Millstone Report w Paul Harrell: Commie California Judge Sends J6 Patriot Ben Martin BACK To Prison
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Thank you.
Thank you.
My name is Paul Harreld.
This is the Millstone Report.
And as always, we can't do the program without you watching every single day.
We've got a great show for you.
For those of you that haven't heard the news, maybe you heard the news yesterday that President Trump revoked the security clearance.
And protections of John Bolton.
Well, he's now revoked the security clearances of Mike Pompeo.
So just think, all that Ozempic, all that money, all that Ozempic just totally wasted.
Mike Pompeo.
Is there enough Ozempic in the world that could make Donald Trump trust Mike Pompeo ever again?
That is the question of the day on the program today.
But we've got a great show.
We've got a lot of stuff to get to.
As really all week, everything is moving at lightning speed.
One of the things we're going to talk about today, though, are, you know, in the wake of the victory, many people praising God, J6ers specifically, for being pardoned, for being freed, for being, you know, set free, this injustice, the American gulag system that has punished these J6ers.
You know, many people think violation of, you know, the cruel and unusual punishment amendment, 8th Amendment, I think.
Well, this Twitter thread, or X-thread, caught my attention over the last couple of days.
It's from formerfeds.org, and it talks about a specific January 6th by the name of Ben Martin.
Thoughts and prayers tonight with the great American J6er Ben Martin, who must report to prison tomorrow to begin serving a 38-month sentence during the search and arrest warrant executed at his home.
Authorities also targeted a locked gun safe in his garage belonging to his wife, a safe for which Ben did not even have the code.
The circumstances surrounding this case are complex, but one thing is clear, this is a travesty of justice and a glaring example of selective prosecution.
The entire basis for the surveillance where police photographed the safe from the street and the subsequent search warrant affidavit was Ben's involvement in J6, and that's key here.
Adding fuel to the fire, local law enforcement had a known disdain for Ben because he was outspoken against mask mandates.
Ben's decision to document J6 has led to not one, but two separate federal prosecutions, one in Washington, D.C., and another in California.
In a stunning twist, the California judge ruled that the gun charges were unrelated to J6, even though that's why the authorities were there in the first place.
Even though the J6 was the sole basis for the search warrant that led to their discovery.
Tonight, let's pray for Ben Martin.
Stand in solidarity with him.
And share this post to spread the word about his unjust treatment.
Ben, we want you to know that you have our unwavering support, love and support.
We will not rest until you are free, Ben.
Leave no J6er behind.
Now, the founder of this organization, formerfeds.org, is a man by the name of Brad Geyer.
Brad Geyer is an attorney.
He's also a representative.
For Ben Martin, and he joins us now to talk more about this.
Brad, welcome to the Millstone Report, sir.
Thank you so much for joining us.
Helping us get the word out to the country and to the new administration about this grave injustice.
Absolutely.
Let me just ask you, first of all, when did you first hear about Ben Martin?
We just read what's currently going on, but how did you get affiliated, and when did you start watching this particular case?
I got involved in June of last year.
The January 6th part of the case was going forward with Judge Contreras, and I was working with his then-current counsel, two great counsels, to swap out defenses for a variety of reasons that had nothing to do with...
Their capabilities.
They're really fantastic.
That was turned down, and they stayed with it, defending both cases, and we provided some logistical support in the background.
It was an unbelievably difficult risk situation for a law firm representing Two separately charged cases in two different states where the chief defense witness is the spouse of the January Sixers, certainly under these crazy times.
Wow.
Okay, so can you just kind of walk us through where we are?
Your post there kind of spells it out.
But, I mean, everybody was elated.
All the J6ers, for the most part, I mean, most all of them, elated, right?
Donald Trump signs these blanket pardons, and Ben Martin gets out of jail, and now he's ordered back to jail, right?
Because this California judge, I mean, it just seems like this is a vindictive California judge to me.
So, in the lead-up to January 6th, Ben was very much involved in the anti-masking fight.
He had a podcast on Facebook that had tens of thousands of followers.
And, of course, he got banned like so many others.
But as a result of that, he got inquiries and intense focus and interest by the local law enforcement agencies even prior to January 6th.
When he went to January 6th, he was with his dad, and they were heading back for a nap after the president spoke at the Ellipse.
And they figured they'd get something to eat after about 30 minutes.
They came downstairs and they heard that the Capitol had been overrun.
Ben and his dad Walked over to the Capitol.
Actually, Ben bounded forward.
He wanted to capture it on film.
And in fact, that's what he did.
He was in the building for maybe 45 seconds, and he was able to document some of the extreme forms of police force that were used.
At no time did he engage in any violence.
He was professional and courteous with all the officers.
