Hey, guys.
Well, I'm here with my favorite doctor, Dr. Mark Sherwood, here today.
And guess what I just got?
It is a giant box of a Kingdom Crunch cereal.
His new line of cereal called Kingdom Crunch, and this particular flavor is acai bowl.
And let me tell you, it is so, so, so, so, so tasty and delicious.
But besides from it being so tasty, I have Dr. Sherwood here to tell us why it's so good for you too and why it's so amazing and should be in everyone's cover.
So what's up with this incredible cereal that you sent me that I can't stop eating, Dr. Sherwood?
Well, many times when we hear the word cereal, we think unhealthy, poisonous chemical, carcinogenic.
Shouldn't be eating it.
That is quite the opposite.
High protein, zero added sugars, organic ingredients, and healthy fats such as medium-trained triglycerides.
Deanna, that should be in everyone's cupboard, in every child's mouth, every day.
That is truly healthy and life-giving for kids.
I recommend it all the way.
Not because I made it, but because it solves a real problem in today's world.
Excuse me, I can't stop eating it, but I gave it to my son, Maverick, who also loves cereal, but I don't want him to eat cereal except for this.
This is really, really good.
It's really tasty.
It actually tastes like real acai in your mouth.
And it's packed full of all these nutrients and no sugar, right?
No added sugar?
That's insane.
How is it so sweet then?
Yeah, we use stevia, monk fruit, and some allulose there.
All of which, get this, are diabetic friendly.
They won't raise blood sugar, which is another benefit.
I've had people ask me, can I eat that if I'm diabetic?
Yes, you can.
And you can fix your diabetes.
Yay!
Awesome.
Well, this is so good.
Where can everybody find this Kingdom Crunch cereal?
They can find it at sherwood.tv forward slash shots and use your discount code to save.
Promo code shots.
Promo code shots and they can save some money off there and support your program.
Absolutely.
All right.
Go to sherwood.tv promo code shots and pick up this delicious Kingdom Crunch cereal today.
All right, without further ado, let's get in the hottest headlines of the day and the week.
Now, we're first going to start with shots firing, so basically the wins of the week.
And there have been quite a few wins this week that we definitely need to highlight.
And I would say, really, the story of the week, I mean, the big story, has been Doge.
I mean, Doge.
The department that Elon Musk invented and has headed up has truly been kicking ass over the last week.
It's really been kicking ass and taking names and has really started off to a speeding, speeding start.
And everybody is taking it back because we didn't think, I mean, we never even had a Doge department before, never existed.
Now, all of a sudden, it went from a dream, a concept to reality, and it's taken off with lightning speed and just going to town, cutting waste and fraud and ridiculous spending left and right.
The liberals are melting down, which I love.
But Doge has been kicking butt this week, and I'm...
Excited about it.
Look, we all know what we're thinking right now about Elon and Trump in some other areas, and we will get to that soon.
Believe me, we're going to get to the bad and the ugly part and save those parts for after this.
But first, we've got to highlight some of these wins.
I mean, they are pretty good, and I'm here for it.
This presidency is already 100 times more exciting and interesting and entertaining than Any of the four years of Biden.
So let's talk about Doge for a minute.
So Doge is pretty cool.
And the big story within Doge this week has been the shutting down, the investigation and the shutting down of USAID, USAID, the U.S. Agency for International Aid.
And what USAID has been exposed as this week, what it's all come out, According to Elon Musk and everybody else, it's basically an enormous money laundering front.
It's a money laundering agency and truly a deep state terrorist organization that is another arm of the deep state.
And it funnels all of this money in, our money, our taxpayers' money, into ridiculous things like war and things that are...
You know, purposes or agendas that are not what we want and definitely not what we voted for.
The money has gone to, and we're just going to go over some of what has been exposed as this money laundering operation that they call UCEDD. And it's happening right under our noses.
$15 million for condoms to the Taliban through USAID. $15 million.
To the Taliban for condoms.
Half a million dollars to promote the expansion of atheism in Nepal.
Half a million dollars to promote the expansion of atheism.
A million dollars to boost French-speaking LGBT groups in West and Central Africa.
$14 million in cash.
$14 million in cash vouchers for migrants at the southern border.
$20,000 for a drag show in Ecuador.
$20,000 for a drag show in Ecuador.
$50,000 for a transgender opera in Colombia.
I wonder, what is that going to look like?
A transgender opera in Colombia?
$32,000 for an LGBTQ-centered comic book in Peru.
An LGBTQ comic book in Peru.
$55,000 for a climate change presentation warning in Argentina by LGBT journalists.
Over $3 million for being LGBTQ in the Caribbean.
Don't know what that means.
$7 million for a BIPOC speaker series in Canada.
$80,000 for LGBTQ community over in Bratislava.
Bratislava, Slovakia.
$3 million to help Tunisian migrants readjust to life in Tunisia after deportation.
I mean, you can't make this up.
That's why I had to read it verbatim because it's just so shocking and insane.
And it seems like a joke.
I mean, like a huge FU to the taxpayers for funding these things that are clearly not in our interests.
They're opposite of our interests and our beliefs and our values.
Designed to cause chaos and destruction in the world and evil, truly, in the world.
It's designed to crush the world and crush good in the world and bring about evil, truly.
So check this out.
Just a little bit more to add on to that.
Some of the other absurd things that you said has been paying for right under our noses.
Check this out with Caroline Leavitt, the new press secretary, discussing this.
And I would just say a strong message to Democrats who are out there pretending to be outraged about the long list of crap that this administration is cutting, federal waste and funding, like $2 million for sex changes in Guatemala, $6 million to fund tourism in Egypt, $20 million on a new Sesame Street show in Iraq, $4.5 million to combat disinformation in Kazakhstan.
