Millstone Report w Paul Harrell: Debate DISASTER, Biden Could STILL "WIN", Deep State DEMORALIZATION
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Thank you.
Thank you.
I think you're able to make every single solitary person eligible for what I've been able to do with the COVID.
Excuse me, dealing with everything we have to do with, look, if we finally beat Medicare, we're finally providing housing for black Americans.
The impact on the choice, the idea that they're going to...
I'm not proposing that everybody, they pay...
the millionaires pay 1%.
One percent.
So no one after...
I've not raised the cost of Social Security for anybody.
I got my handicap, which when I was Vice President, down to a six.
And I want to get rid of the ability of Medicare for the ability for us to be able to negotiate drug raising with the big pharma companies.
What I'm going to do is fix the taxes.
For example, we have a thousand trillionaires in America.
I mean, billionaires in America.
No one was hurt.
One Israeli was accidentally killed, and it stopped.
And I'm going to continue to move until we get the total ban on the total initiative relative to what we're going to do with more Border Patrol and more asylum officers.
The total initiative relative to what we're going to do with more Border Patrol and more asylum officers.
President Trump?
I really don't know what he said at the end of this.
I don't think he knows what he said either.
Look, we had the safest border in the history of our country.
All he had to do was leave it.
All he had to do was leave it.
Joe, you did such a great job.
You answered every question.
You knew all the facts.
And let me ask the crowd, what did Trump do?
What?
Some of them.
He said he's the only president in a while who didn't have any troops dying anywhere in the world.
Troops have, of course, died on his watch.
He said he's put in a $15 per shot cap on insulin and Medicare.
It's a $35 a month cap.
He said it's a $200 cap on overall drug spending and Medicare.
It's $2,000 a year.
He said the border now has fewer crossings than when Trump was in office.
That's generally not true.
He said, or at least strongly suggested, unemployment was at 15%, When he took office, it was actually 6.4.
He said Trump wants to get rid of Social Security.
Trump doesn't.
He said billionaires pay 8.2% in taxes.
It's much higher.
He said Trump told Americans to inject bleach amid COVID. We know Trump made foolish comments about scientists studying disinfectant injection, but didn't frame it as advice to people.
And Biden said the Border Patrol endorsed him.
No, its union supported the border bill he'd supported never endorsed him himself.
The whole time the split screen is killing Biden.
Because he's got his mouth open, he looks confused, doesn't know where he is.
He's lost his train of thought at least twice in disastrous shape.
Those are going to be played a billion times in viral video after viral video.
This is an epic disaster.
I see people online saying, well, okay, that answer wasn't so bad.
No, any particular answer doesn't matter at all.
This thing is over.
He looks like he's Barely surviving.
I don't mean the debate, I mean life.
And so there's no person that has a single brain cell left in their head who thinks that Joe Biden is the best candidate to take on Donald Trump.
You would have to be even crazier than Donald Trump to think that.
This thing is over, over, I'll guarantee you this.
Show me a Democratic politician and I will bet them any amount of money.
That Joe Biden's going to lose this election if he's the candidate.
It's a guaranteed loss.
You're telling me this is the most important election of our lifetimes.
You're telling me that democracy is on the line and you're going to put on a guy who can't even talk, who can't even sit there and look normal.
This thing's a bloodbath.
He's going to get annihilated.
That is okay.
Now the Democrats have to decide, are they happy to lose?
Are they willing to lose?
Because this is a guaranteed loss.
This is so much worse than my worst nightmares of what it could be like in every way.
The visual stuff is obvious, the staring off, the looking down, It looks terrible.
His voice is so utterly weak and feeble.
And honestly, that immediately hits you when you see him.
But what he says and what he doesn't say on the most important core issues of the election are even worse.
Trump won on abortion in the debate.
Trump comes out of the January 6th stuff looking fine.
He comes out of the criminal conviction stuff looking fine.
Joe Biden looks worse on democracy after that.
He looks worse on criminality after that.
After his performance, it has really set off panic.
There was one Democratic congressman I was in touch with who was on Capitol Hill at a watch party with a number of other lawmakers.
And that moment, early on in the debate where President Biden was talking about the national debt, And seemed to lose his train of thought, paused for several seconds, and then gave a confusing answer.
He said that when that happened, the entire room was just completely silent and in shock, and that this member's own reaction was that he wanted to jump off of a bridge.
And he said that throughout the course of the 90 minutes of the debate, he and the other lawmakers in the room felt like Donald Trump looked young, And Joe Biden looked old and that Donald Trump seemed to mostly be on the offensive and that Joe Biden seemed to be mostly on the defense.
Democrats, he said, are just panicked right now and don't even know what to do.
I mean, these are some really devastating reviews for a Biden campaign that really wanted to use tonight to dispel this notion that President Biden is too old for a second term.
And he told me, he said, I don't want to go in there because they're a bunch of losers and suckers.
My son was not a loser, was not a sucker.
