Happy Wednesday to everybody out there.
Thank you so much.
This is the Millstone Report.
My name is Paul Harrell.
As always, we can't do the program without you guys watching every single day.
What is apparent to me as we're kind of watching this all unfold in real time, exactly what we talked about, exactly what we said was going to happen.
Well, it's not exactly, but it's pretty close.
The Atlantic has decided to release the full signal chat that...
You know, came into the possession of Jeffrey Goldberg, the Atlantic reporter, or, you know, journalist, hack, whatever you want to call it.
And so it's interesting, you know, they've released the full thing, and now, I mean, you would think, right?
I mean, all this talk about, well, I don't want to release classified.
If you're looking at it, doesn't that now, I mean, the Atlantic's not going to release classified intel.
Classified. So you've got Democrats out there saying, oh, I can't believe this.
It was true.
It was war plans.
It's classified.
It's like, no.
No, it actually wasn't war plans.
And it wasn't classified if you're looking at it.
So we have that to talk about.
A lot of fallout, though.
Still, the main question there with all of this, and this is, I think, where most of our minds are, my mind anyway, is how did it happen?
Mike Waltz.
The National Security Advisor, who we talked about yesterday, when he was nominated, a lot of people were just, eh, this is not a good pick.
But he's now coming under scrutiny.
He goes on Laura Ingram last night to talk about how this happened.
How does this Signal Chat, which, by the way, I don't think the administration is going to be using Signal much longer.
You had Ratcliffe at the hearings yesterday saying that when he got his His hardware, his computer, after being confirmed as the CIA director, they put Signal on his computer, which is interesting if you think about it.
Some people think that Signal was created by the Intel oligarchs itself, and a lot of people use it.
I said yesterday that it's obvious that the government has a backdoor to all of this stuff.
If we learned anything from Edward Snowden, you know, back in 2012, it's that the government essentially subverts private companies and forces them.
If they're working on something new, a new piece of software, a new piece of technology, the government basically comes in.
I mean, that's why, you know, you hear a lot of people talk about...
You know, the different servers, the different VPNs, right?
You hear about all that.
You know, get a VPN and it's just like, I mean, this is a virtual private network.
You don't really have any privacy or any expectation of privacy, even if people are trying to sell you that.
You don't really have that.
We have built for ourselves a massive surveillance state.
That much is clear.
So I guess you could obviously talk about the wisdom of being on a Signal Chat at all, even if the Biden administration did it previously.
But, yeah.
The idea, though, how do you put an Atlantic journalist...
How does that happen?
How do you even have his contact in your phone?
Now, Waltz says the other day on Laura Ingraham, he says, well, it was labeled as somebody else and Jeffrey Goldberg's number was assigned to a contact that didn't list his name.
I think that's what he said, but there's a lot of questions that doesn't make any sense.
Laura Loomer has a new report about the staffer that this is being blamed on.
Being tied to the Communist Chinese government and a wife who, you know, is really in deep with the Obama administration.
So we're going to talk about that as well today on the program.
But let's get to the clip.
Let's get to the first couple of clips, shall we?
Here is yesterday.
We have, again, Mike Waltz.
He goes on.
Laura Ingraham.
And it sounded like this.
Everything's coordinated.
I mean, I don't mean to be pedantic here, but how did the number...
Have you ever had somebody's contact that shows their name and then you have somebody else's number there?
Oh, I never make those mistakes.
Right? You got somebody else's number on someone else's contact.
So, of course, I didn't see this loser in the group.
It looked like someone else.
Now, whether he did it deliberately or it happened in some other technical mean is something we're trying to figure out.
So, I built the group.
My job is to make it.
All right, so Mike Waltz is saying he's the one that built the group.
Now, of course, we had an NBC report yesterday saying that this was a staffer that did it on behalf of Mike Waltz.
So now, I'm not even sure what's going on.
Here's a little bit more of that interview.
How did a Trump-hating editor of The Atlantic end up on your Signal Chat?
You know, Laura, I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but of all the people out there, Somehow this guy who has lied about the president, who has lied to Gold Star families, lied to their attorneys, and gone to Russia hoax, just all kinds of links to lie and smear the president of the United States.
And he's the one that somehow gets on somebody's contact and then gets sucked into this group.
I mean, you know, as I watch that, I'm not brimming with confidence that I entirely buy that explanation.
Clayton Morris from Redacted, which is an excellent show, by the way, says this doesn't make any sense.
Then we had one comment here.
It's almost sounding like the CIA who basically developed the app and installed it on everyone's devices set them up.
Yeah, I mean, it could be.
When we have this clip of Tucker Carlson from a while ago, remember when the NSA hacked Tucker Carlson's text messages?
Remember that?
Let's see here.
Full signal text chain has been released.
There's nothing in it but the pros and cons of striking.
Let's see here.
19 members.
Mike Waltz added you to the group.
So this is from the Atlantic.
So this is allegedly Jeffrey Goldberg's screenshots here.
And it says that he was added by Michael Waltz.
Now, was this the staffer that did that?
