Hey guys, well I'm here with my favorite doctor, Dr. Mark Sherwood here today.
And guess what I just got?
It is a giant box of a Kingdom Crunch cereal.
His new line of cereal called Kingdom Crunch in this particular flavor is Acai Bowl.
And let me tell you, it is so, so, so, so, so tasty and delicious.
But besides from it being so tasty, I have Dr. Sherwood here to tell us why it's so good for you too and why it's so amazing and should be in everyone's cover.
So what's up with this incredible cereal that you sent me that I can't stop eating, Dr. Sherwood?
Well, many times when we hear the word cereal, we think unhealthy.
I recommend it all the way.
Not because I made it, but because it solves a real problem in today's world.
Excuse me, I can't stop eating them, but I gave it to my son, Maverick, who also loves cereal, but I don't want him to eat cereal except for this.
This is really, really good.
It's really tasty.
It actually tastes like real acai in your mouth.
And it's packed full of all these nutrients and no sugar, right?
No added sugar?
That's insane.
How is it so sweet then?
Yeah, we use Stevia.
Okay.
Monk fruit and some allulose there.
All of which, get this, are diabetic friendly.
They won't raise blood sugar, which is another benefit.
I've had people ask me, can I eat that if I'm diabetic?
Yes, you can.
And you can fix your diabetes.
Yay!
Awesome.
Well, this is so good.
Where can everybody find this Kingdom Crunch cereal?
They can find it at sherwood.tv forward slash shots and use your discount code to save...

Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, we all know, or at least those of us who are awake, knows that what they're doing in our skies is truly crimes against humanity.
We've had our friend Dane Wigington on the show multiple times from geoengineeringwatch.com, and he knows just how evil and diabolical what these handful of elites are doing in our skies to slowly poison us and kill us.
And it's just unbelievable.
We've seen chemtrails.
We've seen all sorts of things happening in our skies.
They seem to be ramping up.
You know, a lot of people are thinking, am I crazy or does it seem like these efforts have been really, really ramping up, especially in the last year?
Just these massive sprayings in the sky and chemtrails, sometimes multiple times a day.
A lot of people are recording and posting videos of these chemtrails and these jets just spraying over their houses.
It's truly unbelievable and shocking, but nobody's really talking.
I mean, obviously the mainstream media is not going to be covering this, and they're still saying it's conspiracy theories, but there are people that live in these homes.
Yes, we are truly, you know, don't believe your lying eyes, they say, but we see what's going on, and a lot of us are even feeling the effects of this, this chemtrail, this spraying, and this toxic fog that's also been appearing.
Well, one woman and citizen journalist actually had the gusto to track down these pilots and the company of the planes that were flying above her house and her neighborhood, spraying and spraying sometimes multiple times a day in very toxic chemicals.
And she and some of her neighborhood and neighbors.
We're feeling the effects of this.
I mean, this is something that's very real and making a lot of them sick.
So I love her for this, but she tracked down these pilots and called them and confronted them.
And she recorded the conversation with them.
And of course, it was shocking to hear.
You'll hear it in just a moment.
But she recorded the conversation with them, posted it on social media, and went viral for it.
And I love this because not a lot of people are doing this.
They're not tracking these people down.
Because they are people flying these planes most of the times and actually confronting them.
However, more of us absolutely need to be doing this.
Imagine the uproar if more of us did what this guest did.
This is Kat Sari joining us now.
And by the way, she goes by MellowKat on her subreddit, Substack, by the way.
She's a very great published author on Substack.
So Kat.
I'm so glad I was able to track you down and have you come on the show because this is really shocking and unique.
Welcome to Shots Fired, first of all.
How are you?
Thank you so much.
It's so great to be here.
Thrilled.
I have been trying to...
I've been researching for years now.
I am a homemaker.
I have a child.
This is the only reason I'm so actively involved is because I've learned over the years just how well-coordinated it has been, the many, many assaults happening against humanity.
And when you have a child, I think most people can relate, look at the world with a fresh lens.
You want to understand what is this all about?
What sort of future are we leaving behind for them?
And so...
I have been an activist on many levels from fighting for our right to refuse the convict bioweapons and all of those interventions that they were pushing in 2020. That's when things really fired up for me.
And it was only, we moved to the mountains.
I had been living in a county where I was not very well liked because I was very outspoken and they were very militant about all of the stand on your dots, you know, wear the muzzle of shame, do the rituals.
And I refused at one point.
In California, right?
Yes, in California.
And I've been trying to teach my son how to resist.
And you can do it kindly.
I've not always been kind because there have been moments of frustration over the years.
And especially as you start to learn.
So 2020 was really when I started to realize just how much we have been lied to.
I mean, I rethought 9-11.
I rethought the moon landing with the 33-degree Freemasons.
And so many things have changed for me.
And I've been drinking from the fire hose for years and extensively researching.
I'm following the money.
I'm looking at tax forms.
I'm looking at the connections.
And it is truly a global public-private partnership.
Circle jerk is what I like to say.
It's truly, yeah.
Well said.
Yeah, well, and so, you know, talking about spraying our skies, it's not just the cloud seeding, and we can talk about this at length perhaps another time, but I have been capturing the so-called spider soap that's been falling around California.
