Hey, guys.
Well, I'm here with my favorite doctor, Dr.
Mark Sherwood, here today.
And guess what I just got?
It is a giant box of the Kingdom Crunch cereal.
His new line of cereal called Kingdom Crunch.
And this particular flavor is acai bowl.
And let me tell you, it is so, so, so, so, so tasty and delicious.
But besides from it being so tasty, I have Dr.
Sherwood here to tell us why it's so good for you, too, and why it's so amazing and should be in everyone's cupboard.
So what's up with this incredible cereal that you sent me that I can't stop eating, Dr.
Sherwood?
Well, many times when we hear the word zero, we think unhealthy, poisonous, chemical, carcinogenic.
Shouldn't be eating it.
That is quite the opposite.
High protein, zero added sugars, organic ingredients, and healthy fats such as medium-trained triglycerides.
Deanna, that should be in everyone's cupboard, in every child's mouth, every day.
That is truly healthy and life-giving for kids.
I recommend it all the way.
Not because I made it, but because it solves a real problem in today's world.
Excuse me, I can't stop eating it, but I gave it to my son, Maverick, who also loves cereal, but I don't want him to eat cereal except for this.
This is really, really good.
It's really tasty.
It actually tastes like real acai in your mouth.
And it's packed full of all these nutrients and no sugar, right?
No added sugar?
That's insane.
How is it so sweet then?
Yeah, we use stevia, monk fruit, and some allulose there, all of which, get this, are diabetic friendly.
They won't raise blood sugar, which is another benefit.
I've had people ask me, can I eat that if I'm diabetic?
Yes, you can, and you can fix your diabetes.
Yay!
Awesome.
Well, this is so good.
Where can everybody find this Kingdom French cereal?
They can find it at sherwood.tv forward slash shots and use your discount code to save.
Promo code shots.
Promo code shots and they can save some money off there and support your program.
Absolutely.
Alright, go to sherwood.tv promo code shots and pick up this delicious Kingdom Crunch cereal today.
Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, all last week we have seen just the devastation that Hurricane Helene has done to Florida and parts of North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, just ripping and roaring all the way through the East Coast.
And it is just, it's tragic to see these once incredible thriving cities become basically ghost towns.
It really hurts my heart to see all this devastation.
And then just when we thought things might be calming down a little bit, here comes another major hurricane, Hurricane Milton, also now rampaging through Florida, Bradenton and Sarasota and Tampa.
It's actually a really good thing that we ended up postponing our extreme event, our Sue Peters Network event until 2025, because Sarasota would have been right in the hurricane's path.
And I don't know what we would have done.
So it was a good thing we maybe had the foresight to go ahead and reschedule that.
But be that as it may, it's really, really tragic and scary what's happening here.
Just the complete loss of life and homes and the damage that now needs to be rebuilt.
But here to talk about this, who's been giving a lot of interesting stories and eyewitness accounts and updates from himself and his friends is Bill Stebbins.
Bill Stebbins is a retired Army lieutenant and Iraqi war veteran, and he's been helping with the rescue efforts over in the hurricanes.
He is currently evacuating from Florida over to Georgia at the moment.
And I want to talk to him because he's got some, you know, really interesting, unique perspectives over here.
So welcome, Bill Stebbins.
Thanks so much for joining Shots Fired.
And I know you were on Stu Peters' show last week, so thanks for coming on the network again.
How's it going, despite everything?
Hey, Diana, thank you so much.
And just a retired Lieutenant Colonel, not Lieutenant, just for the viewing audience of those in the military, but not that it matters much.
Thank you for the correction, Lieutenant Colonel.
No worries.
Yep, doing well.
So tell us a little bit about, first of all, so what are you, have you been, you've been helping with some of the rescue efforts over there, right?
Just in a very minimal way.
And are you referring to North Carolina or are you referring to the Florida Milton?
I mean, it's sad that it's all kind of blending together, but yes, the Hurricane Helene.
With Hurricane Helene, I have some folks, specifically one person that I worked with in the past.
He's retired from the military as well.
