And now it's time for the top news of the day.
All right, well, President Trump, former President Trump, at the GOP convention this week in Milwaukee, teased that he's just about ready to make his vice president pick.
Whoa, yay!
He said it's just about time, getting down to the wire there, to pick my vice president pick.
Now, his picks, though, supposedly are pretty unappetizing.
Let's go over some of them.
Vivek Ramesh Swampy.
We've got Dr.
Ben Carson.
Really?
How is he even still in the running, in the game, alive?
Anyways, we've got Tulsi Gabbard.
All right.
Who else do we have?
Kristi Noem.
Ron DeSantis, Senator Rick Scott, and pretty much all, you know, minorities or blacks or women, and Vance.
Now, it's, again, I'm just wanting to know if he's going to pick yet another rhino deep state Israel Schilling vice president.
Really, like, obviously, like the snake.
We had Vice President Pence, who didn't do a damn thing, and revealed his true colors pretty soon after.
But if people are going to throw their whole support at Trump again and donate for him and vote for him and believe he's the saver of our country, then again, he needs to right a lot of wrongs.
He needs to learn from his past mistakes.
Yeah.
And actually pick somebody who's going to be truly, truly America first, truly America first.
If he wants to show the country that he knows how to run the country, he knows and he's willing and ready to truly swing against the deep state and fight these dragons.
But I'm not so sure.
I don't have a lot of hope, but we will see.
And I believe that his vice president pick will say a lot about him and what he's planning on doing.
But this leads us back to the same pickle in general.
Elections are fake and gay.
Who actually believes in elections anymore?
When Donald Trump was the President of the United States and supposedly had all the powers, he still couldn't stop the election from being stolen and fraudulent.
He couldn't do anything about it.
Or maybe he didn't do anything about it.
Maybe he was bought and paid for at that time already.
We don't know.
But the fact is, when he was sitting in the Oval Office in power, he couldn't stop the election from being stolen.
So why now when he's not in power?
And in fact, when he's being arrested all the time and in trial and has hundreds of felony charges against him, why can he then stop the election from being stolen?
Elections at this point, as we know, they're all fake.
They're rigged.
They're gay.
And at this point, the Democrats, well, it's not just the Democrats.
It's who's above them.
It's the deep state.
It's the shadow government.
Israel controlling everything.
We know that they're the ones that truly pulled the strings.
And they've had their agenda in motion.
And they've got even more sophisticated ideas.
With stealing the election, it's a well-oiled machine at this point.
So this whole believing that Donald Trump is going to win again and that we just got to vote harder this time and sweat more when we're filling in those bubbles.
We got to go out and vote harder as if we didn't vote hard and there weren't massive amounts of people, unprecedented amounts of people last election.
But somehow that wasn't voting hard enough.
Somehow that wasn't enough of a turnout.
But somehow we need to vote harder.
And if by voting harder and having more of a turnout, that's going to stop the election from being stolen.
I'm sorry.
I'm the most patriotic person as they come, but I don't have a lot of faith in it.
But we will see.
I just don't want everybody to get their hopes up and believe in this dog and pony show once again and then Have everything be let down and we're back in the same rat race again.
It's it's just very interesting how they're keeping Biden again, you know, as the front runner.
And yet Trump has basically been tied down with all of these legal woes and court cases and everything else.
He's not been fully in campaign mode.
But isn't that interesting and suspicious?
I mean, maybe he's meant they know he's going to lose or they know he can't be president.
And, well, you know, here comes Biden again.
Well, in any event, we'll see who he picks for his VP. But I'm not holding my breath, but we will see.
All right, and next, let's talk about the world.
At 4.50 p.m., this is a very sad day for Australia.
Australia has passed the digital ID, the national digital ID, and it was only from one token opposition from the liberals and nationals.
Yes, the national digital ID bill was passed.
This is going to start the trend, folks, all over the world.
Let's check it out right now if you haven't seen this.
And I'm so incredibly proud to be a member of the Albanese Labour Government who care about community, who don't look at words on a piece of paper and effectively look people in the eye and say we don't care, which is what the opposite appears to do on a very regular basis.
Thank you, Deputy Speaker.
The discussion has concluded.
I have to report that the Federation Chamber has been unable to complete its consideration of the Digital ID Bill 24 and has returned the bill to the House with an unresolved question.
I present a certified copy of the bill together with a schedule of the question which the Federation Chamber was unable to resolve.
I understand it is the wish of the House to consider the bill immediately.
The unresolved question is that the bill be now read a second time.
The question is that the bill be now read a second time.
And I put the question.
All of that opinion say aye.
To the contrary, no.
I think the ayes have it.
Is the revision required?
Ring the bells for four minutes.
Welcome to Totalitarian Control, folks.
Here it begins.
Let's get ready for it.
Coming into the U.S. shortly.
All right, so moving on to Israel.
Israel, you know, there's so many people that are just so, so pro-Israel, and it's so divided.
Tim Pool actually posted a poll.
Tim Pool posted a poll on his ex this week that said, who do you stand with, Israel or Palestine?
And guess what?
80%, 80% of respondents said they stand with Israel.
That's how...
Just believing they are of the whole propaganda.
And there wasn't even an option to say, you know, we shouldn't be involved in either war.
But everybody believes, most, the majority of people believe that this war is a war worth fighting and bringing our U.S. troops into it and our U.S. money, billions of dollars into it.
That's really sad.
Wake up, folks.
Wake up.
A Jewish rabbi, here's a video of a Jewish rabbi saying that anywhere that Israel goes, that occupies, we need to start bombing because it's Israel's land and Israel belongs everywhere.
Basically, Israel controls the world and reigns supreme.
Check this out.
Even if the United States government will say, okay, okay, hey, you're becoming too fanatic, the government, too religious, we'll give you a billion dollar extra every year to the aid, don't touch the churches.