At one point, he asked, Can I come in here?
And the officer responded, this isn't going to get you to the house.
That's actually another door.
With a strong implication that he was free to walk in.
And in fact, people were walking in and out with, you know, nobody being apprehended, arrested, or even warned not to go in.
So he goes back home.
And of course...
Strange things start happening.
He's under surveillance.
And in fact, you can see that they really put him under intense focus.
And at some point, looking into his garage, they're able to see a gun safe.
You know, this is like, you know, a secret treasure full of jewels for anybody wanting to...
Have a prosecution on a January 6th.
So they ended up executing search warrants.
If you read the underlying search warrant for the safe, the whole thing is based on him being president at January 6th.
It has the same laundry list of tired, oft-repeated generalities of the day, none of which really had any.
uh involvement with him specifically um and that that provided the basis for searching the safe now as you said the safe was his wife's he didn't have the combination it was a seven digit combination but the backstory on the safe is very interesting because when uh some of the weapons been purchased in prior years and when um Those weapons were purchased.
He lived somewhere else, and his now wife lives somewhere else.
They were in two separate residences.
So when he had a misdemeanor, which he pled no contest to, and in the lead-up to this hearing, he was told that he had to transfer any weapons that he had.
Which he thought he did.
He went onto the state platform, very clunky, you know, the best of 1990s technology platform, and thought that those transfers were made to his wife.
He went through the hearing, the no-contest hearing, and nobody mentioned the weapons, so the assumption he made is that everything had gone through hunky-dory.
Sometime after that hearing, he and his wife moved to a new room.
Oh, and by the way, at the time of that hearing, he took the literature from the safe and the information about the password.
He took it from his old house location and actually physically handed it over to his wife and said, I can no longer access the house.
We're moving to this new location.
When we move this safe, it's got to be yours.
I can't touch it.
They move into the new house.
They asked Ben, when the search warrant's being executed, You know, we want to open up the safe.
We don't have to go into it.
Do you know what the password?
He's like, I don't remember.
Maybe it's, you know, and he spurts out a number.
Turned out to be wrong because he hadn't thought about it for many years at this point.
So they end up having to open it.
They find four long arms, semi-automatic rifle and a pistol, along with documents which are actually You know corroborate the fact that he hadn't accessed it for a long time.
There was a 2014 tax records which predated the no contest plea in December of 2018. There was a 2017 Costco renewal form.
There was a 2017 dental bill.
And there was in the house somewhere It was a receipt for a purchase that Bennett made for one of the weapons in 2013. So basically, these were not his weapons.
They were his wife's and his father-in-law's weapons.
They made an effort to transfer the title as legally required.
Because of this misdemeanor, that allows the government to charge a 922G. I don't recall the subpartum, but it's a felony.
felony the judicial system is obviously what you're describing here is just another example of the corrupt judicial system you know they're trying to put him in jail understand for is it 38 months is that what it is 38 months yes and then this is insane so my question to you does a presidential pardon mean anything this man was pardoned by the president of the united states so what can we do is there any recourse to get ben martin out of jail
well his current counsels uh actually had a hearing in front of the state court judge um Who actually, I'm told, laughed at their request for a briefing schedule where they could brief what they viewed the proper interpretation of the pardon to be.
That is, that this search never would have occurred but for the search warrant affidavit, which was all about, you know, January 6th.
It didn't go very far.
And Ben reported yesterday at around 2 o'clock.
And he's in, sadly, he's in federal custody right now.
The question is, do these gun charges relate to January 6th?
Of course, I clearly would argue that they do.
I would argue that.
It's very likely the administration, when it handed down these pardons, it attempted to encompass additional charges like this that were the result of selective prosecution, selective enforcement, insane focus on how do we get this guy the maximum amount of time in prison.
That's kind of how they came at it.
So there's some legal challenges here that are in front of us.
And of course, we're trying to get the word out to the new administration.
By the way, thank you so much, Mr. President, for these pardons.
You've literally given thousands of American families a new lease on life.
Thank you so much.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
okay so is it your hope you know to get in touch with the new administration is it your hope that there could there be a specific pardon or um is it is it going to be do they need to clarify the the pardon that they've already given um and and and is this still i guess here's my other question is this is this california judge um is this a state issue or is this still a federal issue It's still a federal issue.
It's a federal judge, and the judge issued a ruling that, you know, It thought was the right ruling.
You know, that's our system.
We occasionally disagree.
And I would think that there are many other cases like this one, because I do believe that in executing arrest warrants on January Sixers, the government really had a zeal about stacking charges if it saw the opportunity to.
And they never would have otherwise had the opportunity to be in people's houses or even have reason for having an interest in these poor people.