You're the sucker.
You're the loser.
Right now, as we speak, there is a deep, a wide, and a very aggressive panic in the Democratic Party.
It started minutes into the debate, and it continues right now.
It involves party strategists, it involves elected officials, it involves fundraisers.
And they're having conversations about the president's performance, which they think was dismal, which they think will hurt other people down the party in the ticket, and they're having conversations about what they should do about it.
Some of those conversations include, should we go to the White House and ask the president to step aside?
Others are other of the conversations are about should prominent Democrats go public with that call because they feel this debate was so terrible.
They do say in moments in the debate later the president got better and got his footing.
But then at the end even his closing statement was a little halting.
The contrast between the two candidates.
John King has described a panic inside the Democratic Party right now because of President Biden's performance in tonight's debate.
He's been hearing from Democratic lawmakers and others around the country.
Some within your own party are wondering if President Biden should even step aside.
What do you say to that?
Listen, first of all, what we saw tonight is the president making a very clear contrast with Donald Trump on all of the issues that matter to the American people.
Yes, there was a slow start, but it was a strong finish.
And what became very clear through the course of the night is that Joe Biden is fighting on behalf of the American people.
Alright, more on that later.
I think you'll have to excuse me if you're not a fan of the long video clip montage intro, but after what happened last night, I really didn't know how else to start the show.
At this point, I'm not reporting to you any breaking news.
I mean, unless you've been living under a rock, then you saw the train wreck last night for the Biden campaign.
It was also a train wreck for America and really the free world.
Well, at this point, the free world is really just a dictatorship.
More on that sad reality here in just a moment.
Remember back when the special counsel that was assigned to investigate whether Joe Biden mishandled classified docs?
You remember that guy?
You know the same thing that Biden indicted President-in-exile Donald Trump for?
Well, the special counsel came back in February and reported that he was not going to charge Biden in the classified documents scandal because he's too old and too incompetent to stand trial.
And when that report came out, media sources on the right, like me, crowed.
Well, if he's not fit to stand trial for his crimes, then how can he be mentally fit to occupy the White House?
And also remember, too, that when that happened, liberal press outlets rushed to defend Biden's competency and claimed that Republicans were distorting the special counsel's report.
Here is this headline from USA Today back on February 21st of this year.
The fact check, of course, was a lie, which is what all fact checks are from the mainstream media at this point.
But the special counsel specifically cited Biden's diminished capacities as the reason why he could not stand trial because he's got a poor memory.
And after last night, that report, others like it, those running interference for Biden and his mental capacity, those circling the wagons for Biden and his dementia, those reports have not aged well.
But the question all of us need to be asking ourselves, in light of last night's train wreck of a debate performance, is what has changed?
Why has the media turned on Biden?
Why did the media, in particular CNN, set this whole thing up in the first place?
Now one possibility is that the media and the DNC, and there's obviously a Venn diagram there where they certainly intersect, DC insiders and the media, they know Joe Biden is completely bonkers.
And some set something like this up because they're essentially demanding a new candidate.
They wanted to take out Joe Biden's political career once and for all by just showing everybody how demented he really is.
However, the Democratic National Committee's delegates are already pledged to Joe Biden.
He won them.
So, from my understanding, and I could be wrong, but the only way that they can put out a new candidate as the Democratic nominee...
It's if Joe Biden relinquishes those delegates.
An idea that may not be that hard, actually.
You just kind of grab his hand and, I don't know, make him sign something?
I don't know.
Or you just have to get Jill Biden, Dr.
Jill convinced that this elder abuse needs to end.
You may also have to convince Barack Obama, though.
Obama may be a harder sell because he is currently enjoying his unofficial third term in office without having to take any heat from his America last policies and planned American decline and demographic replacement.
He doesn't have to answer for any of that.
Excuse me.
It's a dream for Obama, quite frankly.
But there could be, and hear me out now, there could be a completely different political play in the works.
What if Biden continues his drug-fueled campaign and refuses to drop out?
And what if he wins?
I mean, they stole it in 2020.
We all know that.
And with the lack of substantive changes and corrective measures at the state level, we know that they can steal it again.
They know they can steal it again, or at least try to.
And I'm not entirely ruling out, hear me, I'm not entirely ruling out the too big to rig strategy.
But...
What the country in the world witnessed last night was a disaster.
And today, at virtually every business place in America, people are hanging out around water coolers and they're talking about what happened last night.
They're talking about the train wreck.
They're talking about our country.
They're talking about who we used to be.
They're talking about who we've become.
And they're talking about basically how Joe Biden is a visual representation of the entire U.S. government system and how it exists to hate its own people and dismiss the popular will of the people every chance it gets.
Okay, so back in the 70s, President Jimmy Carter once talked about an American malaise that had taken hold.
It was a terrible political mistake for Carter to do this.
Carter was blaming the American people for his own policies and mistakes that resulted in terrible economic conditions.