He's right there in the epicenter of North Carolina where problems were occurring.
And he coordinated him and his church recovery efforts.
They're now feeding 2,000 people daily.
Wow.
Wow.
And no FEMA presence as of the last time I spoke with him, but things are starting to stabilize, and they started patrols in neighboring areas to find out who needed help, etc.
And then other civilian groups, volunteer groups, have now connected with him, and so there's a more robust effort occurring at this point.
Okay, well that's good to hear that things are a little bit looking on the upswing.
Now tell us about Hurricane Milton and what's the status with that one and what it's expected, what category it's supposed to be.
Hurricane Milton, we're not quite sure.
I was down when I heard that this thing was heading towards the Gulf Coast.
I have family members that live right on the Gulf Coast.
My father lives about three miles from the ocean.
And so I headed down there very quickly.
I was going to assist in North Carolina, but then this took precedent.
So I went down to Florida.
And, you know, help button up the house there.
Potentially we're going to weather it.
But there are several criteria that we are looking at.
Number one, where is the eye going to hit?
Because if an eye hits you perpendicular, that can be very bad, very powerful.
It's just a monster tornado, if you will, the eye of the hurricane.
And then number two, what's the category?
And so we stayed down there, we kept monitoring it, but I had trigger criteria.
If the eye was going to hit, In close proximity to where we were, we were going to bug out.
If the category remained Category 5, we're going to bug out.
There's a lot of folks that can't bug out.
They just cannot evacuate for a host of reasons.
But if you have the ability to do so and don't, well, you know, that isn't necessarily the best decision to make.
And so we kept looking at it.
We got up very early this morning, did one last check.
And the eye still hasn't hit, but latest spaghetti tracks, most of them are centered on either Tampa Bay or just slightly south of it, which is Bradenton, Sarasota.
And it was a Category 5 early in the morning, so we made the decision to move north.
Now, tomorrow, I'll very likely be heading back down there to Bradenton area early in the morning.
It'll take me several hours to get there.
We have no idea what the devastation is going to be because it hasn't even hit yet, so there's no telling.
Wow.
And it just feels like these same areas were just Recovering from Hurricane Ian, too, just not too long ago.
Well, Helene, Helene, Hurricane Helene.
And as we move north, we could see trees snapped off, all kinds of destruction from Helene on the sides of the road.
But again, a one-two punch.
What I can say is a military planner, very, very impressed with Ron DeSantis and the governor there and the preparations.
Florida has made pre-positioning assets of all manner, very organized.
I was very impressed.
I just have to say that.
Yeah, me too.
Every time there's been a hurricane or a situation like this, I'm also impressed with him.
He's ready to go.
He has a very specific action plan in place.
He rolls it out very quickly, doesn't waste any time, and gets moving to prevent as much damage as possible.
So I'm also really impressed with this hurricane and storm readiness.
I'm sorry, go on.
And I still have three folks that are right there in the intended target or the possible target of the eye.
And so I'm keeping in touch with them.
Winds are picking up.
But what I did notice is a mass proliferation of tornadoes all throughout that area.
And I don't know if that is more than normal.
I think that it is because I was down there, again, with my folks during Hurricane Ian, which was two years ago, and I do not recall this many tornadoes bursting out throughout the area.
So this could be something that will result in a lot of damage when the light, you know, tomorrow after this thing passes by.
Yeah, wow.
My parents live in Naples, and they just evacuated as well.
So a lot of people are evacuating right now.
Now, what can you tell me about?
Because you were tweeting some interesting stories last week about Hurricane Helene and things that friends of yours were seeing.
It seems like FEMA's response has been very bizarre.
It's almost like they've been giving stand-down orders and dissuading and pushing away people who have been trying to help with the rescue efforts.
Even, you know, pilots who have been coming in trying to deliver supplies and food, they've been turned away.
So can you give a little any more...
I guess, evidence to that claim that, you know, of course, the news is pretending that's not true, most mainstream media outlets, but people on the ground are saying, yes, FEMA's been turning people away from rescue efforts.
