I'm your host, Dr.
Candace Taylor, and I have one of my dearest friends that I met in this movement of the Constitution and campaigning and the elections, and it is going to be a phenomenal show today.
You do not want to miss it.
I've wanted to have him on for over two years, and so finally he is here, and I want to start with the scripture that he says really is good for where we are in our country, and Psalm 27 And
I think that's an excellent passage for where we are right now in our nation.
So welcome to Jesus, Guns, and Babies.
My dear friend, Dave Jose, who I say is a constitutional expert and so does America.
He says he's a teacher.
He is a teacher.
He's taught me a lot.
I have a lot more to learn as a student.
He says he's a student as well.
I think if we're not teachers and students, we're probably missing out on a lot of things and we're probably irrelevant.
So welcome, Dave.
I'm so glad to have you.
Thank you so much for having me.
You know I've always been a big fan of yours so I'm happy to be here and I know that you have done a lot of moving and shaking for not just Georgia but for the nation by standing up and being one of the first ones who opened your mouth about God being in the constitutions.
I know that the world thought that they caught you slipping And you got to present to the world that our forefathers really loved God.
I think in America today, especially for conservative white men and women, there is an attack.
And the people who are controlling, the people who have money and power are often trying to tell you that something is wrong with you for being conservative.
Something is wrong with you for loving God.
Um, but you went head on with the deep state and you didn't back down and you proved your case and you showed them that, uh, the God of this nation is the God of the constitutions, plural.
So, uh, you know, I love it and I've always been a fan.
Well, I appreciate you for investing in me.
I've never paid for that.
But you invested in me and you invest in a lot of people that you don't have to, Dave.
And you do it so willingly and so kindly and humbly.
And that's why the Lord elevates you because you are humble.
And He exalts the humble.
He really does.
He resists the proud.
And so I want to say...
To people so they know, in case they don't know you, they probably do.
I mean, most of my followers are your followers as well, but we probably have some differences.
And I want them to understand, you came into learning about the Constitution in the way that you did.
You're a brilliant man, and you understood history, and you've always kind of loved that.
I know that about you.
But what made you get into this, the studying and the understanding of the Constitution?
If you can kind of give them some backstory there.
Yes, ma'am.
So, you know, it's funny how God is because I remember I used to go on YouTube.
I was a real estate investor and a medical commodity investor teaching people around the country.
I was doing great in business and with family and the such and church.
And I would teach the gospel.
And you know I would go through YouTube sometime and I'll see these videos of people like getting pulled over and they argue that they have rights and the such and I saw like some video about taxes with a guy named Aaron Russo and an IRS agent, right?
And I'm seeing these videos and in my spirit I was being pushed by God to start studying.
Now I messed up because you know how you feel this spirit pushing you to do something, right?
Not in any crazy voice or nothing, but God will push you, push you, push you to take some action.
So something was telling me, start studying the law and get proficient.
But I'm like, well, I'm making money.
I'm doing great at business.
You know, maybe I'll get to this when I can.
You know, okay, I feel like I need to do it, but I'll check it out.
And I just kept putting it off.
So I ended up having a situation where I had a fight with Arizona CPS. I had some accusations made against me that We're five different conflicting accusations.
I witnessed CPS in Arizona say that they couldn't turn in the information to us as parents because they couldn't find fluidity.
So in other words, I didn't know what it meant at the time because I'm just hearing it and it's my first time in a lawful anything and I don't know what's happening, right?
When I hear them say we couldn't find fluidity, I'm like, what the heck is this dude talking about?
The judge just told him to give us the stuff.
Well, later on, I find out that there was five different stories told.
And in order to keep the case going, they hid four.
Now, I also recorded a gentleman because I went and started doing research.
I'm a researcher.
And I started seeing that Arizona CPS stole kids at 1,000 per month without arresting parents, without any judicial trials, nothing.
So I'm blown away like this can't be real.
And so when I get to this tribunal, this court, I realize this ain't right, but It wasn't that that got me the worst.
What got me the worst was when I walked out, there was like this little bitty short, like maybe 5'4", you know, 5'4", 5'3", little bitty small white lady.
And there was another lady who was Hispanic about the same size, two different cultures, one could only speak Spanish, one could only speak English.
The English speaking lady said, they won't let me see my babies and was bawling.
And then I go a little bit further and the Hispanic lady It's saying in Spanish, I can't see my babies.
I can't see my babies.
I'm like, what the freak did I run into?
So then that push came into me again, where you know the spirit is leading you, right?
And in my mind's voice, I hear, didn't God say stand up for those who can't stand up for themselves?
Didn't God say take care of the fatherless and the widows?
And then I started getting scared.
Not scared like Oh my gosh, these people are too tough.
I got scared.
Like, God is doing something.
He's letting me see these people.
Now he's speaking to my spirit.
And I'm realizing that they're doing things that are unlawful.
I just didn't know the law well enough to know exactly what it was.
So I started a journey.
I started looking online for anybody that taught about CPS. I started looking for anybody who would explain the law.
I started breaking it down.
The closest thing I could find was people talking about child support.
And in my spirit, God let me know, you need to study the law like you study the Bible.