Now, come to find out, this also was falling in Europe, and so I had collected samples and started investigating that, so that's only one of the things coming from the sky, and according to this...
Hold on.
Back up for a minute.
Yes.
For our viewers or the cheap seats in the back.
Spider silk falling from the sky.
Can you tell us a little bit more about that for those of you who don't know?
Absolutely.
So I had a friend call me up from the coast and she was out on her kayak and she said, Kat, there are these weird long strands falling from the sky.
And she sent it to me.
And so I went, that's strange.
The very next morning, I am out about, we live out in the mountains, okay?
And you catch it.
In the right light, and it's 20 foot long, 30 foot long strands.
These long white strands dropping from the upper atmosphere.
Wow!
Just like raining these strands.
Raining these things down.
And so, of course, I have it on my sub stack.
My longer channel is Bitchute.
I started documenting and throwing all my links and my information there, just putting it out into the world, hoping to reach anyone who might be interested or experiencing something similar.
Truly, the mainstream media, we have to stop watching them.
We are the journalists now.
We all...
We have a responsibility to observe and to document and to share our findings with each other so that we can figure out what's going on.
So I collected samples, and I documented the whole process, and I sent my samples.
I didn't really know where to send them, but I did send them to a friend of mine, and he's in my substack as well, FM8, FireMedic8.
His name is Eric, and he has been looking at things under microscopes and dark field microscopy for a while, and then he also shared my samples with two others, Will Micronaut and Unhackable Animal, and they have been what they've been.
What I've been looking at is very fascinating.
My husband, who has always been a skeptic, I've always been sort of fringy for him.
He's come a long way now because he found out I was right in 2020 that those are, you know, unhealthy bioweapons, liability, free experimental bioweapons being shoved onto the populace.
And now he didn't believe me about cloud seeding or chemtrailing until...
I got the contracts, and even then, it was very hard for him to wrap his head around it.
And what I have found is that they've been in denial of it for years, until the last two years or so, and the media's been trying to sort of sell us on this idea that, oh, how wonderful, they're helping it rain, we've had a drought.
They've actually been doing this for decades, come to find out.
So, okay, sorry, if I get a little off track, rain me back in.
No, it's okay, there's so much.
So much to talk about.
So much to digest.
So much to unpack.
Yeah.
So the spider silk.
And did you have that tested or how did you guys find out it was spider silk?
I just had a few friends looking at it under a microscope just out of curiosity to see what we might see.
And even my husband said, this isn't spider silk.
He's like, maybe it came from trees.
And then he saw my videos and he said, oh no, that came from way too high up in the atmosphere.
He goes, I'm thinking maybe it's rockets.
So now he's highly interested in this topic.
Now, more recently, there were a couple of researchers out, I think in Switzerland, and they did extensive chemical testing, fiber testing, and they also had to end up getting a diamond cutter to cut through these strands.
And they believe this is a delivery mechanism.
So they actually think that these strands, The so-called spider silk is actually some sort of delivery mechanism for goodness knows what.
Chemicals, you know, whatever it might be.
So what they're encouraging everyone to start doing is we need to start swapping and sharing our samples and collecting samples.
Wear gloves, I found out.
I didn't wear gloves, but I washed my hands, of course, when I was done.
So we must be the investigative journalists here.
Also, I talked about this with Stu a little bit, but we are also being sprayed with toxic organophosphate pesticides.
Again, under the guise of public health, they want to do it to kill mosquitoes.
Now, a little backstory is Google has released millions upon millions of mosquitoes.
Back in 2017, they had the debug project through their branch called Verily Life Sciences, and they released these Wolbachia-infected mosquitoes.
I never remembered a mosquito problem until around that time.
And then, so I see this as a problem-reaction solution.
So suddenly we have mosquito problems, right?
So now what I'm finding is they want to start releasing CRISPR-engineered mosquitoes, courtesy of Bill Gates.
It's a biotech company called Oxitec.
They're out of the UK. They're trying to spread out throughout the United States.
So a couple of years ago, I thought the pilot release of these genetically engineered mosquitoes...
So there's all sorts of ways now.
And you'll find some aircraft do something called insect drops.
And you've probably seen it in Florida, where helicopters are dropping mosquitoes over people.
They've been releasing those CRISPR. Yeah, I mean, that's public knowledge now at this point, right?
Not conspiracy.
And what is their excuse for doing these mosquito drops?
What are they saying it's for?
They claim it is sustainable pest management.
Here's where I have an issue with this, and I go into it much more in my sub-stack and my videos on BitChute.
But essentially, they have been releasing these CRISPR-engineered mosquitoes around the world since at least 2016, maybe even earlier, like in the Grand Caymans, okay?
And what I discovered was that two years following their releases in India and Brazil, within two years, suddenly the rate of dengue infections had skyrocketed 600%.
And they were claiming that what they were trying to do was to eliminate mosquitoes by having the CRISPR engineered mosquitoes mate with the wild population and then kill them off.
Well, clearly that's not happening.
And what I found also is that DARPA and BARDA were heavily investing in Moderna to create mRNA vaccines for mosquito-borne viruses.
So again, I see this as, and then you have Gates who has studied mosquitoes being little vaccinators.
So you can imagine all the ways these mosquitoes could be used, right?