I could go on and on, and I'm happy to provide this list to every single one of you.
Democrats are outraged that the American people want their taxpayers going to good uses, not stuff like this.
But then they're very quiet about the fact that there are still North Carolinians and people in California who have lost everything.
And in the last four years, this federal government did nothing to help them.
This president will continue to put Americans first, and I think the successes of this week so far speak to that, and it's only Wednesday.
So I'll see you guys later this week, and we'll see you this afternoon.
Thank you very much.
Oh, and then $20 million, yes, that's $20 million spent on an Iraqi version of Sesame Street.
An Iraqi version of Sesame Street.
Check this out if you missed it. - -
and it's also came out that uh doge has really been comprised of a team of very young engineers who are like brilliant autists Some of them are less than 20 years old.
They're teenagers or in their young 20s.
Some of them don't even have college degrees, but they quit college to have, you know, incredible internships or invent things.
These kids or these young...
Young engineers are truly brilliant.
If you look into their background, which I did, these are very unique, highly specialized, highly special and gifted engineers.
And that's good to know.
At first, when they exposed or doxed them, their names and their ages, I was shocked and a little worried because this is a really big job.
We don't really want this big job to go to like 17-year-olds.
But after researching them more, I think they're good.
They seem brilliant.
They seem gifted and truly, truly care about the job they're doing to cut government waste and spending and these deep state operations, truly.
And, you know, what I'm excited about is that these young kids are, they're going after USAID. They're shutting, they're auditing them.
They're shutting them down.
And they're on these long conference calls and meetings with the, you know, staff of USAID, basically having them defend their job, just like on that movie Office Space, where, you know, they go into the consultants come in and they have each of the employees sit in front of them.
And while they ask them, so what exactly is it that you do here?
Tell us, walk us through your typical day.
What do you actually do here?
And these young kids are doing this to these old folks and these old globalist, elitist type of guys and having them, you know, basically stumble over their words.
And they're not coming up with a lot of good answers.
So Doge has really, you know, said we're going to go ahead and pretty much shut down this whole global operation, this scam of USAID right now.
And they're moving forward with it.
Again, I love it because it gives off this vibe of, hey, you guys have all been messing around for how many years?
The last couple years especially, but decades.
You all have been messing around, putzing around, not doing stuff at all, or just doing really shady things, and daddy is home.
We're going to lay down the law.
It's time to clean up.
It's time to get our act together.
Fire anyone that needs to be fired.
Just stop this BS, okay?
It's time we stop this BS. Daddy is home.
And everyone's kind of running scared and running away with hiding with their tail in between their legs.
That's the energy that's been brought the last two weeks since Trump has stepped foot into the Oval Office again.
And I'm here for it.
I love it.
Say what you want to say, but this needed to happen.
And I voted for this.
You voted for this.
We voted for massive change.
And immediate change, not time-wasting, not dilly-daddling, just going for it and swinging big.
And that is an area that I am impressed with so far with Trump, just getting it done.
Left and right wins, left and right, cutting all of these things that have been happening for so many years.
And everyone thought, you know, this is our gravy train.
This is the status quo.
How could they disrupt it?
They can't.
Nobody's ever done this before.
But this is what we wanted.
We want these disruptors to come in and disrupt stuff.
So luckily, that is what they're doing.
And the Doge, not the Doe, the Doge employees are cool, but the USAID employees are especially scared.
Apparently, they have a Reddit.
They created a Reddit subreddit for all the federal employees, and they're all...
Talking about it and complaining and scared.
And they made the stapler from Office Space, if you remember, that guy Milton, who they kept trying to fire and fire, but they just moved him into different rooms.
He had this red stapler.
And that was like his last stand.
He said, don't take my stapler.
Just don't take my stapler.
So they have come and made this stapler like a staple.
Of their resistance.
It's become their new symbol of resistance.
So there's a great picture of the red stapler with the star on it that says, come and take it.
Feds, do not give in.
Do not give up.
Do not resign.
It's their new symbol.
So anyways, I love it.
I think it's great that they're really shaking up their gravy train here.
And there's such an avalanche of information.
You know, Intel coming down and things that they're exposing, lots of spicy, juicy information every hour, it seems like, that I think at this point, Doge just needs its own reality show to catch up so everybody can tune in in real time, not just on social media and Twitter, but like through a reality show.
I want to see what's happening behind the scenes.
I want to see what these young, brilliant engineers are doing.
How they're dealing with these USAID workers or these deep state operatives, what they're saying, what's happening, what's the reaction behind the scenes, and what they're finding, this whole process of them finding all of this dirt.
Pretty incredible.
So the doge has been so effective at this point that the deep state puppets are losing their minds.
They are melting down left and right.
And it is glorious.
It's so amazing.
That's how you know that Doge is working.
That's how you know that they are over the target.
Just look at the meltdowns.
They are screaming.
They're crying.
It's like pouring holy water on a demon.
And I love it.
Just check out some of these reactions.
And by the way, they're so angry and scared that they are holding protests.
Massive protests against Elon saying, Elon's got to go.
Elon's got to go.
I love it.
Check out some of these.
Let's start with crying Chucky Schumer.
Now, Mr. President, before our very eyes, an unelected shadow government is conducting a hostile takeover of the federal government.
Friday night, the so-called Department of Government Efficiency, led by billionaire Elon Musk.
Gained access to the Treasury Department's entire system of payments, including Social Security and Medicare benefits and Americans' tax refunds.
I'll say more on this in a moment.
But that was not all.
This weekend, Doge staffers also executed what can only be described as an illegal seizure of the U.S. Agency for International Development, or U.S. aid.
We don't know who these Doge staffers are.
We don't know if they have security clearances.
We don't know what legal authority they have to access USAID facilities, if any.
But we do know a few things.