Well, having been a planner in the Army and also deploying to Iraq twice, one thing that I know, things on the ground are always much harder than an outsider thinks they might be looking in at them.
Number two, first reports are always wrong.
Number three, never speak outside your lane.
That's very important.
So for me, I heard all these reports, but it's all second-hand, third-hand.
But then when one of my comrades came up on the net and told me his location, where he was at, and then I knew that those were first-hand reports from him.
And he said that FEMA was hindering efforts in trying to block supplies.
Now, this could be just in one area.
North Carolina.
The area of destruction is a very big place.
This could be an isolated incident.
But at least for me, a lot of folks in the Twittersphere, they don't know my friend from Adam.
They don't know me from Adam.
But I know him.
So at least for me, I can relay that to everyone.
But they have to determine whether they trust me or not.
But the bottom line, I know that at least one instance, when he reports that, you can take it to the bank.
Is it widespread?
I don't know, and I can't speak to that.
Since then, I've had contact with a few more folks in North Carolina.
They seem to corroborate the same evidence.
But the magnitude of it, I don't know.
I also know someone in a higher-up planning cell with North Carolina National Guard And he's been giving me some information.
He doesn't want me to share that right now.
But again, what I would just say in general, and this is natural, when you have many entities or many authorities and they have to collaborate together, sometimes it can become a food fight.
And that just makes things wildly inefficient.
And I compare and contrast that with Florida.
What I see in Florida is a very organized, comprehensive effort so far where we don't have a food fight, where we have people working together well rehearsed.
And that really impressed me.
Interesting.
Now, there was also, gosh, a lot of reports about hundreds of bodies being pulled out from the water, even limbs and heads and bodies being found in trees or boats or homes as rescuers were trying to sift through all this damage over in North Carolina.
Do you have any reports of any of that being accurate?
Well, this came to me from my buddy down there in North Carolina.
Again, you know, he was active duty military.
He reported on that.
He heard some of that directly from linemen that were down there working on the power lines.
And they said that every time they started removing debris to work on the lines, they would find, you know, unfortunately, remains of individuals.
And so it's going to be weeks.
Before we really get good figures, sadly enough, of how many people perished in that.
But in his estimation, and he has deployed a number of times to the Middle East, and his report was that it will hit the thousands, at least.
I don't know if that's 1,000, 2,000 or more, but I've heard other individuals say the same thing and kind of echo their sentiment.
That's what I've heard, too, from people that have been, you know, on the ground.
Why do you think, you know, what is the cause for most of these people sadly perishing?
Do you think that they're getting caught in their homes or cars and just drowning from all the water?
Do you think that they're being somehow kind of just caught in the eye of the storm?
Or what do you think is like the main reason or a couple reasons why people are dying in this storm?
The only thing, I can think of two things which I think are fairly logical and make sense and align with the reports I'm getting.
Number one, You don't often think that you're going to suffer from the effects of a hurricane when you're up in the mountains, hundreds of miles away from where it made landfall.
So it's going to take you by a little bit of surprise.
This isn't something that occurs every year, every hurricane season.
So that was somewhat of an anomaly.
So that took so many people by surprise up in the mountains.
Then number two, when you get, you know, I heard reports of up to 20 inches of rain dumped in an hour in mountainous areas.
So you're going to have mudslides.
You're going to have torrents.
It's just like a wadi in the Middle East that just becomes a raging torrent.
If you haven't made precautions and know what to do, it's going to take you by surprise.
But then part two is, if there's not a quick recovery effort in these isolated areas, people could be perishing that could otherwise have been saved.
But you have to find them first And that requires incredible amounts of reconnaissance, both ground and air.
And if you don't mobilize heaven and earth to do that and quit with the food fights, you're going to miss a lot of people that can die from wounds or exposure, etc.
Yeah.
Wow.
It's tragic to think of all the people that were probably fighting for their lives and had nowhere to go and no life raft.
Do you think there's also, of course, speculation that there's all this land that has lithium underneath it, right, in the path of the hurricane?
And, you know, we know at this point that storms and hurricanes can be geoengineered and manipulated and steered.
You know, that's a fact of public knowledge.
