Millstone Report w Paul Harrell: Joel Gilbert Reacts to Letitia James CRIMINAL REFERRAL!
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Gentlemen, welcome to the Millstone Report.
Thank you so much for being with us.
As always, we can't do the program without you watching every single day.
We've got a great show for you.
Before we go any further, I want to tell you this portion of the program brought to you by Red Vive Health.
That's Red Vive, V-I-V-E.
RedViveHealth.org slash Paul Wiltig about their great red light panels and the healing power of red light a little later in the program.
We've got a great show for you.
Everything from this body cam that was released of a We've got 90-foot pagan deities being erected in Texas and a Southern Baptist pastor kind of rebuking those of us who are upset by it,
saying that we've got to protect our religious liberty.
It's a fascinating write-up over at Protestia.
But we're going to start this afternoon with this huge news.
Trump's revenge, as I'm calling it, just unashamedly calling it.
Letitia James, the prosecutor that was part of the weaponization of government against President Trump, trying to keep him from the Oval Office, trying to put him in jail.
I actually think all of the weaponization, when they failed time and time again, it leads to the two assassination attempts.
I lump it all together.
Letitia James now being referred.
To the Department of Justice for Criminal Prosecution.
Now, what's interesting about this is there's an investigative journalist and documentary filmmaker by the name of Joel Gilbert, who about 11 days ago, I've got this story here, I want to play it for you.
About 11 days ago, he was on a program, this is CrowdSource the Truth, Jason Goodman, and he kind of laid out, you know, preemptively, that Leticia James is...
In the business of mortgage fraud, listen to this.
Sure enough, I was looking at Letitia James' first property purchase on Acris on the website in New York, and in 1983, Letitia is 24 years old.
She had graduated from Lehman College two years before.
She hadn't yet started law school.
She wouldn't start law school for another year and a half at Howard University in Washington, D.C. So this is in 1983.
She's 24 years old, probably doesn't have a job, or if she does, is not making much money.
She's living at home with her parents and eight siblings.
And I see a mortgage application.
From Letitia James to purchase a property in Queens.
The property is on prospect.
It's 888 square feet.
It's two stories, very small little two-story townhome.
It appears to be that this is a place where Letitia is going to live.
She's getting her first home.
But at 24, you wonder if she can really qualify for a mortgage loan with probably no job or low income.
So sure enough, I'm reading the loan.
And who are the borrowers?
It's Robert James, which is her father, and Letitia James, husband and wife.
That's right.
She got qualified for this loan by pretending that she and her father were a married couple.
Absolutely unbelievable.
And now we have even more to discuss with this.
So Joel Gilbert, investigative journalist, he joins us now.
Joel, you've broken this story.
I know there's a piece up at the Gateway Pundit right now.
Well, first of all, welcome to the Millstone Report.
Thank you so much for coming on.
Okay, good to be here.
Thank you.
I mean, this is incredible.
That was just the tip of the iceberg, right?
But did you know that there was, when you were just talking about this stuff before anybody else was, as far as I can tell, did you know that the DOJ referral was coming?
Or are you as surprised as everybody else?
I would say it's not unexpected because I found serious crimes.
So did another journalist called Sam Antar.
He's got a website called whitecollarfraud.com.
He'd been looking into it as well.
And the first story I came out with was regarding her home that you saw in that picture there.
In Brooklyn, she owns a four-story apartment building she bought in 2001.
And what was interesting is I looked at the certificate of occupancy.
This is like the official legal designation of what's in that building.
Certificate of occupancy says it's a five-unit building.
There's five apartments in it.
Now, this is very important because with these five apartments, she lived in one and she rented out four.
But for 20 years, whenever she applied for a refinance loan, She would apply and say that she only had four units in the building instead of five.
And the reason she did that is because when you have four units and less, it's considered a residential building and you get better interest rates.
Once you have five and more units, it's considered a commercial loan and the interest rates are higher.
So I noticed that in 2005, she refinanced with Wells Fargo.
I'm sorry, it was a different lender called Aegis.
And she had an adjustable rate loan between 7% and 11%.
And that was in 2005.
Now, by 2011, the interest rates had gone up.
She was probably paying around 10%.
And what does she do?
She applies for a federal loan called a HAMP loan, which was for mortgage relief under the TARP program run out of the Department of Justice.
And she applies for this loan, and sure enough, she says two things.
Number one, she says it's only four units.
But the HAMP loan...
Was limited to only four units or less.
You're not eligible if you have more than four units.
But Letitia, according to the certificate of occupancy, which is the legal designation for her building, said there was actually five units.
So she wasn't eligible for it, but she lies and says it's four.
In the hemp loan, she also has to be a hardship case.
You can't just get this government loan.
It's only 2.7%.
So she's trying to reduce her...
Mortgage rate from 10% to 2.7 on the back of the American taxpayer.
And to do that, she has to claim a hardship as well.
Now, she was making about $175,000 a year in 2011.
That was $125,000 from a city council job and about $50,000 per year in rents from her apartments.
So she's making about $14,000 a month, but she made a hardship statement.
She said, I can't afford to pay my rent, my mortgage.
So those were two big problems that are illegal.