We're not allowed to listen to them.
God comes before Obama and his friends.
You understand?
I'm telling you what the laws are.
If we are strong enough to do it one day, I doubt it.
All place in the world that we will occupy in a war.
We go to a war, we occupy.
Let's say we occupy Lebanon.
And over there there's idol-worshiping places.
We have the same obligation to destroy it.
Why?
Because now we live there.
We occupy the place.
We occupy the place.
The Torah says, Don't leave anything, any idols among you.
So every place that you live in, and now you're the original owner of the place now, you're the new owner, I should say, from now on you have the same obligation to purify the place from all the idols.
Because it's against the Torah.
Remember, it's not what's good for me or not.
And why is Thomas Macy the only representative who's against sending our aid to Israel and to Ukraine?
He's against sending foreign aid to any country to fund any war.
But he's the lone ranger out here.
And he's trying to be ousted.
This is Ron Paul actually sticking up for him.
Everybody's saying that he is hostile to Israel.
They're labeling him as an anti-Semite.
He's hostile to Israel because you must be an anti-Semite.
You must be hostile to Israel if you don't believe in sending billions of dollars in foreign aid to help their war.
This is Ron Paul defending them.
He says Thomas Macy isn't hostile to Israel.
He's loyal to Americans by voting against all foreign aid.
And that's the way it should be.
Check this out.
If people were honest and they want to pick out probably the best defender of the Constitution would be Thomas Massey.
Others, very close, but for the most part, he is the champion of the Constitution.
Just think of the energy and the hay The involvement and the politicizing of all this is going into this for the sole purpose of destroying, you know, the most student of the Constitution and the most consistent principled voter there.
And I should modify the most because there are others.
But the whole thing is, it's such an irony of the energy they spend on this.
And then to turn it into a hate speech and a hate ad.
But you know what?
I think...
I think there's a limit to how much garbage you have to listen to.
And right now, I think that's what Trump is sort of proving.
How much garbage can you throw at me before the people say, you know, what are you people doing?
So I think when they look at an ad like that, I think that would get him more sympathy.
And, of course, since they know they can't beat him, In the current election, what they want to do is send a big message to more people down the road and why that type of voting and support can't be allowed.
You can't hide behind the Constitution common sense and peace.
And you can't reject our early, especially our early history about non-interventionism.
And for the many...
Thousands of people, if not millions, who are now joining in this effort to promote peace and prosperity as a basic principle of what government should be all about.
But still, they'll spend all this energy and it's trying to get rid of the best.
It doesn't make any sense.
All right.
Stay tuned right after these messages for Ask the Doctor with Dr.
Sherwood.
We'll be right back.
And then an incredible long Darwin Awards right after this.
Alright folks, well it looks like we're at a crossroads once again.
It is no conspiracy theory now that it looks like the global elites will definitely be ushering in a digital dollar.
And if we don't fight back, they will be monitoring every penny that we earn or spend.
Which could be a great reset in action, right?

Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, as we are gearing up towards the summer and swimsuit season and swimming season and it's getting hotter and hotter out, a lot of people and friends I know tell me, I'm going to detox.
Oh, it's time for me to detox so that I can look better in my swimsuit.
Or it's time for me to detox so that I can feel healthier.
Maybe they feel like they've been drinking too much wine or smoking too much cigarettes or whatever people do out there.
I don't know.
But I always hear people talking about wanting to detox.
But what exactly does that mean to detox?
And how often should you do it?
Why is it important?
And especially for those We're going to welcome back our resident doctor, Dr.
Mark Sherwood.
Sherwood.tv slash shots with all his incredible nutritional supplements and knowledge, his wealth of knowledge.
And of course, it's all, you know, driven by Christ.
That's what I love so much about you.
But let's ask the doctor, Dr.
Mark Sherwood, his thoughts about detoxing.
So welcome, by the way, to Shots Fired and happy Thursday.
How are you doing?
Happy Thursday.
It's good to be back with you.
I always look forward to it.
Great question about detox, Deanna.
This is something that comes up every year, typically after Christmas.
After Christmas, yes.
After the holidays, that's when I hear it too.
Oh yeah, and then it comes up before summer.
And you're right, it's a process by which people look at as a way to sort of restart and then maybe get back in shape, perhaps lose a few pounds.
But the whole idea of detox is deeper than that, much, much deeper.
So the detoxification system...
It's a system in which our body, as a general rule, God's design again, it sees a toxin that's either produced inside, that's called an endotoxin, or something that's coming to us from the outside called an exotoxin, and it looks at it and says, hey you, you don't belong here.
Let me convert you or transform you into a form that I can easily talk to my, you know, Waste system and get rid of you.
That's what detox is.
We need like finger puppets and hand puppets for this.
But yes, it is.
It's different body systems talking to each other.
It is.
And so what happens is this is a process that goes on all the time, 24-7, 365.
And every process of the body is driven by cellular nutrition.
So when I look at the whole idea of nutrition, you can't detox effectively whether you do a detox or Or you want to detox without adequate nutrition at the cell level.
But once you start a detox process, there's a whole bunch of different varieties, Deanna, out there.
And obviously, we have our standard, but there's a bunch of them out there that people do.
Okay, so first of all, I guess I want to ask before we get into the process of detoxing.
When I think of detox, I kind of think of somebody who is, you know, drinks way too much or is a drug addict or something like that or smokes a lot and stuff, and that's why they need to detox.
But is detoxing really just for people like that?
Or, I mean, is it for really the everyday person?
Should they detox and not just somebody who, you know, kind of associates detoxing with something really serious that's really harmful in their body?
Of course, that's important, too.
But so to shorten that question, should kind of like the everyday person be interested in detoxing as well or doing detoxing every once in a while?
They should.
You talk about detoxing from addiction to and from controlled substances.
That's sort of a different context because you're talking about withdrawals.
