Thank you.
Thank you.
This is the Millstone Report.
My name is Paul Harrell.
Thank you so much for being with us.
We've been covering a story for a very, very long time.
Many of you are familiar with it.
The story of Jeff Younger, the story of James Younger.
And unfortunately, folks, I don't have good news to report.
Jeff Younger tweeting this yesterday.
I lost all parental rights to my sons.
Goodbye, boys.
Perhaps we will meet you or meet when you are adults.
California Judge Juhas gave my ex-wife authority to castrate my son.
James, all contact with my boys must be supervised.
I won't do that.
I send letters and gifts to my sons.
My ex is not required to give them to the boys.
I cannot post pictures of my sons.
Let my story be a cautionary one for young men.
Fathers have no rights to their children.
Do not enter the family law system.
For more on this we're joined by Jeff Younger.
He's with us.
Jeff, when I talked to you just via text yesterday I said when you're ready to come on I would love to have you and just give you the floor.
People have seen the interviews that we've done in the past.
I know there was a space last night on X hosted by Derek Evans.
Just give us your reaction to this sermon.
By the way, I want to start by saying I'm so sorry this has happened to you.
Thank you.
It's a tragedy for my sons.
Well, I mean...
In court I basically showed that my ex-wife gave false medical and psychological histories to the care providers that she had and she's a pediatrician so there's really no excuse for this other than you know she wanted to achieve a certain diagnostic outcome.
I showed that my son doesn't meet the criteria for gender dysphoria.
I showed that the treatments for gender dysphoria are ineffective and not safe.
The judge just ignored all of that.
It doesn't appear in his ruling.
Judge Juhasz, Mark Juhasz, simply picked out something from a custody evaluator, an obscure quote from a report from a custody evaluator back in 2018, and based his whole decision off that.
And on that basis, I have supervised visitation with my sons.
All contact has to be supervised, even telephone calls or whatever, so I have to pay hundreds of dollars even to make a phone call.
Supervised visits cost me about $2,000 a piece because I have to fly to California and I have to get a hotel and then do the visit and pay the supervisor.
I don't have any parental rights.
I have no notification rights.
She doesn't have to tell me anything about where my kids go to school.
I don't have any knowledge of their medical care.
And she has no limits on her ability to chemically castrate my son, which is her stated intention.
That's where we are.
So, I guess this report that he cited from 2018, what was it?
Was it just some offhand account?
It was a court-appointed custody evaluator who spent a year looking at me and my sons.
His report was impeached in court by my expert, Dr. Levine.
Because Dr. Levine showed that the custody evaluator, his name is, I'll think of it in a second.
He improperly understood the psychological definition of gender dysphoria and improperly applied a diagnostic criteria.
And so the judge completely discounted his report.
And explain that.
Nevertheless, the same custody evaluator found that James was very happy as a boy.
He was happy with me.
That children were not fearful of me in any way.
And he recommended that I have custody of my sons.
The judge eventually gave me 50-50 custody.
So the judge just cherry picked a quote out of this report.
You know, they give things that are critical of both parents and he just cherry picked a quote and used it.
I was hoping that in light of the fact that Donald Trump won, he said he wants to ban genital mutilation for kids.
Basically, he wants to ban this trans child abuse nationwide.
There's growing support for that.
I was hoping and praying that this judge...
Would kind of see the writing on the wall.
However, what we're seeing from leftists all over the place is there's now a clock.
And there was a transgender doctor the other day basically saying, hey, insinuating, hey, if you want to get some of these procedures done and you're a minor, you better do it now than wait until January 20th when Trump gets in.
That appears to be, I think, what this judge has done.
I think he's Probably sympathetic to what's coming down the pike.
I understand also, I want you to respond to that, but also respond in the Twitter thread that we showed the beginning of, Elon Musk responded.
I think many such cases, because he's gone through this.
I also saw Tim Pool say that the Justice Department needs to intervene here.
And so at this point, I think that's at least my hope, my prayer, is that the federal authorities intervene here and stop this nonsense.
Yeah, I think it's very clear, even in Republican states that have banned these surgical procedures and these chemical procedures to castrate children, what they have not done is created sanctuary states for children to be protected from these.
But the left has created sanctuary states that have protected children where parents want to castrate their kids.
So when my kid entered the boundaries of California, California would never send him back to Texas.
Even on a court order, they won't obey it and won't send them back.
So what's going to happen is this is all going to precipitate a federal crisis around the full faith and credit doctrine in the Constitution.
And so it is a legitimate federal question.
And I do think that it's time that the tyranny of the medical hierarchy that did COVID and doing this to our children, that they need to understand that their professional status is subject to democratic control, and it's subject to control of the people.
And we need to outlaw these practices at the federal level.
And people will say, well, it's really a state issue, you know, like abortion and so forth.
Well, abortion really isn't a state issue.
I'm sorry.
Murder of people is not some state issue.
Murder is a federal crime, too.
