| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Thank you.
Thank you.
Welcome to the Billstone Report.
My name is Paul Harrell.
Thank you so much for being with us as always.
We cannot do the program without you watching every single day.
Happy Friday to everybody out there.
It's always great to be here.
It's always great to be here on a Friday as well.
We hope we can kick off your weekend.
We hope it's a great one.
We hope it's a relaxing one.
We hope you have a great Lord's Day.
More on Sundays in church.
More towards the end of the show.
If I have time.
Pretty incredible stuff going on in the state of Georgia.
And I will say, it's almost like having flashbacks.
As somebody who covered state politics from another southern red state in Arkansas, it's so interesting how territorial and how people think they can get away with so much more at the local level than they could ever at the federal level.
And I don't know, I know the folks at the federal level get away with a lot, but it's just, I don't know, It's very interesting, just the thuggery and the good old boy system, how it works in different state capitals all across the country.
Of course, I'm talking about Colton Moore.
I'm talking about the viral video yesterday where Colton Moore was assaulted.
And we have that for you here.
We're going to kind of try to get to the bottom of it without actually talking to Colton Moore himself, the state senator from Georgia, from northwest Georgia, where he represents, according to him, around 200,000 Georgians.
We're going to try to get to the bottom of why he was not allowed into the chamber yesterday during a State of the State address.
So much like the State of the Union, governors at the beginning of the year or the beginning of their legislative sessions.
They like to give a state of the state.
So in this case, Brian Kemp trying to give a state of the state.
But something was off.
They didn't want to admit or allow Colton Moore, State Senator Colton Moore, into the chamber.
And there was what I consider to be an assault that took place.
And I think that's what the general consensus is around the country.
after everybody watched this video from yesterday.
It broke right as I got off the air yesterday.
Stop, stop.
That's it.
Hey.
Come on.
It has gone too far.
I have an obligation to be in that room.
I represent 200,000 people in northwest Georgia who duly elected me to be here today.
So this was essentially, clearly that was an assault.
He goes to the hospital after this because I think his wrist was hurt.
They're not letting him.
There's a longer video as well where he kept trying to get in.
He wasn't pushing, but he was going to try to get in to that Senate chamber, and they simply would not let him.
This is Colton Moore giving a statement after the assault.
Hello, everyone.
Senator Colton Moore here at the hospital here at Emory Midtown receiving incredible service.
I'm really proud of the staff here at the hospital.
I did take a bit of a beating on my hand.
It's a bit swollen and purple.
We're waiting to get some x-rays to check it out.
I appreciate all of your support, all of the warm comments.
I'm from all over the country, all over the state of Georgia, and proud to represent the people from northwest Georgia.
Today, they took my freedom and liberty away as I was fighting for your liberty and freedom.
But I tell you what, I still have a constitutional obligation to do work.
I'll still be in that legislature come tomorrow morning.
Thank you all for the support.
So the question that's on everyone's minds is why?
Why are they triggered?
By Colton Moore.
Why did the Georgia establishment not want to allow him in the chamber?
Now, there's a lot of people.
We're going to get to national file here in a minute because they've got some great, as you see in the headline here, if you're watching on Ex-American News, you've got the current Georgia speaker protecting the reputation of a known degenerate lawyer, David Ralston.
Who was also the Speaker of the Georgia House of Representatives at one time as well.
And it's really dark stuff, and we're going to get to that.
There's also the history of State Senator Colton Moore exposing Fannie Willis.
Remember Fannie Willis?
Part of the lawfare, part of the weaponization of government against President Trump.
Colton Moore was the one leading the charge, trying to expose Fannie Willis, and the establishment Republicans were trying to stop him and threatening him every step of the way when that happened.
And so this is a guy...
Who has consistently, from what I can tell, what I can report, has consistently spoke truth to power.
And any time you do that, because I've seen it time and time again in a state legislative capacity, there are ways to punish legislators quietly.
I have never seen it done so publicly, though.
I have never seen it done in this manner, and it's completely outrageous.
Now, right before we went on air, I was sent another video of the Lieutenant Governor of Georgia.
I have not watched this video yet, but I am told that this video is of Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones took to the floor.
Earlier, this video was posted 34 minutes ago.
He took to the floor, I believe, of the Georgia Senate, and this headline here says that he defended Colton Moore.
We're going to listen to this.
Again, this is the first time I'm listening to this.
Before we start our points of personal privilege, I'm going to take a point of personal privilege right now, if I can get everybody's attention real quick.
Introducing my two little friends, my little boy up here and my little friends reminded me of a conversation I had last night about the situation that happened here at the Capitol yesterday during the joint assembly we had.
I got home and the activities, unfortunate activities that went on yesterday were making news, national news and local news.