So I said, you know what?
Okay, when I'm looking at the Bible, I go into the Bible.
I know that every word that God says is true.
I slowly look at every single word.
So I found out that the Social Security Act is what gave CPS's power.
I went and started reading through the Social Security Act.
I got all the way to Title 11.
I mean, this thing is long, right?
And I'm reading and I see where it said, nothing in this act shall be construed to authorize any federal agent, officer, or representative to take charge of any child over the objection of either of the parents or person standing in local parentheses as a child.
So in other words, CPS was never granted power to just go take kids from people.
So what they've been doing is, without trials by jury that are in the state constitutions, which I found out about a little bit later, they've been stealing from the people.
So I started doing deep research looking for that which was written.
That was my thing.
I knew that God said, when Jesus fought Satan, Jesus is God, he said, it is written three times to the most terrible accuser of the brethren in the world is Satan.
Jesus said three times it is written to him.
So when Satan attacked Jesus, Jesus didn't say, well, I had a great throne in heaven next to my father.
He didn't say, no, I'm a good guy.
Look, I haven't even sinned and I've been on the earth all this time.
He didn't say that.
Jesus said, it is written.
So the greatest teacher, the greatest judge, the greatest mediator or attorney or advocate in the entire history of the whole world and heaven, Jesus Christ, when he fought, he said, it is written.
That was his method.
He did nothing else.
So then I said, well, can I be better than he who is almighty and awesome and great and knows all things?
No.
So my study needs to be, when I look at the law, I need to first make sure that I don't do what some of the people who tried to teach me did.
They say, David, just take my word for it.
Dave, you know, it just seems right.
If you do what feels right.
No, no, no, no, no.
We're not doing what feels right.
We ain't doing what seems right.
I'm going to get that which is written that I can prove in milliseconds.
The Bible says prove all things.
Hold fast to that which is good.
If God tells you to prove all things, that means even the things that you think are right, you need to test and make sure it's written.
When the Bereans, I believe it was, We're learning from Paul.
They sat with the scriptures right there and they tested everything to see if what he was saying was true.
So then I realized, These people are taking people's kids and sealing cases and hiding things and making a billion dollars a year.
And the first thing that they didn't want me to do is talk about what they were doing.
So when I made a video explaining what they were doing wrong, 1,700 people saw it in a very short amount of time because I was already doing business and knowing around the nation.
And the first thing they did is my wife's attorney called everybody and told them, and they said, you're getting a gag order.
If you tell what we're doing, you're arresting you.
So I realized, ah, they don't want stuff to come to the light because their deeds are evil, just like the Bible says.
So how do you break it?
The way that you break it is by taking that which is written, pursuing wisdom and knowledge, asking God for it, he'll give it to you.
Then when he lets you find the truth, you take it and you shine it like the gospel across the nation.
Now, I didn't know by this time, I didn't know, Candice, that The Bible clearly told us about shining the things that God gives us and be like the church needs to be a city on a hill, right?
Don't hide your light, right?
Be the salt of the earth.
When I looked at what the state constitution said around the country, I started seeing where our forefathers said, if you want to keep a free state, you don't have to get more guns.
You don't have to be bigger than the king.
You don't have to have an army, right?
It literally says, in order to keep a free state, you need to have the broadest diffusion of knowledge possible.
So our forefathers who beat the king, they didn't do it by having better weapons than the king.
They did it by putting the words of truth in men and it spread like wildfire.
And then out of nowhere, flash, they become bigger than the enemy that's trying to destroy them.
Not only are they bigger, but they're bigger with wisdom and knowledge.
See, here's something about, I learned, you know, getting inside of this world of people who are conservative, right?
I've learned that conservative people don't move except for if it's in the right.
Conservative people don't want to be wrong.
They literally want to live a life where they have their families.
You don't see them doing a lot of these study hours with people who are dressing like the opposite sex and having parties like that and swinging and taking other people's whatever.
You don't see that.
You're known to be conservative because you care about the things of God.
Look at your show, Jesus, Guns, and Babies.
Conservatives want to protect the rights of the people.
They are protectors.
But they don't protect you if you're in the wrong.
Right?
Then we want to hang people and then we get accused of being racist.
Because for some reason, people equate hanging with racism.
And what I don't understand is the Constitution clearly says that treason is death by hanging.
I thought it was death by firing squad.
No.
No, right?
You taught me.
It's by hanging.
And the reason why is that's what our founding father said.
I do want to say this really quick.
As I'm listening to you, and I knew this, but the Holy Spirit was speaking this to me, and I just want to point this out.
Everything you're saying, Dave, is going back to the Word of God.
The Word of God says this.
The law says this.
We do this with the Word of God.
We do this because it's a parallel.
Because you taught me common law.
It's from the Word.
We wouldn't have law and order without common law.
And that's why the separation of church and state, which we did that video that went viral, that idea that you taught me everything and then I did this with your help.
That video went viral because people had an epiphany that you already knew that you taught me.
You can't separate it.
It's impossible.
So they can say separation of church and state.
The church is the people.
We run the state.
The state would never control the church.
Everything in common law is what is founded for law and order for our actual law.
And you can't separate it.