Now, look at the standard that Letitia James created.
She said no one is above the law.
You can't, you know, commit mortgage fraud like every other person and get away with it.
She made all these statements when she was prosecuting Trump for mortgage-related issues, which weren't really issues at all.
So it turns out Letitia herself, when I saw that, I wrote an article in the Gateway Pundit about it.
How she took a government HAMP loan run by the Department of Treasury at 2.7% by lying about her income and lying about the number of units in her building.
So to me, it looked like an actionable crime that should be investigated.
So I was not surprised at all when Bill Pulte from the U.S. Federal Housing Agency referred her to the Department of Justice just yesterday.
So I wasn't surprised at all.
There's a series of things that she did illegally, including getting her first mortgage by falsely claiming that she had married her father to get the loan.
And I also uncovered campaign finance violations where she hired a non-profit organization to run her campaign, which is illegal.
So I put all this on the Gateway Pundit and it's gratifying to see that finally it's become national news and that there is a Department of Justice referral.
So, part of the Gateway Pundit story that's up right now, written by you, Criminal Referral of Letitia James was authored by Pulte, Director of U.S., like you just said, Federal Housing.
Pulte cites the facts from Sam Antars, Letitia Files.
Alleging that James had falsified records to get loans for the property in Virginia that was claimed.
And this is what's interesting to me.
That occurred in late August of 2023, weeks before...
James began her civil fraud trial against Donald Trump for over-inflating the values of many of its properties, which culminated in a $454 million judgment.
I mean, the word irony here, I think it just barely scratches the surface of what we're finding.
Yeah, look, the hypocrisy is breathtaking because Letitia James presented herself as a crusader against any form of...
Mortgage fraud, you cannot give anyone a benefit of the doubt.
Everyone has to be prosecuted.
That's the case she made going after Trump.
There seems to be a phenomenon in these Democrat-run states, like New York and here in California, where politicians think they're above the law.
They don't take it seriously because there's never any consequences.
I think Kamala Harris was kind of an example of...
Democrat politician who never had any opposition running for Attorney General in California, running for Senate in California.
And when she got on the national stage, she'd never been challenged and never had to follow rules and just failed miserably.
And I think that Letitia James just didn't take the laws very seriously because New York has been so lenient, especially against Democrats.
And I think she made these major mistakes.
And she committed, in my opinion, looking at the evidence, mortgage fraud for which she should be prosecuted under the same standards, if not more, than she prosecuted President Trump.
Yeah, so we're going to hear now, especially if the charges are actually brought, we're going to hear from the media.
They're going to totally ignore, the mainstream media, totally ignore what's happened to Donald Trump and this idea that turnaround's fair play.
But we also, I think, have to focus on Pam Bondi here, right?
Pam Bondi's got to be the one that actually brings these charges to fruition.
Do you have confidence that this is going to happen?
What are your thoughts on that?
Well, I've got an article coming out tomorrow on Pam Bondi, actually, and I have some experience from her because I made a film in 2019 called The Trayvon Hoax.
This was about the George Zimmerman trial and the Trayvon Martin case.
And in this film, in my journalism, I proved that the key prosecution witness named Rachel Gentile, you might remember the hefty Haitian-American girl, Who was two years older and 200 pounds heavier than Trayvon and said that she was his girlfriend and on the phone with him right before the shooting.
And she had told the prosecutors that she heard things over the phone which contradicted the eyewitnesses.
And sure enough, the prosecutors charged and arrested George Zimmerman and held a trial only because of her statements that were contradicted by people on the scene that she said she heard over the phone.
What I did is I proved that Rachel Gentile was a fake witness.
She was a fraud.
The real girlfriend was named Brittany Diamond Eugene.
She was on the phone with Trayvon, met with Ben Crump, met with Trayvon's parents, and then she refused to lie to the police.
And that's why they used Rachel Juntel, a special needs student who had dropped out of school, was a couple years older and a couple hundred pounds heavier than Trayvon, to pretend to have been on the phone and be his girlfriend.
So the whole trial was a big fraud and a sham.
The only reason for the trial was because Pam Bondi Caved in as the Florida Attorney General.
Pam Bondi could have said, when the street protests started, she could have said, I've looked at the evidence, I've looked at the report by the Sanford Police Department that exonerated George Zimmerman, and they said this is a simple self-defense case.
Zimmerman was getting his brains beat out with a bloody nose choking on his blood.
Trayvon wouldn't get off of him and kept beating him up.
The witness said he was hammering him into the ground, MMA style.
When Zimmerman fired a single shot to save his life, he would have died if he had not done that.
Pambani could have said, I've looked at the police report.
Zimmerman has been exonerated, Mr. Crump, Mr. Sharpton.
See you later.
Instead, she caved in to the mob and she appointed a special prosecutor.
She then supported the prosecution of Zimmerman, opposing his defense attorney's attempt to subpoena Ben Crump about the switch of the witness, the witness tampering.
And Pam Bondi really is responsible for Black Lives Matter because Black Lives Matter was founded based on the acquittal of George Zimmerman.
If Pam Bondi had not caved in, there would have been no Black Lives Matter, no Ferguson, no George Floyd riots.
DEI would still be talked about in Ivy League sociology departments.
