You know, it's not like every single day I just love the opportunity to come in here and talk about all of the things that are going wrong in this country.
I just, I just really, I wake up in the morning and I look at my kids and I say, oh, it's really good news.
Things are really bad today.
They're only getting worse.
It's great.
Gonna have a lot of content.
You see, the whole purpose of a platform like this is to work my way out of a job.
To expose evil to the point where it can just absolutely no longer exist and be successful.
To neutralize the enemy that has come against us.
To get rid of big pharma.
To get rid of western medicine.
The way that they murder people.
To get rid of an occupation.
To get rid of...
A complete infestation of every level of our government and all of the bureaucracies and in the Department of Education to get rid of the perversion and the will of the Satan worshippers to go and target children for trafficking and molestation and rape and murder.
To get rid of evil people that would wish to steer a storm, a weapon of weather, into a population of people so that they could be abandoned by the government that their television tells them that they can trust.
To get rid of dual citizens.
If people would just stop lying, this platform would serve no purpose at all.
If the evil would just stop...
This platform would cease to exist.
But unfortunately, here we are, on another day, working to fight against evil.
And it hasn't taken long for it to spread everywhere, including in Mexico.
Talking about the installation of this Jewish-Mexican president called Claudia Scheinbaum.
Are the Mexican people very well represented by a Jew?
And now her administration has just launched a full frontal assault on the white Christian European origins of Mexico and the country's ancestral homeland of Spain.
Steinbaum was inaugurated just days ago.
Already, she has issued a public statement demanding that the country of Spain apologize for its colonization and of the land that's now Mexico.
She wants Spain to apologize for making it possible for the people of Mexico to exist.
Except for her, of course.
Because she's not a Mexican at all.
She's a Jew.
It's very obvious what's going on here.
Just like in America, where we have been deliberately debased from our ancestors, from the people who founded this country, Who came here from Europe to establish a new Western Christian white civilization.
Claudia Scheinbaum and her Jewish creditors at the global cabal that she's openly working for, they want to debase the people of Mexico from their Spanish origins, from their ancestors on the European continent.
And really they already have.
Over the course of a century, They've already done that.
And now they're just sticking the final dagger in anything remaining that might remind Mexicans of Spain and of their ancestors.
You know, Mexico wasn't always a total shithole.
And Mexican immigrants weren't always savages that had been pulled straight out of the jungle where the locals are descended from child-sacrificing tribes of cannibals.
In fact, many Mexicans are white.
Did you know that?
Up to a third of the country's total population, according to many estimates, is white.
Their ancestors were explorers and Spanish conquistadors who, much like our ancestors, set out across the Atlantic Ocean in hope of expanding Christian civilization.
So, of course, they're targeted.
But unfortunately, there just were not enough of them.
They never truly consolidated control over Mexico's territory, which is why it's never really taken off as a functional country.
Couple this with the fact that Jewish commies dating back to...
Leon Trotsky, a Jew, and before have taken up residence in Mexico and have engineered remote Aboriginal populations against the white minority, which made up the Mexican ruling class, of course.
And then you end up with a country that since the 1930s has been subverted into completely abandoning the white identity and telling its citizens that they're Mexican, a racial mixture of Spaniards and Mexican Indians.
And now this idea has just gone so far that Mexico's Jewish president is completely disavowing the country's Spanish heritage and her fellow governmental leftists are demanding that Spain apologize for ever colonizing the land that later became Mexico in the first place.
Mexico wouldn't even exist if Spain didn't colonize.
And at least try to give it a little dose of civilization.
But you see, these people have been so twisted up by the subversive communist Jews who have been infiltrating their country that they don't even know who they are anymore.
Does that sound familiar?
And there are some very, very deep old historical motives for this Jewish vendetta against the Spaniards.
It's nothing new.
Way back in 711 AD, do your research, Spain was concerted by Islamic Moors from North Africa after a bunch of 8th century Jews opened up the gates of Toledo to Muslim invaders.
