So, over the past decade, we have seen this unprecedented, systematic, even militaristic attack on free speech and free expression and free elections in this country.
Every single election cycle, it never changes.
We hear about some Democrat governor or president or member of Congress who turns a bunch of lawfare pitbulls loose on their opposition, on the American people, and then they proceed to influence elections.
They stifle your voice.
They will throw you in jail if you question the fake results.
We still have POWs being held on US soil for petitioning the government to redress their grievances.
And if you run for office on an America First platform, yeah, they'll just try to have you killed.
Look, these are just bad people and they're oppressing Americans like we have never been oppressed before.
And in no case is this being done more publicly, more disgustingly than in the case of Douglas Mackey.
We've had Douglas on the program before, you might remember.
He was the meme lord behind the ultra-viral Ricky Vaughn Twitter account that was huge during the 2016 election cycle.
He put out some of the funniest political memes of all time.
And so for that, the government is trying to throw him in prison for seven months.
Mackie jokingly posted voting instructions for Hillary Clinton supporters on his account that the vast majority of Clinton supporters, by the way, didn't even follow.
But what he did was he told them that they could vote by text or show up and vote days after the election actually took place, which is pretty ironic when you think about it, this being called a crime, because at the time Mackie made these memes, it was just a joke.
But now, this is actually how we do vote.
Electronically and for weeks at a time, before election day, after election day.
That is the reality of our fake electoral system.
But Douglas Mackey told a few jokes about this and he was arrested.
Thrown in front of a kangaroo court and was actually convicted.
It was a persecution.
The illegitimate, occupied regime ruling over the United States wanted to make an example out of Douglas Mackey.
They wanted to destroy him, and so that's exactly what they did.
Of course, Douglas hasn't stopped fighting back.
He's gotten some big-time support from free speech advocates, including, by the way, President Trump, who had the following to say about the Mackey case.
They're putting Douglas Mackey in jail for sharing a joking meme about Hillary Clinton seven years ago.
Nobody's ever heard of anything like that.

You know, when you go around and you talk to people, when you ask them, what do you think of those people that are running the country, no matter which side of the fake political aisle that they claim to be on, what you get in return the vast majority of the time is complete and total outrage.
The American people are just simply pissed to f*** off.
They're tired of being kicked in the nuts and had their dragged through the dirt by an occupied government in an occupied country that refuses to enforce free speech, and quite the opposite, is actually now enforcing a Soviet-style crackdown on free speech.
And by the way, both parties are doing this.
Democrats, yeah, sure, they'll throw you in jail for making memes, but Republicans, they want to throw you in jail for naming the Jew.
So no matter who you vote for, if you still believe in that kind of a thing, you're signing yourself up to be pushed around by losers who couldn't survive in the private sector, which is why they ran for office in the first place.
It's a complete and total disgrace.