But this time, thanks to Biden's performance last night, thanks to the economy, thanks to World War III looming and criminal corruption by our leaders that goes unpunished, blatant, out in the open, corruption that goes totally unpunished, there really is a national belace that has taken hold.
However, most people this morning are extremely hopeful.
They think that this malaise is going to end.
And I actually, I pray it does.
I know you're praying that it does.
But after last night's debate performance, most people today think there is no chance Joe Biden wins after last night's performance.
I mean, you just heard Cenk Uygur saying the same.
I mean, that's what he says.
He's a big progressive.
He thinks it's over.
And I'm telling you that if they cheat again and Biden is declared the winner, It would be the most single demoralizing event in American history.
The American dictatorship will be full mask off at that point, and I think that's a possibility.
We need to prepare for it.
I think even after what happened last night, which was the worst debate performance in American history, maybe world history, Biden could still win this thing.
Remember that electoral politics, folks, is theater, okay?
This is theater.
That's why they call it a debate performance, because there's a theatrical component to all of this.
And the communists know this.
And the communists who want to see their color revolution be fully realized love to demoralize and manipulate people's emotions.
They want to break us.
They want to break the American spirit.
And we're not going to let them.
With that said, though, we've got a lot more to talk about.
Let's pick up where we left off.
Here's Kamala Extract Harris, for all of you Battlestar Galactic fans out there, sparring with Anderson Cooper after Biden's disastrous debate performance.
Substance on policy on performance.
Joe Biden is extraordinarily strong.
I'm sorry, on substance and policy and performance tonight, I mean, the president's performance tonight clearly was disappointing for his supporters.
CNN is reporting Democratic lawmakers watching the debate were worried about the president's performance.
One said it was a disaster, another called it a train wreck.
Those are Democrats especially worried that Biden did not punch back on Trump's lies.
Listen, people can debate on style points, but ultimately this election and who is the President of the United States has to be about substance.
And the contrast is clear.
Look at what happened during the course of the debate.
Donald Trump lied over and over and over again, as he is wont to do.
He would not disavow what happened on January 6th.
He would not give a clear answer on whether he would stand by the election results this November.
He went back and forth about where he stands on one of the most critical issues of freedom in America, which is the right of women to make decisions about their own body.
He has been completely ambiguous and all over the place about where he stands on that issue, despite the fact that he hand-selected Three members of the United States Supreme Court with the intention that they would undo the protections of Roe v.
Wade.
And that's exactly what they did.
And just three years ago, we commemorated the two year anniversary of Dobbs, wherein women across our country have been denied emergency health care.
All that may be true.
All that may be true.
But the president of the United States was not able to to put make that case to Donald Trump on the stage tonight.
I mean, you debated against I mean, that's certainly true, is it not?
The point has to be performance in terms of what a president does.
A president who incites an insurrection against the Capitol.
But I got the point that you're making about a one and a half hour debate tonight.
I'm talking about three and a half years of performance in work that has been historic.
But is that the man who we saw?
It's a performance that's not him.
He's not the one in charge.
He's not the one making the decision.
The other guy on the debate stage...
The person that you saw in the debate stage that has, for the last three and a half years, up until today, performed in a way that has been about whether it be in the Oval Office, negotiating bipartisan deals, So that we have an infrastructure, a real infrastructure plan where we're putting trillions of dollars on the streets of America to upgrade our infrastructure.
Whether it be the person I see in the Oval Office who is meeting with heads of the military and the intelligence community and in the situation...
I mean, she's not doing herself the person who's meeting with the heads of the intelligence community?
You mean this guy, right?
And he told me, he said, I don't want to go in there because they're a bunch of losers and suckers.
My son was not a loser, he was not a sucker.
You're the sucker.
You're the loser.
I mean, that's the guy meeting with foreign leaders?
I mean, it's really funny that they're trying to sell it.
...ensuring the safety of America.
The person I see in Joe Biden on the world stage convening world leaders who often ask for his advice, most recently just during the G7 conference.
So I'm not going to spend all night with you talking about the last 90 minutes.
When I've been watching the last three and a half years of performance.
But this was a debate that your campaign wanted.
You pushed for this debate at this moment.
I mean, you can't honestly say...
I mean, can you say that you are not concerned at all having watched the president's performance tonight?
It was a slow start.
That's obvious to everyone.
I'm not going to debate that point.
Man, the cope is real.
I do want to park here for a second, though.
This right here is just hilarious.
And I tweeted about this earlier.
I mean, come on.
This was Chris Mueller back in February.
No, special counsel didn't declare Joe Biden mentally unfit to stand trial.
And now we all know the truth.
We all know.
I mean, we all already knew, but now everybody's admitting it.
So really and truly, this is just the media.
What CNN and the media have done is they've...
Well, you know, they've basically lifted their iron curtain on Biden's mental...
I mean, again, you could even say this is another example of a conspiracy theory coming true, right?
