And it is 8 p.m.
Eastern Time right now on Thursday after a long and crazy week.
And it's Thursday.
Yay!
Almost the weekend.
What's everybody doing this weekend?
Grab that cocktail or mocktail, glass of water, glass of wine, whatever you do to unwind, and hang out with me for the next hour as we go over the top news of the day.
Now, before we get into our guests here, we had Trump.
We had the big, long-awaited President Trump and Skamala Kameltoe Harris debate on Tuesday night.
Right after my show on Tuesday night.
And just wanted to give my reaction on that.
It was so disappointing, to say the least.
I was very disappointed in Donald Trump.
Yes, I know the elections are fake and gay already.
We get it.
And they're rigged.
But it was almost like Trump...
Didn't even try.
It's like he was just phoning it in.
Now, we've heard, I've heard from many sources, and we kind of see the evidence of it, that Donald Trump doesn't really prepare for things.
It seems like he doesn't really prepare for big speeches or debates or anything else when he's on a big public stage He doesn't really prepare and he doesn't really listen to his advisors.
He just does what he does and often he wings it because he does tend to have an over-inflated sense of confidence that he is great and he's a great public speaker and he's charismatic and better than his opponent and that he'll just win.
He'll win on all of those points without having to prepare beforehand.
And that Strategy, if you could call it one, hasn't worked for him in the past.
It hasn't worked for eight years, him winging it, especially when it comes to these debates where millions of people in our country and all over the world are watching.
Some of them are watching him for the first time.
So many are undecided voters or independents or Democrats who are turned off by the Democratic Party and the left.
So they think, maybe, maybe I'll vote for Trump.
Let me kind of see how he does at this debate first.
Let me see.
Let me hear his answers and see how he does with the opponent.
And so he has to really take that seriously.
And every time there's a debate, I just don't think he's taken it seriously.
Doesn't seem like he's done his homework.
Doesn't seem like he's really prepared or rehearsed.
And he falls into the same traps over and over.
And it's really getting old.
Obviously, Kamala was going to be really, really, really well prepared.
And obviously, she is a prosecutor.
She may be pretty dumb.
And she usually doesn't know what the hell she's saying.
But she is a prosecutor.
And she's got the entire left, the fake left, speech writers for her.
Writing canned responses to everything.
Anticipating any of Trump's questions or what his attacks could be.
And writing well, you know, well-received responses to them.
Obviously, he would know that it would be a gangbang.
It would be three against him, that they would gang up on him.
It's been how many years and how many debates at this point that he's been through.
Should have known and prepared for this.
This isn't like some, whoa, he's a new politician.
He didn't know.
He's been in the game for eight years.
He knows.
And so many people said, well, it wasn't that great because, you know, it was a gang up.
Well, again, he should have known this is easy.
Anyone could have predicted what was going to happen.
And he should have anticipated what she was going to attack him with, what her traps were that she was going to set for him, or the moderator's traps.
This is old hat by now, he should have known.
And it's like he was caught off guard.
And his answers, he fell right into her traps over and over again.
His responses were not...
They were non-eventful.
They were like the same canned, repetitive, monotonous responses that he's had for eight years.
You know, I'm going to be...
The borders are ruining our country.
The borders are destroying our country.
Illegal aliens coming through.
Criminals.
Well, it was the same thing over and over again.
Nothing new.
Nothing profound.
There were no...
Big zinger moments from him.
No mic drop moments like the because you'd be in jail moment.
And so many others.
Like, look at that first debate.
That first debate he ever did, I think, with the RNC eight years ago.
With all the other Republican rhino candidates there, it was like ten against one.
And he still shined and stole everyone's thunder and everyone was talking about how well he did.
He killed everybody.
But now it's like, you can't respond to Kamala.
You can't outshine her.
I gotta say, and it seemed like he was thrown off.
It seemed like he was nervous.
It seemed like she got him nervous and on the defense the whole time.
That's what it seemed like.
He was on the defense.
He wasn't funny.
He wasn't, like, real, funny, confident Trump that we've seen that's That's just like, yeah, he owned it.
No, that wasn't Trump.
That wasn't Trump this week.
He really seemed on the defense the whole time.
He seemed just like angry, not smiling, not having fun with it, not cocky, not busting balls, no mic drops, really just nothing.
It didn't move the needle at all for anyone undecided, and especially anyone on the left.
They considered it a huge win for Kamala.
And everyone's been cheering about how great she did.
That's pathetic.
That is pitiful.
Kamala?
Word salad Kamala Harris did better than Trump?
It's really, really embarrassing and pitiful.
So I'm really disappointed about it.
There were so many missed opportunities, too, that he just missed.
There were so many things that she said that were lies and lies and lies.
That he has evidence to shatter her lies to use as ammo, and he didn't use them, any of it.
He never trapped her like she did to him.
There was nothing, no strategies that he had planned.
Didn't seem like he rehearsed or practiced at all.
It was such a huge, important event that everyone was waiting on.
Everyone was hoping that he would fail, and everyone was hoping Kamala would win.
And He just fell into the trap.
He did seem like he failed.
And in fact, he said today that he doesn't want to do another debate with Kamala.
No, he doesn't see another need for a debate with Kamala, even if it's on Fox News.
Well, why do you think?
Because he kind of got crushed.
I think he's embarrassed.
I think he knows it.
And so...
It's just, it's pretty unfortunate.
Tulsi Gabbard, what I heard is that she was even trying to prepare him.