First, we know USAID has been completely ripped apart.
Its offices are closed.
Its contracts have been broken.
Funding for its programs, which protect American interests around the world, have been halted.
And Secretary Rubio said in an interview, That he's been named the acting administrator and that they are, quote, reviewing and potentially reorganizing U.S. aid, unquote.
But who's he kidding?
There's virtually nothing left of U.S. aid to review.
Even the life-saving assistance he claims are exempt are not moving.
Second, we know shutting down U.S. aid puts American security in danger.
USAID programs preserve America's influence in Africa, Asia, and regions across the world.
Our humanitarian efforts are critical for fighting Ebola, which is spreading in Uganda right now.
It's essential for countering terrorist activity.
At the time of soaring egg prices, shutting off USAID programs that fight the global spread of bird flu is utterly asinine.
If America retreats from the rest of the world, We know that unilaterally closing USAID is illegal.
Donald Trump does not have the authority to erase an independent Nor can the Department of State absorb USAID, especially because now there is basically nothing left to absorb.
We also know this is just the beginning.
If Doge attacks USAID today, then you can be sure they'll move on to another target tomorrow.
Who knows?
Maybe it'll be the Postal Service, or the IRS, or even the Social Security Administration.
They could be next.
Or maybe our national security agencies.
We also know something else.
By shutting down USAID, Doge is doing the work of Russia and China at the expense of the United States.
In two weeks, Doge has done more to erode American global influence than Russia and China have been able to accomplish in a long time.
For Russian President and Putin ally Dmitry Medvedev even celebrated Doge's activities online.
Russia is elated by what Doge is doing.
Both Russia and China hate the work of USAID because it limits their own influence on the world stage.
And now China and Russia have, in effect, their own propaganda machine within federal government.
This is dangerous.
This is against America's interests.
And President Trump needs to show some leadership and rein in Doge before it inflicts more harm on America's national security.
Finally, Doge's behavior is part of a troubling pattern of Russian and Chinese communist sympathizers increasing their influence on American foreign policy.
A few days ago, Donald Trump named Darren Beattie as acting undersecretary of state.
Mr. Beattie has long been pushed, has long pushed the Chinese Communist Party line on the Uyghur genocide.
He has repeated Russia's propaganda on the Ukraine war.
He has even advocated that the U.S. make a deal to allow China to take over Taiwan.
And now he has one of the most senior positions within the Department of State and oversees a large swath of American diplomatic work.
Make no mistake, Doge's conduct cannot be allowed to stand.
Republicans in Congress must join us to take action to restore the rule of law and stop any potential lawbreaking by Doge.
Across the federal government like a virus, and it's American people who will pay the price when their benefits and payments are taken away.
On Treasury, illegally taken away.
Last Friday, Doge forcefully gained access to the Treasury Department's payment systems and to the most sensitive information of virtually every U.S. citizen.
Donald Trump basically handed Doge the Social Security data of virtually every American citizen.
He gave Doge access to America's personal tax refund data.
He gave Doge access to American people's Medicare and Medicaid benefits, disability data, veteran benefit data.
Worst of all, we don't know what Doge intends to do with this information.
If you want to know how an unelected shadow government operates, look no further than Doge.
Doge staffers, whomever they are, now have unprecedented access to the most sensitive payment data in the entire federal government.
Unprecedented access.
With no transparency, with no guardrails, and guess what?
The one independent watchdog who could have provided oversight was fired by Donald Trump over a week ago.
The Treasury Secretary must revoke Doge's access to the Treasury payment system at once.
If he does not, Congress must act immediately.
That's why Leader Jeffries and I will work together on legislation to stop unlawful meddling in the Treasury Department's payment systems.
We must protect people's Social Security payments, Medicare payments, and tax refunds from any possible tampering by DOGE or other unauthorized entities.
That's what Leader Jeffries and I will hope to do, will work to do.
Let's be very clear.
Doge is not a real government agency.
It has no authority to make spending decisions.
It has no authority to shut programs down or to ignore federal law.
Doge is operating, in essence, as a shadow government without accountability or transparency or regard to the rule of law.
The American people did not vote to let Doge get a hold of people's Social Security numbers.
To give Doge a chokehold...
On Treasury payments is outlandishly dangerous.
It's like letting a tiger into a petting zoo and hoping for the best.
It's impossible to overstate that this is playing with fire.
The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, which oversees these Treasury Department payments, executes over 1 billion transactions a year, worth over $6 trillion.
Wherever intentionally or even accidentally halted or manipulated, it could paralyze the economy if we're not careful.
One mistake and people's social security benefits could freeze.
Disability payments, aids to veterans, loans to small business, they could all be in danger.
The Treasury Department is already using extraordinary measures to ensure we do not default on the debt.
If Doge's careless meddling caused us to default, it could trigger a financial crisis around the world.
This all begs the question, what does Doge really want with all this data?
What possible reason is there to give extremists, right-wing extremist people, social security payments, Medicare payments, and personal information?
Will Doge try to halt social security or Medicare or Medicaid?
God forbid.
Will Doge cut funding programs approved by Congress that Donald Trump decides he doesn't like?
What about cancer research?
Food banks, school lunches, veterans aid, literacy programs, small business loans.
How do we know Doge won't use its access to the Treasury to enrich Donald Trump's billionaire friends?
What if they go after the business competition of Doge's leadership?
It's laughably naive to look at the wealthy billionaires who run Doge, who make enormous sums through government contracts, and take them at their word that all they care about is efficiency.
Give me a break.
The immense danger...
Is that we have no clarity, no explanation, no details for what Doge is truly after.
The potential for corruption is too great.
The Treasury Secretary must revoke Doge's access to the Treasury payment system at once.
