I've seen some pretty funny stuff on X. People decorating their lecterns with Christmas lights.
But anyway, in my ear right now, you can't hear it, but we've got the proceedings underway.
I believe they're doing a prayer right now, kind of getting the proceedings started.
Of course, we're all awaiting...
You know, Congress basically set to certify the Trump victory.
I think they're in the middle of a prayer right now.
Abundance so that in all things, at all times, we will realize that we have all that we need to succeed in every good work you have ordained us to complete.
For your presence, your perspective, your protection, and your peace, we are forever grateful.
Lord, in your perfect name we pray.

This could be a candidate for one of my favorite segments.
The chair has examined the journal of the last day's proceedings and announces to the House the approval thereof.
Pursuant to Clause 1 of Rule 1, the journal stands approved.
The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by the gentleman from Ohio, Mr. Taylor.
All right, we're going to monitor this situation throughout the hour today.
This is, of course, according to C-SPAN, the House is scheduled to meet for legislative business one hour prior to the joint session.
So we're not going to really see anything here.
The actual certification process, from what I can tell, isn't going to start until an hour from now.
So that would be 12 Central, my time at least.
We call it God's time over in the central part of the country.
But let's start right here, shall we?

So, I found this to be pretty interesting.
We have the lectern guy.
Obviously, everybody knows this photo, this very famous photo from January 6, 2021. And what we have here is, he says, for this photo, they gave me 75 days in federal prison, a $5,000 fine, 200 hours of community service, one year of supervised release.
But what I took from them was their pride.
I'd take that deal every single time.
Happy Patriots Day.
Now, there may be other January Sixers that might not agree with taking the deal, as many of them are still in jail.
They haven't had trials.
Many of them are in jail.
They've had a phony kangaroo court trial.
Honestly, I was watching Derek Evans and Michael Lauber on the insurrection just a second ago on Ex-American News.
And a shout-out to everybody watching on Ex-American News.
We really appreciate everything you guys are doing.
Watching, we can't do the program without you.
You guys know the drill.
But I'll just say this.
I think of somebody like a Derek Evans, who was put in solitary confinement, who was put through the process, put through a kangaroo court, was convicted.
Probably, and I've talked to him, I've talked to Derek before, I've also interviewed him.
And we talked about how his faith in God, you know, as a Christian, when you go through something like that, you essentially become a political prisoner, you know, and you're in solitary confinement.
You're not really alone, right?
As a Christian, you're not really alone.
God sees, God is there.
And how your faith, anybody's faith that goes through something like that is going to grow, and through that suffering.
To go from that, and I think we need to get Derek on the program and actually schedule this, but to go from that to where we are right now today, at the time in the aftermath of January 6th where the FBI, they go after everybody, they hunt down people's grandmas.
You hear the whole false flag op that was a setup to squash America first populism forever, also setting up the weaponization of the government against Trump, making sure he does it.
But now he, unless something happens that we don't know and unforeseen, he's going to be certified today.
His victory is going to be certified today.
Let's assume everything goes off without a hitch and he gets sworn in and inaugurated on January 20th.
And now these J6ers, Derek Evans included, are looking at the very real possibility of being pardoned.
I just, I can't imagine how that feels.
I honestly can't.
I cannot imagine, because I didn't go through any of that, how many of these J6ers might feel.
Obviously the ones that are in jail right now feel a lot different than people who have already been released or served their time.
But it really is a complete 180. People call President Trump's victory the greatest political comeback ever.
Likewise, that's got to be what it feels like for a lot of these J6ers, if not all of these J6ers.
Speaking of Derek Evans, we have this tweet reminding us that the media claims that J6 was the worst attack on our Capitol, and yet this was the bombing of the United States Capitol back in 1983 by left-wing extremists.
Their leader was Susan Rosenberg.
Bill Clinton, in his term, commuted her sentence, and she now sits on the board of Black Lives Matter.
The media, the leftist establishment, they do not want you to know this.
And then, of course, look at the damage there in these photos.

My, how the tables have turned.
January 6th defendant A.J. Fisher is a military veteran.
He served as a senior airman for the U.S. Air Force and purveyor of the website InvestigateJ6.org.
He's previously produced a documentary detailing, it's fantastic by the way, detailing high levels.
In detail, the exact timeline of government and police abuse.