People will detox during withdrawals, but we're talking about a detox process that everyone should be doing.
It is a system which has to work.
If it does not work, toxins, and this is a powerful fact, Most of them are called lipophilic substances, and what that means is they love fat.
So when they don't get cleared out of the body, they get stored in, guess what, your fat tissue, which is obviously around the middle and also in the brain.
And how does this relate to our current obesity crisis as it relates to our cancer crisis?
You see how this all fits together now?
So I don't believe, for one, that the cancer crisis we have is Just because our genes have failed.
I look at it as we have a toxic, polluted environment.
Yeah.
And that's the thing.
It's not just...
People need to start realizing that just not smoking cigarettes or refraining from alcohol or drugs doesn't mean that you don't have toxins in your body.
We have mercury in our fish.
We have heavy metals in our foods and, you know, in our water.
We have so many in our air.
We just walking in America every day or eating.
We have toxins inside of us, right?
We do.
We live in what I call a pop world, persistent organic pollutants.
They're everywhere.
And we in America, the Environmental Protection Agency, the way they do things is they allow little substances into our system without really testing them on humans, under the assumption that little tiny micro amounts or nano amounts won't hurt you.
I look at anything else.
If you have multiple nano amounts, well, that adds up to micro amounts, which adds up to macro amounts.
And so it is the constant barrage of this that has taxed our system so much, and you can sort of correlate this with poor nutrition, Extra adiposity, which means lack of system function, and then more storage units, like the Motel 6, Tom Bodette got the light on for you, and we've got plenty of room for toxins in our system.
People are suffering right now, and we've got to figure out a way to sort of detox more efficiently in the world, because you can't change the world right now.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So now let's talk about specifics.
Again, when I hear the word detox, I see all these different products promising to detox you or a 24-hour detox, a one-week detox, and they're all at the stores and selling to us via Facebook ads.
So I saw on your website that you've got a two-week detox program.
Tell us what that's all about.
Well, you're right.
There's a bunch of them out there.
And let me just get to the chase on this.
Marketing is very good in some areas.
I'll just let people read between the lines there.
Especially when it's packaged in pretty pink wrapping.
Oh, totally.
It'll get your attention.
And if you target weight loss and say you're going to lose X number of pounds.
But it's all hype, Deanna.
The system of detox, the program of detox has got to be focused on In addition to, and even separate from, the action of detox.
Because the action of detox is going to go on 24-7, 365 regardless.
And it's not that you can take this and remove that.
The system doesn't work like that, folks.
Sure.
It just doesn't work like that.
We've talked about the genetics of detox before, so everybody detoxes things differently.
I mean, some people can detoxify alcohol better than others.
Some people can detoxify caffeine better than others.
Some people nicotine or the cigarettes, but not everybody detoxes the same.
Now, when I look at a two-week detox like we put together, It is 14 or 15 days, depending on how you want to look at it, of a person's focusing on not bringing in toxic burden-creating foods.
And what I mean by that is this.
There's a formula I want people to get.
Toxic load minus your ability to clear equals toxic burden.
It just makes sense.
If you can lower the load, Improve the ability to clear, you lower the burden.
And we live in a toxic, burdensome society.
So we take two weeks of a program, and it's got nutrients in it that help push the system in a little bit more aggressive mode.
We put two shakes in there, and then a meal guide, and we make sure we lower the toxic load and improve the ability to clear.
Therefore, we lower the burden.
And that program is not like a A liquid stool mover, as some people fear.
Do some people lose weight?
I suppose, yes.
But we don't do it and should not be using it for losing weight.
But understanding this, when you get toxins to relieve themselves from your body, as they're stored in fat tissue, it just makes reasonable sense that as you lose and release fat tissue, you're also going to release toxins.
And if the body's not able to get those things out of the body, they're going to recirculate.
Okay, cool.
So what does a person normally feel, you know, when you talk to your patients or whatnot who have used this two-week plan?
What are some of the benefits, you know, the results that they feel or how they feel differently after the two weeks?
We do this as a group ourselves.
My wife and I do it about three times a year and people join us from...
Literally all around the country.
It's kind of fun, you know, because we've got a little private Facebook group.
Oh, cool, cool.
So you talk about all your experiences and results afterwards.
Yeah, for 14 days, my wife and I go on there and we do live videos and take questions.
It's so neat.
And there's hundreds of people that do it with us.
But we mostly start out our clients on this detox because most people have habits they need to break.
And so if a person is highly addicted to the greatest drug we know, which is the standard American diet, sugary processed foods, for a couple days they may feel a little bit ran down.
And so I tell them to start the detox on a Thursday, like today.
I say that's a great day because you can take it for one day and then you just want to stay hydrated and you're going to be urinating more because your body is trying to eliminate things more effectively.
So it just makes sense that you want to stay hydrated, of course, and you'll want to.
But after about three or four days, people tell me they get the cravings go away.
After about five or six days, they have lost a little bit of weight.
They're sleeping better.
They see the scale weight go down.
The clothes fit better.
They're starting to get their mojo back.
About 10 days in, they're feeling a little bit of boost in energy, more motivation, feeling better about themselves.
And at this point in time, it's significantly important to transition into a workable, anti-inflammatory food program.
And we've had people, even if they like the detox, they'll actually finish it up, go 14 days.
And we've had people do another one and stretch it out to one shake a day and two meals, as opposed to two shakes a day and one meal.
And they'll make the next one last 28 days.
So it's a journey.
And everybody's got the little sort of ways like to do it.
But it's a great starting point for people because it's educational.
We also send people that are not doing the detox group with us.
We send them the videos so they have education they can listen to every single day.
That's awesome.
It just feels, too, better.
I mean, you know that we've got all these heavy metals in our bodies.
We've just got stuff building up and building up.