She was trying to work with him to make sure that he was armed with enough ammo to annihilate Kamala.
Because she was able to annihilate Kamala in a debate with less than two minutes.
I mean, she torched her.
She humiliated her.
In less than two minutes that she had.
She just destroyed Kamala.
And Trump had two hours and never had a gotcha moment like that.
He had two hours and never torched her, roasted her, or exposed her in the way that Tulsi did.
But Tulsi apparently really tried to work with Trump, and I guess he turned her down.
He didn't feel like he needed to prepare or rehearse or something.
That's what I've heard.
So I think if he really would have practiced with Tulsi, I think he could have smoked Kamala.
She's not that hard to smoke.
Come on.
She's a bed of lies.
So I'm a little disappointed.
I gotta say, you know, Trump really better get on his A-game.
I haven't really seen him on his A-game in like a month or two.
And I think that momentum, especially from the assassination attempt, the momentum has kind of gone down.
And it continues to go uphill, even if it's fake.
But the energy seems to be uphill for Kamala and starting to go down or staggering with Trump.
He better move fast.
It better be too big to rig somehow.
Otherwise, I don't think he's swaying anyone new at this point.
I really don't think he's been good at that.
He needs to really get on his A-game.
And those are my two thoughts and my two cents.
Two thoughts and two cents, sorry.
End of the day.
It's my two cents for what happened with this debate.
Now, a lot of people, even Nick Fuentes, are saying all the Groypers gave him a big win, and they think he did great.
He was OG Donald Trump.
I don't know, maybe I missed something, but I didn't see that.
I really didn't see that OG Donald Trump dragon energy from the other night.

Why is Kingdom Fuel so much better than a lot of other supplements and nutritional supplements out there?
Because this is a really, really good shake.
My favorite, by the way, is the vanilla, but I've got the vanilla and the chocolate.
Well, Kingdom Fuel is not just a protein shake.
It has organic pea protein, full spectrum, full amino acid profile, 20 grams of protein, but it's also got added to it greens and reds.
A lot of people buy those separately.
It's got vitamins and minerals, insoluble and insoluble fiber.
That is a complete meal, and it's under $5 per serving.
People use three scoops.
But guess what?
Most people don't.
They use one or two.
So you're talking about a full, complete meal.
The shelf life is two years if you don't open it.
Pretty cool.
Oh yeah, absolutely.
And if we're in any kind of apocalypse, you can pretty much eat this all day.
You can't.
And a cereal.
Really, really healthy.
All right, cool.
And guys, you can find the Kingdom Fuel line of products at Dr.

I love this shake.
It's amazing, great, and keeps me healthy.
Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, yesterday was the anniversary of September 11th, 9-11, and unbelievably, it's been 23 years since that ill-fated day.
It's pretty hard to believe that it's been this long, actually, since that day.
I remember I was in school when I watched that all happen, so pretty unbelievable.
But it's been a long time, but it's also been 23 years since a lot of the world has woken up to the fact that the government, the media, presidents of the United States and countries lie to us about very huge things. presidents of the United States and countries lie to us Things that we think we take for granted as just the narrative, as the story, the official story that comes down the pipe from the media and the government.
That event truly red pilled millions of people and woke people up.
That was a catalyst for really the truther movement.
So we obviously knew me later on that there were so much more to the events of 9-11 and so many different things that actually happened.
The truth of what happened and what the official story was in the media and with the president, George W. Bush at the time.
So I want to talk about this for the anniversary of 9-11.
I want to unravel these lies, further analyze the event even more.
And I thought, who better to bring on than a special guest, Adam Eisenberg.
Adam Eisenberg, if you haven't heard of him, he was involved in the first response efforts at the Pentagon for approximately 240 hours from 9-11-2001 We're good to
go.
So I want to talk to him and really delve into this and what he saw.
Welcome to Shots Fired.
Thanks so much for joining us, Adam Eisenberg.
How are you?
I'm very well.
Thank you so much for having me.
It's a great pleasure.
Thank you.
Absolutely.
So let's talk about, first of all, your background.
I mean, who are you, first of all?
How did you get to be on the first response team for the Pentagon right after 9-11?
Sure.
Well, I joined the military at the ripe age of 19.
And by the time I arrived in Washington, D.C., I was an infantryman.
And so at the age of 20, I went to a unit called the 3rd U.S. Infantry, the Old Guard.
And it's an elite unit.
They have a multifaceted mission to provide infantry training and training.
Any type of, I guess you could say, protection in the D.C. region.
We train for any type of operation.
We also handle all of the ceremonial detail for the Army.
So Arlington National Cemetery, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, things of that nature.
And so I signed up to be an infantryman.
I also went to airborne school and I went to the Old Guard.
And not very long after that, I got there in the summer of 2001.
Shortly after that, September 11th happened.
And so Technically speaking, I wasn't even assigned at the Pentagon.
My unit was comprised of two different areas, the Fort Myer region and Fort McNair in Washington, D.C. And so I was at Fort Myer at the time when the attack occurred, and getting back to our base proved to be very difficult.
But the very first thing that really kind of had my head scratching, once we got back to the base, we were asked to perform guard duty To help the MPs.
You know, we didn't know what was really happening.
So I was a private at the time.
I was very much full of just piss and vinegar.
I wanted to prove myself.
And so I volunteered to that.
So the first thing that kind of set the stage for a lifetime of head-scratching just kind of thought was I went down to get my M16 from the arms room because that's what we trained to do as infantrymen.