So there's this beautiful parallel that you're illustrating for us with your words.
And I just want to point that out.
You know, it's crazy because people don't want you to see that the Bible and the law is parallel.
This is why they tell you no Bible in school.
Right?
Because in the Bible, the scriptures tell how God gave us liberty.
When Jesus died on the cross, we became free and got liberty, and we got the ability to do things that we weren't up under a list of, do not do this, do not do this, do not do this, do not do this, you must do this for this time, this, this, this, this, right?
God let us know, look, the whole of the law is born in loving God with everything you got and loving your neighbor as yourself.
See, because if God says do not steal, do not commit adultery, where you're not going to have another man's wife if you know...
That it is a bad thing by God to take from another man.
Now, you're not going to go take a woman and start having sex with her as a married man, even if she's not married, because you're defiling her.
You're hurting her.
You've got to realize that many of the relationships that we have in the world, the child support, the different problems that we see happening, it is because we got somebody in a moment of lust that we did not know if we loved them.
And we shouldn't be experiencing lust with someone's flesh if we don't want to have them and take care of them and build them.
So to have sex without love is doing wrong to the person because sooner or later, if you're not willing to be with that person, you're going to hurt them.
It is going to happen, right?
And so when you look at child support and families who can't deal with each other, right?
You got one family over here, one family over here.
They used to sleep together.
Now they hate each other.
They're using courts as tools to break each other, but they used to play with each other.
But they never loved each other.
Never loved each other.
They were experiencing something out of greed, out of lust, out of a burning passion, but they didn't want what it is that they entered themselves into.
And so when we understand that Government at times, and bad actors who have controlled schooling, they have wanted us to defile ourselves for a long time, and they hid it under science, like the Bible says, falsely so-called.
Right?
See, science is the idea of being able to know, right?
Based on observation, right?
Now, the funny thing is, is that people will tell us, well, we didn't observe Jesus die.
Well, we can observe that witnesses gave testimony that they saw Jesus die.
Now, people say, well, how was that evidence?
Well, in a court, if somebody swears that they saw somebody do something, especially when they could lose everything for telling, You are more likely to believe them as a jury.
See, the apostles who wrote the scriptures and the disciples who were around, the 500 who saw Jesus after he died and rose again, they just saw Jesus getting killed for Jesus saying that he's God's son.
Right?
They were mad because Jesus said he's God.
So if I say, yes, I do believe he's God.
And yes, I saw him after I saw y'all kill him.
I saw him get put in a tomb.
Then I saw him walking around.
Right?
To say that is worse than blasphemy.
If you are lying, the Jews would happily kill you.
The Romans would happily kill you.
So your testimony would be taken in a court as more strong and more believable if you have something to lose.
Now, some people say, well, how can I prove that in the law, right?
Well, in the law simply, it says that nobody is to be believed in court unless they are sworn under the penalty of perjury.
Meaning, if you can't go to jail or get a punishment for lying, then you are not to be believed.
So when somebody will say, hey, I saw him kill me, right?
That is the equivalent.
You are putting everything you have on the line for the truth.
To understand it deeper, if you watch that YSL case over in Georgia, And you see where that judge talked about what is necessary to be able to remove the judge.
And he said you have to have an affidavit.
What is an affidavit?
An affiant swearing to the facts.
He said, only thing I can judge by is, was the affidavit filed timely?
Did you come with the truth in a reasonable amount of time to deal with it?
Now, that's just court stuff.
Anybody who gets harmed at any time can come with an affidavit in the common law, right?
Or make a claim with an affidavit.
But let's go deeper.
He says, the next thing is, was the affidavit notarized or signed in front of a notary?
A jurat.
Right?
Same thing that Candace did with documents that she dropped on people.
It stands as evidence today because she used the jurat.
Like 50,000 of them in Georgia.
Yes.
Yes.
So people don't realize that Candace has put together evidence that makes a permanent record that the wicked do what they do, but it is the record of their wrongdoings that's going to come back to haunt them.
I want to tell you this.
It was interesting.
I haven't even told you this.
Ryan ran for probate judge, my husband.
And after that, we had major misconduct and irregularities with the election.
And so the first thing we did is we said, oh, you witnessed that?
Will you type in an affidavit?
And we'll notarize it.
So when we do state election board complaints in Georgia and they're the ones that look at evidence and then they can refer it to the attorney general who then can do criminal investigation, we have affidavits of all the fraud that we saw.
And the reason why I know to do that is because you taught me to do that.
And people now pay attention.
You can type up, I saw this, and send it in on an electronic means on the computer, and it's not an affidavit.
It's nothing.
But when you do an affidavit and you swear to that, that is a legal document as evidence in court.
Yep.
Probable cause and an affidavit swearing to the facts is enough to start a prima facie case against anybody.
If you swear that they did wrong and you got some probable cause that it happened, it don't matter what they say.
That you can start up a case against them because you're putting yourself on the line.
And this is one of the things that the world has tried to hide from us.
They tell us like, yeah, just swear by yourself.
You don't need an affidavit.
Just swear by yourself.
Make a sworn declaration by yourself and then say that if the judge calls you into court, you'll come to court.
That's the wrong thing.
