So of course our fake government, the murderous crime syndicate that has openly declared war on you and your kids, wants us all to forget about the lockdowns and the economic destruction and the mass murder that they served up to us through the COVID scandemic and continue pushing to this day.
They want amnesty.
They want us to forget about what they did to an entire generation, but you know what?
We're not going to.
No.
We're going to continue talking about it.
We're going to continue to fight the reverberations of it, which continue to this very day, and we will never again give these people an inch or the opportunity to take a mile when it comes to our freedom of movement, bodily autonomy, individual liberty, medicine, or anything else for that matter.
You know, in the blink of an eye, at the behest of an unelected globalist bureaucrat, rat-looking Tony Fauci, people all over the world, especially Americans, had their lives completely destroyed.
People lost their homes.
They lost their cars.
Their businesses, many of them small businesses, generational businesses, were forced into bankruptcy.
And in some cases, their families were completely destroyed.
People from all walks of life were being abused by their government and even by those in the private sector.
And for the most part, they allowed it to happen, aside from a handful of people who stepped up and put themselves between us and the tyrants.
Yeah, we refused to cooperate with the lockdowns and the mask mandates.
We refused to be locked away in our homes.
And it was those acts of civil obedience that ultimately stopped the COVID genocide from going as far as it could have.
One of those who stood up against all of this was Ian Smith, a former co-gym owner in New Jersey.
We've talked about Ian on the show before.
He's come on as a guest.
But for those who need a refresher, back in 2020 when New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy ordered the entire state to shut down its economy and ordered New Jersey citizens to lock themselves away in their homes, guess what?
Ian refused.
He opened that gym in violation of Governor Murphy's illegal executive order and he wouldn't back down.
He wouldn't surrender.
Now, of course, New Jersey's state government and their local-level clowns tried shutting him down.
They even tried intimidating him with militarized police.
They hung $124,000 worth of fines over his head, but still Ian refused to cave in.
And now, four years later, he has emerged victorious.
Just recently, a court in New Jersey threw out the more than 80 charges that Murphy and his goons levied against Ian and his gym's co-owner.
The court dismissed them with prejudice, meaning the state can never again refile these charges.
Ian never backed down, and he's defeated the covidiots and the freaks that wanted to kill your kids.
And now with his kangaroo court legal problems in the rear view, Ian can begin to look down the path of retribution, which looks to be exactly what he plans to do.
In a post that he made to X, Ian wrote, quote, The support that we received locally, nationally, and internationally for our stand is something that I will forever be grateful for.
With that being said, I am thrilled to announce that we have achieved a major victory in the long, hard fight against the state.
All of the 80-plus municipal citations of violations of a governor's order, public nuisance, disturbing the peace, operating without a license against us, have been dropped by the courts with prejudice.
This means the state has no ability to revisit or refile these charges.
This victory opens the battlefield again and gives us options to continue to push back and bring justice to the treasonous actions of Phil Murphy and his lackeys.

But Ian didn't stop there.
Because after thanking his supporters and attorneys, he had a special message for the millions of Americans who supported his fight and, of course, for Phil Murphy, who's still the sitting governor of New Jersey.
Ian wrote, quote, Nobody is coming to save you.
Save yourself.
Spit on your hands and hoist the black flag.
No quarter.
Suck my d***, Phil Murphy.
End quote.

