JESUS. GUNS. AND BABIES. w/ Dr. Kandiss Taylor ft. Garland Favorito
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Remember 2019 and a gallon of gas was $2.60 and a dozen eggs cost like $1.40 and a pound of beef was maybe $3.00.
But now, gas is $3.66, eggs cost almost $4, and beef's like $5.00.
But that's not because food's getting more expensive.
It is only because of inflation.
So do you think that counting on your money to last is actually going to be your money lasting?
Do not trust that.
The only thing that lasts and holds the test of time is gold and silver.
Precious metals.
That's it.
And so I have a partner that I love.
It's a trusted company.
It's called Gold Co.
And there's a number at the bottom of the screen, and there's a URL, and you can click either one of those too.
And you can go to their website, you can call them, and you can take your money that you have now and ensure that it is worth the same amount when you invest in gold and silver.
Gold and silver are the only things, the only things, that have stood the test of time.
You've worked really hard for your money.
I work really hard for my money, and we do not want the irresponsibility of this federal government and the choices they're making to harm us and take our money and make it worth nothing.
So invest today in gold and silver.
We offer discounts.
There's all kinds of advantages to using gold code.
Call them today.
go to their website and secure your assets hey everybody welcome to Jesus comes and babies I'm your host, Dr.
Candice Taylor, and I have a wonderful show for tonight.
Y'all are going to absolutely love it, especially if you love elections and you're even terrified about November or you love the research on elections.
I have the man who is known everywhere for his research and his effort in voting.
And so I'm going to introduce him in just a second.
I want to read this verse first.
2 Timothy 1.9.
It informs us that God has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was granted us in Christ Jesus from all eternity.
So the reason why I chose that verse was because I believe with all of my heart, and there's multiple verses.
I could have done about ten.
I read all of them to see which one I was going to use, about our calling and what we're called to do.
And when we're in His perfect will, He always shows up for us anyway.
But when we're in His calling on our lives, it's easier.
Things happen supernaturally.
Things happen that are miraculous.
And I know He has a calling on my life for government.
And to be influential in politics.
And I can hear his voice when I'm there.
And he'll reveal things to me.
And I know 100% that this man I'm introducing you to, his calling is to protect our country's right to vote, which is our highest right of our land.
It is the most important thing we can do in our nation is protect our right to vote.
And so he is anointed to do this.
He is called to do this.
And he is making huge headway.
And so welcome to Jesus Guns and Babies, Mr.
Garland Favarito.
Candace, thank you so much.
It's great to be with you.
You know, we do so many things together.
It's seldom we get to sit down and do a show.
So thank you for that introduction.
That is exactly it.
Only, fortunately, when I got the call, it was about 20 years ago, and I didn't know it was a call at the time.
It took me about 15, 17, 18 years to figure out that that was, in fact, actually a calling process.
But I do feel led to do this.
I feel led to step up because I just happened to have that right skill set at the right time and somebody had to do it.
So that's pretty much the way it turned out.
I was a real Esther, I guess, what is it?
Esther 4?
I can't remember the scripture verse right there.
4 or maybe.
Yeah.
Yeah, chapter four, I think it was, where it says, this is the time for which you were called.
And I think that's true for a lot of folks.
I think this is a time for which we were called.
That includes you.
And we just have to step up.
So again, I appreciate you stepping up.
You've been stepping up in Georgia for the last several years.
So I'm going to continue to do the same as well.
So thanks.
Thank you so much.
Well, I was going to say, I've watched you, like I've known you for four, I guess, four and a half years now.
And when I first met you, you were such a nice guy.
And, you know, you don't endorse.
And, you know, you do your thing.
But you were so welcoming to me.
You were so kind.
You're always so kind and gracious, Garland.
And I appreciate that.
You are not a divisive person.
You try to bring everybody in.
You're a unifier.
And that sets a standard for the rest of us.
And I appreciate that, first of all.
And second of all, I love that I've been able to see you.
Get married and God bring your helpmate beside you because I believe that Tamara with you is a powerful force.
And I've even seen the movement you have grow exponentially since she came alongside as your helpmate.
And I know you probably can attest to that, but me as an outsider looking in, I see it.
And so it's amazing really what you've accomplished and what you've done and how God is just breathing on your life and bringing things to fruition.
Well, she's been a real answer to prayers.
You know, I was praying about that for a long time before I ever met her.
And it's been an incredible blessing.
And it's just exceeded both of our wildest expectations at how compatible we are.
And it's just been a real...
She's, of course, a real treasure.
And I feel really blessed every day.
I thank God every day that I can remember that she came into my life.
Or vice versa.
I'm not sure who came into whose life.
Right.
And I know she feels the same because she's told me that as well.
But can you see, though, how it's even changed your calling?
Things have opened up and things have grown.
It's amazing to me how when we're in His will and having your spouse with you, things happen easier.
Right.
Because I feel like in the beginning when I first met you, you were being attacked really hard.
I could even, people were like, what?
What is that?
What is that?
That's not, he's out there, he's whatever.
And everything you would say, I would absorb it.
And I was like, no, he's right.
And learning from you and learning from the people that come every Saturday morning and listen to your meeting.
And just growing with you.
And I've met people that have done research for you and people that believe in the movement.
But God's brought people alongside of you.
And I just feel like it's just blown up in the last four and a half years.
And it has taken over the state and the country, not just the state.