And it is also curious, the timing of these major hurricanes do seem to come right before these major elections as well.
So there's some speculation that, you know, potentially this was geoengineered and maybe it was a land grab to get people off of their land, out of their houses and into this valuable lithium.
Have you heard any reports about that?
And if so, what are your thoughts on that?
Yeah, I think we've all heard those kind of thoughts, the speculations.
Again, as a military planner, and I try to be a critical thinker.
And so in that regard, I listen to those things, but I can't take them to the bank until I see a lot of evidence and a lot of the second and third order kind of requirements that I would have to really make that a feasible Theory in each of those.
One moment.
Okay.
Can you still have me?
I had someone trying to call me from Florida, and I'll get with that call in a minute.
But when there's great claims, you have to have great evidence.
And so as far as the timing of this, one thing that I do know is when something occurs, like correlation does not equal causation.
And so the only way we can really verify these claims will be, it's going to be months, it's going to be a lot of research has to occur to see, you know, if it's a land grab, then what we'd expect to see is actual accounts of homeowners and being told that they have to leave their homes, etc.
Until we see that, until we can really see that that's what's occurring, It's just I have to put it on the back of the stove until I get more evidence.
Does that make sense?
Yeah.
And I'm just trying to be strictly logical because it doesn't help anyone if I just run with something without sufficient evidence.
And so when I explain things to folks, I want them to know that I think these things through in a lot of detail before I start throwing it out there as something that I think might be true.
Yeah, got it.
But you do believe that weather can be manipulated or steered or geoengineered at this point, right?
For me personally, I believe that there are certain things, cloud seeding, things of this nature that we know happen.
Do I believe, at this point, do I believe that they can actually steer a monster hurricane as far as directional?
I think that that requires more proof for me.
I've not personally dug into it, so it could very well be there, and the evidence could be there, but I haven't seen it because I have not pursued it.
But that would be...
It's without words.
An evil, if that occurs, an evil, the degree of evil to do something like that intentionally would just stagger all morality.
We know the elites are pretty evil and soulless and very, very powerful.
So I wouldn't put it past them.
Any last words, Bill, before we go ahead and wrap up here?
I know you're on your way to Georgia and you're evacuating your parents.
Any last words, what you think we can expect from this hurricane?
I think the amount of tornadoes that I've seen thus far and the swath of this thing, I think we're going to have Manatee River just flooded over.
Okay, so the Manatee River, this is the call I just got from Florida.
My dad took the call.
He said that the Manatee River just flooded over.
Now, this is not far from the home that we evacuated from, and I still have a family member there.
And he said that the Manatee River flooded over.
This is a disaster that I was trying to avoid.
I was concerned about that.
So we'll see how far...
And the eye hasn't even hit yet.
This is the...
This is the dangerous thing.
And so I will still be in touch.
I'll continue to message you and report to you when I find out, and I'll likely be heading down there tomorrow.
Okay.
Thank you.
Well, stay safe, you guys.
I hope, you know, you stay very safe and Harm-free from these storms.
And thank you for your updates.
Guys, we'll be right back right after these messages.

Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, it's fall, we're approaching winter, and it's football season, but it's also flu season, aka vaccine advertisement season.
Have you noticed when you're walking around the grocery store or the pharmacy or pretty much anywhere watching TV, it's just advertisement after advertisement for get your flu shot, get your flu shot, get your flu shot.
And now on top of that, it's get your RSV shot.
Get your kids the RSV shot.
Get your babies the RSV vaccine.
Make sure they don't end up dead.
They use all of this fear mongering to ensure that they roll up their sleeves and put needles in their arms with whatever is in there.
And another big one that I see a lot, which is targeted towards elderly people or, you know, pretty much anyone, not really elderly, but once you're hitting past 30 or 40 now, it seems, is the shingles vaccine.
Shingles, shingles, shingles.
You don't want to get shingles.
Make sure you get the shingles vaccine with this ominous music playing in the background.
And I feel bad because a lot of people end up running up and getting shingles vaccine.
So I wanted to talk to, of course, our resident favorite doctor, Dr.