We needed rifles.
And I did not get a loaded I was given a blank magazine from my arms room specialist.
I was given a blank magazine, and I'll never forget what he said.
He said, you know, you guys have not been authorized the use of live rounds.
And so prior to ever going on site at the Pentagon, that was the first thing that really had me scratching my head.
Why wasn't I given live rounds to perform guard detail?
Right.
Very weird.
Yeah, very strange.
Furthermore, and I'm going to try and throw as much information that you guys can.
And in addition to, you know, before we went on site, there were people in my unit that were required to sign non-disclosure agreements.
And so if we're going to this big emergency at the Pentagon and we're going to assist in any way possible, you know, why are we signing NDAs?
To summarize kind of your question, I've been trying to prove on paper how my unit arrived to serve in the capacity that we did because you can't find it out there in the official documents.
And so just talking about what I did and didn't see and getting to that It's been difficult because I can tell my story a thousand times, but there's a lot of skeptics out there.
But I've finally, in the last few years, been able to get all the documents to prove that everything that I say in my arrival is legit.
And we got there on September 11th.
There were about 100 people from my unit that initially got there.
That came by way of an order that came down from a gentleman named General Weldon.
He was the on-site commander at the Pentagon at the time who, shortly after the attack, was on the grounds with the Military District of Washington commander, Major General James Jackson.
And he told them right then and there, I want you to activate the old guard.
We need people on site.
Anybody that wasn't serving in the capacity of funeral detail or anything else was basically, over the next few days, sent to the Pentagon.
I just so happened to be one of the first waves of people.
And I think that had to do with the fact that I was there to help augment the MPs at McNair.
And I already had my weapon checked out.
But we got to the Pentagon and we basically...
Didn't do anything for the first few days, couple days.
So that was the other head-scratching moment.
It's like, we're here.
What's going on?
Why aren't we rushing in?
And so, yeah, there was a lot of head-scratching.
Did you have, like, stand-down orders or, like, orders to not do anything?
No, we showed up on site and it was basically one of those opportunities where they said, you know, heavy and light labor wherever you're needed, you know, 100 people.
And then eventually the whole old guard came if you weren't, you know, on funeral detail.
But, you know, finding out how all that transpired and, you know, the missions and how they all came down, it took a couple of days for everything to happen.
But then once we started to get into a groove of things, My company served on a 12-hour, seven-day-a-week, 6 at night till 6 in the morning, rotating ship with other units in my battalion.
We basically were serving however we were needed.
We were helping FBI agents primarily.
They had more people on site than anybody.
But going in, looking for any type of thing that looked like it was a potential body part, if the FBI or the other agencies saw something, they did their forensic stuff, They would put the bodies in the bag and then we'd take them out.
So serving also in the protection of the stuff that was being brought out of the building and taking over to the parking lots, we protected those areas as well.
And so that's the way it pretty much went for 240 hours.
That's how long I was there approximately from the 11th to the 30th.
And I kind of tell people, you know, compare that to your 40 hour workday.
You know, and now if you can, think about staring at this hole, which is really small.
And then, you know, once you were actually inside the building and we were serving, we saw things that didn't make a lot of sense.
And I was able, thankfully, using this Arlington County Library oral history project interview five years down the road by a man named Charles Gibbs.
He was the captain of Arlington Firefighting's Training unit.
And he talked about what I saw, just to give you an idea.
He said, just a few side notes that have just enlightened to me and Chief Gray, particularly because we were at the heliport.
A lady that works for the Pentagon, works in the explosives area, and how explosives affect human behavior and things that happened, explained how the deaths occurred in the Pentagon.
Because fire people reported they found people sitting at a table like this, just sitting there like they did not know.
And she explained that the impact of the plane sent such a concussion inward that it sucked the air out of their systems 100% immediately.
Sorry, it's my wife's computer.
So she said that explains how they found people with no signs.
That's what happens.
She said it's instant just by force because they probably found a lot, just like they were sleeping.
That was interesting to find out the reason.
She said that was a very common thing of how that happens.
So that's what I saw.
You know, part of the building that had no proximity to the actual impact of the alleged plane pack, like offices, like These people were just like sitting here like this.
Half of their faces were melted.
Some of their whole body parts were melted.
The actual room itself, some parts of it was still intact.
But stop, drop, and roll is a thing that I think everybody would probably agree.
If you're on fire, you're going to do that.
Well, none of these people did that, had any assignments of that.
And they were really far away from where the alleged plane hit the building.
So none of it made sense.
And in my 240 hours on site, I never saw anything that looked like a plane part.
I never saw anything that looked like a body that was on a plane.
All the people that we saw had been basically killed inside the Pentagon.
They all looked like they were Pentagon workers.
No personal effects like luggage or anything of that nature.
And I can say this with confidence because down the road, I was very fortunate to serve in a position where I worked for an aeronautical parts company.
One of two that actually outfitted the Boeing engine that allegedly hit the building.
I worked for Pratt& Whitney, but Rolls-Royce was the other one.
Down the road, I kind of saw these jet engines every single day, and I familiarized myself with parts.
I became very familiar, and it was like fate's way of saying, you know, this is going to drive you nuts until you actually do something about it.
So I always say, you know, people want me to talk about What I did and didn't see, and I say that's important, sure.
But my investigation that I started afterwards and the people that I've been able to uncover just by giving these talks really, I think, is going to be much more valuable than my testimony because ultimately I think these individuals that had no authority to be there, and I've confirmed this, they were weapons experts and they had very little to do with the first response efforts.
