Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
students they need to have puberty blockers.
You're arresting him!
I've been arrested for not accepting transgenderism.
I'm not going to turn my back on my duty to my students.
I'm not going to turn my back on my duty.
No, you don't have a duty to do what's wrong.
And to bring me before the court.
Even though there's abuse inside those gates, even though there's abuse, puberty blockers.
Children raising suicide.
Surgery.
Yes.
Surgery.
Mutilation.
Yes.
Yes.
Mutilation.
It's a suicide.
Mutilation.
An absolute disgrace.
Mutilation.
An absolute disgrace.
You're telling your boy that he's gender neutral.
You have a conscience.
That he has to take chemicals.
He has broken no law.
He has broken no law.
Shame upon you.
Shame upon you, Gaurdi.
Shame upon you.
This is an innocent teacher, a Christian man.
Shame upon you, Gaurdi.
The birth has broken no law.
I have a right to my job, I have a right to work here, I have a right to be here, and I'm not to tell students they need to tell puberty blockers, not to tell students that they need to take puberty blockers!
Shame on you.
So that was Irish citizen and teacher Enoch Burke.
Burke is a Christian who has refused to affirm the prevailing lies of Western society, mainly that men cannot become women and women cannot become men.
Welcome to the Millstone Report, by the way.
My name is Paul Harrell.
Thanks so much for being with us.
We can't do the show without you.
You guys know the drill.
Shout out to one of my listeners who goes by the name Duncan McLeod over on X. Duncan mentioned me in his post and said, quote, at Real Paul Harrell, is that a boxcar they're putting him in?
End quote.
Well, it certainly looked like one from that video.
But of course, I think it was really, I mean, it was just the back of a van.
We know that, but...
Like Duncan over on X, many of you know that I have been warning of this future reality that now confronts us right here in the present, right here in the here and now.
And if you have a biblical worldview, this is the grim reality.
If you have a biblical worldview, if you're a Christian, if you believe in Jesus, if you vote...
And you refuse to bend the knee to the paganization that has taken over the West and is now openly hostile towards those pesky Christians, those of us who just won't sit down, we just won't shut up, and because of that, we can expect persecution is coming soon.
And it's already here, here in America, and I'll tell you about that here in just a moment.
What is happening in Ireland is just a taste, though.
Of what's not just coming to America, elements of it already here, but really all across the West.
If we remain silent and inactive, if we refuse to steward the Republic via the civic responsibilities that we've been given, or those that we have left, to secure a peaceful future where preaching the gospel isn't considered hate speech, that gets one thrown in a boxcar.
This is the future that's awaiting us if we do nothing.
Enoch Burke's post on X reads, quote, Tulsa, as a barrister, that's basically the British term for lawyer, ordered his arrest.
Tulsa is the Irish State Child Protection Agency, an organization saturated with LGBT ideology, urging staff recently to learn about cross-dressers and drag performers and making acceptance of LGBT and transgender ideology a condition for fostering children.
Now remember that.
Over in Ireland...
You've got to accept the LGBT. You've got to accept the rainbow if you want to foster children.
That's happening right here in America.
We'll have that story for you here in a moment.
The post goes on, what a mockery to expect Enoch Burke, a Christian teacher, to sit before this man and expect justice, end quote.
So, first of all, put yourself in Enoch Burke's shoes right now.
Say a prayer for Enoch Burke when you think about it.
Make sure your pastor, your fellow church members, know about his story and add him in their prayers as well.
Add him in your prayers.
Look, the latest that I can report on this story is that Enoch Burke has, in fact, been jailed.
And for that, we're going to go to the screen to talk more about this.
Here we have it right here.
It's a Newsweek story that was out yesterday.
Iris teacher Enoch Burke jailed amidst a transgender pronoun dispute.
They even have a timeline.
This is not something that is a one-off.
This is something that's been going on for a while now.
A teacher at the center of a long-standing dispute over recognizing a student's transgender pronoun has been jailed for a third time for violating a court order to keep him away from the school.
Christian evangelist Enoch Burke, a history and German teacher, was suspended from Ireland's Wilson's Hospital School in County Westmouth in August of 2022.
So this has been going on for two years.
He publicly confronted the then principal about a transitioning student during a public school event.
Burke has been objecting to using the student's preferred pronouns and a new name arguing that using their preferred pronoun violates his religious rights.
Following his suspension, he continued to show up at the school in an attempt to teach lessons, resulting in a court injunction that barred him from the school grounds.
