Well, it's been one week now since Pam Blondie said that she was going to unleash all of the Epstein documents, and we were going to be reading all of them for the world to see.
Unredacted.
We were going to get all this juicy stuff.
She said, there are pages, hundreds of pages of Epstein documents right on my desk.
And then she kept tapping on her desk, saying that they're right on her desk.
They were ready to be unleashed.
The world was going to see them.
And then, of course, there was the ridiculous binder gate that happened one week ago where they invited all these con ink social media influencers to the White House and then gave them a binder full of what was supposed to be Epstein files titled Epstein files.
And then they went out.
There was a big photo shoot and pranced around.
Some were literally dancing and holding up their binders as if it were some kind of trophy that they had won, some kind of accolade that they won.
All of a sudden, we realized pretty quickly after they shared it all on social media that, again, these were not the Epstein files.
There was nothing new.
In fact, there was less information there than we had all seen before.
We had seen these for years, this exact same information.
And then Pam Blondie said that she was, oh, she was hoodwinked by the FBI or she was bamboozled by the Southern District of New York.
And, you know, they must have hid some papers for her from her.
And she was going to give them a deadline of the next day at 8 a.m.
She said she wrote a strongly worded letter to them to make sure that she would have the real Epstein files.
And now it's been a week and still nothing since then.
And we will not let up this pressure.
We've got to see what's really going on and wonder who's behind all this.
Is Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, are they really the anti-deep state, America first representatives that...
They showcase themselves to be what's really going on and what's at play here.

I mean, maybe a Muslim-aided or something.

You know, they've been saying they're going to release the files, even the JFK files.
And it just so happens.
A certain type of people are always around to make sure, I guess, nothing comes forward.
I mean, you just mentioned these influencers.

We had Mike Cernovich.
We had Chaya.
Always is showing up at these events.
DC Drano.
Yeah, Libza TikTok, GC Drano.
Basically, all these Jewish people are always allowed to have this information, which, as you mentioned, has already been known.
I mean, Ryan Dawson already knew this stuff, like, I don't know how long ago.
He had the entire thing out there.
So it's nothing new, and then they have to blame it on some other organist.
Oh, I got duped.
And that's how it kind of works.
You see, they always blame another party or the opposition of some kind that prevents them to do their job.
That's how this puppet show works.
So everyone gets excited, then nothing ever happens.
And we just keep going along and blaming everyone else.
About Kash Patel, his girlfriend, I don't know, she's pretty influential with these people as well.
So I don't expect any of this new revolutionary cabinet to do anything but continue to cover the lies of our enemies and, in fact, help them probably more than ever before because we see Trump halting all this money to Ukraine, you know, being tough with Zelensky, not that tough with Bibi.
In fact, they sent another $4 billion to Israel, and they're never going to stop supporting Israel.
So we have a very big problem with this administration as well.
Yeah, and we're going to get to those in just a minute here.
But to circle back a little bit with the Pam Bondi and the Epstein files, drop or lack thereof, nothing burger.
So I wonder what her game plan was.
I mean, so obviously they must have, they paid for their flights.
They sent out the invitation.
This was probably, this had to be in plan for, I would think, at least a week to make sure that these influencers could get there.
I wonder if she was really, like, how did she think in her head this was going to go down?
Did she really think what was on her desk was the full extent of the Epstein files?
In that case, then, did she, I mean, what kind of a, she obviously sucks at her job if she didn't look through it or if she did look through it and didn't realize that it wasn't the extent of the Epstein files.
I mean, I'm just trying to figure out what she thought in her head this was going to do.
If she thought she was really going to dupe everybody and we were really that stupid and we would think it was something interesting and worthwhile.
I don't know what she's thinking.
I mean, she's a blonde.
My wife's blonde, too.
Pam Bondi's really platinum blonde, though.
I don't know.
I think it's all theater.
You know, I mean, there's no way these people don't know who's involved with the Epstein file.
I mean, Epstein's been around for a very long time.
And he's friends with a lot of, well, was friends with a lot of people.
And so, you know, I don't see these people giving us anything ever.
