Vem Miller Joins Stew! Coachella Trump Shooting Suspect shares What really Happened

	We talked to JD Sharp about one of the more recent alleged so-called Donald Trump assassination We all saw the one in Butler, Pennsylvania.
	Lots of questions still to be answered about that, of course.
	Even the third so-called alleged poisoning thing that happened weirdly at a town hall where Trump was at, and now over the weekend at President Trump's rally in Coachella, California, a man was actually arrested.
	Law enforcement accused him of plotting to assassinate President Donald Trump, showing up at Trump's rally with fake press credentials and a bunch of firearms.
	So, the Riverside County Sheriff, a Republican called Chad Bianco, he couldn't wait to get his face on the news, get his name in the papers, telling the media that his department had miraculously stopped yet another attempt on Trump's life, marking the third time this election cycle, or fourth, if you consider the poisoning to be one that President Trump has had a close brush with death, so we're told.
	So, this alleged assassin, his name is Vem Miller, Probably seen it all over the mainstream press.
	And after his arrest, his name was very quickly released to the public.
	And the media started running wall-to-wall coverage, almost in a coordinated fashion, accusing this guy of trying to kill Trump.
	It's actually kind of remarkable because when Trump really was shot, CNN and others didn't want to admit that there had been an assassination attempt.
	They actually tried to get away with saying that Trump randomly fell on stage after a series of unidentified popping sounds.
	Yeah, it wasn't a guy on the roof.
	It wasn't a guy on a water tower.
	It wasn't a series of shooters.
	It wasn't set up by the FBI. But in this case, with absolutely no evidence, with nothing at all to go from, but a self-aggrandizing statement from this sheriff, Chad Bianco, the media just sprung into action and declared that Trump's life was almost taken yet again.
	But after his arrest, Van Miller wasn't charged with trying to kill anyone.
	No, instead he got hit with firearm charges for allegedly violating California's unconstitutional gun control laws, and then he was released from custody on a $5,000 bond.
	Now, as somebody who worked in the bail bond industry, specifically as a bounty hunter responsible for bringing people to justice after they fled on bail, if Vemmiller was a risk, If he was any risk at all, if he was at any risk at all of shooting up the 45th president, or anyone else for that matter, they would have never released him.
	Much less on $5,000 bail.
	The entire story is ridiculous.
	None of this adds up.
	It doesn't make any sense at all.
	And this Sheriff Chad Bianco guy looks absolutely ridiculous.
	So does the media for that matter.
	So do several big-name Republicans.
	And so does anyone else who's picking up this story and running with it.
	And you know, just one more thing on this.
	This story has shown us how unethical conservative media really is.
	People like Charlie Kirk took to the internet as soon as the news of this arrest And started accusing Vem Miller by name of trying to assassinate Trump.
	They swallowed everything that the sheriff and the corporate press gave them and they tried to spin it into their own version of the story.
	And all they really did was expose themselves as completely fake journalists who will parrot everything that they're told if they think that it'll get them some clicks.
	Vem Miller is actually a Trump supporter.
	This is a guy who has run for office in Nevada as a Republican and who heads up the America Happens Network, which features people who've been on this show before, like Mindy Robinson.
	So, the real question here isn't whether or not Vem was trying to kill Trump, because we know that story is a load of...
	The question is, what the hell is going on?
	Was this some kind of a setup?
	Or are we just supposed to believe that it was a big misunderstanding?
	Well, to help to get to the bottom of the situation, of course, we need to go to the man at the center of the story himself.
	I know who joins us now if America Happens.

	What happened?
	So, thanks for having me on your show, Stu.
	I'm a great fan.
	I love your work.
	I just wanted to correct one thing.
	There was no $5,000 bond.
	They just gave me a ticket.
	There was no bond.
	There was no criminal charges.
	They just gave me a ticket.
	There was no criminal charges.
	So you weren't charged with a firearm.
	What were you ticketed for?
	So essentially in California, like you said, there's these unconstitutional laws.
	I've been living in Nevada.
	I'm from California originally, but I never owned a gun in California because I only felt the necessity to purchase a gun after, due to the America Happens Network, when...