I suppose he can create the group.
And then a staffer later goes and adds to the group.
And so you've got the full texts here.
They talk about a weather report.
You know, they talk about, let's see here.
Let's see, where was the part right here?
Let's see, J.D. Vance's comments.
I think I have the fuller, yeah, I've got a fuller one here.
Establishing the principals group and coordination.
And then we see it, we see this list here.
And Susie Wiles, there's a contact for Susie Wiles on here that's on here twice.
Is that what?
He's talking about?
It's all really strange.
But you see here Alex Wong.
Alex Wong is the staffer who has also been brought into question here as well.
Also, a nice little reminder that Lauren Powell Jobs is the current owner of Atlantic, the widow of Steve Jobs.
She also is casually, in this photo here, lounging with Delane Maxwell.
So some people are making this connection, which is a perfectly reasonable connection to make, I would add.
Somebody, Julian's Rum.
Last week, Hegseth announced his investigation into DOD security leaks.
Yesterday, Atlantic journalists published a Signal Chat with Hegseth.
Today, Schumer and the Dems called for an investigation into Signal Chat leaks.
They took the bait.
I don't know about that, that this was a giant canary, you know, fishing operation.
But it is interesting.
I do think that they certainly don't like Hegseth, certainly don't like Vance.
And the whole thing...
It's, I think, clearly an intel job, one way or the other.
I want to remind everybody that this portion of the program brought to you by Red Vive Health.
Go to redvivehealth.org slash Paul.
We'll tell you more about their great healing and really the healing power of light.
We'll tell you all about that coming up here a little later in the program.
So, yeah, here's the flashback.
Tucker Carlson said they told him they got his Signal account.
They hacked it.
This was back in March of 2023, and he was on a podcast, the Full Sin podcast.
I'm not hiding anything, but I was definitely hiding my plan to go interview Putin just because it's an interview.
So how did that happen?
How do you know the NSA broke into your Signal?
Because they admitted it.
Really? Oh, yeah.
Can you tell us about that?
How did you find out?
I got a call from somebody in Washington who would know, just trust me.
So I went up there for another reason, but this person said, you know, are you going to come to Washington anytime soon?
This was a year and a half ago, and I was like, yeah, actually, I'm going to be up in a week.
Meet me Sunday morning.
So weird.
Like, who does that?
Just text me.
You know what I mean?
Just text me.
No. So I go, and this person's like, and this is someone who would know.
Are you planning a trip to go see Putin?
This was the summer before the war started.
And I was like, how would you know that?
I haven't told anybody.
I mean, anybody.
Not my brother, not my wife, nobody.
And just because, you know, it's one of a million things you're working on.
But that was one of them.
I want to go interview.
Why wouldn't I want to interview Putin?
Of course.
I want to interview Xi.
I want to interview everybody, right?
That's kind of my job.
We want to get Kim Jong-un on here.
Of course.
Of course.
We met him.
You did?
Yep. Oh, we got to talk about that.
Super interesting.
But anyway.
Holy shit.
How would you know that?
Because NSA pulled your text with this other person you were texting.
How did you know that?
And so I immediately, I was intimidated.
I'm embarrassed to admit, but I was.
I was completely freaked out by it.
I called a U.S. senator who I know, not that well, but it seems like a trustworthy person.
And I told him the story.
I said, I just want to tell you this.
And then I went on TV on Monday and I'm like, this happened.
And so they had, you know.
And Congress asked NSA and NSA is like, yes, we did this.
But for good reason, what would be a good reason to read?
You know what?
But the head of NSA, it's fine.
It gets because everyone's in on it.
Republicans and Democrats are all in on it.
And by it, I mean.
The assumption there's no privacy whatsoever, that they have a right to know everything you're saying and thinking.
That shit's scary.
And that's just not a right as far as I'm concerned.
Yeah. By the way, if you have...
Yeah, and he goes on to say, if you have no privacy, you have no true freedom.
Of course, Tucker eventually does go and interview Putin.
He does that not while employed at Fox News.
And I think that was also, you know, one of the main plays there.
By the way, Tucker Carlson, Christian Nationalist X is...
in quite the anticipatory frenzy because Tucker Carlson on his next podcast is going to be releasing shortly interviewed Andrew Isker which I am very much looking forward to that interview pretty wild stuff that that's actually happening so anyway stay tuned for that I'm sure I'll be doing At least one show breaking down that interview with Andrew Isker and Tucker Carlson is going to be really
interesting. All right, so here we go.
Now that the full text chain has been released.
Now, I was wondering if the administration was going to release the full text thread, but no, the Atlantic did.
Taylor Budowich says, The Atlantic has already abandoned their BS war plans narrative, and in releasing the full chat, they concede they lied to perpetuate yet another hoax on the American people.
So here are the attack plans that Trump advisors shared on Signal.
So it was originally war plans, right?
Trump shared...
The Trump administration shared with me their war plans.
Now they're changing the terms here.
They're now saying that it's attack plans.