So I'm sure that you just feel better physically, emotionally, spiritually after you know you've done a nice cleanse and a nice detox for a couple weeks.
Yeah, it's almost like this.
When I look at a detox, we talk about this in the process of education.
Deanna, it's not just physical detox.
It's an emotional detox.
It's a spiritual and sometimes relational.
And we talk about all those single things and sometimes even financial.
We've got to get out of these bad habits that are toxic, you know, toxic relationship, toxic conversations, toxic habits, toxic things we say and do.
And so for us, it's more than just a detox plan.
It's a program that generates real results and real head start, like a kickstart to a better life.
Yeah, it's like a head start and like a restart.
That's cool.
I love it.
I'm going to try it.
And again, I think it just people shouldn't just go just because I want to lose 14 pounds or just because I want to do this or that.
It's really just a nice way to restart your body, restart your life, restart your spirituality.
Now, with that being said, I know that we've talked a lot about supplements and how it's important then when you do have a nice, fresh, clean palate, a nice restarted body and system to start building better habits of what you're putting in because you don't want to put something in that's a nice, clean temple that's not good for you.
You talk a lot about fish oil.
And now I admit, I've been getting my fish oil usually on Amazon or, you know, kind of a cheaper store-bought brand.
For instance, this is the one that I usually take.
It's just, I don't know, it's a common brand.
It's Nature Made, Nature Made Fish Oil.
And it says purified to remove mercury.
Okay, seems good.
And no color added, no artificial flavors added and gluten-free.
So this was like $10, $15 at the most.
But it seems good to me, especially because it says purified to remove mercury.
But what have you say about something like this, that you can just buy off Amazon for fish oil?
Well, first, all fish oil are not created equal.
They could be purified of mercury, but many times you don't know their storage temperature, their storage life, and the pressure they're under.
So you can get a little rancidity, the spoilage of those fish oil.
And it's not just fish oil.
This is really important.
So I want to teach you something here in the audience.
This is important because 100% of the people we've tested for 15 years have been deficient.
Here's why.
If you'll pull up your bottle right there, I want you to look at both, first of all, the serving size.
How many gel caps per serving is it recommending?
It says two soft gels per serving.
Okay, now look down into the ingredients, and you're going to find two specific essential amino acids, fatty acids, that are going to be called EPA, eicosapentaenoic acid, and DHA. So you're going to look at the milligrams on those.
How much are the milligrams?
Okay.
Well, okay, let's see.
EPA is 360 milligrams and DHA is 240 milligrams.
Okay, so you're looking at a 600 milligram total EPA and DHA for two capsules, right?
Yes.
Okay, people out there are getting their calculators out.
Yeah, exactly.
Okay, so here's what you need to know.
To get adequacy...
In other words, enough in your system to get your omega index, which is the percent of those essential omega-3s in the blood, up to 8% to 10%, you need 3,000 milligrams of EPA and DHA in about a 3-to-2 ratio.
Now, that is correct in a 3-to-2 ratio.
So if you're talking two gel caps gets you 600 milligrams, Want to do the quick math?
Yeah, I need to pull out my calculator.
You got to take 10 of those.
A day.
10 of those a day.
Oh my.
That's a lot.
Yeah, and so it's not really a bargain when you look at it.
No.
It's actually, it's deceiving.
And I watch people do this all the time and they get the wrong one because they know they need fish oil, which is true.
But what you need is the sufficiency of the certain essential ones at a ratio that is pleasing to the body.
Because we're trying to get the ratio of our 6 to 3s, omega-6 to omega-3s in the body, up to a good workable one, which is about 3 to 1 or 4 to 1.
And so you've got to take 10 of those right there a day to get to adequacy at minimum.
Sometimes, in your case, it could be even 12.
Wow.
So that's how much you have to take a day to be fully functioning and to get the most benefits out of omega-3s?
That's correct.
And so that's why when you select omega-3s, I'll give you the flip side.
You want to get omega-3 that has, for example, a serving size like this.
One gel cap might contain 600 and...
50 milligrams of EPA, 350 milligrams of DHA, equaling a thousand.
And under that math, you would take a total of three to get the same.
It took 10 of that one to get.
See the difference?
Yeah.
Yeah.
And so, I like the ones that I take less capsules, right?
Higher load.
Now, I'll give you one more tool on that one.
Since we're taking fish oil and we're looking for essential EPA and DHA, right?
In the one you have, we know that 600 milligrams are accounted for with EPA and DHA. As you look at the ingredients, what else do you see as far as omega-3s?
I see.
Then it says omega-3 other 120 milligrams.
And then again, what is other?
I don't know.
I don't know.
I don't know either.
It's weird because if they didn't know...
Why would they put other?
And if they did know, why would they put other and why would they not name it?
Are they concerned about it?
Yeah, that's creepy.
It is.
And so what happens is a lot of these omega-3s, there's other oils in them that might not be beneficial.
So you've got to look for the whole package load within the gel cap being at an effective ratio and quantity to do what you want it to do.
Supplements as a whole, Deanna, are very confusing.
They are.
One thing I look at when you look at also labels, there is a high standard in most of the labels Labs that we use that has a stamp on there that says GMP. And what that means is when the ingredients are pulled into the lab to assemble, they're put in a quarantine area and they're assessed.
They're tested.
And then they're also tested once again in the production area.
And then they're also tested post-production.
This is very important because the post-production confirms that for a period of two years, That gel cap, pill, whatever the capsule may be, has to have what it says it has on the label or more for two years or that company loses the certification.
Wow.
So it is a high standard and there's about four or five companies around the country that do that.
And so you've got to be highly selective about what you get.
I personally don't buy anything from the grocery store, other than maybe you could probably get away with some melatonin, maybe.
But you've got to be very careful in the health food stores, again.
The FDA does regulate somewhat supplements, and as long as you don't say that it cures, treats, or mitigates disease processes, Any claim is legal, even a lie.