	My business partner, Mindy, and I started exposing a lot of corruption.
	I started getting a lot of death threats, some via mail, some via email.
	There was Scrabble Pieces email, sorry, mailed to my house spelling dead.
	And at that point, I talked to other individuals that had been whistleblowers and gone up against corrupt sheriffs, corrupt officials, corrupt lawyers.
	You know, I'll tell you, one of the individuals named Steve Sanson.
	And he made a profession out of taking these people out of their position because they were corrupt.
	And due to that, in 2018, from what I understand, he started getting a lot of death threats.
	So he started carrying a gun.
	And he was a great friend of mine.
	And so I decided that I need to purchase firearms.
	Now, in California, I didn't know this, but in Nevada, you could actually have your gun with a mag in there.
	In California, the mag has to be separated.
	So one of the things I was ticketed for is having the mag in the gun.
	Now, I got to say that these two guns have never been fired.
	I've literally never used them.
	And in full transparency, I've never fired a gun in my life.
	I've never been a gun guy.
	Even though I 100% support the Second Amendment, I just never felt the necessity to necessarily own one or to open carry until people started threatening my life.
	And so, you know, I purchased these guns.
	In Nevada, I've gone to many Trump rallies.
	The cops are definitely of a different ilk over there because when I arrive at these rallies as a common courtesy, and remember, I ran for office in 2022.
	I was supportive of the police.
	I was against the whole defund the police movement.
	And so, I just try to have a good relationship with the police.
	So, you know, anytime I arrive at a rally and I know my guns are in my trunk, I tell the police officers.
	And I say, look, you know, I'm driving in here, I'm gonna park my car just so you know there's firearms back there.
	You know, in case somebody breaks in or something, you know what's back there, right?
	And in full transparency, right?
	And nobody's ever said anything other than, fine, park your car, you know, obviously don't take the guns in.
	You're going to pass by metal detectors anyway, so it's not like you can take these things in anyways.
	But, you know, the cops there, on almost like 10 occasions I could think of, were well aware about the firearms in my car.
	Furthermore, you know, I know members of the Republican Party, including Michael McDonald that runs the Republican Party over there, Is a former cop.
	I believe he carries guns.
	I know multiple individuals that have gone to Trump rallies with guns in their car.
	No, they don't take it inside, but they leave it in their car, which is exactly what I was doing.
	Now, in this case, when I drove up to the rally, well, there's an area where, you know, you go into this special parking space.
	Which was for the special invitees.
	So before I go into this area, I drive up to the sheriff, somebody that's wearing a sheriff's vest, obviously part of the, you know, sheriff's department of Riverside.
	And I simply tell him, you know, and I'm pretty sure his body cam was on, that, hey, you know, I'm just letting you know I have firearms in the back of my car.
	I'm not going to take it inside.
	Just letting you know out of common courtesy.
	Well, this leads to them pulling me over, them telling me to get out of the car, them telling me that I got to put my hands behind my back.
	Throwing me in a police car.
	Multiple lies throughout this because they lied to me and said, oh, we just want to check your serial numbers and make sure they're lawfully registered and they're not stolen guns.
	And I gave them permission to go get the serial numbers.
	What I didn't give them permission to was to completely ransack my car, which is what they did.
	It was obvious that they were trying to find something that wasn't there.
	They brought a bomb sniffing dog.
	There was like 15, 10, 15 police officers literally tearing up my luggage, going through my equipment.
	Going into my muffler, going into my hood, I mean, just everything they tested.
	And lo and behold, they didn't find anything, right?
	And then the arresting officer comes to me and tells me he's taking me to jail anyways, right?
	Multiple lies happened at that point because he told me the Secret Service and the feds wanted to speak with me.
	Then he took me to this RV where the Secret Service and Feds were stationed, and I saw through, you know, I'm sitting in the back with this kind of mesh grid in front of me, and I'm seeing through there, and I'm looking at the expression on the Secret Service and Feds' faces, and you could tell, like, they're not buying this, you know, arresting officers nonsense, right?