J.D. Vance says it's very clear that Goldberg oversold what he had, but one thing in particular really stands out.
Remember when he was attacking Ratcliffe for blowing the cover for a CIA agent?
Turns out Ratcliffe was simply naming his chief of staff.
Now all of the...
The intel officials are back on Capitol Hill.
I believe they're testifying in the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence today.
They were in the Senate yesterday.
And so Hegseth has responded now that all of the text thread has been released.
He says, so let me get this straight.
The Atlantic released the so-called war plans, and those plans include no names, no targets, no locations, no units, no routes, no sources, no methods, and no classified information.
Those are some really...
Crappy war plans.
This only proves one thing.
Jeff Goldberg has never seen a war plan or an attack plan, as he now calls it.
Not even close.
As I type this, my team and I are traveling the Indo-Pacific Command region, meeting with commanders, the guys who make real war plans, and are talking to troops.
We will continue to do our job while the media does what it does best, pedal hoaxes.
Mike Waltz's reaction, since the Atlantic has released everything, says no locations, no sources and methods, no war plans.
Foreign partners had already been notified that the strikes were imminent.
Bottom line, President Trump is protecting America and our interests.
Then we have this.
have CIA Director Ratcliffe responding in today's hearings about what he had to sit through in yesterday's.
You know, there's so much talk about this Atlantic article and about things that were said and that could have happened instead of a focus on what did happen.
So my responsibility as CIA director, one of its responsibilities, is to kill terrorists.
And that's exactly what I did along with President Trump's excellent national security team.
That's what we should be focused on.
With regard to that article, I also would appreciate the opportunity To relay the fact that yesterday I spent four hours answering questions from senators as a result of that article that were intimating that I transmitted classified information because there were hidden messages.
Those messages were revealed today and revealed that I did not transmit classified information and that the reporter, who I don't know, I think intentionally intended it to indicate that.
That reporter also indicated That I had released the name of an undercover CIA operative in that signal chat.
In fact, I had released the name of my chief of staff, who is not operating undercover.
That was deliberately false and misleading, and I appreciate the opportunity to reflect that my answers haven't changed.
I used an appropriate channel to communicate sensitive information.
It was permissible to do so.
I didn't transfer any classified information.
And at the end of the day, what is most important is that the mission was a remarkable success, is what everyone should be focused on here, because that's what did happen.
Well, we could also say at the end of the day, maybe we don't need to use a signal software anymore.
Eric Daughtery says, let's see.
Okay, yeah, this is the text, and this is now that the Dems are losing their minds over it.
This is the one that Jeffrey Goldberg did not put in his original reporting about the weather, about the first strike package, and the times when those would happen.
But, you know, I think the whole thing, honestly, I think the whole thing was certainly a setup, and there is...
I mean, even if you look at the threads that we do have in the back and forth there, and they're actually trying to...
I mean, the stuff...
I still go back to what Vance said.
The stuff about Europe, bailing out Europe once again.
The stuff about, you know, this is being inconsistent.
This wasn't in the text that they published, but it was posted in the article, in the Atlantic article, about being inconsistent with Trump's agenda.
Just the fact that they're even having those conversations is a positive thing.
and I...
I do not think that the typical, look, and look, I get it, like...
The neocon force, it's still a big deal.
I wasn't a fan of attacking the Houthis in Yemen because I don't want to start another war in the Middle East that sees American soldiers dead.
I don't want to see us go to war with Iran or any of that stuff.
But to look inside the inside baseball of what's actually being said, what's actually being talked about, I think clearly grates on the status quo or the previous status quo in a lot of ways.
Specifically the stuff of calling out Europe.
Now, I will say this.
This report that Laura Loomer has dropped a couple hours ago at this point is fascinating.
And she has honed in on Alex Wong.
She says Alex Wong is the Chinese Deputy National Security Advisor appointed by President Trump who is at the center of SignalGate.
is married to U.S. Attorney Candace Chu Wong, a Chinese woman who was one of the key attorneys involved in prosecuting J6ers.
She writes, Alex Wong was appointed by President Trump on November 22nd of 2024 to serve as the assistant to the president and the principal deputy national security advisor under Mike Waltz.
Mike Waltz, the newly appointed U.S. national security advisor.
She writes, I have discovered that Alex's wife, Candace Wong, worked under the Obama administration and the Biden administration as an assistant U.S. attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia, where she led the violence reduction and trafficking offenses section for more than two years.
She was involved in the prosecution of many J6ers during the Biden regime, under which she was nominated to become a member of the United States Sentencing Commission.
Additionally, Candace Wong served as a law clerk to Obama-appointed U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia M. Sotomayor.
Making matters worse, Alex Wong worked for Covington& Burling.
Which is one of the law firms that President recently stripped of its security clearance and terminated all of their government contracts via executive order on February 25, 2025.
Trump accused Covington Burling of being involved in the weaponization of government.
So, knowing all of that, and she has the receipts, you can check it out on her X account.
It's extensive.
But she asks a very good question.