And so, Arlington County After Action Report said that one of the biggest problems encountered on site was that people were self-deploying.
Well, that's where the, I guess you could say, the order out of chaos happened.
These people that I've been able to uncover, they posed as firefighters and they were actually weapons experts.
And so I say, if we're going to have true conspiracy, we would need people on the ground conducting these operations.
And so there's a slew of evidence to look at.
Actors, in a way.
to look at when it comes to the Pentagon issue.
Um, and I kind of say that ultimately my testimony and the things that I've been able to uncover just because I was a firsthand witness and I'm saying the things that I'm saying publicly, um, people have responded to it, you know, and they were also there too.
And, you know, we can have different opinions on what happened that day, but ultimately, um, for the last three and a half years, I've been kind of playing chess with these
It doesn't surprise me that these people, this one individual specifically, is running around offering this paid news service that kind of comes from the perspective of a DOD, you know, super spook, former CIA guy, all this stuff, when in fact he's really displaying a message that's very pro-Israel, very pro-Ukraine.
He seems to be, you know, trying to control some type of a narrative that's going on there.
Do we have a name for this guy?
Sure do.
His name is Lee Wheelbarger, and he is in charge of KLW World News.
He's very active on Rumble and Twitter.
But I've been playing chess with this guy for the last three years, and basically, the only thing that he can do to try to discredit me is just attack my character.
He found one A talk that I accidentally misspoke on in the last three and a half years, and he's basically mounted his entire defense on that, trying to say that I'm committed to stolen valor when I've got an ocean of lies, you know, with him sitting on these ocean of lies.
And so, you know, I... I found this guy back in 2021, and I've been studying him, I've been studying his associates, and really trying to find the experts on 9-11 out in the world.
Because as soon as I found this guy, I kind of turned and did an about-face and tried to find the other authors and experts and all these individuals that devoted their lives to 9-11 justice.
And then I started to see something very different there.
If I had to make a bet, I would say that there's a lot of counterintelligence efforts being made to kind of offer a variety of layers, and it's all designed to kind of really cover up who is truly involved.
And there's a lot of research that points to a lot of different places.
Ultimately, I think the one thing my research is going to show is just That specialized weapons experts were at the Pentagon.
And furthermore, these people, you know, have lied about how they got on site.
They've lied about how they've exited.
And if they had a legitimate story, they should be able to prove it, and they can't.
So that's where we're at right now.
I want to circle back, just a real follow-up question.
What do you think that implies, the fact that weapons experts, highly trained weapons experts, were...
We're pretending basically that they were firemen or posing as firefighters or first responders.
I mean, what do you think that that means?
Well, I personally, if we're going to have, you know, a false flag event, it's got to look like a plane attack.
And so that testimony that I gave of that firefighter kind of talks about that.
And you look to people like the individuals that Stu had on today, guys like Andrew Johnson, you know, Dr.
Judy Wood, people that really dive into the weapons that were most likely used.
And they're not, you know, offering their opinions or talking about evidence.
So I say, you know, There's a lot of different ways to skin the cat when it comes to the Pentagon.
People look at citizens' investigation teams.
Some people look at, you know, pallets for 9-11 truth, even though they're not around anymore.
There's a way that you can also look at it where you break down all the witness testimonies and you can kind of start to see where the Swiss cheese is.
But, you know, if we were truly, in my opinion, going to have it, we would have to have...
People on the ground doing the things that they need to do.
And what I saw didn't make any sense.
It screamed of something exotic.
And it mimicked, in my opinion, a plane.
And when I started to get into this, I was talking to a gentleman.
He sounds like what you, you know, it sounds like you saw a bunker buster.
And there's multiple testimonies that talk about, you know, multiple explosions at the Pentagon.
Fireballs, high temperatures.
You can also look at some of the wall clocks.
A lot of the clocks stopped.
And so how did that happen?
But ultimately, I say, we need people on the ground doing these things.
And I've been able to collect a lot of evidence with this individual and the team of people that he had on site in the last three years.
And I'm now working very diligently to show Everything that they basically said that is a lie, backing it up with evidence.
And I'm writing a book about it, and I hope that will be enough.
I'm also talking to some people about presenting all the evidence in video form so we can get it out there as quickly as we can.
But yeah, there's an ocean of things I can also talk about.
So to have a false flag event, yes, you need crisis actors, you need people on the ground to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch and there's not witnesses around because they basically will be taking the place of the witnesses, these actors or crisis actors or other people filling in, like you said, the weapons experts for the firefighters.
And every time they have some major event like this, too, coincidentally, they have drills going of that same event.
You know, the same concept of drill I mean, can you talk about all those drills that happened to be going on in that exact same time period, which is why nobody could ever do anything about it.
Nobody could stop these hijackers.
No one was able to stop these planes in enough time.
I mean, that's the job of these people who, you know, their whole job is to protect the Pentagon and the World Trade Center and the country from Yeah, a drill.
I think what you're referring to are just how the Air Force, the people that were protecting the skies, were doing a drill, and they couldn't respond.
But furthermore, at the Pentagon, even prior to that event, I'm not sure exactly when the dates were, but they were also preparing for An event where a plane hit that building.
And the research that I read indicated that they did that because of the close proximity to Reagan.
They didn't talk really under the capacity of an alleged terrorist event where somebody hijacked a plane.
But yeah, I mean, you nailed it.
That's the most sacred building.