And I had both my children ask me about what in the world is going on at the Capitol, Daddy, you know?
And I said, well, I tell you what, sometimes...
We don't do things like how you're supposed to do them, you know?
And you don't conduct business that way, and we should know better than that.
So sometimes even we make mistakes.
But I want to say this, and then we'll move on to a point of personal privilege here.
I did meet with the speaker this morning, and he and I have always had a very open conversation about all issues.
And I told him that...
That what happened yesterday was an embarrassment for the General Assembly as a whole, whether we know it or not.
Whether you were involved or not, that was an embarrassment for all of us.
And it shouldn't happen again.
And we both agreed to that.
And I do appreciate him doing that.
Senator from the 53rd showed a lot of restraint yesterday.
In his efforts to really do what he felt like it was his obligation as an elected official.
And I respect that.
But I will tell you this.
My obligation is to the 56 senators here in this room.
And my obligation is to always stand up for what you are about and what you represent as a senator.
And I don't care if you're a Republican.
And it doesn't matter to me if you're Republican or Democrat.
Grant.
You are a reflection of the area of the state that you represent.
You're an extension of the people who put you here.
To represent them here at the State of Georgia.
And as an extension, you are expected to be a part of everything from a constitutional standpoint and everything that involves things that affect the people of Georgia.
And during a joint session yesterday, that was an event that affected the people of Georgia.
And the people who are elected to represent should be there and present.
And I can tell you this, moving forward, you have my word that this will not happen again under my watch.
and I will make sure that every senator has a voice in this building because you I think I see Colton Moore back there at the top right standing up
And I would hope I would have the support of the body to represent you in that way.
Now, that was yesterday, and this is today, and it's time to move on.
And I'm willing and ready to move on, and I think we have a clear understanding that both chambers will respect the members equally.
And when there's an issue in this chamber, I'll deal with it.
And then when there's an issue in the other chamber, the Speaker will deal with it on his end.
And that's the way it should be.
So thank you all for representing the people.
All right, so that is Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones essentially defending, if not also...
You know, saying he'll never let something like that happen again.
So when they have these state-of-the-state, just like in D.C., when they have these state-of-the-state addresses or state-of-the-union addresses, they're going to use the House chamber because it's larger than the Senate chamber, right?
This is always the case, right?
So it seems to me that the current Speaker of the House, Burns, I believe is his name, has taken issue with Senator Colton Moore, and many people are figuring out that it has to do with the fact that Colton Moore would not honor a man who was a known protector of accused child molesters.
That's right.
That's what this really is all about.
Now, a day before...
Colton Moore posted this.
Speaker John Burns from Georgia is attempting to arrest and block me from representing the 53rd District tomorrow at the State of the State joint session.
I will never back down.
I will always speak the truth and represent the people of Northwest Georgia as their trusted America First Senator.
I will be there tomorrow as obligated under Georgia law.
See my response to the tyrant below.
So they already told him, hey, we don't want you here.
We don't want you in our House chamber, you dirty Senator Yu, from across the way.
And if you don't think it's territorial, I mean, it really is.
Especially, I mean, the different chambers, they work together.
But it's also, you know, it is also territorial.
House members want to protect the institution of the House until they can be in office long enough to jump.
Everybody wants to be in the Senate, okay?
Nobody gets in and says, I think I want to stay in the House forever.
I'm just telling you.
That's the way these things work.
So this is being heralded as the reason why John Burns wants to ban Colton Moore from the chamber.
And it has to do with a Senate Resolution 687. The resolution was to urge the University of North Georgia to...
Now, he's from Northwest Georgia.
The University of North Georgia to name a building after the late House Speaker, a House Speaker by the name of David Ralston.
So this guy's dead now.
So, I mean, well, let's just listen to the speech and then we'll get into it.
Heard a lot about courage and conviction from the previous Speaker.
Majority Leader referenced fierce independence.
Well, I reckon the Speaker and myself come from a similar bloodline.
Because, Senators, I rise today in a steadfast opposition to Senate Resolution 687. My fellow Senators, I think to bring a comparison to who this man was, we should first look at one of the greatest Georgians to ever live.
A man who is globally recognized as a symbol...
Who am I talking about?
Martin Luther King Jr. Eh.
A man, what did he say?
He said an injustice anywhere was a threat to justice everywhere.
Powerful words that we should think about as we vote for this resolution.
Because this body is about to perpetually memorialize, in my opinion, one of the most corrupt Georgia leaders we'll ever see in our lifetimes.
I first remember learning about a girl named Haley when I served in the chamber across the way.
Haley was brutally raped, sodomized, In her living room by a man her family trusted.
That man was Jason Brothers.
And he hired Speaker David Ralston as his attorney.
Not to defend him, but to protect him from justice.