So I think there's going to be, as the days begin to tick away, we're going to see more instances of Ben Martin type of situations happening.
And I'd like to reach out to those counsel.
Maybe we can join together, prepare a briefing document for the parting committee.
I have another client, Ken Harrelson, who was one of the Oath Keepers in the Oath Keepers 1 trial.
Even though I got him acquitted of the erroneous sedition charges, they're completely erroneous.
In my opinion, nobody engaged in sedition, but I even convinced a D.C. jury that my client didn't engage in sedition, if you can even believe it.
But his sentence has only been commuted at the moment, I suspect, because properly they want to take a close look at those cases and make sure that they have a good basis for making an ultimate pardon determination.
I'm looking just real quick at another case for another J6-er, because you mentioned you think there's a lot more, and I would agree with you here, looking at the case of Florida, down in Florida, Jeremy Brown.
Biden's feds tried to enlist Jeremy Brown as an informant in the Oath Keepers.
Then Jeremy recorded it.
Now he's deep state target number one.
There was some hope a couple of days ago.
Lara Logan, investigative journalist, tweeting that they thought Jeremy was going to be released from prison.
That is not the case.
So we had some hope.
National file reporting, they've emailed Governor Ron DeSantis' press office to let them know about the Jeremy Brown situation because he's still in jail.
It says here, you know, we're hoping to read you both in on the situation.
Here's the J6er who is being held by the Bureau of Prisons based on falsely executed search warrants in Ron DeSantis' Florida.
And they were, you know, linked to an older article about this whole situation.
What do you know about this case, Brad Geyer?
I actually know a little bit about that case, Paul, because on the eve of the Oath Keepers trial, there was a motion and limiting file to introduce two hand grenades that had been recovered from an SUV that was in the curtilage at Jeremy Brown's house.
It was a surprise to us.
And I did not learn from the government, although when I let them know that I had found this information, they quickly provided me with additional information.
But I got through another party information about the progeny of those two hand grenades that were recovered.
And those two hand grenades, one came from Germany in like the 1980s, I want to say.
And another one, the trail was lost after, I think it was an Arkansas military base maybe, and it may have spanned back to the 1980s.
They did some DNA testing on it to try to link it to Jeremy Brown, and they were unsuccessful.
I think they ran two or three batteries of tests.
They even sent agents back into the house to take carpet samples.
You know, desperately trying to tie it to Jeremy.
And they were unable to.
But they did find DNA on the hand grenades.
So there was another person's DNA on the hand grenades that was not Jeremy's.
They were never able to tie anything to Jeremy other than the fact that it somehow mysteriously appeared in this unlocked SUV that was in the curtilage.
The reason it impacted us in the Oath Keepers 1 trial is on the eve of trial.
We get this motion to introduce these hand grenades against the Oath Keepers.
I mean, it was just, I can't even believe that.
And so I, again, very, very pressed for time, very stressful.
I pulled together a motion to suppress.
We fought it out the next day in front of Judge Mehta.
I lost.
But, to the government's credit, they never sought to introduce the evidence.
And I'm grateful to them for that.
But yeah, Jeremy Brown, the other issue about Jeremy Brown is they made two documented efforts to recruit him as a confidential human source, what we call a CHS, in November and December of 2020. And this was around the same time,
in December, Mike Edwards, who was In charge of Oath Keepers operations in Florida, handed off all of his membership application information and the reins to the organizations to Kelly Meggs, literally two weeks before January 6th.
And we got through discovery that Mike Edwards had been a CHS, but it terminated his paid relationship with the U.S. government sometime, I think, around September of 2020. Very interested in developing that and other evidence about confidential human sourcing.
It's just incredible.
And yet we still have, you know, mainstream news media sticking to this insurrection narrative.
You know, and it's just, it's absolutely nuts.
You know, we've known the truth for a long time.
You know, that's why they call it the fedsurrection.
You know, this was a...
A Fed op.
It was entrapment, if not even worse than that.
And I want to thank you, Brad Geier, for your work on this.
And I want to invite you back on the show whenever you have anything else to report.
I mean, there's still work to be done.
Very, very happy with Donald Trump's blanket pardons.
But then we have a system that is so corrupt.
That they don't want to release these prisoners in a timely manner, and now they want to basically, I think, make up, you know, do this judicial sleight of hand to figure out a way to keep these people in prison, and I think it's because, you know, personally they're invested, and they...
They don't want justice to be neutral.
They have partiality, and they want to make Trump supporters pay.
This is about making Trump supporters pay.
That's what I firmly believe.
And I'll give you the last word, sir.
I'll just point out to anybody watching this who's going into the administration, my swan song as a January 6th defense counsel in the form of about nine motions.
I filed just earlier this month in U.S. v.
Dahlquist.
