.
Once one or two of them start to seed themselves and a person's willing to open their mind up to the other subjects, like we know, there's a lot of depth to this.
And there are so many problems, so many examples of things that are just fundamentally wrong with this, quite frankly, a one-way relationship between us and them.
It's very important for people to start questioning those things.
And, you know, I'm always a proponent of the Socratic method, which is essentially just questioning people's logic, because it forces them to think themselves inwardly and look at, you know, if I think or I believe this certain thing,
why do I believe that, you know?
And it kind of forces them to do that.
Rather, if you try to kind of shove facts down their throat, like...
For example, if I was to go to somebody who believes that Israel is God's chosen people and all these things and say, hey, dude, Holocaust didn't happen.
You know, newsflash.
It wasn't six million.
Again, you're like challenging something that's already kind of like a deeply ingrained belief in them rather than them challenging it themselves.
And that's why it's always best to kind of ask them questions on their logic and kind of create that base.
Again. Those seeds of doubt that will start to turn into more questions as time comes on.
Yeah, absolutely.
Okay, that's a great starting point.
Now, let's talk a little bit more about the Holocaust specifically.
How many people, to your knowledge, actually died?
Obviously, we hear that 6 million people died in the Holocaust.
6 million people died.
What do you believe to be true, and what kind of evidence do you have to back that up?
Yeah, it's a very big question, and, you know, it's impossible to pin this down to an exact number.
So, you know, you have documents from the Red Cross that state that they estimated about 271,000 people.
Now, the really important thing, before we actually look at the numbers themselves, is to define what a Holocaust is.
A lot of people overlook this, and a Holocaust is...
A burnt offering to God, which insinuates death by fire, right?
Which is kind of the whole gas chamber narrative.
And it's really important to understand that the people that did die in these camps were not gassed.
These people were not, you know, exterminated.
There is no document that has ever been released or shown that advocates the extermination of these people, that advocates for the usage of gas chambers in any way, shape, or form to kill somebody.
There is zero documentary evidence of that.
Beyond the modern-day standing gas chambers, which were essentially showers to fumigate lice out of people, which is what Zyklon is used for.
So these people that did die in these camps, obviously this is warfare and there's a lot of starvation.
Again, we just mentioned lice.
Lice was a very big problem in World War II.
People were dying of typhus.
This was a very, very big problem.
Not many people pay attention to how bad typhus really was during this conflict.
And then additionally...
There were a lot of Jews that actually died to Allied bombing towards the end of the war when things were getting really bad and the conflicts were getting very serious.
And we were coming in and we were bombing these camps on mass scale.
A lot of Jews died to this as well.
So I think it's very important to delineate and make sure that people understand that it was not gas chambers that did this.
And this was not a quote-unquote genocide.
This was an unfortunate outcome of...
A conflict, which is what happens in all warfare.
Unfortunately, there's going to be casualties.
Yeah, absolutely.
And now that we know at this point that things, that there's something exists that's called propaganda, and there's pictures that people, you know, that these organizations can take, video clips, just, you know, propaganda of.
For instance, I keep going back to COVID.
I mean, how much of that propaganda in the beginning was creating all this fear?
There was the video clips of the dead bodies in freezers that kept going around.
The Chinese people wearing the suits and dragging people on the floor just because they were contaminated.
And the people dying in the hospitals, but it turned out that there was duplication of there, and it was not multiple hospitals.
It was just one hospital in Italy that was being used for multiple hospitals.
So there's all this propaganda that we now know.
It's very sophisticated, and it creates a very strong emotional response, just like they did also in the Ukraine war.
I mean, all those pictures, you know, the images of the men going out to fight in the Ukraine war.
They're so poor and they're struggling.
Those images were circulating around and look, it got people really behind the Ukraine war before we figured out that was a scam.
So now that we know that, talk about the images that were circulating around the time of the Holocaust and how that was most likely, again, just...
propaganda and not really, really, especially all the inatiated starving people that were in the bunk beds
Yeah, that's a big one.