And in fact, whatever was in the folder, even that was redacted.
Wasn't a lot of the stuff like paragraphs blocked out?
Yeah, here's the flight logs and it was all black.
I thought it was a joke.
Yeah, and it is a sick joke in my view.
I think that's what they do.
So this woman, I mean, I don't know if she's in on it or not.
I probably, she does know what's going on and just plays out this thing where, okay, we'll just give this to the most favorite conservative, because they're all conservative influencers.
She didn't give them to like some left-wing maniac.
They didn't give it to Destiny or Vouch or something like that.
Oh, the Libs of TikTok, huge, huge account.
Yeah, the very generic like...
You know, rhino-y conservatives.
They didn't give it to Stu Peters.
Why didn't they choose someone like Stu Peters or you?
They never would do that.
Maybe someone like Cat Turd or something like that.
They'll give it to these types of people.
Right.
Never those of us who really call out who the people are in charge.
So, yeah, I think it's all theater.
And they just do this over and over again.
And it's a cycle that they wash and repeat constantly.
And it's the same script, just different people.
That's the way I'm thinking.
I couldn't believe, too.
I mean, I thought it was, like, satire.
Then there was this, the House Judiciary GOP Twitter account actually rickrolled everybody.
I mean, they rickrolled their own base.
They said, here, here's all the Epstein files.
And then there was a link.
This was posted on their Twitter account on Thursday.
You go to the link and it's literally the rickroll song of him dancing and singing, never going to give you up.
So it's like they're mocking us saying, yeah, we're never going to get.
We told you we were going to give it up, but we're actually not going to ever give these Epstein files up.
And the fact that it didn't come from a Democrat account, but it was the GOP, House Judiciary account, what does that mean?
I mean, it wasn't an accident that they posted that rickroll.
They still haven't explained it or apologized for it.
Was it really that brazen that they were just mocking all of us?
Yeah, look, it's funny because, not funny, but it's crazy to see, like, since Elon has become the shadow president, a lot of jokes have been going around.
Like, that's one of them.
But even him, like, he's posting weird stuff, memes all the time, making all these, you know, he's just making jokes constantly, and everything has become a joke.
I mean, even Doge.
What's going on with this?
And so, you know, our government is a laughingstock.
I was watching yesterday's joint session, and I was just appalled.
You know, I just can't, viscerally, like, oh my God, this is not my country.
These aren't my, forget not my president, this isn't my government.
That's where I'm at at this point.
But going back to what you're saying, it is...
It's truly a clown show.
It's a puppet show, number one, because everyone's controlled by Zionism and everything.
And two, it's just a joke.
It's a sick joke, and people are dying for it.
And we're getting robbed for this stuff.
So yeah, they're not going to give us anything.
And they know they're not going to give us anything.
And they can just blame other mysterious people.
Look, they might give up something.
Like, okay, this guy's corrupt.
Let's get rid of him.
But they'll never give us the real list who's really on it all.
You know, I know Dawson has a lot of the people, but is that all of them?
I'm not sure.

I mean, I stopped getting my hopes up for these things, too, because I just know how it typically plays out.
It's the same playbook, playing Bondi, acting like she was hoodwinked or bamboozled.
Well, then you suck at your job.
I mean, if you have no discretion and you're that easy to hoodwink, yeah, you shouldn't be in that position, maybe.
But it's all the same.
So, and she even said that she's not, she's going to be blocking the release of the Seth Rich files, too.
Which, Seth Rich, I mean, why would you block that release?
Again, she's not interested in the truth, obviously, and in full transparency if she can't release that.
Obviously, because it ties, I mean, it would prove that the Clintons were behind it.
Yeah.
Yeah, no, we're never going to get anything.
These people just are there to play their role.
And just deceive us constantly and make excuses and blame everything but themselves.
And look, even if she were, let's suppose she were a good person, she would lose her job.
I mean, they're not putting people in power that they can't control or aren't in on it.
So you're not going to see Cash do anything.
She's not going to do anything.
Nobody's going to do anything.
Because we're dealing with an international mafia that kills presidents.
So to think anyone's going to go rogue.