It's 24 CR 443. Included there is sort of a roadmap regarding discovery and concerns that I had regarding undisclosed CHS that spanned back to May of 2021 where I identified 110 suspected suspicious actors and or material witnesses.
I estimated back then our internal working numbers then would be that 20-30% ultimately would be confirmed to CHS. But it's a roadmap for anybody who's now inside the government and wants to get a handle on what would happen.
I hope it's helpful.
Real quick, can you tell us about your website, formerfeds.org?
Yeah, formerfeds.org.
We flock to the defense of...
Anyone that had their constitutional rights stomped on, from January 6th defendants to Amish farmers with Robert Barnes, the great Robert Barnes.
I represent ethnic Chinese who had their wealth basically confiscated, I believe unlawfully, by the U.S. government.
And at that website, formerfeds.org, also BetrayalProject.org, we've documented 1,500 eyewitness accounts of next of kin.
Who lost their loved ones to the hospital treatment protocols, namely from the 50 drugs through remdesivir.
Never allow your loved one to get remdesivir.
Never, never, never allow your loved one to get remdesivir, if you remember anything, and venting.
And we've documented 1,500 of those instances.
We're all a volunteer-based organization.
Pretty much everybody in the organization lost a loved one to the protocols.
Wow.
And so what do you...
I'm sorry to keep you, but...
I don't believe it's binding.
I can see a lot of ways to get around it.
I don't think you can pardon crimes against humanity.
I don't think you can pardon treason.
It's a prospective pardon.
There are ways to challenge it that way.
But we can certainly investigate it.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. knows...
Everything that we know and then some.
He's one of the smartest attorneys in this space.
I can see why they're desperate to keep him out.
I think the President and the American people are going to be well served.
Brad Geier, we really appreciate it.
FormerFeds.org.
Thank you so much for the work you're doing, the work you have done, the work you're going to do.
God bless you, sir.
We appreciate it.
God bless you, Paul.
Thank you so much for the work you do.
We couldn't have done it without you.
Hey, thank you very much.
We appreciate it.
Folks, before we go any further, I want to tell you about Man's Edge.
We know there's a testosterone crisis in this country.
We got less testosterone than our fathers, than our grandfathers.
It's really a shame, you know, especially when you think about the poison food, you know, the poison environment, the toxins all around us.
I think it's obviously by design.
There are natural ways to boost your testosterone, especially as you age.
Man's Edge Natural Testosterone Booster with IGF-1.
Rebuild, repair, rejuvenate, and there's never been a better time to get men more testosterone as we are watching...
I hope the last gasps of the gynocracy that is essentially the idol of our nation.

All right, so the World Economic Forum is in the middle of meeting.
I understand Donald Trump's supposed to make a speech.
Maybe he already has.
I think he already has, but he said that one of the things that Trump said at the World Economic Forum that I saw right before we went on the air...
Was that he wants the United States to become the AI and crypto capital of the world.
Artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency capital of the world.
Which, that should make investors in crypto very happy, I'm sure.
Look, the World Economic Forum, as far as I'm concerned, needs to be declared a terrorist organization.
I mean, these people plot against humanity.
They plot against humanity.
They plot against the family, the family unit.
They are all for transhumanism.
And yet, you've got people making trips to Davos and everything else, Republican governors.
I think my own governor of Arkansas, I think Sarah Huckabee Sanders, I even read somewhere, is going over there.
To me, the only reason to even go over there is to tell these people...
That they are corrupt, that they are evil, that they are wicked, and their plans of global domination and their fantasies of being real-life James Bond villains are coming to an end because we're going to declare the organization evil and basically a bunch of intellectual terrorists thinking up ways to blot out the sun to fight climate change.
These are only some of the things that they've talked about, right?
They are full of global degenerates.
So I've got no room for it at all.
In the meantime, we're going to report on what's going on there.
But here is my question in saying all of that, because it's easy for me to just be black and white and be done with it all.
As I'm looking at some of these video clips, headlines, things like that, I'm wondering if we are not in the midst, certainly in the midst of a tide change, but...
What does it exactly mean?
Are we about to see old alliances turn hostile?
And what I mean by that is, let's take the United Kingdom.
Let's take Ken Starmer, for example.
You could just take the European Union in a nutshell.
At least from a foreshadowing standpoint, the small stones that triggered an avalanche in the world could be traced back to the Brexit movement.
Earlier in 2016, before the first election, the first stunning election victory of Donald Trump.
And ever since then, it's been fighting.
We've got the intel oligarchs, we've got the Five Eyes, we've got this vision for the European Union that these people do not want to abandon.
Is all of that about to change?
Is NATO about to change?