Mark Sherwood of sherwood.tv slash shots.
He's our favorite naturopathic doctor who knows all about this.
And really, do we need the flu shot, especially every year?
Do we need to put our kids through this RSV vaccine?
And then what about the shingles vaccine?
Let's start first.
First of all, welcome to Shots Fired.
It's always great to have you, Dr.
Sherwood.
How are you?
I'm doing well.
It's good to see you.
And certainly we must keep our friends in Florida and the part of the world in our prayers right now for their safety.
Absolutely.
Yeah, there's so much going on right now.
It's so devastating and scary.
And in a very critical time with a critical part of our country.
So our prayers absolutely go out to them.
And, you know, another part of this devastation is there's the hurricanes and then there's also people that think they need to, you know, protect themselves in this season from getting colds or flus, etc.
And they hear these advertisements and they run out and get the vaccine, the flu vaccine, the flu shot.
And some do it every single year.
So tell us, what is the truth about this flu shot that they try to push on us every single year?
Well, first, let's understand what is in the flu shot.
There are some constituents in that that could cause problems.
Now, most people don't have allergic reactions to the ingredients in a flu shot, even the aluminum or whatever.
But here's the point.
The flu vaccine is supposed to be a little inert portion, small enough to not cause an infection, of what they believe, key point believe, is going to be the next best developed strain that season.
Remember that the influenza virus is ubiquitous, meaning it's here to stay and it's not a matter of if you get exposed, it's when you get exposed.
Right.
These vaccines are put in the body, Inert size, supposed to be non-harmful, non-infectious, and it's supposed to provoke the system into creating an antibody against that strain.
Now, why do people give them every year?
I have no idea, you know, because data has shown that they're only 50% at best effective.
What does that mean?
Because it's hard to say, you know, you look at this from a reasonable standpoint.
Let's say Deanna gets a vaccine, the flu.
Let's say you don't get the vaccine or the flu.
Does that mean that the flu vaccine stops you from getting the flu?
No.
It doesn't mean that at all.
That's an assumption.
And also, we have people that don't take the flu vaccine and do get the flu.
Does that mean that they got the flu because they didn't get the vaccine?
The answer is no.
We also have people that take the vaccine and get the flu from the vaccine.
Right, exactly.
That's their flu for the year.
Yeah, but I think that people should keep in mind that we are not born with a vaccine deficiency.
And I think that's an understatement right there.
And I've had this discussion with many folks.
I don't think the vaccine industry way back years and years ago started off With all this profit-y talk in mind, but it certainly has progressed that way, as evidenced by the transition of the vaccine liability from the vaccine manufacturers to our United States government, which is still there.
That's why they don't have to pay money if they hurt people.
So we see too many vaccines, in my opinion, pushed too hard every year.
Of course, definitely.
And I've never gotten the flu shot, and I rarely get sick, and I rarely get the flu even.
But yet, it's funny because I see a lot of people that religiously get their flu vaccine every year, and they're the sickliest people.
They're the ones that seem like they're always sick, and their immune system is just shot.
Yeah, I think.
Go ahead.
No, I was just going to say, it just seems like, especially if they're getting it routinely every single year, You know, people didn't have vaccines.
God didn't make us to need a vaccine.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
But, you know, our bodies were designed to fight off infections, etc.
So it just seems to me, just like the COVID vaccine, that these vaccines are actually really weakening and destroying our natural immune systems.
You would be accurate.
You know, we have this two-prong immunity going on, innate immunity, which is sort of this, I would say, God-given, passed-on immunity that we pass on from, you know, parent to child, right?
Especially, you know, those ladies that breastfeed, hint, hint, hint, you know, right?
That's important.
And then we also develop this adaptive immunity, which is based upon what?
Exposure.
How does the body adapt to anything?
It gets exposed to it and it learns what it is and it learns how to deal with it.
So that's the whole presence of the memory of the antibody system.
We have these T cells that remember and B cells that remember what it's been exposed to.
For example, let's say you were exposed to the flu, you know, 15 years ago.