Why do we have a Chinese deputy national security advisor who is married to a Chinese U.S. attorney who worked under Obama and Biden and who helped prosecute J6ers after the stolen 2020 election?
This is unacceptable, and given the Chinese connections, it really makes you wonder if Jeffrey Goldberg, the reporter from The Atlantic, was added to the Trump signal chat on purpose as part of a foreign op to embarrass the Trump administration on behalf of China.
So she's saying, hey, this might have been a Chinese operation, not necessarily a...
You know, an Intel deep state setup job, which I don't know.
I don't know.
I tend to think, you know, the CIA or the remnants of the rogue CIA, I don't know.
I mean, it's really difficult to say, you know, how much have you really cleaned house?
How much of this Intel apparatus is still functioning?
Certainly they still have their claws in the mainstream media, but it's not saying that China couldn't be responsible for it also.
Alex Wong should be removed from his position, and both he and his wife should be investigated by the FBI, she writes.
Okay, and again, there's a lot of receipts here about this.
She also says when President Trump was asked how Jeffrey Goldberg was added to the Signal Chat, Trump said, quote, it was one of Michael's people on the phone.
A staffer had his number on there.
She says that appears to be a reference to Mike Waltz Deputy National Security Advisor Alex Wong.
I wonder what type of vetting was done on Alex Wong and his wife.
This is very concerning.
Certainly, it is concerning when you have a spouse that is embedded in the Obama administration, Sonia Sotomayor, these leftist circles.
There's no doubt about that.
Mark Mitchell.
So talking about whether or not this is an intel op, Mark Mitchell of Rasmussen Reports reminds us he likes to go on Reddit.
I really like Mark Mitchell.
We got to interview him last year.
He likes to go on Reddit and stalk what's going on, you know, because Reddit is just essentially a bastion of leftism.
He says the top five posts on Reddit, the rpolitics section, are about SignalGate.
He says, I was speculative on whether it was an Intel op, but now that I see Reddit, I'm pretty sure it was.
So you have to remember that Reddit is not only a place for leftism.
It has been proven that it is not organic.
The stories that they vote up is based on users who amass karma points, and if they say something is relevant.
Then it is.
And then we found out, according to reports, that Ghislaine Maxwell had one of the most bona fide accounts, if you will, and she was driving stories on Reddit that she wanted to become popular.
And then, of course, that's how a lot of lies were spread.
Also, a lot of suppression on child trafficking stories were suppressed on Reddit that I think she had a lot to do with as well.
So certainly interesting there.
Before we go any further, we're going to get into these court cases and these activist judges.
But before we go any further, I want to tell you about Red Vive Health and the great folks over at redvivehealth.org and slash Paul.
That's the link that you want to use.
Why use red light therapy?
Why use it?
I want you to go to their website and research for yourself.
If you're at all interested in red light therapy, you can click all across their website and find out the benefits of it and how it can support you in achieving your health and wellness goals that all of us have, especially as we are in a world full of toxins and poison.
This is scientifically proven stuff.
That's the other thing.
You've got Dr. Desai, who we've interviewed on the program.
We're talking about scientifically proven anti-aging benefits from red light and near-infrared light therapy.
Improve skin health.
Reduce your wrinkles.
Reduce color patches or hyperpigmentation.
Skin discoloration, that sort of thing.
Research has shown it can enhance the production of collagen for skin rejuvenation.
This stuff is incredible and you can see the testimonials there for yourself.
But we're also talking about the infrared light.
And I know I kind of...
I can't harp on that, but that's really what separates these red light panels from their competitors.
You're not only getting the red light, you're getting near-infrared light as well, and you can use one or the other or both at the same time.
I use both at the same time when I sit in front of the red light panel.
It improves circulation.
It surely does.
It basically stimulates the mitochondria of the cell, and your cells think they have a workout just from sitting in front of this light.
And again, it's red and near-infrared light, and your body needs both.
They're naturally emitted from the sun, but these are targeted doses of it.
And this is a way to heal your body.
This is a way to stay healthy.
This is a way to cure ailments, maybe something you don't even know you have.
The energy levels, the energy increase that I get from these panels are off the charts.
You feel it, especially do it in the beginning of the day.
You feel it all day long.
Try it now.
Support the Millstone Report and also get healthy.
Go to redvivehealth.org slash paul.
That's redvivehealth.org slash paul and experience the healing power of light today.
Okay, back to this.
We have this story.
So they have essentially created for this is another reason.
This is another reason why you know it's an op.
The media has created for themselves another scandal that they desperately want, but now they've also created another way to sabotage Donald Trump by using the courts.
So yesterday, in a response from this big hoax of a scandal, there was a lawsuit filed.
The American Oversight, whoever they are, versus Hegseth et al.
They filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court District of Columbia.
And coincidentally, Judge James Bosberg has been assigned to the lawsuit.
This is the same judge, ladies and gentlemen, for those of you that don't know, this is the same judge that told Donald Trump that he couldn't use...
The Aliens Act to deport, basically challenging Article 2 executive authority, saying that the President of the United States does not have the authority to deport gang members of Trendeagua.