You've had influence in other states as well, all over the nation.
Yeah, absolutely, Candice.
The volunteers are just amazing.
This is what I've said this several times, but I end up getting credit for a lot of things that they do.
I'm just the face of the movement.
But we have this massive set of volunteers that they just come in and they say, hey, look, I've got a talent.
This is my talent.
How can I use it to help?
I believe in what you're doing.
And we put them to work.
As best we can, as fast as we can.
And it's just...
I tried to describe it one day on a radio show and I almost cried.
If you could just see it.
And, you know, everything that goes on behind the scenes with all the volunteers just jumping forward and saying, I'll do this, I'll do that.
Can you do this?
And, you know, we work together as a team.
There's not really any division.
And they are always pushing me to do more and more.
And they're wearing me out.
But it's kind of a joy at the same time.
So I'm so grateful to them.
You know, we would not have an organization if it wasn't the volunteers.
Well, it's because you have humility.
And I know because we have tens of thousands of volunteers, and we share some volunteers that help both ways.
And they love you because you're humble and you work yourself.
You don't just say, hey, do this or this.
You work and never sleep.
Like, you work so hard.
And so I think it's a testament to...
Being able to have those people and not split off and splinter off and splinter off that they just grow and they come more and they come more because they trust you because you've been honest and you've given them, you give them accolades too and you give them, you know, opportunity.
A lot of times the volunteers want to be behind the scenes and they're like, no, you say it.
No, you do it.
But you're always honest.
Always saying it's our team and it's our volunteers and it's all of us together.
We couldn't do it without...
I mean, I couldn't have done what I did without you and your team and Mytlandale's team and, you know, Stu Peter's team.
And we have all these different teams.
I was talking about Lauren Witsky before I came on here.
I love her.
You know, you've got all these people that we've met over the last four and a half years.
Steve Bannon.
I mean, I could just keep going on that we all come together.
Emile Robertson, you mentioned about going on her show.
We all come together.
Carolyn Ryan.
All these names come into me.
And we help each other.
We cross-pollinate Joe Oatman.
And we come together for one good.
And as long as we do that, we're unstoppable.
Yeah, it's really exciting, Candice.
I think I've learned what the body of Christ really looks like now, and I've never quite fully understood it until now.
But it's so exciting, and that's why I'm so encouraged.
The first few years, you know, a long time, really, over a decade, I was wondering what I was doing.
You know, Ricardo and I talked about this, and I'm saying, I'm not sure that we...
Or being as successful as we should be.
But I didn't realize that, you know, our calling wasn't quite there yet.
And then when 2020 happened, that's when everything exploded.
And that's when we knew that we were called for this time and this purpose.
I think that people were so asleep.
I mean, I was too.
I knew our country was in a bad way.
I knew we had elected a bunch of people who were fake.
Ben Carson spoke a decade ago when I got my PhD, and he said, political correctness and the national debt is killing our nation.
And I knew that, and that's why I felt led to run.
I thought, we've got to get normal people to serve.
But I didn't know anything about election fraud.
Nothing.
I knew nothing about that.
And so when it happened to me in 2020, and my numbers went up and down, and then I saw President Trump, and he won when I went to bed, and I woke up, and he didn't win.
And it was Georgia that cost it, and there's no way.
Georgia is so Republican, there's no way.
And so...
All of those things that happened that woke me up, y'all saw that before.
You knew the train was derailed.
Like, y'all knew what was coming.
And we didn't know.
And you're right, we had this epiphany moment of, oh my gosh.
And I've told my parents, I said, really, it's your fault.
The baby boomers.
Y'all were not paying attention.
Y'all just elected these people and they just got more and more power and lobbyists controlled them and y'all were raising your families and working and paying taxes and not paying attention.
And now you plus me plus older generation and younger boomers are going to have to come in and fix this mess or we're going to lose our nation.
And I think that God gave y'all, y'all were in your calling.
It's just enough people wouldn't wake up fast enough.
Well, yeah, it's interesting that you mentioned all that.
And I guess you'd probably be interested in knowing the story about how I got into this.
Yes.
Yeah.
So I'm an IT guy, career IT professional.
And all the way back in 2000, I went to a conference and they said, beware, there is this unverifiable electronic voting that's coming to America.
And I went to the conference Thinking that I would easily be able to disprove all of this because it just seemed like mostly malarkey to me.
This is the way so many people get into it.
They go with the intention of trying to disprove something and they got there and I realized they were actually right.
Based on my 30 years of background at the time or however many it was, Somebody could actually rig the election and no one would ever know.
That voting system back then was completely paperless, unverifiable to the voter.
You couldn't audit it.
The election officials couldn't audit it.
They couldn't recount a race.
You'd only reprint the previous unverifiable results.
Was that eyeballed?
Yeah, that was the original Dybald machine that we had before.
And then, so I said, I thought that was, that's not constitutional.
And I believe you got a constitutional problem right.
And, you know, back then, Secretary of State Kathy Cox ignored us.
You know, I wasn't the only one that was saying that.
And she bought the system.
Hold on a second, Garland.
I want to ask a question, because that's what I say about this machine, because we're touchscreening it.
But you're right.
When I started voting in 1999, We were told there was no paper.
We went in and voted and you didn't have a paper receipt or anything.
I've never thought about that.
So that was totally unconstitutional because the Constitution in Georgia says you're supposed to see voter intent.
