BREAKING LIVE! GA Secretary of State ARREST WARRANT, Election Fraud!
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
bring it back bring it up bring it back
bring it bring it up
bring it back bring it back up
so we've got some breaking news here on the stu peters network We're going to be joined by Candace Taylor, live from Georgia.
Arrest warrants are being issued for criminals who interfere with elections.
Are we finally getting ready to see extreme accountability?
Live in one minute.
She's in the green room right now, but this is regarding Brad Raffensperger.
A lot of people may remember Brad Raffensperger from Georgia.
He was part of the big scandal around the 2020 election.
He was the Secretary of State.
The Secretary of State's job, obviously, is to oversee elections.
And the election integrity process.
And I don't know a whole lot about it, which is actually why we're joined now by Candace Taylor.
Candace, thank you so much for being here.
We certainly appreciate it.
You posted on Twitter.
You tagged us.
You said that there's been an arrest warrant sought at the current time.
Right now, this is breaking.
I know nothing about this.
For Brad Raffensperger, the Secretary of State, what can you tell us about this?
So there was a story drop by Mark Davis.
He is a huge election integrity researcher expert.
He served as expert witness on many cases.
He is from Gwinnett County.
And he did a substack today.
And he actually told me about it yesterday.
It was going to break out.
And it's going to begin the Federalist.
And they're editing and going through legal review at this point.
But this case is one that we haven't heard about at all.
And there is going to be a hearing within the next few weeks.
It's supposed to be before November 5th election.
And at that hearing, arrest warrants could be issued.
And based on the legal counsel that Mark Davis has received, that it's totally probable that that's going to happen because the case has no reason except that Brad Raffensperger broke the law multiple times.
And so if I can explain to you what happened, is that when the emergency order was issued for COVID back in March of 2020 by Governor Kemp, Brad Raffensperger was the chairman of the state election board in Georgia.
Well, he took liberty of himself to override Georgia code, which said for almost 100 years, we would not open absentee ballots early.
We would open them on election day.
They would remain sealed.
Well, he took the liberty to override Georgia code with an election rule, which you cannot do.
And he made it where they could open the ballots three weeks early.
And we had four election cycles that he did that in, 159 counties, and it was done illegally.
And so they opened election results early.
They scanned the ballots early.
And a guy from Cherokee County went and filed a lawsuit and it was kind of dismissed.
But in the lawsuit, there was a finding from the judge that there was actually a law broken.
Then he went to the magistrate court in Cherokee County and that judge said it was out of his jurisdiction.
So at that point, he retained a criminal defense attorney by the name of Catherine Bernard.
And she also lives around the Atlanta area.
And she filed in Superior Court that they needed to rule on this, that he had broken the law.
He did not have the right to do this.
But what's interesting, Stu, is in Georgia in 2021, we had Senate Bill 202 that was supposed to fix problems.
And the two things that it did is it allowed us to open ballots early, absentee ballots early, which had not been done in 97 years.
And it also removed Brad Raffensperger from being the chairman of the state election board.
So it seems like our Georgia legislators in Senate Bill 202 kind of protected the Secretary of State.
Okay, so we're live right now on Rumble and as well as on Locals and we are live on YouTube as well as X. I'm going to read a couple of these comments for you because there's some questions that are coming in for you.
One of them obviously is a comment, arrest him now for treason.
That's Daria L. We're talking about Brad Raffensperger, if you're just joining us.
Candice Taylor had something on Substack and then tagged us on Twitter saying that there was an arrest warrant being sought for Brad Raffensperger.
Keywords could be, as I said, nothing burger.
Where does Fannie fit in is what Bill Girard wants to know.
And then somebody else said it'll go nowhere.
And then Vloma Mom says...
So no actual warrants.
So are there going to be actual warrants?
I mean, what is the probability of accountability actually coming for Raffensperger?
Well, this is the closest they've ever been.
And so they're hearing it before a Superior Court judge.
And it's totally been kept silent.
No one even knew it was going on.
And so this case is breaking today.
The substat was done today.
And it's going to come out on the Federalist.
I don't know today or tomorrow.
But it's breaking news.
We had no clue it was even happening until yesterday.
And so it's been kept very hush-hushed.
Which is how most of these election cases are done.
We don't know about it until it hits.
And then they usually, you know, shut it down very quickly.
But in this case, you're not going to be able to get around the fact that it's guilty because they opened absentee ballots early in 159 counties, all those ballots, and did it for four election cycles.
We're talking about the primary.
We're talking about the presidential primary, the primary, the election, general election, and then the runoff.
And so that was two Senate seats that were given to Democrats.
And so there were four times this happened illegally.
Where do we expect to hear the next news for this?
So you're going to hear a lot on the news in the next couple of days concerning this.
But I... Do not have the court date yet for when it's going, but they said it will be before the November election.
So they are on a docket somewhere.
So we need to do some investigative journalism there and find out when it's on the docket for Cherokee County.
