Hey, guys.
Well, I'm here with my favorite doctor, Dr. Mark Sherwood, here today.
And guess what I just got?
It is a giant box of a Kingdom Crunch cereal, his new line of cereal called Kingdom Crunch.
And this particular flavor is Acai Bowl.
And let me tell you, it is so, so, so, so, so tasty and delicious.
But besides from it being so tasty, I have Dr. Sherwood here to tell us why it's so good for you, too, and why it's so amazing and should be in everyone's cupboard.
So what's up with this incredible cereal that you sent me that I can't stop eating, Dr. Sherwood?
Well, many times when we hear the word zero, we think unhealthy, poisonous chemical, carcinogenic.
Shouldn't be eating it.
That is quite the opposite.
High protein, zero added sugars, organic ingredients, and healthy fats such as medium-train triglycerides.
Deanna, that should be in everyone's cupboard, in every child's mouth, every day.
That is truly healthy and life-giving for kids.
I recommend it all the way.
Not because I made it, but because it solves a real problem in today's world.
Excuse me, I can't stop eating, but I gave it to my son, Maverick, who also loves cereal, but I don't want him to eat cereal except for this.
This is really, really good.
It's really tasty.
It actually tastes like real acai in your mouth.
And it's packed full of all these nutrients and no sugar, right?
No added sugar?
That's insane.
How is it so sweet then?
Yeah, we use stevia, monk fruit, and some allulose there, all of which, get this, are diabetic friendly.
They won't raise blood sugar, which is another benefit.
I've had people ask me, can I eat that if I'm diabetic?
Yes, you can, and you can fix your diabetes.
Yay!
Awesome.
Well, this is so good.
Where can everybody find this Kingdom French cereal?
They can find it at sherwood.tv forward slash shots and use your discount code to save.
Promo code shots.
Promo code shots and they can save some money off there and support your program.
Absolutely.
Alright, go to sherwood.tv promo code shots and pick up this delicious Kingdom Crunch cereal today.
All right, without further ado, let's get into the top news of the day.
Well, it is the pardon heard around the world.
Yes, Biden, President Biden, if you could call him the president still, the corpse in the White House.
He has just given a full and complete pardon to his son, Hunter Biden.
Yes, his crack whore.
Pedo, weird, prostitute, footie-loving son, Hunter Biden, has received a full pardon, which has given him absolutely no accountability, no punishment for any of his crimes for all of these years.
So like what so many people have been saying...
There will be no accountability for Biden and the elites, and especially not his son, Hunter Biden.
And everybody is up in arms about it.
It's pretty unbelievable because, first of all, this, you know, pardons usually happen right at the very end of a president's term, usually right before their inauguration, actually, is when the pardons happen.
So he's doing, he's issued this pardon very early.
And a lot of people think it's pretty bizarre that he issued it quite early.
And the fact that he promised so many times over and over again, no, he will not pardon his son.
And if his son is found guilty of any crimes or wrongdoing, he will respect the judicial process and he will uphold the court of law and he will...
Have him face whatever punishments they deem necessary.
And he said that countless times on TV over and over again with everybody witnessing it.
And it's interesting enough, too, that he issued this pardon out and then just jet-set it immediately to Africa, where he can't be found for comment, really.
So he wanted to just ski-daddle as quick as possible to minimize any retribution he might get from this.
And there is a lot of retribution.
Check out just some of these clips.
I mean, even CNN is calling Biden out for this.
Even...
Commentators on CNN, even Democrat senators and representatives and major liberals are all banded together in this and how atrocious this was, this move was of Biden on his way out to pardon his son.
Listen up.
CNN has learned President Biden will pardon his son Hunter Biden.
CNN chief national affairs correspondent Jeff Zeleny, I believe, is with us.
Jeff, can you hear me?
Jessica, yes.
Okay, what are you learning?
Look, we are just getting a statement from President Joe Biden.
He's saying that today he signed a pardon for my son, Hunter, and he goes through the reasoning why.
Of course, Hunter is facing a sentencing later this month, but this is...
Really a monumental moment for President Biden.
He said several months ago in June, when he was still seeking a re-election, that he would not pardon Hunter Biden.
But now we are learning he is.
And let's just read through this statement quickly together.
He said, today I signed a pardon for my son Hunter.
From the day I took office, I said I would not interfere with the Justice Department's decision making.
And I kept my word, even as I watched my son being selectively and unfairly prosecuted.
So this is a fairly long statement about four or five paragraphs from President Biden, but really going through why he is making this decision.
He also goes on to say this.
He said, no reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter's cases can reach any other conclusion that Hunter was singled out because he is my son, and that is wrong.