And wanting to ground the planes or wanting the planes to turn around mid-flight, this is the same judge that now is going to presumably complain about...
how this is classified intelligence or whatever and once again try to make the Trump administration, you know, lawfare.
I mean, he survived the lawfare to get back into the office, but now there's going to be even more.
I mean, we're in the middle of all of this, and it's absolutely insane.
Tony Segura.
He writes, This is why they're targeting Hegseth, for sure.
And this is what he wrote 13 hours ago.
The FBI needs to immediately interview Jeffrey Goldberg, Alex Wong, and the partners at Covington Burling.
Very soon, this is crazy, very soon the activist judges, also with ties to Covington Burling, who've had their security clearance stripped, will begin inserting themselves all in an effort to hurt President Trump.
And, lo and behold, that is exactly what has happened.
That has already happened.
This Judge Boesberg is right back at it.
And they always claim that these circuit judges are randomly assigned.
I don't think so.
Now, Mike Johnson, the Speaker of the House, has been criticized.
We criticize him.
He's not impeaching these judges.
He's not holding votes.
I'm sick of it.
I'm ready for something to happen.
Derek Evans posts this ABC report that was filed yesterday about the idea of Speaker Johnson potentially just defunding these federal courts, which he could do.
I won't hold my breath, but this is getting out of control.
And the American people are being robbed of the mandate they gave President Trump.
It's getting pretty ugly.
House Speaker Mike Johnson issuing an open threat now, saying that Congress has authority to stop providing funding to federal courts.
Listen to what the Speaker said just a little while ago.
We do have authority over the federal courts, as you know.
We can eliminate an entire district court.
We have power funding over the courts and all these other things.
But desperate times call for desperate measures and Congress is going to act.
Okay, so he says Congress is going to act.
And desperate times call for desperate measures.
So, I mean, really I'm all out of the benefit of the doubt at this point, but...
I guess what you could say is, I mean, if you impeach a judge, you basically bring them before the House.
You're never going to get a conviction in the Senate.
But you could bring them before the House, embarrass them, make their lives miserable, and essentially not really accomplish anything other than the spectacle of it all.
Or you could just defund their court or eliminate their court and jurisdiction altogether.
And then I guess they'd run to try to sue in some other court to try to stop the abolition of other courts.
But at this point, you have to just ignore the blatant overreach, the judicial branch trying to devour the executive branch.
And it's really ironic because it's the judicial branch of government that allowed the executive power...
I mean, if we're really going to be by the letter of the law or the Constitution, which doesn't matter anymore, like, I'm sorry, but the Constitution hasn't really been in force for a very long time.
All these executive agencies that Trump is now defunding are actually using to accomplish his agenda.
They all violate the non-delegation clause, in my opinion, of Article 1, Section 1. All legislative powers herein granted are to Congress, and Congress then can vote to create these other agencies that create rules that are not laws, they're rules, but if you break the rules, you go to jail or pay a fine, which is the same thing that happens if you break a law.
Congress has given these executive agencies way too much authority, and the courts have allowed that authority to exist and really be a tyranny on the American people.
And so, in this weird way, jurisprudence, which is a word that I really don't like in many cases because it's used to say, well, jurisprudence is beyond that.
What they're saying is, well, jurisprudence has ruled that this view of the Constitution, we're not going to do that.
And so jurisprudence essentially has been very successful at...
Totally obliterating the originalist intent of the document to begin with.
But here's a weird dose of irony.
Now you have all of this jurisprudence that have given these executive agencies and the president, because that's what it is, the executive branch, all this power and all this authority, and now you have a guy that at least appears to be weaponizing these executive agencies against the deep state, against the swamp, against a giant government, trying to shrink it, trying to get rid of USID and all this other stuff.
Instead of it being weaponized against the American people, it's now being turned, the guns are being turned in on itself, and now they have a problem with it.
They have a problem with it, and the courts are trying to, and I don't even know how they can do it, right?
I mean, because jurisprudence.
How are you going to erase this level of progress and jurisprudence?
So anyway, we'll see.
I'm not going to hold my breath.
Do I hope that Mike Johnson just defunds or abolishes entire district courts?
You betcha.
Especially these, you know, like Boesburg.
Yesterday, Donald Trump was asked, do you agree with J.D. Vance in these signal chats?
He loathes Europe.
He says he's tired of bailing out Europe.
Listen to what Trump said.
Do you really want me to answer that?
Yeah, I think they've been freeloading.
The European Union's been...
Absolutely terrible to us on trade.
Terrible. And as you know, NATO, I got them to pay hundreds of billions of dollars.
They were way behind.
And if you look even, if you look at Ukraine, so we're in for $350 billion because of Biden.
Should it never happen, this war?
Should it?
All these dead people should not be dead.
All these broken cities that are demolished down to the ground, those gorgeous towers, the most beautiful in the world, the most beautiful spires in the world, the spires in Ukraine.
We're said to be the most beautiful of all.
Just about every one of them is lying on its side in a million pieces.