You see, for nearly a decade, this case rocked on.
And Haley became terminally ill.
Never seeing justice.
Her family once walked in on her in a bathtub with blood as she contemplated suicide.
And you probably say, Senator, well, that's just one case.
Where can you go with that?
But no, there were several more.
There was a case of a lady who lost her daughter in her arms as she bled out Was driving drunk.
Destroyed the woman's family.
But she wasn't able to get justice because the man charged with the DUI hired Speaker David Ralston as his attorney.
You see, there was a man named Derek Key.
You can hear the chamber.
You heard somebody in the chamber call the question.
I think it's what he said.
They're uneasy.
There's people that do not, even in that Senate chamber, that do not want to hear what it is they're actually voting on.
And just stick with me here.
Who for 10 years delayed cases after molesting a 14-year-old child being protected by David Ralston.
Now, how did David Ralston do this?
We heard about him being chairman of Judiciary Non-Civil.
Well, back in 2006, there was a bill called Senate Bill 503. The man created the legislative leave and then profited off of it, making hundreds of thousands of dollars.
All right, let me break this down, because if you just listen to the video and you don't do any research, you're not going to understand what he's actually saying.
What he's saying is that there is a Georgia law.
That if you are an attorney and you're also a state legislator, that a judge has to basically delay the case and defer to the schedule of the legislator.
Meaning, the intent of the law is, hey, we've got to have, if you're a legislator, we can't have the judiciary impeding your business as a legislator, as a representative of the people, as a lawmaker.
Well, David Ralston, Clearly took advantage of this.
And he would, you know, correspond with the court and cite this law and the judges wouldn't do anything.
And so, David Ralston, apparently, got the reputation of being the guy that if you hire, if you pay him money, he will keep you out of jail.
Because he will make your case last essentially forever.
It will just be delayed.
And delayed and delayed.
There are some reports that indicate that, you know, criminals who were charged and then secured David Ralston, a decade would go by, and then they'd be interviewed by the press because the press covered this loosely.
And they say, I just assume the case is over because I haven't heard from the prosecution in 10 years.
And what would that do?
Well, it would mean that the events...
It would become less and less fresh in the minds of the victims.
It would mean that in some cases, evidence would just outright expire.
This was a scheme.
This was a scam.
That's what he's saying.
He is saying something, by the way, that if the first time you're listening to it, you might be a little confused.
He is saying something that everybody in that chamber has already heard.
And now they are entertaining.
This resolution that would name a building at the University of North Georgia after this guy who was the Speaker of the House who's now dead.
Now, I think we can all agree that we do not need to name buildings or institutions or build statues or lionize anyone who was a scumbag.
And that's what Senator Colton Moore here is calling out.
And they can't stand him for it.
Listen.
There's the point of order.
You see, the truth is hard to hear.
Senator, Senator.
Mr. President.
We got decorum, you know, rules here in this chamber.
I think you've made your point, sir.
so if you could just go ahead and wrap up we'd be appreciative wrap it up Be silent.
Mr. President.
Don't expose us.
We've got clothes on.
I know it's hard to hear.
Don't say that the emperor has no clothes.
But there were thousands of case delays.
And make no mistake, these egregious examples I've given is no semblance of morality.
You see, we as lawmakers are supposed to protect the vulnerable, Mr. President.
We're supposed to protect children.
We're supposed to protect law enforcement officers.
Think about the law enforcement officers who were assaulted and weren't able to get to justice because of this man.
You see, the Speaker turned a blind eye to what we as legislators know to be truth.
And records show that after he was Speaker, he did not attend another court case.
You see, he had more than 164 clients, because if you're not trying those clients, you just pick up more and more of them.
It was a get-out-of-jail-free card.
No court, less work.
He had an operation.
Yep.
He was running an industry, Mr. President, and all he was using was a simple form letter, sending it to the court, referencing the code section that the man created in 2006. Senator, Senator, not the time or place.
Not the time or place.
Go ahead and yield the will, Senator.
At your request.
When would it be the time and place?
I mean, if you're about to name a building after a guy who's essentially an unprosecuted criminal, and we now know...
Post-mortem, now that he's dead, we now know.
Look, there were several media reports about this.
I don't necessarily like to cite Wikipedia, but if you just go under the controversies list, here's the guy, David Ralston.
You go to Wikipedia.
And, you know, the state bar slapped him on the wrist, but they knew something was wrong here.
In 2014, Ralston was investigated by the Georgia Supreme Court following a complaint that he had ignored a client's case for years and had failed to communicate.
In 2016, Ralston and the state bar of Georgia reached a settlement with the Georgia bar issuing a minor reprimand and Ralston admitting to inadvertently breaking state bar rules ending a years-long dispute.