In addition to explaining the savage abuse by police, Fisher's letter draws a stark contrast between the manner in which protesters of the 2020 election were treated with how Capitol trespassers and other instances have been treated, including Antifa protesters who rioted and burned vehicles after Trump defeated Hillary back in 2016. Fisher also explains exactly why he believes every J6 defendant and prisoner deserves a presidential pardon.
Trump has assured the pardons will be issued on day one of his administration.
So questions do remain, Alicia Powell writes.
Questions do remain, however, as to the extent to which Trump will pardon the Americans who have sat in prison for years in pre-trial detention, often for literal misdemeanor charges.
Some defendants have been sentenced to serve decades in prison and are still fighting charges for protesting at the J6 incident.
Fisher was one of hundreds of demonstrators who was shot in the face by police while peacefully demonstrating on the Capitol grounds on J6 and was nearly injured by the flashbang grenades cops indiscriminately threw into the crowd while lacing the air with tear gas.
Following the protest, the police escalated into a deadly riot.
Fisher founded, after all this was done, Fisher founded Investigate J6.
So the footage, which Congress for years refused to release, we remember all of this, right?
I mean, it's kind of wild to compile all of this information.
We remember when Tucker Carlson finally got ahead, finally got a hold of at least some of the footage.
And then we found out, you know, you had...
He had people, you know, basically on police-guided tours through the Capitol, letting them in, locked doors.
So for peacefully standing on the Capitol grounds on January 6, 2021, as the police waged a terror attack on the crowd, Fisher was arrested on January 13, 2022, in a pre-dawn raid by the FBI and was charged with assaulting, resisting, or impeding federal officers, disorderly conduct, civil disorder, and entering restricted grounds.
Fisher's work is featured in J6 A True Timeline, a documentary that features a never-before-seen time-stamped blueprint of the events of January 6, 2021, as they unfolded in real time, demonstrating how a moderately peaceful protest escalated into the most investigated riot in U.S. history.
He also filed a class-action lawsuit suing the government for its illegal use of excessive force in January 6, 2021. Let's get to the letter, shall we?
But I like this.
This is something that needs to be read as well.
J6 was a terror attack against the American people.
And state created danger.
Fisher explains in his letter urging the incoming commander-in-chief to issue blanket pardons.
Blanket pardons.
So here's the letter.

Of rogue D.C. U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves J6 charges and full pardons to nullify his convictions.
All J6 demonstrator defendants were denied their right to peacefully assemble to redress their government and make their voices heard.
Equal justice, a fair trial, an impartial jury of their peers with no exception.
He goes on, the DOJ's weaponization and political persecution must be undone.
Our right to political speech and assembly must be restored and protected.
He goes on, asking Donald Trump, or telling Donald Trump, that restoring the J6ers with dismissals and pardons for all aligns not only with modern legal precedent, but with our founding legal principles.
He says it is better that 10, he quotes William Blackstone here, From commentaries on the laws of England, 1765-1769, it is better that 10 guilty persons escape than one innocent suffer.
He goes on, it is better 100 guilty persons should escape than one innocent person should suffer.
Benjamin Franklin, letter to Benjamin Vaughn on March 14, 1785. He says, January 6, demonstrators traveling to D.C. were set up and abused.
In response to President Trump's call to assemble, On the 6th, January 6th, and to peacefully and patriotically, we remember this, walk to the Capitol to make their voices heard.
Those walking into West Capitol grounds from Pennsylvania Avenue with righteous intent were met with unequal, unwarranted, and excessive police force and were entrapped in pure chaos due to the orchestrated Capitol security failure.
Now, this is where it gets really good here.