And just all exposed.
And there's been leaks.
They leaked the Iran plans.
And it happens, you know, like these, what's his name, the guy who's in Russia right now.
WikiLeaks?
Yeah, the WikiLeaks.
Well, Julian came back, but the other one, Snowden, for example.
Things could happen, okay?
But they have to run away.
You don't get promoted.
You don't get to become all these different positions of power in our government.
You have to literally leave the country because you might get assassinated or executed or something.
So I don't trust anyone anymore.
I've given up completely.
I'm not blackpilled, Deanna.
A lot of people say, oh, you're blackpilled.
No, I just, this is not my government at all.
I don't take it seriously.
I don't get excited.
When they say they're going to do something, I expect the exact opposite.
And that's why I'm not disappointed.

I wasn't hanging at the edge of my seat for the Epstein file drop.
No.
No way.
Too many big people would go down.

I think a lot of us are also curious about...
If they can only release one aspect of all of this, maybe they don't release names yet or things like that because they can't or there's people still living, but how Epstein died, obviously he didn't kill himself.
So, you know, the proof that would show that, you know, he didn't kill himself and it was a big setup, that would be a big, juicy nugget of information.
But I'm sure they won't release that either.
Well, that was under Trump.
I mean, Bill Barr was, you know, William Barr was the guy in charge and it happened under his watch.
Yeah.
And he's one of those people, you know, he's one of the tribesmen and he took care of it because Epstein was a loose end.
He had to go.
He got sloppy.
He made mistakes and he had to go just like Ghislaine's father.
You know, Robert Maxwell was a Assad agent.
He was found dead swimming nude around his yacht in the middle of some ocean somewhere.
And he got a heart attack.
Okay, sure.
So Epstein committed suicide.
Obviously, the cameras went off.
So all this stuff, everyone knows it's become a sick joke because everyone knows he didn't kill himself.
And they make jokes about it.
That's how bad things have become, Deanna.
And so we just go along with it at this point.
And it's kind of weird that we do.
But what can we do?
We have a runaway government that does whatever it wants.
And like you said, even mocks us with Rick Roldmead.
Yeah, that was the most sadistic thing I think ever.
I really had to keep checking to make sure that was real because it was so, so messed up.
Now, what about Trump?
So Trump just gave his big speech last night to Congress, and it was, you know, about a two-hour speech, and a lot of Trump supporters were praising him and saying it was great.
You're saying not so much.
What did you think about him and then the whole speech in general?
I'm all for making the cartels a terrorist organization.
That should have been done long ago.
There are some things, of course, I agree with.
Is he going to be able to do any of these things?
Again, last time he got in, I'm going to build a wall.
It's going to be beautiful.
We're going to blah, blah, blah.
And then nothing happens because...
Everyone's against him.
That's how this system doesn't...
It works like this purposely.
So we have two parties and they all get in each other's way.
So nothing gets accomplished except what the people want, the people who are donors to him.
For example, Miriam Adelson, $100 million.
She didn't do that because she has a crush on him.
She wants things from him.
So he's going to be the guy who's going to make sure Israel gets everything they want, including we're going to occupy Gaza and rebuild it.
And I was watching someone yesterday.
They said it would take 40 years just to clear the rubble.
I mean...
Wow.
Yeah, this is crazy, but there's nothing left.
So Trump is not going to do anything except what his Zionist masters want.
He may give us some breadcrumbs.
He may bring factories here to build chips.
He said, we're going to build these wonderful chips.
We're going to do this and that.
But then he's talking about taking Greenland, that we're going to do it anyway.
I mean, what's going on with this expansionist insanity?
This may feed into the egos of Americans who feel so beat down and pathetic.
I mean, after these many years of Biden, anything is better, right?
But that's not necessarily the case.
Now we have this tech oligarchy.
And they're basically having Elon and his buddies just do whatever they want.
So, you know, and he talks about free speech.
Where's the free speech?
You know, I was locked out of my account twice for a total of nine months.
I'm the only human on earth that got nine months total for not violating the law.
And I was the one who was getting swatted.
You saw that in my family.