Then we have this.
In February of 2019, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution told WSB-TV that Ralston regularly used his position as Speaker to benefit his Blue Ridge-based private law practice.
A 1905 state law requires judges and prosecutors to defer to the schedules of any member of the General Assembly who is also a practicing lawyer.
And as Speaker, Ralston was able to claim scheduling conflicts any time of year.
Even if they weren't in session.
By delaying court cases in this manner, Ralston was able to keep his clients free on bond for months or even years while weakening court cases over time, letting memories fade, evidence expire, etc.
Some of Ralston's clients retained him specifically for these reasons, meaning pay me and your crime goes away.
Pay me and you'll never go to jail.
I don't know.
And now you know all of this, they all know this, and somebody has the audacity to put forward a resolution to name a building after a man like this.
That's the issue here.
all of the pomp and the circumstance of the Georgia General Assembly, Colton Moore is exposing it as being wicked, quite frankly.
It's a wicked thing to do to honor a man who avoided ever really facing justice for his schemes and And as Colton Moore says, he had an industry.
An industry.
In April of 2019, an independent researcher reviewed the court cases.
Across eight counties and found from 2010 through 2019, Ralston delayed 226 cases, a total of 966 times.
Multiple attorneys wrote formal complaints to various judges regarding Ralston's delays.
By the way, this stuff has been...
There have been attorneys that do these schemes before, insurance schemes, stringing clients along, and they're never actually going to get their money.
And yet the attorneys...
This is a scam that has happened before in other industries and states and things like that.
But they never did anything about it in Georgia.
The original law allowing this was amended over a century later.
So the original law allowing this, and this is what Colton Moore is saying in that speech, the original law allowing this was amended over a century later in 2006, SB 503. Previously, the law allowed representatives to delay court hearings only during legislative session and for the following three weeks.
But see, Ralston was just...
Doing it any time, regardless of whether or not.
So he has a problem here.
A committee was formed to reconcile the differences, and Ralston himself was named a member.
Now, Wikipedia says his exact role in crafting the current law's language is unknown, but we all know what happens.
We all know legislators love to be on committees, especially at the local level, a part of industries that they themselves benefit.
This happens all the time.
It's almost impossible to avoid it.
Especially when you have a part-time legislature that, you know, they all have allegedly supposed to have jobs back home.
So, yeah, it's obvious what happened.
He now amended it to say, well, it's, you know, it's anytime.
Anytime.
There was little to no pushback from judges.
Ralston has been known to seek revenge on political opponents.
Something that Colton Moore is now experiencing.
From the grave as he, again, was assaulted.
And, you know, it's all complete.
It's ridiculous.
It's nonsense.
Now, a little bit more on this.
National File with this thread over on X. And I think they do a great job of explaining exactly what's going on here.
Just to be entirely clear about what's going on in Georgia.
Speaker John Burns.
So the current speaker is John Burns.
A man named by John Burns.
Memorize the name John Burns.
He has picked a fight with State Senator Colton Moore to protect the reputation of this man, David Ralston, who has a long track record of protecting convicted pedos and minor attracted persons who abused minors.
This headline here.
Ralston helped write the law allowing him to delay criminal cases.
That's what Colton Moore is saying.
That not only was he already using the law, he then amended the law to where it was even better for him.
Where he was making it totally legal to do what he was already doing.
Ralston is so corrupt that 10 principled House Republicans in Georgia introduced H.R. House Resolution 328 asking...
That Speaker Ralston resign his political position as Speaker of the House.
Now, this would have been when Ralston was alive.
I believe he died in office.
Ralston did.
Let's take a look at this resolution.
This is from...
I don't see a date on this.
Let's see the 73rd.
No, no, no.
That's their districts.
I didn't know what number of General Assembly this is.
Anyway.
It says the Speaker has demonstrated, so this is when Ralston was the Speaker of the House, so it was several years ago.
The Speaker has demonstrated unacceptable abuse of power and personal judgment by obtaining unjustifiable and court date extensions.
See, everybody knew.
Everybody knew.
A DUI case from 2008 that has received 17 court date extensions over 10 years.
A rape slash child molestation case involving a 14-year-old girl that has never received a court date.
or that received eight court date extensions over five years.
An enticing a child for indecent purposes case from 2009 that has received 14 court date extensions.
A domestic violence case in which the battered wife has been unable to have a trial for more than five years.
Whereas in the past two years, the Speaker has used his legislative privilege to delay justice in 21 court cases in four North Georgia counties through 57 separate court date extensions, 81.7% of which were granted for dates outside of the legislative session, which is why he went back and altered 81.7% of which were granted for dates outside of the legislative session, which is why he went back and altered Now, you might ask yourself, why would they want to honor this man?
That's the question.
