[00:01:14]  All of our Broomfield officers wear body-worn cameras, and if they have their weapons drawn, then that automatically initiates the body cams to begin recording.

[00:01:25]  I don't have the details due to their relationship.

[00:02:19]  Yeah, that's actually a question that I can't answer because we want to determine what the investigation and what commands and the investigative team decides is best for the department.
[00:02:27]  So it's always worth asking, but I'll tell you, we typically don't release it when it's an ongoing investigation.

[00:04:15]  In terms of a possible history that we have with this individual, I don't know the details on that yet.

[00:04:24]  Sure. - Obviously it's been four hours.
[00:04:46]  It's about three and a half hours that we were in negotiations surrounding law enforcement agencies to figure out, of course, the best way to resolve it as safely as possible.

[00:04:58]  Quite a few of us have remarked that we have not seen that device, if you will, like a front-end loader with a shield brought up to the apartment and used by your previous video.
[00:05:08]  Do you have any knowledge of that and its purpose and how it was used in this case?
[00:05:12]  Sure.

[00:06:29]  Is this a barricaded hostage situation or is this an active shooter?
[00:06:32]  And initially it was both.
[00:06:33]  I mean, we had somebody who was actively firing at our officers, so a lot of people were in danger.
[00:06:40]  I don't know if you said from the beginning, but is it on the back of the call?
[00:06:44]  It was a call that came in for a disturbance.
[00:06:48]  There was somebody nearby that heard you.