It never would have been implemented.
So she has a...
A history of caving in to the mob and not having any backbone.
So I do have some concerns about whether Pam Bondi will pursue a prosecution against what I think is obvious evidence that Letitia committed mortgage fraud.
And I think a lot of conservatives are looking right now at the Department of Justice and wondering if there will be prosecutions for all the persecution and crimes against Donald Trump and other conservatives.
I mean, you know, I'm really glad that you brought that up, the flashback there to Trayvon Martin, and we threw up the Amazon link to that four-year documentary that exposed it as a total hoax.
I mean, I remember Barack Obama saying, you know, if I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon.
But more specifically, to your point about the broader, I've never thought about that being the catalyst that launched really just, you know, taking us back race relations-wise, you know, 20, 30 years.
But the Associated Press, because I covered this at the time when I was on talk radio, they invented a term called white Hispanic.
It was the AP that told everybody in the initial aftermath that George Zimmerman was a white Hispanic.
Never before had that phrase ever been created, to my knowledge.
And they did it to foment this white versus black hatred that now we
I mean, you look at what happened with Austin Metcalf and the guy who just got out, his bond got lowered from $1 million to $250,000.
Now his parents are living in this nice new house.
So yeah, I really appreciate you giving us some historical perspective there.
So I guess what I would say then is we need to be very vocal.
People on social media need to be extremely vocal to make sure Pam Bondi, the DOJ...
They actually go wherever the facts lead and prosecute these people that have broken the law.
And it's not, you know, honestly, this is not just, I think Letitia James could be a great start.
I consider her low-hanging fruit.
You know, you've got the Epstein files.
You've got Crossfire Hurricane, the people that framed Donald Trump for treason.
You have a lot of arrests, you know, investigations, charges, grand juries, and arrests that need to take place.
This could be the start.
Hopefully the small stones that trigger an avalanche of actual accountability.
And I certainly hope we see it, but I'm not going to hold my breath, right?
And I was saying yesterday on the program, at this point, if you don't hold these people accountable for the blatant corruption, the blatant weaponization of government, we are well within our rights as citizens to assume you are in on it, and you agree with it, and you are a part of the system,
and there's not any real change happening.
Well, let me point out a couple things.
As a quick other reminder, the reason that Al Sharpton and Crump came down and started the street protests and the media backed them up to get George Zimmerman arrested was because of the election coming up in 2012.
Black voters were not going to come out for Barack Obama again because everything had gotten worse.
The economy was worse.
The illegals were coming and taking over the jobs.
Obama did nothing for black people at all.
So they were looking to inflame the black community with this narrative that if you're black, a white person can just shoot you down the street.
You better vote for Obama to protect you.
This was what they were going for.
So it was all about politics.
It was a political persecution.
And Pam Bondi, a Republican attorney general, should have just said, you know, sorry, this is self-defense.
We're not going to do anything.
You guys can take a hike.
And she did not.
Yeah, look, Trump tried to appoint Matt Gaetz to the Attorney General position and that he had to withdraw, so he went with Pam Bondi.
And let's just hope that she'll follow through, especially when there's clear evidence.
If the Republicans don't respond by prosecuting real crime by Democrats, they're just inviting the Democrats in the future to continue prosecuting Republicans.
Chuck Schumer, you might remember, he...
Called for violence against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh in a speech.
You know, you'll reap the whirlwind, you'll get what's coming, all these things.
And right after that is when they had the riots at the homes of the Supreme Court justices, and there was an assassin that showed up on Kavanaugh's front lawn.
Now, Schumer should have been prosecuted, but they let that slide.
So it remains to be seen what's going to happen.
Donald Trump's biggest problem in his first term is He did not take control of the Justice Department.
The Democrats and the media screamed,"Leave it independent!
Leave it independent!
It's independent!" And Trump was intimidated.
He did not take control of the Department of Justice.
So they went with the Russiagate hoax, the Mueller investigation.
They prosecuted his campaign manager, Manafort, Roger Stone, Mike Flynn, all got prosecuted because Trump was intimidated and wouldn't take control of the DOJ.
When Biden got in there, first thing he did, he put in Merrick Garland and they went after Republicans.
They didn't mind.
They didn't leave it independent.
So Trump, to be successful in a second term, has to take control of the DOJ.
And if Pam Bondi is too squishy and behaves like she did in 2019, that's just six years ago.
In the Zimmerman case, then he's not going to have a Department of Justice to serve the MAGA agenda.
Yeah, you mentioned Chuck Schumer, and I'll just say, you know, not only is he guilty of what you mentioned, but Elon Musk is now suspecting that all of the Doge fraud is finding its way back into Washington, D.C. coffers, and he's now calling out Chuck Schumer as maybe one of the beneficiaries of that.
Which is, you know, not going to surprise anybody that we've been ruled by criminals, we've been ruled by people that actually hate us, you know, average Americans.
And that's, you know, the whole crux of the America First concept.
I want to go back to this, though.
April 5th, you tweeted this.
Letitia James committed mortgage fraud when she falsely claimed her father, Robert James, was her husband when applying for a loan at age 24. Did she marry her father?
It is illegal to misrepresent a relationship in order to qualify for a loan.