The media says, no, you're a liar, no, Joe Biden's perfectly fine, until they admit that, no, actually, he is a dementia patient.
You're right.
It's only taken six months, or maybe in this case two years, or maybe four years.
You've got to keep in mind, remember he ran his campaign last time from a basement.
Nobody really saw him.
There was that one debate, and then it was all over.
But these headlines, there's plenty of them.
You go look.
Go look at the headlines from back in February, and they're rich, man.
They are really interesting, where they're saying, hey...
There's nothing wrong with Joe Biden.
Joe Biden's, man, he's sharp as a tack.
This guy's fantastic.
Now, hey, look, we're not going to focus this entire show on Biden's terrible debate performance because we're also going to be critical of President Trump.
What he said about the abortion pill is disgusting to me, and we're going to talk about that here in just a moment.
I don't want you to misunderstand what's going on, but...
There's something at play here, and I'm telling you, the demoralization aspect of it needs to be considered because Joe Biden could very well end up winning another four years in office.
And I'm telling you, that's what the puppet masters want, because they're actually able to get their message out, they're able to get their policies out, and they actually aren't ever held accountable for it, right?
You're going to hold an old man?
You know?
You're going to hold an old man accountable?
A dementia patient?
It's really wild.
The fact that he is that feeble, that frail, that demented is really...
When you just stop and think about it, several, several weeks ago we were playing you the viral Pastor John MacArthur clip talking about what happens when God judges a nation, and one of those judgments can be abandonment, and he compared it to Samson, who assumed, even after his hair was cut off and he was being bound by the Philistines, he assumed that God was with him and that he still had his strength, and he was going to do like he had done all those other times.
And the Bible says that he was wrong.
Samson thought the Lord was with him, but wasn't.
That's a perfect analogy for this country.
The Lord was not with him.
So we have been abandoned, right?
And we think that we're still strong.
That's why you have all these people that still think we can win in a war against Russia and Israel and China and now North Korea.
All at the same time, and Iran, I'm sorry, not Israel, I meant to say a war in the Middle East, so war against Iran, Taiwan, you know, Russia, or China, rather.
Sorry, I'm getting confused.
But that's the whole idea of we assume that we're still the United States of the 1990s, right?
We assume we have leaders that are intelligent, and yet Joe Biden being in office, being so corrupt, being completely unable to talk, is us being judged for being a wicked nation.
That's what I think, anyway.
Look at what's going on.
Okay, so let's go a few hot takes here.
Oh, well, we're going to talk about J6, big victory, big J6 victory with the Supreme Court.
We're going to do that later in the show.
What do we have here and here?
Okay, so we're going to talk about this, Ben Ziesloft, with this tweet.
Keep in mind, during the debate, we have zero anti-abortion parties in the United States.
Both support legal abortion.
Democrats support legal abortion for everyone.
Republicans support legal abortion as long as the mother is murdering the baby.
Both positions are deeply satanic.
Christians must oppose child sacrifice for all parties involved and consistently call for our own lawmakers to criminalize child sacrifice without exception or compromise.
May the Lord grant our nation repentance for staining our land with innocent blood, the blood of children.
We're going to talk about this post.
We're going to talk about what Trump said about abortion here in just a moment.
This was an interesting moment.
Do we have this clip?
Trump destroying Biden on abortion.
Let's see here.
Trump blasts him on the border.
I think this is it right here.
And this is actually a clip from Alex Jones' coverage of it last night.
He decided to open up our border, open up our country to people that are From prisons, people that are from mental institutions, insane asylum, terrorists.
We have the largest number of terrorists coming into our country right now, all terrorists, all over the world, not just in South America, all over the world.
They come from the Middle East, everywhere, all over the world, they're pouring in.
And this guy just left it open.
And he didn't need legislation, because I didn't have legislation.
I said, close the border.
We had the safest border in history.
In that final couple of months of my presidency, we had, according to Border Patrol, who was great, and by the way, who endorsed me for president, but I won't say that, but they endorsed me for president.
Brandon, just speak to him.
But look, we had the safest border in history.
Now we have the worst border in history.
There's never been anything like it.
And people are dying all over the place, including the people that are coming up in character.
So it's clear that when Trump, you know, Trump certainly just stuck.
I mean...
I was talking to a guy about this earlier before we came on the air and he was saying, yeah, you know, Trump could have kind of blown up and he didn't.
It's like, yeah, Trump didn't have to.
I mean, he's debating somebody who's mentally not even there.
Like, cognitively he's not there.
I mean, is Joe Biden, I mean, at this point, is he even sentient?
I mean, he's maybe barely a sentient being at this point.
Um, and so all Trump does is just basically, for the most part, he just sticks to the issues, the border, right?
He attempts to politically disarm the left on their abortion, you know, on their abortion fear, which, again, as far as I'm concerned, they should be afraid because we do want to end child sacrifice.
At least I want to end child sacrifice.