He has twice previously been incarcerated at Mount Joy Prison, a medium-security men's jail in Dublin, for breaching the same court order.
On Monday, he was found in contempt of the order after continuing to visit the school.
Burke told the judge...
You will answer to God for imprisoning me for my religious beliefs?
Burke denied he is in contempt of court.
In a statement to Newsweek, his brother Josiah Burke said that his brother has spent almost 400 days in prison for refusing to use the student's preferred pronouns and name.
Judge after judge has refused to vindicate and uphold his constitutional right to freedom of religion and expression.
Enoch Burke's ongoing imprisonment is the true face of the inclusive LGBTQI plus A or whatever movement.
A sincere, upright Christian teacher arrested and imprisoned after simply refusing to endorse and affirm transgenderism.
An anti-Christian ideology that entraps vulnerable children and puts them on the fast track to abuse, mutilation, depression, and sadly for so many, suicide.
Here's the rest of that video that we played.
Because what they're actually saying here is...
You may say, why doesn't he just stay away from the school?
Well, they believe, and I don't doubt this, but Enoch Burke believes that there is abuse going on, that this ideology is actually abusing the children that are under his care.
To me, it just sounds like he doesn't want to abandon the innocent to abuse.
Here's more.
You see the van carrying away Enoch Burke for basically being a Christian.
You've just seen what happened there.
We're here at Wilson Hospital School in Multifarnam, County West Mead.
Enoch Burke just thrown in the back of a gar the van, locked up, taken away from his place at work.
It was demanded of him that he accept, that he endorse transgenderism.
And this is the result of it today.
He said no and he's been taken away in a Now Enoch Burke didn't appear in court on Friday.
I was there with me, my daughter, and of course we were removed from the court at the end for simply asking Justice Barry O'Donnell, did he not care that children are being abused at this stage in Irish schools?
Because using the they pronoun is the first step in puberty blockers, abuse, surgery, Terrible agony for young people.
Maybe regret suicide.
This is a fact.
That's the truth.
Justice Barry O'Donnell Sitting there, waiting to interrogate my son when he would appear.
Now, Justice Barry O'Donnell was nominated last year to be a judge of the High Court by our first gay or sodomite Taoiseach, Leo Vratkar, who has since skipped it and nobody knows why.
But he was nominated and appointed, of course, by the Socialist President Michael D Higgins to a judge of the High Court.
Before that, as a barrister, he had worked for many years with Tusla.
Now we know that Tusla are promoters, big time promoters of transgender ideology, of LGBTQ +, anything you want, transgender ideology.
Barry O'Donnell, as a barrister, worked for many years with them.
He was one of their most high-paid barristers in 2016 to 2018, earning up on €400,000, almost half a million of taxpayers' money from Tusla.
Now Tusla, the way they work is in camera.
The vulnerable family are taken in behind closed doors.
No press, no public.
Nobody there to stand up for them.
The majority of them have legal aid solicitors who are also working for the state.
You have Barry O'Donnell, a barrister, working for Tusla.
Promoters of every anti-Christian, I would say, idea.
You will not get a job with Tusla if you're a real Christian.
If you believe that God made them male and female.
You will not get a job with Tusla.
He was the second highest paid barrister.
Out of 77 barristers, second highest paid in that period of time, earned in almost half a million.
What a mockery!
What an absolute mockery of justice.
It's the destruction of young people.
Absolute destruction of young people.
And my son is being taken now, being handcuffed and being taken to Mount Joy prison again.
It's a disgrace on our country.
Shame on every teacher.
Shame on every teacher who is abusing a child by teaching them such satanic, satanic wickedness behind these gates of these schools.
Shame upon the parents.
Stand up for your children, I would say.
Please stand up for your children.
So that's what's going on in Ireland.
And what's going on over here?
Well, we have similar restrictions that have been coming out of certain child protective service organizations when it comes to foster parents who are Christian and do not affirm the woke sex religion of the left.
Which is really, if you think about it, in some of these cases we have the government saying we would rather these people not have a home at all.
Than to have a home where there's Christian parents, Christian authority figures, Christian influence.
This is now the national allergy.
People are now becoming allergic to a biblical worldview, Christianity, the idea that God is real and Jesus Christ is Lord.
Back to the screen here.
Again, here is the initial...
This is where I first learned of this story.
Obviously, I knew about Enoch Burke, but this is the latest.
I didn't realize he had been arrested for a third time.
And if it wasn't for a listener of the program alerting me, I wouldn't have known.
And then we have that, and here is this.