No one is above the law, which is what Letitia James used to say about Donald Trump when she was prosecuting him and weaponizing him.
It's a pattern, I see, Joel.
We've got a pattern here among the Democrat left.
I saw a National File tweet of this earlier reminding us of this story, Letitia James and her dad.
Now you go back and look at Ilhan Omar and her brother, and if you really wanted to get even more scandalous, you could look at Joe Biden and the Ashley...
Ashley Biden diary.
Is there a pattern here?
Well, look, Washington, D.C. is not different from California and New York, where you have a massive Democrat bureaucracy that serves the Democrats, that's permanent.
You've got 95% or something of voters in Washington vote for Democrats.
So they control the bureaucracy.
They work in the bureaucracy.
They have an elitist attitude.
That's what Trump was elected by, the people here in flyover land to go to Washington and take control back of the country, to we the people, and away from the Washington elitist bureaucrats that feel, hey, we're here permanently.
These elected officials come and go.
We'll control everything.
We'll make the policy.
We'll give ourselves raises.
We're the government.
And we'll decide what happens, and we'll decide who gets prosecuted.
So that's the essence of the conflict.
That has been raging for some years and that we've sent Trump to Washington twice to fix.
In his first term, the bureaucracy struck back.
They investigated him.
Mueller investigation.
They hampered him.
They spied on him.
They tried to impeach him.
So this time Trump came back to Washington with all the MAGA bona fide people.
He brought every MAGA person he could possibly bring rather than waiting for the Republican establishment to Give him recommendations of who to appoint and then be disappointed that they had no intention of fulfilling his agenda.
So we're in the early months here.
Trump has accomplished a lot.
There may be some obstacles, but most certainly the Department of Justice and Pam Bondi have to come through and take control of the Department of Justice.
Trump has chosen a path of reform, which is change of leadership.
There has been talk about, well, if Trump goes back to Washington, he has to break up the DOJ, break up the FBI.
And he chose the path of reform.
I'm just going to fire a couple of people that are really bad, and I'll change the leadership.
Now, that idea will fail if the leadership, like Pam Bonney, doesn't come through, and he doesn't create permanent change.
Otherwise, if Democrats win again, they'll just reverse everything.
So we're in the early days, and I certainly think the Leticia James case is a good test case to see if Pam Bondi will fulfill the MAGA agenda.
If she will not prosecute Leticia James, I think she should resign.
I think if she doesn't prosecute Letitia James, then she's certainly never going to actually prosecute anybody related to the Epstein human trafficking, regardless of where it leads.
I was saying earlier, I was on a show called The Insurrection with Matt Lauber and Derek Evans, that one of the best things the Republicans could do to protect their majority is to go and investigate.
Wherever the paper trail leads.
If it leads to a Republican, you go after the Republican.
If it leads to a Republican donor or a Unipart, you know, wherever it goes, because people know that both sides are so corrupt.
But, I mean, do you actually think, I mean, the whole way the Epstein client list has been handled...
You say that it's early, and I agree.
It is still early, but I've also been one of these guys that says we can't get in this 100-day box where we just have to bury our criticisms because we've got to give them time.
I think we need to be as vocal as ever.
Obviously, investigations do take time, especially with the way the press is going to handle it.
Any prosecution they bring has to be ironclad, but at the same time...
It seems like we all know, I mean, more and more people, average people out there, thanks to the Internet, know where all the bodies are buried, know where to look.
You know, I go back to the JFK files when the Congress wanted to come up with this committee to examine it, and there was a lot of people upset about that, thinking that that was going to be a gatekeeping operation because, you know, there's private citizens that have spent their entire lives studying the JFK files.
They know exactly where to look.
They just want the unredacted documents.
So, I mean, again, the pressure really mounts.
They need to put up or shut up at this point.
Yeah, I'll agree with that.
There is something called the institution of the Department of Justice.
Bill Barr agreed to come out of retirement and become Trump's Attorney General, not because he wanted to pursue the MAGA agenda, it turned out.
He later admitted he wanted to protect the institution.
He wanted to save the DOJ, which had gotten himself into trouble.
So there is a large institution with many people working there who has their own agenda, and it's up to Trump to hire the right people to go in and change things.
So there have been concerns about Pam Bondi.
She's on Fox News quite a lot, looking good, talking a lot, but we're looking for results.
And certainly the Letitia James case has been referred.
There's clear cases of violations of federal law in her loan under the HAMP program.
She claimed she only had four apartments in order to get the loan.
She clearly had five in the legal definition of her certificate of occupancy.
She claimed she had a financial hardship even though she was making $14,000 a month in 2011.
And that has to be prosecuted by Letitia James' own standards.
So I'm going to be standing by.
I've got another article coming out actually on another suspicious mortgage and disclosure situation where Letitia James Purchased a foreclosure in Virginia.
And you're going to find out about that.
It's coming out in a few more days.
So it's not over.
We're still investigating Letitia James.
And you will see an article from me tomorrow on Pam Bondi as well.
Well, it's fantastic.
I really appreciate your time, really appreciate your work.
And again, folks, it's Joel Gilbert, and if you want to follow him over on X, you can do that.