I know the Uniparty does it.
They think they have to let, you know, the pink-haired, purple-haired women in the blue states murder their children in order to win elections.
And that's what Trump even said.
Again, we'll talk about that here in just a minute.
But we do have some takes here.
Okay, so Patrick Beck, David.
Jake Tapper.
Let's go here.
Jake Tapper.
Can you guys?
Okay.
And Dana Bash.
They seem like they can't wait for this to end.
He says, it makes me think.
They haven't interrupted Trump once.
This was fascinating to me.
Everybody expected this debate to be way more rigged than it was.
They haven't debated on behalf of Biden once, right?
They haven't corrected Trump once.
Either they're embarrassed, they've accepted it's done, or they know something else no one else knows about.
We all know the entire establishment is not happy tonight.
This is embarrassing to say the least.
This can't be fixed.
There will be an emergency meeting tonight if it hasn't already happened.
So, again, this goes in line with the first theory we told you, the monologue, that this was all about ending Joe Biden's political career, showing the Democrats, hey, look, there's just no way this guy's it.
It's not it at all.
Now, could they be Gavin Newsom's surrogance?
I don't know.
Newsom was asked what he thinks about Biden, and he said this.
Are you going to be the next Democratic nominee?
No, our nominee is Joe Biden.
I'm looking forward to voting for him in November.
He's going to be our nominee.
Because you know that everyone we're talking about you as a possible nominee now.
Thanks.
Are you enjoying it?
We're going up here.
Yeah.
So he says, no, no, no.
Joe Biden's still it.
I guess this was after the debate concluded.
And who knows?
Then we have these.
I mean, it's just blowing up everywhere.
We have these memes, which essentially is showing you the reality of the situation.
Yeah, we did it.
Yeah, but we're pulling the plug now.
So there is that.
What else do we have?
Over here, this was actually funny.
Trump's been indicted again for murdering an elderly man on CNN for all to see.
In that sense, the Young Turks is right.
They're right.
This is just going to continue to spread all the way through the Sunday shows.
I know I'm now talking in the D.C. lingo and everything inside the Beltway, but now this is going to accumulate all weekend until the Sunday shows, so they very well may try to replace him.
I'm not so sure.
Here's a war clandestine.
It's over for Biden.
However, this concerns me because now the deep state are backed into a corner.
Now they only have four months to prop up a new candidate or they'll do something drastic like direct war with Russia or another pandemic.
A desperate enemy is a dangerous one.
This is possible as well.
However, I'm just telling you, and I'm wrong about a lot of things, I don't think them replacing Biden is a foregone conclusion.
I'm telling you, there may be an effort to completely demoralize the country and just give him four more years.
It is a possibility.
It really is.
And so this is, again, that same theory, though.
Things we know, the insiders knew Biden was like this.
They didn't have to agree to a debate at all.
They certainly didn't have to propose and show up for the earliest debate in history.
So they could have let this draw out until, you know, August, September, October.
So they humiliated Biden deliberately, but only after the primary voters get no say, yet early enough for pre-convention for the insiders to pick his successor before the fall campaign.
This has been the plan for a long time.
Again, that argument makes a lot of sense.
I can see how it makes a lot of sense.
I know that's what everyone is saying in the wake of all this.
I'm not so sure.
Scott Ritter, former United Nations weapons inspector.
Same thing.
CNN assassinated Joe Biden's candidacy.
This was a setup from the start.
The Democrats were incapable of terminating Biden.
CNN did the job for them.
The elder abuse has to come to an end.
Maybe America can be saved from a commander-in-chief who long ago lost control of his senses.
Again, that very well could be the case.
It very well could.
And then, of course, the CNN poll.
67% to 33% say that Donald Trump won the CNN poll.
And then, when we come back, we're going to take a break.
When we come back, we're going to talk about how some people that are so used to the media just not being neutral journalists, they couldn't handle the left, could not handle the moderators not stepping in to save Biden.
Again, maybe that was all part of the plan.
I don't know.
We'll have to wait and see.
We're going to take a break back here in just a moment.
moment, don't go anywhere. don't go anywhere.
A gallon of gas was $2.60.
A dozen eggs cost $1.40, and a pound of beef was $3.00.
But now, gas is $3.66, eggs cost $3- $4, and beef is almost $5.00.
But that's not because food is getting more expensive.

This is the Millstone Report.
And as always, we're going to tell you about the Bearded Sergeant Coffee Company.
They're veteran-owned and they are operated here in the United States.
They import coffee beans from around the world, though.
Then they roast them back home here in the U.S. They also donate a portion of the profits of every bag sold to Homes for Our Troops.
Homes for Our Troops is a publicly funded 501c3 nonprofit organization that builds and donates specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-9-11 veterans to enable them to rebuild their lives.
At the Bearded Sergeant Coffee Company, they're committed to providing high-quality coffee beans while making a difference in the lives of other people.