So over a couple, I guess in the middle of last month, this was back on August the 14th, August the 15th, at, let's see, breakpoint.org, we have John Stonestreet and Michaela Estruth with this headline, Christians banned as fathers to the fatherless regulations refusing Christian care in the foster and adoption systems are a bad idea.
They write, the recent movie The Sound of Hope tells the story of 77 foster care children finding homes with 22 families from a small church community in Possum Trot, Texas.
The movie depicts the struggles and abuse that many children in foster care experience, including mental health struggles, depression, self-harm, and other coping mechanisms.
Still, the 22 families in Possum Trot followed the Lord's example of being fathers to the fatherless, as Psalm 68 5 says.
their story is a chapter in the long history of how Christians have from the beginning of the church obeyed Christ's words that say this for I was hungry and you gave me food I was thirsty you gave me drink I was a stranger and you welcomed me I was naked and you clothed me I was sick and you visited me I was in prison and you came to me by the way just a little full stop there on an asterisk That's not a verse justifying open borders regardless of what David Platt may have you believe.
And more on David Platt later in this broadcast.
Because I think we need to talk about what this big Eva says.
Megapaster has said about the border or about the immigration versus what's happened in Aurora, Colorado with the Venezuelan immigrants taking...
How's that for loving your neighbor?
Oh, it means Venezuelan immigrants are going to take over entire apartment complexes in Colorado as well as Chicago, Illinois.
We'll have those stories for you here in a minute.
But they go on in this piece.
Increasingly, Christians are being prevented from their good work, especially in adoption-related situations.
In the past two years, two families in Vermont who had both previously adopted were refused additional children because of their religious beliefs.
the state revoked the foster care license of Brian and Rebecca Gant and Brian and Kathy Woody.
After new policies regarding sexual orientation, gender ideology, and gender expression were implemented, the Alliance Defending Freedom has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court of Vermont on their behalf.
Even worse, Vermont banned these two loving and licensed families despite the growing number of children without a home in the state system.
According to ADF, Vermont's Department of Children and Families has placed children with unlicensed families in hospitals and in police stations to temporarily address the need, rather than give them to Christians.
Other states, including Washington, Oregon, and Massachusetts, have passed similar policies.
And as of July 1st, federal agencies, including the Department of Health and Human Services, which is run by a man who believes that he is a woman, and the Administration of Children and Families implemented new policies for all state-run foster care programs.
Advocates claim that these changes provide safe and proper care for children by ensuring their safety from harassment, mistreatment, and abuse.
Specifically, the new rules require states to support a child's self-identified sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression and provide access to resources that support their health and well-being.
This means that foster parents would be required to ensure access to, quote, affirming, end quote, mental health providers and gender-affirming care such as puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgical procedures.
Of course, this would squeeze Christians out of the system already in desperate need of willing families.
According to a recent study by the Bipartisan Policy Center, 65% of foster care parents attend a weekly church service compared to the national average of 40%.
Families who hold religious convictions are 50% more likely to offer help in the child welfare system.
Of course they do.
They're right.
They always have.
Now, it's also important to realize that foster care, child protective services, this whole industry, It's also a system that attracts the worst kinds of people.
It's a system that does attract child traffickers, abusers, groomers.
It does.
And so now that they are forcing essentially Christians out of the program, Because there's going to be Christians that are not going to violate their convictions, so they're going to withhold needy children from them, and that just means more abuse of kids, more human trafficking of kids as well.
That's what this means.
It's really, really inverted, sick, and satanic when you get right down to it.
So, to kind of put all of this together, What does this mean going forward?
If we see what's happening in Ireland, we see what's happening here in America, we know that now Christianity is now what is considered, at least according to the current government now, the intel oligarchs who control our country, very much control the West, do everything they can to keep the politicians from actually representing their people by getting them corrupt or D.C. running on blackmail or whatever the case may be.
We see that happening.
We see every corporation in lockstep for the most part has anti-Christian biases.
You're not allowed in many cases.
It's frowned upon.
Now, Robbie Starbuck is...
We're going to donate to gay pride parades.
A lot of these people are reversing course.
There does appear to be movement on all of that.
But in the meantime, we do have to acknowledge the open hostility and the coming persecution.
And just look at what is going on in Ireland.
Look at what's going on in Great Britain.
If you look at the people who are now being charged for just praying silently outside of abortion clinics there.
They want to know the content of your prayers.
They don't even want you there silently praying.
People wonder if there's any truth to the fact that our battles are spiritual.