It's so sad to see what's happened to a heritage.
No, I think that when they say the European Union and you can say NATO also.
Look, NATO, and I don't blame NATO for this.
I don't blame Europe for this.
I blame Biden for the fact that he didn't make them equalize.
And to this day, I said to him, you've got to catch up.
You've got to equalize.
But why are they in for $100 billion and we're in for possibly $350 billion?
So you have Trump there saying, yeah, I agree with my vice president.
They are freeloaders.
You're going to love it.
Again, I think part of the leak was also to try to put a wedge between Vance and Trump when Vance, in a closed group setting, is letting his opinion be known that he disagrees with the timing of the attack in Yemen.
Breaking federal judge.
So here's a few new federal judges injecting themselves and trying to become the president themselves and negate the election.
Federal judge orders Trump administration to continue funding radio stations in Europe.
There you go.
Got to continue to fund radio stations in Europe.
But then we had some good news.
Today, two activist judges got their orders reversed.
The rulings that were against Doge and USAID and Trump pausing refugee admissions were overturned yesterday.
So it slowly happened.
But then we have what I think is one of the most...
I'm so glad.
This is an article.
This is like the article of the year for me so far.
Can't believe it.
Love it.
The Federalist writing that a third...
Listen to this.
We want to talk about nationalism.
A third of all D.C. district judges were not born in the United States.
Incredible. This is written by Beth Brelia.
Beth Brelia writes, A third of all D.C. district judges were not born in the United States.
Of all the judges in the United States, all five foreign-born judges of the D.C. court managed to get their fingerprints on controversial Trump cases.
Now, I'm telling you, this level of observation is fantastic.
I mean, I'm just stoked that we are now starting to analyze, like, the country's a mess, and we're starting to analyze, like, why?
Why is it such a mess?
And we're starting to look places where, you know, traditionally you're not supposed to look, right?
You're not supposed to say, well, maybe all of these judges are so against Trump because they actually come from different cultures that are just fundamentally not American, not about, you know, well, they're more from cultures that are more okay with strong men.
And I don't know.
We also can talk about how America needs a strong man right now in a lot of respects, considering that the founding document of this country has been changed and altered and ignored, you know, for sure for the last 60 years.
Anyway, these are good questions to ask.
She writes, Has 15 judges, counting Chief Judge James Boesberg, and five of them were born outside the United States.
While country of origin doesn't come up in most jobs, it is worth asking if judges with ties to foreign nations and cultures are the right ones to make decisions affecting the United States military or immigration.
Oh, yeah, that's a great point.
On these specific issues, U.S. military, immigration, they're going to be...
Honestly, they need to recuse themselves at the bare minimum, if not step down altogether.
The concept of foreign-born judges is a newer phenomenon in this district.
In addition to the 15 main judges, the D.C. District has 10 older senior judges who still occasionally hear cases in the district.
This group, nominated as far back as Ronald Reagan in the 1980s, were all born in the U.S. But starting in 2014, former President Barack Obama appointed Judge Tanya Sue Chutkan, born in Kensington, Jamaica.
She was raised in the U.S. by 1979, attending George Washington University.
Before sitting on any federal court, she had no experience as a judge.
Chutkan is overseeing the legal challenge to Doge's work to slash excess government spending.
Obama also appointed Judge Amit P. Mehta to D.C. court.
Mehta also had no previous experience as a judge.
Mehta was born in Patan, Gujarat, India.
He and his parents came to the U.S. when he was a baby, age one.
He was raised in Maryland.
Mehta will oversee four J-6 civil cases that aim to blame Trump for injuries and squeeze money, court time, and political embarrassment out of him.
The other three foreign-born judges were nominated by former President Joe Biden.
Judge Ana Cecilia Reyes was nominated in 2021, also with no prior experience as a judge.
She was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, and moved to Spain, and while still a child moved to Louisville, Kentucky, where she grew up.
She is the first openly LGBTQRSTLNE.
Would you like to buy a vowel Latina to be appointed to this court?
Reyes presided over an objection to Trump's executive order declaring gender dysphoria as inconsistent with high standards for troop readiness.
As the Federalist Sean Fleetwood reported, Reyes blocked Trump's order with a preliminary injunction.
The first Muslim and Arab American in the D.C. District Court, Judge Amir Hatam Mahdi Ali, was born and raised in Canada to Egyptian parents.
According to his questionnaire for judicial nominees, Ali was not required to register for the U.S. Selective Service.
That is because he was not a citizen until 2019.
The man is now on one of the most powerful courts in America, wasn't even a United States citizen until 2019.
See, these are great questions that we're asking, and it's a great time to be alive.
He graduated from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada, with a software engineering degree in 2008, and then attended Harvard Law School in the U.S., graduating with a law degree in 2011.
He worked as a volunteer on Biden's 2020 transition team for a phone bank in support of Biden's presidential campaign.
He worked for some nonprofits, but never served as a judge until Biden appointed him in 2024.