Wow.
So you can actually hire someone, like a celebrity, and this is out there, you know, people can look it up, going to look under Fiverr.
It's a website you can hire.
Yeah.
Testimonials, and fine, but, you know, they're not most of the time real.
Wow.
It's like the fraudulent DA, you know?
I mean, that's pretty much what it is.
And we know how it's been through COVID processes and everything else.
They want to get just something on the market, and it's really, really fraudulent.
Yeah, and with omega-3s, this is so important.
They are critical.
For brain health, heart health, cellular health, reduction of inflammation.
And boy, every disease process has chronic systemic inflammation, doesn't it?
And get this, when the omega-3 index, which is never checked...
Gets to 8% or more, all-cause mortality starts to go down.
Now, that's some real hardcore data, so I think that omega-3s are probably one of the things that are underutilized, under-tested, and certainly under-selected.
Absolutely.
And you do sell Omega-3s on your website with your company, right?
Yes.
And the one that I like right now, and again, people need to know this, I'm not married to any company.
I want the best and I'm never going to recommend to Deanna or anybody else that are my friends that I love and care about anything other than the best.
I just don't do that.
I like right now, buy Omega-1000 and the dose on that is 3.
Real simple.
And that's the one I take every day.
And I like it a lot.
There's another one that I use called Monopure 1300.
Again, the dose is three.
And then even one more.
We've got three different ones on our website.
Omega Avail TG1000. Those three.
All those are interchangeable.
Three different companies.
I endorse them all, and we have them all.
The one I've been taking is Omega-3, that by Omega-1000, just because I've got some data that shows the speed at which it comes from catch.
To capsule, tends to be a little bit faster, and I'm okay with that.
Okay, I like that.
Cool.
All right, well, man, you never skip a beat, never stutter, and you're just always a wealth of information.
And it's really valuable information, too, because our body really is our temple.
You know, our body is what God made us, and so we need to treat it right.
We need to be putting good, positive things in it that are healthy and And not just all, we kind of really need to also defeat the deep state crap that they're trying to feed us and infiltrate.
It's really just another attack on God, I see it.
Attack on our bodies is another attack on God and what he, you know, the image that he made in us.
So I think, I love your information and I love your products and I'm excited to Really replace this product.
Yeah, please do.
This Amazon product with your Omega-3s and see how it goes.
All right, and of course, everybody can find this on sherwood.tv slash shots with promo code SHOTS to get 30% off, right?
Yeah, and take advantage of that, people.
Yeah, definitely.
Because it's very important.
And what you said, I'll just tag onto that very quick in 15 seconds or less.
Honoring this temple is a privilege.
It's a responsibility and it's an opportunity all at the same time.
The greatest gift that God gave to the world is you, human beings.
That's the only thing he made in his own image.
And what an opportunity we have.
And all we're doing is directing people to put in what God made for us to put in those bodies so they'd work and function well in this world.
Yeah.
Amen.
I mean, always leaving on a positive note.
All right, Dr.
Sherwood, thanks so much for joining us as usual.
And I believe I have some smoke alarm chirping or something.
The batteries need to be replaced.
But thank you so much for joining us as usual.
Guys, we'll be right back right after these messages.
Don't go anywhere.
Second thing we can do is drink water.
I mean, you hear me talk about hydrogen water all the time with our little bottles.
Yes.
We have to have water to live.
Our bodies are 65% water, just like the Earth is.
Go figure.
Right.
Wow, does that not give you chills right there to think about that?
Totally, yeah.
When we drink that water, if we can bring hydrogen in there, it can reduce inflammation, it can reduce free radicals, and it can be calm.
Calm and peace to the cells.
So I don't know how better we can get than those two tips.
And we need that more today.
Dan, if we're stuck and just locked into what's next in the news, it's going to lock us in all right.
It's like locking into a self-imposed prison.
100%.
And you have an incredible water hydration device as well that we can talk about real quick.
I know that you probably have it on your desk right now.
Yeah, I do.
I drink this every day.
Forgive me for sounding like an info marshal, but this is the truth, man.
It's on my desk, you know, even before it came on live.
I put water in here about five minutes ago, pushed the button, and this little chamber that's via electrolysis creates hydrogen in here.
And I'll push the button one more time so people can see that.
Really cool.
So cool.
You can see that it puts little bubbles in there.
Really neat like that.
And when I, I'll turn it off and show you when I pull the lid off, you can hear a little pressure, and I just drink the water.
Yeah, you don't want to be just drinking tap water.
I mean, you want to be, not all water is created equal, right?
I mean, of course we want to be, we want to be hydrating with lots and lots of water as one of your tips, but not all water is necessarily created equal.
No.
Get your water filtered.
You know, reverse hot smokes is my favorite.
There's a lot of little portable filters.
One can do from a hardware store to put on your fountain or on your pitchers in your house.
You can get an indoor filter system.
Works pretty good.
We have one.
Or you can buy filtered water, too.
But the cool thing about this is when I drink this, it reduces not just the inflammation of the radicals, but it can make myself self-respond in a younger manner.
That's cool.
Cheers to being young or older.
I guess, I suppose.
But it's really important.
You got yours too.
It's important to do the right things that are simple.
I'm a big believer in the KISS principle, keep it simple, silly, you know?
Yes.
And what we talked about is learning to redefine stress, understand the addiction and stress, getting outside and getting away from it all, and then filling your body with the water, which is life.
Well, it's Thursday and it's time for the Darwin Awards.
The Darwin Awards.
The dumbest, stupidest, most ridiculous people and events of the week.
And the list is long this week, folks.
So sit tight.
Number one, the first Darwin Award goes to...
Well, what is a Darwin Awards week without Biden?
What a joke.
What a mockery of the Oval Office.
The superpower that used to be America.
But Trump recently...
Propose, you know, proposition Biden to a debate because, hey, it's time for the debates.