They certainly are.
This kind of goes right along with this, okay?
National Review with this headline by Catherine Timph.
Professor, if you read to your kids, you're unfairly disadvantaging others.
Bedtime story privilege.
Now this is, again, England.
This is a story out of England.
According to a professor at the University of Warwick in England, parents who read to their kids should be thinking about how they're unfairly disadvantaging other people's children by doing so.
So I don't know, how would you even correct that?
Let's say you're a woke parent and you read to your kids every night because you love them, but you're woke.
You know, you've succumbed to the woke mind virus.
Let's say you read this article, or not this particular article, but let's say you read the University of Warwick's professor there, and then you're convicted.
Like, oh my goodness, by helping my kid to read, I'm disadvantaging other kids.
So what would you do to compensate for that?
I mean, would it help if you just lock your kid in a closet for two hours a day, you know, for a week, to kind of, you know, dumb them down?
So now we're back to an even playing field and I won't ever read to my child again at bedtime, I promise.
In an interview with ABC Radio last week, philosopher and professor Adam Swift said that since bedtime stories activities do indeed foster and produce desired familiar relationship goods, he wouldn't want to ban them, but that parents who engage in bedtime stories activities should definitely at least feel kind of bad about it sometimes.
Quote, I don't think parents reading their children bedtime stories should constantly have in their minds the way that they are unfairly disadvantaging other people's children.
But I think they should have that thought occasionally.
These people are asking you.
I'm really glad that they're being open and honest.
They're asking you to love your children less than you love other people.
When the truth is, you should love your children more than other people.
Because it's self-evident and it's natural.
That's just the truth of the matter.
But they are openly coming out and saying, we want you to love your own children less.
We want you...
And so this goes right in line with the leftists and the people who don't want you to worry about the economy.
Will my children have a better future or a better life or have it easier than I had?
I mean, that's always kind of been the metric, right, with...
With voters, when we get to this election drama every four years, is, you know, for the first time in American history, a majority of Americans, they don't think that their kids are going to have it better, or whatever the latest poll is.
And the truth is, these people who are a part of the woke mind virus, the woke sex religion and everything else, that's what they really want.
They would say that your desire to want your child to do well, to want your child to have a better life than you did, Is somehow, that's bad, that's wrong, that's selfish.
These people really do despise The family as instituted and created by God.
They really, truly do.
And I think just at a base spiritual level, as we talk about the spiritual warfare that we go through every single day that is real and manifests in the physical with us interacting with one another,
If the family, the husband, the wife, the father, the mother, the children, within that context of the family, and you can go read William Bradford's journal and he can tell you all about this, it's the easiest way in this fallen world to experience the love of God between other people.
That's one of the reasons why...
We have the family.
Because it is easier to love your own unconditionally.
If you read to your kids, you're unfairly disadvantaging them.
Unbelievable.
Man, time has flown by.
So, when we come back, we're going to talk a little bit about...
There's a couple of things that have gone on.
Of course, Right Wing Watch is upset with Eric Metaxas.
Eric Metaxas had the gall to warn that if Kamala Harris and Tim Walls are elected, that they are going to come after pastors and people of faith like you've never seen before.
This, of course, triggers the...
The voyeurs over at Right Wing Watch, who love to tell their left-wing audience exactly what it is we're doing over here on the right, the conversations we're having that they're so terrified of.
Of course, we'll talk about that here in just a moment.
And whether or not Dietrich Bonhoeffer, honestly, did he believe in the physical resurrection of Jesus Christ?
Because some people think he didn't.
And we're going to have that discussion.
I've also got some rhetorical millstones to hand out.
We've got a Protestia article.
And we also want to talk about Kamala Harris turning into what somebody described as foghorn.
You better thank a union member.
For the five day work week!
You better thank a union member for sick leave!
You better thank a union member for paid leave!
You better thank a union member for vacation time!
You better thank a union member for vacation time!
Yeah, so that was, Labor Day was Monday, and that was Kamala Harris celebrating Labor Day.
Thank a union member for this holiday celebration and, you know, vacation time.
I don't even know, see, even if you were to do the Southern accent proper, in my mind, you wouldn't even pronounce vacation, vacation.
You would pronounce it a vacation.
But anyway, what do I know?
Yeah, I don't know who it was, but somebody on Twitter said that she sounded like, I say, I say, I say, son!
Foghorn, leghorn.
We're going to take a quick break.
Don't go anywhere.
This is the Millstone Report.
My name is Paul Harrell.