He goes on to say there has been an effort to break Hunter, who has been five and a half years sober, Even in the face of unrelenting attacks and selective prosecution.
So, of course, Jessica, let's take a step back.
You obviously covered the Biden campaign along with me, and this is something that Hunter Biden has been dealing with.
This was a tax case, a gun case.
He went through his trial in Delaware.
There was another case in Los Angeles.
But this is really the culmination of President Biden really making the decision tonight to sign a pardon for a son, Hunter, not just a commutation of a possible sentence, I'm going to read one of these headlines,
and there are many, of course, but this is why this pardon is so unusual and what it actually is going to do for President Donald Trump when he sets into office, because it's going to set quite the precedent.
And this is really just a gift.
To conservatives at this point is actually a really good parting gift.
So check this out.
This is one headline.
The Hunter Biden pardon gives Donald Trump powerful new political cover.
Yes.
Joe Biden's broad reprieve for his son gives the president-elect new rationale for even more expansive pardons than those he issued in his first terms.
Let's continue.
In his sweeping pardon of Hunter Biden, his son, President Joe Biden did not just protect his son.
He also handed President-elect Donald Trump a template to shield his own allies and stretch the pardon power even further.
Legal experts say Trump now has fresh precedent and political cover to issue expansive pardons absolving his allies not only of specific offenses, but even any undetermined crimes they may have committed.
Wow.
Crazy.
So...
Hunter Biden is now cleared of legal consequences for any federal law he might have broken over an 11-year period.
And apparently these terms are so unusual, and the process leading up to this pardon was so secretive and hush-hush that the Justice Department's Office of the Pardon Attorney, which typically advises the presidency on clemency issues, was taken by surprise themselves.
Wow.
So in the final days of Trump's first term, at least one close ally of his, Representative Matt Gaetz, requested a similarly sweeping pardon.
And requested a similar sweeping pardon, but top White House aides made it clear that that would be a non-starter.
But now that Biden has crossed this Rubicon, legal experts and former Trump associates say it will be even harder to restrain Trump next time.
He now has a ready-made rationale to follow suit when it comes to his office.
So can we say January 6th, political prisoners, freedom!
Finally, freedom at last for January 6th political prisoners come on on day one.
If he does not issue a sweeping pardon of January 6th political prisoners that have been rotting in prison this entire time for four years, and if he doesn't grant a sweeping pardon to also anybody really that had been there on January 6th,
the thousands of people that are the thousands of people that are still in the FBI's net and were being closed in on and questioned over the last few years, I mean, then I will lose all shred of respects that I have still for President Trump.
I mean, that needs to be a huge priority from day one, and it needs to be loud and proud about it.
And anybody else who has been politically persecuted, And under wrongful terms and circumstances, like Tina Peters, for instance, who is investigating the election fraud, and so many others, then we'll know for sure Donald Trump is a fraud.
But I think this really does pave the way.
And I think, from what I hear from January Sixers who are locked up and talking to me, that they are celebrating in prison right now.
There is a huge sentiment of positivity and optimism.
And they believe, as do I, that they will be released in the next couple months.
So that is very good to hear for us.
But...
Just for comedy purposes, let's just review some of these clips, because they're so funny, going around of Biden eating his own words, saying over and over and over again that he would never pardon his son, that he would respect the rule of law, and then, boom, he pardons him.
Oh, but he blamed it on his wife, Jill, too.
He said, Jill was the one who made me do it.
Check this out for your viewing pleasure.
The presidential promise to put the law before a family.
I said I abide by the jury decision.
I will do that, and I will not pardon him.
Letting the world know that he will not wipe away the decision of 12 of his son's peers.
Was asked directly, and he has said he wouldn't pardon his son if he gets convicted.
Let's wait and see what happens if he loses.
Yeah, but I mean, but he said it.
He's going to get pardoned by his dad.
There's no question about that.
The president has ruled out pardoning his son.
Major commitment from the president, accepting the outcome of the trial and also pledging not to pardon his son.
The challenge for him is really to continue to live up to his values when it was really personal, and he did that today.
It seems like a pretty normal, straightforward answer, but it takes new weight when we see what Trump is saying about the outcome of his trial.
We're hearing from other Republicans who say they don't accept the jury's verdict here in New York.
The contrast is profound.
To sit there and say, well, I'm not going to intervene in the legal process, and I wouldn't pardon my son.
One side, Democrats and Joe Biden protecting the justice system, and on the other, Republicans and Trump protecting Trump.
A current president of the United States...
Has so much respect for the law that he has said he would not pardon his son.
I mean, what, you know, again, it's all about the contrast.