It's time for the two of them to debate on the big stage in front of the world watching.
He said, we need to get on that stage and debate.
And Biden sent a little video response mocking him and saying how he beat Trump in the 2020 debates.
Somehow, if you didn't think that Biden had dementia, And it's such a cringe video because it takes him like 15 different takes to say something really quick.
And there's all these different shots.
He's obviously reading from a teleprompter.
It's highly, highly edited.
The guy can't even read 30 seconds of something supposedly genuine without reading from a teleprompter and having many different takes.
I mean, I swear this creature is AI at this point.
And he says, make my day.
He tries to sound so badass.
Make my day.
Check this out if you haven't seen it already.
Donald Trump lost two debates to me in 2020.
Since then, he hadn't shown up for debate.
Now he's acting like he wants to debate me again.
Well, make my day, pal.
I'll even do it twice.
So let's pick the dates, Donald.
I hear you're free on Wednesdays.
I love that.
Make my day, pal.
Make my day, pal.
He's so tough.
You're so tough and badass, Biden.
Let's see it.
But he had a lot of different conditions for his life.
Debate.
He will only debate Donald Trump, apparently, if certain demands are met.
Yeah, and he's got a long list of demands, and they're completely unreasonable and BS. Let's look at some of these demands.
One of the demands is that there's no crowd, okay?
So this is kind of interesting.
He wants to make sure that there's no audience.
Why?
No audience?
That's the whole point of the debate.
He doesn't want people...
Critiquing him, heckling him, cheering for Trump and showing social proof for Trump.
No, he doesn't want everybody to see that contrast.
So he wants no audience.
Crazy, unprecedented.
And again, we love the audience in the debate.
That kind of makes the debate.
So no audience, that's one of his demands.
Another demand is not to be having limited news outlets.
Limited news outlets.
Why does he say that?
It should be hosted by any broadcast organization that hosted a Republican primary debate in 2016 in which Donald Trump participated and a Democratic primary debate in 2020 in which President Biden participated.
Blah, blah, blah.
So he says he wants to limit the number of major news outlets that can host a 2024 presidential debate.
All right.
OK, here's another one.
So bizarre.
Here's another one.
No RFK Jr.
or any other third candidate, third party candidate.
He doesn't want any third party candidate.
That's another demand of his.
And it goes on.
So he wants to have these candidates mics must mute after time expires and Donald Trump cannot interrupt him.
He's not allowed to interrupt him.
But some of Trump's best mic drop moments was, of course, when he interrupted people or when he when he made mic drops moments after the other person's mic went on.
So we we actually love that about Donald Trump and we hope to see that again, but not with these.
So, the next Darwin Award goes to Frito Chris Cuomo.
I meant to cover this last week, but our guests ran too long.
We didn't get a chance to do the Darwin Awards, but Chris Cuomo...
Actually admitted that the vax now is giving people side effects and that ivermectin actually works.
He's now admitting what we've all been saying, all millions of us for so long, and that he vehemently opposed and silenced people and canceled people for on his news program.
How sinister is that?
What a joke.
Listen to this clip if you haven't already.
New York Times released an article that's getting a lot of play.
That says that there are thousands of people who say they're still suffering side effects they believe from the vaccine and that those have been ignored.
Now, one of them is nurse practitioner Sean Barkovich.
He says he got his first dose in 2020, had side effects.
Just standing up sent his heart racing, stinging pain in his eyes, mouth, groin.
Those have gotten a little bit better, but he still has what they call tinnitus.
That's a ringing in the ears.
We know that vaccines can have unintended consequences, aka side effects.
But nobody's really talking about it because they're too afraid of blame and they just want it to go away.
But the problem is people like Sean and me and millions of others who still have weird stuff with their blood work and their lives and their feelings, you know, physically, are not going away.
Sean Barkovich joins us now.
Sean, why do you believe it's the vaccine and what has happened when you've tried to get clinical analysis of it or answers?
Why do I believe this?
It's not a belief, it's a fact.
And as soon as I was injured, 15-20 minutes of my first dose, I had numbness tingling up and down my injected arm that over days spread to my face and my eyes.
I went to see a neurologist.
He ran some tests.
He's like, well, this is all new.
We don't know much about it, but the hospital is going to mandate it.
You should get a second dose.
And everything in my medical mind and in my bones was telling me, no, if you have a reaction after something, don't do it again.
But the pressure was immense, and then three weeks rolled around, I got a second dose, and after that, everything blew up.
I went from being a healthy, 100% healthy, fully functioning nurse to a complete downward spiral of health.
I had a myriad of symptoms.
Have you gotten any clarity from doctors or from the drug manufacturer putting out any information about what could happen as a side effect?
As a research nurse practitioner and somebody who worked on vaccine research, I thought after I was injured, there would be people to help me.
I'm like, I'm in New York City.
There will be medical people ready to help me.
There must be interest to find out what happened or what went wrong with me.
I reached out to my political representatives.
I reached out to the NIH, the CDC, the FDA. I got no answers.
No one wanted to touch it.
I got token responses back or no response.
He must be really desperate for money or what is going on in order for him to actually admit that the vaccine gives side effects and deaths and causes people to die suddenly on national TV and actually expose that.
But remember, and by the way, here is Chris Cuomo, too, announcing recently on an interview that he's been taking ivermectin.
And that Ivermectin actually works.
Surprise, surprise, Ivermectin works.
And then he blames it on misinformation.
He said, we've been just, we were given bad information about Ivermectin at the time.
And that was wrong.
I was wrong.
Yeah, you were giving everybody misinformation about Ivermectin at the time.
You were one of the biggest peddlers and pushers of that misinformation about Ivermectin and vaccine and everyone during COVID. It's unbelievable.
But here is the before and after.
Here is Chris Cuomo admitting that he's taking ivermectin and that it works.