And I can't emphasize my direct quote to Phil Murphy enough.
What you put...
New Jerseyans through is nothing short of treasonous.
We've said it from the very beginning.
When we reopened our gym, we did so in a manner that was respectful to public office.
We let the township know that we were going to do it.
We put forth a public plan.
We announced it.
We even asked the state and the township to come and talk with us about our plan.
And at your directive, Phil Murphy, You decided to weaponize everything in the state against us.
And that shows your cowardice and your inability to lead.
And your actions are not going to be forgotten.
There are people in New Jersey who will never forget the things that you did to small businesses, to children, and to the elderly especially.
There's millions of people, Ian, that supported you.
Millions and millions more who silently supported you, who agree with us, who understand that you describe it as treasonous.
I would go a step further and describe it as murderous.
These policies that were set forth not only by Murphy, but of the entire ilk throughout this whole COVID scandemic was nothing short of mass murder.
It was genocide.
It was Ethnic cleansing.
It was intentional.
It was premeditated, all of it.
So you say that we won't forget that these actions will not be forgotten, but what about accountability for these actions?
Well, the victory that we achieved on April 24th, it was actually on April 24th that these charges were dropped.
We had to wait 20 days to give the state an opportunity to refile.
But this victory, although it is a small one and it's a very It's a complex and messy web of chaotic lawfare that has been waged against us and pretty much every other small business who resisted or anybody that resists government from that matter.
But it is a crucial part of the state's case against us.
And if you think for one second that we are just going to achieve a victory and let bygones be bygones or wrong, we're going to not only undo what you've done, but we will seek retribution.
Do you think that these people should be rounded up by a citizen law enforcement apparatus and tried before a military type tribunal and held to extreme accountability?
I think extreme accountability is the only way that this problem is going to stop.
The problem with politicians is that they're never held accountable.
At very best, they get a slap on the wrist, and they may lose their public office, but they go scurry into another rat hole somewhere at some advisory board or political action committee, and they continue the same thing.
So these people are going to have to start to feel the consequences of what they've done to people.
And also face the anger, the justified anger of the public, of the collective public at some point.
And I think they are reaching a point where people are starting to look at that idea and not think that that is such an extreme idea at all.
Well, I think extreme is the only way.
I mean, look, we have sought every peaceful measure.
We have exhausted every possible political solution.
We've tried voting harder.
We've tried flooding voting locations with poll watchers.
We've tried symposiums like Mike Lindell.
You know, GOP fake political dog and pony kangaroo inquiry shows.
We have tried negotiating with these people.
It's even been discussed to have a national divorce, which would mean that we would give up territory, which I think is ridiculous because we're not surrendering to these people.
Literally everything has been exhausted.
So as far as I can tell, the only thing now that is left is extreme accountability.
These people need to be tried and upon conviction, they need to hang.
Well...
It's worked before, and it's kept people in line before, and we've gotten to a point, and they created a point, actually, where I don't think people ever considered that idea very often in the past, and now people are now starting to say things like that.
And it's because you've reached a point of exhaustion, where you've exhausted every reasonable measure you can ask, you can protest, you can do all these things, but we see what happens.
The show goes on, the train wreck continues, and So you're going to have to reach a point where people build gallops.
Yeah, there's some 8 billion people, I think, that all, regardless of what their spiritual alignment is or what their faith or religion is that they practice, whether they're Muslim or Christian, there's 8 billion people.
Monks, I mean, just name it.
Of all different races, they come from all different continents and countries from all across the planet.
But 100% of them, if you pull them, I would say, or damn near close, enjoy individual liberty.
Those that live under oppressive governments try to flee those oppressive governments and seek freedom elsewhere.
They want autonomy.
They want individual liberty.
They want their kids to live a peaceful life where they go to school and they're not indoctrinated about critical race theory and taught to hate their skin color or themselves if they happen to be white.
They don't want to be told about how to cut their genitals off and they go to school as a boy named Tony and then they leave as a girl called Ginger.
They don't want to see this anymore.
They don't want to be molested and have librarians pushing books in their face that teach homosexuality and how to suck And this actually happens in school.
These are groomers.
They're molesters.