Cherokee County is one of the most, if not the most, red county in Georgia.
Hundreds of thousands of voters there.
And so a patriot there filed this and pushed it through and didn't stop and went through three or four different avenues until he finally got it.
Did it pro se.
Finally retained a criminal attorney, and now he has traction.
And so this is huge.
Yes, he could be arrested if this judge does his job.
Where is this breaking?
Where did you find this information, Candice?
Because we're now getting comments.
I just searched online.
There's no breaking news according to Puzzle's Power Bearer.
Yeah, so it's on Mark Davis' Substack.
If you get a Substack, it's on my online media if you look it up.
But he has the whole case laid out there for you.
You can look at it there.
And it's broken.
It just happened.
He just did a Substack.
He's been researching it for weeks.
Unbelievable.
I have little to zero faith in the judiciary.
I have zero to little faith in accountability.
But, you know, I mean, you can't just steal elections and get away with it.
Georgia is so crooked.
Here it is.
We got a lot more comments coming in here.
Georgia is so crooked.
Most people know that they stole the election.
There's no way Biden won.
Don't even believe Raffensperger won his election here.
That's a comment coming in off of Rumble.
There's several other comments here.
Hello from Montana.
Will they settle out of court and keep the findings from the public?
What about that?
Is that something that they can do here because they so often make these things just kind of go away and keep them away from the public?
Which is, you know, according to a lot of people here, they're unable to find this online at all regarding an arrest warrant being sought for Brad Raffensperger.
If you're just joining us, Candace Taylor is breaking on her sub stack, tagged me on X, as well as Donald Trump and Laura Loomer.
That there is apparently an arrest warrant being sought after for Brad Raffensperger.
Some of you don't know who this guy is.
He is the Georgia Secretary of State.
There he is right there.
Scum, piece of crap, election-stealing thief.
And it sounds like there could potentially be some accountability coming for these people.
So do you think that they could settle out of court and keep these findings away from the public, Candace?
Well, that's why you're doing what you're doing.
No, they don't keep it from the public because we're going to blast it out everywhere.
We're going to get the documents out so you can see them and we're going to hold them accountable.
That's what happens in this country.
If the people don't know, we're silenced.
But when we know, then we can show up at the courtroom and we can put pressure and we can say, no, we're not going to take it.
We're not going to put up with it.
This is obvious fraud.
It happened.
It was actually not even fraud.
This was breaking the law.
And send a memo out and send a new rule out that's supposed to be greater than the law, the Georgia Code, which it's not.
And so you purposely deceived multiple counties across the state, 159.
And you can read in the substat, when you read it, you'll see right there where he...
He didn't care.
I mean, he sent it out.
He was told by his legal counsel, his attorneys listed there, that Ryan Germany gave him direction that it was fine to do that.
And on the election board at the time, there were four attorneys sitting on the election board.
So they all blatantly did this.
And Brad Raffensperger was the chair.
What Substack did you say has the rundown?
People are asking where can they go find this?
Is there a link?
Is there someplace that people can go search on Substack to find the downlaw on this?
Mark Davis.
It's Mark Davis.
He's an election integrity expert witness.
He's an expert at elections and data.
And so it's Mark Davis, M-A-R-K Davis.
It's posted on all of my social media.
And so you can retweet it so they can get it from me.
All right.
Funny MoFo said, are there any more players involved?
Could this bring others down?
Does he have money coming in from shady actors?
Well, we know.
We've looked into those donations, haven't we?
We know that there's some shady money going on all sides there.
But I think, you know, the attorneys that help give him this direction to break the law, are they going to be held accountable with their bar license?
Are they going to be held accountable to giving...
Him direction to do this and commit crimes all over the state.
You know, what's interesting is in 2020, when you think back, all we heard about was absentee ballots, absentee ballots, absentee ballots.
And then here we are with a case of a crime with opening absentee ballots early and scanning them early.
So here we are back again to issues with absentee ballots.
It certainly is.
It is kind of blackpilling to watch what's happening in our judiciary.
I mean, we have, obviously, there's a grip on our entire nation, you know, in our government, every one of our bureaucracies, through our Department of Education, throughout all of culture, and in our judiciary.
We are an occupied country right now, basically at the brink of being conquered.
And so if there is no, there's a link, by the way, PM Reese just put a link in the chat on Rumble.
Do you want to go check some more of this out?
Well then, where are they with the election corruption in Pennsylvania?
So yeah, I mean, every state is crooked.
There's absolutely no question about it.
Brad Raffensperger is absolutely crooked.
There he is right there.
This was a hearing just after the 2020 election where he was lying through his teeth serving nobody other than his paymasters likely in Israel.
So, this is breaking news right now.
Candace Taylor, thank you so much for being here.
What else would you like to add before we get out of here?
Georgia is going crazy, according to PM Reese.
Disgusting how they found a way to steal the election with these machines.
All these comments are coming in.
Appreciate everybody being here, by the way.