Thanks so much for being with us.
Music by Ben Thede
Before thee let my kingdom come to heaven.
Through thy promise, rescue me.
Say, Thou my statue, teachest me.
O let my lips thy praise confess.
Lay off thy word, lay off thy word, thy tongue must sing, O thy honor, thy heart is blessed, O thy command our righteousness. O thy command our righteousness.
Be ready with thy hand to help, because thy precepts are my choice.
I long for thy salvation, Lord, and love thy holy love, and in thy holy love rejoice.
Oh, let thy finances help, my soul shall live and praise the end.
O'er strange, O'er strange, keep my silence, keep my silence, keep my silence, for thy promise I am.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, welcome ladies and gentlemen, welcome back.
It is the Millstone Report.
Before we go any further, let me tell you about the Bearded Sergeant Coffee Company.
They are a veteran-owned coffee company that imports coffee beans from around the world, roasts them back home in the United States, and sells them for a profit.
and they donate a portion of the profits of every bag sold to Homes for Our Troops, which is a 501c3 nonprofit which builds custom adapted homes for severely injured post-9-11 veterans.
At the Bearded Sergeant Coffee Company, they are committed to making a difference in the lives of other people.
Costa Rican coffee beans have a bright, pleasant acidity and extra caffeine.
You know, because it's a lighter roast, it's going to have a little bit more caffeine, which means it's a great cup of coffee in the morning or a great cup of coffee in the afternoon for a good pick-me-up.
And when you use my name, Paul, you will receive...
15% off.
And now we have left-wing Will on the red pill.
This is the card game that laughs at the left's expense.
This is a trip.
You guys are going to want to play this over and over again.
This will be the next hit at your next party, especially if you've got a leftist friend, who knows what may happen.
But it's the card game that laughs at the left's expense.
You get to tell left wing Will's story.
He's a stereotypical leftist.
I mean, he does things like spike his little nephew's juice with puberty blockers because he saw him playing with a Barbie once.
Okay, he likes to, I don't know, he likes to not use toilet paper and wants to use reusable rags, you know, to save the planet.
Leftwingwill.com, promo code Paul saves you 15%.
400 cards in the deck.
Will, will, get red-pilled.
Well, you have to play the game to find out.
Leftwingwill.com, promo code Paul saves 15%.
Thank you so much for being with us.
We can't do the program without you watching.
You guys know the drill.
All right, so we were talking about this.
You know, look, right now on Twitter, there is a massive, massive triggering going on over on X. And it has to do with...
Tucker Carlson, who's now, by the way, Tucker's the number one podcast in the world, surpassed Joe Rogan.
I think maybe they may be going tit for tat now, maybe back and forth.
But, you know, arguably, Tucker Carlson's the number one podcast in the world now.
And yesterday, the podcast with a man by the name of Daryl Cooper has taken X by storm, all because Daryl Cooper, as a historian...
Questions the official narrative of World War II. Specifically just whether or not Winston Churchill was as perfect of a man as history shows him to be.
And just doing that simple thing has triggered the internet.
Elon Musk said that it was an interesting podcast which made people even worse.
and all they're doing is saying that, hey, maybe World War II, you know, spreading all across the world and encompassing America, maybe it could have been avoided had things been done differently.
And, you know, and he even said, like, you can question any narrative that you want throughout history except for World War II, and everyone has lost their minds over this.
Okay.
So, you know, they don't just talk about World War II.
I mean, they talk about the Jonestown cult, which was fascinating.
That was like my favorite part of the podcast.
And I'm telling you, you won't believe it.
All I said was some of these people, a lot of evangelicals are clutching their pearls.
They just don't want to even have the conversation.
And they, of course, are calling people...
We're calling people who question Winston Churchill's character, they're calling them anti-Semites, which that's...
And it's because they haven't watched the full three...
I watched the full...
Is it over two hours?
I watched the full thing.
And it's not at all what people and what some headlines are saying it is.
It's just a...
It's just a nice discussion with new thoughts about a historical event.
And so many people are freaking out about it.
And it really just kind of shows you that, man, there are some sacred cows that you're not even allowed to talk about.
And that's a problem.
Really idolatry when it comes down to it.
I think that's some of what's going on here.
Anyway, the only reason I bring that up is because this next clip I'm going to play, much like this interview with Tucker Carlson and Daryl Cooper, I agree with some of it and I disagree with other things of it.
So I'm about to play you a clip from Eric Metaxas.