It's the hub of our military.
And somehow these people made their way into that area, into that airspace.
The gentleman that couldn't even fly the plane Hani Hanjour, the alleged pilot of the building, or excuse me, the alleged pilot of the plane, stayed in the air for a long time, did a huge maneuver around D.C. in a maneuver that he technically couldn't even fly.
A lot of professional pilots have come out and said that, you know, they couldn't do that.
And then, you know, furthermore, hit a part of the building that was allegedly heavily, you know, defended, had just been updated with all this stuff.
And furthermore, Commercial airplanes can't even fly at that speed, that low to the ground.
And if you look at all the pictures, there's absolutely no engine scrapes, no wing scrapes, no nothing that gives us any indication.
And so, yeah, you know, how, going back to what you said, you know, if we have spent so much time preparing for these types of events, how do they happen?
So the war games are another area where I really don't go too deeply into it, but why were our defenses so scattered that day?
Right, exactly.
So what do you think happened with these planes?
I mean, do you think planes hit the Pentagon and the World Trade Center and each of those buildings?
Do you think maybe one plane actually did?
There's a lot of evidence of Sure.
thing where there was no planes at all.
It was just an optical illusion.
The bombs, there were actually bombs inside of the buildings, and that's what caused the explosions and the demolishing of the buildings.
And in your mind, you know, especially since you were there on the ground floor and part of this cleanup crew afterwards, you saw things with your own eyes.
What are the conclusions that you've come to with what really happened that day?
I would highly recommend that you talk to a gentleman by the name of Mark Conlon.
He has done research extensively into what really happened with those planes.
Norman, the guy that linked us up, could definitely get you in touch with him.
So could I. The thing about it is, you know, I really say I don't genuinely know.
I don't.
But what I can tell you is that the testimonies for the Pentagon, and that's, in my opinion, the eye of the storm, I really don't get to the towers just because It's so vast.
But the Pentagon is really a personal subject to me because I've spent so much time there.
But I just know with all of my heart that a Boeing 757-200 series airplane didn't hit the Pentagon.
And there are people that have come to me, witnesses, alleged witnesses to the event that I'm feeling out and they're feeling me out.
One of which I believe he has a very strong testimony about what he saw.
So I'm gonna hopefully get him to go public with that, but I understand why he's a little bit challenged with that.
But yeah, I just, I don't know, you know, and that's the thing.
I would love to be able to find out, but I don't know.
But you definitely don't believe the official story, obviously.
No, I have not for a long time.
And of course, we're getting this information from a federal government that has been known to be involved in a lot of dirty things.
You know, look at Operation Northwoods, look at the Central Intelligence Agency and how they've Played into the world's affairs.
The FBI, I mean, if you really want to also get into some witness, the ATF did their after-action review of the 9-11, and they were very skeptical of the FBI. You know, so it's just like, you know...
I don't know.
The people that we are supposed to trust with our most sacred responsibilities, it's like they're asleep at the wheel.
And the same thing happened according to the 1993 Trade Center attack that, you know, oh, they almost had these people and this and that, and then, oh, they slipped through.
And so it's just this series of, you know...
And one of my greatest enemies in the 9-11 truth movement, I'm not going to say his name, but he said, if you really want to understand what's happening in the United States, you've got to work your way back to JFK. And then you've got to go all the way forward.
And I don't know.
I don't know what it's going to take for people to wake up and to understand that the United States has been infiltrated.
But it started with 9-11.
I think that was, you know, you can really go back, but it really got...
You know, terrible at 9-11.
That's where it really got worse.
Well, people, because of social media starting to become popular and more, you know, computers and the internet and everything, I think the psyops and false flags have been there for a very, very long time.
But I think this was the first time that people really woke up to it and saw it and started talking about it and word started spreading.
And that's just those vehicles for, you know, fast spreading information really just weren't there before.
Yeah.
So yeah.
Well, and even, you know, it's hard for people to wrap their minds around it.
I mean, even me, I can prove that I was there.
I can show you so many testimonies like the one I just did.
I can show you testimonies in this book about how the people that were responding didn't even know what parts, airplane parts, looked like.
They didn't know what they were looking for.
I can show you stuff in here that talks about how basically old guard soldiers, people that were in my unit, were removing evidence that was supposed to be in the custody of the FBI. Tainted evidence.
It had allegedly been around a lot of hazardous materials.
So why were old guard soldiers handling this evidence and wearing DEA shirts in the process?
The FBI did not have chain of custody of the evidence, and you can't even find this evidence.
It's nowhere to be found.
And the pictures that we do have that show a part with an American Airlines logo, the serial number on that has been written in with a magic marker.
That's not how serial numbers are put onto parts.
And I can say that because I worked in the aeronautical parts industry.
So, yeah, you know, there's a lot of different ways to go at the 9-11 issue.
There's the geopolitical way.
There's directed energy weapons.
There are con artists like Richard Gage who tried to talk about thermite.
And then, you know, there's a whole bunch of other people that try to get involved and offer their opinions.
But I think the Pentagon is the eye of the storm.
And really, I can't stress to anybody, Read my book when it comes out.
It's going to be free.
I'm not even going to charge anybody for it.
Just read it.
It's going to hyperlink into video and audio testimony that anybody can click on and go right there and hear these words from these people themselves.
James Schwartz, the incident commander, point blank said that these individuals weren't allowed on site and they were removed from the FBI. These people say that he's full of shit and that basically they were brought right back.