I hope this actually gets onto the desk of President Trump.
Police attacks on the peaceful West Capitol crowd with munitions began within minutes of our arrival, went on for hours, and occurred without legally required dispersal warnings that are mandated under federal and state law before using munitions to disperse a First Amendment assembly.
I'll just take a moment to say, I honestly, I wish that Donald Trump would do a blanket pardon, And I wish he would just come out and say, look, We know there were federal agent provocateurs in the crowd.
That's a fact.
This was entrapment.
Therefore, I must give a blanket pardon to everyone.
And I can already hear the media seething from that, by the way.
It says everything seen on J6 was a direct result of the police failure outside the Capitol on the West Plaza.
The West Plaza crowd He writes, January 6th was a clear case of entrapment.
That's a quote from Vivek Ramaswamy.
The U.S. Capitol is a common protest location.
Specifically, Capitol invasions were commonplace during the Trump administration.
However, federal charges were not.
Protesters unlawfully occupying U.S. Capitol buildings and representative offices in all cases before and after J6 were charged under local DC statutes and local courts.
They were fined $50 at most.
To stop the decertification, Send a political message and impeach and later prosecute President Trump.
J6ers were charged with comparatively disparate and fraudulent trumped-up federal charges carrying anywhere from one year to 20 years in prison.
The main three lawless charges used against J6 protesters are now defeated.
18 U.S.C. 1512 obstruction statute, that was 30% of J6ers, he writes.
Then 18 U.S. Code 1752, restricted official grounds on trespassing statute, 90% of J6ers.
And 18 U.S. Code 231 civil disorder, that was 50% of J6ers.
Instead of one multi-defendant capital riot case, Similar to the January 20th and 2017 prosecutions where 235 radical left Antifa were charged and then immediately released for their Inauguration Day riot, each and every J-6 defendant had their own federal case opened against them, and each J-6 defendant was tracked, surveilled, hunted down, and raided as the government used funding of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Forces in the largest prosecution in U.S. history.
So for all of those intel oligarchs that don't want somebody like...
Or anybody looking into the FISA fraud that was used to spy on Donald Trump.
They've had it their way for a very long time.
Goes on, the DOJ concealed evidence of the police assault on the crowd and officers admitting on body cam that their munitions were hitting and inciting people as the media and establishment defamed, dehumanized, and depersoned all of them.
Depersoned all of them.
In both the aforementioned case of the J-20th rioters who attempted to stop the peaceful transfer of power and the case of George Floyd rioters who attacked the White House in 2020, all charges against rioters were dismissed, even for assaulting police.
The 2020 George Floyd rioters who shut down D.C. for nights forced D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser In the January 6th, 231 cases, the curfew was the predicate for the five-year charge, even though the Capitol protest only lasted a few hours and was over by sundown, so the curfew shouldn't have even applied.
In contrast, instead of felony civil disorder charges, The D.C. Floyd Riders were within weeks the subject of congressional hearings titled the U.S. Park Police Attack on Peaceful Protesters at Lafayette Square.
We remember that.
Remember Trump with a Bible.
And then benefited from a legal settlement overseen by D.C. Circuit Chief Judge Beryl Howell due to Park and D.C. Police's failure to adequately provide audible dispersal warnings before assaulting and dispersing the crowd.
President Trump, he writes.
Because of all mentioned above, J-6, the January 6th charges under Merrick Garland and Matthew Graves' D.C. Department of Injustice must be dismissed and convictions pardoned.

So as the influx of immigrants, let's just take Great Britain, right?
As the influx of Muslims have invaded Great Britain, things have changed.
The Englishmen there that point this out and stand up to this and specifically point out the violence, specifically point out the rapes.
Specifically pointing out the misallocation of English taxpayer money.
They are now going to jail over social media posts.
Went on to say that you did not want your money going to immigrants who, quote, rape our kids and get priority, end quote.
This offense is so serious that an immediate custodial sentence is unavoidable.

The sentence that I pass has been reduced by one-third to reflect your guilty plea.
The sentence is one of 20 months imprisonment.
20 months in prison for saying that these immigrants are rapists.
By the way, remember when they freaked out when Donald Trump in his first term talked about the rapists coming across our border, savages?

It's crazy how far beyond we are from that.
People have realized that to protect those around us, to protect our neighbors, to protect our families, many people are coming to the realization that, well, I would rather protect my family, and if you want to call me racist or xenophobic or whatever, I'd rather protect human life.
It's funny, those words have less power now than they did in 2016. Those accusations.
Have virtually no power on the right in a lot of ways.
I mean, they still do in some, but are those people really on the right at this point?
And so contrast that with, I mean, is the pendulum swinging back a little bit?