Amir has written extensively and negatively about Trump's so-called travel ban, a 2017 executive order which restricted travel to the U.S. from seven predominantly Muslim countries for 90 days.
In his writing, he said, Prejudice and intolerance were the very hallmark of Trump's campaign against Muslims.
Before he was a judge, Ali spoke to the National Press Foundation and gave tips to reporters on how to cover the courts.
When confirmed, Amir was a member of the Ali.
Police Accountability Project and the Native American Bar Association of DC among others.
Ali Single-handedly restored $2 billion in USAID spending to foreign non-profit contractors that the Trump administration had paused for 90 days in a stunning overreach of authority last month.
The newest judge on the D.C. District Court is also foreign-born.
Before slinking out of office, Biden and his handlers got Judge Sparkle Sukhnanan confirmed.
She was sworn in on January 2, 2025.
Born in dual island nation of Trinidad and Tobago in 1983, she left her home country at 16 to pursue college and graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2010.
She was a law clerk for Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, and during the Biden administration, she was the principal deputy assistant attorney general in the Civil Rights Division for the Department of Justice before Biden tapped her for her first ever judge gig.
In the D.C. court, according to her questionnaire for judicial nominees.
Last week, Suk Nanan dutifully did her part to slow Trump's agenda, ordering the reinstatement of Democrat Susan Grundman to the Federal Labor Relations Authority, a move that keeps the board in a Democrat majority.
None of these cases have gone in front of conservative judges in conservative states like Missouri or South Dakota.
They all happen to land in the laps of judges that have spoken out or ruled against Trump or his policies in the past.
Out of all the judges in the nation, all five foreign-born judges of the D.C. District Court managed to get their fingerprints on a controversial Trump case.
The United States is in the midst of a soft coup, she writes.
Not the violent kind that takes out a nation's leader.
They tried that one.
But one orchestrated by judicial actions that choke off executive power before our eyes.
We've seen other obvious corrupt schemes in plain sight.
The Biden basement presidential campaign of 2019, the insurrection that wasn't, the mask and vaccine mandates, the Biden is mentally competent story, the flawless Afghan withdrawal, the secure borders, and the incompetent candidate swap to Kamala Harris made Americans realize the best chance we have to stop corruption is to vote it out.
So the public did its part by voting in a clear mandate for Trump's agenda, but corruption is still visible.
Though court decisions by unelected activist judges through.
Court decisions by unelected activist judges.
The only remedy now is for the Supreme Court to step in, and it's time to get its hands dirty, deliberate.
I don't know.
Is that the only remedy?
Listen to the way that she concludes.
I love this article.
I'm so glad that Beth Brilia wrote it.
She says the only remedy now is for the Supreme Court to step in and this time get its hands dirty, deliberate, and make real decisions based on the Constitution.
They just ruled 2-7 that gun parts have to go through background checks or whatever.
Serial numbered and...
Anyway. I don't know.
I don't know.
Look, I will say this.
My previous comments about jurisprudence, what they are trying to do here is they are trying to...
Claw back the executive branch growth that courts have allowed for forever.
They just don't like the person who's now in charge of the ship.
Folks, this portion of the program is brought to you by Curable Premium Health.

I don't know.
Is that the only remedy for the Supreme Court to step in?
I mean, it's certainly one remedy.
I just think we're living in a post-constitutional era, and we have for a very, very long time.
I used to didn't think that.
I really didn't.
I guess the point is, the reason we're in an era of lawlessness in so many regards...
Maybe that's going to end.
The only way the lawlessness ends is if Trump uses the power he has to punish, winnow his enemies, and the people that have done things illegal, regardless of whether or not they're Democrats or Republicans, need to go to jail.
That's the only way you even get close back to some sort of limited government that the Constitution...
Like, you don't get there unless you actually start making arrests.
And I'm thinking of you, Pam Bondi.
And look, I know, again, People are just now in office, but I've said from the beginning we can't be these people that say, well, we've got to give them 100 days, give them 100 days.
No thanks.
We need to be as vocal as ever.
Specifically with this SignalGate story, like Mike Waltz, I think Mike Waltz, I think this Wong character, these guys have serious questions to answer, and they need to be forthcoming.
How do you get a liberal journalist on that chat?
Who does that, and whoever does that needs to be held accountable.
Leaking stuff like this.
It's incredible.
And it's all meant to try to derail Trump's agenda.
And in this case, they're now filing lawsuits that are handed right back to one of these D.C. judges.
It's just insane.
Absolutely insane.
Yesterday, Trump did sign an executive order.
Michael Lindell was a huge fan.
He says, President Trump signs executive order to secure our elections.
This is a great start to secure our elections and save our country.
President Trump's new executive order on election integrity includes mandatory voter ID with proof of citizenship.
No more ballots counted after Election Day.
Paper ballots only.
No QR codes.
No barcodes.
Federal funding tied to real election security.
Biden's Executive Order 14-019 officially revoked.
And so this was...
Let's see if we can't...
Here is Trump signing that executive order.
Lastly, sir, we have an executive order for your attention on the very important subject of election integrity.