They are oppressors They are genocidal.
They are sold out for their shekels and their 30 pieces of silver They the reason why they stay in power and there's no accountability is because they all serve the same paymaster And these are the people who hold the international levers of power Yeah, and it's It's going to be extremely hard to tackle that problem, one aspect of that at a time.
But I think if you bring in some extreme accountability and you really show what happens when you do cross the American people and when you do cross people who really just want to be left alone, as cliche as that is, These people just want to live good lives.
And sending a message will send a message.
And that's how you get people to fall back in line really quickly.
I don't think it takes that much accountability.
They sent the police after you.
I mean, they used armed, badged thugs to try to intimidate you.
They sent the Gestapo after you, threatening not only the business...
And people will make excuses for that.
People will make excuses for that.
And I did at one point.
Early on, I tried to be as gracious as I could.
But the fact that not only that it happened, but the fact that that was just sort of accepted by the general population, like, oh, the cops are there.
And people didn't react with...
Why are the cops being weaponized against a private citizen to enact the will of some lunatic bucktooth tyrant?
Just following orders, Ian.
Just following orders.
And we saw it even worse in New York with Cuomo and the Sheriff's Department, which was essentially his palace guard.
As he was sending people in droves, geriatrics, helpless elderly people, to modern-day ovens.
If you want to talk about the Holocaust, modern-day ovens, a progressive death camp is what he was doing, knowing that he was sending them directly to their death.
Knowing that they were going to put them directly on respirators and that they were just going to sort of zap these people and they were going to hit them with the right drugs to cause renal failure and Call it a mistake and just roll on over into the next thing.
And they want amnesty for this?
They want forgiveness for this?
They want us to forget this?
Well, they know that amnesty I don't think is possible.
If people really take a step back and view the entire crime as a whole, I don't think amnesty is possible.
So what these people are aiming for is forget.
They're looking to forget.
They're looking to steamroll with sort of the next thing and sort of keep the news cycle constantly rolling to where COVID feels like a lifetime ago.
And there are still people who were severely impacted by it, you know, because they stood up or even if they didn't stand up.
People who lost entire, you know, generational small businesses.
Anybody who's in business for themselves understands that business is never easy, even when it's good.
When business is good, it's still not easy.
Small business and being an entrepreneur in this country is the hardest, but one of the best things you'll ever do.
And they came in and they destroyed those dreams for a lot of people who had put really hard work into doing that.
And they did that with impunity.
Not a lot of people talk about that.
Not a lot of people talk anymore about how billionaires gained pretty much essentially the same amount of whatever the figure was, $8.3 billion over the pandemic, and the middle class lost $8.4 billion or trillion or whatever the figure was.
And the very clear transfer of wealth that happened right in front of everybody's faces to now where you go, if you go most parts of the country, I'm pretty fortunate where I live, but you go most parts of the country, you don't even see small businesses anymore.
It's a dying breed.
It was already on its way out the door, and these people came in and stomped on it, and then they want you to forget about it and just go back to your work as some corporate slave who's beholden to, well, I gotta follow orders because I have my paycheck.
And that was the point they wanted all along.
They want everybody working for big corporations and or government.
When Joe Biden and all these guys put their government stats up now about jobs gained, look at them.
Most of them are government jobs.
What happens when you have a population that works for the government that rules over it?
You know, a majority of people are beholden to the government now for paychecks.
What type of compliance will you see with what sort of lunacy moving forward when 40% of the populace works for the government?
That's a scary thought.
They bribed a lot of business owners with this PPP loan and then the forgiveness of that loan.
And they told you right from the beginning, this isn't a loan, this is a gift.
You can have 10, 20, 30, 50, $100,000.
Yeah, shut up and close your business.
Don't fight us on this.
And we won't make it hurt in the short term.
And that's what it is.
It's that exchange for long-term comfort for something quick and easy.
Instead of sacrificing in the short term, drawing the line in the sand and taking the punches right there, you're going to take your gift and you're going to walk away and you're going to pull that line back for these people so that eventually you're going to come to the edge of a cliff and you're not going to have anywhere to make a stand.
It's just giving it up.
That's all it is.
Here, just don't fight us.
We'll print some money for you, even though it's not worth anything anymore.

