Yeah, a vehicle-bound Borderhawk news reporter was set upon by a gang of illegals who blocked him in the street and tried forcing their way into his ride, both by trying to pull the doors open and pound in the windows with their hands.
And when that failed, they started launching rocks at the reporter's vehicles before he was finally able to break through traffic and get away.
When Borderhawk News reported this situation to the El Paso Police Department, the cops refused to confirm that they would do anything about it.
They said they can't provide any updates.

We're not sure we're going to get to that.

Obviously, they're not planning to enforce the law here.
They're already rolling out the red carpet for these invaders, working with the federal government, working with open borders city councils to cater to anyone who comes over the border illegally.
That city plays host to these disgusting NGOs masquerading as religious organizations, and it serves as a depot for illegals to depart for the United States Interior.
They're sent from El Paso to destinations all over the United States, and that city helps to pay for it.
The city of El Paso is using an emergency ordinance to take illegals out of town to the destination of their choice, like New York City, or Athens, Georgia, or anywhere.
They're trafficking murderous third-world invaders of America, just like the Biden regime, just like the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, and just like Governor Greg Abbott.
And it's not just the city of El Paso.
It's the entire surrounding area, on both sides of the border.

And really, it is shocking.
What we saw happen yesterday at the border is just the latest of so many crimes that are being committed by these people.
And I think what will be interesting for many of your viewers to know, we were told that actually the National Guardsmen that are stationed along the border, their rifles are empty.
There's no ammunition in their rifles.
That's what we were told.
So even the ones that are apparently armed on the border, they don't actually have the capability to fire on these people, even if they wanted to.
Coming into the country and assaulting them, so they have to resort to hand-to-hand combat, and we saw how well that worked.
Yeah, it doesn't work.
They're gonna be outmanned, outpowered, overpowered, and overrun, but that's being done intentionally.
Who made the decision to leave these guardsmen unarmed?
They're carrying rifles that don't have bullets in them, is that what you're saying?
That's a great question.
We have not been able to uncover that information, but our sources on the ground have told us that the guardsmen are not actually technically armed, they're just carrying empty rifles.
You know what?
That's not unlike what happened in Minneapolis, actually.
Right at the beginning of the Summer of Love, you know how much love was spent and spread $12 billion in damage after George Floyd overdosed from our Minneapolis studios, right down the street from our Minneapolis studios.
They called in this Governor Tim Walz, this guy that imported, speaking of illegal immigration, imported all of these Somalis like a cockroach infestation so that Ilhan Omar could get voted into Congress.
This guy brought the National Guard down there and they had guns that they were carrying without bullets also.
They don't throw very well.
What's the purpose of an unloaded firearm?