Democrats, as I mentioned, Democrats in the House and Senate, Congressman Jeffries and myself, will introduce legislation to take action.
What must halt this unlawful and dangerous power grab?
We must halt...
We must halt this unlawful and dangerous power grab.
Doge has no business anywhere near the federal government's payment systems nor America's private data.
You know what I love about this one, too, is Chuck says, before our very eyes, an unelected shadow government is conducting a hostile takeover of the federal government.
You mean...
You mean the shadow government, the unelected shadow government that we have had for the last 50 years called the Deep State and the CIA, the three-letter agencies that we, the American people, never voted on and never elected?
Those are the ones that have been running the government in the shadows for the last 50 years.
You mean them?
No, it's actually that we're actually exposing them and we're identifying them and naming names and trying to exterminate them.
Yeah.
I love how they just project and gaslight that their jig is up and they know it.
All right, go to the next clip of them at this ridiculous protest, crying, scared, running, freaking out.
We won't rest!
We won't rest!
We won't rest.
No one elected Elon Musk to nothing.
That's right.
Not one Democrat in America voted for Elon Musk.
What we're not gonna do is stand around when I pull this bull.
We are gonna be in your face.
We are gonna be on your.
We will see you in the courts, in Congress, in the streets.
Elon Musk is a Nazi nutball baby!
Every movement needs a scrappy little and I am that person!
I need each and every one of you to get in touch with your inner scrappy little .
Nobody elected your .
This is not Elon Musk's country.
Take your foot off my neck.
We are at war!
This, this right here, this is called panic.
This is called panic.
Yes.
They are discovering where all the bodies have been buried.
They're putting all the information out there for everyone to see.
And we can finally see the world is finally waking up to just the insane and the depths of the levels of corruption that have been going on all along right under our noses and that we, the taxpayers, have been actually funding.
Yes, we are seeing it in real time and they are freaking out and panicking.
The more they panic, the more we know they are doge, they're over the target.
So I love it.
I'm here for it.
And again, it's so bad that Bill Gates has come out and said, if you guys shut down USAID, and if you guys don't fund our pandemics and fund our vaccine distribution agencies, then I think that you guys are in for another pandemic.
And one that's actually even more deadly and scary.
So, of course, Bill Gates gets rolled out and threatens us with another scary pandemic if we shut USAID down.
Check this clip out.
Mr. Gates, you also called Elon Musk political influence abroad, quote, insane, along with another word we can't repeat here.
But what's your take on his political access and influence here in America right now?
Well, Elon, his private sector work, It's been very innovative, really fantastic.
A lot of private sector people, when they get into government, they don't take the time necessarily to see what the good work is or why it's structured the way it is.
So I'm a little worried, particularly with this USAID stuff.
My foundation partners with USAID on nutrition and getting vaccines out.
There's incredible people.
You know, they're not actually worms that work there.
So, you know, hopefully we'll get some of that work back in shape.
In fact, if we don't, you know, you could have literally millions of deaths.
So, you know, with aid, people think, you know, wow, how much do we give these countries?
As you said, it's less than a percent.
People think it's 5% and it should be 2%, but it's actually...
Under 1%.
Wow.
And still saving lives.
So USAID is not just waking up and impacting Americans.
And by the way, anyone who should come out in support of USAID and in criticism of shutting it down, that's how you know they're a rat, right?
This is a great way to weed out the rats and expose them.
But even Africans, even those from all over the world, are also...
Very much against USAID and are making videos speaking out about it.
Check out this guy from Africa exposing USAID and talking about how great it is that Doge is shutting them down.
It's actually moved out of the way.
Yes, I support the lady.
Trump cuts everything.
Cut everything completely.
He shouldn't even make it 90 water, whatever.
He should cut it completely.
We don't need it.
It rather goes to other individuals, but not us.
Please, he should cut it.
All right, great.
So I'm here for it.
We're going to keep following this story of USAID, but Doge and USAID truly is the biggest.
Story of the week.
It is a huge win, and I love it.
All right, another big win for Trump is he did follow through on his promise of kicking out men, biological men, in women's sports.
Yeah!
So he just signed an executive order today banning transgender athletes in sports, which is pretty awesome.
And he's surrounded by all these young girls and women and saying that, you know, if your dream...
Is to be a sports star or an athlete, we're no longer going to rob you of that dream.
A biological man with a penis is not going to come in and steal and crush your dream.
So this is another big win for him.
Let's check out this video here, if you missed it, of him signing the executive order.
Watch what I do, and then I'm going to give you some pens, okay?
You ready?
What a nice picture this is, huh, Governor?
You ready?
We'll do a good job.
Wait a little bit, press that.
I want to make this a really good signature.
Because this is, you know, this is a big one, right?
Oh, I think we have a 10.
We have a 10.
Thank you.
Pretty good, huh?
Okay?
Now you're going to go out and win those events, right?
And of course, anybody who is against that, who's against men in women's sports, is another rat, and I'm glad that they're being exposed.
All right, so now we got some cool wins, some exciting stuff happening, but we still got some majorly bad and ugly stuff happening, too.
In the same time.
So this is why it's confusing Trump's new presidency.
Why is he, you know, badass in some ways and then, you know, he's doing some other stuff over here that's like, whoa, not what we voted for.
All right.
As expected and as the Stu Peters Network predicted, President Trump, his very first world leader that he invited to the White House after he took the Oval Office again is Bibi Netanyahu.
Bibi Netanyahu, of course, of Israel is his very first world leader guest that he invited into the Oval Office.
And what they talked about?
Pretty sickening.
First of all, very weird and like, could you be any more obviously kissing Bibi's ass?
I mean, he goes into the table, this long table, in Trump's own home, in President Trump's home, and President Trump pulls out the chair.
For Bibi.
And then he pulls it back in for him.