Are all of these, you know, old alliances, are there going to start to be hostile relations between the United States and UK, between the United States and Europe or Germany or France or whatever, is my question.
And I'm wondering.
As Donald Trump starts to say, hey look, these countries, you're going to pay your fair share.
Now, that's where I found this over on X. We've got Mel here, who is the village, known on X as the village crazy lady.
She's a great follow.
Very interesting stuff.
She says, I don't know how I missed this.
So Steve Witkoff, who is the liaison in the Middle East for the Trump administration.
He's the guy that's tried to broker this ceasefire agreement between Israel, Netanyahu, and Gaza, and the Palestinians, and Hamas.
And this is what he said on Inauguration Day.
Let me pipe this in here.
That the full weight of the United States is behind me.
The principles President Trump has laid out for our approach to the Middle East and foreign policy in general are fourfold, and they are clear.
One, respect for sovereignty.
Every nation deserves the right to determine its own destiny, free from the interference of external powers.
Two, economic prosperity as a bridge to stability.
Through economic partnerships and investment, we can build a foundation for cooperation that transcends historical grievances.
Three, courageous diplomacy.
Real progress requires difficult conversations and bold decisions, and it is through these that trust is built and maintained.
And finally, four, reciprocity and accountability.
The United States requires reciprocal actions from our partners.
We are done carrying the financial burden for nations that are unwilling to fund their own progress.
The days of blank checks are over.
So here's the deal.
So Village Crazy Lady, or Mel, over on X. Reciprocity and accountability.
The United States requires reciprocal actions from our partners.
We are done carrying the financial burden for nations that are unwilling to fund their own progress.
The days of blank checks are over.
Partnerships must be equitable, he goes on to say, and contributions must reflect shared commitments to our goals.
Now Mel says, we all know exactly who Whitcoff is talking to here.
No wonder Mark Levin was having a conniption yesterday.
So Mel on X is saying that...
This is directed at Benjamin Netanyahu.
I don't know if that's the case.
I mean, we did have the news a couple of days ago that foreign aid was going to be paused to all nations for 90 days.
Then we found out that that did not include Israel.
That did not include Ukraine.
Of course, foreign aid is a money laundering scam for NGOs.
You know, American NGOs, you know, it ends up getting laundered, getting put back into the politicians' pockets or the family members of politicians.
I mean, we do need to freeze foreign aid everywhere, okay?
We don't need to have little exceptions.
But then this is what I'm also talking about, okay?
In terms of are we witnessing, you know, are we witnessing, I guess, Are we witnessing an upset of the apple cart?
Jim Ferguson from across the pond is talking about this speech from the Senate floor by Senator Kennedy from Louisiana and sounded something like this.
Mr. President, I'm sorry.
Let me say one other thing quickly.
I didn't mean to go on this long.
You've heard me talk about this before.
I'm going to talk about it again.
This is India.
This is China.
Right here, these are the Chagos Islands.
Right now, owned by the United Kingdom.
And America, the United States of America, with your tax dollars, has a very important military base on the Chagos Islands, on an island called Diego Garcia.
Now, the United Nations, as I've said before, has said to Britain, UK, which acquired the Chagos Islands from France, the folks at the United Nations, with their whey protein powder and man purses, They say bad United Kingdom.
Bad United Kingdom.
It's a European carry-all.
You're a bunch of colonialists.
Give it back.
Give the Chagos Islands back.
Not give them back to the people of the Chagos Islands.
Give it back to this island down here.
Mauritius.
Mauritius.
Over a thousand miles away.
Give it back to Mauritius.
He is such a character, man.
That's who had it.
It's hard to even listen to take seriously.
When France transferred...
Mauritius was a province of France when France transferred all its ownership to Mauritius and to the Chagos Islands.
All right, I'm going to save you a little time here.
He said he wasn't going to take very long, and in the Senate world, that means at least four minutes, almost five.
Ken Starmer is wanting to do this, and then it would require the United States to then lease our military base to the tune of like $9 billion a year in order to keep our military base there.
That's what Ken Starmer is essentially setting up.
Kennedy not having it.
Let's see here.
We may need to refresh this page.
Yeah, here we go.
Check this out.
Already China is trying to be Mauritius' best friend.
And I don't have anything against the government of Mauritius.
They're wonderful people.
I understand they want the money.
They want our money.
They want your money.
They want us to pay them for our own military base.
We need to stop this deal.
President Trump and Secretary Rubio need to pick up the phone and call Prime Minister Stormer.
In the United Kingdom and say to the Prime Minister, Mr. Prime Minister, with all due respect, stop dipping into your ketamine stash.
Put down the bong.
Stop dipping into your ketamine stash and put down the bong.
Okay?
Alright?