And Ken Paxton, who's the Attorney General of Texas, Was asked to do an official opinion on whether these castration practices on children violate existing Texas law under child abuse statutes.
And Ken Paxton included in that a review of federal law.
And what he found was that the right to procreate is a fundamental liberty interest under our law.
And it's been upheld by the courts for as long as America's been here, and it was upheld by courts in England.
Texas traces its history through the Spanish juridical system, and it was upheld there too.
So when you go all the way back to the medieval period, all of our law, Always has held that procreation is a fundamental liberty interest.
And so it's already illegal at federal law to do these things to children.
It just needs to be enforced.
And unfortunately, the law enforcement arm of the federal government and in the states has deferred way too much to so-called experts in the medical profession who are not disinterested.
These people make millions of dollars promoting these things, just like they made billions and billions of dollars promoting the COVID vaccines.
These people are not disinterested scientists.
They're doing this for money, for businesses, and the federal government needs to step in and shut it down.
100%.
I just want to say, the people that are doing this to your son, these are demonic.
These people are evil.
They are adhering to this with a religious fervor.
I call it a woke sex religion.
That's exactly what's going on.
And these people want to fight, and they want to destroy the image of God.
That is what I know.
To be a fact.
That's, spiritually speaking, the battle that we're fighting here.
I'd like for you to talk, you mentioned the law, talk about family court, because there is something so wrong.
With the family court infrastructure or whatever, the family court industrial complex, whatever, I mean, you say to yourself, you have no rights, and there are countless other fathers that have been through, maybe not this exact scenario, but they don't have their rights either.
What can we do to reform the family court system?
What's driving the corruption in family court is one law.
It's called Title IV-D. It's a federal law.
And it provides financial incentives for the states to break families up and to assign primary custody to one parent only.
Title IV-D provides for the collection of matching funds for the payment of child support.
So, I pay $35,000 a year in child support.
The state gets $20,000 in reimbursements from the federal government for my payments.
Texas receives about $480 million a year.
California receives over half a billion a year.
so it's a huge amount of money and it runs entire departments in the states so this creates incentives you know if you've ever wondered why in family court they always give the children to the dysfunctional parent it's because the judge makes an economic calculation if you have a heroin addict you know mom and a responsible father you know working a job and you give the children to the father
the judge knows they'll never collect child support from the heroin addict and the state loses out on all that matching money but they also know that if they give the child to the heroin addict mom the responsible father will do anything to take care of his kids and is going to pay his child support and they get the matching funds so the courts are actually incentivized to give children to the dysfunctional parent and because of the way the child support system works One parent has to
be assigned the winner and one has to be assigned the loser.
And the loser is the one that doesn't get the kids and has to pay child support.
So it's really economic incentives, devious economic incentives, that led to the creation of family courts themselves.
People don't know, but prior to the 1980s, there were no family courts.
People who got divorced did so in just normal civil courts.
Why did we have to create family courts?
Because they're specialized in collecting this federal Title IV-D money.
They're courts that are specially empowered to do that, and the judges are specially trained to do that.
So we're literally paying family courts to remove fathers at an industrial scale from their children's lives.
It is the origin of almost all of our social problems.
We know that fatherlessness is the cause of almost all the social ills that beset children and young adults in this country.
And it's being caused by the federal government intentionally using these financial incentives.
Here is a hold the line petition.
I know that's been started.
I know you linked it on that Twitter post to save James.
Sign your petition immediately.
The Texas Supreme Court allowed Jeff Younger's ex-wife to kidnap Jeff's son, James, and take him to California, which specifically allows children to get transgender surgery.
California has now stripped Jeff of his parental rights so the ex could chemically castrate Jeff's young son, James.
Police signed the petition to demand that California's courts immediately issue a stay to stop the castration of James Younger and send this case to the Supreme Court Donald Trump has said he will ban these procedures on minors at the federal level.
Until Trump takes office, all children are at risk.
It's time to send a message and tell Harris and Biden not to hurt young James and to protect America's children.
Interestingly enough, I know this talks about chemical castration, James, but they have, I mean, we've talked about before, your son James expects to receive the genital mutilating, quote, surgery at some point as well, doesn't he?
Yeah, they're actively educating him about it and telling him about it, so absolutely.
That's his future.
I understand he's also been talked about how they could take his sperm and freeze it.
So that way, if he wants to try to procreate at a later date without actually having his genitals, he'd still be able to.
And how old is he right now?
He's 12. And they told him that he would be able to have a child as a woman later in life.
That's the kind of miseducation my son is enduring right now.
It's insane.
It's absolutely insane.
So...
This petition is important in one interesting respect, Paul.
Many people don't understand how family courts can possibly trample people's rights the way they do.
You know, why don't you just appeal it or why don't you go into federal court and seek relief for your constitutional and civil rights, right?
People say that all the time.
And here's the problem.
The Supreme Court of the United States has passed a rule, and it's a rule.
It's not a case, it's not precedent, and it's not a statute.
It's simply an administrative rule promulgated by the United States Supreme Court.