President Biden saying, I will respect whatever this jury decides versus Donald Trump after he was convicted on 34 counts, saying the entire system is rigged against him.
Their latest attack has been that Joe Biden has politicized and weaponized the DOJ, right?
That was the whole argument around Donald Trump's conviction.
And this week, of course, Hunter Biden was found guilty, and Joe Biden has very clearly said he would not pardon his son, he would not commit his sentence.
How stark is this difference?
I mean, how can Republicans keep making this argument now that Joe Biden has really put it out there?
Where's Hunter?
And he stood there in a courtroom, flanked by his family, and he's accepted his sentence.
He is not pardoning his son, which he could do.
These are federal charges.
He is not doing that.
He is not doing it because he is living what it means to have a rule of law in this country.
If you want to know if he believes it, you can actually see what is happening with his own son.
The president, Anderson, has been really clear that he is going to accept the outcome of the trial no matter what happens.
So Joe Biden's gotten asked about, you know, talking about law and order.
He's gotten asked if he would pardon his son.
He has said no.
On the other side, you've got Donald Trump who has said that he will pardon the January 6th insurrectionists.
They're not even his sons.
They're just sons of bitches.
Washington said, I am not running again because he understood the self-restraint was absolutely essential to this country.
So you don't have a king.
He did not pardon his son.
He did not order the Department of Justice to say, don't prosecute my son.
So impressive.
Could have ordered the Justice Department to halt the prosecution of Hunter Biden, according to this court.
Everyone understands he's a decent man.
I think Joe Biden has a chance here to stand up for the rule of law, to say the law is the law no matter who it is, no matter if it's Trump or Biden.
And remember, part of Trumpism's dangerousness is that it tears down institutions, important institutions of our democracy.
So there is an opportunity here for Biden to say, you know, the jury found him guilty.
This is how it's supposed to work.
Period.
Paragraph.
End of story.
Have you ruled out a pardon for your son?
Yes.
As I said last week, I will accept the outcome of this case and will continue to respect the judicial process as Hunter considers an appeal.
You know, the president said he won't touch it.
He said he's not going to pardon his son.
And it seems that Mayor Garland let it go through.
How can the Justice Department be weaponized against Trump when all of that is happening?
Democrats stand for the rule of law.
Remember, law and order.
You know, and we've been saying that Trump's not above the law, Hunter Biden's not above the law, no one is above the law.
And it is amazing to see the stark contrast between how Democrats handled today and how Republicans handled this whole thing over the last couple of weeks.
For years, these conservatives have been crowing about a politicized Justice Department, Biden politicizing it and so on.
What happened today?
The Justice Department convicted the president's own son, his only living son.
You heard the president say he would accept the outcome of the case.
I know no other word for that, but presidential.
He even went so far as to say he wouldn't pardon his son.
That's how much respect he has for the system.
The president has said that he will not pardon his son.
What did you think of that?
I thought it was extraordinary.
I mean, it was a moment of just moral clarity on the part of Joe Biden and couldn't have been in, you know, starker contrast to the way Donald Trump has handled his own conviction.
And check out even CNN. CNN's own, their finest, are blasting Biden for this move.
Check out again, just to have a few laughs.
My source on the Hill tonight is Democratic Senator Michael Bennett of Colorado.
And Senator, it's great to have you here because you weighed in on Biden's decision and you said that in your view it put the personal interest ahead of duty and that it further eroded Americans' faith that the justice system is fair and equal for all.
What do you think that this move means for President Biden's legacy?
Well, I think it's not going to help.
And I believe that he has run his campaigns and governed, you know, saying that he was helping to try to rescue our democracy from the clutches of Donald Trump, which is a very worthy thing we should be trying to do.
But when you turn around after you say month after month after month, you're not going to pardon your son.
And then you do pardon him, putting the personal ahead of your responsibilities to the American people.
It just gives the American people a sense that There's one system for the rich and powerful and another system for everybody else, which is one of the reasons why we haven't been able to keep Donald Trump from coming back here again for a second term.
It's in that terrible context that this decision was made by the president.
Do you believe it basically means Democrats lose the moral high ground on this?
I think it's very costly with respect to that.
We have to get out of a politics that says that when a Republican president is elected, the Justice Department is going to do their work.
When a Democratic president elected, the Justice Department is going to do their work.
That is not how this is all supposed to work.
In a country that's committed to the rule of law, committed to democracy, the Justice Department is supposed to stand for the American people and also provide justice whether somebody's rich or somebody's poor which doesn't mean that everybody gets it perfectly but I think we have somewhat in my mind accepted Donald Trump's standard when we say that the political Or that the prosecution of Hunter Biden,
for example, was political.