Why would you honor somebody?
It's clear from the evidence, it's clear from the data, that if you got caught being a child molester, David Ralston was the guy to go to to fix your problem, to keep you on the streets, to keep you from justice.
Unbelievable.
possible.
Unbelievable.
So John Burns, the current Speaker of the House.
You know what?
When you act odd, when you assault somebody like Senator Moore, when you try to keep him in because you're so offended that he would bring up these truths that trigger you, I mean, John Burns, the Speaker of the House, apparently was triggered by these comments from Colton Moore and other things and just doesn't want to let him in his chamber.
So that means we need to look into John Burns.
What's he about?
Who's he?
Right?
Wouldn't that make you want to investigate the current speaker?
Like, every journalist in the world, every journalist in Georgia for sure, should be like, huh, this is odd.
Let's get to the bottom of this.
Who's Speaker of the House John Burns?
Well, National File tells us that this is Georgia House Speaker John Burns' district, House District 159, down by the coast, and crucially, by the ports.
Huh.
It includes all of Screven County and parts of Effingham and Bullock Counties.
Note the proximity to deep water ports and Interstate 95 National File Rights trafficking.
Hmm.
Again, these are, in this day and age, perfectly reasonable questions to ask given the Allergy you have to calling out somebody's record that's clearly known when it comes to stuff like this.
Your grandmother was right when she said birds of a feather flock together, right?
That saying doesn't come out of nowhere.
That saying is proven correct.
I don't know if it's proven correct in this particular instance, but this is why people are asking questions.
So I think, you know, We get a few months down the road, and maybe John Burns realizes that what he did to Colton Moore yesterday was essentially an act of borrowing trouble on himself.
People are sick of this.
By the way, Colton Moore is somebody that Donald Trump has endorsed.
Again, Colton Moore was on top of the Fannie Willis thing.
It's pretty wild that this is the state that we're in right now.
It really is.
Before we go any further, I want to tell you about Neutronics Labs.
I want to tell you about Man's Edge Natural Testosterone Booster.
Man's Edge.
Ladies and gentlemen, I've been taking this and I've been taking this now for three months, four months now.
And it's now a part of what I do, and I feel great.
I feel really incredible.
I'm 40 now, or over 40 now, technically.
Not 41 yet, but you know.
And your body starts to change, and you need supplements.
And so we're in the middle of a testosterone crisis in this country.
We've got less testosterone than our ancestors.
You can look up any study that's going to show you that to be the case.
It's just basically common knowledge now.
So this new year, if you're looking to do something different, I would encourage you to try everything they got at Neutronics Labs.
Again, I'm taking the Man's Edge, the IGF-1, the IGF-1+.
The IGF-1 is from the deer antler velvet, one of the fastest regenerative substances on the planet.
If you sign up for AutoShip, you save money.
If you use my name, Paul, you save money, 10%.
This is a way to get a great product, great products, and also support the work we're doing here at the Millstone Report.
So do it.
Go to neutronicslabs.com slash Paul, and it's mutually beneficial.
That much, I can assure you.
Okay, so we also have this.
Let's see here.
Next up, we have this story.
So, National File, Speaker Byrd's attorney.
We're going to wrap this up.
This is the guy who pushed real Colton Moore down.
Who is he?
Okay, National File, writing, Speaker Byrd's attorney.
What else do we have here?
Georgia House Speaker Byrd's is fighting with Colton Moore to protect the legacy of a child rapist protector.
Okay?
And then lastly, so just to let you know how common all of this is.
This is common knowledge.
This is an old ad.
The Gilmer County man was convicted of molesting his seven-year-old son and sentenced to 20 years.
Then, David Ralston took on the case and tried to overturn the verdict.
He questioned the boy's credibility.
He blamed the mother for lying.
David Ralston even said he had the privilege of representing the convicted molester.
Unbelievable, but true.
David Ralston, there's something wrong here.
Really wrong.
So this is obviously an old ad when he was in office.
This is something that people have known.
And so the question is, why do you then go and try to name a building after somebody who's...
And this is, you know, it's just fascinating.
Nate Fisher from New Founding has a great take on this.
Again, this was when...
Colton Moore was assaulted.
You see it there.
But Nate Fisher says, following the 2020 election, Trump was assailed for daring to question the people and procedures of the Georgia GOP establishment.
Meanwhile, the Georgia GOP establishment, they're really still at it.
They're really still at it.
And they are going to enable Georgia basically to become a reliable blue state if they're left to their own devices.
That's my thought.
Okay, we don't have time.
Russell Moore and Mike Pence went on a podcast together.
They're perfect bedfellows.
Whether it's pew sitters or GOP rank and file, they each serve a purpose to keep average folks from organizing effective resistances in their respective arenas.