Well, right.
And I made that case back in 2002.
Wow.
Nobody listened to me or to others who were making the case.
There was very few of us at that time in the whole country that saw this problem coming.
Fast forward 17 years later, the United States District Court, Judge Totenberg, ruled that that old system was constitutionally deficient, and she banned that for future use in Georgia.
I did not know she did that.
I did not know Totenberg was the one that did that.
Interesting.
Yes, and Ricardo was a plaintiff.
Ricardo Davis, our co-founder, was a plaintiff.
Oh, Ricardo!
Good job, Ricardo!
In that case.
And some other plants worked really hard on that as well.
So now, after we got rid of that machine, the legislature then mandated ballot marking devices.
And then...
Brad Raffensperger went out and bought the QR-coded ballot marking device, which is the worst possible ballot marking device system you could buy.
Ballot marking devices, of course, are not good to begin with because they put something between you, the voter, and your actual vote, which shouldn't be there.
We've argued now, and Ricardo has argued that for Judge Totenberg to find this new system, find that this one is also constitutionally deficient.
And then that way you can get to Hallmark paper ballots and then publicly recorded hand counts, which is where I know what you and everyone else, most of us all want to get to.
So we're trying really, really hard to get there.
And, Garland, because we're here at this moment in the conversation, let's talk about these hand-marked paper ballots and what you just said, something that was the most important thing that you said, was publicly recorded.
We have technology, and what I get pushed back on, and I know you do as well, when we say hand-marked paper ballots, they're like, but they can cheat, and they're not secure, blah, blah, blah, blah.
We have, you know, computers.
We should be able to use it.
And we're way beyond.
That's dinosaur.
Okay.
But it's not.
Because we have the capability in technology.
Obviously, I'm in South Georgia.
You're in Atlanta.
And we're doing this interview today on Sunday afternoon.
Right?
So we have the capability to live stream counting of ballots.
How are you gonna cheat when you can livestream the ballots, you can see that they're counting them, you can also see who is doing the counting, that you can get an affidavit from, that you can interview.
It can be totally secure.
That's why they don't want it.
Because all the cheating that's been going on all this time, they can't do it anymore.
But I just want you to talk about, debunk that.
Because that's what I hear constantly, I know you do too, is about, you're trying to take us way back, decades back.
No, we're trying to bring you here to fair legal voting.
Well, exactly.
For the last 20 years in Georgia, actually now it's 22, going on 24, they have conducted secretly counted elections.
We have not been able to verify any election That's been cast on any of these electronic voting systems since they were put in place back in 2002.
The only race that was fully audited was the presidential race.
In 2020, they found a ton of problems Where they had tried to force fit the audit results to match the original election results, and all of that was covered up.
But you're right, so what we're proposing is publicly recorded hand counts versus what we have today is secretly recorded election results.
Which one is better?
One you can cheat, one you can't, as you've said.
So obviously what we're proposing is a big step forward in election integrity and in election transparency, and that's where everyone should want to go, but the officials in a lot of cases are preventing us from getting there.
And they're going to continue to do that because they're corrupt and they're doing nefarious things and they get a lot of money.
And I know that because I've watched it and I've watched the money change hands and I've been offered money and everything's about money, but really it's about power.
Because if you are in the seat, you have the power.
So I thought it was about the money and it is, don't get me wrong, somewhat.
But ultimately, it's about the power that you have in an elected seat.
And so, they do not want to give that up.
They don't want to give that power back to the people.
But we're going to get that power back, Garland, aren't we?
Because it's our calling to do so.
Absolutely.
We're called for it, and I think we can help, you know, with God's help, we'll deliver it.
And, of course, God's still actually controlling these events, so we're just his servants.
But I'm encouraged, Candice, like I've never been encouraged before, being in this for 20 years.
And having really being ignored for 10 or 15 years, no one is ignoring us anymore.
I mean, we have gotten the attention and the respect of the Georgia legislature.
We are and that was really exciting.
We've gotten now the attention and the respect of the state election board and we are You know, getting more and more attention.
And there's more and more people who are in official capacities coming out and saying that, yeah, we've got some problems.
I'm starting to understand this now, even down to the county election boards and the county commissioners.
Yeah, I believe that.
All over the state, even locally, local level, they have heard of Voter GA. They know what we're doing.
They know there's people researching.
We're doing ORRs that, like ePulse, what's ePulse?
I mean, you got election supervisors that have no clue what that means.
Kim Brooks told me specifically to ask for that.
And we're looking at voter rolls.
And we have experts in every single area that that's their niche.
Yeah.
And they know that area.
And so it's amazing.
This is God's team.
He puts you there to organize us all, but it's His team.
And so it's going to unravel.
It already is unraveling.
It's going to be completely unraveled.
There's no doubt in my mind.
I do want to say one thing that was said to me by a legislator, someone when I was running for governor, so it was two and a half, three years ago.
They made a comment about Voter GA. They said, You know, if Garland can't be successful in 20 years, you think he's going to be successful now?
And I said, well, we were none of us paying attention 20 years ago, but he has an army now.
And so I believe that to be true.
And I didn't even know what I was saying at the time, except that I was responding and trying, not that I was offended, but I was offended for my friend.
So I was kind of like, no.
But God just reminded me of that comment I made because it's prophetic.
So you have an army now and you are unstoppable because God's anointed it and what he breathes on, nobody can stop.