And really, the only thing I disagree with really is about the Bonhoeffer aspect, because I have new questions about Bonhoeffer.
But see, you have to think, Eric Metaxas, he actually wrote a very successful biography about Bonhoeffer.
I actually, I mean, I've read it.
I have it in my house.
It's only recently that I have found that...
Some people have questioned Bonhoeffer and whether or not he actually believed in the physical resurrection of Jesus Christ, which is a huge red flag because that's what it means to be a Christian.
That's one of the things that you believe is that there really was an empty tomb.
And so to not believe that really kind of calls into question a lot of other things.
But anyway, I digress.
That's not actually the point of what Eric Metaxas is saying.
Here's Eric Metaxas recently saying that if Kamala Harris wins, if Kamala Harris wins, they're going to come after Christians like never before.
And I thought this was fitting considering what we just listened to with Enoch Burke over in Ireland being taken away, what they're doing to Christian foster care parents here in America.
They're not giving them any more kids because they are Christians.
Listen to this.
If we do not act now, like now, the window is closing.
Bonhoeffer tried to get the church to see this in the early 30s.
He knew that the window was closing, that there was an opportunity to act, and if the church would do what the Lord was asking it to do, They could save Germany and avert the nightmare that we all know they didn't avert.
But they waited and waited and waited.
They thought, we'll be fine, we'll be fine.
Hitler wanted the church to continue to be asleep.
And that's what the devil wants, and that's what the devil wants in America.
And there are many pastors in America right now who pretend that they don't need to be in this fight.
They believe it doesn't matter, everything's fine, everything's fine.
The window is closing.
And I promise you, if Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are elected, they are going to come after pastors and people of faith like you have never seen.
And I say this as a warning, you need to fast and pray for this election.
Fast and pray for this election and understand what is at stake.
Because there will come a time when you will not have a voice.
You will be shut down.
That is coming to America.
Again, generally, yeah, I totally agree.
I believe that the enemy of this world, the devil, wants the church to be silent in the face of whatever pagan cultural movement is arising in any given point in time.
That is 100% the truth.
Wants us as Christians, as believers, to...
Give way to this lie that we now have evolved sensibilities and we have to embrace pluralism.
We have to embrace what is now many people calling the post-World War II consensus.
And I know that's not what Metaxas was saying.
He was specifically talking about Bonhoeffer and his quest to assassinate Hitler, but what Bonhoeffer saw in the German church a long time before.
And again, there's plenty of books that have been written about this.
And he's saying, look, similar things are happening here in America in terms of Christians are not...
They're kowtowing to the culture, right?
And we have demonstrated that on this program by covering Megan Basham's book, by covering Judge Saul's documentary Enemies Within the Church.
We are demonstrating that, you know, regardless of what it is you want to label it, getting control of the church is something that totalitarians It's one of the things in Christian Western civilization that you have to do in many cases if you want to make big sweeping changes.
And you can make the argument that that has already happened here in America.
Where these big evangelical leaders are now by default center-left when they used to be center-right.
And I will remind you that my position comes from a standpoint of historic Protestant political thought has always been considered right-wing.
This idea of third-wayism is such a ridiculous concept when you think about it in terms of it's just such a tiny, the whole theory of it is such a tiny blip on the radar, and it's just going against, we're trying to reinvent human nature, I think.
I think we're trying to perfect humanity outside of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
That's what it seems like to me.
People would disagree with me.
I understand that.
But anyway, back on Bonhoeffer, I found some interesting things about the resurrection, whether or not he believed.
And this is a big deal to me because I've read that Metaxas biography and that version of the events of Bonhoeffer and everything else.
But you can go look it up.
I can't really find a definitive answer.
I mean, you can see some quotes where he's Saying things like, it doesn't matter if the resurrection happened or not in history.
To me, that's a huge red flag.
But he may have been trying to make some other point.
I don't know.
Somebody says, Barth, meaning Karl Barth, Bonhoeffer, and other existentialists do not believe that the physical resurrection occurred at all.
Gordon H. Clarke was not an evidentialist either, but Clarke and Lewis and Damaris would say that the resurrection absolutely happened in real history, not because they're evidentialists.
But they believe it because the Bible proposes it to be true logically.
Either the Bible is true or the Bible is simply inspired myth.
If you think Barth or Bonhoeffer or any other neo-Orthodox liberal believed in the resurrection, you're playing loose with ambiguous definitions.
If Jesus is not raised from the dead literally as the Bible says, then our faith is in vain, 1 Corinthians 15, 12-18.