It's at Joel S. Gilbert, at Joel S. Gilbert.
We really appreciate it, sir.
I'd love to have you back on to talk more about the upcoming revelations.
I know you're hard at it.
Okay, thanks for all your help.
Thank you.
Alrighty. Thank you, sir.
Really do appreciate it.
Folks, before we go any further, I want to tell you about Red Vive and the great folks over at redvivehealth.org.
That's redvivehealth.org.
We're talking about the healing power of light.
We're talking about red light therapy and the idea.
There you see the panels.
These are for your health.
These are clinical strength red light panels.
But it's not just the red light.
There are two different wavelengths that are emitted by these panels.
It's fascinating.
The red light and the near-infrared light.
It's two different wavelengths, but your body needs both of them.
So the red light in targeted doses is absorbed by the skin, which leads to anti-aging properties because it increases your collagen production.
It can, you know, aging spots, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, that sort of thing, it can alleviate those, change the, you know, change the tightness of your skin because you're going to produce more collagen.
Then there's the near-infrared light, and this is the real technology, in my opinion.
This is the best part of it.
They work in tandem with the near-infrared light spectrum.
That reaches your bones, your muscles, your tissues, and your organs, stimulating the mitochondria of your cell.
So the energy boost that you get from this is incredible.
The anti-inflammatory properties are incredible.
And honestly, if you read the literature over at redvivehealth.org slash Paul, it sounds like a catch-all, but that's what it is.
And this is technology that Big Pharma does not want you to know about.
I want you to do the research.
I want you to look.
They've got a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
They also have 0% interest financing.
Check it out.
Do the research and do what Big Pharma doesn't want you to do, and that's go around them as gatekeepers and actually take back control of your own health by getting these panels in your own home, in front of yourself, in front of your kids.
It's great stuff.
Lighting your path to wellness.
RedViveHealth.org slash Paul.
That's RedViveHealth.org slash Paul.

This portion of the Millstone Report brought to you by Curable Premium Health.
We'll tell you more about their great CBD products here in just a moment.
All right, so we're going to start the rest of the show with, well, should I do this?
I'm going to save the 90-foot-tall demon statue, Hindu statue, for here in just a moment.
A little comedy for you.
So somebody has hacked.
Somebody decided to hack the crosswalk panels in California and replace them with automated, I guess, AI-generated messages from Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg.
Take a listen to this.
Wait a minute.
I guess that's true.
God knows I've tried.
But it can buy a Cybertruck, and that's pretty sick, right?
Right? Fuck, I'm so alone.
It's real.
Hi, this is Mark Zuckerberg, but real ones call me the Zuck.
You know, it's normal to feel uncomfortable or even violated as we forcefully insert AI into every facet of your conscious experience.
And I just want to assure you...
You don't need to worry because there's absolutely nothing you can do to stop it.
Anyway, see ya.
Oh, my goodness.
That fear about AI, nothing we can do to stop it, is certainly, I think, increasingly reality.
All right, so Ivan Raiklin warned us.
He's been warning about...
Well, he's affectionately called the...
Well, he was the Secretary of Retribution or the Deep State Marauder.
Anyway, he posted this testimony of Sarah Wynn Williams, who worked at Facebook, who, speaking of Mark Zuckerberg, she is essentially ratting him out.
She was testifying in front of Congress about Facebook.
Well, I'll let her tell it, but essentially Facebook working with the Communist Chinese.
Thank you very much.
We'd love to hear your opening statement.
Take as long as you need.
Chairman Hawley, Ranking Member Durbin, and distinguished members of the committee, thank you for the opportunity to speak with you today.
My name is Sarah Wynne-Williams, and I served as the Director of Global Public Policy at Facebook, NowMeta, for nearly seven years, starting in 2011.
That always sounds like an AI.
Throughout those seven years...
I saw Meta executives repeatedly undermine U.S. national security and betray American values.
They did these things in secret to win favor with Beijing and build an $18 billion business in China.
We are engaged in a high-stakes AI arms race against China.
And during my time at Meta, Company executives lied about what they were doing with the Chinese Communist Party to employees, shareholders, Congress, and the American public.
I sit before this committee today to set the record straight about these illegal and dangerous activities.
Meta's dishonesty started with a betrayal of core American values.
Mark Zuckerberg pledged himself a free speech champion.
Yet I witnessed Meta work hand in glove with the Chinese Communist Party to construct and test custom-built censorship tools that silenced and censored their critics.
When Beijing demanded that Facebook delete the account of a prominent Chinese dissident living on American soil, they did it.
And then lied to Congress when asked about the incident in a Senate hearing.
The willingness to censor was not the only troubling thing I witnessed.
I watched as executives decided to provide the Chinese Communist Party with access to Meta user data, including that of Americans.
Meta does not dispute these facts.
They can't.
I have the documents.
As recently as this Monday, they claim that they do not operate their services in China.
Another lie.
In fact, they began offering products and services in China as early as 2014.
So, Ivan Raiklin writing, I warned in 2020 that this was going on.
So, what exactly is, you know, in our kind of our theme of our show here, you know, consequences, holding people accountable?
You know, shortly after Donald Trump won in 2024, Mark Zuckerberg went to Mar-a-Lago.