Amen.
Thank you, Kansas.
It's really exciting.
And I can't even begin to describe it.
But again, going back, it's really all the volunteers.
They're coming forward, and they are talking to their legislators, and their legislators are listening.
And now that we have been able to separate the legislators from the Secretary of State, they now realize that they were not told the truth.
By that office.
And it's just, I can't even begin to tell you how exciting it is, the difference between, you know, 20 years ago and today, to see all of the, and particularly the Christians, are waking up like never before.
One of the most frustrating things was Christians not being willing to get engaged in their own government.
And now that's completely different.
As of after 2020, the Christians woke up.
And, you know, most of our folks now are, in fact, people of faith who are willing to come forward.
So that's another exciting component of this whole movement.
And it's the organization.
And like I was saying, you know, we have organized ourselves.
At first it's like, I want to help, but what do I do?
I want to volunteer, but what do I do?
I only have this much time.
I only have this much expertise.
And it's coming in and you having your Saturday call.
And you have smaller committees formed.
And it's having who we know is Jason Frazier and Kim Brooks are the experts in voter rolls.
Or, you know, David Cross is the expert in this.
And you have your experts in every single area that you know.
And you say, go to this person, go to that person, go here.
And us all working together in a team, as a team, It's unstoppable.
And that's what's developed, I've seen develop over the past four and a half years.
And so before, our voting system is so complicated, it's intimidating.
It's very complicated.
You start asking questions, they start looking at you like you're stupid.
When now, where I was two years ago, even, versus now, when I get that attitude from election supervisors all over the state, when I fight with ORR, or if I get in a conversation with them, I know more than they know most of the time.
And so it's not because I'm smarter than them.
It's because I've done the ORRs.
I've looked at the data.
I've looked at your reports.
I've looked at the lawsuits.
I've looked at the different things.
And I've had experiences that they haven't had.
So they're running and conducting an election based on what the SOS is telling them to do, but all the details and all the reporting and all the data, they don't even know it and we're ORRing it and we're dissecting it.
So we know it better than anybody.
So we've taken the intimidation factor away and we're dangerous.
Absolutely, it can.
And it is so exciting to see people go into their county election boards or county commissioners and quote statutes, even be willing to take on the county attorney.
And they know the law, they know the procedures, and they know the technology so well.
A great example of that is none other than Wayne Kennedy.
There's somebody you know very, very well.
And he is really leading the charge down there in Appley and some of the other surrounding areas.
And it's just really exciting.
And we try to just simply provide information.
And you do.
And I thank you.
That's my dad he's talking about.
And I thank you so much because Wayne is, he's engineering, he's engineering minded.
So you and he are similar in like the technology engineering mindset.
And so it's easy for him to learn from you because you're very Black and white.
It's not a bunch of talk and passion and all the other things I can be, right?
It's more like this is the facts.
This is what you do.
This is what the law says.
This is da-da-da.
And so he just absorbs it and then he comes down here and educates people in all these counties and you're up there educating people there.
And so it's almost like we're marrying the state to being woken up to reality.
Yeah, I was so excited when I found out that Wayne was your dad.
And we got to know each other, of course, very, very well over the last...
I probably spent more time talking with him than you, actually.
But that's great.
In fact, I owe him some information about tomorrow.
Yeah, yeah.
He's like, I'm calling Garland, don't aggravate Garland.
He's like, leave me and Garland alone.
I'm like, oh my gosh, don't aggravate Garland.
We love to hear from Wayne.
He's on most of your calls on Saturday morning, so he's one that's learned so much.
Without what you're putting out there on Saturday mornings and during the week and everything that your volunteers do, Then somebody like him down here in South Georgia would have no resources.
They would be able to do nothing.
And so technology is a wonderful thing, and we're not against technology.
We're for it.
We just want to control our elections.
If there's anything we have to control in this country, it is our elections.
And, you know, Garland, you're a nonpartisan organization, and I say this all the time.
If a Democrat wins, fair and legally, I'm good with that.
I'm good with that.
Even if they believe outrageous stuff on the left that I don't believe, if that is who the people vote for, that is who represents them the best, I am 100% good with that.
Now, I would probably move and not live in that region anymore.
And that's my choice.
But we are a constitutional republic and we elect people to represent us.
That is our voice.
When we take away that, we take away our freedom.
Our whole existence is irrelevant.
We have a monarchy or a dictatorship or whatever we have, but it is not a constitutional republic any longer.
And so that's where we are right now.
And if we do not take the reins back, We're going to see the fallout of that very, very soon.
Absolutely.
And I think we're on the verge of doing that because, as you said, the people are now educated and they're motivated.
We're going to continue educating.
They're going to continue to get more motivation.
And it's just going to build and build and build.
All the momentum is on our side now in our favor.
And that's what's so exciting about this movement.
Can we talk about where you are with any litigation you're working on?
Or even with Totenberg and where she is with the ruling she made, but she hasn't put any teeth to it yet.
And even moving into this new election cycle and where you see it going that way.
Can we just start there, Garland, and get some updates from you?
Sure.
So in regards to the judicial side, so Judge Totenberg and Ricardo Davis, again, is our plaintiff in that matter.
We provided a lot of evidence in the case.
He actually moved and became a separate Plaintiff so that he could provide additional evidence in the case.
And what he's asked for are three things.