So it's always under the guise of public safety or your health and your security that's, that they attack you and they get you willingly on board to their programs because they make, they can try to convince you that what they're doing is benign, safe, effective.
You know the script, right?
Yes.
So I have been, had my hands in many pots now for five years.
And one of those, of course, is tackling this local geoengineering, I say geoengineering is weather modification.
It's Now, lo and behold, we don't have an air district that is functioning.
In California, we have 35 air districts that are required to have a hearing board comprised of a medical professional, an engineer, A lawyer and then two members of the public.
Well, our county hasn't had anyone for at least five years.
So I've recently applied to be on that hearing board so that I can start really getting direct action and contact with the California Air and Resources Board.
They, I'm putting it on them, they are responsible for being aware of all emissions of concern.
And that includes the flares, the cloud seeding, the heavy metals.
All of that needs to go under.
They have not done their job.
They are more focused on carbon and bringing the carbon levels down.
They have lost their way.
I am so fed up with these three-letter agencies or these, you know, these agencies that are there put into place and paid.
To do these tests, to do their due diligence, to protect the public, and they're not doing it.
They've utterly failed us.
So sadly, it's on all of us to start paying attention.
So I took about 20 samples.
I did get some support as well.
I want to give credit for about 10 of the samples.
Raynette Senum from Save Our Skies.
She's been fantastic, bringing me on her show to talk about all the things I've been doing, watching the skies, looking through the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's weather.
Weather Modification Library.
I have a telegram channel where I've been trying to encourage people.
I show them how I've been testing my samples, the lab that I've been using, the metals that I've been testing for.
And I've also then contacted the Weather Modification Inc., also known as Weather Modification International, and they have been stonewalling me.
So you heard that in the audio, if you've listened.
I went right to the pilot because I'd had enough.
I don't like being ignored.
I want them to know that we're watching.
They can get away with this, doing this in the middle of the night.
And they also never notified my board of supervisors, which they're supposed to do according to a California code.
I forget the number.
So they have some violations now.
And I have been documenting, and I've been saving my written correspondence, and obviously I also recorded that interaction, which served me very well, because now the naysayers can no longer sit back and tell me to put on more tinfoil.
Right.
And that's amazing.
By the way, I want to just play this audio right now.
I want to play it for anyone who hasn't heard it yet.
It's just bombshell.
So let's go ahead and play the clip right now, and then we'll react.
Nice.
Thank you.
Good to see you.
You're Tim, right?
No.
Oh, no.
No.
I don't know a Tim.
Jody?
No, I don't know.
Well, I know a Jody.
Okay.
Yeah.
Jody Fisher?
No, yeah, I know Jody Fisher.
You do?
Okay, good.
Yeah.
And then who are you?
I'm one of the other captains.
Oh, okay.
Yeah.
Okay, great.
So, come on outside.
We're not.
We're just, whatever.
Are you free now?
No, I got a free player.
Okay, so I have paperwork for you that I want to give to you.
Okay.
So hang tight, I'll go get it.
But then, we've been trying to reach Jody and you for a long time.
And we are tired of you dumping heavy metals all over our county.
Okay.
Well, I'm not the one to talk to about that.
No, but you are.
But you're the one that's doing it.
So I've been taking rain samples.
I have over 20 samples.
And every time you fly, we get high amounts of aluminum, barium, strontium, titanium, magnesium.
So I want to know, are you aware of what you're doing?
I know you think it's like to increase water supply for Turlock and Modesto, but it's not really happening.
Yeah, you can talk to them about that.
I've tried.
I've called them, and they're not calling me back.
So we're now getting really involved, and now we're going to bring something legal against your company.
Okay, well, you can talk to them about that for sure.
I know, but I want you to know, though, like, we are real people underneath what you're doing.
You spray right over our houses.
We hear you.
We know you.
We see you.
We're watching your planes and your patterns, okay?
It's twice today now.
You did two flights.
Two, three-hour flights.
It's public knowledge, yeah.
Well, it's not really, though.
That's a problem.
So you have not properly notified our board of supervisors about this.
Hi, are you the other pilot?
Yes.
Hi.
What's your name?
Khaled.
Khaled?
Yes.
Okay, hi.
It's not our...
We have people at home base that you can talk to about that stuff.
So they have not called that.
So now we're getting to the point where we're getting our supervisors involved.
So the supervisors of our county need to be notified.
They've not been notified.
You've been doing this for 30 years.
I know it's a long time.
You guys are like, it's cool, it's easy.
We're talking about all of the metals and the flares that you're using.
So aluminum is saying propel the silver iodide.
You're spraying right over us all the time.
And our plant life is suffering.
They are now selling aluminum genetically modified seeds to grow food because our soil is so contaminated.
Okay?
So what you're spraying is not good for the environment.
And it's not good for the people because there's an early onset I'm aware of that, too.
So I just want to meet the pilots and say, you know, where's Jody?
I've called Jody.
I think Leslie was the other one.
Leslie Fisher?
No.
It's another Fisher.
Yeah, probably his wife.
Okay, yeah.
Yeah, no, that's their responsibility.
That's not our responsibility.
I understand, yeah.
But the money that you're receiving to do this is coming from, is it taxpayers that are paying for this?
That's not my department.
I want you to be aware.
Do you have family?
Yeah, I have family.
I have family, too.
I have children.