It's called the Domestic Relations Exception.
You can Google that.
What it says is that the federal courts will not accept cases from the states out of family court.
They just simply won't hear them.
So you actually don't have any recourse out of family court to protect your constitutional and civil rights because the federal courts have simply passed a rule saying they don't want to hear these cases out of family court.
And the reason that they don't want to hear those is they knew when they passed Title IV-D that the courts would run roughshod over the rights of parents.
And they, in preparation for this, said, well, we're not going to deal with those cases.
And so there actually is no recourse when family courts trample your rights.
That's insane.
So what do we go from here?
I mean, obviously we want him to sign the petition.
Are you in talks with anybody at all to get this in front of people that can hopefully save your son in a new Trump administration?
I mean, is that pie-in-the-sky talk?
I mean, if Elon Musk is aware of this situation, you have to think that's a positive sign.
Have you talked to anybody?
Yeah.
I have tried to, and I continue to try to.
I think we have a new set of elites that understand that they have to listen to the people as well as to their donors.
And I think they've got that message loud and clear in this last election.
And so I hold out hopes that we can get people to exert some influence in the California courts.
Now, California is a dictatorship.
It's a one-party dictatorship run by the Democrat Party.
Judges are not independent of the political process in California.
There's informal groups that judges get together and decide how cases should be ruled upon.
Which is totally illegal, but it's a very common practice in California.
And it allows the top leadership in California to control the outcomes in specific cases, thus controlling the case law in the state.
So literally, California is a place where if a powerful person made a phone call to the right person in California, I would have full custody of my son tomorrow.
It's that kind of a place.
It's run like Saudi Arabia or other dictatorships.
It's top down.
And if just someone would make a call, it would make a difference.
Okay, so this Judge Juhas, did you ever have any contact with him, not in an official court proceeding?
I mean, were you ever able to talk to him, just like man to man?
No, but you know, in court we had a pretty open conversation on the record, and I'm not really, I'm not like a lot of, he even said, you're not like a lot of people that come into my courtroom.
He's like, you're not, You don't put on a fake front.
You're being incredibly honest.
I just had a conversation with him about this.
I told him, now that my sons are in California, I'm going to work very hard to outlaw these practices under California state law, and I will succeed.
It's most likely that I will succeed in doing that.
And I told him, there's really no way for me to engage in political activism to get these laws passed without reference to my case.
So we had a man-to-man talk about these things.
And I think he was...
Initially, he was very procedurally unfair to me.
I mean, he summarily denied five of my motions without even a hearing.
I think the powers that be in California cautioned him on that because it was so egregious that it was definitely reversible error in the higher courts.
And I think even the liberal judges in California said, we can't justify this.
So then he became scrupulously procedurally fair to me.
And so in his ruling, what he has to do since my evidence was allowed in and he was fair on both sides, he let our evidence come in.
He just had to ignore evidence.
But we had a frank conversation about it, and he understands why I was in California, and why I came to his court, and why I flat out told him.
I said, no offense, but judges are the absolute worst people to make decisions about kids.
And every time I come into court, the situation just gets worse for my kids, and it's because of you judges.
And he actually agreed with that.
So we've kind of had talks in court but nothing outside of court.
That's insane.
These people are abusing children, and they're using the family court, the justice system to do it, and it's despicable.
And something's got to be done.
And I will say, things could be a lot worse.
If the situation had been reversed, and somehow Kamala would have won, we would now be looking at just a total wasteland, have no opportunity at all to try to prevent this stuff from continuing to happen.
And four years from now, pedophilia would be put forth as an ideal lifestyle.
That's literally, we were on the brink.
And so that's why I hate that this is happening now.
But I hope that this needs to become much more of a national story than it already is.
And people need to be outraged.
People need to sign the petition.
And we've got to put pressure on our elected officials or, you know, maybe some in the administration, right, to actually do something.
Maybe Attorney General Gates could get involved, assuming he gets confirmed.
So I'll give you the last word, Jeff Younger.
Yeah, I mean, it brings up a lot of big issues.
I mean, the template for the judicial oppression of Donald Trump came out of family court.
They used exactly the same techniques that are used in family court.
And it's been noted in law journals that family courts are lawless.
The thing that you usually hear in the law journals, they won't say lawless, they'll say it's the Wild West, which the Wild West was lawless.
And they talk about it almost as though it's a feature, not a bug of the system.
But we have a wider problem If they can do this to children, if they can do this to Donald J. Trump, you see this kind of judicial corruption.
If they can do this, they can do anything to you.
In my case, they sealed the case.
So everything's private.
You can't see the transcripts.
Nobody was allowed to attend the trial to make sure that it was fair.
It was all done in secret.
If they can abduct a child in secret like this, I mean, you have to recognize you don't actually have any rights to your kids in the United States.
They can take your kids anytime they want.
And reform of the system should be a priority of the Republican Party, and here's why.
Look at the voting patterns from this election and the previous three.