We believe that this executive order is the farthest reaching executive action.
taken in the history of the Republic to secure our elections.
Among numerous other aspects of this executive order, this is going to cut down on illegal immigrants on the voter rolls, ensure that the Department of Homeland Security and the data that they have available is being fully weaponized to ensure that illegal immigrants aren't voting.
This will include a citizenship question on the federal voting form for the first time.
This executive order instructs the EAC To cut federal funding to states that don't take reasonable steps to secure their election.
This calls on the Department of Justice to vigorously prosecute election crimes, particularly in states that we don't believe are in compliance with federal law around election integrity.
I could go on and on for a while.
I mean, look, I do think it needs to be a national holiday.
I think that's what it needs to be.
One day voting.
You know, selfishly, I just want a barbecue.
I want an excuse to do a barbecue.
I mean, it would be a lot of fun.
I mean, in my community, what would be fun is to just, you know, there's certain polling places.
That's what I would want to do.
I'd go vote, but I mean, I'd get up at, you know, I'd get up at 3 a.m. and put a brisket on and I'd have fun.
Do some pop-up barbecue and go vote.
I mean, I don't think there's anything more American than that, right?
The only way it could be more American is if you voted on the 4th of July, you know, and set off fireworks afterwards.
And, of course, I'm talking about all things that under the Biden administration or the Kamala, you know, in some other universe, the Kamala administration would consider me a domestic extremist or a potential domestic extremist because I barbecue and vote, believe in Jesus, and shoot off fireworks on the 4th of July.
The greatest domestic threat.
What else do we have?

So we also had some other executive orders coming across yesterday.
This was a huge one.
We're talking about Crossfire Hurricane, and all FBI files are going to be declassified related to the intel oligarchs framing Donald Trump for treason.
I think at least a couple of times.
Next, sir, we have a presidential memorandum for your attention.
This memorandum requires the immediate declassification of all FBI files relating to the crossfire hurricane investigation.
This was obviously one of the instances of the weaponization of law enforcement, powers of prosecution against you and others.
We believe that it's long past time for the American people to have a full and complete understanding of what exactly is in those files.
Which gives the media the right to go in and Go and check it.
You probably won't bother because you're not going to like what you see.
But this was total weaponization.
It's a disgrace.
It never happened in this country.
I wonder where the investigation is on James Comey and the honeypot.
Remember that?
Cash Patel announced that.
There's an investigation, this was a few weeks ago, about James Comey intentionally putting women in Trump's campaign as a honey trap to get information.
But now you'll be able to see for yourselves, all declassified.
Is that correct?
There's the signature.
Also had a pardon of Hunter Biden's business partner, Devin Archer.
We have a pardon for Devin Archer.
Devin Archer was a former business partner of the Biden family.
He was prosecuted relating to a fraud investigation, but notably, the tone and tenor of that prosecution changed dramatically after he began to cooperate with congressional investigators and serve as a witness against Hunter Biden and the Biden family.
We believe that was an injustice, and therefore we're asking you to pardon him.
And many people have asked me to do this.
I think he was treated very unfairly.
And I looked at the records, studied the records, and he was a victim of a crime, as far as I'm concerned.
So we're going to undo that.
And so, you know, inquiring minds want to know just how much information has Devin Archer divulged?
And, you know, we have the announcement a couple of weeks ago that...
Trump thinks that those pardons, the pardons of Liz Cheney and the Biden family, are actually not valid.
So you do wonder, is anything actually going to come of that?
I'm not holding my breath.
Again, I would love for actual justice to be done.
Whether or not that's actually going to happen, I don't know.
But I think this, you know, not to take the black pill.
Here's the black pill.
I mean, if Donald Trump can survive assassination attempts and then get shot in the air, get back into power, and still not put the people responsible for all of this behind bars, it will never happen.
So if it doesn't happen in these...
I feel like it's very unlikely anybody.
I mean, if somebody shot at me and I survived and I became the most powerful person in D.C., you better believe I would wield the sword against the people that did that to me.
But, you know, that's just my two cents.
I say all of that and still will be a black pill bulimic.
The Lord God in heaven is in control of all of this, of all the affairs of men.
And so we're along for the ride.
You know, we think we're driving.
We think we're driving.
This is true in the big scope of things, and this is true in our individual lives.
It's really good to think of an individual lives, what I've learned is.
I think that I'm actually driving, right?
Like a man makes plans, but the Lord actually establishes his steps.
So you think you're in the driver's seat, and a lot of times when you do, that's when you want to control things.
That's when you panic if things don't go your way.
But you need to realize you're not actually in the driver's seat.
God is in the driver's seat, and you're holding on to the back of the headrest.
That's what's really going on in all the affairs of men.
That's something I have to preach to myself on a daily basis.
And actually, I fail to believe that a lot of times with my own actions and thoughts.
Anyway, that's all the time that we have for this edition of the Millstone Report.
God bless everybody out there watching.
We will see you tomorrow.
Unless I'm providentially hindered, I will be wishing you a happy Thursday.