One is for Judge Tonenberg to declare the existing system constitutionally deficient.
And that means we'll have to get a new system.
He also asked to declare the audits wholly inadequate and for her to order publicly recorded hand counts for the 2024 general election.
And then the third thing he asked for was a special master to be appointed for to oversee any rulings that Judge Totenberg makes to make sure that they are actually implemented by the Secretary of State.
So it would be a special master to oversee the Secretary of State's conduct of the election to make sure that is in conformance with any court decisions that she makes.
So those are the three things that we are hoping that she rules on.
We actually were expecting a ruling by now.
We have not gotten it.
So I'm not sure where that stands at the moment.
We're just waiting for that ruling.
The other thing is, and you'll remember this, that Fulton County counterfeit ballot case That we spent three and a half years trying to get the ballots for, and Fulton County went out and hired criminal defense attorneys just to prevent us from looking at the ballots.
But y'all aren't important, Garland.
Like, you're not important at all, right?
Like, your organization's not important.
But we're going to hire criminal defense attorneys because we're terrified.
We know how important you are.
Yeah, I guess that does say something.
Thanks.
And so that case, you know, we've waited.
As y'all know, the judge, Amaro, had strung us out for 10 months.
We had gone to court a half a dozen times and we had won different, what we call a relief.
And finally, he ordered the ballots to be unsealed so we could look at them and then turn right around.
Something happened.
He got extensive pressure.
And then suddenly he said, oh, no, we didn't have standing to look at those.
Well, we knew that was a lie.
And we appealed to the Court of Appeals.
The Court of Appeals, we thought, sure, we'll return that.
They didn't.
So we had to appeal to the Georgia Supreme Court.
The Georgia Supreme Court said, of course, anyone in Georgia, any resident, citizen, taxpayer, has always had standing to sue a government agency or official who violates the law.
And they've had that standing since the state was established in 1788, and they made that decision unanimously.
All the Democrats and Republicans agreed, and we did not even have to have a hearing.
So they kicked that case all the way back.
And then Judge Amaro handed it off sneakily to Judge McBurney, who oversaw the Fannie Willis grand jury investigation.
That's enough said right there.
Yeah.
And we filed a motion to recuse him.
Another judge says, no, that's not valid.
You're going to have to deal with McBurney.
And then we finally had our hearing just this past Monday, the first hearing we've had.
And at that point in time, we had to substitute the defendants because the election board has changed so many times.
We had to get the right defendants on the case.
So we filed a motion to do that.
He heard that.
And at the same time, The Fulton County asked him to repeal the protective order that was on the ballots.
They said they don't have any more room to store the ballots because the May 24th, 2024, primary is finishing up.
They need space to put those ballots in the secure cage.
And what they didn't tell the judge is they had just opened a 600,000 square foot new warehouse.
In Fulton County.
And they withheld that information from the judge, claiming that they didn't have space.
And this is the clerk of the court that does this, Shayelle Alexander.
And then to add one more thing, one more insult to an injury.
They then said that we should pay them attorney's fees after we won standing in the Georgia Supreme Court.
They said, well, Judge Amaro dismissed this case and we are entitled to attorney's fees.
And they didn't even, completely ignoring the fact that the Supreme Court overturned Judge Amaro and the Court of Appeals adopted the Supreme Court's decision for us as Fulton County plaintiffs.
So the whole thing was just absolutely absurd on Monday.
And of course, we did a press release that's out on the Voter Jay press release tab.
That's where we stand on two cases.
And then there's two more cases that are important that haven't been to trial yet.
Wait one second.
So let me ask you this.
So are they going to own that case that they asked for the legal fees?
Surely they came up and said, no, you're not going to have to pay those.
Well, he'll rule on that.
And yes, we've already posted our defense that's on the Voter J Legal tab.
We've explained eight reasons or seven reasons why that's just completely invalid.
And I can see a meme coming, like McBurney the fanny.
McBurn with a fanny.
That's going to be some kind of meme, right?
Because...
I mean, how can you not?
These names of these people who are criminal crooks in this state that do whatever they want to do and trounce on our freedoms.
I have never seen such as in Fulton County.
This is a train wreck.
Yeah, it's beyond belief, just what they're doing there.
There's so many things we could talk about.
It would take hours to discuss everything that's wrong in Fulton County.
But two more really quick points to that.
We have another lawsuit.
Against the Secretary of State for outsourcing data to the cloud, voter data, which he has no authority to do.
That was the Java system.
That's been an absolute disaster.
Dr.
Rick Richards has found over 1.4 million people.
Errors in the voter registration database, and he's presented that to the Secretary of State's office.
And I think they've worked on it a little bit.
There's still over half a million errors still in that database this year.
So that's another case we have.
And then, you know, they outsourced that.
They did that with a no-bid contract.
They were supposed to get a bid on $100,000 or more.
That was a $3.5 million effort, no bid on it.
That's been a disaster, outsourced to foreign programmers.
So that's another problem.
And then finally, we also have a challenge that hasn't been to court for Brad Raffensperger's primary.
And that was an election challenge that should have been heard a long time ago.
We had to sue in all 159 counties.
Nobody believes he won that primary in 2024.
And we've got enough evidence, we think, particularly regarding the illegalities of the machine and so on, And the improper certifications, we think that we can challenge that as well.
So in 2022, you're talking about with Jody Haas and that race in 2022?