I mean, both sides of this are really pushing for this crackdown on free speech.
So I think that, yeah, both sides, you know, are coming down on free speech.
In my case in particular, obviously it was the Democrats, and they came at me, and I hate to say it, but it's going to get a lot worse if they win the election, but...
People can't even believe that, you know, when I tell them that I was charged with a felony for posting a meme, that's what they want to do, and then sentenced to seven months in federal prison for posting a meme that was clearly a joke that didn't harm anyone.
Nobody actually who saw the meme actually believed it, or they didn't show any evidence of that at the trial that I went through in Brooklyn, New York.
So it was really unbelievable what happened, and it just goes to show, yeah, there's a culture now that's against free speech.
No matter whether it's popular or unpopular speech, Whether we can agree or disagree, we need to have free speech.
And that goes for everyone.
I mean, not just public officials or elected officials or, you know, the owners of social media platforms like Elon Musk.
But people want to shut down free speech everywhere that you look.
Yeah, that's right.
That's the trend.
And it's crazy to me.
I'm 35 years old when I was growing up.
We really had some really freewheeling, raunchy media.
And this is what we were raised with.
And then all of a sudden, Trump got elected in 2015, 2016.
And everybody wants to crack down.
I think there was always a tendency against free speech.
For example, we saw Nikki Haley say that people should not be allowed to be anonymous online or pseudonymous.
And then she had to walk that back.
But I just think that goes to show that there is a censorious behavior on the Republican side as well.
And Nikki Haley, what she meant by that is we want to make sure that everybody who does anything like what Douglas Mackey does can be properly and quickly, swiftly identified, arrested, and prosecuted for exercising their First Amendment right to free speech.
And this is what has infiltrated and now infects in a parasitic fashion the so-called Republican Party.
Yeah, and free speech, it goes all the way back to, you know, obviously the Federalist Papers, anonymous speech.
And the government tried to, you know, in my trial, insinuate that it was criminal just me being anonymous.
They wanted to say, oh, he was using a VPN as if wanting to be private and keeping our information private was somehow criminal or wrong or dastardly.
It's really unbelievable.
And they've turned free speech on its head because free speech or political speech, that's supposed to be the most freewheeling speech possible.
And, you know, now obscenity, all types of obscenity is a free-for-all.
But if you want to have political speech or make a joke online, then they come after you.
You can post war crimes on Twitter.
You can post kids being shot and blown up and people losing their lives on Twitter.
You can post graphic sexual videos with things that you can't even imagine people are actually doing in their bedroom.
They're actually doing it online.
These are things that are suggested to you on the meta platforms by Mark Zuckerberg's Instagram and on Facebook.
These are the things that are no problem readily available on TikTok and all of these other Snapchat, all of these other platforms.
You know, immediate edification type, short clip websites.
You can find them on YouTube shorts.
They're all over the place.
But the second that you ask the government to petition the government to redress your grievances, you'll be thrown in jail.
There are still political prisoners, POWs being held on U.S. soil for voicing their discontent, I guess you would say, with the election that happened previously.
We've done nothing, by the way, to fix any of that.
But they have...
No due process at all.
They're just convicted by this out-of-control DOJ. They're hauled out at gunpoint in the middle of the night.
And you for posting memes.
So where does this go?
I mean, does this get any better before it gets worse?
Or is there really like a kill switch for the internet?
Unfortunately, I'm hoping it's not going to get worse.
I mean, we'll see what happens with the upcoming election.
But even yet, like you said, it doesn't seem to matter what side is in power.
There's always this movement against free speech, but it's getting really bad because now what you've got is you've got these slush funds, these NGOs that are awash in government money, and they're Wargaming, how can we subvert the First Amendment?
I mean, if we didn't have the First Amendment, you could forget about it.
I mean, we'd be like Europe already.
And now I can't remember which country it is, whether it's Spain, I think, that just passed this hate crimes law, or maybe that was Ireland.
Ireland just passed the hate crimes law.
That's what they want to do in this country.
And if they can't do it in the public sector, in the government, then they want to weaponize their private sector allies against free speech and make it impossible for anybody to advertise on anything that's not government approved.
So, for example?
So, for example, when Elon Musk bought Twitter, they completely tried to cut off all of his advertisers unless he would play ball with them.
And they're still wargaming that out.
And if Kamala Harris gets elected, I think one of the first things she's going to do is go after Elon Musk.
And like him or not, his platform isn't even 100% free speech.
But that's just the reality of it.
Criminally, you're talking about go after him criminally.
Criminally, go after his businesses, investigate civilly.
I think that they will go 100% after him.
And I think they will enable Europe to shut his platform down on that country, which will cut off another source of his revenue.
They're already doing it in many cases.
And you're right.
X is not even really a free speech platform.
I see accounts getting nuked all the time.
Free speech doesn't mean that it doesn't offend somebody.
As a matter of fact, a lot of times, free speech is some of the most offensive because it teaches people that everything that they ever thought was true is actually not.
And people have a hard time dealing with that, and so they get offended.
And then they want you shut down for saying those things.
They don't want to hear it.
You're not supposed to be there.
Do you know how many times I go on Twitter and I see people in my comment section or quote tweeting something that I said at Elon Musk and saying, it's just time to ban him.
It's just time to shut him down and shut him up permanently and get him out of here.
Well, free speech only matters for speech that is considered politically objectionable.
And as we all know, that speech that is considered objectionable today could be accepted by everybody tomorrow.
I mean, we had to remind people, like you said on January 6th, people are allowed to think that the election was stolen.
They acted like it was illegal.
And now more and more people are actually coming around to the idea, well, you know, maybe this is really insecure.
Maybe this was stolen.
I think History will vindicate those people.
And of course we saw it with the vaccines, where everybody wanted to take the vaccine or they shut their mouth.
But now a lot of people are speaking up about it.
Free speech only matters when that speech is offensive or objectionable because no one goes after a speech that is popular.
Yeah.
Or the official orthodox government media narrative.
Whether it's true or whether it's more propaganda that is pushed into the brains of Americans by the empire of lies.
That includes everybody, by the way, in this government.
And if you think that you're getting conservative news because you're watching Fox, you're part of the problem.
Because you're stuck in this paradigm.
This left-right, Republican-Democrat, red-blue, conservative-liberal paradigm.
It's a social construct.
And then the media is used to divide us on virtually every issue that you could possibly think of to keep us at each other's throats while more power is gobbled up by those that are really running the show.
Yeah, absolutely.
And it just gets so bad around election time and the sort of division that you see.
Election time, war time, pandemic time.
Anytime that it's time to kill white Americans and somebody says that, that's when they crack down.
Oh, yeah, absolutely.
They want us at each other's throats.
All you hear now is that, you know, Kamala Harris and Saeed bragging about, oh, we're getting the most diverse coalition out, blah, blah, blah.
We don't think men are going to vote, whatever.
And they're trying to create this battle of the sexes because they see that their only remaining voting bloc that they can energize is these sort of liberal white women, a lot of them, but just in general, liberal women.
And they want to create this battle of the sexes.
And this is our politics nowadays.
Well, I mean, you'd hope that we could, instead of dividing American citizens, we could unite around something like, let's say, deporting people who shouldn't even be in this country or closing the border down.
But those are the people that they ally with against the American people.
They ally with foreigners and people that shouldn't even be in this country.
Yeah, I couldn't agree more.
Have you been sentenced Yes, so I was sentenced in October to seven months in prison, federal prison, and my report date was January 18th.
We moved at the district court level for an appeal bond, and we were denied.
Fortunately, my attorneys and I, we went to the Second Circuit Court and made the case that this is a strong appeal, and they granted the bond.
So now I'm just waiting on the district court to make their decision.
We filed our appeal back in April, or we filed our appeal in January.
It was debated.
The oral arguments were in April, and we're just waiting on the decision from the Second Circuit Court.
And so they're seeking seven months, right?
Yes, seven months is the sentence.
It's been stayed.
And like I said, I need as much help as I can get with this appeal.