We have Rumble, where we're live, as well as Locals, YouTube, and on Twitter as well.
What else would you like to add that you think people need to know before we get out of here?
Yeah, so Cherokee County, like I said earlier, is one of the most red counties, if not the most red in the state.
Hundreds of thousands of Republican voters.
And so this is where the case is being held.
And so this is a judge in Cherokee County.
He's going to be a conservative judge and he's going to hear this.
And so this is a real concern for Brad Raffensperger.
He broke the law and the other judge found that he did.
And so he's being...
It's been sent here.
And so it's a really serious, it's a serious issue for him.
And no one's talking about it until today because we finally have it laid out for us.
We did not even know about it.
And so Georgia is in a time where our state election board is being ran by three conservative Republicans.
They are changing the election rules to try to secure the elections before November.
They're being fought tooth and nail by the one Democrat on the board and the one chair who has been appointed by Brian Kemp.
He is fighting the other Republicans, but we are seeing major changes in Georgia elections that are going to do everything they can to try to secure them.
And so Georgia is in the hot seat, and this case is vital right now.
There's a lot of people that are just joining us right now, Candace.
They're saying, what's going on in Georgia?
What is the story all about?
Is the title true?
We said the title of this, by the way, is Breaking Live, Georgia Secretary of State Arrest Warrant Sought.
Why don't you catch everybody up to speed here on exactly what it is that you were breaking?
Yeah, so Mark Davis is an election expert from Gwinnett County, and he did a substact today that came out, and it was talking about a case out of Cherokee County.
It's in North Georgia, and it was a man that filed an election suit on Cherokee County from the 2020 election cycle.
So there's four elections that year, the presidential primary and the primary.
And then the general and then the runoff.
And during that time, it was during COVID, and the governor had issued a state of emergency.
But that state of emergency does not carry over to the Secretary of State's office.
And so Brad Raffensperger, who at the time was the head of the state election board, he held an emergency Zoom call.
And on the Zoom call, they unanimously passed a new rule Which they didn't have jurisdiction to do because the state law supersedes the rule.
But the rule was that they could open absentee ballots three weeks before the election day and scan them.
And 97 years in Georgia, you had to leave the absentee ballots sealed.
You could not open them until election night to scan them in.
And so they changed that rule.
And so they opened ballots after three weeks early, absentees, and started scanning those absentee ballots.
So this guy, this gentleman in Cherokee County, filed a lawsuit.
So this was illegally done in 159 counties.
And the judge, at the time, by the time it got heard, Senate Bill 202, which was done in 2021 legislative session, allowed for them to open absentee ballots early and scan them.
It also removed Brad Raffensperger from the state election board as the chairman, which looks like it was protecting the crime that he committed in 2020.
We didn't know that until yesterday.
So now, the judge said, you know, it's a mute issue now because they're allowing them to open early.
But he did, in fact, violate the law in 2020.
So then this gentleman who was representing himself, pro se, he went to the magistrate court and he asked for an arrest warrant for Brad Raffensperger.
And he said it was out of his jurisdiction.
So at that point, he hired a criminal defense attorney, Catherine Bernard, from Atlanta.
And she is representing him and she is filed in superior court seeking the arrest of him breaking the Georgia Code in 159 counties and four election cycles.
I have no idea how many charges this will end up being.
Are these felonies?
I mean, look at this guy.
Here's this clown right here, Brad Raffensperger.
I mean, are we looking at felonies here, Candace?
From what I understand from the legal counsel that Mark Davis talked about yesterday, it would be felonies.
Well, he definitely needs to answer to the American people.
All of these people do.
They're all corrupt.
They stole the whole country.
They stole our president away from us.
They stole, you know, right out in the wide open.
They got away with, you know, a novel coronavirus.
They got away with race riots in the street.
You know, we were all locked down.
You're not allowed to go and see your grandma in the nursing home because that's really dangerous.
You're not allowed to go to your polling place and vote because that's really dangerous, said this guy.
Brad Raffensperter.
But if you're in the street protesting racial injustice and systemic racism, then you're okay, says Brad Raffensperger.
You're okay.
When you go into the restaurant, by the way, you go in standing up with your mask on, but when you sit down, it's okay to take it off because apparently COVID only lives up here.
This is the same kind of common sense that had people believing that the veracity of the election was upheld and that it was integrity-filled.
These people are absolute rats and they need to face extreme accountability.
CJ3041 says this has gotten out of control.
We all know what they did in the primaries, backlogging 17% of votes.
They did it to you too, Candace.
They did, and it makes you angry to think about that they used this pandemic...
To force these absentee ballots being opened early and hijack the presidency by doing it.
All we've heard about is absentee ballots, and here we know they opened them illegally early three weeks in four election cycles.
They stole two Senate seats and are presidential, and then in 2022 they did even more in Georgia.
So here we are.
Brad Raffensperger.
Looks like there could potentially be an arrest warrant.
Candice Taylor from Georgia Live.