So we're outside, and we hear you're playing over us all the time, and I've been tracking this for a long time, and we have tried to get the supervisors involved, and they're clueless.
They were not informed.
According to the California codes and law, they should have notified our supervisors, because you're doing this to benefit TID, okay?
But it's not.
It's happening over, well, it might be, but it's happening over our area, okay?
Sonora, Groveland, Colterville.
You're doing your little figure eight loops.
My 20 brain samples will show you that on the days that you're spraying, We're releasing your flares.
We have copious amounts of aluminum, magnesium.
There's been some barium, strontium.
Titanium's weird.
Is titanium also in your flares?
Okay, that's unique for me.
So I want you to know that there are health impacts and impacts to the soil and the plant life, all of those things.
What is everyone really hearing in this?
And when did you call?
Kind of just tell us a little bit about, like, what their reaction was and what your reaction was to all of this.
Well, so I just dropped my son off for a sleepover about an hour away.
And I got home, I was putting my chickens to bed, and I could hear.
So I've been tracking these flights for a while, and I've been saving screenshots just as part of my documentation process.
And how often do they typically do it, and when do they do it?
Is that nighttime?
It varies.
You know, in this particular evening, around that time, he did two flights that night, and then two more flights the following morning.
So actually, he didn't stop right away.
So I'll back up a little bit.
So I have been...
Watching him since November.
And I said to my girlfriend, I keep missing him.
By the time I find out he's out and about doing his flight, I've been in the middle of something or it's too late for me to drive to the airport, which is roughly an hour away from me.
So that night, I heard him over my head.
I checked flight radar.
I realized, okay, he's been out for already almost three hours, so he's going to be finishing soon, so I'm not going to catch him tonight.
Well, I got into bed, and around 10 o'clock, I hear him again.
And I was like, That's it.
So I called my friend four or five times.
She was asleep.
So I called another friend who's been interested.
And I said, hey, you want to go for a ride?
Here's the situation.
He said, I'll be there in 25 minutes.
And so he came and picked me up.
And we went down to the airport in the middle of the night.
And we watched him on the, you know, watched him flying.
And then when he landed, we rolled up and I got out and then just tried to find my, see if I could.
Look through the buildings that were dark.
Dark buildings.
It's a small airport, okay?
It's the Modesto Jet Center.
And so you knew where they would be.
You knew when they would be arriving.
And you confronted him in person?
I did, yes.
Okay, I thought this was like a phone call.
But that's even more unbelievable and bold that you confronted him in person.
This is amazing.
About 1.30 in the morning.
So I saw one of the line men who they helped assist the aircraft in the middle of the night.
I saw him through one of the darkened rooms because there was some light on the other side.
You could see through to the tarmac.
So I waved and he let me in.
So then I went to the bathroom and I texted my friend.
I said, I got in.
You know, I'm here.
You're not going to believe it.
And then so my friend came to the outside of the locked doors and he filmed me talking to the pilot.
Pilots, there were two, through the glass.
So there's a little clip there as well.
And I turned on my audio record because, number one, sometimes you get in the heat of the moment.
You don't remember what you've said and how clear you've been.
And also, I wanted to know who he was, and I wanted to document that as well.
Because I want to give people the benefit of the doubt first.
I want to, because what I found is that a lot of people...
Just trust what they're told by the megacorporations that they work for, right?
It's safe, it's effective, you're helping it rain, you're bringing water to the region, whatever the promises are.
Or they're just following orders.
They're just following orders.
And he was actually pretty snarky.
Now, I had audio from my interaction with that other pilot that's spraying us with poison.
He admitted that it was used as a nerve agent in World War I, those organophosphate pesticides.
I didn't share that, though, because he was so sweet.
But now with this pilot, as you heard in the audio, he said, well, you drove here, right?
So you're contributing to the problem and pollution as well.
Wow.
Just very standoffish.
Refused to give me his name, which is funny because he said, you're just going to spread it out there all over.
I had no idea.
Let me tell you.
I got home around 4.30.
I sent my audio to a small chat that I'm on, on Telegram.
And I have two friends that make videos.
And they said, Kat, you got to share this.
And I was like, I'm too tired to make a video.
Go ahead.
I said, cut some of my video to it.
Cause I'd shared videos and pictures and you know, so two friends cut different videos and then out they went.
And within a day or two or three, I think it was a, I want to say thank you to this woman.
I think her name is Odessa.
I believe she's out of Canada.
She put together a beautiful piece.
And I thank you, Odessa, for that piece, because that, after her post went out, it, ripple effect, and suddenly...
My friends are like, you're here!
You're here!
And everyone's coming out of the woodwork, you know, all these people I've met over the last five years, and everyone's like, oh my gosh!
And it was so amazing because it was supportive.
I've been doxxed before for my views on Convid, okay?
So my whole family was attacked, and they ripped me a new one because I was very outspoken in a very liberal county.
And so to have now such an outpouring of support and enthusiasm...
I mean, I just was blown away.
So it's been quite a wild ride, and I'm just so thrilled that people actually notice and care beyond sort of the bubble that we already have.
Yeah.
My chats and my little groups, you know, a few hundred people maybe.
Yeah.
So the way to go viral was fantastic.
And so now what I'd like to do through my Substack is I want to actually empower people to learn how to use these tools because they are incredible tools.