And that's if you didn't just blow it because what do they expect you to do with it?
Think about the massive reach that this thing had into every sector of everyone's life.
I mean, just think about how well planned this was.

But I mean, this thing was extremely well planned by people who really wanted to overtake an entire...
A constitutional republic, a land full of 450, at least, some odd million guns in the hands of at least 100 million people that would likely use them against a government that wants to come and grab them.
And they were able to pull this off without a single shot being fired.
Those who predicted it were absolutely right.
Yeah, and there were people who had predicted this long before, and then there were the early adopters to this, as soon as they saw the sort of mechanisms coming into play.
It was the give us 14 days, and then it was, wait, we'll give you a bunch of money, just forget about it, and we'll string you along, and the situation will just get worse.
Like it always does, like with every play that they've ever made.
Oh, we're just going to go over and get weapons of mass destruction, and 20 years later, we're still in the desert.
It's the same play all the time.
All these people know that all they have to do is get their foot in the door with any of these plans, and they can blow the doorframe off and completely steamroll the American public into doing, and it wasn't even the American public now, it was the international public, Into doing whatever they please.
And that's why just the idea of absolutely saying no to these people is the only thing that you can do.
The only way that you can slow this down is by totally disregarding the orders that are given to you.
Because if you even bend a little bit, that whole machine and system of whatever the current thing is that they're using to screw you over is already in high gear.
We see it now.
The Israel war is kicked in high gear.
That's going to be very, very hard to stop that.
And that's why it's so, so important for people to always be on guard and always be looking at the perimeter because these people are always going to be coming until they're...
Beaten back to the point where there's nothing left of them.
But it requires a tenacity that I don't know if people quite understand fully yet.
It's going to take a fierceness from the American public and a tenacity from the American public that we haven't shown for a very long time.
And it is something that's there.
It's part of the American spirit.
It absolutely is.
It's in every American man in this country who really believes in the values and the systems that That we're supposed to be founded and guided by.
But it's going to take an awakening of that tenacity and of that fierceness and fearlessness to challenge these people in every single measure that you possibly can.

We're going to blow it off.
We're storming the gates of hell.

At the end of a rope.
Our founding fathers were very clear about all of this.
They told us that when the government that they designed stops working for the people, it's time to change governments.

And right now, that tree is thirsty.
For well over a century, since at least the founding of the Federal Reserve, but in many ways even before that, our country has been used as a flea market for international criminal banksters and crooks and Zionist shills.

They're sending us to our deaths.
Our borders are non-existent.
Our country is under a physical invasion and our kids are being castrated and raped.

And the only thing that Washington can do is send more money to Ukraine.

Anyone who wants to even pretend that they have a clue about what's going on in Washington and about the controlled opposition that makes up both sides of this disgusting uniparty full of depraved, drug-addled perverts who work with foreign interests and demonic freak shows to destroy us needs to admit nobody is coming to save us.
We're not going to vote our way out of this.
And anyone who tells you that we are is lying to you.
They're telling you a lie to keep you bought into this failing system of government.
They're playing the exact same role that the controlled and bought-off media plays.
When they come forward and they present us with this white knight figure riding in on a shining horse to set us free, to drain the swamp, to crush the deep state.
But the options that we've been presented with are quite frankly unacceptable.
In 2016, we were told what we were going to do to make America great again.
So what happened?
What happened to all of that?
Millions of people, well-intentioned, patriotic people bought into it.
And in less than four years, our economy and country was completely shut down.
Our kids were locked in their homes on computer screens and a genocidal bioweapon was unleashed on this country and on the entire planet.
It was forced into the arms of millions of Americans and now they're dropping dead, dying suddenly.
Our people are dying in droves.
Young women in the prime of their lives are losing their babies.
Sudden fetal death, stillbirths, sudden infant death.
They're all through the roof because of a generation of young women that was poisoned.
And that poison is being passed on to their babies.
Young men, young professional athletes in peak physical shape are falling over, dropping dead, dying suddenly on the field of play.