Anyway...
I'm not going to waste any more time on this, but I just wanted you guys to know that that's personally kind of a thread that I would not mind pulling at all.
And again, this interview, Breaking the Internet Right Now, Tucker Carlson and Daryl Cooper.
It's amazing.
And it's such a civil interview, and it's just people have lost their minds over it.
It's really sad.
Really, really interesting.
And then there's that.
We've already covered the professor.
Hang on one second.
Okay.
Yeah, so here we go.
Let's go to Lex Friedman podcast with Donald Trump on Jeffrey Epstein.
But a lot of big people went to that island.
But fortunately, I was not one of them.
It's just very strange for a lot of people that the list of clients that went to the island has not been made public.
Yeah, it's very interesting, isn't it?
Probably will be, by the way.
So if you're able to, you'll be...
Yeah, certainly take a look at it.
Now, Kennedy's interesting because it's so many years ago.
They do that for danger, too, because it endangers certain people, etc., etc.
So Kennedy is very different from the Epstein thing.
But yeah, I'd be inclined to do the Epstein.
I'd have no problem with it.
So that was Donald Trump saying that he would be inclined to release the Epstein files, the Epstein client list.
Now, again, he said he would release the Kennedy files in his first term, and then he didn't.
Now he's recommitted to that, and that's one of the reasons Bobby Kennedy has endorsed him.
But, I mean, just to talk about the problem that so many of these Hollywood high-finance elites have, here is Shadow of Ezra posting that Cardi B has been caught in a pregnancy photo shoot with the word pedophile, where the word pedophile is clearly visible in the background.
Look at this photo.
It's clear as day.
Pedophile.
You see it in the white.
Now, how does that happen?
Cardi B says that it's just a mistake.
But how could any member of a team miss the word pedophile so blatantly displayed during a photo shoot's editing process?
And again, she's supposedly pregnant.
What kind of mistake is that?
Oh, well, that's a mistake.
It's not supposed to be there.
I mean, you would find, okay, well, is that a real set?
Did they actually paint that?
You know, it's graffiti.
Who did that?
Could you not go back and find out who was responsible for it?
So, yeah, to Trump's point, we can all hope that if he is elected, again, that we will get that level of truth.
Again, I'm not holding my breath, but we can all hope.
And in the meantime, okay, so let's compare what's going on.
You've got this clip that's been making the rounds.
of Kamala Harris and what happens if she wins the president.
He has lost his privileges and it should be taken down.
And the bottom line is that you can't say that you have one rule for Facebook and you have a different rule for Twitter.
The same rule has to apply, which is that there has to be a responsibility that is placed on these social media sites to understand their power.
They are directly speaking to millions and millions of people without any level of oversight or regulation.
And that has to stop.
So if Kamala Harris, and I think maybe this is one of the reasons why Elon Musk endorses Donald Trump.
Again, we have elites, Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, Trump, others, RFK Jr., that are trying to replace the other elites.
I mean, if you're Elon Musk, you've got to know that if Kamala Harris wins, it's going to be very, very bad for his business.
I mean, they arrested the founder of Telegram in France, right?
I mean, only the Lord knows what they would do to Andrew Torba if he traveled abroad.
He actually said the other day that he doesn't travel abroad for that very reason.
He's the CEO of Gab.
I mean, if Kamala Harris wins, the free speech, what, you know, and it has been a perfect free speech on X, but it's clearly been better.
I mean, there's still some stuff that, you know, you can't say or whatever.
You get shadow banned for, and there's still people that get banned, and there's that one guy that's been banned because he's making fun of Indians.
I can't remember his name off the top of my head right now.
Anyway, the bottom line is, though, if Kamala wins, there's no freedom of speech.
I mean, you're talking about Abortion clinic protesters going to jail.
It's going to be on steroids.
In line with what Metaxas said, if they are elected, they're going to come after Christians like never before.
You better believe it.
And there's not going to be a platform where you can go and complain about it.
Or where you can go and get the news out to other people and organize and try to, again, save their...
So, I guess...
Man, it's crazy.
So, back to...
You got Kamala saying that.
What is Donald Trump saying...
More on the Lex Friedman podcast, Donald Trump.
It is what it is.
I mean, you know, if you're religious, you have, I think, a better feeling toward it.
You know, you're supposed to go to heaven, ideally not hell, but you're supposed to go to heaven if you're good.
I think our country's missing a lot of religion.
I think it really was a much better place with religion.
It was almost a guide, you know, to a certain extent it was a guide.