Fear propaganda and atrocity propaganda is a huge component of warfare and kind of bringing up the spirit against the enemy when you can kind of show atrocities that the enemy has supposedly committed.
So there's a couple big ones.
One actual really interesting example is the Katin Massacre.
This was something that was blamed on the Nazis for years and years and years.
They had all these pictures of...
Hundreds of dead bodies, corpses that were put into this mass grave after they were exterminated.
And then it was found out later that it was actually the Soviets that did this, right?
So that was one piece of fear propaganda is to actually take the atrocities of another group and place them on the enemy at hand that you're targeting with the propaganda.
So that's one aspect.
Another big aspect is, again, we discussed a lot of these people.
And the camps were dying towards the end of the war from Allied bombing.
So you see all these stacks and stacks and stacks of bodies.
Well, first off, the whole concept of gas chambers was they were gassed and then cremated.
So you wouldn't have stacks of bodies if that were the case, right?
And additionally, maybe they were gassed and not cremated.
Well, if someone was gassed with Zyklon B, I don't know if you have any familiarity with how that would look, but they would have rashes all over their body.
I mean, flaming red skin.
It would be almost unrecognizable, their skin.
So, obviously, that didn't happen to them.
So, they were either bombed or they were...
Again, there was a lot of starvation, and part of this is actually a very tough situation when you really look at it because...
Germany barely had the food to actually feed their own troops, right?
So now when you think about this on a logical plane, and it's not fun or pretty, but if you're running all of these concentration camps where, again, concentration, you're concentrating a population into an area for a time of conflict that can be considered dangerous to the nation.
A lot of these Jews were communists, and they were trying to overthrow Germany prior to the war starting.
So they have these people in camps, and they're running low on food for the soldiers.
Well, unfortunately, the workers in these camps are going to get even less food if the soldiers can't get food, because if the soldiers can't feed themselves, how is the war going to work, right?
They're obviously going to lose, and that means death.
So it's a very hard choice to make, but that was an unfortunate thing that had to happen, and I think anybody in their shoes would have done the exact same thing if it was between, you know, your country, right?
Let's say America was in a mass conflict, and we were running out of food everywhere, and our choice was to take Some Israeli spies that we have kind of quarantined in a camp and we're out of food for ourselves.
It's either we feed them or we feed us.
I think we're going to decide to feed our own.
Probably. I would hope.
Maybe not in the modern evangelical sphere, but I would hope so.
Well, nowadays people might actually choose to feed the Jewish over the Americans if given the choice because they're so cucked to Jews.
All right.
So obviously we could be here for seven hours, you know, unpacking all of the different lies and untruths about the Holocaust alone.
But we only have a limited time today.
We'll have you back on.
But let's now fast forward again to Trump's statements.
OK, so him saying that, you know, we're having like this biggest, worst outbreak of anti-Semitism in American soil in generations now since deadly October 7th attack.
Just, you know, just on this statement alone, what's your reaction to Trump saying that, you know, that this is the most anti-Semitic time ever in the U.S.?
This is major damage control because, you know, what they consider anti-Semitism from a governmental lens, how our Republican Party sees it or how, quite frankly, the Jews in power see it.
Is any valid criticism of what Israel is doing, any valid criticism of Jewish power?
I mean, it's even deemed anti-Semitic to say that Jews run Hollywood.
This is a fact.
They actually brag about themselves, right?
So this is a damage control vector in order to essentially put more laws on the populace, more free speech laws against people.
And, you know, one thing that people have to realize with these laws that...
Kind of questions the logic here.
You always hear about white supremacy in America and how that's ruling America and it's so evil.
Where are all the laws protecting white people against anti-white hatred?
You know, very specifically anti-white legislation.
I don't see any of that.
I don't even see anti-black legislation.
But for some reason, we have anti-Jewish hate legislation, anti-Semitism.