Now, both of these cases have major parallels to each other, like how both Diddy and Epstein operated right out in the open for years upon years before anyone even bothered saying anything about it.
And how they're both tied to political and corporate power players who had no problem hanging out with them in public.
And so, as this situation continues to unravel, as we learn more and more about what Diddy has been up to, it's worth asking ourselves whether or not he was working on behalf of someone or some group of people within government, within the deep state, within the intelligence community, working to compromise people that they wanted to control, just like Jeffrey Epstein did.
We know for an indisputable fact that Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell are deeply tied to the Israeli Mossad and elements of the CIA and British intelligence along with presidents like Bill Clinton.
We have spoken on this program multiple times about Diddy's close ties to the Obamas among other politicians and about his deep connections in both New York City and Hollywood at the very top of the entertainment sector.
So it's incredibly likely that Diddy was doing perverted biddings of some tiny hat-wearing pervert somewhere, and now that his cover has been completely blown and people are starting to turn against the public sex trafficking of teenagers, he's got to be taken out to pasture.
So they'll lock him up on RICO charges, and then who knows, maybe he'll fall victim to a rat beef in prison just before he's supposed to film a tell-all interview.
And look, this is not out of the realm of possibility, okay?
I mean, this isn't some kind of out-there prediction or some radical shock-jock right-wing conspiracy theory.
No, this is exactly what happens in these situations.
And by the way, Diddy's connections to Jeffrey Epstein go well beyond committing similar crimes or running with a similar and likely overlapping crowd, and this whole part of this deal should raise questions in and of itself.
Though the feds are raiding Diddy's properties in Florida and California, the investigation and potential case against him are being run out of the Southern District of New York in Manhattan, the headquarters of the judicial deep state.
Heading up the SDNY is U.S. Attorney Andre Damien Williams Jr., the very same guy who would have run the Jeffrey Epstein case had Epstein not turned up dead and who was later tapped to run the Ghislaine Maxwell cover-up trial.
So, from the outside looking in, one could imagine that the Feds are getting all of their ducks in a row so that when Diddy starts threatening to name names, they can shut him down.
Permanently.
In one way or another.