If you look at the YSL case, you'll see the judge said you have to have a motion with the affidavit along with it, right?
And this is more of the tricking of the people.
We got attorneys who've been doing motions to make the court move, right?
But they're not turning in any evidence to show that there was something wrong or a reason that they have the power to make the court move.
So when you have an affidavit, sometimes a judge will see affidavits by people put in their courts, right?
And the judge will say, we counted your affidavit as a motion to move the court and we saw cause to do so.
And we just did what you said.
Right?
So we'll put in the affidavit, hey, this is the law that says you can't take kids.
Here's the law that says you're committing a felony.
Here's the law that says this, this, this, and this.
It is my wish order and demand that you return this kid.
And we saw 120 something come back.
You know?
So the thing is, is that the same thing with the audit of Arizona.
When we got the Arizona audit, we did affidavits and dropped them off along with instructions at Karen Van's house.
Right?
We literally told the government, this is what your job is to do based on the Constitution.
Here's 127 people who swore that something happened to them in all different counties who don't know each other.
So you need to do the audit.
And she did it.
Right?
So it's an amazing thing when we understand how the Bible tells us to do things, right?
So the Bible tells us to prove all things.
The Bible tells us to let our yay be yay and our nay be nay.
The Bible tells us to go to somebody one-on-one.
First, our brother, right?
If they're doing anything wrong, go to them one-on-one.
If you are able to teach him and show him the truth, you have won a brother, right?
But then if he don't listen, you take one or two others, right?
So we'll do affidavit.
We'll give notice first privately.
And let them know where you mess it up.
And a lot of times they'll come and say, you know what, we're good.
Like in New Hampshire right now, I didn't get to talk to you about this, but we have a whole bunch of legislators in New Hampshire where they told us it's the most corrupt place in America, but they're actually in groups learning from us.
And one of the legislators came out and said, listen, I have gotten notice from the people that CPS is doing this and that wrong.
And they have shown me proof with evidence of the law and showed me where my job says I have to redress grievance.
And she took it before the legislature opened up a committee to investigate CPS. Then the deep state tried to destroy her committee as other legislators.
She opened up another one.
They kicked her off of one because she was asking them to swear under penalty of perjury.
Now, the reason I believe that happened because PS4 is going to come in the next week and they never swear under penalty of perjury in these tribunals.
So they knew, man, she's about to have them swear under penalty of perjury and everybody who's coming up, they're swearing when they give their testimony, which is part of the law.
But they tried to remove her.
So then she opened up another, right?
So to investigate their wrongdoings.
So the thing is, is that God is doing a new thing where regular people, a beautiful man named Chris from New Hampshire, he's actually teaching all the government officials.
They call him pretty much daily.
to understand different parts of the law and this is a place where people said nobody will hear you but if you look at Psalm 149 in the KJV you'll see where God tells that one of the things that he gives to his saints one of the things that's a blessing by being part of his body he says that he'll use you to correct the peoples the nobles kings etc and this is a gift that he gives to all his saints So when people feel that they
can't do anything or I'm not powerful enough and what am I going to do and why would they hear me?
God says, if you belong to him, he gives it to all his saints to hold the nobles accountable, to hold the kings and the peoples accountable.
So when we look and see that they won't give Epstein's list up, whose fault is it?
Ours!
It's our duty.
It's our duty to make it right.
Now, let's just be real.
We got tricked with this tolerant stuff.
We got tricked.
Don't talk about God in school.
Don't talk about your faith.
Political correctness.
Yes!
Yes!
All of that stuff is a bunch of garbage that was put in place to erode away morality and believing in our Lord Jesus Christ.
That's all it was.
Right?
And just to see Look back in the 50s and the 60s when parents brought guns to school and practiced at school and nobody got shot in school and look at the number of school shootings.
Now, whatever they are teaching us about the procedures and processes that work to help children become prosperous and powerful is not working.
Their theory was wrong.
Right.
And Dave, what about Everything that we're learning about in media, in government, in whatever, everything that's being shoved down our throat is opposite of what actually works.
In every aspect, we could go on and on.
I had some CPS... Issues come to light on one of my shows.
We actually had a case not far from here, it's in my district that I'm over, where they have these, what are they called, pediatricians that are child abuse pediatricians.
And they're taking children that are in utero having a bone disorder.
And they're born with broken bones because they have a bone disorder.
And then they go to the ER, you know, two months old because something's not right and there's a fracture in the ribs and they're like, oh, well the daddy had to have kicked the child across the room and they're mortified.
They had in vitro fertilization to even have these children.
Absolutely not would they ever hurt their child.
Well, they arrest the father, take the children, put them with foster care, all these things going on in my state that I did not think we had any issues like this.
And then that happened in a Jacksonville hospital, so it was in the southern part of the state.
But then we had the same thing happen in Atlanta, Georgia, with the Children's Hospital of Atlanta, because they also have A child abuse pediatrician.
And so, the things that we think are protecting children are not.
And I know that.
And I'm like, they need help.
And I told them, I said, y'all need to get with my friend Dave Jose.
He can help you with some of this litigation because this is not okay.
And what if it was my child?
You know, it has happened to your children before, Dave.