Costa Rican coffee beans have a bright, pleasant acidity and flavor notes of citrus and tropical fruits.
And with a higher caffeine content, this makes the perfect cup of coffee for breakfast or a good pick-me-up.

Anyway, I'm giving away some Left Wing Will games.
Because I'm turning 40.
Does that make sense?
I don't know.
It still doesn't really make sense to me, but whatever.

Hope you enjoy the game.
I think you really, truly will.
Alright, now we're going to talk about...
Trump's abortion comments.
And again, Zyzeloft posting this one with a two-drag and saying, look, there's no major political party in the country that doesn't believe in abortion in some way, shape, or form.
So let's listen to them.
Again, I was disappointed on his position by the abortion pill, the recent Supreme Court decision, but let's take a listen.
This is the first presidential election since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.
Wade.
This morning, the court ruled on yet another abortion case temporarily allowing emergency abortions to continue in Idaho despite that state's restrictive ban.
Former President Trump You take credit for the decision to overturn Roe v Wade, which returned the issue of abortion to the states.
Correct.
However, the federal government still plays a role in whether or not women have access to abortion pills.
They're used in about two-thirds of all abortions.
As president, would you block abortion medication?
First of all, the Supreme Court just approved the abortion bill, and I agree with their decision to have done that, and I will not block it.
And if you look at this whole question that you're asking, complex but not really complex.
Fifty-one years ago, You had Roe v.
Wade and everybody wanted to get it back to the states.
Everybody, without exception.
Democrats, Republicans, liberals, conservatives.
Everybody wanted it back.
Religious leaders.
And what I did is I put three great Supreme Court justices on the court and they happened to vote in favor of killing Roe v.
Wade and moving it back to the states.
This is something that everybody wanted.
Now, ten years ago or so, they started talking about how many weeks and how many this and getting into other things.
But every legal scholar throughout the world, the most respected, wanted it brought back to the states.
I did that.
Now the states are working it out.
If you look at Ohio, it was a decision that was an end result.
It was a little bit more liberal than you would have thought.
Kansas, I would say the same thing.
Texas is different.
Florida is different.
But they're all making their own decisions right now.
And right now, the states control it.
That's the vote of the people.
Like Ronald Reagan, I believe in the exceptions.
I am a person that believes.
And frankly, I think it's important to believe in the exceptions.
Some people, you have to follow your heart.
Some people don't believe in that.
But I believe in the exceptions for rape incest and the life of the mother.
I think it's very important.
Some people don't.
Follow your heart.
But you have to get elected also.
Because that has to do with other things.
You've got to get elected.
The problem they have is they're radical.
Alright, let's stop right there.
And we'll back it up because what he says next is important.
Got to get elected.
So he is in keeping with what he said weeks and weeks ago, right before the Arizona Supreme Court said, hey, this old territorial law is going to criminalize abortion.
And he got out in front of that story, probably knew it was going to happen is my thought, and saying, hey, look, we're going to take this issue away from the Democrats because they're afraid that they will lose if they don't allow women to sacrifice and murder their kids.
And Trump thinks winning an election, he thinks that's going to help him win.
And he thinks winning the election is important, I guess, to be president of a nation that slaughters babies in some states more than others in a country.
And of course, the abortion pill is a whole thing.
I mean, a whole other issue.
According to reports, she said two-thirds of abortions now are done with the pill.
They've made Walgreens.
In CVS, basically your neighborhood planned parenthood clinics.
And women are still choosing to murder their babies and it's a travesty and it needs to be criminalized and we need to stand up and we need to stand against this human sacrifice.
You know, instead of a ziggurat, we're sacrificing in pharmacies.
It's frustrating.
It really is frustrating.
What this shows is it's really a wake-up call to where the Overton window is.
The Overton window is where the pro-life movement wants it.
The pro-life movement is becoming the pro-choice movement.
And right now, in the pro-life movement, they're still stuck in between these goalposts, which don't even mention the fact that women should not have a special right, a special status to be able to murder their children, and nobody else can.
Not that I want anybody else to be able to murder them, but it doesn't make any sense.
And they're rejecting that.
So they're still in the, well, they want to rip the baby out of the womb at nine months, and that's horrible.
We just want to kill it when it's, you know, just a clump of cells.
Right.
And so, anyway, back to this debate.
It's for rape, incest, and the life of the mother.
I think it's very important.
Some people don't follow your heart, but you have to get elected also.
He's saying the follow your heart part to his base, to those of us who are abolitionists.
He's trying to say that, I guess, as some sort of olive branch.
Like, hey, you know, you're still welcome.
Your input is still welcome here.
And that is true.
In a Trump administration, there will be room for abolitionists to work in that administration and within those comments.
There's no question that that is true.
But, man, come on.
It's evil, man.
It's just you can't get around it.
You cannot get around the fact that taking an innocent life is taking an innocent life.
And there's no way around that.
There's no way to avoid the elephant in the room, no pun intended.