I mean, that is incredibly unhelpful when you think about the precedent that it's gonna set for Donald Trump.
It's a gift to Donald Trump because he's gonna come here and claim that he's just doing what Joe Biden did.
And I think that is hurtful for the American people.
Yeah, I mean, when you're saying that this is accepting Trump's standard or his view of the Justice Department, I mean, reading that statement from President Biden, it didn't just say, you know, I know I've said for months that I wasn't going to do this, but I'm a dad.
I didn't run and then, you know, didn't ultimately beat Donald Trump, so I changed my mind.
I mean, he attacked the Justice Department You know, which is obviously led by his pick, Attorney General Merrick Garland, and called it a miscarriage of justice.
So what do Democrats do in two months when Donald Trump is in office and he wants Pam Bondi running the DOJ? What does that look like?
I don't think this needs to be just up to Democrats.
I think this is going to have to be up to Democrats and Republicans.
I hear politicians all over the place here, you know, talking to the cameras and saying, the Justice Department is corrupt.
The FBI is corrupt.
This is corrupt.
You know what?
We have the oversight of all of those agencies.
And senators that came before us when presidents were abusing the trust of the American people found a way to provide the oversight that we now do.
I'm on the Intelligence Committee.
That was created to deal with the abuses of the CIA and the FBI around the time of Watergate.
Senators in those days had their act together and worked as Republicans and Democrats to ensure that the rule of law would last For the next generation of Americans and that we were carrying forward a trust that our parents and grandparents kept for us rather than just pointing fingers and blame and saying it's all somebody else's fault or that it's all just politics.
And a lot of the reason why Trump got elected is because a lot of the people in America think it all is just politics.
And they think this place is corrupt, and they think Donald Trump is corrupt, but at least he's being honest about his corruption.
We should do better than that standard in this country.
We should do better than that in the United States of America if we're going to expect to pass something along to our kids and our grandkids that we're proud of.
And I don't think that's naive.
Go ahead.
Yeah, I take it you don't agree with Senator Manchin's suggestion that to even this out, Biden should also pardon Trump.
I don't think...
This isn't about evening stuff out between politicians in Washington, D.C. Hey, guys.

Why is Kingdom Fuel so much better than a lot of other supplements and nutritional supplements out there?
Because this is a really, really good shake.
My favorite, by the way, is the vanilla, but I've got the vanilla and the chocolate.
Well, Kingdom Fuel is not just a protein shake.
It has organic pea protein, full spectrum, full amino acid profile, 20 grams of protein.
But it's also got added to it greens and reds.
A lot of people buy those separately.
It's got vitamins and minerals, insoluble and insoluble fiber.
That is a complete meal, and it's under $5 per serving.
And people use three scoops.
But guess what?
Most people don't.
They use one or two.
So you're talking about a full, complete meal.
The shelf life is two years if you don't open it.
Pretty cool.
Oh yeah, absolutely.

And in other news, a transgender, yes, a man with a biological penis and everything else, an Adam's apple, a man, has just won the Model of the Year Award for the 2024 Model Fashion Awards.
Yes.
It just won.
This transgender man just, again, erased women in all of their hard work, training and developing to be a model at a fashion show.
Yes, erased them once again by stepping into this scene, this women's only space, and then clenching the title for Model of the Year.
Its name, I'm not even going to say he or she, but its name is Alex Consani.
Alex Consani.
In her acceptance speech, which is even more cringe and ironic, she says, I can't accept this award without thanking those, though, who came before me, specifically the black trans women who really fought for the space that I'm in today.
So it was actually not even just white men, but black men.
Yes, black men are the ones that have most aggressively been erasing women and barging into women's spaces and making all of this possible for men to clinch titles and awards that should be going to women.
Let's grab a little clip of this transgender man receiving Model of the Year 2024 award.
I mean, to me, being given, I guess, the honor of being model of the year as a trans woman, I never expected that at all.
It's really crazy.
I'm still, like, coming to terms with the fact that I have this award in my hand, but, like, it's so impactful and it's so meaningful, but I hope that it means something bigger than just me because, like, it's not about me and, like, what I'm celebrated for within the industry is so centered around who I grew up around, which are, like, the black women and the people of color who are trans, who are, like, marginalized and felt...
And meant to felt and important, but they're really the origin of my community, and I hope that that opens the conversation to them.
Well, another very good news, and I hope this comes true, President Trump is vowing to get really, really tough cracking down on child sex trafficking throughout the country and the world.
And this is a very good thing, obviously.
He said that he screened the movie The Sound of Freedom At Thanksgiving at his Bedminster Trump resort, and he was very touched and moved by it, but that it underscores his personal mission, and as it has been illustrated in the past, to fight child sex trafficking and truly exterminate this evil from our country and ideally the planet.