	Furthermore, I heard this arresting officer talk to another officer and they were making fun of the MAGA people.
	So I knew there was definitely other intentions there.
	But when I saw the Secret Service and the feds, I could tell these guys were like, dude, they almost didn't want to get involved because it's almost like in certain movies you see these state kind of dudes that are...
	Probably not the sharpest tools in this shed.
	Do some dumb things.
	And the feds come and those guys seem like they're more experienced.
	And I'm not generalizing because Nevada cops are not like the California cops.
	I've never experienced this in Nevada.
	As much as Joe Lombardo has had his detractors, you know, whatever training they do in Nevada is far superior than what I saw in Riverside County, right?
	And so, you know, I see that these Secret Service and feds are disinterested.
	Then the guy comes back in the car after 25 minutes says, well, they're going to interview you at the station now.
	Right?
	And by the way, throughout all of this, there's gross violations of my rights.
	I'm trying to get my one phone call.
	The guy's refusing it.
	This one individual key, and I never got my one phone call, by the way, throughout this whole entire thing, right?
	So, they take me into the police station, and at the police station, eventually a federal officer and a Hold on a second, Vem.
	There's something going on with our audio connection.
	I think you're fine on your end.
	I think we're having some kind of a connection problem.
	Can you start that part over again?
	Sure.
	I'm taken to the police station at this juncture.
	I'm waiting there for a bit of time.
	I'm demanding my phone call.
	They're refusing my phone call.
	A federal investigator or a federal officer and a security service agent show up.
	They go to a private room with the arresting officer.
	In this private room, they have a 25-minute conversation, give or take.
	They come out and the Secret Service and federal agent are like, hey, do you mind if we ask you any questions or some questions?
	And I said, sure, I don't mind speaking with you at all.
	But what I like to do is I haven't had my one phone call.
	So I'd like to call my lawyer and rather than tell this very painful and traumatic story twice to you guys and him, why don't you just listen to the call and hear what I have to say and then you could ask me any question you want.
	They nod.
	They again leave the room.
	And about 10-15 minutes later, the arresting officer comes.
	And I could tell from his face that this man's downtrodden.
	Like, whatever intention he had is not working right now, right?
	And he comes up to me.
	He says, I'm taking you to jail.
	I'm like, wait a minute.
	What happened with the federal officer and secret service agent?
	He says, well, they don't want to speak with you anymore.
	They had, you know, they're just like, you know, they want me to take care of it, right?
	Which is very odd if, like, you know, I was there to assassinate the president.
	Like, all of this is very weird because that's not the way it goes down, right?
	And so, at this point, they, you know, throw me in jail.
	Still don't get my phone call.
	There's a very faulty phone, which I try to use.
	It doesn't work, and this is in the jail cell.
	I try to notify them, saying that your phone's not working.
	They ignore my notification.
	And eventually I'm released after 1am and they just give me essentially a ticket with these two unconstitutional citations, which is that, you know, I guess my Glock was loaded and you're not supposed to have it loaded in California.
	You're supposed to have it Yeah, it's called a double stack.
	Mag.
	Double stack.
	There you go.
	So I apparently had a double stack mag in my Glock.
	These guns have never been fired since the day of purchase.
	So I've never gone to a gun range.
	I've never shot these guns.
	I personally have never been to a gun range.
	You know, this was only because once I started getting death threats, it seemed prudent to actually have a gun just in case something goes down.
	Well, I mean, I agree 100%.
	By the way, the separation of ammo from a firearm is completely ridiculous to me.
	I mean, what are you going to do?
	Are you going to stop a rapist or an assailant or somebody who's trying to rob you?
	Some black that comes up behind you with his friends and wants to beat the shit out of you and steal all your things?
	Hold on a second.
	Let me just go to where I've separated the ammo from this firearm and then load it so that I can properly respond to this.
	This is ridiculous.
	They put your life in danger.
	These kind of things put...
	But that's the whole point, though, is they want your life in danger because they hate you and they want you dead.
	Somebody else hates you and wants you dead because by your account, this entire thing was set up and this entire thing is a lie.