Yes.
The things I've discovered.
I've watched military flights.
I've learned about Project Loon, the HAPS Alliance, Aerostar Defense, Swarm Drones.
There are so many things if you're just curious and you play around on the map and you're tapping on aircraft and you're researching the names.
And I want to teach people how to use it as a tool so that people can become familiar with the patterns over their own home.
And then to learn how to look up the registration numbers on the FAA's website.
And then you can start the process of figuring out who's doing what.
And that is a powerful tool.
And the more people we have going directly to the minions, taking the blood money from whatever agencies they're getting it from, because they can no longer hide behind, it's just my job, I'm just following orders anymore.
It's unbelievable because you really, like...
Pulled back the curtain and, you know, saw the mask behind the curtain and that we never get to see.
You've basically unmasked these people and these pilots as actual human beings, who they are, and put a face to them, even a name to some of them.
It's really, it's just, it's shocking.
And it's weird because, I mean, I just would never think to do that and I wouldn't think that it could be accessible to me.
That kind of information would be accessible to me.
I just think, okay, someone's up there.
It's, you know, they're the men behind the curtain.
You know, they're untouchable.
I would never know who they are.
They're just anonymous.
But to know, you know, you really expose the fact that they are, you know, you pulled back the curtain, unmasked them.
They are.
It is attainable for us to figure out who they are, what their patterns are, and what exactly they're doing and when.
And we need to know that so that we know what.
Is being sprayed and dropped in our neighborhoods or in our home, what we potentially could be inhaling or consuming.
We need to know this stuff.
And again, the more people that do this, could you imagine if 50 people released videos like this or 500 people?
I mean, we could start a whole revolution and people would be so angry if they knew what was happening in our skies and how big of a threat that truly is to us.
There was a wonderful video a friend sent me.
The woman's name is Kathleen.
I forget the name of the YouTube channel.
But she put out a call to everyone.
She said, men, number one, where are the men?
And number two, she said, everyone needs to be doing this.
We need to make these pilots the pariahs, right?
We have got to make them rethink their career choice, right?
Because she said this pilot didn't sound remorseful at all.
And it's because think about how many pilots have ever been confronted.
I don't know of any.
No, yeah, I've never seen any.
Yeah, you're ballsy.
Well, you know, you get to a point where you're so stinking fed up that you're like, I don't care anymore.
I'm going right to them and I need to face them.
And I'm really glad that I kept it together.
I do rant a lot of people.
I mean, I apologize in advance.
Many of my videos, my older videos, I have to blow off steam.
And I do drop some bad language sometimes because I need to vent.
Emphasis.
Frustrated.
I'm so frustrated with all the ways we're being screwed over.
And I am done.
And so may we please feel inspired.
Again, I'm a mother and a woman.
And the support, again, people like it and they want to do it.
Do it.
There's nothing holding you back.
I feel sometimes that we're running out of time.
If we don't do this now and stand up, we have to stop waiting for a politician.
We don't have to wait.
I mean, hopefully they help, right?
I want all these, you know, exposures to be happening.
But we also, right now, we can do something now.
And we have so much power.
If we own our power, we can do incredible things.
And we can stop the assault.
Like the example back in a couple years ago.
Oxitec, that mosquito company, we had over 5,400 emails of opposition.
That was thanks to months in advance, I was telling everyone, here's where you go.
Here's how you leave your comment of opposition.
Use any of the links I've provided for you.
Here are the players involved.
Do it, do it, do it.
And that's what we need.
And they had to quietly withdraw their research application because the overwhelming response of opposition in the state of California was profound.
Now, unfortunately, again, in Florida, they released them.
I think Texas, they might have already.
So, you know, Oxitec is determined to spread their genetically engineered everything here.
And so we do really need, there's so many things we, we can just focus on our own backyard and you'll be amazed at what you find.
Amazing.
Amen.
And well said.
Kat, you are a firecracker.
You know, just the flamethrower that we need to expose all of this and, you know, again, confront these assholes who are poisoning us and killing us.
They need to be unmasked.
They need to be confronted.
So I'm so thankful for your work and your boldness and bravery.
We're going to have to have you on again for the full hour so we could really, you know, this was just like, you know, just the...
Tip of the iceberg here, pulling back the curtain, but there's so much more to uncover and unpack with everything you said in each of those areas.
The mosquito droppings, the spider silks, the chemtrails.
There's so much and so many diabolical ways that they are killing us.
So thank you for standing up and for your hard work.
We love it.
Tell everybody again.
We're going to have your sub stack on the lower thirds, but telling everybody again where they can find you.
Yes.
So M-E-L-L-O-W. K-A-T, Mellow Cat, on Substack.
Now...
BitChute, you'd go to bitshoot.com, www, and then forward slash MellowCat, and you can find me that way.
Also, you can probably find my BitChute through my Substack page as well, but yes, find me there.
Again, I plan on hosting some regular meetings at some point to teach people how to read the skies, and the more people we have doing this, the better.
Again, Deanna, thank you so much for just bringing me on to even put this out there to even more people, and I feel incredibly hopeful, incredibly inspired, and so...
So, so grateful.
So thank you so much.
And thank you for taking an interest.
Absolutely.
All right.