And, you know, he's like, oh my gosh, your grace, your honor.
It's just like the ultimate bending over backwards for Israel.
It's so gross.
So this video has been, you know, of course, played on repeat a lot of times because it just illustrates like, okay, we're in big trouble now.
They are in complete cahoots and alignment with the Israel agenda.
Check this out if you missed it.
Yuck.
Uh-oh.
No, no, no good.
All right.
And then what he said after that, what he announced later with Bibi by his side, with the Israeli flags in the background, is that they said, we are going to be, the U.S. is going to basically be purchasing the Gaza Strip.
And we're going to turn it into a big, beautiful piece of land with big, beautiful properties in it.
Yay!
Once we get the rest of the people out there, we're going to turn it into a great, wonderful land.
And the U.S. is going to own it.
And Bebe's in the background smiling.
And Trump is happy.
Everyone's happy about it.
And it's just unbelievable.
I had to rewind it a couple of times.
I'm like, did he really just say that?
So he's...
Kicking out the Palestinians from their own home, taking over the Gaza Strip, and then building hotels on it.
And acting like they just don't even matter, these people.
So check out this clip if you happen to miss it.
The U.S. will take over the Gaza Strip and we will do a job with it too.
will own it and be responsible for dismantling all of the dangerous unexploded bombs and other weapons on the site level the site and get rid of the destroyed buildings level it out create an economic development that will supply unlimited numbers of jobs and housing for the people of the area do a real job do something different
just can't go back if you go back it's going to end up the same way it has for a hundred years and what's pretty grotesque and sick is that trump acting like yeah you know once they get off the land We're going to make it really, really beautiful afterwards.
And just kind of glossing over the fact that these are people, human beings.
They have families.
And kicking them off like they're just trash that needs to be disposed of or just some unwanted garbage that they need to remove or put in a different place or something.
And yeah, we're just going to take over and do whatever we want.
It's pretty cruel.
Pretty inhumane and grotesque, and they're not even hiding anymore their agenda of ethnic cleansing and land grabbing, and then taking over that land with Israel.
I don't know.
How do you feel about it?
Write in the comments here.
It feels pretty yucky to me, and it feels very blatant, in-your-face land grab.
There's just no other way to describe it.
I mean, that's what it is, and it's pretty...
You know, Stu Peters has been calling it from the beginning, I gotta say.
He knew that Trump would probably do this, and this is the route that he's gone.
And a lot of people are Trump supporters saying that this is 5G chess, and he's playing 50D chess, and wait, moves and countermoves.
He's doing this to expose Bibi Netanyahu.
Come on, guys, we're over this now.
I can't believe in 2025 people are still on the trust the plan, he's playing 5D chess game.
We've really got to move fast beyond that.
This is what it is.
It is a major land grab and ethnic cleansing and treating these people like they just don't matter, they don't exist, and they have no say in what happens to their stolen land.
Big disappointment.
Big, big, big disappointment.
So we'll be following this story, of course, as we move forward.
Now, two more weird and uglies of this week is Kanye West.
Kanye West at the Grammys with his wife, Bianca.
I guess it's his wife.
He showcased quite an interesting outfit of hers.
She had this fur coat on, and she was prancing around in it, and then all of a sudden she takes off the fur coat, and she's naked.
Basically underneath, she has this completely tiny see-through dress, and you can see everything completely naked.
And yeah, I like her.
What she does, she kind of adjusts her skirt a little bit, as if that's going to matter.
You're naked.
You don't need to adjust anything.
You don't need to pull your skirt down a little bit to make it longer.
You're naked under there, all right?
So check this out if you somehow missed it.
See the outfit.
Beautiful.
Open that shoulder one time.
Open the shoulder.
What a reveal.
Beautiful.
Right there.
Beautiful.
Beautiful.
Right here.
On the right.
On the right.
There it is.
Perfect.
And right here.
Straight up.
And right here.
Straight up.
And right here.
So gross.
So at this point, I'm not even really buying that that's him because he's supposed to be Christian now against all this satanic BS. He's against all this satanic Marxist indoctrination and vileness and vulgarity and trash.
He's supposed to be against all that.
And he's supposed to be promoting family values now and Christianity and God.
This is completely opposite from that.
And we also haven't heard from him in quite a while.
You know, really after the whole Alex Jones incident when he got on the Alex Jones show and talked about Jews and Hitler and Israel and all these other things, he went dark.
And now he's emerged like this.
So my belief personally is I don't think that's even the real Kanye.
I don't think it's really him.
I think it's either a double, a clone, or...
They put them in that machine that they do to any celebrity or public figure that speaks out against their narrative and gets and bees bad.
They punish them.
They put them through like that MK Ultra machine and brainwash them and get them to be that good robot again, a good puppet again that says exactly what they want and does exactly what they want them to do and that does not speak out against it.
I believe that's what they really did with Kanye, and I think we're not looking at the real Kanye now.
I think he is gone.
His brain has got the lobotomy.
And then we had Will Smith's son, Jaden Smith, walking out with this very satanic-looking black castle on his head.
I mean, again, in your face, hey, I've sold my soul to the devil.
I've sold my soul to Satan and I'm trapped and locked in this dark black castle.
That's all that it is.
It's just a black soul.
No soul, actually.
Empty soul.
And he's stuck in this black castle that I believe alludes to a satanic prison that his father put him into when he sold his soul to the devil to get rich and famous.
And now his children are suffering too.
And lastly, Let's talk about this.
Some crazy, fat, ugly, liberal woman that I don't even know who she is, but she's apparently a Democrat activist named Olivia Juliana.
She said that she can't afford to eat anymore under Trump's presidency because food is too expensive now.
So she said that she went on social media saying she lost 50 pounds in just two weeks because of Trump's economy.
