I've done this introductory clinic for novice noticers, which is going really well.
We talked about usury a couple of weeks ago.
Right now we're talking Noahide laws.

So this is just kind of a platform for us to be able to, from my house right here.

And I was thinking on it earlier.
It was like, okay, well, what's your stack?
What's your success?
How do you attribute being ripped and healthy and in just 111 days you've been able to do so much?
And what is it that you're doing?
I want to do that.
Well, I'm never going to be a gatekeeper for information.
I'm always going to share it with you.
And so you guys have heard me talk about different things that I do.

You know, hydration is incredibly important.

And my experience, and I think you've heard this as well over the past year, scarring, superficial scarring is the first thing that I've noticed.
And it's pretty universal.

That's not something we can say.
Like, when your body is repairing, we can't determine whether it can do this or not.