So who's lying?
I don't know.
So meanwhile, I'm just going to keep pressuring these people and doing talks like this.
And yeah, eventually Lee Wheelbarger is going to wake up and he's going to have a lot to answer for.
And his lies and his manipulation aren't going to save him.
Yeah.
Amen.
Well, before we wrap up, we'll say, you know, where everybody can find your book, what's the name of it and everything one more time.
But if you can just say one more, just what do you think is the most compelling thing that you saw or didn't see while you're on the ground there?
That should really have people, you know, waking up or realizing there's a lot of inconsistency there.
Yeah, it was the boardroom.
It was just the absolute absence of anything on the inside that looked anything like a plane, anything like, you know, luggage.
We didn't even see passengers that looked like they were on a plane.
And so that way, you know, my eyes can't...
Forget what I didn't see in that testimony of Gibbs.
I mean, that proves it.
So that's really it.
You know, unfortunately, the FBI has all the evidence, all the pictures, everything.
You know, I challenge them to release these pictures to the public.
So, you know, the one thing they have given away is the video that shows, allegedly, the camera hitting the building, or excuse me, the plan hitting the building from the stanchion by the outside of the building.
But My teammate has already debunked that.
He's a member of Mensa.
He's very smart.
And so, you know, he's mathematically proven that that is a bunch of crap.
So, yeah, that's I guess the most compelling thing is, you know, finding the testimonies that kind of prove what I can prove with my own testimony and just stacking all that up and also breaking down the witness testimony and just showing that it's absolute Swiss cheese.
And a very small group of people Yeah, absolutely.
Inconsistencies, did you mean?
Oh, no, no.
Consistencies.
Oh, yes.
Yeah, members of the media corporation, certain areas of the Pentagon where people worked.
Yeah.
Okay, got it.
Well, hey, thank you so much for sharing your story and for getting your story out there.
It's really important.
The more people that share their stories and the evidence, the more people will wake up.
So thank you so much.
Tell everybody, of course, where they, again, can, the name of your book, where they can find it, and how they can follow you.
Well, the book isn't released yet.
It will be out.
The best way to follow me, my efforts are still kind of quiet.
They're kind of underground.
Just go to my Instagram.
It's AwakenedAdam.
And that's not because I'm part of any woke movement.
It's just what happens when an individual wakes up to their potential and to their life's purpose.
And so that's why I'm there.
But internet, I got some websites that are reserved.
There's a lot of things coming down the pike.
Okay, cool.
Well, we'll have to have you back on and analyze this even deeper.
Thanks so much, Adam Eisenberg.
We really appreciate it.
And guys, we'll be right back, right after these messages.

Hey, guys.
Well, I'm here with my favorite doctor, Dr.
Mark Sherwood, here today.
And guess what I just got?
It is a giant box of a Kingdom Crunch cereal, his new line of cereal called Kingdom Crunch.
And this particular flavor is acai bowl.
And let me tell you, it is so, so, so, so, so tasty and delicious.
But besides from it being so tasty, I have Dr.
Sherwood here to tell us why it's so good for you, too, and why it's so amazing and should be in everyone's cover.
So what's up with this incredible cereal that you sent me that I can't stop eating, Dr.
Sherwood?
Well, many times when we hear the word zero, we think unhealthy, poisonous chemical, carcinogenic.
Shouldn't be eating it.
That is quite the opposite.
High protein, zero added sugars, organic ingredients, and healthy fats such as medium-trained triglycerides.
Deanna, that should be in everyone's cupboard, in every child's mouth, every day.
That is truly healthy and life-giving for kids.
I recommend it all the way.
Not because I made it, but because it solves a real problem in today's world.
Excuse me, I can't stop eating it, but I gave it to my son, Maverick, who also loves cereal, but I don't want to eat cereal except for this.
This is really, really good.
It's really tasty.
It actually tastes like real acai in your mouth.
And it's packed full of all these nutrients and no sugar, right?
No added sugar?
That's insane.
How is it so sweet then?
Yeah, we use stevia, monk fruit, and some allulose there, all of which, get this, are diabetic friendly.
They won't raise blood sugar, which is another benefit.
I've had people ask me, can I eat that if I'm diabetic?
Yes, you can, and you can fix your diabetes.
Yay!
Awesome.
Well, this is so good.
Where can everybody find this Kingdom Crunch cereal?
They can find it at sherwood.tv forward slash shots and use your discount code to save.
Promo code shots.
Promo code shots and they can save some money off there and support your program.
Absolutely.

Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, did you know that more than half of Americans take at least one dietary supplement, which includes minerals or vitamins or some sort of a diet product, every single day?
And did you know if it's actually good for us to take vitamins or supplements or could we just get it in our natural diet?
Well, it's interesting because I was reflecting on this and, you know, you kind of realize with all these supplements and vitamins that are being pushed on us every day, you think, wait a second, back in like before the 1900s or the 1950s, people weren't taking vitamins.
They weren't taking nutritional supplements in the form of powder or pills or capsules or things like that.
You know, before then they were just eating a diet and then way before that they were just cavemen and women and they definitely weren't buying these products every day.
So how did they stay healthy?
How did they stay in shape?
Obviously they didn't need these supplements and vitamins.
But I want to ask our resident doctor, Dr.
Mark Sherwood, who's our favorite naturopathic doctor who knows all about this.
Should we be taking, should the average American be taking vitamins or nutritional supplements or dietary supplements every day?
And what's the skinny on them?