I'm rolling up my sleeves here.
I'm going to dig through your sub stack and we're going to have you back on again for a longer full hour and really get to the bottom of all this.
Thanks, Kat.

Why is Kingdom Fuel so much better than a lot of other supplements and nutritional supplements out there?
This is a really, really good shake.
My favorite, by the way, is the vanilla, but I've got the vanilla and the chocolate.
Well, Kingdom Fuel is not just a protein shake.
It has organic pea protein, full spectrum, full amino acid profile, 20 grams of protein, but it's also got added to it greens and reds.
A lot of people buy those separately.
It's got vitamins and minerals, insoluble and insoluble fiber.
That is a complete meal, and it's under $5 per serving if people use three scoops.
But guess what?
Most people don't.
They use one or two.
So you're talking about a full, complete meal.
And the shelf life is two years if you don't open it.
Pretty cool.
Oh yeah, absolutely.
And if we're in any kind of apocalypse, you can pretty much eat this all day.
You can't.
And a cereal.
And be really, really healthy.
Alright, cool.
Cool.
And guys, you can find the Kingdom Fuel line of products at Dr. Sherwood's website, of course, Sherwood.tv.
And use promo code SHOTS to get 30% off.
Again, that's promo code SHOTS to get 30% off.
I love this shake.
It's amazing, great, and keeps me healthy.
Welcome back to Shots Fired.
All right.
Well, we've been hearing a lot about RFK Jr. and, you know, his whole confirmation process and everything kind of coming out of his mouth lately has been a lot of eye opening shockers to many people in America.
But those who've been health nuts for a while or naturopathic doctors like our next guest, they've known about these things for quite some time.
And they're just relieved that the rest of the world is finally slightly at least waking up to these poisons that the deep state and elites put in our food, in our water, in our air and slowly killing us or making us very, very sick.
And one thing that's caught my attention a lot lately is RFK's talks about dyes.
Different dyes in our foods like red dye and yellow dye and these different kinds of dyes that are particularly invasive in kids' foods and treats and snacks.
But of course, they're used really for all different kinds of foods.
And these dyes are apparently very, very dangerous.
They can cause cancer.
They can cause all sorts of things.
And it's surprising that a lot more people don't know about the dangers of food dyes.
So we started this conversation a little bit last week, but I wanted to expand on it more with our resident doctor, Dr. Mark Sherwood of Sherwood.tv.
He's joining us today to expand on this conversation, and then we'll pivot and talk about what he's wearing.
So, Dr. Sherwood, thanks for joining Shots Fired.
How are you today?
I'm doing well.
Thanks for having me as always.
And what an important subject to talk about.
Yes, really, really important, especially if you're a parent.
But of course, if you're just anyone who wants to be healthy and not be extremely sick, I think this is really important to cover.
So talk to us a little bit more about dyes that RFK has been talking about.
Well, certainly it's been known for a long, long time that you use bright colors to attract kids.
I mean, everybody knows that.
Tricks are for kids and Froot Loops and Cocoa Pebbles.
Yeah, all those things.
They've got bright colors in them, you know, and they're attractive.
They draw attention.
They're fun, right?
And they make a good commercial.
But the bottom line is when you added these things on top of already toxic ingredients, you've made it a recipe of utter...
But moreover, a recipe of disease.
And so, these things that we're consuming, the red dyes, the yellow dyes, the green dyes, etc., etc., on top of those forever chemicals we've talked about before, on top of the other carcinogenic, estrogenic materials, and really, you're talking about destruction of a generation.
And I've said this before on this show and others that there are two things that are happening right now that are disturbing to me and people need to take notice of it.
One is the demasculization of society via chemical castration.
And I want people to just kind of think through that process a little bit.
And the other is the massive elevation of cancer that is going to surpass heart disease as the number one killer for the first time in history in our lifetime.
Wow.
Those things are paramount for consideration.
All right.
So the other day, now that I'm actually aware of this, I was going to pick out a treat for my little one.
And he loves those little animal crackers in the animal box with all the different fun colors on it.
And so I went to it and then I'm like, wait a second, I'm going to read the ingredients here.
And sure enough, it was like pink dye, red dye, yellow lake dye color, blue dye color.
And I put it back as fun as those animal crackers are and how tasty as they are.
But it made me realize just, gosh, they're in everything.
And I've heard that these dyes have been known to cause cancers, behavioral problems, even potentially neurological issues like autism in children, hyperactivity.
What is your research or knowledge on what kind of problems or health issues these dyes, if eaten probably consistently, will have on our health and our children's health?
Well, it's all of the above.
First and foremost, let's look at the cancer process.
What is cancer?
As a general rule, it's a metabolic disease where the cells become overran with free radicals, inflammation, and they don't destroy themselves properly, and they become this life form on their own that can become tumors, and then obviously they can metastasize.
Then let's look at neurological issues.
When you get the brain inflamed because of leaky brain.
What's leaky brain?
It comes from leaky gut.
If you have leaky gut, you have leaky brain.
What causes leaky gut?
Leaky gut is caused by the things that you talked about.
So these chemicals that go in our gut and down into our bloodstream, they cross the blood-brain barrier and they get deposited in our brain.
And so when you have an inflamed brain, the brain doesn't operate well.
And so we get all these neurological issues, depression.