Can't afford to eat.
If you look at her, it definitely doesn't look like she lost a pound, let alone 50. But if she did truly lose 50 pounds, I would think Trump did her a favor.
She should be happy and praising Trump.
She should not be going around pouting about it.
This is someone who probably could use a diet or two.
And then lastly, we got the uncut, unedited version of that 60 Minutes interview with Kamala.
Remember on CBS a while ago when she was playing, cosplaying, running for president, and they got this very sliced and diced up edited interview of her, which still didn't look good.
But Trump knew that it was highly edited.
He knew it.
And so he sued CBS. He sued them.
And yeah, they're now having to pony up and pay up.
It was successful.
And so now they've had to release the unedited.
Untainted with version of that interview with Kamala.
And it is a nightmare.
It is obvious why they edited it so much and why it was so curated.
Because it's so bad.
It is so bad.
I mean, she looks like a deer in headlights most of the time.
She can't come up with any concrete answer, any concise answer.
She's just rambling on.
It's obvious she's pulling things just out of her wahoo.
She has no idea.
And if the world saw that, I would think she wouldn't get a single vote.
Check out just one very small clip.
Any more than a minute or two of watching this, your IQ will plummet.
I'm warning you.
Check out this one little, little clip just to see what I'm talking about.
But it seems that Prime Minister Netanyahu is not listening.
Well, Bill...
The work that we have done has resulted in a number of movements in that region by Israel that were very much prompted by or a result of many things including our advocacy for what needs to happen in the region.
But it seems that Prime Minister Netanyahu is not listening.
We're not going to stop pursuing.
What is necessary for the United States to be clear about where we stand on the need for this war to end?

Why is Kingdom Fuel so much better than a lot of other supplements and nutritional supplements out there?
This is a really, really good shake.
My favorite, by the way, is the vanilla, but I've got the vanilla and the chocolate.
Well, Kingdom Fuel is not just a protein shake.
It has organic pea protein, full spectrum, full amino acid profile, 20 grams of protein.
But it's also got added to it greens and reds.
A lot of people buy those separately.
It's got vitamins and minerals, insoluble and insoluble fiber.
That is a complete meal, and it's under $5 per serving.
And people use three scoops.
But guess what?
Most people don't.
They use one or two.
So you're talking about a full, complete meal.
And the shelf life is two years.
If you don't open it, pretty cool.
Oh yeah, absolutely.
And if we're in any kind of apocalypse, you can pretty much eat this all day.
You can.
And a cereal.
Really, really healthy.
Alright, cool.
And guys, you can find the Kingdom Fuel line of products at Dr. Sherwood's website, of course, sherwood.tv and use promo code SHOTS to get 30% off.
Again, that's promo code SHOTS to get 30% off.
I love this shake.
It's amazing, great, and keeps me healthy.
Welcome back to Shots Fired.
All right, well, I've been following this girl for a while now.
She's a social media influencer at this point, but she's called Steak and Butter Gal.
And Steak and Butter Gal, she's this really cute, very skinny, attractive young woman.
And she swears by basically consuming sticks of butter and kind of like whole sticks of butter multiple times a day.
And huge steaks.
She sometimes eats huge steaks multiple times a day and just lots of red meat and eggs.
So pretty much her whole diet consists of multiple sticks of butter a day.
She just eats them like a snack or like an apple.
Big steaks and eggs every day.
And she swears that it's helped her lose weight.
Stay in great shape.
It's helped her cholesterol stay down.
It's helped her feel good and have more energy.
And she feels that this diet is the best for everybody.
And she's got all these great videos of her just munching on sticks of butter all day, like their apples or like their snacks.
And millions of followers and people see this and think, well, this looks really easy.
And it looks pretty tasty to eat butter all day and big pounds of steaks all day and meat.
But what could the potential downsides be of this?
And is this really something that's healthy, that's a healthy diet for all of us?
I personally want to know because I've been following her for a little while and I've dabbled a little bit in eating some butter on a daily basis, some more butter and incorporating more meats and steaks, especially red meat, into my diet.
And I haven't had any negative effects of it.
I don't think so.
But I want to hear from our naturopathic doctor what he has to say about this.
Is this something that we should be doing and incorporating more of?
What are the myths surrounding red meat and steaks and things like butter?
Maybe we've been lied to around that.
Maybe they're not so bad.
But I want to hear from our resident doctor, Dr. Mark Sherwood, joining the show now to weigh in and discuss.
So, Dr. Sherwood, how's it going today?
It's going well.
I'm ready to quote-unquote weigh in.
Let's weigh in on this.
Okay, so you look at this chick.
You know, she's cute.
She's skinny.
She looks healthy.
She seems like she's glowing and stuff.
This is not like an obese girl or anything.
This is a very in-shape woman, and she swears by this diet.
When you see her eating sticks of butter and, you know, huge steaks and stuff every day, what are your first reactions to that?
We'll start with that.
Well, my first reaction is the obvious one.
She's young.
I'll just let that sit there.
Look, when you're young, you have more resiliency and not to be, you know, knocking on what she's doing or anybody else.
I'm just, this is obvious.
When you're 18, 20, 21, 25 years of age, and you have a cute little physique, you can get away with a lot of stuff.
You can pretty much do anything, say anything, and eat anything, and you have a metabolism that's young.
You have a resiliency in the immune system that's young.
So she has youth on her side.
That's key.
So she's not 60. She is probably 25. And then you've got to think, why is she doing this?
Well, it's because of followers.
There's no other reason.
I mean, now, does she believe in this?
I'm sure she does.
But here's the thing with that, and I've done this a long, long time, and I'll go back, Deanna, to what I typically go back to, you know, what does biblical principles say?
I think that's pretty wise to do from time to time.