This morning, a $25.6 million victory for a white former Starbucks employee who accused the coffee giant of racial discrimination.
A New Jersey jury unanimously siding with the former regional manager, Shannon Phillips, claiming...
Her race was a determinative factor in Starbucks' decision to fire her.
Phillips wasn't present the day this viral video was recorded showing the arrest of two black men.
So you remember that?
They arrest two black men in Starbucks.
I think this was also over using the bathroom, or they started locking their bathrooms afterwards.
I don't remember all the details.
But the white...
Manager of that location wasn't even there that day, wasn't even working that day, and they fired her because of the police arresting the black men, and now she's getting $26 million because they fired her because she's white.
It's pretty wild.
Pretty wild.
Back across the pond, though, let's see what could be, what is.
I mean, you look at Lake and Riley, you look at other, I mean, we're experiencing this as well, but...

And I know it's interesting that this is happening in light of the Christmas break H-1B visa debate, or HB1, I always get it wrong.

Think of your sister, daughter, or granddaughter as a child.

They picked them up from local authority care homes to be raped.
They forced them to take crack cocaine and heroin.
They convinced them that they loved them so they could abuse them.
Then they killed their unborn children.
They targeted the most vulnerable and marginalized.
That is just a tiny percentage of the horrors that thousands of little girls face at the hands of their abusers.
Now think about the people who were meant to protect them.
Who comes to mind?
And this goes for American officials as well.
Police, local councils, social services, sexual health clinics, schools, care homes.
But they didn't.
A complete and total failure.
Those in positions of power turned a blind eye for decades while little girls were being raped, tortured, and murdered.
They branded them white slags, child prostitutes, or packy shaggers.
They walked in on victims naked and drugged with 20 plus adult men and only arrested the child.
They arrested the girls for prostitution and handed them back to the same men that were exploiting them.
I didn't know any of this.
They added the victims to dockets as co-defendants and their own abuse.
They downplayed the scale of abuse.
They refused to investigate reports.
They paid the taxi rides the girls got raped during.
They silenced whistleblowers.
They blamed the girls for their own abuse.
They tried to block inquiries and more.
Imagine all of this happened to your sister or your daughter or your granddaughter.
Now think about how young they were, how vulnerable they were.
And now think about that judge that we just played you.
This guy sentencing somebody who's noticing it and putting it on social media to 20 months in jail.
Now we've already seen snippets of this.
Totalitarianism here in this country, but it is far worse over in the UK. Far worse.
Oren McIntyre rightly points out that throughout history, any nation that was displaced by a large contingent of foreign men that raped their daughters without consequence would know they had been conquered.
And today we call it multiculturalism.

He said, quote, the right response to the intolerant new orthodoxy is defiance, ridicule, and counterattack.
Political adversaries who use terms like Nazi, fascist, anti-Semite, nativist, homophobe, bigot, xenophobe, and extremist have started a fight and should be accommodated.
Courage is contagious, and defiance can lead to a recovery of will.
Brian Silvay says, amen, be courageous.
And by the way, you can do all of this while at the same time, when given the opportunity, loving your enemies and praying for your enemies, by the way.
You can still fight back.
He also writes this, that in 2002, Pat Buchanan noted four potentially fatal dangers to America and the West.
His read and subsequent conclusion has proved to be prescient.
Number one, the first is a dying population.
Birth rates in the West have collapsed, signaling a dying will to shoulder the responsibility of the people necessary to continued existence.
Second is the mass migration or immigration of peoples of different colors, creeds, and cultures changing the character of the West forever.
This is the result of the vacuum left by the first problem.
And third, the third is the rise to dominance of an anti-Western culture in the West.
Deeply hostile to its religions, traditions and morality, which has already sundered the West.
The fourth is the breakup of nations and the deflection of ruling elites to a world government whose rise entails the end of nations.
The embrace of universalist thinking is nothing less than a new tyranny on the global scale.
His conclusion is painfully true and locates the crux of the issue.
The West does not lack the capacity or power to repel these dangers, but it seems to lack the desire or will to maintain itself as a vital, separate, unique civilization.
How do we regain this will to be?
Again, it's fascinating to see people go back and kind of resurrect Pat Buchanan and, you know, Back then, saying this stuff out loud, you talk about pearl clutchers, and there's still plenty of people that are going to clutch their pearls on the left.