	Who would have the motive to set you up for something like this?
	What are you investigating at this point?
	So, you know, we just released a documentary called Bundy vs.
	Biden that my business partner, Mindy Robinson, and I produced about the Bundy Ranch standoff all the way leading up to today, then this major lawsuit that basically exposes fraud by government officials who are stealing resources from the states, most particularly in Nevada, where our gold is being destroyed.
	Using loopholes in law, like using sovereign land of Indians, for example, or using other methods, our gold is being shipped out to Canada and China as opposed to staying within the state.
	This guy, Mike Little, who's an absolute brilliant gentleman and who actually, we believe, was poisoned and killed during the making of this documentary, which is also documented in the Bundy vs.
	Deep State documentary, He's the guy that wrote the lawsuit with other individuals and was just about to file it.
	And that's what this documentary is about, was the filing and execution of this lawsuit and the backstory behind it, right?
	And this implicates people that are high up in government officials, government offices, sorry, and shows really how the fraud is done.
	And it's a beautiful lawsuit because through peaceful, lawful methods, it exposes the fraud and really gives the courts no choice.
	Now, we know the lower courts might bounce this out, but if this lawsuit were to get to the Supreme Court, there's no way to look at it and not agree with the statements and the laws within this lawsuit that prove, without a shadow of a doubt, that the federal government is stealing resources of the state.
	And it's really an out-of-control federal government.
	We've heard about that.
	This is about a state's right issue and how that would actually return our constitutional values to this country when you don't have this, you know, almost like this big, you know, overseeing power, big daddy, and you let the states do their thing, right?
	So this obviously is threatening to a lot of people because, you know, now they can't fill their pockets with money.
	Now they're, you know, one of their key aspects of fraud.
	I think their greatest weapon in committing fraud against we the people is now removed, right?
	So that might have been one of it.
	But then again, there's like 800 episodes, documentaries on the AmericaHappens.com website and on our Rumble channel.
	So it could have been one of many things.
	It could have been the fact that Mindy and I have been producing these documentaries for a real long time and podcasts that show corruption and fraud.
	So they obviously don't like this sort of thing.
	Today I experienced something really interesting.
	I was invited on Laura Ingram at Fox, right?
	And, you know, another kind of weird situation where, you know, they're begging me for, like, an exclusive, right?
	And after I put a pin on literally, like, I'm getting, like, a thousand interview requests right now.
	They get in touch with me about an hour and a half ago, and this is the reason why I'm with you right now, Stu, because I was supposed to not speak with anybody until tomorrow when this Laura Ingraham episode had actually ran.
	But they call me and they say that, hey, you know, our legal department is getting a little funky about this thing and they don't invite me on.
	But what is interesting is that the sheriff who's spreading complete lies about me, verifiable lies, lies that literally if you put me in a debate with this guy within three minutes, I'd have this guy sweating and falling apart because everything he's saying is a lie.
	They don't give me that opportunity, but he has the bullhorn on all these Fox shows, but Van Miller does not have the bullhorn on all these Fox shows, so Van Miller's not supposed to defend himself.
	So what that does is now that's a propagandistic situation.
	I'm not even being given a seat at the table to explain that everything that's coming out of this guy's mouth is verifiable laws with evidence that show it to be verifiable laws.
	So that tells you a lot about our mainstream media.
	It tells you why America happens.
	Back in 2007, we coined our tagline, which is rage against the mainstream media.
	And, you know, I kind of even regret even entertaining going on Ingram and ignoring all these other outlets because, frankly, my loyalty should be to guys like You should be the guys that are actually exposing this stuff, the new media, not the legacy media, because they just showed their hand.
	I've seen that dude with the mustache, the sheriff, talk all kinds of nonsense on Fox all day today, but I haven't given a seat at the table to defend myself, and not only to defend myself, now we're going on the offense.
	Now they screwed up really bad.
	They made me into Kyle Rittenhouse.
	They're trying to Lee Harvey Oswald me.
	They created...
	Like, just forever damaged to my name as potential third assassin of President Donald Trump, when in reality, I have been the most adamant supporter of President Donald Trump.