I was getting swatted, death threats on the daily, all these deliveries.
And I get suspended for three months one time, then six months the next.
And I still don't have my full function.
I can't even join spaces.
Why can't I join spaces?
Can't do that.
I can't even watch you live stream on your ex.
I don't know why.
Yeah, I can't do that.
So I have to make another account and start from nothing.
But again, Trump is just going to tell us what we want to hear and maybe he'll do something for the little bit, but it's never going to be what we need is getting rid of the Federal Reserve, exposing the deep state for what it actually is, a lot of Jewish people and a lot of traitors, and then take care of it, but that'll never happen.
I think it seemed like lately him and the Doge ensemble, they were hinting at getting rid of the IRS and then chipping away at the Federal Reserve.
You don't think they'll ever really go there?
That's how these people took over our country.
They created the Federal Reserve in 1913, and once they created the income tax, they could just take from us without our permission.
That's why it's a runaway government.
With our income tax, they could just fund all their black operations and do whatever the hell they want.
They don't need our permission anymore, Deanna.
That's why they have it.
So this shouldn't even have an income tax.
And that would be wonderful if you did do it.
But really, you know what I think they're doing as well?
I noticed this in December.
there was that one Christmas commercial where the father was listening to his daughter and he couldn't hear his Apple AirPods.
And the guy puts it in, he starts remembering her being a kid and everyone, he's tearing up and everyone's like, yeah, oh man, finally we get a normal Christmas commercial and people think we defeated the deep state.
See what they're doing is they're ending woke because that's what Trump's doing.
We're going to get the hell out of the military.
You're going to women, the Chinese, they're going to all this stuff out of the military.
Because they want to increase recruiting.
Why?
Because, I don't know, another war's coming.
Maybe China, maybe Iran.
Because white people, mainly, we're still the majority for now, are not signing up like they used to.
Why would a white person want to join the military that thinks that they're racist and they're all Nazis, critical race theory, or joining a military where you have transgender people who are mentally ill, which, by the way, our tax dollars were paying for their transitions.
So, get rid of all this stuff.
That's wonderful.
But this should have never happened.
I mean, this whole 9,000 gender thing never should have happened in the first place.
So we're not actually improving anything.
We're going back to how it used to be a little bit better.
Yeah.
In exchange for what, though?
More wars in the Middle East, more tax dollars to Israel no matter what.
Yeah, no more Ukraine, fine.
But, all right, we're still going to give it to Israel no matter what.
So nothing's really going to change, just a little bit here and there.
Elon's going to give us his funny little memes, and people are going to feel like we defeated something, but we didn't.
They're just pulling back a little bit, Deanna, because they went too far.
They lost the left completely.
They became super anti-Zionist, anti-Israel, and all the big Jewish money were like, whoa!
And they're all Democrats, all these people, right?
They're all Democrats.
They go, wait a minute, they don't support Israel anymore.
Well, now we've got to go to the right.
And we're seeing a lot of these people shifting to the right.
And even becoming race realists and, you know, maybe we should close the borders.
They're kind of hinting to these things.
Are they going to do them?
Probably not.
But it's to get our hopes up, just like the Epstein files.
Just like, what did Cash say?
He's going to make the FBI turn into, like, a museum or something?
Like, no, he's not.
Yeah, totally transparent.

When you hear Doge and Elon, it's been like wall-to-wall coverage ever since Doge really took off.
And look, it's exciting in a way because we're getting all these news updates and an avalanche of information of what Doge is uncovering.
And USAID has been exposed with all these different ways that they're funneling traffic.
I mean, it's like a giant money laundering operation.
And a lot of people are excited about it because it is exciting to see all the things that they're finding, the waste, fraud, and abuse, if they're going to cut that.
But some people are a little suspect, like, okay, could this all, this Doge stuff and Elon be like a little bit of a distraction?
Could it be something that, like, you know, bread and circuses that we're entertained by, but what is it really doing for our bottom line to our pocketbooks?
You know, are we going to be wealthy or saving money as a result?
Your thoughts on Doge.
Is it another PSYOP, or do you really think it's going to be great?