Yes, that's still highly questionable.
We have challenged that.
We haven't been to court on it.
Well, the SOS thinks they can do whatever they want.
In fact, we've had election supervisors in the state say that they work for the SOS, not for their local election board, because that is the Hitler dictator mindset that our Brad Raffensperger, Secretary of State, takes.
He takes on this persona of, I don't have to go to GOP meetings, even though I use the Republican name.
I don't have to talk to Republicans.
I don't have to answer to them because I'm a king sitting in a seat.
It's definitely not an attitude of a public servant or one who wants to be re-elected.
And I believe with all my heart it's because he didn't get elected.
I believe he was selected.
Because if you are truly elected and you're electorate, they vote for you.
They take it.
They believe in you.
They take their one vote and they give it to you.
You have a little bit of humility.
Even people who are in seats who are total narcissists, they have a little bit of humility to their voters where they're like, thank you for your vote.
Not this guy.
Not Brad Raffensperger.
He is so arrogant.
He goes to Chamber of Commerce meetings.
He goes to Rotary meetings where he can get with establishment-minded people who maybe are left or right, don't really care about that.
They only care about money.
He doesn't go where people care about freedom.
He will not show his face.
And so because of that one thing is enough for me to doubt anything he does or his agenda and anything that he does.
And he pushes that same mentality down on this Board of Elections.
Now, not every Board of Elections feels that way.
But I'm telling you, I have encountered several across the state of Georgia who have that mentality that they can do whatever they want to.
And that's got to stop.
Let me tell you something.
It is illegal to steal an election.
It is illegal to have election misconduct or irregularities or fraud.
It is illegal.
That is the highest right of our land.
In fact, if you overthrow a government, which is treason, that's treason to overthrow a government.
And that can be done through election fraud.
I mean, I take election fraud to this high standard of equivalent to murder.
Like you cannot steal our elections.
And the scope of authority, as you said, Candace, is really with the counties.
It's not with the Secretary of State.
And one of the people who knows that best and can quote, you know, scripture, not scripture, but actual code sections, line by line, is your dad.
He is great at explaining to...
He's read that book, that Bible, that Bible for the elections that has all the codes.
He reads it daily.
I'm not kidding.
I don't even know how many times he's read it.
But he has it because he don't want to be wrong.
He wants to be, when he says something that holds somebody accountable, he wants to make sure it's right.
And we should all feel that way.
We're not trying to, I got you somebody.
We're We just want fair legal elections, but if you are in your heart nefarious, and you're in your heart purposefully saying, screw all the voters of Georgia, we don't care how you vote, We are the elections and we decide if that's your attitude, then I want you handcuffed.
I want you tried for treason.
I want you done.
If that's not your heart and your heart is you made a mistake, then let's fix the mistakes and let's not do it again.
But there are definitely some heart issues with elections offices in this state.
Not the majority.
But some.
And those issues are going to have to be rooted out because we have got to have fair legal elections in this state.
Absolutely.
And we're gradually working to that, Chan, as another area that we've made some progress in is the legislative area.
And maybe if we want to shift gears, I know we don't have too much time left.
I'm talking a little bit about some of the things.
The legislature has been terrific to us.
This past year, they've been really good.
And let me give you a few examples of some of the things that we've passed over the last couple of years.
They have banned all outdoor drop boxes.
A drop box now has to be in A precinct or polling location or office and can only be accessed during business hours.
They've banned the private money coming into the counties, you know, the Zuckerbuck's, both direct and indirect money coming in.
As of this year, we're now going to have security paper on our ballots with visible watermarks.
They have implemented a new provision where they're going to tabulate all the votes that were collected before Election Day have to be tabulated at 8 o'clock on election night.
So they can't count those absentee votes for three days and then adjust the results later.
Wait a minute.
What about the early voting?
Can they calculate the early voting before that?
They have to tabulate it by 8 o'clock at night.
They can't start tabulating until election day.
Praise God.
But yeah, they can't start, but they have to be finished by 8 o'clock.
So that's another improvement.
Now we've got better chain of custody procedures in handling the ballots, sign off and sealing for the absentee ballots.
And we finally have ballots now will be open record as of actually July the 1st.
Which is when this program will air, ballot records, ballots will be public record available to all voters.
If you request it, you should be able to get an independent copy of those ballots.
You may have to pay for it.
But I say independent.
It's independent of the voting system.
We have to be able to get a copy of the balance that's independent of the voting system.
It wasn't created with voting system software.
And then we will be able to check those, make sure the results are correct.
And at 600 DPI, the standard resolution, we can determine if the ballots are counterfeit or not.
So you're telling me.
That we go and we ask for a hand count and they're refusing to give us a hand count.
And they say, we don't have to because you're not within half a percentage of margin of victory.
And, you know, most election boards are reasonable and they're like, you know what, let's just count the paper.
It won't take 45 minutes.
Let's just count the paper.
But then we have stubborn election officials who are like, no, we're not counting the paper.
This will be, yes, you can count the paper because you're going to have to not only count it, you're going to have to make a copy of it and I'm going to get to count it in my property in my home.
Exactly.
If you don't want to count it, then you still have to make us a copy of it.
We'll count it for you.
I love it, Garland.
It's wonderful.
Well, we worked four years on this to get this passed.
Lots of volunteers.
This is where the volunteers came in, and they kept pounding their legislators.
And we have finally overcome a lot of problems.