You know, because obviously not all of them are created equal.
And then which ones should we be taking?
Which ones could be found in our natural diet?
I want to know that, especially as the fact that there's a lot of supplements out there and they add up.
I mean, there's a lot of costs involved, too, with keeping up if you really are trying to keep up with these vitamins and supplements every month.
So, Dr.
Mark Sherwood, please enlighten us on this topic.
And how are you doing today, by the way?
Well, I'm doing well and I always appreciate and honor the time with you and I appreciate what you do in the audience that you have because I know people want to be informed and you always come straight with the truth and you don't hold back.
I really appreciate that, you know.
But with supplements, and this is what I do know for the last 15 years, my wife, Dr.
Michelle and I have prescribed a lot of supplements.
And I can tell you unequivocally, The answer to the question is, do people need them?
The answer is, yes, they do.
I've tested people all over the country from different walks of life, healthy diet, non-healthy diet, and everything in between.
And 100% of the time, there has been nutrient deficiencies, which tells me something, that the soil, the environment, whatever you want to look at, does not provide any longer adequacy, even with a good diet, to cover us for micronutrient qualities, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and fatty acids.
So we do need them.
Okay, so we do need these every day.
They're not typically in our natural diet.
We need them every day.
What would you say are the most important for us to have every single day?
And there's probably a buffet of them that you would prescribe, right?
There is, but I start right here based upon what I know to be true.
And again, I have a mantra to test, don't guess.
But in all the The hundreds and probably thousands of tests I've done, you know, there are three things that I can tell you that the majority of people need.
One, actually four things.
One is going to be vitamin D. D is supposed to be generated from the synthesis of a UVB rays from the sun using cholesterol connection in skin to develop D. But I noted over time that that does not happen efficiently any longer.
I suspect probably because of the pollution in the environment and the pollution inside of us, the environment, right?
So we do need D. And so we also need 5,000 IUs that I've recommended for every single person over the age of about 12.
Even kids need some D. They need about 1,000 international units of D. No question about it.
Everybody.
Another one is going to be omega-3 fatty acids.
Deanna, 100% of the time, not 99, 100% of the time, people have been deficient.
We need three grams of a solid omega-3 and we've talked about that before.
So those are two things definitively I see in labs deficient all the time.
Other two things that I see quite often are vitamin B's because B's typically come out of the plant food and some of the animal kingdom.
But because the ground does not have adequacy of nutrients anymore, we don't get those translated into plants that are eaten by us or eaten by the animals that we eat.
And then the other one is magnesium.
It's a mineral.
Third most prevalent mineral in the body.
And it is needed for about 350 or more reactions in the body.
It is notoriously deficient.
So D, omegas, Bs, and magnesium are common across the board on what people need.
Everybody.
Okay, okay, great.
And what about vitamin C? What about calcium, selenium?
What about some of these other ones that I also hear about?
Yeah, vitamin C is interesting because we do typically still have some levels of vitamin C in our food supply.
Now, vitamin C is a vitamin that we do not produce inside the human body.
I mean, some animals produce it, but we don't.
So therefore, we have to have C. What I don't see all the time is deficiency of C in testing.
I do see it sometimes, but not all the time.
So, you know, from a common standpoint, those first four I mentioned are probably going to be commonly deficient and needed for everybody.
But frankly, C, I love C. C has so many necessary responses that I like.
It is an antioxidant.
It is a precursor to collagen.
It does help reducing inflammation, and it helps with adrenal health.
A lot of people, they're stressed out of their minds.
So, you know, it does help with the creation of that feel-good response.
It's a neurotransmitter called dopamine.
Vitamin E is another one that is also an antioxidant.
It actually is sort of recharged by the same pathways that C is.
And vitamin E helps to actually maintain cellular membranes.
So it's good for like an anti-aging process.
Personally, I take about 400 milligrams of a vitamin E every day and love it.
I think it's necessary, but do I think it's probably one of those things that you're going to be deficient in?
Probably not.
Selenium, another mineral.
It's helpful as an antioxidant.
It's helpful for thyroid function.
It's helpful for brain function.
I see that quite a bit out there.
That does show up deficient sometimes in labs.
I read two today that were deficient in selenium.
And many times I'll come back with that one at a You know, a couple hundred micrograms or so, or a completely mineral complex.
Minerals, as you know, come up from the ground into the plants, and the minerals in the ground have been depleted over time.
Right.
Okay.
And if you took collagen every day in the vitamin form, is that something that's helpful?
I hear that that's helpful for your skin and your hair and anti-aging.
Collagen is outstanding.
We need to understand that collagen helps make up skin and tissues and bone and muscles.
Your nails.
Yeah, and the nails.
And when you start, like aging is really epitomized in part by the sagginess of the skin or wrinkles and the lack or lessened elasticity of the skin.
So collagen is...
It's critically important.
We see also bone loss at times.
But I do personally use collagen with silicone in it.
Interesting.
And by the way, we formulated a new one coming up, sending to you soon, called Kingdom...
I like blending it in coffee with a little whisker blender and it works really good.
One scoop of that gives me 18 grams of high quality collagen with silicone.
It's like the glue that holds it together.
I find it's outstanding.
You know our kingdom skin that's got the GHK copper and BPC-157 peptides.
That actually stimulates collagen growth.
That's why I tell people to, I know you use it.
Wear that every day.
Yes, I have been wearing it and using it every day.
Yeah, and it will help your nails grow, too, if you haven't noticed that.