Because that has to do with other things.
You've got to get elected.
The problem they have is they're radical because they will take the life of a child in the eighth month, the ninth month, and even after birth.
After birth, if you look at the former governor of Virginia, he was willing to do this.
He said, we'll put the baby aside and we'll determine what we do with the baby, meaning we'll kill the baby.
What happened is we brought it back to the states and the country is now coming together on this issue.
It's been a great thing.
So again, President Trump, what did Biden have to say about Roe vs.
Wade?
Let's listen to that.
Do you support any legal limits on how late a woman should be able to...
My goodness, look at his face.
Look at his face.
This was like most of the night.
It's just incredible.
I still can't believe it.
I was watching the debate last night with my mouth.
I was imitating this man.
I was watching the debate with my mouth wide open because I couldn't believe what I was watching.
Unbelievable.
Okay, alright.
Sorry I had to just comment there.
It looks absolutely like a senile old man.
Do you support any legal limits on how late a woman should be able to terminate a pregnancy?
I support Roe v.
Wade, which had three trimesters.
The first time is between the woman and the doctor.
The second time is between the doctor and an extreme situation.
The third time is between the woman and the state.
The idea that the politicians...
I don't even know what he's talking about here.
The founders want the politicians to be the ones making decisions about women's health is ridiculous.
That's the last.
No politician should be making that decision.
A doctor should be making those decisions.
That's how it should be run.
That's what you're going to do.
And if I'm elected, I'm going to restore Roe v.
Wade.
All right, there you go.
If he's elected, he's going to restore Roe v.
Wade.
Joe Biden, again, just so we're clear, the pro-life argument on the national stage, that's where they're at.
They're within those goalposts, and they're not even recognizing.
What we really know is, is both political parties, they...
They don't really believe life begins at conception, and they don't really believe that abortion is murder.
That's what's obvious to me on this particular issue.
There's a lot of work to be done.
A whole lot of work to be done.
Protestia with this clip, which I found really interesting, probably something that you're not going to see.
This is a man by the name of Jamar Tisby, who's a purported Christian, but not a Trump guy.
And he had a really hard time with the debate last night because he wanted...
By the way, this is a guy who recently tweeted the phrases.
He tweeted this this morning.
He says, the phrases, nice white people or good white people are not as positive as they may seem...
They are modern-day equivalent of MLK's moderate white.
Then he said 15 hours ago or so, So he's really upset here.
Here he is.
He's a writer for the Gospel Coalition.
I mean, that's all you need to know, really.
He's very upset that the moderators of the debate did not step in to say anything.
And correct Trump.
I want you to listen to this because there's plenty of liberals right now that think the same way.
This was the first time where they actually...
And I'm surprised that the moderators didn't actually try to help out Joe Biden or interrupt Trump or anything like that.
And again, that's why one of the most popular theories is this was them taking Joe Biden out because they want a different candidate.
Anyway, here is what this Jamar Tisby had to say.
It was a choice.
It was a choice for the co-moderators not to fact check.
Now, I think there's a reasonable line where you let people talk, let them, you know, sort of Do what they do and let the viewer or the voters decide.
But there were so many.
I mean, every single answer.
And even if you just cherry picked a few of the big ones, that would have made a difference.
The effect of literally putting them side by side on television, letting them each talk for the same amount of time as if they're even in the same epistemological universe, I think is a disservice to the people.
I mean, in any other debate, you take it to a high school debate, right?
If you're not trafficking in actual facts, that's going to be a mark against you.
But it doesn't seem to have made any difference in this.
And, you know, I wasn't expecting them to stop him every sentence, every statement.
Oh, but you were.
Some of it.
Just a little bit of it.
Like, actually, Mr.
Trump, this is...
Man, they can't stand it.
I love it.
Now, that right there, that reaction right there...
Love it.
Just let people talk.
Let people talk.
Let people spout their ideas.
And look, you know, I get it.
You know, we don't have perfect candidates on either side.
But I just, you know, the idea that you have to have.
I mean, you know, if Jake Tapper and Dana Bash know so much, why don't they run for president?
Right?
You know?
Like, if they're...
It's like...
That man idolizes the media in ways that somehow they're the source of truth.
They're the arbiters of truth.
It's absolutely ridiculous.
It's ridiculous is what it is.
But here we are.
Alright, so we've got a few big stories to get to before we wind down the show.
Julie Kelly posting this is huge news for J6ers.
This is a big answer to prayer for...
Hundreds of January 6 families, hundreds of January 6, you know, the spouses of J6ers, the children of J6ers have been praying, and the Supreme Court today releases this.
Julie Kelly writes, The Supreme Court of the United States has overturned the DOJ's use of 1512C2 obstruction of an official proceeding in J6 cases.
This means the Department of Justice has unlawfully prosecuted 350 plus Americans for their participation in January 6th, a flagrant abuse of the law, to punish those who protested Biden's election and to criminalize political dissent.