And I'd be remiss if I didn't say there was a tremendous difference between Between the House and the Senate leadership of last year versus this year under Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones and Speaker John Burns, they have actually been so much easier to work with and so much supportive than the people that we had in the previous session.
So we're pretty excited.
You know, we still have the machines.
That's bad.
And we're not giving up on that.
There's a whole lot more things that we could talk about in another show about what's wrong with the machines.
So that's still in place.
And we're not doing publicly recorded handcaps.
But we do have all these provisions that are going in for the 2024 election.
And I think that will prevent the cheating that has happened.
You know, it occurred in 2020.
So we have like nine minutes left, but I want to talk really quick about the QR code because that will go away, not for the presidential election this year, but it will go away.
And to me, that means a whole lot.
And I know my dad worked really hard to get rid of that QR code.
And I spoke to legislators all over the state about the QR code.
And they're like, what's the big deal?
I mean, it's crazy because they don't they have to know everything.
They're making law about everything, every aspect of our lives.
And so elections is one piece.
And so they're not the elections experts.
Even though they're voting, our legislators are not the elections experts.
There are very few of them that fully understand a tenth of what we understand.
They just don't.
And so they're asking me, like, Candace, really, what's the big deal?
I'm like, well, the big deal is that, yeah, we could count the paper and get the right answer.
For example, if you go in and you vote for Candace Taylor, and I'm running against Garland Favorito for Secretary of State, and you vote for me, but they want Garland to be Secretary of State, then they just change it from option one to option two, and it'll print Candace Taylor, and you can see that, but in that QR code that you scan in, it actually gives Candace Taylor's vote to Garland Favorito.
And there's nothing you can do about it.
And when they won't let you count the paper after the election, they refuse to allow you because you're not within a half a percent of victory, margin of victory, then you never get to count it and see that, no, the paper actually said that Candace got 65% of the vote.
She didn't get it.
The other, the 35%, the Garland Guide.
And so really, Garland Guide, you know, whatever.
So if we do not get rid of these QR codes, then it's so easy to cheat.
It's like a flip like that.
Like there's nothing to it.
All they have to do is move the names around.
It would still print the same.
And so the voter would be, they would know beyond the notice to the voter.
And so I would explain that to them and explain that over and over and over.
So I was doing my part.
I was doing my part.
But finally, it clicked in their head.
They're not going to shut up about these QR codes until we get rid of the QR code.
And I think Javon Pulsar did the best job in the Georgia hearings that we had after the 2020 election of debunking the QR code.
Like, we got to get rid of this.
Well, exactly.
And the votes are accumulated in the QR code, not what you saw.
And that's the bottom line of the issue.
And that's why it's unverifiable to the voter.
And Senate Bill 189 does ban that.
I'm glad you mentioned that because I forgot to mention that because I think that's maybe...
Arguably, maybe one of the single most important things that we got passed.
But the thing that's interesting about this, I was disappointed that they didn't implement that for 2024.
The Secretary of State was pushing back hard on doing that and said they couldn't do it.
I wonder why.
I wonder why.
I wonder why they pushed back.
I mean, not because it's the presidential year and we might have to move votes around.
Surely not.
And the one good thing about it, actually, too, of the delay, you know, Secretary of State wants to patch this existing machine.
And there's many, many more problems, which I don't even have time to talk about today on the show.
But there's many, many reasons why we don't want to patch this existing machine.
So that's one thing.
We'll have more time to argue that it needs to be completely replaced.
And then the second thing that I think is really important is that it sends a message to every other state that QR code voting is unacceptable for voters in the state of Georgia, and it should be unacceptable for your voters as well.
And that's going to put tremendous pressure on the voting system vendors because the most used machines, the ones that they are banking on and they have the most profit margins on, are the QR-coded voting systems, and that's specifically the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 system, as well as the ES&S ExpressVote.
So basically what the Georgia legislature is saying, sorry, those two systems are unacceptable for use in the state of Georgia.
So I'm really excited about that and how that's going to play out nationally in the near future.
And you know what?
I'm listening to this whole show, and I know my viewers are going to think this as well, is we have all these issues.
And of course, we know what our end goal is, is total, fair, and secure legal elections.
But we're chipping away, right?
You're making goals.
If we could do this, this, and this, and we can get this, this, and this, it's a win.
And this is a win.
And this is a win.
This is a win.
And so we're in a much better place now.
In November of 2024 than we were in May of 2022 when I ran or November of 2020 whenever I ran for Senate and when President Trump ran the last time.
We're in so much better place.
People do not understand.
Do I have total faith in the system?
Absolutely not.
Because I've seen all these issues.
For example, and Garland, we got about five minutes, but I... One thing that people, and this didn't happen in my county, but it happened in other counties, was people getting 999 as their score, their score, listen to me, their voter count.
So 999, 999, and then the other person got a random number.
So the two top winners were both 999.
So then I started looking, and I started looking at other commissioner races across the state, and do you know there were several that got 999?
Weird numbers, just odd.
And I mean, I just don't believe in coincidences.
So it's just odd to me.
And I started researching that and then looking at the percentage 71% win, 29% loss, and seeing that percentage over and over and over and even in the The Republican primary in 2022, that was several people there that were statewide winners that had right at that same level.
It just is odd.
Odd percentages.
I'm so sick of seeing these anomalies that are mathematically impossible, that are fluke things that we're supposed to accept as reality.