Married people with children vote Republican.
Single people don't.
Marriage and children should be the number one issue for the Republican Party.
That's how we're going to get voters.
But the Republican Party has been completely absent on this, and it needs to get out and take a lead, and I'm hoping Donald Trump I am too.
Unfortunately, he nominated Dr. Oz yesterday to be the head of Medicare and Medicaid.
Obviously, it's not all roses, and he did a segment on his show normalizing the child abuse of transgender.
Yes, he did.
That's disgusting.
I don't know.
Are you not vetting these people when it comes to something that's just such a huge issue?
I don't know.
Jeff Younger, we appreciate you coming on the program.
Thank you so much, and God bless you and all the work that you're doing.
Alright.
Folks, before we go any further, I'm going to tell you about Man's Edge.
So here we go.
From Neutronics Labs, we have this.
It's Man's Edge.
It's a testosterone booster.
It also has IGF-1 in it.
It has NO2 in it.
I've been taking this now for I don't know how long.
I feel great.
I'm recovering better from workouts.
I know you look at me and you say, you don't work out.
I'm trying to work out, so please be kind.
Let my own show be a little bit of a safe space.
Body positivity, okay?
Anyway, you've got to give this a try, especially, I mean, there's a lot of supplements out there.
This one works the best, and you'd be supporting the show while doing this, while getting this.
And they've got other great products as well.
They've got products for women on there as well, so make sure you check that out.
But you want to go to NeutronicsLabs.com slash Paul, and then you use my name, Paul.
You save 10% and you save even more if you sign up for AutoShip.
It is superior quality testosterone.
We've talked to Dr. Bruce Fong on the program a couple of times now.
I think they've got all kinds of stuff.
They also have the IGF-1 Plus with the glutathione in it.
You can check that out as well because the glutathione is something that...
You quit producing the older you get.
You quit producing as much of it.
So give it a try and support the Millstone Report so we can continue delivering you biblical truth, the news and biblical truth.
NeutronicsLabs.com slash Paul.
Again, thanks to Jeff Younger for coming on the program and talking to us.
We are going to, just to kind of give you a few headlines here about how this is on its way out.
This whole idea is on its way out.
That's why it's such a tragedy that this judge, Juhas, ruled for this ex-wife.
So Disney can even see the writing on the wall.
They've removed a children's cartoon episode about a transgender athlete.
Now, this cartoon in general is depraved and horrible.
Moon Girl and the Devil Dinosaur.
Yeah.
So the cartoon itself, obviously, look at that.
It looks ridiculous.
But they are at least, I think they realize their audience is not, really just the American people are not down for this anymore.
Then we have this.
Okay, so here is what we're just talking about.
Dr. Oz, this is an old show.
Dr. Oz was recently nominated to be the head of Medicare and Medicaid.
And people quickly found this old clip of him normalizing trans child abuse.
Let's meet a family living with that very question every day.
Vanessa is here with her daughter Josie.
Welcome to the show.
Vanessa, your husband Josie is in the military.
He's not able to join us today.
Correct.
You know, early on, you probably had a sense that Josie was different.
And when did you recognize that Josie was transgender?
It was during a regular well baby exam.
The pediatrician was looking at her.
He got really quiet and just sort of watched her for a while.
And he brought up a term, gender identity disorder.
Excuse me, what's that?
He said, you know, like transgender.
I was like, could you spell that for me?
I had no idea what he was saying.
That's when you learned about it.
That is.
How are you, Josie?
Good.
She has a lot of spark there, I gotta say.
She does indeed.
Do you remember when your parents thought you were a boy?
A little bit.
Talk to me about that a little bit.
What do you remember?
Like how did it make you feel when I used to take you and get your hair cut off at the barber shop on base?
It made me very angry.
You did not like your haircut.
Why not?
Because I'm a girl, not a boy.
Yeah.
How do you do the basic things?
How do you decide how to dress Josie?
How do you decide...
What?
It's monstrous.
And it's absolutely child abuse.
And what you just saw there is this child who's been programmed and been trained to answer this way.
And it's absolutely disgusting.
Absolutely disgusting.
And you know what Dr. Oz should do?
Dr. Oz should come out and completely disavow that segment and come out and say, transing children is child abuse.
You can say whatever you want to.
I didn't realize what I was doing, although that, I mean, how could you not?
I didn't realize what segment, you know, was a new thing, because this does look like, you know, pretty old footage.
It looks like, I mean, it was before they switched over to widescreen to me.
And yet, here we are.
He needs to come out and totally deny.
And hopefully he, I mean, in his confirmation hearing, I hope this comes up.
I hope somebody brings this up and puts him on the spot about it.
It's disgusting.
So another news about appointments, and we're going to get to World War III potential here in a minute because we've got more updates on that.
But on these cabinet nominees, there's been a lot of talk and slander going out there about Matt Gaetz.
And so everyone thought this was pretty funny.
We have...
We have a Vue co-host who looks like she's in a hostage video because she is and she's reading a legal statement.