So when Noah crashed his boat on Mount Ararat, Way back when.
And he and his wife and his three sons and their wives hopped off that boat eventually after the water went down and the plants came back and all the animals grew back, obviously.
And God told him to, now you can consume all these plants and all the fish and the birds and the animals.
Those are all yours for food.
So at that moment in time, clearly God's direction for us was to be carnivores.
But he did not say, To avoid vegetables.
And I've always thought of that when people go down these pathways.
Is there an intentional avoidance of vegetables?
Is there an avoidance of vegetables because we don't like them?
What's the reason?
And I look at that and balance that out with the idea is if I'm told to eat vegetables and if I'm told to eat good proteins, proteins obviously aren't bad, but there must be some good in vegetables.
So I don't believe long-term that it's adequate for the systems of our body to have the adequacy of these micronutrients that are not found in animals only.
They're found in plants.
I think we need plants.
And I don't knock so much the butter in the meats as long as, this is very important, we should dig into this, good sourced.
It's all about what you eat eats.
Very true.
I'm into that.
Now, breaking this down a little bit, let's talk about some of the myths or maybe misconceptions about some of these items on her menu every day.
Now, we are told, of course, that cholesterol is a terrible thing, it's a horrible thing, and that things like fats, butter, steak, red meat, etc., leads to high cholesterol, which then leads to things like...
Heart issues, heart attacks, overweight cancers, and the like.
But what I've come to find, and again, everyone has different research.
If you follow a carnivore diet guru, you're probably going to get what I'm about to say.
If you follow someone who's a vegan guru or a vegetarian guru, you might find contrasting advice.
But what I've kind of been hearing over the last year or so is that...
Butter, good butter, like grass-fed butter, you know, whole butter is actually good for you.
It's something that you should be consuming more every day.
And that red meat also contains lots of nutrients, lots of zinc, lots of great minerals, and that we should be actually consuming more of that too in our diet.
And if you have that every day, that actually is a really good complete food.
Instead of staying away from red meat and staying away from butter and fats like avocado fat or You know, avocados or olive oil.
What say you to that?
And a lot of these experts say that you should be incorporating more of these red meats and fats in your diet, and it will not lead to weight gain or high cholesterol.
Because your body needs that.
Again, I'll throw that to you now.
Well, that would be true.
Cholesterol, just because it goes up, means nothing.
We have to have cholesterol for our brain, for cell membrane repair, and hormone formation, among other things.
So to just lower that because it went up is really stupid.
I'll just be blunt about that.
So it doesn't really matter what cholesterol is.
I get that question every day when there's an alarmist clinician that tells a person your cholesterol is how we want to go on a statin drug.
And I probably have that discussion every day with somebody.
Talk them off the edge and realize that information has been proven false.
Now, as far as butter and meat and all that goes, the reason I stated it's very important to know what you eat eats is because of this fact.
Those items have a lot of fat.
Is fat bad?
No.
But fat is a holder of toxins.
We know it in humans.
If a human fat person gets fat and they're toxic, that's going to lead to cancers.
But if you're having a cow that's fed stuff that makes them fat fast, and then that cow is creating a steak, which is a muscle that has fat wound through the muscle.
Now, you've got to think about this.
Does it seem sensible to eat an unhealthy cow for health?
Doesn't seem right.
Because why would a cow, if they're healthy, have fat running through their muscle?
That doesn't make sense either.
Yeah.
So if fat's running through their muscle and they've been fed things that make them very fat fast and have been given hormones and antibiotics and other things, then what you're consuming from the fat...
Is the toxins in the fat that you just ate.
So there's that struggle we've got to get.
So good sourced meat, good sourced butter, beef tallow, all that is great.
Have it, eat it, etc.
But caution, word of the warning is stay away of conventional animal feeding operation produced meat, which is how they do it in America.
So we could be creating another problem with good intentions.
Yeah, it's true.
I mean, a lot of cows and a lot of pigs, I mean, they're fed, what I hear, garbage and literal garbage and plastic and, you know, things with the wrapper on and just really, really grotesque things that you would never want to personally eat, but they're eating it.
So, and unfortunately, a lot of what you're saying that the good sourced meats and cows, they come from smaller farms and they're typically, that meat is usually way more expensive.
Than just the, you know, run-of-the-mill store-bought meat.
And it starts racking up the dollars, right?
I mean, if you're starting to incorporate this on a daily basis, or more at least during the week, and you try to get it from good sources, that is going to be expensive.
And I think that's where a lot of people end up, you know, going the wrong course with these kind of carnivore diets.
They get cheap meat.
And then it defeats the purpose of what they're trying to accomplish here, like you said.
It does.
And I think that people need to go ahead and do their homework, spend the money, because the bottom line is there's a ton of nutrients in there.
But the nutrient quantity or density varies between cow to cow, depending on what they eat.
Yeah.
Because that's how we get nutrients in our body.
What we eat is broken down in our gut, separated out, and then transported to cells to be used.
But what if you're eating a nutrient-inefficient piece of meat?
That possibility right there is highly likely when you're getting sourced meat from an inadequate farm that serves the cows stuff that's trashed to make them fat fast, just like we could serve humans trashy food and make them fat fast.
That's why there's such a thing as fast, remove the S. Food.
And it's interesting how we ran into this.
And you mentioned cholesterol.
This is a tip I'll give the listeners and viewers right now.
If you have elevated LDL or LDL at all, it is irrelevant unless you test the following markers with it.
Oxidized LDL, lipoprotein phospholipase associated marker, which is LPPLA2. And then you also have to check for lipid fractionation.
So you have to check for small particle damage.
Otherwise, the whole discussion about cholesterol is completely irrelevant.
And don't go get a statin drug just because someone says so, because that can cause all sorts of chaos in your body.
Okay, gotcha.