It's this one thing that circulates.
So obviously, if that's what's getting passed into law, the people in power have to be looking out for specifically that group.
And while again, Jews are predominantly in these roles of power, way overrepresented based on their demographic numbers.
Absolutely. Yeah.
And it's just interesting because I think this is the time where...
You know, most people are supportive of Jews.
Most people, 9 out of 10 people appears to be, are, you know, waving the Israeli flag and, you know, standing with Israel, and they're very loud and open about it.
But at the same time, we have social media, and so now we can hear, we can also hear some questioners of what they're doing, too, some noticers.
And you're right, it looks like what they're doing is trying to stamp that out.
Right now, nip it in the bud as much as possible and demonize it and label it like a national domestic terrorist level.
So when he says now, you know, continues on saying that he's coming out so strong, saying they're putting, you know, he signed an executive order to stamp this out, directing the federal government to use all available and appropriate legal tools.
This is pretty crazy.
They've just also said that they're going to be...
You know, scouring people's social media accounts and behavior online and offline if they even want to come to the U.S. for a visa to work or to go to school in the U.S. or to live in the U.S. You know, that's becoming now a criteria and a mandate.
They have to have basically Israel loyalty in order to even visit the U.S. Hasn't this just like reached kind of scary proportions?
Absolutely. And this is...
Well, people have to understand, this is only one step in the further direction, right?
Of course.
So what they'll do first is they'll demonize foreigners doing this so that they can pass legislation against the foreigners.
And then this will accelerate into us actually having legislation passed against us, where they'll take an American-born person like myself and try to openly stop someone like me from giving valid criticisms.
So when someone says, when it's sort of like a typical boomer, typical American says, well, why would they lie?
Why would they have created such a huge hoax with the Holocaust or with October 7th?
Why would they go, so, you know, why would the Jews do this?
Why would they have all these powerful entities and countries behind this lie?
Why would the President of our United States be so behind Israel if they were so bad and this was such a lie?
What would you say to them?
What's the reason why they're going so hard against anti-Semitism, and why they created these profound pro-Israel movements?
Ideal of Zionism and this greater Jewish idea of Israel and the greater Israel project.
This comes through what they call the year 6000.
And this is a Talmudic prophecy in which they believe when their Messiah comes, he will give them full reign over all of the nations on earth and everyone will be subject to them.
And so essentially these...
Positions of power that they've placed themselves in in all of the Western countries and getting in with all of these big families.
I mean, they literally, they're marrying into all of our massive, you know, wealth-driven families, political families.
This is how you subvert a kingdom, essentially, is you marry into the royalty and now you have control over everything.
And that's essentially what they're doing.
I mean, you look at all of Trump's children.
They are married off to Jews.
You see the same with a couple of Biden's kids, and you see the same repeating itself in other Western countries.
So they're preparing the way for when they get their grandkids.
We talk about this Orwellian concept of Big Brother,
right? Just replace the word big brother with Jew.
Now, if you criticize Jew instead of big brother, you go to jail.
You get arrested.
You get a felony charge.
You get all of these different things.
You lose your ability to travel.
I mean, just the amount of things.
I know people that have been debanked for simply talking about these problems.
So it's the one thing you can't discuss, obviously.
So that is their overall plan is to fulfill this prophecy, which is promised to them by the year 6000.
And that might sound, well, that's kind of far out.
Well, on the Jewish calendar, it's like 5787.
Wow, that's unbelievable and so much more to unpack here, but it's a good starting point when we're talking again to the average Fox Jews or Fox News viewer.
The average...
Boomer, the average family member that we see at holidays and stuff that are just like, you know, woohoo, Israel first and keep sending more billions to them.
We got to start somewhere to start opening their mind up a little bit, to start the process of red pilling.
And these questions that you asked today, these kind of, you know, statements to have them start thinking is a really, really good step.
Zach Kidd, always great to hear you, to listen to you and have you come on our show.