So again, our traditional ally, I mean, really and truly you would expect this to happen, right?
I mean, if you really are going to start promoting the national interest, nationalism, of the people that actually live in America, and for forever we've just been, oh no, we need one global government, or we need to diminish the idea of boundaries, diminish the idea of nation-state, then you would expect those that are still committed to that ideology would have a problem if Donald Trump actually is going to.
I don't know.
And there are signs, right?
Eliminating the security clearance of John Bolton, eliminating the security clearance of Mike Pompeo.
And then we have this, the World Economic Forum, talking head here, admitting defeat.
Trump has done something no person in the world has ever done before.
A dead man, a dead politician has risen.
Somebody who, a year, if we were four years ago at Davos, he's buried, dead politically, known to me.
He's now returned.
This is the greatest comeback in political history of a politician.
And then, therefore, he thinks he can do anything.
We need to also factor in not only who's won, which is Trump, but who's lost, which is to say us.
And I guess I would add, throw into that, that the epitome of the us who is losing here is Europe.
The European Union and by and large its member states have misread the direction where events were going.
The causes that it is interested in, climate, human rights, some others, as well as the methods of diplomacy that it prefers, are simply being gradually kind of marginalized as something new.
Not necessarily something better, but something new.
Again, I think they understand there's certainly a tide shift or a potential one on its way.
I mean, we have to wait and see if these things actually get implemented.
But there you have it there.
I mean, people are like, yeah, Europe has lost in this.
And what is Europe other than, you know, an attempt at some sort of utopia?
It's an attempt at a utopia where there are no borders.
There is no nationalistic identity for the most part.
Or if there is, we're working really hard to diminish it.
We're working really, really hard to shame people because of their heritage, their race.
Look at this.
I just want everybody to know, anybody going to the World Economic Forum and you don't want to acknowledge that they've intentionally put three sixes, six, six, six, in their logo, I don't know what else to tell you, right?
I mean, the World Economic Forum, you know, it exists, but in my opinion, it's altogether evil.
I don't see how, you know, look, they put this stuff in there on purpose so you know what you're getting.
They cannot resist.
And at the same time, we've got Ezra Levant stalking down the CEO of BlackRock on the streets of Davos yesterday.
Mr. Fink, are you going to follow Donald Trump's plan and get rid of DEI and ESG in your companies?
BlackRock really is the opposite of Donald Trump in so many ways.
You're authoritarian, you're anti-populist, you're top-down.
Are you going to change it all in light of the U.S. presidency?
How has Donald Trump, have you talked to Donald Trump since he was elected?
Is the World Economic Forum a counterpoint to Donald Trump?
Why are you running away from simple questions?
Just answer a question.
Have you talked to President Trump yet?
Why are your bodyguards pushing away journalists, Mr. Fink?
This is the guy, right?
I mean, you wonder why, like, in lockstep.
In lockstep.
Coca-Cola.
Tractor Supply.
Greenway.
You know, other companies.
All of a sudden, in lockstep, you wonder why.
The NBA, Major League Baseball, the NFL, everything the last four years, really the last eight years.
It's all been in lockstep telling people the same narrative, right?
Whether it's a Black Lives Matter narrative, whether it's an anti-white narrative, whether it's we've got to promote sodomy and we've got to tell people that it is not only okay, but it's preferred, right?
The celebration of the rainbow, all of these things that every...
It just seems like every...
Aspect of our society, all the companies, everything that we buy, owned by people that are pushing 100% propaganda.
Larry Fink is one of the key people behind all of it because BlackRock is the one that owns all of those companies or owns a majority of all of those companies.
Is peace the last thing you want on this world?
Which makes more money for you?
War in Ukraine or peace in Ukraine?
Ezra Levant's my name, Mr. Fink.
Did you just take a photo of you?
Am I supposed to be scared?
Is that a threat, Mr. Fink?
Are you used to bullying your wife?
That's a great question.
What makes Larry Fink more money?
War in the Middle East?
War in Ukraine?
Or peace in the Middle East?
Peace in Ukraine?
I think we all know the answer to this.
We all know the answer to this.
With all of this change that we hope actually materializes, and a lot of it has, there were many people out there, let's just say it, okay?
We have to say it.
There were many people out there that had their doubts, many of them vocal.
Donald Trump will never pardon the J6ers.
He's not going to do it.
Donald Trump will never, you know, shake off the neocons.
And by the way, that's still kind of, we're going to put a bookmark there.
Rubio, although he sounds at his confirmation hearings like he's rejecting the post-Cold War consensus, and he sounded...
I never thought I'd hear those words out of his mouth.
You still have to keep him on a tight leash.
By the way, I will...
Rubio, and we're going to play this in a minute, because we're going to do it any time.