Tell this story.
Oh, so that's where that's coming from.
Yes, I've definitely been noticing my nails.
They're great.
And so supplements can do really wonders at DNA. A lot of times in the medical literature, you're going to see people say that, well, they don't work.
But under the idea of what they're talking about, I don't know that they would because their model is if you have disease A and give product B, Whether that be a supplement or a drug, they want to see disease lessened.
That is not life, man.
I take supplements to augment or offset deficiencies in a diet to help us avoid disease processes.
Wow, okay.
Now, there's this question of whether I take, should I take just a multivitamin that has as many of these combined in just one vitamin, or should I try to take all these vitamins separately?
There is no multivitamin out there that is sufficient in a one or two capsule form.
These old one-a-day things.
Supplements are regulated by the FDA. But there is still some gray areas there.
The only thing that a supplement manufacturer cannot say is it heals, cures, or prevents disease processes.
As long as they don't say it on the label, they're fine.
But what happens is many times is the ingredients are not standardized.
So persons over here would create supplements that might or might not have in them what the label says it has.
There is governing bodies that look over certain companies products from the pre You know, post and even middle of the production line to ensure their specificities are met, you know, for up to two years.
I lean heavily towards acquiring supplements and even raw materials from those type of manufacturers, right?
I don't compromise on that because of what I just said.
But multivitamins can be done.
They can be used.
I use one that's focused on the mitochondria because I know the mitochondria is a powerhouse part of the cell.
And so it's full of minerals, it's full of vitamins, but it's not just a one a day, it's four.
And so the capsule has a certain payload on it.
You can only put so much stuff in there.
And so it's not about multiple things.
It's about the right things at the right dosages in the right forms.
And that's where people have to know what they're looking at because if you don't know those things, you can get duped by the many people out there that are selling stuff because the billions, tens of billions of dollars in the industry of the supplement is capitalized on by a lot of unscrupulous marketers out there.
Exactly.
And I would think, too, that's the same for if you're pregnant and you're taking prenatal vitamins, you really should look at the quality of those prenatal vitamins and not just buy the cheapest ones on Amazon, but look at the quality and then also consider having the vitamins be, you know, individual vitamins and supplements instead of all in a prenatal vitamin.
Would you say that?
Yes, I would agree.
So if a lady's out there, young woman's thinking about being pregnant or is pregnant, I tell them any time to take a prenatal vitamin.
But what you're going to see in medical literature is take folic acid.
Folic acid is...
It's known as teroglutamate, and it's actually not a quality form.
It's in most of them out there, but we try to get it down to what's called the methylated folate form.
That's important because the methylation cycle that we're trying to support actually promotes healthy births.
And what you don't want to have is neural tube defects Right.
Which can happen in utero because of not enough folate, right?
And so when you think about preparing the body for pregnancy and then a fertilized egg that's growing in the womb, I mean, come on, man, I want to make sure everything's there.
So it is, I have a lot of times, there's been some interesting times.
I've even put men on prenatals because the quality is so good that I find from the ingredients.
And I have to get them past the mailman cheese mill part of that.
That's funny.
Pull it out of the bottle and put it in a bag or something, I guess, but it doesn't.
All right, good.
All right, cool.
Well, that answers a lot of my questions about vitamins and supplements.
Yes, we should be taking them.
Yes, quality matters.
Not all of them are considered equal, and different brands can be varying in their quality.
You know, you broke down for us, what are the most important ones for us to be taking every day?
And you also sell some on your website, right?
Sherwood.tv slash shots.
You have a whole shop on your website, which I'm not sure if most people know about, but a whole really cool nutritional shop.
Yeah, we do.
And people that know us, I mean, you do, I won't recommend anything I'm not doing myself, and I will never recommend anything I haven't done myself, you know?
So, My wife and I won't allow anything to go into anybody we love if it hadn't gone through our bodies first.
Through our heads and our hearts, we look at it and pay attention to it.
And just know that there's a lot of stuff out there and a lot of stuff can steer people off the wrong direction.
Don't buy the hype out there because if you get good supplementation, there's only a couple you need to watch out for that might provide interaction with medications.
And mainly they're going to be like a vitamin K or something like that or maybe a St.
John's wort or so that can interfere with some medication metabolisms, for example.
You know, it's important to know all those things.
Additionally, one key point I want people to catch is you can't out-supplement a bad diet.
So don't think you can take supplements and they get in there because they come in your mouth and they have to be disassembled in the gut.
So they're completely disassembled.
Whatever's in there, they're disassembled and then they're allowed out of the gut, transported through the bloodstream down to the cell to be Re-assimilate it into the cell so the cells can then act according to what they do and create function.
So, you know, if you're eating poorly, you're not going to get a good absorption anyway, and so you're kind of wasting money.
So it all goes together as a, you know, kind of like a nice harmony.
Yeah, that's really good to know because, yes, a lot of people think, oh, I'll just eat like crap and have a poor diet, but I'll make up for it with supplements and dietary pills, but no.
All right.
So thank you so much for enlightening us.
Always enlightening and inspiring.
I love your Hope shirt.
I'm hoping to receive one of those soon.
And I can wear those too.
You're always the Hope doctor bringing hope to everybody.
Well...
We have a lot to be grateful for.
We do.
We really do.
We have a country that still is allowing us to have conversations like this and the availability of supplements that we just talked about and the availability of information.
We may not like it all, but we still have in the middle of it good information.
So it provides hope for me.
It does.
All right.