And so, when it happens to your, you know, I love all children.
I want everybody to stay in their lane and do the right thing.
But we want less government, not more government control.
Every single issue that we're confronted with, whether it's CPS or whether it's just an HOA association in your home or neighborhood, or whether it's a gun issue or an issue with the school board or an issue with your city council, whatever the issue is.
Every answer is we the people.
Because we run the government.
And we have been brainwashed to believe that we don't.
It's of, by, and for the people.
And so if the people don't take a stand, and then it's like, oh, well, don't say anything, Candace, because you're offending people or people don't want to hear that.
No.
If we don't stand up for our country right now, today, America is dissolving before our very eyes.
And if more people do not stand up, And educate themselves, like you talked about at the very beginning, knowledge is the only power we have.
If we do not educate ourselves and figure out what to do, there's always a solution in the common law.
There's always a solution in the Constitution.
There's always a solution, first of all, in the Word of God.
If we do not stand up and find the solutions and quit being lazy human beings, we will lose this country.
That's right.
That's right.
I tell you, in Georgia already, and I can present this to you, the high court in Georgia said that just like in Georgia you guys had an issue with probation being unlawful and everybody got caught at the same time, the high court said, hey, you guys got this issue with this CPS thing because you think you can take people's kids because you want to.
And the attorney for the state was like, listen, we can take the kid if we want to.
We don't need other hearings and we don't need this.
The kids got it right.
The judge is like, no, they don't.
The children are part and parcel to their parents.
That's part of the historical law.
I don't know where you got this from, lady, but you got it wrong.
And then he said, do you not realize that you have to look at the statute through the lens of the state constitution first?
So any statute you try to use to say you can take somebody's kid, the state constitution must say you can do that first and it don't say it.
Right?
So if you can't prove with a trial by jury that somebody hurt their kids and they got some articulable evidence that you can show and say that something happened, you're lying.
Now, there's another part of this.
These social workers, these psychologists, and these doctors have a contract with CPS to do the same thing over and over and over again.
The big amount of money that's made from CPS is made from them being able to take a child and justifying it.
So you need the doctor to say over and over and over again to keep their money that a parent did wrong.
And they'll happily just arrest the parent because let's imagine.
Let's say you got $80,000 to $140,000, $150,000 per kid per year that you take and y'all get to split up the money, right?
And you're part of a private program that's not a judicial court.
Title 42 is not judicial.
As a matter of fact, if you go to the UnitedStatesHouse.gov website, it tells you there, if you just type in the computer, a search engine, Title 10 positive law, Title 42 non-positive law, it's going to tell you that Title 42 has never been enacted by Congress.
So every single case that they bring in and say, we want to get asked for funds under Title 42, you're not even bringing the law to court.
And those are administrative tribunals, not courts.
And so Justice Gorsuch, we wrote a notice to the Supreme Court, thousands of us, right?
And we let the Supreme Court know that we know that they've been using legislative tribunals, using those exact words, in order to get rid of the mandatory Constraints that they have from the constitutions of the states.
So guess what Gorsuch comes out and tells?
He comes out and tells on page 9 or 11, I think, no, page 9 November 7th, 2022, I think it was, page 9 of his dissent, he tells that we like to say that we use judicial courts and everybody get a fair trial, but we have not been using impartial judges.
We've been placing our fingers on the scales of justice against the people and on behalf of the federal government.
So he told, you're supposed to get an impartial court.
The judge can't be connected to the case, and they have been.
And then later on, he came out and said, listen, we usually say that you can't bypass constitutional mandates by creating an agency, giving them some jurisdiction that they don't have, and using a tribunal outside of the Constitution to take people's stuff.
And we told him, you need to come out and tell the people, you got 10 days, you got two weeks, and he did it.
So, he's explained that they've been taking things from the people without law.
Now, I believe as we stand up and show the truth, and it's happening fast, They're going to start giving back everybody's kids.
They're going to start letting...
We did a notice for January 6th telling that we knew that they weren't using judicial tribunals following the common law and that they sidestepped the law.
And not too long after that, they said, oh yeah, we got 350 people we're going to have to release because they used the law wrong, right?
In President Trump's case, we sent the notice out And we showed how we did affidavits during the 2020 election that we sent to Karen Fann and Donald Trump.
We showed that we ordered Trump to go pick up those machines and to investigate, and then we showed the maxims of law and why they cannot prosecute President Trump and put them on judicial notice.
A few days later, they dropped six of his charges dealing with election interference.
Right?
So we've written about sovereign immunity over a year and a half ago, right?
The Supreme Court just came out nine to zero and said there is no sovereign immunity for agencies.
If they go against what the Constitution says, no sovereign immunity.
Oh, I didn't tell you about this.
So the ATF, right?
We wrote notices showing how the Arms Act and the Federal Arms Act and how some of these other acts were put in place.
And in the very text of the act, it said that it wasn't supposed to go against the people or the private right to own guns.
And I showed that the maxims say that they're not allowed to interfere with the weapons of the people, et cetera.
And this is fundamental law, and we sent it to the Supreme Court, like 5,000 or 6,000 of us, right?