	I'm a caucus captain.
	I'm a Trump team leader.
	I ran for office under Trump's policies.
	I've been at Trump events.
	I've hung out with everybody within Trump's inner circle.
	I've been, you know, I mean, literally this poking distance between Trump and I, you know, on like dozens of occasions.
	And this, by the way, dates back to 1998 when I first met him at a movie premiere in New York City.
	And I know he will remember this movie premiere.
	I know he'll remember being there.
	Then I had interactions with him while I was producing a TV show concept called Superfly, which is essentially pimp my plane.
	And during that time, this company was actually doing all the interiors for Trump's new 747.
	So, you know, I've had more interactions with Donald Trump than most human beings will.
	I've had more admiration for him.
	And I'm clearly a Trump supporter.
	So it is just interesting what they're trying to make me out to be.
	Why do you think they're doing it?
	I mean, do you really think that it has something to do with the America Happens Network and this documentary that you're putting out?
	I've just got a couple of minutes left here, but I want your gut feeling on this.
	You're the man at the center of all of this.
	You'll always have a bullhorn here.
	I will never censor you.
	You can defend yourself.
	You can tell your side of the story.
	And I'm inclined to believe everything that you're saying.
	Chad Bianco, full disclosure, has been on the Stu Peters show a long time ago.
	I believe that it was during COVID-19 and about mandates.
	And I believe that he was against the mandates or enforcing some of these laws.
	But what I'm seeing him run around and do...
	And when you tell me that, and you tell me that Laura Ingram says that the Fox legal team doesn't want you on, but that they're giving him the bullhorn, as you call it, that's really sus.
	Dude, I know.
	I know.
	I know.
	It's all crazy and stuff.
	So I don't know which theory to believe.
	Frankly, Stu, I don't even care, to be honest with you, man.
	You know, I get, like, intel on a lot of people.
	This place, the person is deep state.
	That person is deep state.
	That person's, you know.
	Do you think that they're going to come for you?
	I mean, do you think this is over with?
	Or do you think that the feds are going to show you waiting for them to kick down your door at any moment, the Secret Service to come and arrest you?
	You know, I mean, they could do anything, but I know the way I've conducted myself throughout my entire life and career is I don't give them any meat on those bones.
	I just don't, you know what I mean?
	So, you know, like this situation where everything that's come out of their mouth is a lie, sure, they could kick down my door, invent a bunch of lies, drag me out, but then...
	You know, I have like 10 lawyers working on this, you know, launching lawsuits and stuff.
	So, you know, this thing's gone way too high profile at this time, and the damages are way too high now because of their actions.
	So, I mean, they could do whatever they want.
	You know, the way I conduct myself, Stu, is I don't do anything unlawful.
	I actually studied the law.
	I know how to conduct myself.
	I know how to speak in a lawful fashion.
	And I don't do stupid things, you know.
	And so...
	You know, it's like they're not going to be able to kick down my door with any credibility.
	Are they going to try to bully me and harass me, try to off me, try to poison me?
	I mean, who knows?
	Yes, I think it's totally possible.
	Yeah.
	It's a shame that in 2024 this is what we have to talk about.
	Political persecution that could result in the death of an innocent person based on complete fabrication and total lies by somebody who wears a badge and is supposed to represent and uphold the rule of law in this country.

	Just got done talking with Vem Miller, who's now being demonized all over in the media.
	Yeah, yeah, we're told this is the guy responsible for the third, actually technically would be the fourth alleged assassination attempt on President Trump.
	He was arrested by the heroic Riverside County deputies.
	And now you see all over the Fox News Channel and everywhere else, all over USA Today, Newsweek, Rolling Stone, The New York Times, everywhere that you look, you're seeing Vem Miller's face painted all over the place as this alleged would-be assassin.
	And so I'm sure that you've learned over the weekend about this quote-unquote alleged assassination attempt on the 45th president and his campaign rally in Coachella, California, where according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Office and this Sheriff Chad Bianco, who's all over the place, We were just told, by the way, that Laura Ingram of the Fox News Channel had invited Van Miller on, but then suddenly got cold feet and blamed it on the Fox legal department.