It took more than 700 years for Christians to take the whole place back, and when they did, they actually expelled the Jews.
Making the start of the Spanish Golden Age, the very same year, 1492, that Christopher Columbus brought civilization and Christianity to the New World.
So, the Jews have hated the Spaniards for a really long time, and Claudia Sheinbaum is just the latest incarnation of that.
And the symbolism here can't be ignored either.
The Jews opened up the gates of Toledo in 7-11, and now in 2024, Claudia Sheinbog and Alejandro Mayorkas, two Jews, are opening the gates of America.
Some things just never change.
These people travel the world victimizing everyone, and then they tell us that they are the biggest victims of all, and that they should serve as the world's emotional compass.
It's patently absurd.
Speaking of doing your own research, one guy that does a whole lot of it is Dominic Michael Trippi.

Look, if there's ever been a question as to if there is a world Jewish conspiracy, let's just factor in that there is 130 million people in Mexico.
That's the population.
Only in between 40 and 50,000 of them are Jews.
This is what we call a statistical impossibility.
Certainly it's not a representation of the Mexican people.
And then you also factor in there was 30 candidates that were murdered by cartel members in order for this Claudia Scheinbaum to even ascend to this position.
Then we've got this incredible immigration issue.
and who do we have that runs immigration here in America?
Jew Alejandro Mayorkas, and HIAS, the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society.
And who do you think is going to be working very closely with those organizations and with Mayorkas?
This Jew shine bomb.
It's getting to the point where, not to just go straight into America's matters with Israel and all this other Jewish conspiracy things that are going on, but it's like, We ask them to do a ceasefire.
They refuse.
The very next day, we give them $8.7 billion.
The very next day, they invade Lebanon, destroy Beirut.
Then they invade Syria.
Now they're going for Iran.
Now the country...
That is directly bordering us to ourself is being controlled by a hostile member of this same psychopathic group, Stu.
So it's when people are beginning, you know, when people still like to give pushback and still say, oh, you're being anti-Semitic.
No, that's BS. We're just talking about facts.
And now these people are right in our back door, man.
I've had this affect me personally in so many ways.
At first, it was my family.
Yeah, you shouldn't be talking like this about these Jews.
You shouldn't be talking like this about Israel.
I mean, this is the Israel of the Bible, and these are God's chosen people.

And so now over time, it's taken well over a year, they have come around like, oh my God, there's really something to this.

But then you have this pastor whose church I used to go to.
He rolled up in front of my house and like chastised me in front of my kids.
He was yelling at me and screaming at me and damning me to hell and telling me, don't you dare ever tell anybody that you're a Christian ever again.
My kids were freaked out.
You know, I mean, they're young.
This is a pastor.
Then he cornered me at a coffee shop in front of my sister when she was here visiting from Florida.
This is just a couple of weeks ago telling me that I was going to hell because of the things that I'm questioning and the criticisms that I have of the genocidal, mass murdering, pedophilic, homosexual, jab mandate, home of, you know, this secular nation state of Israel that was founded this secular nation state of Israel that was founded in 1948.
which just timeline-wise, I don't know how that could be the Israel of the Bible.
And then now, a guy that worked for the network doing voiceover work, This morning called me to resign, saying, you know, blessed are those who bless Israel, cursed are those who curse Israel.
I have a house full of sick kids because of what this network is doing.
I have to go.
And he resigned.
Then you look on X, it's a whole different story.
The people with the Israel flag ahead of the American flag or in the complete absence of the American flag.
Like, what the hell is going on?
I mean, dude, like, they seriously, and I hate for it to just be this simplistic, but they just run the show.
They run the show in every regard.
And just when, you know, we think that we're making some advances, whether it be with free speech or whether it be with, you know, an America First political movement, they bring down the hammer right away.
And it's just, that's why, you know, before the show when I was discussing how I felt like it was one of the most discouraging times that we've dealt with, not to black pill people, but I mean, what can we actually do to free ourselves from this Jewish death grip?