He said he's going to get really tough on it and put policies in place to destroy it.
Check out his comments on busting up child sex trafficking rings.
I was thrilled to host a screening at Bedminster of the important new film, Sound of Freedom, about the power of faith in overcoming evil and in particular, the evil of child trafficking.
Big problem.
We had it down to the lowest number in many years just four years ago, and now it's gone through the roof.
Even though the fake news media has tried to ignore it, Sound to Freedom has been a national sensation and a colossal success at the box office.
Really big numbers.
Everyone should see it.
This is a very important film and very important movie and it's a very important documentary all wrapped up in one.
It's really About an issue that has to be discussed.
Under my leadership, we did more than any administration in history to combat human trafficking and to end modern-day slavery.
In one of my first acts in office, I signed an executive order targeting transnational criminal organizations that traffic and exploit innocent people.
I signed the Frederick Douglass Trafficking Victims Prevention and Protection Reauthorization Act Authorizing $430 million to fight sex and labor trafficking.
I signed legislation to crack down on foreign countries who are not meeting standards for eliminating trafficking, of which there are many.
I also signed into law the Abolish Human Trafficking Act, Which strengthened programs supporting survivors and provided more resources for ending modern slavery.
We do have modern slavery, if you can believe it.
Additionally, I created the first ever White House position focused solely on combating human trafficking.
And perhaps most importantly, we created the most secure border in U.S. history by far.
Dealing a major blow to the cartels and traffickers.
We built hundreds of miles of wall.
We renovated hundreds of miles of wall.
We never had anything like it.
And then I got Mexico free of charge to give us 28,000 soldiers to protect us from people coming into our country illegally.
When I am back in the White House, I will immediately end the Biden border nightmare.
That traffickers are using to exploit vulnerable women and children.
We will fully secure the border.
I will wage war on the cartels just as I destroyed the ISIS caliphate, 100% gone, 100% destroyed.
They'll come back now because we have a weak administration.
I will use Title 42 to end the child trafficking crisis by returning all trafficked children to their families, in their home countries, and without delay.
And I will urge Congress to ensure that anyone caught trafficking children across our border receives the death penalty immediately, and that includes also for women.
Because women, as you know, are number one in trafficking.
Children are actually number two.
I want to thank Eduardo, Jim, Tim Ballard, and everyone else involved in this film for their incredible efforts and their great genius.
Together we will end the scourge of human trafficking, and we will defend the dignity of human life.
Thank you very much.
Thank you.
And the decor is quite shocking to say the least.
Check out her big reveal of the White House all decorated for the Christmas season.
She's calling it illustrative of a season of light and peace.
A season of light and peace is what she calls it.
That's her holiday theme.
Interesting.
Did anybody tell her that Christmas doesn't take place in a circus?
I'm expecting flying monkeys to run around or elephants to start walking around.
I mean, what is this?
What is this circus?
But, you know, it just goes to show you that where they're really at.
I mean, this whole presidency of Biden has been a fake election.
Circus.
It is.
It's all been a show.
It's all been theater.
So maybe because they do like to tell us what they're doing or what they've done through symbols, through pictures, and not so obvious decorations.
But perhaps they are telling exactly that, that this whole presidency has been a sham.
It's been a show.
It's been a circus.
And what we are involved in is political theater.
For circuses.
And all they do is hand out bread and circuses to us, to the masses, to keep us entertained and dumbed down while they do whatever it is they do, world domination and control behind our backs.
So perhaps a lot of people are laughing at this, like, does Jill have any taste...
But I think it's actually quite telling and more sinister than people realize.
It is a confirmation and an admission that this is all just one big circus.
That's it.
So enjoy their Christmas circus over there in the White House.
I look forward to so much to them leaving.
Well, it finally happened.
President Trump had dinner with Bibi Netanyahu's wife this week over in Mar-a-Lago and their son as well.
They had dinner together.
They were chummy together.
And this comes just recently after he said that we need to make Israel great again.
You know, a lot of people have been making comments and especially on our network that Trump literally is all about Israel first and making Israel great again.
But what about us?
What about Americans?
We're supposed to be the forgotten people and men and women, not Israel.
And then seeing him out to dinner, having a grand old time with Netanyahu's wife and child, it just kind of confirmed a lot of obvious suspicions and concerns, I think, for a lot of people that The concepts revealed and exposed in the Stu Peters original documentary, Occupied, truly are coming to life now.
They're coming to fruition.
It's not hyperbole anymore.
It's not conspiracy theory.