They exist to sanitize regime talking points, so nothing ever changes.
I guess that kind of does.
Feed right into what we were just talking about.
But anyway, I tweeted that out last night.
You can follow me on X. I would very much appreciate it.
Also in the news, we've got Chinese hackers infiltrating the U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen.
Again, this is like the second time this report's happened over the last two weeks.
We've got some inauguration news, and I'm breathing a sigh of relief here.
Trump's inauguration has now been moved indoors.
Not going to have the outdoor celebration that you normally have.
You see it's all set up there.
I do like the old school Revolutionary War flag there with the 13 stars.
But CNN reporting that President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration is expected to be moved indoors Monday due to dangerously cold temperatures.
Yeah, it is going to be really cold.
Big cold snap coming.
But I am more relieved because I don't think a lot of people are.
There's been people making warnings.
I know Dan Bongino has said, look, this thing is not secure.
You've got to be really careful.
You have the old guard that's still in there, and we know that the Secret Service, look, no one wants to talk about it.
Still no one wants to talk about Butler, Pennsylvania.
And why the Secret Service did what they did.
Why they stood down.
Why they allowed this to happen.
Why they didn't secure obvious points on the sloped roof.
We remember all of that.
Why they allowed the guy to brandish the rifle an hour before, you know, walking around.
Something's not right about that.
Those same people are technically still in charge.
Now, so when you get Nora O'Donnell...
So this video, how many views?
It's got a million views, a million and a half views.
I saw this video and it did not sit well with me.
This was before the announcement that came out just a little while ago saying we're moving the inauguration indoors into the Capitol Rotunda.
When Nora McDonald is getting this...
Oh my gosh.
Look at this.
Look at how incredibly majestic this is.
You're president-elect.
This is what you see.
Right across the Washington Monument.
Yeah, look.
Look at the arrow.
Walk right down here to the Monument.
I mean, to me, this is just like, you know, I don't trust the mainstream media at all.
So, hey, let's give a potential violent assassin, let's give him the lay of the land here.
Like, it just, this is Nora O'Donnell's TikTok.
And walk right down here.
Yep.
Walk right down.
Absolutely beautiful.
Excuse me.
Now, this is what you would call VIP seating.
So lawmakers, Supreme Court justices, and also Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, and Jeff Bezos reportedly sitting together.
We're in another timeline.
What's going on?
Wow.
So right here is where the president-elect.
We'll take the oath of office sworn in by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
And then there will be a podium like right here.
So I'm like, I'm actually like standing where the president stands.
Uh-huh.
And right here looks out on this incredible view.
Uh-huh.
The Washington Mall to give.
Plenty of...
This inaugural address.
You got the scaffolding.
And as you can see, there are the pool cameras set up right in the middle.
That's the shot that you see when you watch the President of the United States deliver the inaugural address.
That's the shot, Nora O'Donnell says.
So when I saw this, I'm sorry because I don't trust any of them.
We all know Mockingbird Media.
We all know Intel Oligarchs controlling the mainstream media, especially Nora O'Donnell.
Isn't she CBS? CBS or NBC or whatever she is, I'm just like, this is just like telegraphing.
This would be valuable reconnaissance information if you were planning something that day.
Don't you think?
Don't you think?
Maybe I'm reading too much into it.
Maybe that's a stupid take.
Again, I'm not a military guy.
I never had the courage to go into the military.
It was just my intuition and gut feeling.
Something to think about.
Alright, so in other news, speaking of intel oligarchy and oligarchs, the deep state marauder yesterday was standing outside Arkansas Congressman Rick Crawford's office.
I'm hearing rumors that this guy right here is about to be the next chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
Those rumors might be true.
We shall see.
What's interesting about this is that that is exactly what happened.
Congressman Rick Crawford writing this yesterday, I'm truly honored to be selected to lead the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
I look forward to working with Speaker Johnson and the incoming Trump administration team to advance priorities that are important to Americans.
Since joining the committee in 2017, I've witnessed firsthand that abuse within our nation's security apparatus has eroded trust in our institutions and compromised America's ability to gather intelligence.
As chairman, I will aggressively uphold our mandate to provide credible and robust oversight of the intelligence community's funding and activities.
Without aggressive oversight and vigorous protection of Americans' Fourth Amendment rights, the IC is prone to give into...
He goes on.
Correct.
From the Biden administration's failures, promote common sense, peace through strength, and refocus our nation's intelligence and counterintelligence community against our adversaries.
Right now, terrorists, rogue regimes, foreign state actors are rapidly developing new ways to exploit and harm Americans.
Now, he says the committee has a unique opportunity to work towards rebuilding our intelligence apparatus so that the IC is focused on the challenges of today and is prepared for the threats of tomorrow.