Because that's what I feel that we're under.
And no matter what area that we're talking about, whether it's giving aid to people that are literally dying and being left stranded in North Carolina, whether it's continuing genocidal war campaigns that do nothing to benefit America, it just seems that we are this country's and we are this group of people's The American people are Jews,
Jewish people's And we're both so sick of it, and we're trying to plead out to anyone with a pair of ears to please just listen and understand there is plenty of factual pieces as to why we hold these feelings.
And it's because they're 100% true and because we're patriots that want future generations of our country to succeed and have prosperity.
And this is an obstacle to that.
And if people don't wake up and understand, look, we don't have that much more time.
World War III is knocking on the door, guys.
Are we going to let these Jews literally destroy our freaking world?
Because that's where we're coming to.
And I apologize to be that blunt about it, but facts are facts.
And we're standing at the precipice of one of the largest conflicts we've ever had.
What happens if Israel...

Russia feels compelled to respond.
Russia has interest in Syria.
They have oil ports and things of that nature in Syria.
So what happens, you know, when they make one of these strikes and it kills a bunch of innocent Syrians and Russia feels compelled to defend their ally just like that?
I made that prediction.
It was like weeks ago.
Yeah, we're going to pimp Iran.
We're going to get them going.
We're going to gin up the hype of the American people, the approval to get into a kinetic confrontation.
They're actually going to be cheering this on, a full-blown war with Iran because Iran is going to launch these unprecedented attacks into Israel, which obviously were acts of self-defense.
That's going to provoke Russia.
Vladimir Putin will have no choice.
We've already reneged on every promise that we've made to not expand NATO further east, an alliance that was formed for one purpose, and that was to fight Russia.
We let in Poland and Hungary and Romania and dozens of other countries.
We have been pushing for Ukraine to get in.
This is a proxy war.
This is not a war between Ukraine and Russia.
Vladimir Putin didn't just wake up one day and decide, I'm going to be a war criminal and I'm going to go and invade Ukraine.
This is a proxy war being fought between NATO, the American War Empire, the military-industrial complex, and Russia.
We're at full-fledged war with Russia.
Your television just hasn't told you that yet.
The same thing is going on with Iran, and of course Vladimir Putin has an interest in protecting the interests of his people and putting the interests of his country first.
That's nationalism.
And that's not allowed here anymore.
Because now what's allowed, and the only thing that's allowed, is international jewelry.

The most important thing that we can do is free ourselves from this disproportionate influence.

We've been watching now for nearly a decade as a Soviet-style lawfare campaign has been waged against 45th President Trump, much like it's been against his supporters.
From before he was even elected, way back in 2016, intel agencies from all over the world, not just the United States, but in Britain and in Australia and in Italy and even our greatest ally, Israel, were all looking to cook up a completely fake narrative, a fake criminal case against Donald Trump and have him removed from the ballot, thrown in prison, and probably killed.
They have levied fake accusation after fake accusation from Well, let's see.
Russian collusion, paying off a porn called Stormy Daniels.
They've dragged this entire charade out as long as humanly possible so that it's now inferred in three election cycles.
They have filed charges against Trump in courts up and down the East Coast.
And while most of these cases have been total train wrecks that haven't led to a conviction, in New York, that's not the case.
Because there, Trump was convicted in a kangaroo court of paying off aforementioned whore Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about an alleged affair that the two had, an affair that Stormy Daniels swore never happened in a signed affidavit.
So, nevertheless, the case was allowed to go forward and Trump was actually convicted.
He was convicted by a stacked jury in a kangaroo courtroom run by a foreign-born judge called Juan Mershon, whose daughter works for Kamala Harris.
I mean, the entire process was disgusting and rigged and fake.
And we all knew it.
And we still know it.
And that's exactly why Judge Juan Mershon used this case to put an unconstitutional gag order on President Trump.
This bars him from talking about this case, from talking about that court.