Everybody can watch as this unfolds, as what Stu and the crew have been talking about for months and months now.
Ever since October 7th of last year.
And I think the more people see what's happening in front of our eyes over the next couple months, the more the truth will be exposed.
Why is Trump being so chummy-chummy with the Netanyahu's?
Obviously, he's committed to making Israel great again.
And he has all of these Jews, Israel-first Jews, in his cabinet now.
Read the writing on the wall here.
I mean, this is a recipe for truly putting America last again and putting Israel first.
I hope I'm wrong, but it doesn't sound like they're going to be punishing Israelis anytime soon or trying to stop the war.
Even though Trump put out a damning statement right after that dinner saying that we must stop this war, that there must be a ceasefire, and release the Israeli hostages.
But what about the Palestinian hostages?
What about all of this bloodshed that has happened here?
And then he said, or you will be sorry.
So it seems to me that he's obviously chosen the side that he's on, and all of his actions lately have been confirming that more and more.
Pretty scary stuff, especially just given the genocide that has been happening before everyone's eyes and how truly one-sided this has been.
So make Israel great again, says Trump.
And He called for a ceasefire of Ukraine as well.
He says, weapons down, we need to call for a ceasefire.
But what's crazy is that Biden, in the same week, he has just stepped up Ukrainian aid again with a new package, a $725 million package.
Unbelievable.
Of more aid to Ukraine.
I mean, what are they doing with all this aid?
What are they doing with it?
I mean, it is a ruined country anyways.
A fake country.
And yet somehow they're shaking us down for more money.
And he does this right on his way out.
Right on his way out.
So it says the Biden administration announced a new $725 million package.
A security assistance package for Ukraine on Monday that includes provisions for more landmines and precision rocket launchers.
How is this going to help?
How is this going to end the war?
It's not.
We know that.
It's just making the military-industrial complex and the elites a rich on our backs, but...
It's just a money laundering scheme which has been confirmed.
So more landmines, more precision rocket launchers to fuel the flames of the war.
Why it matters is President Biden has committed to a surge in aid before he leaves office.
Keith Kellogg, who's Trump's pick for special envoy for Ukraine and Russia, has pushed a proposal to end the war between the two nations.
So I just I can't.
It's really hard to believe that he's doing this again right before he leaves the office.
And then here's this even more mind blowing.
Today it was just announced that Joe Biden has announced another a billion dollars, a billion dollars to send to Africa in aid to help them with African national disasters.
A billion dollars.
So $760 more million to Ukraine, a billion dollars to Africa, and yet they gave, what was it, $750, not million, not thousands, $750, a whopping $750 to the Americans that suffered massive tragedies and losses, and many of them lost their homes in the North Carolina Hurricane Helene.
$750.
Add a couple zeros, and then you get Ukraine aid and African aid.
But that's so mind-blowing, and it's so revealing and confirming that that is what their plan is.
It's America last, truly.
Africa first.
Ukraine first.
Israel first, America last.
It is spitting in our faces, spitting in the faces of veterans, spitting in the faces of the poor North Carolinans and everybody who got devastated in that hurricane, spitting in our faces.
That's all that that is.
And it's so sick.
And the fact that he's doing it right before he leaves office, he's truly meant to bankrupt America, bankrupt us on the way out.
And cause even more devastation and humiliation to Americans.
So that's just sickening, but I guess, what else can we expect?
You know, that's the right thing for the wealthiest nation in the world to do.
And today, I'm announcing over $1 billion of new humanitarian support for Africans displaced from homes by historic droughts and food insecurity.
We know African leaders and citizens are seeking more than just aid.
You seek investment.
So the United States is expanding our relationship all across Africa, from assistance to aid, investment to trade, moving from patrons to partners.
To help bridge the infrastructure gap.
I was told, by the way, when I got elected, I could never get an infrastructure bill passed.
Meanwhile, Governor Gavin Newsom of California is preparing a Trump-proof California plan in California.
So he's proposing this big plan that he's Getting whipped into action ASAP, actually, that will be blocking any of Trump's orders.
He's going to try to keep California the same without any influence of Trump's presidency at all.
Basically, almost like seceding.
He's basically like creating his own country in California.
Because how could you have a state that just is ruled by their own laws and orders and separate from the presidency?
And whatever president's orders that he tries to enact.
So he is creating this Trump-proof California.
Just one more reason to flee California or never come back if you already fleed like I did.
Check this clip out, if you haven't already, of Gavin Newsom talking about this.
Welcome back.
Thanks for staying with us.
Some Democratic governors are preparing to push back against the incoming Trump administration.
California Governor Gavin Newsom has called a special session of the legislature to quote, Trump-proof the state.