I'll tell you something else that's going to get you a lot of hits.
I am taking a, what do they call it, like a regular dose, you know, whatever.
They're trying to build up of ivermectin.
Ivermectin was a boogeyman early on in COVID. You couldn't talk about it.
That was wrong.
We were given bad information about Ivermectin.
The real question is why?
Everyone's going to say, Joe Rogan was right.
No, Joe Rogan was saying, yeah, he was right, but that's not what matters.
What matters is the entire clinical community knew that ivermectin couldn't hurt you.
They knew it, Patrick.
I know they knew it.
How do I know?
Because now I'm doing nothing but talking to these clinicians who at the time were overwhelmed by COVID and they weren't saying anything.
Not that they were hiding anything, but it's cheap, it's not owned by anybody, and it's used as an antimicrobial Antiviral in all of these different ways and has been for a long time.
For malaria for almost 20 years.
Yeah.
So, and my doctor, who is now my doctor, was using it during COVID on her family and on patients.
And it was working for them.
So, they were wrong to play scared on that.
Didn't know that at the time.
Know it now.
Admit it now.
Reporting on it now.
Because I think that's the job.
The idea that, well, you were a vaccine proponent.
Why wouldn't I have been a vaccine proponent?
Now, there are questions.
Oh, no, but I knew at the time.
No, you didn't.
What you knew was that there were people telling you to be resistant to what the government was telling you to do.
And then here is him, previously, if we have a short memory and forgot how he was before.
People who are getting, injecting drugs for animals and horse...
And people telling them to!
What person?
You know, you talk about, like, you know, cancel culture and who to shame.
Ivermectin?
A dewormer?
Really?
They are shaming themselves.
No one has to shame them.
They're shaming themselves by doing that.
They need to be called out and shamed, brother.
Now, speaking of Cuomo brothers, this is former Governor Andrew Cuomo on a podcast the other day talking about how society acted voluntarily.
Society acted voluntarily during COVID and that he had, quote, no enforcement capacity.
No enforcement capacity whatsoever.
What society enacted voluntarily during COVID? You were one of the biggest Nazis of all, organizing everybody and censoring everybody and reporting everybody and locking everyone down.
But somehow he had no enforcement capacity.
Here's him on this podcast.
Check it out.
Society acted with that uniformity voluntarily because I had no enforcement capacity.
Oh, it's so sad.
It's so irony.
Why are all these people coming out right now and doing an apology tour?
Why?
Kind of interesting, right?
Are they afraid of Nuremberg 2.0?
What are they afraid of?
Well, speaking of what's going to come, hopefully, hopefully never, but what they believe is coming down the pipe.
The next Darwin Award goes to good old Mittens Romney.
Mittens Romney is back again.
He's being wheeled out once again, if anyone actually believes them.
And he released a video saying that we need to be very afraid of this bird flu.
We need to be really afraid of this bird flu.
And it's coming down the pike.
He says we need...
Comprehensive action on the bird flu outbreak because it could be the next COVID pandemic.
We need to start taking measures, and we know what that means.
Locking down, wearing masks, gearing up for the vaccine intake, and rolling up your sleeves.
Here's Mittens Romney.
Check this out.
Well, first of all, you would have expected that the lessons that we learned with COVID, as well as the lessons on the baby food shortage, would have led our various government agencies to say, we need to be able to collect better data, look at trends in data, identify threats before they become severe.
But that hasn't happened to the degree I'd like to see it.
So with regards to the so-called bird flu, we have the Department of Agriculture that's doing some work.
We have the CDC, which is doing some work and other agencies as well.
But the coordination of their data gathering has not been as extensive as I'd like to see it.
They haven't been able to communicate yet to the American people that they're fully on top of this terrible condition.
And as a result, a lot of people are frightened.
And fear, of course, can create challenges and harms to American people.
So I want to see the federal government come back to us with a complete report on what they're doing to make sure that we're gathering the information we need from ranches, from states, from communities across the country.
To make sure that any threat from bird flu has been identified early enough that we can prevent it from a spread or, heaven forbid, entering into our food system.
Who believes him anymore?
Are people actually buying into this?
And is anyone actually finding Mitt Romney credible?
I mean, I think pretty much Republicans all hate him.
How is he useful?
How is he even a useful idiot for the propaganda for the elitists anymore?
I mean, he needs to go retire.
He needs to be offed.
All right, so Black Mayor Eric Adams of New York City made a statement the other day in a hilarious video.
Pretty racist if you ask me, but he says that migrants could be lifeguards.
They could be useful lifeguards because, hey, they're such good swimmers.
They're really good swimmers since they made it over here and they swam all this way.
They could be put to good use and maybe be lifeguards.
I don't know.
Check this out if you haven't seen it already.
Okay.
Plan that states those jobs that we are in high demand, we could expedite.
How do we have a large body of people that are in our city and country that are excellent swimmers and at the same time we need lifeguards?
And the only obstacle is that we won't give them the right to work to become a lifeguard.
That's just so funny.
I can't even believe it's such a big facepalm.
The way you actually watch that again, it took them so long.
It's so much strength to swim here and get here illegally.
They should become a lifeguard.
Our country needs more lifeguards, right?
Apparently white people or Americans don't want to be lifeguards.
Apparently college kids or high school kids don't want to be lifeguards anymore.
But let's give those jobs to the illegal immigrants since they are really, really good swimmers.
I just got to hear that again.
Play it again.
Plan that states those jobs that we are in high demand, we could expedite.
How do we have a large body of people that are in our city and country that are excellent swimmers and at the same time we need lifeguards?
And the only obstacle is that we won't give them the right to work to become a lifeguard.
All right.
Well, this one isn't a Darwin Award.
This is actually more of a hero award.
This is pretty cool.
So Missouri Republican Secretary of State candidate, she's been releasing some wild and controversial videos all over social media lately.