And from letting the American people know just how corrupt the process has been because the facts didn't matter.
The process was rigged from the gates and it was fake and it was gay and it was designed to allow fat black Alvin Bragg and foreign communist Juan Mershon to set their own narrative with the help from the media and to get Trump convicted of a fake crime.
And now they're delaying sentencing until after the election.
They're hanging this case over Trump's head.
They're using it as a last-ditch effort to throw Trump in prison if he manages to override the fraud.
And if he talks about it, then he's definitely going to jail.
But you know, look, this isn't just about Trump.
This is an out-and-out attack on free speech.
The right of American citizens to defend their honor, to defend their freedom from personal and governmental attacks.
If this can be done to Trump, it can be done to any one of us.
We say this all the time.
It sounds cliche, but it's true.
And so in response to all of this, there have been a few lawyers to come out and file lawsuits against the fake kangaroo court and this unconstitutional gag order, and they're hoping to get the Supreme Court involved.
One of those attorneys is Ron Baruti.
And for information, he joins us now that we have been waiting for for a long time.
We appreciate you being here.
You filed a lawsuit.
We want to know about it.
Yeah, thanks for having me, Stu.
So my client is GoodLogic LLC. It's a media company.
GoodLogic does podcasting, legal podcasting.
Joe Neerman is the guy behind Good Logic, and he does a show daily.
And he reached the conclusion that the gag order on President Trump in New York was violating the free press rights of Good Logic and of himself.
So he filed a suit in the New York Appellate Court to try to get a restraint placed on the Juan Marchand gag order.
And then he hired me to represent good logic.
And he hired with the Appellate Court because the Appellate Court, he filed with the Appellate Court because the Appellate Court is over Judge Marchand and could order him to vacate the gag order.
The Appellate Court in New York basically kept our case on radio silence during the Trump trial.
It was impossible for anybody to get any copies of any pleadings or any documents unless they went down to the courthouse.
Nobody even knew our case existed.
But it was going on in real time during the Trump trial.
The day the Trump trial was finalized with convictions, the appellate court ruled against us, said that there's no basis for a stay of the gag order.
We went to the New York Court of Appeals, the highest court in New York.
They said we're not raising a serious constitutional question.
And now we have filed an emergent application with the United States Supreme Court.
It will be heard by Justice Sotomayor in the first instance, because she's the presiding justice over the New York courts.
And we've asked that the court place a stay on the gag order and allow President Trump to speak about the things that we say caused a grave conflict of interest with Judge Mershon presiding over the trial,
being his daughter's interests in the Biden-Harris campaign at the time and his wife's employment relationship with Letitia James, who Campaign for Attorney General of New York on the pledge of lock him up, lock him up.
How does that not even just come up in the first place?
I mean, how is this allowed to continue at all when all of the family relations, it was all in the family, as they say?
Yeah, look, New York has a law for judges that says if you, the canon number three, and it's a law, if you are within six degrees of separation of somebody with a material interest in the outcome of the case, being financial or other material interest, significant material interest, you must recuse yourself.
Here, Judge Mershon had two people within one degree, and what he did is he silenced President Trump, the man with probably the biggest microphone in the history of the world, He silenced them about speaking about his family and about the prosecution's family.
Theoretically, it was because President Trump was going to scare witnesses into not testifying or make people uncomfortable.
Well, that's not the standard for a gag order under the United States Constitution.
And there's been a The standard employed was based upon the U.S. District Court in D.C., which also employed a low standard.
And historically, it's just not constitutionally correct.
And President Trump should never have been gagged, much less still be gagged today, when speaking about this during a presidential election.
Yeah, I just don't know how the media could ever, like, give any credence or any credibility at all to this case.
First of all, nobody's ever been prosecuted like this ever.
I mean, these were crimes that were just made up out of whole cloth.
In the history of our country, no person other than Trump has ever been charged like this.
And then for it to go before a court where the judge has two first-degree separation relationships of persons of interest to the case and the outcome thereof, And then for it to go before a jury and then for him to convict them, for them to convict him, and now for the sentencing to be pushed back and then the gag order on top of it.