	Now, Chad Bianco can be all over the place saying, quote, probably stopped another assassination attempt on President Trump, end quote, when they arrested a man in possession of firearms and fake press credentials.
	So, of course, this immediately started generating headlines for this sheriff who was basically hailing himself and his deputies as a bunch of heroes.
	They rushed in, they saved the day, they thwarted this attempt.
	But his story and his accusations really don't withstand even the smallest bit of scrutiny because the man that they arrested, Vem Miller, wasn't there to kill Trump.
	In fact, he's a Trump supporter.
	He's a journalist.
	He ran for office on Trump policy, and the only crime that he committed was possessing a firearm in the third world hole of California, something that's considered extremely normal in just about every other corner of the United States.
	So in reality, Vem Miller wasn't there to kill Trump.
	No, he's a journalist, he's a film presenter, he's a truth seeker, and he was in Coachella with press credentials to report on the Trump rally.
	So the whole narrative, it's all a lie.
	And that was why shortly after he was arrested, Miller was released from custody.
	We had it wrong.
	We thought that it was on $5,000 bond.
	He was actually just ticketed and released with no bond.
	Because they have nothing to hold him on.
	Aside from the heroic patriotic act of violating California's authoritarian gun control laws.
	But nevertheless, the media won't stop talking about this.
	They're still playing this story up, and at this point, with all that we know about just how fake this assassination attempt really is, we have to wonder, why is the corporate media, why would a bunch of politicians and law enforcement goons want to destroy Vem Miller?
	So to answer that question, we just need to look at who Vem Miller is.
	We need to look at what Vem Miller does.
	And Vem Miller, at least in part, owns the America Happens Network, an independent media outlet.
	And there he's blowing the lid off some very serious issues.
	Yeah, he's rocking the boat with his reporting on the deep state.
	And it's not unreasonable, not at all, to consider that this entire situation was one big setup and that Vem Miller was supposed to be locked away with no key or maybe even killed to shut him up.

	And after the story broke, Mindy took to X to set the record straight, to let everyone know exactly who Van is, what he's like, and to shed some light on why he would be targeted like this.
	Mindy wrote, quote, Vem had just exposed a huge deep state cover-up involving the feds and the Bundy Ranch scandal, so I firmly believe this is 100% some kind of a setup in retribution for exposing it.
	That or Trump's security team is a bunch of dips trying to make up for how badly they failed in Pennsylvania with any kind of a win that they can get, fake or not.
	This isn't a universe in which his intention was to kill Trump.
	He's worked too hard in this movement to expose the deep state and all of the people against him.
	If he had guns in his car that were illegal, whoopty f***ing do.
	As a pro-2A advocate, ask me, I give a s*** about a good guy with a gun in an unsafe hole like California.
	It doesn't even make sense why his passes would be fake either when we're both usually invited as media to these things.
	And I would love to see exactly what this threat was that he made about Trump because I don't believe that he said it.
	I know it's going to be the most misconstrued s*** thing when I finally hear assuming that they ever even tell us.
	End quote.
	So, that's a lot.
	And after talking to Vem Miller and after looking at America Happens, everything that Mindy said can easily be verified.
	She went on to say that in addition to Vem Miller's work as an anti-deep state documentarian, the whistleblower for which ended up dead, Miller has also been working with Mindy on a sequel to her Las Vegas shooting cover-up documentary.
	Yet another reason that people may want Vem Miller out of the way.
	So none of this official story or what Chad Bianco or the media is saying makes any sense.
	None of this adds up at all.
	And it looks like we're caught in the middle of this deep state and their handlers in a completely fake assassination plot meant to permanently silence a journalist who's asking too many questions.
	And of course, finding too many answers.
	Mindy Robinson has vowed that she'll get to the bottom of this story, and for more on this, we're joined by her now.

	I wish it were under better circumstances, but, I mean, this is our government we're dealing with, so here we are.
	Did we get all that right?
	Yeah, pretty much.
	His passes were real, by the way.
	So, them saying that they're fake, he got them from the head of the Nevada GOP, who I hate.