Tell everybody again where they can find you and watch your show.

Why is Kingdom Fuel so much better than a lot of other supplements and nutritional supplements out there?
This is a really, really good shake.
My favorite, by the way, is the vanilla, but I've got the vanilla and the chocolate.
Well, Kingdom Fuel is not just a protein shake.
It has organic pea protein, full spectrum, full amino acid profile, 20 grams of protein, but it's also got added to it greens and reds.
A lot of people buy those separately.
It's got vitamins and minerals, insoluble and insoluble fiber.
That is a complete meal, and it's under $5 per serving if people use three scoops.
Yeah. But guess what?
Most people don't.
They use one or two.
So you're talking about a full, complete meal.
And the shelf life is two years if you don't open it.
Pretty cool.
Oh yeah, absolutely.
And if we're in any kind of apocalypse, you can pretty much eat this all day.
You can't.
And a cereal.
Really, really healthy.
All right, cool.
And guys, you can find the Kingdom Fuel line of products at Dr. Sherwood's website, of course, Sherwood.tv.
And use promo code SHOTS to get 30% off.
Again, that's promo code SHOTS to get 30% off.
I love this shake.
It's amazing, great, and keeps me healthy.
Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, we've been talking a lot about Health and Human Services Secretary, RFK, and his moves and actions over the last couple months.
Since he's been confirmed to truly make good on his promise of making America healthy again, which we all are so, so, so much behind, especially our guests and our beautiful, amazing resident doctor, Dr. Sherwood.
So what's exciting is he has just moved to have four different states and hopefully more will be following suit.
But at least for now, four states are aiming to prevent food stamps.
Food stamps recipients from using programs to buy candy and soda.
This is very cool.
So the first of these four states that have made this move are Arkansas, Idaho, and Indiana, and then West Virginia.
Meaning, and I'm just reading verbatim here, that they're requesting to prevent food stamps programs from using the money to buy candy and soft drinks.
This is really important and critical because a lot of people have the belief, and it's backed by a lot of data, which our doctor can weigh in on, that those who are more impoverished, those who come from poorer backgrounds and don't have a lot of money,
tend to be less healthy, tend to opt for the lower-hanging fruit as it comes to food and soft drinks and things like that.
And it does seem to be that snacks and junk food are often...
Less expensive than healthier options like salad and, you know, grass-fed beef and, you know, cage-free eggs and all these healthy options out there.
So what a great move to do that, to have food stamps not be allowed to be paid for or, you know, soft drinks and candy.
Not be included in food stamps.
This could potentially cause an uproar with those recipients of food stamps, but hopefully they see it as a win too.
So we're going to talk about this as well as the move to prevent dangerous food dyes in our food supply in just a minute.
Let's welcome back our resident doctor, our favorite naturopathic doctor, Dr. Mark Sherwood, to join in on this.
Dr. Sherwood, it's always great to see you.
Happy Thursday.
How's it going over there in Miami?
Yeah, thank you so much for having me, as always.
I appreciate you and what you do, and certainly this is a very important subject.
I'm looking forward to weighing in on it.
Absolutely. So tell us more about this move of RFK championing to get food stamp recipients kind of basically unable to pay for their food stamps, including soft drinks and sodas and candy,
and why that's so pivotal.
Well, I think people need to understand that the SNAP program, the Special Nutrition Assistance Program, that's what that's for.
It's giving people vouchers to go purchase food.
And you're right, they're the underprivileged.
They have to meet a certain income criteria or certainly stay below the income criteria.
Interestingly enough, like Arkansas and West Virginia of the four.
The point being, this is a bottom-up approach, meaning the governors of those states have had the savvy and the courage now, probably because they have some backing from the federal level,
to make the call and define the boundaries, if you will, of what those vouchers may be spent for.
And obviously, it makes no sense to have government Subsidies going to feed people things that make them sick and more dependent upon the government.