It's such a stark contrast.
You have an American Secretary of State claiming Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
Well, praise the Lord.
Praise the Lord for that.
But I guess the question is, you know, there have been already giant moves made in less than a week.
These things have to continue to happen.
We also have red flags.
We have red flags out there, right?
The whole Stargate project with AI and everything else and the guy getting up there talking about mRNA vaccines.
No thanks.
That's tone deaf.
We must resist it with everything we have.
But we also had the news yesterday.
That the JFK files may be released imminently.
Then that was walked back, but we still wait.
Bridget Fertig says the CIA murdered JFK. The Warren Commission absolves the CIA. Nixon knows the CIA murdered JFK. Four of the five Watergate burglars work for the CIA. That whole Nixon thing was totally a setup and a frame job.
The CIA frames Nixon for Watergate.
Ford has chosen as Nixon's replacement.
Ford was on the Warren Commission.
How on God's green earth can anti-Trump liberals actually believe corruption in government started in 2016 because of Donald Trump?
The centerpiece of the downward spiral of our nation will always circle around to that fateful day of November 22, 1963, the day our own government murdered a sitting U.S. president on live TV who tried to push back against the cabal for We the People, while a compliant media covered it all up and still does to this day.
Corruption is being exposed.
At the inducted speed of light, the public should be furious.
People are starting to realize our government has been corrupt since its inception, and not only was President Trump not responsible for that, he's responsible for helping expose the fact.
People are awake now more than any other point in history, and you are starting to see it.
I share in that optimistic thought, although I'm not entirely sold out to it.
Again, sometimes I can be a black pill bulimic.
If you take the black pill, you've got to throw it back up because we're not supposed to despair.
We have hope and God is ultimately in control of everything that's going on, even the demons at the World Economic Forum.
Then we have stuff like this.
I mean, you talk about disclosure.
The CIA potentially were coming out.
Oh, and by the way, Mike Pompeo got his security clearance revoked.
Mike Pompeo prevented Trump from releasing the documents in his first term.
Mike Pompeo, Mr. Ozempic himself, all that Ozempic wasted because his security clearance is gone.
He's not in the administration.
He's not going to be in the administration.
That is a huge plus.
There's not enough Ozempic in the world that will make Donald Trump trust.
Mike Pompeo ever again, I hope.
Then you have this.
Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchett confirming...
Well, just take a listen.
Because the American public would say, why are you covering this up?
I guess you could say, why are they still covering up Kennedy?
The Kennedy assassination.
There's nothing there.
I mean, it's been over 50 years.
Everybody's dead.
This is about power.
It's about control.
It's about money.
It's about greed and corruption.
And that's what runs this country right now.
And that's a disgrace.
People are saying that this is all but an admission that the government killed JFK.
Now, could the JFK files be released be a limited hangout?
Right?
I mean, it very well could.
So we're going to wait and see, right?
We're going to wait and see.
There could be a limited hangout.
There could be some red herrings released in there where we don't actually, you know.
Was George H.W. Bush in Dallas?
I think we already know that he was, after they told us for years that he wasn't.
But who else?
Who else is involved?
Is there going to be anybody shielded from this release?
Again, we're going to wait and see.
Because we know.
So speaking of, again, here is Burchett again.
On Matt Gaetz's new show over on One American News.
It does seem a lot of these UAP sightings are over water.
Do you think there's anything to that and the basing concepts that you were laying out?
UFOs, folks.
I do when I've talked to people, or there are sonar people, and the way they hide it from us, Matt, they say it's because our sonar, I believe, I haven't been briefed on this, just from what I'm putting together, but we have some secret sonar.
But what's so crazy about it?
Like, we're hiding it from the Chinese.
Well, heck, Matt, the Chinese sold us the components for it.
They know it's in our sonar, probably better than we do.
But when they tell me something's moving at hundreds of miles an hour underwater, and our capabilities are, I don't think we have anything to do with 40 miles an hour, and these things, this one was as large as a football field underwater.
And this was a documented case.
And I have an admiral telling me this stuff.
And it just, to me...
So that's where you think the bases are, is underwater then, because of those reports?
I do.
I do.
I just think traveling light years, I think it happens.
I think it's possible in the vastness of God's great universe.
I mean, light years, you know, the light from those stars that we see at night left there before the time of Christ.
I mean, the vastness of God's great universe is unreal.
And I'm not worried about them harming me.
I mean, with that capability, they would have...
Okay, so, you know, you guys know me.
I reject the idea that these things are from outer space.
And what he is saying there, Congressman is saying, look, they've got a football field ship that can move 100 miles an hour underwater.
Okay.
All of this happening, these disclosures, a member of Congress saying these things, and at the same time, World Economic Forum is like, Trump...