Direct exposure, boom.
You may have got a little sniff, or you may not have, but your body was exposed to it and said, I don't like that influenza virus, therefore I'm going to create an antibody against that to destroy it.
Well, let's say 15 years goes by and you don't get exposed again until 15 years.
Your body has such an amazing memory the way God intended it to be, that when it's exposed to it again, even if it's not exactly the same, it goes, you know what?
I think I know what to do with that because I saw something like that similar 15 years prior and it kicks out that antibody and it will further develop to protect you.
Our systems are made indeed to protect against the environment in which God put them into in the first place.
Gotcha.
That's what I believe too.
Now, what about the RSV vaccine, especially if you're a parent, you see them all over the pediatrician's offices and the pediatricians are constantly pushing it on you.
There's scary commercials saying you've got to get your child a RSV shot and it's so critical and deadly if they happen to catch it.
What are your thoughts on the RSV shot in kids, especially babies?
I don't like it because I think there's too many vaccines going on, Dan.
I think today we have like over 60 approved by the FDA right now.
And the amount of shots that are given to babies right now are absurd.
82.
82.
It's gone up since I checked last.
It's crazy.
I read a stat one time years ago that really changed my perspective of these because I didn't really think about it too much.
That babies prior to the Vaccine Liability Act, I think that was maybe under the Reagan administration way back when, They went from like four or five in two years to over 20 in a year.
And so it's like something shifted.
And so when you look at the RSV, this respiratory type of virus, I think, again, any virus could be deadly in any system.
But what's the most important thing is to keep our terrain Our environment here, healthy, where it can be adjusted.
And a lot of times we need to think as parents, how can we equip the child best to fight?
Well, that's not going to be done with the vaccine.
That's going to be done with nutrition.
That's going to be done with an education of non-fear.
That's going to be an education of confidence in what God did and what God does in us.
Yeah, that's what I think too.
And to me, it just feels like Again, these children, you know, if you're feeding them the right things and they have a strong and healthy immune system, they should be able to fight any of this unless like it's sort of a fluke or they already have a compromised immune system.
But just giving them the RSV vaccine is just introducing this to their bodies, especially when they're so young.
And on top of that, the heavy metals of aluminum and the Marisol and these other toxins that are creating autism and a host of other issues.
Yeah, and I had this discussion with a bunch of parents at a school recently in the state of California.
They were concerned about this very thing, and you never know how everybody feels about it, so I was delicately dancing through this landmine of a question.
The ultimate is this, is that every time you provoke the system with a vaccine, you are stimulating the immune system to create a response which is, guess what, inflammatory.
And that's a big deal because if you already have an inflamed system and you throw more, let's use the analogy of gas in the fire, what did you just do?
You're going to burn the house down.
And so I really believe it's the nutrition and the volume of vaccines that has really just You know, whittled away at our immunity over the course of time.
And I will say this to parents out there, you know, we should not be living in fear.
We should be living in faith.
Now, if you choose, you know, any parent out there chooses to do a vaccine, fine.
Just makes you run through the filter of what you have a piece about and the responsibility you have as your own child.
And if you do choose to use vaccines, my high recommendation is to spread them out and not do them all at once.
Spread them out where the body is not inundated with that push all the time.
But don't live in fear that if you don't, this is what they'll push.
If you don't do this, then.
That is fear-based.
And that is not okay.
I always appreciate, you know what?
This is out there if you choose to.
This is what the data says.
It's mixed all over the place.
You pick.
I like that approach, you know?
Absolutely.
I do, too.
And you know how our network feels about vaccines, so you don't need to be shy there.
But the last one I want to just clarify, too, is the shingles one that I hear a lot on commercials, especially on Fox News and some of these other programs.
They try to target people over 50.
What is this, the shingles condition or disease, and how worried should people be about it, and should they go run and get the vaccine to protect themselves from it?
Well, there's a virus called varicell zoster, and it's the virus that actually activates chicken pox.
And so if a person has had chicken pox, and remember way back when, this is way back years ago, parents used to have chicken pox parties.