And so you see that going on.
And I think we need to understand, too, that the government still subsidizes sugars.
That's a problem.
But this is a great start.
I'm very encouraged by this.
And for the people listening right now, any governor that doesn't do that, any legislature that doesn't vote for that, you need to vote them out because they really don't care about people.
Yeah, well, they want to keep people overweight.
They want to keep people unhealthy.
And I think that's important because it's supposed to be for nutrition.
And especially if you're underprivileged and you require food stamps, then it's in you and your family's best interest to feed them nutritional food with that money.
Feed them nutritional food and that diet and not be feeding them with the minimal money that you have.
Candy and soda and things like that because that's only going to keep them hooked in that same unhealthy system.
Then they're going to require more health treatments later on.
Then they're going to be dependent on the government for not only their income needs but their health needs as well because they'll most likely get sick from that later on in life.
So it's really creating this cycle of unhealthiness in every way.
You know, financial unhealth and actual physical unhealthiness.
Yeah, it seems pretty obvious to you and I, doesn't it?
You know, it's like an obvious situation.
It's like, what are we doing?
But I think there's a couple of issues here that people need to understand, and it sounds like a no-brainer, but it's really not.
And here's a couple of roadblocks people need to be aware of.
Who defines what's nutritious?
And who does that?
There's one governor, and don't ask them which one it was, but one actually created legislation to define what that meant.
What does it mean for...
Sugars and candy.
And we have to define that today because, like, someone can get out there and eat, I don't know, yogurt-covered raisins and think that's health food, you know?
And again, it is sugar.
It does drive the system towards a dysmetabolic, diabetes, obesity kind of process.
And so that's one angle there.
And I think that the second part is education.
And we've talked about this before.
Now, this can come from the top down and bottom up.
Were the governors?
And the government need to get on board with what it means to live a healthy way.
What is a healthy diet?
And, of course, as long as we continue to perpetuate this thing that says we're doing something that we're not, that's a problem.
So this requires a lot of thought process.
And those areas I talked about being pitfalls, they need to be discussed right now because people will think, well, it's done.
No, it's not done.
And it's just cracking the foundation of a foundation that's hurt us and destroying our country.
And I really believe that we're in a place now, Deanna, where this time in history,
Absolutely. Yeah.
And why is it that, you know, in many other countries, you see people that are more slender?
You don't see a lot of obesity there.
You don't see a lot of people that have health issues, diabetes, cancers, and everything.
And then, you know, I've talked to...
Foreigners who come to the U.S. for the first time for a visit and they say, oh my gosh, not to be mean, but I've never seen so many overweight people in my life.
I've never seen so many sick looking people in my life.
We don't have that in our countries.
So what are some of those culprits that are truly separating the U.S. from these countries in that way?
Because it sounds like, again, these things are preventable.
If other countries are getting it right and...
They have less obesity.
They have less health issues and diabetes.
Then why can't the U.S. follow suit and do the same, especially being the richest country?
Well, we see that in our 25,000-person patient base, right, all the time.
Because you can't quantify, you can't measure what's preventable.
You just know you don't have it.
I think that's a really key thing.
And America makes money off of what...
Is designed as a disease process.
We need to know that.
So, again, I think there's several reasons that really outline why we are like we are.
One of the standard American Western diet lifestyle is very poor.
And most of that is caused by our own government perpetuating.
And I'm not talking just the politicians.
I'm talking big food, big drug, big medicine, the whole bit.
And even, I'll say it, even big church.
Nobody's getting on board, and I'm just going to just cut to the chase right there.
That's part of the problem.
We also allow big pharma to own advertising within our mainstream spaces right now.
And I realize that what you and I are doing right now through social media mechanisms is really taking a stance that it's never had before.
We're getting more and more people listening this way, and it's sort of taking...
The place of mainstream media, but mainstream media is not going anywhere.
We need to know that, like with the older generation, you know, that our grandparents, they're still watching TV, right?