I mean, this is an absolutely, blindingly, glaringly obvious persecution.
This is lawfare.
This is the weaponization of the judicial system.
And every American should be able to see right through this.
I just can't believe that the media gets away with telling these lies.
Let's look at it from the perspective of, let's say you think Donald Trump is guilty.
Let's say that you think he's the worst human being in the world, and many people do.
This is really about the United States Constitution, and it's much, much bigger than about Donald Trump.
Here we have a criminal defendant every single time in the prior history, prior to the federal court imposing a gag order on President Trump.
The purpose of gag orders in criminal cases has been to protect the criminal defendant's right to a fair trial.
This was designed to protect the prosecution's right to put in evidence and to continue a trial before a judge who has serious conflict of interest issues.
Secondly, again, the right of the press.
The Supreme Court in the past has said the right of the press is very important, especially in criminal trials.
It's very important for the people, the public at large, to be able to get the information they need to ensure that there is a fair and just court system.
And third, it's not only just President Trump's free speech, it's also his right to a fair trial, and it's the press's right and the people's right that Donald Trump should be able to speak about these things.
In the past, the only time, there's really never been a criminal defendant who's been gagged for the purpose of gagging the criminal defendant.
But there is some precedent that says you can do that if there is a clear and present danger and an imminent threat To the trial.
Now, there was no clear and present danger by anything Donald Trump said or might say, and there was no imminent threat.
The only way I could see gagging a criminal defendant for a clear and present imminent threat is if he is maybe tampering with the jury with his words.
Other than that, the criminal defendant is the accused.
He's the presumed innocent, and it's the state's burden to prove that case beyond a reasonable doubt, because losing one's liberty and potentially life What is your call to action?
The call to action here is, look, we filed, Justice Sotomayor is going to hear this case.
Justice Sotomayor formerly sat on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York.
She once had a case very similar to this, where she ruled, she vacated a gag order saying how the First Amendment didn't provide for it, it wasn't complied with.
I believe that Justice Sotomayor is a First Amendment She's a purist on it, I hope.
And I think that she will see right through this that what happened with the gag order was unconstitutional.
And I hope she stays it so that President Trump can be heard.
The call to action to people is, hey, look, be aware, spread the word that this thing was unconstitutional.
We feel we have very, very strong constitutional grounds to vacate the order.
And we think that ultimately the Supreme Court should hear this case and should throw it out.
First throw out the gag order and ultimately throw out the case completely because Judge Mershon was conflicted.
And as a conflicted judge, he had no business presiding over this trial.
There's no gag order against the people of the United States.
There's no gag order against supporters, not just of Trump.
And as Ron just pointed out, you could think that Trump is the biggest POS on the face of the planet.
God knows that we have our differences with Trump.
That's fine, but I don't support this.
I don't support anything that's going on here.
As an American, you are deserving of your God-given rights.
These aren't given by the Supreme Court.
They're not given by Joe Biden.
They're not given by Juan Mershon.
They're not given by Kamala Harris.
They're not given by Fat Black, Elvin Bragg, or Letitia James, or Fannie Willis.
These rights are given by God.
You have these rights.
There's also no gag order on your representatives.
And so if you have a congressperson who's not talking about this and who's not talking about this case, you should be flooding their emails.
You should be flooding their offices with phone calls asking, hey, when you're going and doing your hits on the Fox News channel and looking for glory time, why aren't you talking about this?
Why aren't you?
What's amazing is that, you know, Joe Nehrman is one guy, good logic.
And frankly, the entire press should have been up in arms that there was a gag order placed on President Trump.
It's probably the most sensational trial in our nation's history where a former president and candidate for office is being prosecuted for really outrageous charges.
And all the press should have been up in arms because it's their livelihood.
Yeah, they're never going to be because they're bought and paid for.
They're a corrupt press.
They're a fake news media.