The Supreme Court, I tell people, give it two weeks to a month, the Supreme Court go looking for cases to tell that they can't take guns.
And they started pulling cases in.
They came out with that brewing case.
You can't take away the right of the people to have weapons.
And they said that this two-step approach, see, this is where it was dirty.
Attorneys have been using a two-step so-called approach to tell if the government has an interest to be able to take a gun from you or arrest you for having a gun, right?
The Supreme Court said, oh, that was one step too many.
The only thing you have power to use is the Constitution.
Now, our state constitutions and federal constitutions say we got the right to secure ourselves, which means we got the right to have guns.
All authority is granted.
If the dang cop can have a gun, his authority is granted from the people or he's breaking the law.
That's right.
And the people who told him he could have a gun, they're breaking the law, right?
So every right that the cops got, we got that more.
We gave it to them.
We gave them the authority.
It's so crazy.
It originates with us.
Yeah, it's backwards.
Just like you said, we think the government need to give us power.
So I told people, I said, guys, do y'all not know when they tell you that if you're an ex-felon, you can't have a gun, that they're lying to you?
Because we, the people, have a right to protect ourselves.
So if you look at the Range case, there's a guy named Range who actually had a felony before.
And the court, they tried to tell him that he can't have a gun.
And they said, you can't have a weapon because you had a felony before.
He said, no, I'm one of the people.
I can always have a gun because the Constitution says one of the people can protect themselves, right?
So then they said, well, because you did a felony, you're no longer considered one of the people.
The court said, you're a dang liar.
Now, we got to think about it.
This is how dumb these attorneys are making money off of our turmoil.
How many people have freaking died in America because they believe they don't have the ability to carry a gun because of a felony gun?
Many times a felony gun is based on a statute that wasn't constitutional.
Trey.
The people walking around saying, well, I got to go prove to New York that I have the right to carry a gun because my business is dangerous.
Wait, so you got to be a business owner to have a gun?
Or did the Constitution say that you have a right to bear arms and protect yourself, even in the state of Michigan?
You got people getting brutalized by thugs in Michigan who don't follow the law, and they don't know that they can open carrying in Michigan.
You can have a gun on your hip at any given time.
But they don't tell you.
So we've went all this time with people doing licensing trying to get guns.
In Alabama, one of the ex-sheriffs that started studying with us gave notice to the sheriff in his town, I mean in his county, And when he gave the sheriff notice, the sheriff stopped all licensing requirements.
$750,000 a year is what they were making.
And then the sheriff went to the dang legislature and said, hey, we need to make a law.
We're breaking, we're trampling people's rights.
And they freed the people.
This is the kind of stuff that happens when we stand up.
And guess what?
It was like six people.
Six people who came together to put him on notice.
Right?
The audit in Arizona, 127 affidavits plus me and Josh.
Right?
So, people get worried about how many people do we have.
It's not about how many people you have.
It's about how serious are you going to get in your life when it comes to learning the truth and sharing it with people.
Just like the gospel, right?
If we want everybody to go to heaven, we're going to share that gospel.
And it's not about how many people got saved this week.
No, it's about Did you get the word out?
Did you give the people a chance to hear the truth?
Did you plant the seed so that God can let somebody else water it and then God provide the increase?
Right?
We get so worried about, did it do what I wanted you to do like Burger King?
That we'll say, well, if I don't know if it's going to work right now for me in five minutes, I'm not going to do it.
No.
We got to get out there and teach the truth.
We've had thousands of victories, so much victories, so many powerful people knocking down mandates.
We had tons of people.
We stopped the UAW from making people get shots for Stellantis and GM. We, in the Midwest, did notice with them, and none of them who understood knew and did notice with us had to get a shot.
Right?
And so now the people who are struggling and dying and broken and crying, you know, they're not bound by all that foolishness anymore.
You know, so, you know, God is doing a powerful thing and we are seeing amazing movement and it's beautiful, you know, but we just got to jump on and get it knocked out.
Well, you know, Dave, it's not just happening overnight.
It's almost like when you get saved and the truth hits you, right?
And you're like, oh man, Jesus was real and he died for me and he loves me and all I have to do is accept him and the Holy Spirit will live inside of me.
And there is something supernatural that happens and it activates inside of you and makes you hungry for the word and hungry to read and hungry to study.
But that didn't just happen in a week.
It's years of being the student of the Word.
And Ryan knows the Bible better than anybody I know aside from you.
You know the Word.
You and Ryan can have heated conversations and iron sharpening iron about the Word because you know it so well.
You're students of the Word.
I love learning about the Word.
And I do.
And I study and I learn.
But how many of us are students of the Constitution and our government and understanding our common law and our rights and what we have?
And so when we started on that journey, we want it now.
We're sick of these fraudulent elections.
We're sick of seeing our government overset themselves.
And we want it right now.
Well, it takes time to learn what you need to know to be able to fight back.
Fight back with notices, with affidavits, with juries, with the rights you have already.
If you don't know your right, how can you push back?
You can't.
And so you tried to explain that to me in the beginning.
I'm like, wanting to get it all as fast as you can.
But it takes time.
It's not something...
And it almost is like you get revelation here and then you read it again and you get revelation again and you read it again and you get revelation.