So we have a fundamental problem here in our hands, and I think it's really solvable and preventable, but it's going to have to happen from, and forgive the cliche, but it's going to have to happen one person at a time, one family at a time.
You know, it's one.
One Deanne and one Maverick at a time.
It's got to happen that way.
And if it doesn't happen that way in one community at a time, we're spinning our wheels, waiting on the government to fix it for us.
And we have to fix ourself right now.
And I can't be more passionate about that than I have been.
For sure.
I agree with you.
And it's something that, again, you know, I'm happy that he's coming out swinging with this.
It's a really, really good start.
And then to add to that, which I'm also excited about and I want to get your take on, is he just announced that eight of the artificial food dyes are going to be eliminated from medications and the nation's food supply by the end of 2026.
That's what his plan is.
They're going to be eliminated by the end of 2026, including those found in ice cream, candies, soft drinks, jellies, jams, and so many other things.
So how big is this?
Eight artificial food dyes.
Well, I think it's a great step,
and I'm committing for this.
Obviously, these things are toxic.
They're neurotoxic.
They're carcinogenic.
We all know that, and they have been for a long, long time.
It's not going to fix what's been done, but it may prevent Future things from being done.
And I think that's a win right there.
And I think hopefully people get behind this.
I do expect challenges, you know, because you're talking about manufacturers of those products.
You're talking about getting in their pocket a little bit, right?
Yeah, popping their gravy train.
Yeah, we've got to make sure we keep the pressure on.
And the more people that raise their voice and get heard, the more it's going to be.
A thing that can happen.
And these are excellent steps.
I mean, both of these are great steps to go in the right direction.
And I think there's more.
And we want it to be more.
I get it.
But I do commend Secretary Kennedy for doing it at least in incremental stages of what you can do.
You know, how do you eat an apple?
Or how do you eat an elephant?
One bite at a time, you know?
And so you have to take this thing apart because we know it's a mess.
It's not everything, but we need to celebrate these small, at least...
What we believe are going to be small victories.
Right, exactly.
Do you think with this move, with eliminating these eight dyes from the food supply, from candy, etc., do you think that that will result, let's say in five years from now, in less sick people, less cancers, less diabetes,
less behavioral issues in children?
Do you think that this could have an actual substantial or measurable impact?
I'm hopeful.
But it's going to be hard to quantify that because there's so many other things that contributed to those maladies, you know, that you're talking about.
So, yeah, this is helpful, no question.
But it's going to be difficult to say, even if the trend goes in a positive direction, you know, in 2026 to 2028, let's say, hypothetically, it would be easy to say, well, it's because we removed those things.
It could be because people have a better educational background today and avoiding the sugars and all that mess and eating better.
So I think it all matters.
And my hope is exactly what you said, that we will see a reduction in all those areas.
Yeah. Okay.
That's exciting.
It's hopeful.
You're the hope doctor, so at least we're hopeful.
Is there any advice that you would give to RFK right now?
Is there any pointers, anything that you think he's making, you know, any mistakes he's making right now?
Or words of caution, like, oh, he's doing good in certain areas, but he needs to be cautious about X, Y, and Z happening.
Just from your point of view, because I know you're kind of like the health whisperer, and you should be up there in Trump's cabinet, but I'm just wondering if there's some words of wisdom or caution that you want to give RFK.
If he ever gets these messages, my hope is that he will surround himself with people that will give him a balanced approach and won't just be yes persons.
That's one of the problems we have with government as it is right now, Deanne.
It's trending in a way where it's about, yes, people will do it my way or it's the highway.
If you don't do it my way, you're an enemy.
That's not true.
The greatest people you can have in your corner, the greatest people you can have in your life are those people that might tell you what you need to hear.
But what you don't want to hear for the good of all people.
So I would say to him, number one, surround yourself with people that really love you and support your mission, even if they don't tell you what you want to hear, because it's like seeking wise counsel.