Anxiety, even these homicidal suicidal thoughts, which I believe are situations where we sort of develop chemical deficiencies or nutrient deficiencies through the poor diet.
And then it's like an inward panic turned outward into homicide.
That's pretty frightening, for sure, to say the least.
Now, you talk about the...
The feminization of men, the demasculinization of men over the last couple decades, and certainly I've noticed that as well.
There's a lot of, you know, research out there that says that even, you know, some of the things or additives in our food and in our air and system could be turning children, having a more likely to turn them gay or transgender or have gender dysphoria.
Now, I personally always thought that gender dysphoria and transgender feelings were really the cause of the media and the culture and that kind of propaganda.
I kind of feel like it's a scapegoat to just say that it's something from our food, potentially, that could be actually causing more gayness or more transgenderism or these kinds of feelings in boys and men.
But what do you think?
Or is it a combination that you know of?
It's going to be both.
I, too, like you, fault our culture for creating it.
First and foremost, I think.
Yeah, it's just ridiculous that we would even think that someone could feel their way or identify their way out of our genetic makeup.
I mean, that's just completely ridiculous.
But even more ridiculous is the acceptance they're in.
You know, that we make this okay.
If you can identify, if I'm a guy and one day I identify as a gorilla, the next day I could identify as an elephant.
I don't know why not.
It's just going to stop me.
And it goes on and on.
But there is also a congruent situation going on with our society within the water and the food supply.
And even the ingredients we have in our cleaning supplies and clothing cleaners and all kinds of carpets and stuff like that.
These are estrogenic compounds.
And estrogenic compounds, they actually bind to estrogen receptors.
They cause weight gain.
They're contributing heavily to the obesity crisis.
They're contributing heavily to the estrogeneration, I like to call it, that's happening.
And so when estrogen goes up in males at a time where you're seeing time, testosterone should be going up.
That's a problem.
Another issue that goes into that whole soup pot is the idea that little girls are reaching puberty faster because of this.
That age of puberty has regressed about nine years in the last 100 years.
And because of that, you're seeing little girls being able to get pregnant early on, right?
And then you're also seeing the earlier...
A rival of menopause and even andropause in men.
So it's like a step-by-step approach, and it's becoming very concerning to me because I'm seeing the results of this today from both the children, and you are too, and even the millennials that kind of got into that mess.
And so this is destroying our society because if you destroy the seed, a seed that can't get planted, you can have no life.
And people need to kind of think through that quite a bit.
Absolutely.
And I don't know if it's my imagination, but I've just noticed that the younger generation of kids, but especially boys, they look very different than boys in the 50s, 60s, or 70s.
Their facial structures even look different.
Their posture looks different.
And I'll see boys that are...
25 or 20 years old and almost universally they all look like very weak looking and like their facial expressions look kind of their face looks feminine their features look softer almost like kind of deformed or softer their shoulders just seem kind of slunched and hunched and very just kind of weak and impotent kind of like noodley you know like a wet noodle and it's just very different than the posture the facial structure And
just sort of the cadence overall of men back, you know, 50, 40 years ago that were the exact same age.
So am I crazy or is that actually, is this a thing?
Could this be actually possible that they look different now?
I think it's possible and I think it's exactly what you said and that's the best description I've ever heard of it.
So people are listening to this show and need to go replay that and make some reels out of that.
Like a wet noodle.
Yeah, that's classic.
Boys are looking like wet noodles now.
I just like to call it kind of a soy boy look.
It's a soft, kind of round, doughy kind of concept because we're not seeing activity anymore.
We're not seeing the work structure anymore.
We're not picking heavy stuff up because we have to.
So that's why even you can go on, even with our military, is having a hard time getting recruits that can pass the physical requirement test as well as law enforcement.
So it goes on and on and on with this.
And you're not making it up.
It's a hard conversation to have with people.
It's a hard conversation to have with people involved.
I've had young men in here.
I'm like, dude, you understand that a testosterone of 300 is not okay.
They are like...
You know, they're kind of blown away because nobody has that kind of conversation with them anymore.
And you start to see less desire to have relationship with the opposite sex.
And again, that's another domino in this particular concerning cascade.
Yeah, absolutely.
Because then they're not wanting, you know, their drive is neutered, you know, basically to have women or to, you know, to reproduce and then boom.
Our reproduction level has sunken below replacement level.
And here we are.
Here we are now.
So that's very, very disturbing.
It's something you and I have talked about a lot, the death of the family unit.
And weak families make weak countries.
Strong families make strong countries.
Strong men create strong families, create strong countries.
So with that being said, we can always go delve into this later.
What's on your head?
I noticed these really cool glasses that I want to pivot to because this is a really important kind of just overall piece of this conversation, too.
I love these glasses.
Tell me about them.
Well, obviously, you know, I don't really know much about the cool factor.
My wife told me I look kind of cool.
You do look cool.
Very Miami Vice.
But I'm actually wearing these things for a reason.
These are actually called blue blocker glasses.
And a lot of times most people today spend their time staring at a screen, whether it be a cell phone screen, a computer screen, or a TV screen.
And the blue light that's actually emitted from those screens, and this is a mind-blower stat right here, it emits at a Kelvin temperature of between 5,000 and 5,500 degrees.
Sounds like a lot.