	I think he's a douchebag, but why would those passes be fake?
	So either he has to answer for that, or they've made that up yet again.
	I, when this first happened, my first thought wasn't he tried to kill Trump.
	I mean, that's stupid.
	My first thought was we had just released a Bundy Ranch scandal documentary.
	It was very damning against the feds.
	We're working on Las Vegas shooting 2.0.
	We've had so much more information come in that needs to be revealed.
	I apparently gave the feds way too much credit.
	You know, it actually comes down to some Riverside cops that he had overheard that talking about him being a Trump supporter.
	So they knew he was a Trump supporter.
	They knew that moment he wasn't there to kill Trump.
	But somebody saw this as an opportunity to get their face in front of a camera and look like a hero when actually they're just a.
	Yeah, that's this Chad Bianco that you're talking about.
	I want to go a little bit bigger on this.
	Who would have the motive, in your opinion, to want to get at to silence or kill Vem Miller?
	Because obviously that's what this is.
	Well, like I said, that was my first thought.
	We believe our whistleblower was killed during the Bundy Ranch scandal.
	We'll post it, we'll give it to you.
	It is a shocking thing because it was going to reveal that the government really doesn't own a lot of this land that they're charging people for and making money for, including where I live.
	So it was kind of a problem.
	But...
	It doesn't seem to be federally, I can't believe it myself, but actually I don't think this was the feds.
	I think this was this corrupt sheriff seeing a limelight, and we're hearing that he wants to run for governor of California, and this would have made him out as an instant hero, to be the man that thwarted, you know, this great conspiracy to kill Trump when really it was just a reporter showing up, not understanding.
	That all his guns that were legal where we live are not legal in California for very stupid reasons.
	He's like, I didn't know the magazine had to be transported separate from the gun.
	That doesn't even make sense.
	I'm like, yeah, you can't protect yourself if they're in two parts of your car.
	That's sort of the point.
	And maybe, you know, if this brings light to how unconstitutional the gun laws are in California, then he needs to get on that soapbox.
	Because that was his biggest crime.
	He told the cops he had guns.
	He just wanted to let them know.
	Like he had done before in every other place other than California.
	And then they just...
	Everything's illegal.
	Yeah, no, you're not allowed to do that.
	Yeah, no, you can't have a gun here.
	You can't protect yourself.
	But we're just going to give guns to all of the illegal invaders that are pouring over the border and into our state.
	And we're also going to make sure that convicted felons and violent blacks have full access to them.
	But no, no, you can't have them.

	I mean, who would be that deep undercover for years being a Trump supporter and taking down the deep state only to have, like, the worst plan ever when it actually came to the assassination attempt?
	I mean, they would, they could, they could crucify him for it or they may want to drop it because it's going to bring up the fact that, yes, California gun laws are wildly Unconstitutional to the point that, you know, the Fed should have stepped in and said, you can't do that.
	Here's the Constitution.
	If Trump got back in there, that's something that probably needs to happen, and they can't afford that either.
	So maybe, you know, they gave him a ticket, they let him off, they'll pray everyone forgets about it next week, which half the people will.
	But this sheriff needs to answer for this.
	I mean, I think he should lose his badge.
	You can't lie about something like this, because you want political clout, because you want to be a governor.
	This could ruin everything.
	Anyone he's ever arrested, if he's willing to lie about something like this, it's a big deal.
	Yeah, it definitely is.
	I've just got a couple of minutes here, but I'm interested in your take on the media.
	It almost looks like a very coordinated, copy-and-paste Mockingbird Media hit job on him.
	And if they're printing all of these lies and running with them, doesn't Vem have a reasonable lawsuit?
	He'd have to prove damages, which we would all have to do at any time the fake news talks us.
	Or, you know, he's like me, he's an optimist.
	He's going to use this as a get on that soapbox.
	Why are the gun laws so stupid in California?
	Why are people willing to run with a fake news story and then not retract it?
	Maybe we as a people need to even hold our own accountable because a lot of these accounts were conservative.
	They just want the clicks.
	They just want the clout.