He also met with President Biden, lobbying the administration for funding and federal waivers before Inauguration Day.
Talking about everything we need to do to prepare for this transition, to prepare California, protecting our environmental leadership in California, issues related to health care, disaster recovery, disaster relief, FEMA funding.
It's a great day.
CBS News California investigative correspondent Julie Watts is following the story and joins us now.
Julie, as always, great to see you.
California's attorney general, as you know, Rob Bonta, says his office is already writing legal briefs in preparation to sue the incoming Trump administration.
Catch us up on the state's history in regards to suing the first Trump administration.
Yeah, we have a long history, Major.
During the first Trump administration, Governor Newsom and then Attorney General Javier Becerra sued the federal government on average once every 12 days.
They filed more than 120 lawsuits on issues ranging from the environment to immigration.
And notably, Becerra won most of those lawsuits, at least the lawsuits that actually went through the legal process by the time Trump left office.
It's also interesting, you may remember, that that really increased Becerra's national profile.
He was then tapped by President Biden to go be Health and Human Services Secretary during the pandemic.
Governor Newsom appointed his replacement, our now Attorney General Rob Bonta.
And here's what else is interesting this time around.
As they prepare to file what amounts to many lawsuits, at least that's what they're talking about.
Both Newsom and Bonta are expected to run for office of their own over the next few years.
Bonta's widely expected to run to replace Governor Newsom when he turns out in two years.
And Newsom, of course, It's widely expected to run to replace President Trump in four years.
So it will be interesting to watch the political implications of California's legal battle here.
So what about this special session the governor has called, what is its agenda?
So the governor made an official proclamation.
In it he says he's going to ask lawmakers inside this building for additional funding to fund the California DOJ, that's the Attorney General's office, to fund other state agencies and then his own executive branch.
And he's talking about funding in this proclamation both for lawsuits against the Trump administration and then to defend against lawsuits by the Trump administration.
So, Vice President Harris carried California, but by a margin far smaller than President Biden did.
What is the political takeaway in California about that?
And what, if anything, does it say about Californians' appetites for these kinds of lawsuits?
You know, that's a really great question, Major, and that's something that we're going to be watching.
Trump was able to flip at least eight counties at last count.
Of course, we still are counting some votes.
Looks like 31 counties out of 58 at last count went for President-elect Trump.
So, really, we are seeing a shift.
In fact, even Governor Newsom recently in September said that he was wondering what state he was living in.
And that was in response to sort of overwhelming support from Californians for a tough on crime ballot measure that would increase penalties for drug and theft crimes.
Now, here's what's interesting about that.
Just in terms of the divide between the governor and the AG and sort of public sentiment in California, both the governor and the AG opposed what is now known as Prop 36. In fact, most of the Democratic leadership inside this building opposed, publicly opposed Prop 36. The governor spent a year, nearly a year, trying to keep it off the ballot.
He was unsuccessful, and then California voters passed it at last count in about 70% support.
So certainly they are at odds, at least when it comes to crime.
With the desires of the Governor and the AG and some of Democratic leadership.
But what we're looking at here is not lawsuits related to necessarily homelessness and retail theft and drugs, right?
The Governor's proclamation is talking about reproductive rights, about clean vehicle policies, about DACA, about immigration.
And we don't have a lot of great polling on many of these issues because it frankly just was not top of mind for a lot of Californians heading into the election.
Julie Watts in Sacramento, thank you so very much.
Unbelievable.
Well, at least we got RFK coming through with his six-pack abs, gliding and sliding in to make America healthy again.
Maybe not happening in California with your Big Macs and fries and everything, but everywhere else...
Make America Healthy Again has been trending and RFK is strutting around shirtless and saying he is preparing for his confirmation hearing to get into Trump's cabinet and truly make America healthy again.
Now, I got to hand it to him.
play the clip okay Robert Okay, Robert!
Say whatever you want about RFK, but let's face it.
I mean, the guy is 50s, 60s, and this has got the body of a 23-year-old.
Unbelievable.
Pretty crazy.
But it's a good, you know, what I like about it is it is setting a good example.
We need to have somebody in that role, unlike the transgender previously, the man pretending to be a woman, but we have to have someone in that role who's truly going to be a role model and reflective of making America healthy again.
It's so important.
And we can't have somebody who's super overweight or who's looking like a man but is actually a woman or vice versa.
We need someone to truly transform America's health because we do have an epidemic of unhealthy and obese diabetic people in our country.
And we need to turn it around.
We need to transform it.
So let's see if RFK can do it.
Let's see if he's able to do it and conquer this.
It's an uphill battle.
But having six-pack abs and shirtless videos and stuff when he's truly walking his talk ain't a bad start.