Well, I look at this.
There's multiple competing factions.
The way I look at it.
So it's not just like there's like the Jews by themselves.
There's multiple different versions of Jewish people.
There's like the George Soros types who want globalism.
We'll take over the world, but then there's like these, the Bibi Netanyahu's, we want Israel, right?
Then you have these new Jewish guys and the big tech people, the Peter Thiels, the Peter, Paul Singers, these guys, and I forgot his other name, but anyway, this Curtis Jarvin types.
These are like these intellectual guys.
They're Jewish.
And like, no, no, no, we need big tech.
We need to compete with China.
They're the biggest threat because they have AI, and AI is the future of warfare.
So we can't deal with Iran.
We'll let Iran be for a minute, and let's get out of Ukraine, because now we've got to take the Ukraine sources and send it somewhere else.
It might be some other war.
But we've got to work on AI, and that's why Elon's there, okay?
So we have factions that, they're not going to destroy each other, but they are competing for each other.
For example, I don't think it was the Zionists who tried to assassinate Trump.
I don't know how it could be then, but you don't know.
Could have been the other faction.
So we have Biden with one faction.
Trump is on another faction.
So it's like different crime families.
Like, imagine New York City.
They're all Italian.
A lot of them are Jewish.
But they're all competing to be the kings of New York.
But they're all the same people.
But they shoot each other all the time.
And sometimes they make truces, sometimes not.

We have multiple factions of different types of people, but they all want the same thing, so we don't win out of this.
So they have no problem throwing each other under the bus.

They're at each other's strokes too, so their power struggles are real, and they're different factions, but we don't benefit no matter who gets on top.

All right, well, lately I've been hearing a lot about parasites.
And I recently, I've been going down this parasite rabbit hole a little bit.
But it turns out that millions of Americans have parasites inside us, living inside us.
Some of them for a long time, some of them for a very long time, and we don't know they're there.
Some are mild, some are dangerous.
And it turns out that it's a lot more common than we think to have parasites in us.
And I found this out because, you know, a couple of my friends have been doing parasite cleanses recently, and it seems to be kind of a new trend, you know, getting your parasite cleanse on a regular or semi-regular basis.
And one of my friends, this is going to be so graphic and gross, but she said that when you poop...
When you do one of these parasite cleanses, apparently you can literally see worms or parasites come out.
So, I mean, obviously that really grossed me out, but when you think about, well, is that coming out?
Then what's actually inside us right now?
And do we need to be aware of this?
So, of course, with our mission to make America healthy again, I think parasites is a conversation that we need to have, maybe even on a national level.
And who better to talk about parasites and worms and creepy things affecting our body than our favorite doctor, Dr. Mark Sherwood, joining us today to give us the lowdown on the parasites.
So, welcome back to Shots Fired.
How are you today?
Hey, Deanna, I'm doing great.
Thanks for having me.
What a great topic.
I think I just thought of something in your intro that I think needs to be said.
And most of the parasites are seen every day.
In Washington, D.C. Boom.
Okay, yeah, you're right.
We've literally, we're living amongst parasites.
But if you really want to get those parasites, go to Washington, D.C. Okay, so tell us, what's the deal?
I mean, do I have parasites inside me, most likely?
Does everyone have parasites in them at any given time that we don't know about?
Tell us a little bit more about how common parasites are.
Well, I think you've got to go back to, you know, we're created from the dirt, right?
And so we're all made from the same DNA, if you get right down to it.
And so there is some symbiotic relationship with mankind and the dirt and bugs and all kinds of things, including bacteria, viruses, and parasites.
And so, you know, they do live in us.
They live among us.
They live on us.
Parasitic, but bacterial side of things.
It's interesting that we have 100 times more bacterial DNA in us than we do human DNA. So I'm not for sure of all the purposes that we have, but we do have some symbiotic relationships.
And so I think it is something that we all have in us to some level.
Okay, so there's that.
Now, can you actually maybe explain a little bit further what a parasite is?
Because when I think of a parasite, I think of like a long worm.
That's what I think of when I picture a long worm that's just chilling inside our stomach or in our intestines or our bowels.