On screen.
It's pretty funny.
Sonny, you have a legal note.
Sonny's hostage.
Thank you, Whoopi.
Matt Gaetz has long denied all allegations, calling the claims, quote, invented, and saying in a statement to ABC News that this false smear following a three-year criminal investigation should be viewed with great skepticism, that DOJ investigation was closed with no charges being brought.
We'll be right back.
Wow.
It's interesting to see leftists walk on eggshells for a change.
I'm going to be real, right?
It's refreshing to see leftists walk on eggshells for a change.
It really is.
And then this was a great meme.
RFK, for those of you who are listening to the show and not watching it on Apple or Spotify, this is a photo of RFK Jr. reluctantly holding the Big Mac on the plane.
You've seen the photo of the thrall.
And so RFK Jr. in the meme is Sonny Hauston and then the McDonald's seed oil laden hamburger.
It is a legal notice about Matt Gaetz.
He's like, I don't really want to eat this, but, you know, when in Rome.
Then we have Right Wing Watch criticizing Defense Secretary nominee Pete Hegseth for appearing on...
The CrossPolitik podcast, Right Wing Watch saying, appearing on a Christian nationalist podcast last night, Pete Hegseth said he's creating a system of classical Christian schools to provide recruits for an underground army that will eventually launch an educational insurgency across the nation.
A.D. Robles, boy, he gets it.
What did he actually say?
Let's take a listen.
We draw out in the last part of the book what an educational insurgency would look like because I was a counterinsurgency instructor in Afghanistan.
The phases that Mao wrote about.
And we're in middle phase one right now, which is effectively a tactical retreat where you regroup, consolidate, and reorganize.
And as you do so, you build your army underground with the opportunity later on of...
Of taking offensive operations in an overt way.
And obviously all of this is metaphorical and all that good stuff.
But...
All of this is metaphorical.
That's exactly right.
We also have some good news about the Homan nomination.
He's saying on Fox that thousands of retired officers and veterans are now volunteering to work and be a part of the mass deportations because they want to save the country.
Look, I shut my phone off Friday night because I couldn't handle the phone calls and texts and emails from thousands of ICE agents and Border Patrol agents excited about the rumor I'm coming back.
But more importantly than that, thousands of retired agents, retired Border Patrol agents, retired military that want to come in and volunteer to help.
This president secured the border and do the deportation operation.
So I've been off the grid for three days just because I couldn't handle all the phone calls.
And plus, all the death threats rolling in, my family's not at home right now because that's starting.
But, you know, that's something we're going to deal with.
They're not going to bully me away.
They're not going to shut me up.
They're not going to make me go away.
This is the biggest national security vulnerability this nation has seen since 9-11.
We have to fix it.
So Americans who have been in the service, veterans, people who have retired from the Border Patrol, Americans are volunteering to save this country via mass deportations.
It's pretty incredible.
And look, they haven't happened yet, but I know there was a lot of people that thought the campaign rhetoric, banning transing kids, mass deportations, there's a lot of people that thought once Trump won, or if he won at the time, that all of that would kind of cease, but it hasn't.
As a matter of fact, it's increased, and that's positive.
And you can also tell by the nomination of somebody like a Matt Gaetz, that's a huge deal.
That's somebody who, as Younger was saying earlier, yes, there's a new set of elites, but they also recognize they have to listen to the people at least a lot more than the last hundred years or whatever.
By the way...
Chuck Costello tweeting, breaking report, Jose Ibarra found guilty on all ten counts in the murder of Lake and Riley.
Some of the court testimony that's been going around, making the rounds of the 911 call, absolutely gut-wrenching stuff.
So this ties into the mass deportation efforts.
And by the way, it's ridiculous that this Jose Ibarra, from what I have been told, he's not facing the death penalty, which is incredible to me, if that's true.
More news on the Cabinet appointments.
There's a report circulating, I've seen this on a few accounts, again it's just a report, that the Senate is offering a deal that they'll agree to confirm Matt Gaetz in the Attorney General position in exchange for a Mike Rogers as FBI Director.
Now we told you that essentially, yesterday we told you that Mike Rogers is essentially the darling of the intelligence oligarchs, the surveillance state that has been, you know, that was for a time quietly constructed around us and then turned against the American people.
And the answer is absolutely not.
He doesn't have to make this deal.
He just doesn't.
There's already talked about recess appointments using Article 2, Section 3, or the Federal Vacancies Act of 1998. Ivan Raikland, otherwise known as the deep state marauder, saying if Trump wants to commit suicide, then make the deal.
If he wants to survive, Kash Patel is the only option.
But speaking of committing suicide, Douglas McGregor reporting earlier this morning that Ukraine has fired British storm shadow missiles into Russia.
So yesterday it was American attackums.
Today they're still trying to provoke the bear.
The United Kingdom has previously allowed Ukraine to use storm shadow cruise missiles within its own territory, but for several months the government has been urging the United States to grant permission for their use against targets inside of Russia.