That's why Biden pardoned different people in different, at least on paper, different sections, things that have to do with different ideas or different parts of American government, but yet they're all about the same thing eventually.
Incredible times that we're in right now.
Incredible.
Again, revoking the security clearance of Mike Pompeo.
Before we wrap up the show, we've got one more thing to get to, but before we do anything else, I do want to tell you about Carlos Cortez and Cortez Wealth Management.
You saw Larry Fink there walking in Davos.
That's the head of BlackRock.
He's the guy responsible.
We said, for all this DEI nonsense and all these other companies, why is everybody telling me the same thing?
Why is everybody propagandizing?
If you've got retirement income, why would you want to support Larry Fink?
Why would you want to support...
The companies that Larry Fink and BlackRock owns are Vanguard, right?
So ask Carlos Cortez.
Tell him I sent you.
And ask Carlos Cortez, what's an America First investment strategy?
Are there other ways to grow your wealth in retirement without having to invest in people that hate you?
CortezWM.com.
CortezWM.com.
Or call 813-448-3446.
That's 813-448-3446.
More on...
Man, I've got so many tabs still open to cover.
As we're winding things down, we've got about five minutes left.
The deportations have started.
I'm not going back to Haiti.
One of those threats is this illegal alien from Haiti.
Ice says he's a gang member.
I'm not going back to Haiti.
Slight correction.
Yes, you are.
I'm not going back to Haiti.
One of those threats is this illegal alien from Haiti.
Ice says he's a gang member with 17 criminal convictions in recent years.
F-Trump.
Biden forever.
Thank Obama for everything that he did for me, bro.
Thank Obama for everything that he did for me.
If the election were still going on, this would have been in a campaign ad.
No doubt about that.
I'm not going back to Haiti.
Ice Boston quickly takes down its next targets, including this illegal alien.
This is great.
We're going to, I mean, again, media reports like this are going to be great.
But we don't need 300. We don't need, you know, we need millions, okay?
We need millions.
But you got to start somewhere.
You have to start somewhere.
Here's Derek Evans reporting that President Trump just gave illegal alien deportation authority to ATF, the U.S. Marshals, and DEA agents, according to the Wall Street Journal.
We mentioned earlier when we were in our interview about the...
Earlier in our interview we mentioned Fauci getting pardoned.
Comedian Andrew Schultz is very upset about this for his own sake.
But Fauci took the pardon.
Fauci could say, I don't want the pardon.
I don't think I did anything wrong.
But he took the pardon.
I don't blame anybody for taking the pardon.
I do, because now you're guilty.
Because there are a lot of people that were on the January 6th committee that were offered a pardon.
And they said, no, I did my job.
I was supposed to investigate this.
I did what I was supposed to do.
I don't want the pardon.
If you're Fauci, you're not taking a pardon?
What's in my arm, yo?
What's in your arm, not mine?
That's what I'm saying!
What's in my arm, yo?
So, yeah, he's realizing, hey, the guy that backed the vaccine is taking a pardon What did I put inside my body?
This will have ripple effects.
It will continue to have ripple effects for a very long time to come.
But speaking of pardons...
We have this.
Derek Evans, according to the Daily Wire, trumped to pardon pro-lifers targeted by the Biden administration.
They were imprisoned under the FACE Act.
Praise the Lord if this is in fact true.
The Daily Wire's Mary Margaret Olihan, Donald Trump, will pardon pro-life activists targeted by the Biden DOJ with the FACE Act.
According to the Daily Wire, that's what they've learned.
Their plight is an immediate priority and they may be pardoned within days.
Do you understand how this would be an answer to prayer?
I understand these reversals for the American people, for all of the talk, for all of Tucker Carlson's talk over the last 18 months, for all of MAGA's talk, for all of America First, all of that.
The one thing that they have said is, what good is having a government if it's not for the American people?
What are we doing all this for if it's not for our families?
And there have been so many J6 families, marriages, kids.
Their families just have been completely destroyed.
Their families have been completely destroyed because of the Fed's erection, because of the idea to go get Trump, squash populism, and really just completely usher in total communism in this country.
And yet, Donald Trump somehow gets in, gets back in, and immediately starts to try to restore these people's lives.
And we can talk about how we got here, but the fact is somebody is trying to make evil right, and they're doing it from a government standpoint.
And ladies and gentlemen, I can tell you that is an answer to my prayers.
I don't know about you, but it's certainly an answer to my prayers.
I hope it's an answer to your prayers.
To God be the glory.
Unless I'm providentially hindered, I'm going to be back here tomorrow wishing you a happy Friday, delivering you the news.
God bless everybody out there watching, and we will see you tomorrow.
Thanks for watching.