Like, I don't know, let's quit weaponizing the intelligence agencies against the people.
Let's quit running color revolutions the way the CIA runs in other countries.
They flipped the script and they've been running a color revolution.
Against this country, against the people, against Donald Trump in 2016 and really all the way through his entire presidency.
So here's the deal.
The bottom line is this.
Just full disclosure, I know Rick Crawford.
He is my, where I live in Arkansas, he is my congressman.
He's my congressman.
Back when I was on radio in Arkansas and I was covering statewide politics, I interviewed Rick.
I can't count the amount of times that I interviewed Rick.
And I interviewed him a bunch.
I interviewed him a bunch like once a month during the Trump administration.
I think that's what the schedule was.
It was on Fridays, and it was once a month.
And back during the Russia collusion hoax, he would come on.
He got me an interview with Devin Nunes at one time.
He was on the page that this was all just a giant hoax, right?
That James Comey was a scumbag, pretending to be a Boy Scout, and just all kinds of good stuff.
And now he's been put as the head, and he was put as the head and replaced the old guy that was there.
Not Devin Nunes, but Mike Turner is out.
Mike Turner is out.
New York Post, Ryan King, this headline, Johnson, Speaker Johnson names Rick Crawford new Intel chairman as Mike Turner blames Mar-a-Lago for his ouster.
So Mike Turner is blaming essentially Mar-a-Lago or Trump for getting kicked out.
He's not just off of the chairmanship.
He's off the committee, folks.
Mike Turner is off of the committee.
and now Rick Crawford is the Intel chairman.
So Johnson opted against reappointing Turner.
Now, he didn't slam him or anything.
He said, you know, outgoing Chairman Turner deserves our gratitude for its leadership and critical work in the 118th Congress.
Turner has been a top Republican on the Intel Committee since 2022 after Devin Nunes joined the Trump Truth Social Company.
I remember, also, there was a time when...
When they finally got to question Robert Mueller and they brought somebody in and temporarily cycled Rick Crawford off so they could bring in either Gowdy or Jordan or somebody to ask questions.
Due to term limits on the committee, which apply to rank and file members but not the chair, Turner is now off the Intelligence Committee altogether.
Let's see here.
So, this is what I wanted to focus on.
So, it is true that Rick Crawford did vote to continue Section 702. Both Turner and Crawford backed the controversial reauthorization of FISA Section 702, the last Congress.
Section 702 prevents the government to conduct warrantless surveillance.
Now, this is a huge problem.
Okay?
That's a big deal.
I'm not a fan of it.
Right?
At all.
However, this is, I think, what sets the two of them apart.
Turner, who caused a stir early last year by warning of Russia's nuclear space capabilities, has also long been a staunch backer of Ukraine.
Last year he backed a $60.8 billion bill to replenish aid to the war-torn ally.
Crawford opposed that bill, saying he couldn't back it in good faith, while Americans are struggling with rising costs at home.
The next intel chief, the next head of the Permanent Select Committee on House Intelligence, if I got that right, is a guy who, Rick Crawford, did not back Ukraine funding.
So there is a significant difference.
At a time, by the way, when it's just like all the rage.
We've got to put all the Ukrainian flags in our profile pics, and we've got to...
It's just absolute nonsense.
So that's interesting.
The last thing I will say about Congressman Rick Crawford on this, just because I have personal experience interviewing him over the years, is that when I was covering Arkansas politics for 10 years, the last half of that was under the governorship of Asa Hutchinson.
And we were super focused on everything going on at the state capitol.
And essentially what it ended up doing is fighting Republicans way more than Democrats because you already had supermajorities.
You've got just very similar situations going on in Georgia that we've just been talking about.
There was a huge story that broke during that time that got almost no attention.
And that was Governor Asa Hutchinson and his son.
It involved a law firm that they were both a part of.
And Asa Hutchinson, during his tenure, was bringing in all these communist Chinese companies.
And you can look it up.
All of these communist Chinese companies were coming into Arkansas.
And they were getting these sweet taxpayer deals where the taxpayer was funding them.
The taxpayer was giving them these instead of the taxpayer was giving all these bonuses.
And it's like, why are we inking these economic deals with China?
They are communist.
Why are we doing it?
People would have been outraged if you'd have been inking deals with Russia, bringing Russia companies in.
But for some reason, China was okay.
And I had a huge problem with this.
I had an even bigger problem when I found out that the same companies, Chinese companies that were coming to Arkansas, were also inking deals with Asa Hutchinson's law firm that his son was a part of, and he was on the website as well.
When we finally pushed in, we got that it was visa work that was being done, which is the exact same answer that Tony Bobulinski gave when Hunter Biden was working for a company called CFC, or CEFC, And Bobulinski was like, Hunter Biden, what are you doing working with this?