Also, breaking.
Europe preparing for World War III. Biden announces new weapons Zelensky can use against Putin as Europe plans to mobilize 800,000 troops.
This is insane.
They are trying to start World War III as part of a lame duck session.
And so it was a lie.
And I don't know who said it, but I'm going to repeat it.
Last week when they shook hands, when Biden and Trump shook hands and Biden said it's going to be a peaceful transition of power, that was a lie.
This is not going to be a peaceful transition of power because they're trying to burn the system down before Trump gets in to fix it.
Headline.
Breaking.
The U.S. has now shut down its embassies in Kiev due to potential strike.
The Epoch Times U.S. Embassy in Kiev shuts over potential significant air attack.
The warning comes one day after Russia said that Ukraine used U.S.-made long-range army tactical missiles to strike its territory.
Here's the ABC MSN headline.
U.S. Embassy in Kiev warns of potential significant Russian air attack.
Will Ukraine be wiped off the map?
And will they use that as another excuse?
Well, we've got to do more.
Never mind the fact we're provoking them.
It's all about a phony narrative.
And, man, I've been listening, even listening to, you know, the typical talk radio cycle that you can find on, you know, any, you look at that, listen to the Fox News on the top of the hour, the six minutes, and they're parroting this lie, and I only know this because Douglas McGregor's been so good on it, this lie that North Korean troops are right at the border.
And North Korean troops are fighting on behalf of Russia now.
North Korean troops are in Russia, but they're nowhere near the conflict, according to Douglas McGregor.
So the media is parroting that lie, again, as to somehow justify the use of the ATACMS missiles and now the Storm Shadow missiles.
Will Putin exercise restraint?
Let's pray to the Lord that he will.
And he's got to know what they're doing, what they're trying to do.
They are baiting him in an act of desperation to somehow try to reshape the world where Trump's foreign policy, which is starkly different than the current regime.
And I know the claims about Zionism and everything else.
And yes, even McGregor was saying that's obviously one blind spot from all the cabinet members.
But the question is, is war the answer?
Is war going to be what Tulsi Gabbard wants?
Is war going to be what Donald Trump wants?
Is war going to be what Pete Hegseth wants?
If you're looking at the millennial generation or the Generation X, that's all we have.
All we have is, okay, war.
Perpetual war.
Endless war.
about that in the in the past it's all always been about the middle east so um anyway this is insane uh cland Clandestine, yeah, it is in a drill.
And then we have, before we get into, let me stop here for a second before we go any further, because I've got to tell you about Cortez Wealth Management and Carlos Cortez.
What is an America First retirement plan?
What is an America First investment plan?
Well, you need to call Carlos Cortez and find out.
Okay, you see it right there.
He's faith-based.
He is a Christian.
He doesn't want to give money to the companies that are owned by BlackRock that are going against...
All of this nonsense.
They're promoting all the nonsense and going against Christian values.
There are different investment vehicles that you can put your money into that don't go to fund the people that hate you, and Carlos Cortez knows which investment vehicles they are, and he's got great returns, and you should ask him about it.
CortezWM.com.
That's CortezWM.com.
Support Carlos Cortez by supporting the Millstone Report.
It's a symbiotic relationship.
813-448-3446.
That's 813-448-3446.
And find out what an America First investment strategy is today, especially with a new administration.
I'm sure there's a lot of opportunities coming up that you want to know about as we are going to be hopefully under people that aren't essentially economic terrorists that hate the American people.
Anyway, check that out.
All right, so next up, Tucker Carlson with this tweet, speaking of World War III. Tucker Carlson saying, a lame duck president just started a hot war with the world's most dangerous country.
All of us are very close to being killed, yet somehow the Republican Speaker of the House hasn't even mentioned it in public or in leadership meetings what's going on.
So that's what Tucker Carlson's sources are telling.
So what is...
What is the Republican Speaker of the House up to?
Well, yesterday when I got off the air, we were...
I saw this.
So he's asked...
We covered this briefly about this bill that was filed by Nancy Mace to ban an incoming member of...
Well, I mean, she's not specific.
He...
There's a man that's pretending to be a woman who was elected to Congress.
And Nancy Mace doesn't want this man in the restroom at the Capitol.
So she's...
Okay?
So they decide to ask Speaker Johnson, well, what do you think about this?
Mr. Speaker, is freshman-elect Sarah McBride a man or a woman?
Look, I'm not going to get into this.
I mean, that's a very simple question.
It's a very simple question.
Is freshman senator-elect or congress...
Anyway...
Is this freshman congressperson a man or a woman?
It's a man.
That is a man.
He is a man.
That's what he should have said.
End of story.
You know, let him sieve.
Let him cope and sieve.
But instead, he gives us the 19...
I don't know.
I guess the 2000...
He gives us some 2005-2008 Republican answer.
Like, this would be how John McCain would answer.
Let's be real.
And a woman...
Look, I'm not going to get into this.