And people that, you know, received 40-something percent last election, but maybe they ran three times and they got 20-something percent one time and they got 40-something percent the next time.
And this time they get 15 percent.
That's not normal.
Nothing happened.
Not a scandal.
Nothing happened.
This kind of thing happened in counties all across Georgia.
So do I feel 100 percent like we're good?
No.
But we're so much better than we were.
Yeah, and a great example of that, Candace, is that in Brad Ravensburger's primary, he was polling 18 to 39 percent back in May 2022.
Up until the day of the election, suddenly the machines rang up 51 percent of the vote.
And they found out the only race that was actually audited in that primary was the DeKalb County race where the system declared the wrong winners in that commission race.
And the only reason that that was audited is because the candidate, Michelle Long Spears, got zero votes in the precinct where she and her husband lived and voted.
So in spite of all that, Secretary of State is still threatening DeKalb County not to audit any other races after they found that error, and he even refused to audit his own race.
That sounds like corruption to me.
Well, and just a fun fact, you know, we did affidavits for my race for governor, and I have precincts all over the state where I have affidavits of people that voted for me where I got no votes.
So, same thing.
It's just a statewide campaign is really hard to prove fraud, but we know I had a perfect 5% of Kemp's total the entire night, all the while the results were being released.
Almost like he got all my votes and I got 5% of the total.
Odd.
So we just, these percentages, they don't lie, and they don't, they may be fake, but they're not lying when they're so out there.
It just doesn't make sense.
And we're going to question it.
We have a brain.
We're going to question it.
And they can think we're conspiracy theorists.
They can think whatever they want to.
We've proven it over and over again, and we're going to continue to prove it over and over again until we get fair, legal, secure elections.
Absolutely.
And we're totally committed to that.
Not giving up.
We are winning and we are going to carry this initiative over the finish line successfully, one way or another.
So tell everybody, I want you to tell everybody how they can reach you, how to volunteer, all those things.
We've put up your website the whole time we've been on here and that kind of thing, but just if you'll tell them what you need if you're raising money right now for a suit or whatever you need.
It's VoterGA.org, Candace.
Thank you for that.
There are several different ways you can get involved.
You can go to VoterGA.org to the Volunteer tab, and you can volunteer.
You get an automatic invitation to our call every Saturday morning.
That's one way to do it.
Just fill out a little bit of information.
The other way to do it is you can text the word TRUTH to 404-777-0067 and that will give you a couple of prompts again you can set up for a volunteer there's no obligation you do get an invitation note to our call and the other thing of course that you can do that helps us out is to donate we are 501c3 Non-partisan,
non-profit, and most importantly, we're all volunteers.
So we don't take salaries out of voter GA. All that money goes to legal defense and all of our support efforts for our legal initiatives that we've already talked about.
So one of the things that we do need a significant amount of money to do is We're going to get the ballots for a lot of the 2020 and 2022 elections we've submitted as of July 1st.
We're submitting the open records request to get ballots from around the state so that we can verify 2020 and 22 so that we can make sure that we can fix anything that we need to fix in time for 2024, maybe through a state election board rule or whatever.
So those are the initiatives.
We do always need funds, and thank you for mentioning that to the listeners.
I just really feel like there are people that are just going to have accidents in their pants when they realize you can request those ballots.
It's going to be a shocker!
I'm anxious to see what excuse they're going to come up with for not giving us these ballots now that the law is finally on our side and not theirs.
I'm going to need everybody to donate.
I don't care if it's $25.
You know, we spend $50 to go to the fast food now.
It's insane.
And we understand how times are hard, but we just sow in good ground and God will bless you back a hundred times what you give.
You cannot out give him.
You know that.
So if you will please donate.
I'll donate.
Y'all donate.
Even if it's $25, every little bit helps.
Every little bit helps, especially with ORRs.
They're very expensive.
I've spent thousands out of my pocket this year on ORRs myself.
So if you will just give to VoterGA.org, I will be so thankful.
Garland will be so thankful.
And we want to have you back, Garland, and we will talk about the machines.
So if that's what y'all want to hear, comment on this video or comment.
Send Garland an email.
Tell him.
Email me.
Let us know what you want specifically answered that we didn't answer today.
We didn't leave it off on purpose.
And we will schedule another interview and we'll have Garland on again and we will go more in depth wherever you want us to go.
That sounds great, Candice.
Thank you so much.
Thank you.
I enjoyed the interview.
Yes, me too.
Thank you for coming.
I'll see y'all next week on the St.
Peters Network.
I love you.
God bless you.
you.
God bless America.
Remember 2019 and a gallon of gas was $2.60 and a dozen eggs cost like a buck 40 and a pound of beef was maybe $3.00.
But now, gas is $3.66, eggs cost almost $4, and beef is like $5.00.
But that's not because food is getting more expensive.
And there's a number at the bottom of the screen and there's a URL and you can click either one of those too.
And you can go to their website, you can call them, and you can take your money that you have now and ensure that it is worth the same amount when you invest in gold and silver.
Gold and silver are the only things, the only things that have stood the test of time.
You've worked really hard for your money.
I work really hard for my money and we do not want the irresponsibility of this federal government and the choices they're making to harm us and take our money and make it worth nothing.
So invest today in gold and silver.
We offer discounts.
There's all kinds of advantages to using GoldCo.