And the same people that are disarming our guardsmen along the border are the same ones that are ruling that illegal aliens have a right, a constitutional right, to be armed in this country.
So, I mean, you can let your imagination carry you as far as you want to as to why this is happening.
But this is a textbook anarcho-tyranny.
And that is what this country is becoming, is an anarcho-tyranny state, a fourth world economic zone that is being more rights are being given to the illegal invaders themselves than to American citizens who are watching their rights be stripped away.
And as you mentioned a few moments ago, one of our reporters was actually attacked by some of these illegals right outside of a shelter in El Paso.
He was in his vehicle, as you mentioned, and he was surrounded by some men that had been loitering at the premises.
And then eventually when he managed to get away after they tried to force entry into his car, they threw rocks at him.
And as you also mentioned, the police don't care.
They didn't do anything about it.
And so it doesn't surprise me that these same types of people would assault our guardsmen along the border.
And apparently, according to reporters on the ground, many of those people after assaulting our authorities on the ground were then released into the country.
Okay, so we have to take all of this into consideration here when I ask this question.
So you have cops that are unwilling to look into a crime.
Like literally their job is to, oh, you're a victim, okay.
What happened?
You know, do a report, go find the suspects, track them down, put them in jail, and then let the judicial process take care of them.
I mean, that is the job of a police officer, right?
I mean, I understand this correctly, don't I? That's what a cop does.
And then when the victim needs follow-up in order to secure their safety, in order to promise them, hey, we caught your offender.
Then they get updates, but they're saying, no, we're not going to investigate this crime.
Get out of here.
Beat it, nerd.
And then if you want updates, no, we're really not going to do that either.
So you have the cops doing this to people who are assaulted or murdered or raped or robbed by these Illegal invaders.
You have National Guardsmen that have firearms that don't have bullets in them.
You have Border Patrol agents that are actually cutting down wires, cutting down what's left of any representation of a fake border that we had at all whatsoever, is being obliterated and destroyed and cut apart, cut to pieces by the people whose job it is to actually enforce the borders and to secure the borders.
You have a military that instead of militarizing our southern border, or northern for that matter, because Justin Castro Trudeau hasn't been too agreeable lately, and so we're not doing that.
Instead, we're protecting the borders of other countries.
The one function, by the way, of the military is to protect its borders, right?
And so all of these things put together.
Who can say that none of this is intentional?
Of course, and not to mention when states then take some kind of half-hearted attempts to secure their borders along the Rio Grande, then the federal government steps in and sues them and prevents them from being able to do that, as we've seen in Arizona when they try to erect a very shoddy shipping container wall.
And I say that because...
You know, I mean, it is some sort of an attempt.
It's more than, say, California is doing.
But the reality is when you see these ramshackle, you know, hastily put together, basically they're piles of trash, you know, essentially trying to keep people away from invading the country.
You say, what serious nation would do this while funneling over $100 billion over to Ukraine, for instance?
We recall that President Trump only asked for maybe $10 billion to build the border barrier.
He thought he could do it for that much.
And we were told by everyone from mainstream conservatism all the way to the radical left that that was just simply too large of an investment.
We didn't have that kind of money to secure the border.
And now we're watching exponentially more amounts of money being sent overseas.
And then we're seeing states, you know, putting effectively trash, old shipping containers, shoddy razor wire, which we saw really doesn't prevent mobs from coming in when they really want to.
And so you say this is not a serious country.
And worse than that, the people in charge really are trying to destroy the place.
Tell me about these cannibals, these Haitians.
Who are these people?
Cannibals, really?
Well, apparently.
That's from the reports that we're seeing out of Haiti.
You know, I take everything with a grain of salt, as we often find out.
A lot of the footage that we see is years old.
But I think it's pretty well documented that Haiti is a hellacious place, a total a**hole, as Donald Trump would say.
And these are some of the most demonic, low IQ people on the planet.
And they're coming into our country to essentially eat people.
I mean, they're going to murder them and eat them?
Is that what a cannibal does?

Anyone who lives in Miami knows the barbarity that these people bring in between ritualistic animal sacrifices.

So well over 100,000, maybe 150, maybe 200,000 of these people have entered the U.S. just in the last 18 months alone.
So while we're worrying about maybe a few hundred or a few thousand coming by sea, they're already here.

So it's no secret that every single branch and all levels of our government, murderous corporate crime syndicate, are running attacks on our First Amendment right to free speech.
We hear all the time about the Department of Justice and the FBI and the White House and members of Congress and even local prosecutors working with big tech to track down users behind posts that they don't like or to shut down their accounts completely.

In what world are we living in?

If you think that the Supreme Court is going to save us, if you think that some Supreme Court justice is going to issue some landmark ruling to save free speech, don't get your hopes up.
In a new recording of Biden's Supreme Court appointee, Kentonji Brown Jackson, she talks from the bench about how the First Amendment hamstrings the government.
The Supreme Court heard arguments in the case Murphy v.
Missouri, which revolves around the constitutionality of the Biden regime ordering social media companies to censor posts that they didn't like.
And Ketanji Brown Jackson started complaining that the Constitution is getting the government's way.
In the government's way.
It's stopping them from stopping speech.
So, therefore, it must be altered.
It must be judicially perverted so that censorship can continue.