Is that correct?
Tell us a little bit more about what a parasite really is when we're talking about this.
Well, there's basically two types of parasites.
And so they're broken down into two categories.
One is protozoa and one would be helminths.
And helminths are going to be worms.
So we got...
Protozoa and worm.
So protozoa is more like an organism that would be not shaped like a worm, and a worm would be like a worm.
And so we have both, and there's common ones that we typically see in humans.
Okay.
So we do see the worm structure in humans as well.
Yeah, I think when I do a test, and I test a lot of this stuff in a stool test, right?
So, you know, you can know a lot what's in a person by analyzing what come out of the person, right?
And I always think, if there were worms in my stool, I'm pretty sure I would notice.
Well, you might.
And I think...
When you run a test, there's always a threshold.
Whatever is the threshold is kind of a threshold that says basically when the amount of measurable substance, in this case protozole or worm, gets up to a certain level, we typically have some symptomatic problems, right?
But there is a threshold on the other end of the thing that says it's detectable limit.
And only the labs know what detectable limit is.
It doesn't mean zero.
That's the scary thing about it, or concerning thing, or anxious thing.
Yeah.
It is, at some level, it has to get past that level to be measurable in the sense that it's something that's concerning.
Okay.
Okay.
So, yeah, sometimes we have the wormy structures.
Sometimes we don't have the wormy structures.
I think of that when I think of especially like animals and dogs, you know, having parasites.
I certainly think of the worms.
What kind of illnesses or health ailments do parasites cause if they've been in us for a long time and we don't know it and we haven't dealt with it properly?
If they get to a certain level, and that level would be dependent upon an individual person and also geography and also the health of the person.
So all these things matter.
For example, if you lived in Spain, there are other types of bacteria.
Viruses and parasites there that probably would have a negative effect on you, but might not have a negative effect on the natives in Spain, for example.
But when a person gets these things to a level, you begin to have symptoms or be symptomatic.
It can be like severe gastrointestinal pain, diarrhea, nausea, bloating gas, even depression because you can also get joint pain.
Depression would be because in the GI tract, you're getting most of your neurotransmitters produced there, such as serotonin and dopamine.
So that's the connection.
Certainly weight gain would be some of the processes as well.
Okay, weight gain.
What about can parasites lead to things like cancer?
That's what I've been told is that parasites, a lot of cancers are caused by parasites.
A lot of very serious health issues are caused by parasites in us.
Well, I think it goes to the real definition of cause and effect.
I would say is it...
Possible?
Of course, yes.
But what is the etiology or the beginning of disease processes?
And Hippocrates said something interesting about 3,000 years ago.
And I think he's on point.
He said health begins in the gut and disease begins in the colon.
And I think he was really on to something.
You know, he's known as the father of modern-day medicine.
I like the way he thinks.
So is a parasite the cause of gut dysfunction, which can lead to disease?
I think possibly.
But at the same time, are there other things that can lead to gut dysfunction that can lead to disease processes?
And the answer is undoubtedly yes, because we already know that the standard American Western diet leads to gut dysfunction, which leads to diseases.
So I think it's part of many things that can contribute to disease processes.
And I think with our immune system that is centered around the gut, let's say we do get a level of parasitic activity that's past the threshold.
In a good immune system, it probably would deal with it.
We might or might not even know we had it.
So there's all these variables we need to consider before saying yes or no, because then we'll fall down to the pathway as if parasites create disease, then we have to ask ourselves, why did God make parasites?
So it's sort of a contradictory argument.
Okay, gotcha.
So I'm kind of like just busting myths here.
So what my friend told me that all of us have worms inside of us at all times at this point, that's a myth?
Well, I think it's possible.
I wouldn't say it's all the time we can answer it because we don't test them, right?
I mean, I test a lot of people, and it is not common.
I mean, it's rare in my case to see worms.
I think probably twice in maybe 10 or 15 years.
Now, all things being equal, our population of people is generally healthy.
And in this case with the worms, I did see them with my own eyes because the person brought the sample, yes, into my office.