The Diddy case is very interesting.
It's very similar to the Epstein case, and I wrote a book called The Franklin Scandal, which was about an interstate child trafficking network that was very similar to the Epstein case.
And with Diddy, We have some of the similar dynamics.
We've already seen that there's underage Children that are being pandered.
There's six lawsuits pending against Diddy right now.
Two of them were launched by young women who had been molested by Diddy and his buddies as minors.
And then there's Little Rod's lawsuit, which makes repeated references to Diddy molesting underage girls.
And as you noted earlier, that case is being...
Ostensibly investigated by the Southern District of New York, Andre Damien Williams Jr.
Williams was the guy, as you said, who was going to prosecute the Epstein case, but he ended up prosecuting the Maxwell case, which hermetically sealed the Epstein cover-up.
The Southern District of New York called for witnesses.
And the Ghislaine Maxwell trial.
And Ghislaine Maxwell trafficked children for 25 years, and they called four witnesses.
And those witnesses had been exclusively molested by Epstein and Maxwell.
The Southern District did not call witnesses that had been molested by various power brokers.
They did not call them for cures.
And ultimately, Epstein or Maxwell was found guilty on one count of child trafficking, which is another gross injustice.
She trafficked hundreds of children over 2,500 years or over 25 years.
And for the government to all of a sudden, from the same U.S. attorney to all of a sudden turn his attention towards Diddy is highly suspect.
And as you mentioned, Diddy's homes in LA and Miami were searched, but the search warrants emanated from New York City, which doesn't make a lot of sense unless one knows about Andre Damien Williams.
And he covered up the Epstein case.
Now, so with Andre Damien Williams, We know that the fix is in with Diddy.
We don't know what the fix is yet, but we absolutely know that the fix is in.
Do you have any predictions for where this is going to go?
In the Franklin scandal, it was an interstate child trafficking network, and there were two primary pimps, Lawrence E. King of Omaha and Craig Spence.
Craig Spence committed suicide, and I believe that he committed suicide, but his suicide was very strange.
He was in a tuxedo, and he was at the Boston Ritz-Carlton, and he had a newspaper clipping about intelligence agents being called to testify before congressional bodies, which he had been called to testify before a grand jury.
So he killed himself, but I kind of have a tendency to believe that he was told either, you know, you kill yourself or we'll do it.
So he killed himself in the same fashion that Epstein killed himself or committed suicide.
Why did everybody that read the contents of Anthony Weiner's laptop end up dead?
Well, I don't know about that, but Lawrence King kept his mall shut, and he did 10 years.
And he also trafficked kids for...
For years.
And he had a no-show job waiting for him when he got out of prison after about 10 years.
And he was indicted merely on financial crimes.
He wasn't indicted on a single count of child abuse.
Now when we get to Epstein, I mean, there are many anomalies that night, the night that Epstein killed himself.
Did Epstein kill himself?
Did Epstein have help?
There are certainly a number of anomalies, but I try not to focus on whether or not Epstein killed himself, because I think it's kind of a red herring for people to go after.
For me, I think of all those perpetrators.
And all those procurers who have not been brought to justice.
That's what really bothers me in the Epstein case.
Not whether or not he killed himself.
Because Epstein is dead.
There's nothing we're going to be able to do.
And Maxwell was made the same kind of deal as Lawrence King in the Franklin scandal.
I really believe that.
She was told by federal prosecutors, we're going to indict you on one count of child trafficking.
Child trafficking carries a 15 to life sentence.
It's a heavy duty sentence.
But I think the deal was, and she's already in a dormitory, living in one of those prison dormitories, which generally...
Prisoners that have been ideal prisoners and are getting close to being released, they're the only ones that generally qualify for a dormitory.
But she's already in a dormitory, so she's living a pretty easy life.
And she's sentenced to 20 years and her attorneys are appealing her case on what could be substantial grounds for appeal.
And I think that she was told, Epstein is dead.
If you want to stay alive, keep your mall shut, and you'll be taken care of.
But you're going to have to go down.
Somebody's going to have to go down for this.
And I think that the same deal might be made with Diddy, where Diddy is told, somebody's going to have to go down for this.
Yeah, which would suggest that it would shock the general public to find out who's actually behind all of this.
Well, with the Franklin Network, it was intelligence.
And with Epstein, it was intelligence.
I don't know if your listeners and viewers are familiar with what happened.
In the Epstein case, the feds had a list of over 30 underage victims.
Alexandra Acosta was the U.S. attorney.
And they were actually going to impanel a grand jury to go after Epstein because they had this list of over 30 underage victims.
But Acosta was told that he had to stand down because Epstein was intelligence and it was above his pay grade.
And when he was getting vetted by the Trump administration, that's what he told the Trump administration when they asked him why he stood down.
And he's never denied saying that.
And I think it's safe to assume that Epstein was part of intelligence.
Somebody was running interference for him at the highest levels because A U.S. attorney constitutionally can only be told to stand down by two people.
One is the president, one is the attorney general.
That message can be delivered by a minion of the attorney general or of the president, but ultimately it has to emanate from one of those two positions.
So with Epstein, the strings were pulled at the apogee of power over the course of four presidential administrations to make sure that He could do his thing.
With Diddy, we know that there's hidden cameras.
There's been enough information about hidden cameras to assume that there's hidden cameras in his quote-unquote freak-off parties.
But with Diddy, it's kind of interesting.
You've got to go back to him founding Bad Boy Records.
He founded Bad Boy Records with a guy named Clive Davis, a music mogul named Clive Davis.
And there was recently a documentary about Clive Davis that made him out to be this benign octogenarian that everybody loved and that he provided the soundtrack to everybody's life.
Clive Davis is a stone-cold criminal.
And he's been getting away with various types of criminality for years.
Clive Davis was busted for filing false tax returns in 1971, 72 and 73 and actually defrauding the IRS those years.
And then the feds were involved in following a Genovese crime family individual.
His name was Pascual Falcone.
He was smuggling 22 pounds of heroin into the United States.
And then when the feds started digging into Falcone, they came across Clive Davis.
And Falcone and Davis were in business together.
Falcone set up a bunch of dummy corporations, and Davis at that point was running CBS Records, and he was invoicing these dummy corporations, and then Davis and Falcone were splitting the proceeds.
And it's estimated that he embezzled $94,000 from CBS Records.
And then he was involved in the largest payola scam Ever in the history of the FCC. And what's really interesting, it was a quarter of a million dollars.
And they were paying disc jackeys and radio stations a quarter of a million dollars to play certain songs, which is against the law.
And so he has done...
All kinds of acts of criminality, and Clive Davis has not spent one day in jail.
Yeah, well, I mean, we support screwing the IRS, the federal government, criminal taxation.
But yeah, I understand what you're saying.
And he and Diddy, now, the only way that you can stay out of jail for all that criminality is Is by being an informant.
So he and Diddy combined their forces and started Bad Boy Records and Diddy's been able to get away with all the criminality that he's gotten away with.
So I think that that criminality probably goes back to Clive Davis and I think it goes a lot higher than that, Nick.
No, no, but I'm talking about the agreement.
I'm talking about Clive Davis ushering Diddy into this protected world of being a government informant.
That's what I believe.