This is a huge deal.
It's a 6-3 decision.
Roberts for the 6-3 court, quote, The government's theory would also criminalize a broad swath of prosaic conduct, exposing activists and lobbyists to decades in prison.
Lobbyists, huh?
Well, hmm.
Our usual approach in obstruction cases has been to resist reading particular sub-provisions to create a cover-all statute.
Nothing in the text or statutory history gives the court a reason to depart from that practice today, and the government's interpretation would give prosecutors broad discretion to seek a 20-year maximum sentence for acts Congress saw fit to punish with far shorter sentences.
By reading C2 in light of C1, the court affords proper respect to the prerogatives of Congress and carrying out the quintessentially legislative act of defining crimes and setting the penalties for them.
United States versus Aguilar again.
Now, unfortunately, once again, Amy Comey Barrett decides to join with the liberals here in the dissent.
which is another huge red flag I'm very worried about the transgender case next year, by the way.
I'm still very, very concerned and very worried about it.
But this is great news for a lot of J6ers and their families and what this means.
From what I can tell, this is going to mean that they've been mischarged, been misconvicted.
They're going to have to be set free.
That was the whole thing, and that's why J6ers were pushing this court decision after all.
In other news, we've got another Supreme Court decision that comes down the pike.
They've overturned a 1984 precedent called basically the Chevron precedent.
This is the precedent that allows essentially the – so the administrative state in this country has been out of control for a very long time, bureaucracy.
Bureaucracies led by unelected bureaucrats are able to set rules that have the same force and effect as if Congress passed a law.
Many people believe, and again, we don't really have a Constitution that's in effect right now, not in the way it was originally intended.
It's been bastardized by this court.
But this court is now saying that, well, I don't even know if they bring up Section 1, Article 1, Section 1.
But Article 1, Section 1 says all legislative powers herein granted to Congress.
It's about Congress.
And so for Congress to then pass a law delegating their powers, their lawmaking ability to an executive agency is illegal.
And that's really where this needs to go.
We need to end all executive agencies, at least if they have rulemaking authority, where they can put me in jail or fine me because I'm not complying to their rule that has not been passed into law by anybody.
It's called the Non-Delegation Clause.
All these administrative executive agencies are in violation of the Non-Delegation Clause.
Not that the Constitution really matters.
But anyway, this is still a big deal.
CNN reporting the Supreme Court on Friday significantly weakened the power of federal agencies to approve regulations in a major decision that could have sweeping implications for the environment, right?
Because this is essentially going to Johnny Sweep the Legs to the EPA. It's a 6-3 ruling overturning a precedent from 84 that will shift the balance of power between the executive and judicial branches and hands an important victory to conservatives who have fought for years to rein in the regulatory authority of the administrative state.
The lawsuits were filed by two groups of herring fishermen in challenging a Commerce Department regulation that was requiring them to pay the salaries of government observers who board their vessels to monitor how they catch fish.
But the decision will net a far wider swath of federal regulations affecting many facets of American life.
The decision overturned Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council precedent that required courts to give deference to federal agencies when creating regulations based on ambiguous law.
Congress routinely enacts open-ended laws and then gives latitude to the agencies to just work it out and create their rules without any actual debate.
And so you'll have negative consequences on the citizens, but then you go to your congressman, and the congressman is allowing the big government to take away your freedoms, but he can say, it's not me, it's the agency.
So there's a, you know, if Congress had actually passed a law that required that herring fishermen have to pay for, well, then you could go to the congressman and you could say, what did you do this for?
I'm going to throw you out of office.
I'm going to vote you out of office.
But no, now it's the agency.
So these agencies, for the most part, over the years, have been used to do what if Congress did, they would lose power.
They would have problems back home.
And that's how it's all been working.
So, big deal.
This is a ton of news today.
Biden's disastrous debate performance, as well as these two cases for January 6th and the administrative state.
We're going to keep you posted.
But that's all the time that I have for this Friday edition.
Again, congratulations to those of you who won your left-wing wheel games.
We're going to get those out to you as soon as we can.
Reach out, get your addresses and all of the details that we need.
Really do appreciate you guys.
Can't do this program without you.
And here is the time of the show when I... It's Friday, so this is the weekend, right?
And you guys are going to go to church on Sunday, a lot of you, and some of you aren't.
And I just want to encourage you If you're not going to church, go find a church.
Go to church.
Go find a church that preaches the death, burial, resurrection of Jesus Christ, and Christ's ability to save sinners.
And if you find a woke church, don't go to that one.
Just keep shopping around until you find one, right?
Because Sunday's important.
It's very important that we gather together and worship Jesus.
Worship God through Jesus Christ.
And so, for those of you that are going to do that, have a happy Lord's Day.
And we're going to see you, unless I'm providentially hindered, we're going to see you right back here tomorrow.
My name's Paul Harrell.
It's always great to talk to you.
And we will see you next time.