When a child would get chicken pox, they'd call the neighbors and bring your kids over now.
Yeah, I had them when I was young.
Yeah, we just did that because we're trying to do what?
Build exposure to build the adaptive immunity.
And so if a person's had chicken pox before, as a child, and most people have, and been exposed to it, the shingles therefore, in my opinion, would not be a relevant thing because that thing is going to be dealt with.
And the push on that one, especially for the older people, is that, well, you're older, so your immune system's going to weaken.
And that would be probably partially true.
But my system, your system, should not be geared to somebody else's expectation.
So I'm not going to listen to that mess.
I think of a guy named Moses, who's a pretty famous guy.
That dude lived 120 years.
He was as strong as ever, and his eyesight was still good.
So I figured he was exposed to a lot of mess out there in the desert.
And we might be living in some kind of desert time now, but I don't like to live in fear.
And I personally have told older folks to just, well, for lack of a better term, chill out on that one and just live healthy and don't worry about it.
Yes.
And final thoughts.
Do you think when people are living in fear a lot and they start getting into a pattern of being fearful about a lot of things, do you think that that has a tendency to even sort of age them prematurely or like show up on their face, their bodies, perhaps even spiral into physical disease and things like that?
Because that's my belief, but I wanted to hear your thoughts on it.
No, it is more than a belief, it's a fact.
Chronic fear, chronic anxiety, chronic anger will always weaken the body's immune system.
And it's a really simple explanation as to why.
Because what do those emotions yield as far as a hormone output?
It's called cortisol.
When the body's kicking out massive amounts of cortisol, Dan, and that's the fight or flight sort of scenario, and it's to keep us alive.
In other words, we need it.
If we're running from a bear.
And so all the threats then are activated outside of us.
So if cortisol comes up in a sort of a hyperactive way for a long, long time chronically, we are all putting the effort from the body.
It's being pushed outside of us to deal with the threats out here.
It shifts the ability to fight diseases, viruses from in here to out here because this is not the immediate threat.
That is.
That bear is about to eat me.
Therefore, I can't worry about a virus in me right now.
I'm not dealing with that.
So it weakens the immune system over time and that's just a classic example of where we blew it over the last three or four years.
The greatest distractions in life that will destroy the function of the body and certainly weaken all systems are as follows.
Death, disease, sickness, and lack.
And if we think about it from a reasonable standpoint, that's exactly what our mainstream media is promoting right now.
Yes, it's constantly.
It's all fear-based programming.
And it's all, you know, mindset, living in scarcity.
You don't have enough.
You know, you need to be scared about the war, fearful about our health.
It's all just fear-based.
It's not positive things.
It's not faith-filled.
And that's another reason why I love having you on because, you know, you talk about these things, but it's always a positive spin on it to bring us back to having faith instead of fear.
You're the hope dealer, you know, and it's just so important.
I can't repeat it enough, even though it's cheesy, kind of, but, like, we need that to not only, like, feel happy and yay, get hopeamine, but to...
To be our best selves physically and to fight off disease.
You know, I think that having faith and living in an abundance attitude and mindset instead of a scarcity, fearful mindset is probably one of the biggest preventers of disease and physical ailments, as well as your sort of pathway to having what you really want in life.
We become what we think about the most, and then we become like the people we hang out with the most.
You know, you even look at the book of Job, there's a little line in there that he says, what I feared the most has came upon me.
So we should not be living in fear, although I get it.
We live in unsettling and troubling times, you know.
But I do know this, that we have to decide to get outside of ourselves and outside of our own way, if you will.
Have a concept of maybe there's a way out.
It's like, did Moses freak out when the arm was behind him and the ocean was before him?
I'm sure.
But he figured out a way.
And did he figure out a way when there was no food and no water?
Yes.
So there's always a way.
There's always provision there.
And I think that we can maybe as a nation sort of begin to Grab on to, gravitate to that idea of gratitude that we have been able to stand for this many hundreds of years with this experimental democratic republic governing by the people for the people.
So hopefully we'll get some of that back in the next few months, years, you know, and be able to get our health back as well.
Amen to that.