Mark Zuckerberg, I think, was trying to make a deal.
Of course, before the 2024 election, you remember Mark Zuckerberg essentially wrote a letter of confession to a congressional committee, I think it was Jim Jordan, confessing about, you know, the U.S. government.
Tell him to sit on the Hunter Biden laptop story.
Also, he addressed Zuckerbucks.
And one other thing that escapes my memory right now.
I don't know.
We'll see.
Has Facebook's behavior of censorship changed in the last four months?
I'm not sure.
I know this program, I mean, I put it on my own personal Facebook page just to see.
Haven't been censored yet, but knock on wood, right?
Speaking of holding people accountable, Lieutenant...
General Michael Flynn has called for the arrest.
Recently he called for the arrest of Barack Obama, John Brennan, James Comey, and others in the wake of the crossfire hurricane documents being declassified and released.
Listen to this.
We cannot move forward.
The nation cannot move forward.
I don't care how much Trump adjusts the economy, and he will.
But we cannot move forward unless people are held accountable.
And I mean, very, very senior people.
And they all know who I'm talking about.
You know who I'm talking about.
And I've said it many times.
You know, it's the, you know, start with Obama and work your way down, right?
I mean, and, you know, maybe you don't throw a former president into prison, but maybe you do.
Maybe, you know, maybe somebody says, well, you know.
Who directed you, John Brennan?
Who directed you, Jim Clapper?
Who directed you, Susan Rice?
Under oath, under the lights, you know, and with the threat of prison, okay?
And so who directed you?
Well, you know, if they say nothing, okay, then that's fine.
Then you're going to go to prison.
You know, you're going to prison.
You're going to prison for treason, okay?
Treason. That's a very strong word.
It's a very strong word.
And like all these pardons, right?
These pardons.
The only thing that can't overcome a pardon is treason, is the commitment of treason.
I get called a traitor all the time.
And I say, wait a second.
So if I'm a traitor, why am I walking the streets?
If I committed treason, why am I walking the streets?
I was never charged with that.
They dismissed my case because they lied.
You know, you think Mueller and Wiseman, Andrew Wiseman, who was the deputy to Mueller, would have let me go that I was a traitor or that I committed treason?
The treason was committed against me as not just Mike Flynn and army general, but the national security adviser by a duly elected president of the United States.
The income or the outgoing administration under under Barack H. Obama.
They committed a conspiracy to undermine a duly elected president, and it hasn't stopped.
It hasn't stopped.
So, yeah, I say all the time, you know, they framed Donald Trump for treason, but they also framed Michael Flynn for treason.
Ann VanderSteel remarking, she's been asking, where is John Brennan?
Where is the former CIA director, John Brennan?
Somebody on X called The General says that there are reports now indicating that former CIA Director John Brennan is no longer on U.S. soil.
Some people speculating he's in Australia, which is a Five Eyes country, if memory serves correct.
And we have Real Robert says that the crossfire hurricane...
Crossfire hurricane documents reveal a damning, declassified Handwritten note confirming that CIA Director John Bremen briefed Barack Obama and other senior national security officials on the intelligence, including Hillary Clinton's approval on July 26th to initiate an operation aimed at overthrowing the United States government during the 2016 presidential election.
Additionally, he writes, more damning emails obtained by John Solomon confirm CIA Director Mike Murrell asking CIA Director John Bremen if he could assist in the effort to overthrow In other words,
John Brennan, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and others were involved in a conspiracy to attempt to overthrow the United States government in 2016 and in 2020.
Therefore, we will not move forward until arrests are made.
U.S. Attorney General...
Pam Bondi will not be Jeff Sessions.
And we don't want another William Barr as well.
So again, this goes back to our theme today as we were talking with Joel Gilbert.
At this point, you either actually do something or we will eventually rightfully assume that, hey, you guys aren't going to do anything because you're okay with it.
Maybe you're in on it.
Maybe you're a part of it.
Maybe you're implicated as well.
At this point...
It's called a healthy skepticism of those in government power, which is really the most American attitude that you can possibly have.
It really is.
Speaking of conspiracies to overthrow the government or get us, I'll draw the data point, get us into wars.
Kurt Weldon, former Congressman Kurt Weldon, is making huge waves going on Tucker Carlson.
Talking about this grift that results in the dead bodies of American soldiers in the Middle East so people can get rich.
And he was very forceful in this podcast.
I've watched most of it, but he's passionate because he knows I believe he's passionate because he knows so much about the evil that's gone on in this country.
There are good people in the agency, but there are scumbags that work in our agencies, and I know them, and they're making money.
They're million-dollar people, and their million-dollar companies are going to be exposed if it's the last thing I do.
And you'll see the ties around the world to the million-dollar intel people who've made money off the backs of young American kids who have died in wars while they make money.
And I'll give you example after example of that in Russia, in Ukraine, around the world.
In Libya, that's what's wrong.
And until we understand that, it's not going to stop.
Yeah, it was a fascinating podcast by Tucker Carlson.
Of former Congressman Kurt Weldon.
I encourage everybody to give it.
I mean, they talk about everything from the knowledge our U.S. government had of 9-11, the cover-up afterwards, and how he was basically kind of in the in crowd.