If you post the wrong joke, they're going to go.
And the worst part is, even if you don't get prosecuted, you're going to get subpoenaed.
They're going to dig through all of your text messages if you send the wrong joke, all of your bank statements, all of my bank statements and financial statements were subpoenaed and analyzed by this government, all of my leases for the past 10 years or whatever, all of my paychecks.
It's really unbelievable.
And you wouldn't believe it, but they were actually trying to see if I was somehow connected to Russia, if I was getting paid by Russia to post jokes on the internet.
This is the sort of, you know, we hear about QAnon and how it's a crazy conspiracy theory, but the other side is worse than QAnon and they are federal prosecutors.
They are FBI agents.
They are the intelligence community chasing down these wild goose, you know, chasing down these theories, these wild goose chases, and ultimately just finding whoever they can that they don't like, that doesn't fit the sort of, like you said, duopoly, two-party structure, and throw them on trial.
For posting jokes.
The real joke here is that Russia really had a major part in subverting that election process.
Remember that?
Oh, yeah.
Russia.
Russia did it.
Yeah, unbelievable.
We all know better than that.
We know who's behind all of this.

And on the interior of this country.
At this very moment, the Jewish advisors surrounding President Trump, people like Howard Lutnik, they're already concocting Israeli loyalty tests for anyone who wants to serve in this new administration.

This guy, Marco Rubio, is being considered for Secretary of State.
In fact, the Fox Jews channel is saying that Rubio is the frontrunner.
We're hearing calls for Trump to rehire war hawks like Mike Pompeo, that deep state Jew-owned asset who spent his entire career pushing for war in the Middle East.
Who, by the way, betrayed Donald Trump on demand the first time around.
Yeah, so it only took a few hours for the new Trump administration to bend the knee to the Jew and to the Shabbos goys.
Even after 80% of American Jews voted for Kamala Harris.
But yeah, Trump and the GOP, they can't help themselves.
So if you thought that after this election, Trump would just come storming back into power on his white horse, riding into the White House, and everything would be great, we'd finally have an America First administration full of real Americans and not foreign-owned subversives, then you were kidding yourself the entire time.
It really is as simple as saying the Jews control the government because they do.
And just like every other presidential administration in modern American history, the Trump 47 administration is occupied.
It's occupied by subversive Jews and their Shabbos goys.
And these subversive Jews want nothing more than to cling to power as they drag this country's dick into the dirt and the world into chaos and carnage and destruction and mass death.

Because this is nothing new.
This has been going on for over a century.

The Rothschild Banking Cartel funded the War of 1812.
And that was as a punishment because the United States abolished its first central bank.