You want to be good to people.
Without religion, there's no real...
There are no guardrails.
I'd love to see us get back to religion, more religion in this country.
You know, I just try to put myself in the people's...
Look, we just...
The last show that we did...
Before the Labor Day break was about Trump and what he said about abortion and about Amendment 4 in Florida.
Now, shortly after that broadcast, and because I believe so many people, whether they were traditional pro-lifers or abolitionists, threw a fit on X, an understandable, justified one.
Donald Trump comes out and says, I'm voting against Amendment 4 because while Donald Trump is saying, look, I don't believe, I think six weeks is too soon, got to give the woman more time, which I disagree with, and go listen to Friday's show and you can check all of that out.
He's not going to vote for Amendment 4 because Amendment 4 would allow abortion up until the moment of birth, which is one of the things he hammers the Democrats on.
All of that being said, and as much as I despise the fact that the two major political parties are technically both pro-choice and arbitrary, drawing arbitrary lines in the sand about when a human being is a human being, and I find that disgusting and despicable,
I certainly agree with Trump here about what he's really talking about is cultural Christianity, which there was a time when many people in big evangelical circles lamented cultural Christianity.
And I'm here to tell you, because there were people walking around embracing cultural Christianity, embracing the positive derivatives That come from a cultural Christianity who believe that they are on their way to heaven when in fact they're not.
This was a fear.
And so people were saying, man, maybe we need to tear down the cultural Christianity, and this was a huge mistake, in order for the gospel to truly regenerate and transform, in order for Jesus to truly save sinners.
I'm just telling you right now.
Somebody who, you know, years and years ago entertained this line of gospel-centered thinking, the gospel-centered movement, which I think encapsulated a lot of that.
I'm just telling you right now, I think cultural Christianity is a lot better for me and my family than the absence of cultural Christianity.
And so when he's saying we need to bring religion back, fundamentally what Trump is talking about, and by the way, no one is telling you to take theological advice from President Trump, okay?
But fundamentally, I think what he's saying is, is religion does put the guardrails on it.
John Adams said that the government is for a religious and moral people.
And when you understand that when you die, and this is what Ben Franklin wrote about plenty back in the 18th century, That the idea that you are going to be held accountable to God for the things that you do or left undone on this earth is generally a good thing.
The fear of the Lord is a good thing to have in society.
Donald Trump is realizing, or at least saying, he realizes that we don't have that anymore.
At least this is how I'm editorializing what he's saying.
He's saying we don't have that anymore, and it would be Really good if we did.
And how can you argue with that?
I don't see how anybody can argue with that at this point.
It really is a tale of two.
And then Labor Day, you've got foghorn.
You better thank a union member.
For the five day work week?
You better thank a union member for sick leave.
You better thank a union member for paid leave.
You better thank a union member for vacation time.
Yeah, how was everybody's vacation time on Labor Day weekend?
So, man, is it 53, 54 minutes?
Okay.
Well, I didn't get to the rest of the show that I wanted to.
Namely, the fact that we have Venezuelans taking over entire apartment complexes.
Libs of TikTok breaking a group of 32 armed Venezuelans took over an apartment building in Chicago.
First they did this in Aurora, Colorado.
Now it's Chicago.
Yeah, this is a big deal.
We're going to cover this hopefully tomorrow, but I'm going to tie it in with Megan Basham's chapter on immigration in her book Shepherds for Sale and tie it in with mega-pastor David Platt talking about immigrants.
It's a clip that's been making the rounds.
Do we have that here?
Smash Bell says, Platt misquoted and misinterprets Acts 17, 26-27.
He says, God orchestrates the movements of people among the nations that they might find God.
The text says, God determines the boundaries.
God uses nations to point people to him, not mass immigration, not mass unchecked immigration.
Plus, we have to say that this sentiment coming out of Big Eva is allegedly about loving your neighbor.
Like, right, we've got to love our neighbor.
Well, your neighbor is your neighbor.
Your neighbor is not somebody who's, you know, a thousand miles away in some country who's now going to illegally cross your border.
By the way, how's loving your neighbor working out for people in Aurora, Colorado at that apartment complex?
How's loving your neighbor in the name of unchecked mass illegal immigration working out for people in Chicago who are now being terrorized, murdered, and raped by gang members from third world countries?
It's not the same thing.
It's not what these people are twisting it to say.
That's all the time that we have for this edition of the Millstone Report.
Thank you so much for watching.
Unless I'm providentially hindered, we're going to be back here tomorrow.