And Hunter Biden said, according to Bobulinski, I'm helping him with visas.
I'm helping him with immigration.
So we had a microcosm of what Hunter Biden and Joe Biden were doing.
We had a microcosm of it going on right here in Arkansas.
And the only sitting congressman that would say anything about it was Congressman Rick Crawford.
Because he was already on the Intel Committee and he knew how ridiculous it was.
So anyway, there he is, Rick Crawford right there.
So I, you know, had to go down memory lane there because you can tell, still a little passionate about it.
Still a little worked up.
I wrote a piece for it on National File last year, two years ago, about how Asa Hutchinson and his son, this was right after, I wrote this right after he announced that he was running.
This was before Tucker Carlson interviewed Asa Hutchinson and ended his political career for good.
But Asa Hutchinson and his son were doing business with Chinese communists.
And there was one mainstream article that actually talked about chronologically, had an ABC affiliate here in Little Rock talking about this TY Garments, had an annual tax rebate worth $1.6 million, Rise Ever Machinery.
These were all companies from the Shandong province in China.
The same Chinese companies that received sweetheart deals at the expense of Arkansas taxpayers also were doing business with Asa Hutchinson's law firm on the side.
And, you know, there were plenty of screenshots.
Anyway, the thing is, it's all well documented.
You can find it yourself.
But it's wild.
You know, and I mentioned this the other day.
Okay, I mentioned this the other day because we had the Office of Management and Budget, Russ...
Russ Vought was being taken to task over his previous performance in the Trump administration when he didn't give the Ukraine money to Ukraine right away.
They stopped it, and this was very upsetting to some of the senators in that committee.
And the reason why is because foreign aid is a giant scam.
That's why they're upset, because they don't want...
If Congress gives you money to give to some foreign country that is then going to be tithed and somehow, you know, through NGOs or others back into American politicians or their children's pockets, they want that money to go where they say it's going to go.
And the idea that the executive branch would say, no, we're not going to do it, really upsets the apple cart.
Really upsets the apple cart in ways we can't even imagine.
All right, writing out of time now.
Let's see here.
What do we want to go to next?
Let's see.
Father Calvin Robinson reminding us what an evil nation Great Britain is.
We could just say the West.
This was an article back in 2015, Aborted Babies Incinerated to Heat United Kingdom Hospitals.
That's why Calvin Robinson says that we're an evil nation living through an evil time and we deserve God's judgment upon us.
Obviously, he's across the pond in the UK. Also reminding us what comes with the judgment of God.
I think you could argue that scenes like this are also...
In some ways a judge.
So this is, you know, he says in movies demons burn up when they enter a church.
In real life they become priestesses and lead their flocks astray.
Yeah, putting kids on a path to hell.
100%, that's exactly right.
Yeah, here's that article in 2014 from The Telegraph.
They reported that story.
So I thought that was interesting.
Then we got a little dust-up between Megan Basham and people out there trying to defend David French.
Somebody named Dennis Saffron.
That's one of my favorite spices, by the way.
Dennis Saffron, why is the Federalist now a joke?
joke i was willing to believe david french said this but this hit piece is based on um in an anti-porn column defending the texas age restriction law in which he notes a degree of sympathy for the free speech arguments against the law but dismisses them the headline from the federalists was this david french protecting kids online can't impede adults porn consumption it's a fascinating read by jordan boyd You should check it out.
It's pretty much par for the course, though.
Because if you read Megan Basham...
She calls it out.
Megan Basham, the author of the hit book, Shepherds for Sale.
You need to read that book, by the way.
He says, no, he goes further than that.
The Federalist story is correct.
Where David French writes, I have a degree of sympathy for the free speech arguments against the Texas law.
It's true that efforts to restrict childhood access to porn websites cannot be so onerous as to essentially block adult access.
The resident Christian reporter from the New York Times, ladies and gentlemen, David French.
No, stuff like that is ridiculous.
The blessings of liberty.
The blessings of liberty, everybody.
Meanwhile, in New York, they had their state of the state address and it descended into something like this.
And lastly, from the deep state marauder himself, you can't make this you can't make this up.
I assume you agree with me that Chinese cyber warfare, espionage, malign influence is an existential threat to America.
Nappy time.
It is an existential threat, Senator, and also, I have not seen it yet, but from what I've heard about former FBI Director of Rays, That's Adam Schiff falling asleep in the confirmation hearings of Attorney General Pam Bondy.
That's all the time that we have for this edition of the Millstone Report.
Have a blessed Lord's Day.
If you don't go to church, find a church that preaches the death, burial, and resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
And unless I'm providentially hindered, I'll see you back here on Monday.
God bless everybody.
I'm very welcome.