There's a great proverb about seeking wise counsel when you're making big decisions like that.
And the second part of this is stay forward thinking.
Present big, bold ideas and keep presenting bold ideas as a vision for the people that elected you and put you in that, well, not elected you, but put you in the spot where you can get appointed to that position.
And do you think he's, you know, we talked a few weeks ago about his move about the vaccines, you know, actually promoting the measles vaccine and the MMR vaccine, how dangerous.
I mean, that is a huge misstep, I think.
And that was most likely pulled.
From people and organizations that are very, very powerful above him.
But if, you know, I think that he really needs to be cautious about veering too far and listening to too many people like that, because that is, that would be sort of the death of this Make America Healthy Again, if he just becomes another puppet.
Pulled by big, powerful organizations, and then we've got, you know, really nothing.
I'm not saying that we can put all our hope in him.
Like you said, it's up to us Americans.
But it would be pretty disappointing if he continued to, you know, bow at them and kind of just do whatever they want him to, maybe be blackmailed, maybe be compromised, and then we just have no more hope left with this mission.
I think that he did make a misstep in this one, Deanna.
I think it was a verbal, oops, foo paw, if you will.
I don't think it's his heart, personally, because I've seen too many statements and heard too many statements prior to this that sort of go antithetical to that.
Now, having said that, every human being out there, you and me, we are one step, one word away from being a blessing or an idiot.
You know, we all have that opportunity in our lives.
So my hope is...
He realizes that that was probably a misstep in the way he verbalized that.
And be very careful about what he says, because the media in today's world, you're living under a microscope.
You're living under a multi-powered, multi-focal, billions and billions of times microscope that's going to look at everything you say.
And the higher you go in life, the higher profile you are, the more people are going to examine every word on your butt.
And I mean that in an intentional manner, so it's a big deal.
So I'm just hopeful that he'll continue to do what he's supposed to do and be what he's supposed to be and guard himself before he speaks to the media.
Run it by people of counsel before he addresses questions like that, and I think it'll serve him well.
Amen. Well, thank you so much, Dr. Sherwood.
My own beautiful, healthy...
Unjabbed child has just jumped on my lap at the end here.
Maverick. All right.
Any last words?
And of course, tell everybody again where they can find you and follow you.
Yeah, I think people can look at Maverick right there.
And this is going to echo my last words today.
You see a little boy like that, right?
Look at him really close.
Look at his hair.
Look at his face.
Look at his eyeballs when he looks up again.
He's a beautiful young man.
But this is why we do what we do.
He has no chance.
Unless you, as the American people, give him a chance.
He has no opportunity unless you give him the opportunity.
And I encourage you to look at all little young men like that and young girls that are maybe here or not here and make the decision right now what you're going to do with your own life to be a blessing in theirs.
And I'll wrap up that part of my statement with this.
I mean, Deanna, you're a wonderful mother to that little maverick man, you know, and that's a wonderful thing.
But the point being is you're living it out.
You're not saying...
I'm not going to do something that I'm asking you to do.
You're saying, do what I do and be what I am.
And that's where it goes right there.
So that's kind of a closing message for everyone out there.
Just be the example that you want to be and realize that you are an example whether you want to be or not, whatever you do, because that's the way we live.
People can reach out to us anytime at Sherwood.tv.
You can use the code SHOTS, so sherwood.tv /shots, like you see Dana do this all the time, right?
And that will give you great discounts.
But we're just out here to be a blessing to people, and hopefully people will take advantage of that and realize that we want to be a part of their lives.
They want them to be part of our community and want to be part of the problem solvers and the, well, the hope dealers.
The Hope Dealers.
Awesome. Thanks so much, Dr. Sherwood.
Always enlightening and inspiring.
And everybody, go and give him a follow on social media on X at his website, sherwood.tv or sherwood.tv slash shops.
All right, guys.
We'll be right back right after these messages.
Don't go anywhere.