What does that mean?
The noonday sun is between 3,000 and 3,500 Kelvin degrees.
And you can't stare at the sun because it's too bright.
Oh my gosh.
But you can stare at the blue light because it doesn't have that same glare like that.
So it's interesting how we can even be affected by the blue light.
And so what happens in the noonday sun?
Well, you ain't going to be sleeping when you're looking at the noonday sun, which kind of makes sense.
Yes.
And so what about your computer and how can it affect your sleep?
How can it affect your bio rhythms?
How can it affect your ability to go to sleep at night?
Well, it does.
And so the more we stay with the screen at night, we actually see our cortisol level go up at a time where our melatonin level is supposed to go up and it can disturb our sleep.
One interesting study that I found just incredible that I was looking at a while back, which prompted me to do my own experiment, right?
So I started to wear this in the afternoon because I do so at the screen quite a bit.
Yeah.
And so I found this experiment massively important because people were sleeping.
Their skin was exposed.
Scientists took a blue light and exposed their skin to the blue light.
They were still sleeping.
The blue light in the skin, the skin has receptors.
It prompted a cortisol spike in all subjects who were sleeping.
And so that tells you even sleeping with the TV on.
Wow.
What can that do to the body?
How many people are having a hard time a day losing weight, getting sleep?
How much insomniacs are out there, right?
I thought I was an insomniac.
Yes.
So I'm going to say people can get yourself a little experiment like this.
They're cheap.
You can get them online and give it a go.
Because even though I'm looking right at Deanne Lorraine, and even though she's got the best analogy to describe the Soy Boys ever, she still looks yellow.
Which is pretty funny.
So, no, I'm using that to be funny, but it can really help us a lot with life.
I want to because my sleep has just been so bad lately.
And I always thought I just was an insomniac and I've given up.
I'm a night owl.
And, you know, I finally put my screens away and then I'll try to fall asleep.
I can't fall asleep.
And then I'm like, okay, well, I guess I'll just scroll a little bit more until my eyes get tired.
So I put my phone out again or put my screen out to watch a TV. And it's like, I'm still not getting tired.
What's going on?
Or I feel tired, but my brain's just not shutting down.
And it's true.
I mean, when you get compounded lack of sleep, it really affects every area of your life.
You wake up grumpy, so much less energy, so much less productive and clear.
And it kind of just spills into all different aspects of your life.
I am so committed this year to getting a better night's sleep.
So I'm all about trying these out.
It's interesting.
One night of lack of quality sleep, which is one.
It takes five nights to make up for it.
I'm way behind there.
We came up with a term called sleep debt.
So sleep debt is really a common occurrence, and most people today are getting four, five, six hours of sleep.
Now, I get it.
There are people that need less and people that need more.
And by the way, genetics, which we've talked about a lot, Can give you some incredible insight as to the amount and depth of sleep you actually need, which is kind of crazy cool.
A person can get even a program on your cell phone called FLUX, F-dot-L-U-X, which is just download, and it can dim out the screen a little bit at a certain time if you do scroll at night.
So you can get a blue block of glasses and try to be cool.
Maybe you'll be more cool than me, but you can actually help yourself sleep a little bit better.
Okay, that's...
Very, very critical.
You know, I'm going to start trying it because I'm really on a mission this year, like I said, to get better sleep, get more consistent sleep.
No one likes a grumpy person.
And if it's called sleep debt, then I'm like into debt in the hundreds of thousands of hours probably in debt.
We need to pay debt back and not let it accumulate.
That's the bottom line.
Very true.
I like that.
I like that a lot.
So I'm going to start trying that then and see how it goes.
And I'd love to then get an analysis on my DNA or my genetics since you are keen on that and privy to it.
Maybe we can talk about that another time.
I'd love to because this is a big deal with sleep and stuff like this.
And by the way, with sleep, if you sleep better...
You tend to make better decisions because you're a better thinker, because you don't have the panic and the stress of the body going on all the time, which we all need to make really good decisions today because there's so many choices out there.
Absolutely.
And then one last question before I let you go because it's relevant to me.
But if you're trying to put your kiddo to bed at nighttime and establish a good bedtime ritual for them, You know, I kind of thought it was okay maybe to let them have like an hour of TV, of a TV show or something before they go to bed.
But what I've been noticing lately is that hour seems like, well, surely they look sleepy, they seem sleepy, but they're not falling asleep.
So would that definitely apply to kids then too, like not letting them watch TV if they're supposed to be in bed, you know, on a certain schedule?
100%.
And I think that if you're watching a screen time on a TV, you could actually probably find a program that would dim up that TV and make it more amber.
And there would be nothing wrong with having a child wear glasses.
You could call them their special TV glasses and make a little game out of it.
It might be kind of fun.
But I encourage parents to do that because the TV at night, it's not the TV. Although that's important, what you watch.
Yeah, of course.
It is the emission of that blue light coming from there that can have some straight-up physiological negative effects.
Crazy, crazy.
So good to know.
You're so cool, Dr. Sherwood.
You know everything.
Always enlightening.
And now you look even extra cool with your Miami Vice blue blocker glasses.
I will be taking that advice and let you know how that goes with the sleep.
Doctor's orders.
Okay, Dr. Sherwood, always inspiring and enlightening and informative.