Got to admit it.
Well, the election just went so bad for Skamala Harris, so terribly, unprecedentedly terrible and atrocious that even her own members of her own party are turning on each other.
They're cannibalizing each other and it's really destroyed the Democrat Party from the inside out.
Here's Charlemagne the God calling her out and also the Democrats and talking about how morally bankrupt they really are and how this presidency, this failed presidential campaign, truly exposed that.
Check this out.
Hunter was singled out because he broke the law.
That's number one.
He was singled out because he had an illegal gun and tax evasion charges, not because he was the president's son.
And I honestly don't care.
I just want Democrats to stop acting like they are on this moral high ground politically when they have shown us they're not, you know, whether it's skipping the primary process when Biden stepped down and things like Biden pardoning his son.
Stop acting like y'all the pure party and Republicans aren't.
And it also shows me elected officials can do whatever they want as long as they have the political will and courage to do it.
Absolutely.
But let me ask you a question.
I know at first, Hunter was only supposed to get, I guess, community service and probation.
And then when that was supposed to happen, they pulled it off the table and they said that Republicans forced him to get charged.
Is that true?
And that's the reason why he was pardoned?
I'm not necessarily...
Oh, I'm not sure why he was necessarily pardoned.
Because at first, you know, because at first he was supposed to only get probation and then they pulled that back in the game of time, right?
I don't know nothing about that.
I thought he was facing 42 years in prison for illegal gun possession and tax charges.
Get my son out.
What are you talking about?
Yes, he definitely, because he lied on paperwork to get the gun, and he was addicted to drugs at the time.
And, you know, you're supposed to be addicted to drugs when you get a gun, so that is how he, quote-unquote, illegally obtained the gun.
So there's that.
And look, as much as I can't stand the guy, you gotta admit, James Carville, his one-liners, his...
His accuracy and honesty is hilarious, and I appreciate it.
He can be a national treasure at times.
This is him.
He's just been on a rampage ranting about Kamala Harris, how betrayed he feels, how terrible of a candidate she was, how horrible of a campaign this was, and ranting on the Democrats, saying they truly have lost people.
They've lost Americans, and they're tone deaf, and it has cost them the election.
So I'm kind of...
Sitting back with my popcorn, enjoying every time I see him coming on and ranting.
Check this out.
The Vice President was thinking about going on Joe Rogan's show, and a lot of the younger progressive staffers pitched a hissy fit.
Supposedly the campaign said that that wasn't the term to effect, but they did.
When you put a campaign together and you hire young people to do work, let me tell you exactly what you'd tell these people, what I would tell them.
Not only am I not interested in your fucking opinion, I'm not even going to call you by your name.
You're 23 years old.
I don't really give a shit what you think.
And let me tell you another huge error, huge fucking error this way, is when people said, campaigns need to reflect progressive values.
No, they don't.
No, they don't.
Campaigns are authoritarian by their nature.
And if I were running a 2028 campaign and I had some little snot-nosed 23-year-old Saying I'm going to resign if you don't do this, not only would I fire that motherfucker on the spot, I would find out who hired them and fire that person on the spot.
I'm really not interested in your uninformed, stupid, jackass opinion as to whether you go on Joe Rogan or not.
Hey, I'm here for it.
So great.
And also, I mean, just the fact that he's wearing a pink hoodie sweatshirt with U.S. Marine Corps across it and it's pink.
I feel like that's very that just sums up everything that's wrong with America, with military and with woke culture under Biden and Kamala's regime possible.
I mean, really sums it all up.
Right.
They're destroying and weakening and neutering the military and gayifying it.
But anyways, one more clip from James Carville that you've got to see.
This is him calling it out, saying, where did those $2 billion go, Kamala?
What the hell happened?
We need to have an audit of everything.
Like, literally, how do you spend this much money in this short amount of time?
And where did it go?
And why did you fail so miserably?
So let's close out with this one last clip from James Carville.
Check this out.
But the resistance is going to have trouble raising money.
These fundraisers are burnt.
They're really pissed now.
And the damage that the 2024 campaign has done, the damage that this decade has done to the Democratic brand is almost unfathomable.
Almost unfathomable.
But I would say the policy number one is we're going to audit everything.
We're going to audit the campaign.
We're going to audit Future Forward.
We're going to audit the DMC so people can know.
But I'm telling you, without complete transparency, the campaign, we think, raised a billion and a half dollars.
Okay?
We know that Future Forward, the last we saw, was $900 million, so we can assume that they got to a billion before election.
That's $2.5 freaking billion.
Do you have any idea where that money went?
Does anybody have any idea?
All right, guys.