So I could like look at it and I'm like, okay, little white worms right there.
And then I also had videotape that they took from me as well and they were moving.
And you'd be surprised at what I get sent through the cell phone sometimes.
You're like, I didn't want to see that.
But the protozoa side of things with the parasitic activity, I do see that from time to time.
It's still rare, but I do see it.
It's probably one out of every maybe 50 samples or something like that.
But I do think that we probably have some level of...
Protozoa and even helminths inside of our body at all times.
Is it causing us problems all the time?
No, of course not.
Okay, good.
Now, one more question about that.
Is there any particular kinds of food that are more likely to give us parasites?
Something I heard was pork, pigs, bacon, and anything from a pig, basically.
Has a higher degree of parasites in them because a lot of them are unsanitary or their factories are very unsanitary.
Their diet is not sanitary or healthy.
Any thoughts on that?
Yeah, it used to be that way.
You know, years ago, the pigs were unsanitary, but now, you know, some of the pigs are raised better than cows.
And frankly, some of the pigs are raised better than our children.
And that's the truth.
I mean, it really is.
They're kept very clean and sanitary.
And then, of course, you've got wild pigs out there as well, eating off the land.
So you have to classify both.
I think that's more or less of a myth that is still rolling around that probably was once true.
We're talking about trichomonas.
So that was common, but now it's not because those things are pretty standardized as far as the testing goes.
Okay.
Well, it's good to know.
I don't have to cut out bacon.
You can still have your bacon.
You're okay.
All right.
Good.
And lastly, what can we do?
I mean, what should we do?
What do you recommend?
Should the average American do a kind of parasite cleanse?
On an annual basis or semi-annual, I mean, is it important to do that?
What are your thoughts on what we should actually be doing to ensure that we cleanse ourselves from harmful parasites?
Well, I think the question is always, do we have harmful parasites?
Yeah.
And to what level?
And are they causing us problems?
If you're symptomatic-free and you don't have anything going on, I wouldn't worry about it.
Okay.
Because ultimately, and you think through the logic of this or maybe the psychology of this.
If you think you have nothing going on, but you're looking for something, you might find something.
And then that thing you might find that something might become something that creates great stress in you that you wish you didn't know you had in the first place, because it wasn't causing you any problems.
It's like two people are talking to each other, and if we focus always on what we might find is wrong.
That conversation probably is not going to end well.
And so it's the common sense way to approach it.
But if you are having symptoms and you think you might have some parasitic, bacterial, even viral infection or even some GI disturbances, get tested.
I tell people all the time, you know, when they ask me this question, should I get a parasite cleanse?
I'm like, well, maybe.
What type of parasite do you have?
And of course...
Nobody seems to have the answer because it's like, I don't know.
And then my following question is, well, how do you know it's a parasite and how do you know it's causing you problems?
And, of course, there is no answer to that question unless you test.
And so I think that it's not wisdom to say that all parasites are bad because clearly we know there's a purpose for them, though I do not understand all purposes of all the creepy crawly bugs we have.
But when a person tests and you do identify parasitic activity, then it's very easy to do some of the parasite cleanse and get those things expelled from your body.
Okay.
All right.

That's exciting to hear.
Because I was starting to think, like, I need to be doing some parasite cleanse every other month and joining this new club of parasite cleansers.
But if I'm not feeling any symptoms, I guess there's not really much of a reason to.
No, you've got to kind of watch that.
Because, like, common sense would tell you, if you're...
You know, going to the restroom and you stool and you look down at the stool and you're looking for something that's crawling around and you see it.
Well, my next question is going to be, what else is inside there?
And I'm probably going to go down this pathway that I don't want to know.
You know?
And so, I don't know all the purposes of these things.
I think only God does.
But I do know that if we're not having symptoms, and there's no GI disturbances going on, and our stool is fully formed and fully evacuating on a regular basis, and you're having a good life, I wouldn't worry about it.
Because that tends to, and I'm not knocking anybody that does it, but that tends to lead us down a pathway that's driven by anxiety and fear.
And I don't think that the anxiety of fear Building up in our bodies is something that's very healthy.