Just like the Word.
It speaks to you differently at different times.
It's the same thing.
And that's why you always say, pull it up, read it word by word, line by line, slowly.
And that's what you were saying in the beginning is what God showed you, Holy Spirit told you in the beginning.
Read it and study it like you do my Word.
Because otherwise you'll miss it.
And so it takes time.
It's an investment.
And it's something that you have to be hungry for.
It's something you're passionate about.
Are you passionate about saving our country?
If you're passionate about saving our country, it's going to be an investment of your time and energy and a sacrifice.
So things that are worth having are sacrificial.
A relationship, a marriage, a strong, healthy marriage is sacrifice.
You don't just spend five minutes with your spouse.
You have to learn your spouse.
You have to put forth effort even when you don't feel like it with your spouse.
You have to go the extra mile and plan ahead and do all the things.
Same thing with a relationship with your children or your parents or your best friend or your job and a career.
All of it is effort and time.
And so this is not something that you're going to read one time and have it.
It's going to take time and studying.
You know what?
You know how I like to say it?
See, some victories come very, very fast.
Some victories take longer, but it's just a fight, right?
Like any of us who play sports, we understand that in a fight, you don't go in and say, okay, I'm going to punch you.
He's going to go to sleep.
You might punch him and he might say, oh, that hurt.
Or he might just look at you and try to fake it.
He might put on the poker face and say, oh yeah, I like that, right?
He's really hurt.
You've really taken something from him that he can't get back, right?
But he'll fake like he's still strong, right?
You have to set it in your mind that I am not here to play.
I am going to win.
Period.
There's no argument I'm going to win.
Like some of the brave fighters in the past who will go to a land on a ship they were going to take over and burn the ship down.
They'll get the freak off the ship and light that mud on fire.
We ain't going back.
Right?
So I liken it to this.
You guys got a lot of trees down in Georgia.
A lot of people in the country have trees.
I'm in Arizona.
We got some trees, but we got a whole lot of deserts.
Let's just pause and let's address this.
I flew to Arizona one time to meet with you and Josh.
And as we're flying in, I was like, where's the oxygen going to come from?
And I was with my friend Kathy Latham.
And she was like, what?
And she's from Texas.
I said, there's no trees!
Like, how are they gonna breathe here?
All there are these little bushes, this brush.
What is this?
And so, literally, there are no trees in Arizona.
It's all desert.
I don't know how y'all have oxygen.
And I felt like I couldn't breathe there.
It was like, stop.
Oh, yeah.
When you got big oxygen-rich areas with big trees, it is totally different.
Like, here is dry heat, and it heals your lungs because it's not so much moisture, but it's less oxygen.
When you go to, like if you go back east and you go to the tracks at Georgia, your cars run faster just from taking it to Arizona.
We'll lose 3, 4, 5 tenths of speed just because the oxygen isn't as dense and rich.
Just, we could drive our car across the country and if our car went 10, 20, we could be a 9 second car just by taking it across the country, right?
So, the thing is that it is different here.
But it's a good story.
So I want to think about this.
I didn't mean to interrupt you, but I just had to pull that out because that actually happened when I came to see you.
Yeah, it's definitely a big change, but the dry heat is good.
So I want you to think about this.
So let's say, so most people, right, they say like, Okay, I'm going to get something done and I'm going to attack it and I'm going to just do this right away.
And so the wicked, when they want to take your kids, they don't ask questions, they just boop, take them.
When they want to take your house, oh, we're not asking questions, oh, just take it.
When they want to lock you down, oh, whatever, we ain't asking that, just take it, right?
But foolishness happens when you do that without wisdom, right?
So let me give a parallel that will help us to see truly how things really work.
There are two men who have fields full of trees.
The fields are full of oak trees.
They have to cut down oak trees to make money.
There's going to be the one man who got big muscles who realizes that he can hurry up and cut down these trees.
He's a businessman.
He's going to get paid.
So he runs, he grabs the act, and he starts cutting.
Chopping, chopping, chopping, chopping, right?
Now, there's another man who is not as big, right?
Not as strong, right?
He's not thinking so much about making the money right now, today, for the first tree.
But what he does is, he goes and picks up his axe, he looks at the trees, and then he walks away.
And then he goes over to the sharpening stone and he sharpens the axe.
Now he's taking time sharpening the axe.
The big muscular guy is already done with his first tree.
And he's sharpening his axe.
Right?
But the guy who sharpens his axe now has a tool that's much more lethal and chops up way more wood in less time.
So then he takes his completely sharpened axe and he cuts down 15 trees before the big buff guy is done with tree number three.
Right?
So the difference is It doesn't matter how fast you jump at something.
God is the one who guides your steps.
So if you end up in a fight as of now, God lets you know to seek knowledge and wisdom.
The price and the value of knowledge and wisdom is better than silver and gold, better than rubies and precious stones.
So having knowledge and wisdom to use in your journey that God places you in It's what's called wisdom, right?
But to jump and just throw everything at the wall and hope that something sticks is foolishness, right?
Because the main reason that you wish to run and throw something at the wall and hope something sticks is because you fear man and you don't trust God.