But when he started asking questions about George Bush and what our government knew about 9-11 and when it knew it, that's when they kicked him to the curb.
And so it's a fascinating podcast by Tucker Carlson.
Really, really good stuff.
And more, so more on this, we now have this Democrat senator named Van Hollen, Chris Van Hollen, who is going to El Salvador to try to pressure Bukele, the president of El Salvador, to release this MS-13 gang member.
And, of course, the media is making hay on all of this, but there really has been none better at debunking it than Stephen Miller, whether he's in the Oval Office or he's on national television.
Senator Van Hollen seems to be under the very confused impression that this MS-13 terrorist is his constituent.
He is President Bukele's constituent.
He is President Bukele's citizen.
He is President Bukele's resident.
He is not a Maryland man.
He is not a Maryland anything.
He is an illegal alien from El Salvador with a deportation order from the United States.
He is not legally even allowed to be in our country.
Under the due process that these Democrats so venerate for illegal invaders, it is legally impermissible for him to have one more minute in this country.
So we honored the law and obeyed the law by getting him out of this country.
And if the entire Democrat Party was to work itself into a state of emotional hysteria to demand the return of illegal gang members and terrorists to our shores, then that 21 percent will soon be 15 and then will be 11. And then all they'll have
left is the support of actual confirmed MS-13 members.
And that will be the entire base of the Democrat Party.
Yeah, he's exactly right.
And again, you know, to the Associated Press and other mainstream media, he's a Maryland man.
Maryland man deported!
You know, they want you to think this guy was, you know, waving the American flag, raising his kids at the dinner table, eating apple pie and, you know, shooting fireworks.
On the 4th of July, just some Maryland man, but he's not.
That's the truth of the matter, at least as far as I can tell.
And he's also an El Salvadorian citizen, and he had a deportation order.
I mean, all they're doing is deporting somebody, but the media is certainly making hay here.
But speaking of the El Salvadorian president, Bukele.
So this recently, yesterday was tax day.
We covered it.
But he actually, this speech resurfaced.
He was at CPAC, and he gave a speech about how our taxes, the reason we pay such high taxes in America is so that the elites can give us the illusion that we actually fund the government, when in reality, we don't fund the government.
Listen to this red pill.
For instance, the financial situation of the United States.
When I talk to my conservative friends right here, They always tell me that the problem is high taxes.
But they're wrong.
Of course, high taxes are extremely high here in the United States.
I give you that.
You're right in that.
But that's not the real problem.
The real problem is not the high taxes themselves, but the fact that they are not even really funding the government.
But even those high taxes...
Higher than a lot of places in the world, not even those taxes, are really funding the government.
So who's financing the government?
Government is financed by treasury bonds.
Paper. And who buys the treasury bonds?
Mostly the Fed.
And how does the Fed buy them?
By printing money.
But what backing does the Fed have for that money being printed?
The Treasury bonds themselves.
So basically, you finance the government by printing money out of fee and air.
Someone could ask, someone could ask, well, so if the government can print the limited amounts of money out of fee and air, why do they collect taxes?
applause applause applause applause
I mean, a theory would make sense, right?
If they can print unlimited amounts of money, what would they need taxes for?
The answer is simple, but it's very shocking.
The real problem is that you pay high taxes only to uphold the illusion that you are funding the government, which you are not.
You pay high taxes to uphold an illusion that you're funding the government.
That you actually have ownership of the government.
That's actually what would come into play there.
We fund the government, and we're taxpayers, and we own the government, but we don't own it.
And we've got, obviously, the politicians, the political class, they don't vote and act like we have any real say.
Which is, I'm sure, why they could stomach the, you know, when elections are stolen or rigged, they don't care.
So what else is an illusion?
This is what I've been saying.
But I've been attacking it from the other angle.
When I talk about how the national debt, to me, just seems like a fake number.
And it only matters when they want it to matter.
$12 trillion versus $36 trillion, that's gargantuan numbers.
And so the whole thing to me is just, clearly there are people that have answers.
We don't have all the variables.
We're not being given all of the variables when it comes to how corrupt our financial system is.
And when Elon Musk goes on Fox and says that they found 13 magic money machines scattered across different bureaucracies that can literally create the money and send it to any account they want, that's all you need to know.
And yet we had to pay taxes yesterday.
And that is why I truly believe, and he goes on to say in this clip, that there's still time, but because at any given moment the country could collapse because once people figure this out, we don't fund the government.
Well, what would that mean?
Well, it's all based on nothing.
It's all fiat currency.
But there's time to actually redo the financial system, which if you look at what Trump is saying, eliminating the IRS or intuiting that he's going to limit the IRS and bring back tariffs, well, now that's actual money.
You can actually find, well, where did the money come from?
Well, it came from these other countries.
It came in the form of tariffs.
It's something that's a lot more tangible than a magic money machine where we get to inflate the value of our currency.
That's why everything is so expensive.
Fascinating. Absolutely fascinating from this El Salvadorian president, Bukele.

All right.
I teased it earlier, but here it is.
So they've erected a 90-foot pagan deity or a statue.