We welcome all new members with open arms who are duly elected representatives of the people.
I believe it's a command that we treat all persons with dignity and respect, and we will.
And I'm not going to engage in silly debates about this.
There's a concern about the uses of restroom facilities and locker rooms and all that.
This is an issue that Congress has never had to address before.
And we're going to do that in deliberate fashion with member consensus on it.
And we will accommodate the needs of every single person.
That's all I'm going to say about that.
Do you plan on bringing Nancy Mesa's transgender bill and putting that into the rules package?
I'm not going to address the plans on any of that.
I just told you what I'm going to say about the issue.
I'm not going to engage in this.
We don't look down upon anyone.
We treat everybody with dignity and respect.
That's a principle that I've pursued my whole life.
And we will take care of this, you know, issue of first impression for Congress.
As we will any other thing.
We'll provide appropriate accommodation for every member of Congress.
So that is all I'm going to say about that.
But that's not true.
Because the outrage, specifically on Christian X, and really also the conservative landscape, was swift.
The outrage was swift, ladies and gentlemen.
And he was not done talking.
Because in order to put out this fire that was fast-growing yesterday, Speaker Johnson decided to have another press conference.
So he went up to a gaggle of journalists.
Mostly peaceful jawbone enthusiast over on X says, don't ever let anyone tell you X isn't real life.
We just bullied the Speaker of the House into correcting the record.
So what did Mike Johnson say?
Hello everybody.
I just want to make a statement for all of you here and be very clear.
I was asked a question this morning at the leadership gaggle and I rejected the premise because the answer is so obvious.
For anybody who doesn't know my well-established record on this issue, let me be unequivocally clear.
A man is a man and a woman is a woman.
And a man cannot become a woman.
That said, I also believe, that's what Scripture teaches, what I just said, but I also believe that we treat everybody with dignity.
And so we can do and believe all those things at the same time, and I wanted to make that clear for everybody because there's lots of questions.
But that's where I stand.
I've stood there my whole life, and those are facts.
Hello, everybody.
So there you go.
So back to what Tucker was saying, though.
Look, I'm glad that he came out and clarified, but I would also like for him to talk about the fact that There's members of Congress now that want to impeach President Joe Biden because he has started a hot war with a nuclear power and Congress had no say whatsoever in it.
But he started a war with Russia by allowing them to use our weapons.
And it's not even them.
I mean, according to Putin, you can't operate these weapons without Americans operating them or Western NATO countries that have the know-how.
You have to have American satellite technology to use them.
And so now we're all still sitting here waiting, bracing, okay, is he going to take the bait or not?
Now, don't get me wrong.
I like this.
This is a good domestic battle to have.
This is a good thing.
You gotta know that's triggering leftists and everything else, but at the same time, we need Mike Johnson to come out and talk about this hot war with Russia that is going on right now.
Maybe, as of this broadcast, maybe he said something.
From what I can tell, he hasn't, and we're embroiled in this controversy.
Here's ABC News freaking out.
They decided to, yesterday afternoon, they found Nancy Mace.
They found Nancy Mace, and this is what she said.
The question is, with your piece of legislation about banning women from using...
100%, yes.
My question to you is...
It doesn't go far enough.
I'll be filing more bills.
You have said that it was created in response to Congresswoman-elect McBride.
Absolutely, 100%.
But should legislation be created targeted at one specific person?
It doesn't mention anyone in the legislation, but I'm not going to...
But you've said it was...
Well, who cares if it does?
I mean, whether it does or doesn't, it doesn't really matter.
It's the practice of having the wrong genitalia and being in a space with women.
No, I have said it's a result of this.
I'm not going to allow biological men into women's private spaces.
I will stand in the brink and stand in the way of anyone on the radical left who thinks that it's okay for a penis to be in a women's locker room or a bathroom or a changing room.
Hell no.
I'm not going to stand for it.
And the Speaker said it would be in the House Rules package.
If it's not, I'll be ready with a motion, a privileged motion, to force a vote on this.
This is not okay.
I'm a survivor of rape.
I'm a survivor of sexual abuse.
And I'm not going to allow any man in any female private space.
End of story.
And by the way, I'm getting death threats from men pretending to be women.
Why is it that these crazy people, the insanity, the radical left, are willing to kill women over a man's right to be in a women's restroom?
Speaker Johnson has said he wants to treat every new member with the words dignity and respect.
Forcing this congressperson to go into a male restroom, is that dignity and respect?
Forcing women to share private spaces with men is not dignity and not respect.
I'm absolutely going to stand in the way of anyone who thinks it's okay for a man to be in our locker room, in our changing rooms, in our dressing rooms, in women's bathrooms.
And in fact, if you agree with that, you're crazy.
Because that's not okay.
It's not okay.
Thank you, Congressman.
We're going to peel away from this conversation.
I mean, I agree with her.
Don't get me wrong.
But one of the arguments is, we talked about this yesterday, but one of the arguments that she's made is that she was the first female graduate from an all-male military school.