If God puts you in something, he is the same God who has all might, all power, all wisdom, all knowledge to be able to take you to the other side.
But if you are so worried about the power of a man who dies, who bleeds, who can struggle just like you, the Bible says the fear of man is a snare.
So if you think that you got to go crazy and just do whatever you can without thinking first, without praying to God to ask for wisdom, You have not addressed the situation appropriately.
Number two, when you start lifting up the power of your enemy and talking about how great they are and how many people they got with them and how much they did wrong and how many elections they steal, you are magnifying the power of the enemy and not magnifying the God who put you there to fight him.
So we got to learn to magnify God's name, magnify God's wisdom, magnify God's power.
Just getting around people who love God or who are seeking and talking about how mighty God is and the things that he does will cause God to move.
Why?
Because the Bible tells you that God is not going to give His glory to a man or to another.
So if you praise God and talk about His good works and start getting His wisdom and you start taking massive action, God is going to bless the action.
Why?
Because He put you there for His glory.
He created you for a time such as this so you can break down the stuff that you see as giants, right?
The world sees a giant.
God sees an opportunity to show how amazing he can be with you who you think is small.
God don't go get the big to make them show how amazing he is.
He'll take the one you gonna count out, the one who's back against the wall, he'll let them take over the nation, he'll let them lead people the wrong way, he'll let them try to lock you down, and then he'll blow their back out.
That's the God we serve.
So you might just be part Of a situation where God is trying to show off and show up.
And if you don't want to trust him, then you're not going to help him be able to get his name out.
And if you don't help him get his name out, less people are going to get saved.
And if less people are saved, more people have to spend eternity in darkness and fire in hell.
God don't want that.
He loves you so much that he gave his son to die.
So why would he want you to suffer without gaining knowledge, wisdom, and faith so that you can see his glory?
So you can see the magnitude of his goodness.
So you can see what he did for our forefathers.
See, our forefathers trusted in God.
And they went against that king and handed him his behind.
And he had the best army, the most weapons, just like David in the Bible, was surrounded by enemies.
He said, look, even if I'm encompassed by a host, I will trust in God.
I ain't worried about these people.
I'm not worried about chariots and kings and princes.
I put my trust in God.
You want to see America win?
I dare you to put your trust in God.
You'll first start seeing your family win, like Candace said, Put your trust in God and put time into doing what God said.
Do.
Start in your own house.
Love your wife like Christ loves the church.
If you cheat, stop the cheating.
Stop the wrong.
If you stop watching porn, stop watching porn.
If you a lady and you out cheating or you making, you know, second arrangements and all this stuff, stop the bull.
Start trusting what God said.
Start spending time investing in your husband or your wife, like Candace said.
Start spending time trying to make your spouse happy and love your spouse like Christ loved the church.
And then you'll see that God ain't lying.
You'll see victory starting your house.
You'll see victory start with your neighbors when they see the example you give.
Then you're going to see victory happen in the nation because people are going to look to you and say, how in the world is it?
Because not only is God going to let you shine in your house, but when you start following him and doing what he say, he'll lift you up.
I didn't say he'll make you filthy rich.
This ain't no prosperity gospel.
He'll lift you up and start letting you shine your light before men.
And when you do that, you're going to affect the whole nation and we're going to get victories and we're going to laugh and joke.
Remember when they tried to take over the nation way back in 2020 and 2021, 23, whatever?
Yeah, that was some fun times.
Yeah, God let us do magnificent and powerful things.
It was amazing.
Isn't it great?
We're going to be able to tell for another 200, 300 years the story to our children of how good God is.
That's going to happen if we allow it.
Amen.

And we start putting together notices, affidavits, etc., that we're going to use to address different issues that's going on wrong with the government.

So if you remember during COVID, when a lot of businesses were shut down, You'll see the guy with the long beard from New Jersey who actually kicked his door down after they arrested him.
The reason he was able to do that and not go to jail is because he gave government notice and showed that he was a PMA that I created.
Metroflex Fitness in Arizona, the guy who ran for Congress, Josh Barnett, he was able to have his entity open by us.
All the self-made entities in California that stayed open and are flourishing now, we did those.
So we opened up hundreds of entities and blocked the government from attacking.
So if you have entities in farms right now, farms are being attacked.
If you have entities that you see the government is coming after your industry or you just don't want to have it lost, we create private membership associations as well.
And we give a year of membership where you can actually reach out to me directly so that I'm holding you by the hand as you learn.
You're not just having to fight by yourself.
And for many of those PMAs, I've actually went after the government for trying to attack them.
And all of our PMAs that I've created stayed open and never were able to be defeated by the government.
And it's amazing.
It's not that simple.
But yes, it's amazing.
And it's tremendous work that nobody else was doing.
And so everybody that has been helped by you is so thankful.
And they see that it's easy, but it's not.
It takes work and effort.
You have to learn the law.
But it changes your life.
It changes your mindset.
And so we should take this Constitution very seriously, all of them.
You know, our U.S. Constitution, our state constitution, and we should apply them to every situation in our life.
That should be the first place we go.
We go to the Word of God and we go there and we stand up for ourselves.
That's right.