And they're kind of I like them.
They're pretty fire.
They're really out there and making waves.
So here is a video of her saying that in America, you can be anything that you want.
So don't be weak and gay.
Check out this video.
In America, you can be anything you want.
Don't be with you today.
I like it.
She's got some balls.
I like it.
And you know what?
Those are the kinds of people that we need as representatives.
Pretty sure she won't get elected, but we need her and somebody like her.
All right, and the last Darwin Award goes to this.
I don't even know what to say of it.
I don't even know how to summarize this.
But it's just, it's so disgusting and depraved and sums up a lot of things.
But basically, a gay politician in Germany, yes, he's gay, he released videos of himself licking toilet seats.
And smearing feces on his face.
And they went viral.
Martin Numiar is a member of, of course, the Free Democratic Party.
In one video, he actually inserted a feces-covered dildo.
Sorry, cover your ears, children.
A feces-covered dildo into his rectum before smearing it on a Quran.
Before smearing it on a Quran.
Now, apparently he doesn't like a certain group of people and he thinks that they're covered in shit.
I think that you are, actually.
He was running on a social justice platform and was praised as one of the district's diverse candidates.
This is one of the diverse candidates that we're elevating.
And these are the kinds of people that leftists in the deep state want.
Just total depravity.
This is a gay humiliation ritual at best.
I, you know, don't even want to see most of it.
But anyways, these are the kinds of people that are representing our country and so many others now with the gay agenda and with hiring minorities and elevating them.
They want everybody to see this.
They want families to look at this garbage and they need to go.
Check this out.
And lastly, I'll leave on a positive note for you.
Aaron Rodgers, NFL football star, he was recently on Tucker Carlson.
And we knew that he was probably pretty based.
He was, you know, vehemently against the vaccine and everything.
Didn't go with all of the leftist agendas with NFL and indoctrination.
But...
He's pretty based, more than we thought.
And he was on Tucker Carlson talking about secret societies, exposing Jeffrey Epstein, laughing at him, saying he definitely didn't kill himself, talking about Ghislaine Maxwell, and really going into some deep rabbit holes there.
So bravo to Aaron Rodgers for actually being bold enough to speak the truth on a major platform.
And I hope that others follow suit.
Maybe others will actually get some balls and start exposing these things, too.
Instead of rolling up their sleeves and being bought and paid for by Pfizer like Mr.
Pfizer out there.
All right, check this clip out.
I'll leave on that note for you.
You guys have a great weekend and stay tuned right after this.
Would you be shocked to learn that Jeffrey Epstein didn't kill himself?
No.
I mean, how many Jeffrey Epstein type people are out there?
Well, that's right.
That's the real question.
You mean people who've been killed or people who are using sex as a blackmail tool?
That.
Yep.
And then who's pulling the strings on that?
Any guesses?
Ghislaine Maxwell has a lot of ties to the Mossad.
Yep.
That would make sense.
I mean, Jeffrey didn't seem to get some of the appointments he was given in the prominence based on merit.
Somebody was putting him in the right spots.
But I don't think he's the only one.
I think there's a problem, a weird, bizarre problem, really, that has a weird sex component to it with some of the elites.
And there's a pedophile component to it as well, which is really sick.
And there's some prominent figures who are in the spotlight as of late.
I would like that to be exposed.
But Jeffrey Epstein had the goods on everybody.
There were a lot of people that didn't want him to be alive.
And then the whole wild story around multiple people being asleep and him not being watched at the time.
Real convenient.
And I just don't believe in that many coincidences.
No, no, no.
He was murdered in federal detention in Manhattan.
I don't think there's any question about that.
And people lied about it, including the then Attorney General of the United States.
I think there's some weird correlations between and anomalies that, you know, the Johnny Depp trial had eyes on it, crazy coverage.
And the Ghislaine Maxwell trial had next to no coverage, no TV coverage, no nightly commentary about it, no traffic to nobody.
I mean, she is indicted for trafficking kids, and nobody who she was trafficking kids to got indicted.
Or named.
Yeah.
And all the files that are out there still haven't been released.
We have one testimony from one victim.
That's all we have.
When that came out, it was just like one victim.
And there's hundreds of just in that little who flew on the Lolita Express.
And there's a lot of super prominent names who are on the flight logs.
What's the sex thing about?
I mean, you've been in Famous Guy World for a long time, and you're from, like me, you're from California, so obviously you've been around well-known cultural figures, the elites.
How long have you thought this, that sex plays a role?
Well, not that long.
I mean, I've just kind of...
You know, I've seen some interesting things.
I bet you have.
Been around some interesting parties and gatherings that are strange.
Not anything like what it sounds like, you know, a Diddy party.
But just even at an Oscar party, just seeing how some of these people act was always a little bit strange.
I just never resonated with it.
It was almost like interesting people watching.
But there always seemed like there was parties within the party.
People kind of doing their own thing.
That always kind of weirded me out a little bit.
But getting into conspiracy stuff, then you know about secret society stuff and stuff like the Bohemian Grove.
Yes.
And you know what Nixon said about the Bohemian Grove.
What did he say?
Well, you have to go look at his quote.
His quote is not exactly, you know, there's some...
They're all gay, right?
Something like that.
That's basically what he said.
Yeah.
And the secrecy around that.
And that's not the only secret society.
There's a lot of really interesting secret societies, not just like the skull and bones at Yale, which has produced all those presidents and the Freemasonry at its highest level.
And there is a sexual component, I think, to a lot of that.
Obviously, with Epstein, it was blackmail to get them and do what they want.
I mean, how many people are compromised by that that are in positions of power today?
Yeah.
I think you're naive to think it's none.
And you said it on the podcast with Joe, the scary part for those people is that, and for us, you know, is they could put some on your computer to cancel you.
They could set you up for something.
Oh.