They've erected a 90-foot Hindu idol in the state of Texas.
By the way, I also heard that they're trying to honor Cecile Richards' Planned Parenthood eugenicist.
They're trying to honor her in some joint resolution in Texas.
I don't know what is going on in Texas, but it is very, it's highly, highly concerning.
J.D. Hall, writing over at protestia.com, headline, SBC, Southern Baptist Convention, Southern Baptist Convention Theologian Defends Hindu Demon God Statue Erected in Texas.
Malcolm Yarnell III, a prominent Southern Baptist theologian and researcher professor at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, recently took to X to make a statement that left many faithful Christians reeling in disbelief.
In response to the erection of a 90-foot bronze statue of a Hindu demon god in Texas, Yarnell declared, Let that sink in,
J.D. Hall writes.
A supposed man of God, a leader in the Southern Baptist Convention, is defending the construction of a literal idol, a towering monument to a false deity under the banner of, quote, religious liberty, end quote.
This is not just a theological misstep.
It is a grotesque betrayal of Christ, a mockery of Scripture, and a chilling revelation of how far some so-called Christian leaders have fallen into the abyss of cultural compromise, and really cultural neutrality.
They don't understand that you're either a Christian nation or a pagan nation, and we're reaping the benefits, the rotten benefits of secular neutrality that's really just paganism.
He goes on, Yarnell's statement is not merely an isolated lapse in judgment.
It is a symptom of a deeper rot within certain corners of evangelicalism.
Particularly among those who once aligned with the former Russell Moore wing of the SBC, a faction known for its progressive leanings and willingness to bend the knee to secular ideologies.
These self-proclaimed champions of religious liberty have actually spent years accusing faithful Christians of idolatry for everything under the sun.
They've called border walls a golden calf.
They've labeled guns an idol.
They branded republicanism an idol.
Decried Donald Trump as an idol.
an idol.
This has all happened among some thought leaders in evangelical circles, folks.
Yet when faced with an actual literal idol, a 90-foot bronze statue of a Hindu demon god, they not only refuse to condemn it but actively defend it.
The hypocrisy is staggering and the spiritual blindness is nothing short of demonic.
so...
I'll give you one further.
Last week, I highlighted that my home state of Arkansas had passed a bill that would put the Ten Commandments back in school classrooms.
Here's a poster of the Ten Commandments.
And this literally goes well with me because I believe the civil magistrate is supposed to support both tables of the law.
And here, the civil magistrate is literally supporting both tables of the law.
And as nurturing fathers, if you will.
And I would say this.
There was a guy that came down as an evangelical Christian and spoke against it because he spoke against cultural Christianity.
And he even said and insinuated that Arkansans were idolizing the Ten Commandments.
And compared the Arkansas legislature to Pharisees in trying to get the Ten Commandments back in schools.
It goes right along with this same vein that J.D. Hall is talking about here.
And he ends by saying, let us be clear, Yarnell's defense of this Hindu statue is not a defense of religious liberty in any biblical sense.
It is the elevation of religious liberty to status of an idol, a false god that he and his ilk worship above the true Lord of Glory.
For years...
He says leftist Christians like Yarnell and Russell Moore have weaponized the term idol to attack anything that threatens their progressive agenda.
They've accused conservative Christians of idolizing national security, Second Amendment rights, political affiliations, and even the very word of God.
But when a real idol, a real one, a towering monument to a demon god is erected in America's heartland, they suddenly fall silent.
Or worse, they defend it.
This is not just inconsistency.
It is a deliberate inversion.
Inversion of biblical truth.
Woe to those that call evil good and good evil.
Fascinating story up right now at protestia.com.
All of you should check it out.
Protestia.com is a great resource.
Also, J.D. Hall's Insight to Insight is really good as well.
We're going to end with this.
Eric Erickson writing, it's the time of year when this, again, is worth hearing.
This is a sermon.
The fact that Easter is only a few days away, I felt like it would be good to end the program today listening to this.
If you were to die tonight and you were getting entry into heaven, what would you say?
If you answer that, and if I answer it in the first person, we've immediately gone wrong.
Because I. Because I believed.
Because I have faith.
Because I am this.
Because I am continuing.
Loved ones, the only proper answer is in the third person.
Because he.
Because he.
Think about the thief on the cross.
What an immense...
I can't wait to find that fellow one day to ask him, how did that shake out for you?
Because you were...
You were cussing the guy out with your friend.
You've never been in a Bible study.
You never got baptized.
You didn't know a thing about church membership.
And yet, you made it!
You made it!
How did you make it?
That's what the angel must have said.
You know, like, what are you doing here?
Well, I don't know.
What do you mean you don't know?
Well, because I don't know.
Well, you know, what?
Excuse me, let me get my supervisor.
Then I'll get the supervisor, Ranger.
So, wait, just a few questions for you.
First of all, are you clear on the doctrine of justification by faith?
The guy said, I've never heard of it in my life.
And what about—let's just go to the doctrine of Scripture immediately.
This guy's just staring.
And eventually, in frustration, he says, on what basis are you here?
And he said, the man on the middle cross said, I can come.
Now, that is the only answer.
That is the only answer.
Folks. Really appreciate it.
I am out of time.