Is it the Citadel?
And people have made the point that maybe Nancy should have left that all-male space alone.
So we no longer have all-male spaces.
Several years ago at this point, the Augusta National Golf Club was forced to admit women.
That used to be men only, but now they admit some women.
Can't have a male-only space.
Can't have a male-only military academy.
Can't even have male-only seminaries anymore, which, I mean, maybe there are still some, but there should be a lot more of them.
And all I'm highlighting is it's a slippery slope, right?
And it just goes in with the feminism.
I mean, because Nancy Mays is proudly proclaiming that she's a feminist.
I'm a feminist.
I'm standing up for women's rights and everything else.
And it's like, yeah, well, feminism is what's got us here.
I'll just remind you, it's feminism that has gotten us to we no longer know what a man and a woman is.
Because it was never about crushing the patriarchy.
It was about destroying us as distinct image bearers of God.
So in the fine print of the demonic contract, in the fine print, it's like, oh, by the way...
Eventually, we're going to get a Supreme Court justice under oath that says, I don't know what a woman is.
Well, doesn't that undermine decades of burning bras and women equal pay?
And it's like, well, we don't even know what a woman is anymore.
Oh, and by the way, we're going to come for women's sports now.
And...
It was never about women's rights.
It was always about getting to this moment.
It was always about getting to the trans.
And we're not even done with the trans situation because if we don't stop it, the transgender movement normalizes pedophilia, which is the next frontier.
But we're going to get to work.
We're going to put our nose to the grindstone and we're going to stop it.
Mostly peaceful job-owner enthusiasts, though, does have one more take on this that I thought was interesting.
Specifically when it comes to Hakeem Jeffries.
So this is how the Democrats are reacting to Nancy Mace's bill.
Going back to the trans-related issues, you know, we've talked about this legislation all day.
Should there be accommodations made for trans members of Congress?
And if so, what should they be?
As Catherine Clark indicated, the notion that This incoming small House Republican conference majority is beginning to transition to the new Congress by bullying a member of Congress.
This is what we're doing.
This is the lesson that you've drawn.
Going back to the transition.
Okay, so that's his take.
So, mostly peaceful jawbone enthusiast, though, Rhett Koppel is saying, look, if they want to have this fight right now, Republicans need to absolutely take them up on it.
Be the aggressor.
Force the left back to defending a culture war position that has nauseated the normies.
This will absolutely pour gasoline on all the left-wing infighting if we make trans ideology the fight right now, exasperating any efforts from within to reform the Democrats to some level of sanity.
Which really kind of brings us back full circle to Jeff Younger, who was on the program earlier, Just a little while ago, if you missed it, go back and check it out.
Jeff Younger losing his battle to a crazy California judge, Juhasz.
Giving the ex-wife authority to castrate his son James.
And it's absolutely insane.
But this story needs to be made a national story.
I can't emphasize that enough.
And you need to go...
You can check this link out.
I'll put this link in the description of the show.
I'll go back and put it in the description of wherever this is.
Twitter or Rumble or Frank Speech.
And what we'll do is, you guys need to go and sign this petition.
Also need to talk to anybody, all people in your sphere of influence that could do anything about this.
Because this needs to be made a national story.
It needs to be the biggest story between now and January 20th, as far as I'm concerned.
People need to hear Jeff Younger's story.
They need to know.
This is the Hold the Line PAC.
They've got the petition out.
They need to know what they're trying to do to this boy, who's now 12 years old, and his mother wants to ruin his life.
And then, of course, we see Elon Musk responding to this thread.
There are many such situations.
It's utterly psychotic.
Exactly.
The woke mind virus came for Elon Musk's son as well.
So this is a big deal.
This is the time to press the issue, assuming we avoid World War I. I'm sorry, World War III. Assuming we avoid World War III, so also remember to pray for peace.
Pray that Russia does not take the bait and does not do what...
It's wild that...
They're clearly...
It's got to be really tough for Russia and Putin because they're clowning on them.
They're calling their bluff.
Attack them's missiles yesterday.
Storm shadow missiles from the United Kingdom today.
They are daring Russia to do something.
Will they attack Western Europe?
Will they attack...
Or will they just level Kiev?
They're expecting...
They're expecting something to happen in Kiev.
It could be...
Again, it could be a low-level nuclear device or maybe just an electromagnetic pulse.
It could be an electromagnetic pulse that would essentially send Kiev to the Stone Age and it would be over.
The war would be over.
Completely over.
Done.
Folks, that's all the time that we have for this edition of the Millstone Report.
Unless I'm providentially hindered, I will see you back here tomorrow, and I'll be wishing you a happy Thursday.
We're going to be talking to my good friend over at JSlayUSA, Jeremy Slayton, back on the program tomorrow.
Going to do a deep dive into the Schofield Bible, believe it or not.
Really good stuff over there from Jeremy Slayton and his Substack.
We'll have all that for you tomorrow.
Until then, God bless everybody out there watching, and we'll see you next time.