That clarifies a lot.
And a lot of people...
Just to close this loop, a lot of people in the carnivore world also have this belief that vegetables are very bad.
Like, they shouldn't be eaten.
They weren't supposed to be eaten.
And especially in large quantities.
They say, well, you can get everything that you can from a vegetable in meat.
But you're saying, no, you really do need to have a good balance of vegetables and meat.
You do.
And I go back to that story I just told a bit ago.
I didn't make that up, you know.
Yeah.
And why was Adam and Eve put in a garden instead of a herd?
I mean, think through that just for one second, you know?
So I'm just talking some common sense here.
I do micronutrient testing.
I can tell you that a piece of meat is gonna be lacking some things.
There's no question.
It will be lacking nutrients that are found only in plants.
And I do know that nutrients in plants are important.
So I don't eat, you know, garbage.
I will eat meat.
I don't necessarily buy meat because I like venison because I like to hunt, quite frankly, you know, and so I'll eat that.
I'm going to have some even today.
And so I like fish, too.
And people would say, well, don't eat fish.
That's gross.
Well, they may not like the taste, but I do, and it's still good for you.
I think there's a lot of variabilities.
I don't think there's really one set way that's quote-unquote right to eat other than Just don't eat garbage and eat natural foods.
I've watched all these fads go from various directions.
And if you eat good foods, good wholesome foods, and take care of yourself and exercise, you're probably going to be all right.
And then certainly connect with a practitioner that's going to be able to walk you through the nuances of the proper testing so that you're not lacking.
The last thing I'll say about proper testing is genetically speaking, we all break down and transport and store fat differently.
I have seen some cases, though rare, that people on a carnivore diet that was not well-sourced created small particle damage on those lipid molecules and created a heart disease process.
Wow.
Okay.
Yeah.
So genetics testing is very, very important to see if this is going to work for you, if this maybe isn't the right diet for you or the right nutrition plan or lifestyle choice for you.
Yes, and certainly with plants, I can't find any valid reason why any person would say they're bad for you.
That doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
Now, there's people that don't like the taste and have bitter taste receptors and may not have grown up eating vegetables.
I get all that.
There's ways around that, too.
You can supplement.
You can take other things around it.
But in anything you do, it's about complete nutrition.
It's about complete adequacy of our micronutrient patterns.
Okay, awesome.
Thanks for clearing that up, clarifying that, doctor.
Now, I want to ask you this question, kind of a curveball, but I want to open this up more next.
I want to start the conversation and go into more detail next session because I think this is really important.
We've been hearing a lot about this.
A lot of people have been actually hearing a lot of different things for the first time since RFK has been.
In the spotlight and since he's been going through his confirmation process, he's been saying a lot of things that the news doesn't want to cover.
And one of those things is him talking about dyes in foods, in snacks, in packaged foods, in children's foods, in pretty much everything.
But things like red dye and yellow dye and how these artificial dyes can, you know, studies have shown they definitely lead to cancer.
They lead to a host of other health issues like ADHD and behavioral issues and all sorts of things.
So can you can you talk about that a little bit and then we'll expand more next time?
Of course.
So these things are artificial dyes.
They've been in things like cereals and food bars for a number of years and even drinks for kids because the kids like colors.
I think, you know, it's it's a con job in a sense.
My wife and I have been talking about this for a long time.
If it's not natural flavors, natural colors, natural source, natural package, it's not natural food.
Common sense to...
Now, we need to be a little cautious about this because, yes, all he is saying is correct from what I've heard about those things.
They're dangerous.
They're horrible.
There's a whole bunch of other things that do the same thing.
We cannot fall into the trap of saying this one thing causes that thing because there's a whole host of problems.
The human body is able to tolerate some stuff, even though it's not any good for a while.
But the worse and worse that the condition of our terrain, you know, our human body gets because of poor nutrition, poor lifestyle habits that we just talked about, the worse resiliency it gets.
So we're going to be hard-pressed with saying ADD, which I don't believe in that mess at all for a lot of different reasons, is caused by Red dye or yellow dye or blue dye.
That might be a cop-out, and some of the people might want to do that.
But these things, these discussions can result, Deanna, in nothing more than an excuse-driven life.
Well, I'm going to avoid red dye because I don't want to get ADHD. Well, that's not going to solve the problem.
So you can see where I'm going with that.
A lot to discuss on those concepts and issues, but I'm glad he's there.
I'm glad there's a conversation about it, and I think it's nothing more beneficial than this subject for America right at this time.
Yeah, absolutely.
I mean, as a consumer and as a mother, I was just shocked that, A, this is kind of the first time I'm hearing about this, B, that it's in everything.
I mean, not in everything, but it's in a lot of things, and especially with kids' stuff, because so many of kids' foods and snacks are different colors.
And you're saying, wait a second, so it's in a kid's snack, but it's totally toxic.
It's really diabolical.
When you go down this health rabbit hole and you just see how many different poisons they're putting in our food that we consume every day, it's just nothing short of diabolical and evil.
I love that word.
I think that's great because it doesn't even pass the test of reasonable.
It almost goes into like this...
Concept of just mental illness that we're doing that we feel nothing.
And I watch parents, grandparents thinks it's funny to quote-unquote spoil their grandkids.
I don't think it's funny because right now childhood obesity is 12% for ages 2 to 6. We're seeing autism grow, autoimmune conditions grow.
It's not okay.
This is our future, and I'm passionate about it, and I want everybody listening to look themselves in the mirror and commit right now to say, I'm not going to be part of the problem.
And throw that mess out and do not give it to anybody, not even an enemy, because it's actually a murderous thing.
Amen.
Always enlightening, always informational and inspiring.
Tell everybody, of course, where they can find you and follow you, Dr. Sherwin.