Justice Jackson?
My biggest concern is that your view has the First Amendment hamstringing the government in significant ways in the most important time periods.
I mean, what would you have the government do?
I've heard you say a couple times, That the government can post its own speech, but in my hypothetical, you know, kids, this is not safe, don't do it, is not going to get it done.
And so I guess some might say that the government actually has a duty to take steps to protect the citizens of this country, and you seem to be suggesting that that duty cannot manifest itself in the government encouraging or even pressuring platforms to take down harmful information.
So, can you help me?
Because I'm really worried about that, because you've got the First Amendment operating in an environment of threatening circumstances from the government's perspective, and you're saying that the government can't interact with the source of those problems.
So, people like Ketanji Brown Jackson are exactly who the Constitution was written to protect the American people from.
It was written to protect the American people from their tyrannical government, not to protect a bunch of authoritarian affirmative action hires and their feelings from the American people.
Ketanji Brown Jackson, she obviously doesn't understand this at a very basic level, and she's a Supreme Court justice.
She's already demonstrated that she's not very bright.
She couldn't define what a woman is during her confirmation hearings, and now she can't seem to define the Constitution, which is supposed to be her damn job.
Joe Biden himself says that he only appointed her because she's a black woman and because he needed to hire a black woman so he could check another diversity box.
So this obviously isn't the brightest bulb to ever enter the Supreme Court, but that's why he picked her.
You see, she's doing well at what she's told, like the rest of D.C. She's good at following orders to use the Supreme Court to chip away at our founding documents and crush dissent, whether it's online or on programs like this one or elsewhere.
And when she started complaining about the Constitution hamstringing the government and getting in the way of her mission to crush the American people, she let the mask slip.
Not just a little bit, but all the way.
She reminded us all what she and so many others are really doing behind the most powerful levers of American government.
Jeffrey Tucker seems to agree with us and he joins us now.
Jeffrey, this is a Supreme Court justice speaking from the bench saying, yep, nope, the Constitution, it's really getting in the way of this authoritarian dictatorial mandate that I want to usher in.
She doesn't understand the Constitution, but I think that's her job and that's why she was appointed.
That's really important to remember.
Her job on the Supreme Court is to defend the administrative state and the totalitarian state at all costs.
And she was trusted with that job, not because she's a black woman.
I don't believe that that's why she was hired.
I think when Biden said he wanted to appoint a black woman, he was describing And the reason is that in 2018, she was the very first federal district judge in D.C. who rejected Trump's executive orders that would have done something, at least taken the first steps, towards restraining the civil service.
He issued three executive orders and she sent two of them back.
And that was a signal that she could be trusted.
And so, you know, Trump administration kept that up and at the end of his term issued that executive order on Schedule F that would have reclassified, it was the most aggressive one, would have reclassified a bunch of administrative state employees as controllable by the elected president.
Biden's first action in office was to get rid of that executive order.
So, when he appointed Jackson, it was a matter of finding somebody that they could really trust.
This is, for them, an existential issue.
You have to have an administrative state with autonomous power separate from the voting public in order to conduct what they want, which is to have a completely censored internet and a completely controlled society on behalf of big tech, big media, big pharma, and big government.
They can't stand democracy.
So that's sort of, she's just doing her job.
But she, you know, raised fundamental questions about the First Amendment, acting as if she'd never heard of it before.
Tell me, what do you mean by this First Amendment?
Wouldn't that be bad?
Wouldn't that be able to restrain the government?
You know, this is all just, you know, faux naivety on her part, her...
Her job is to defend the government and the administrative state and the deep state against the people and against freedom itself.
That's her job, and everybody knows it.
You said faux naivety, so do you believe that it's not that she doesn't understand the Constitution, but more so that she fully understands it, but it's her job to circumvent the Constitution?
I do believe that.
I think she understands that that's her task, and she's wired to do that.
You know, that's how she got the job.
And she's just following through with her job description, which was easily referred into her years, years ago.
I mean, she was rewarded for the job she did as federal district judge in D.C. with a Supreme Court appointment, and nobody could back down against it because, yeah, because of all the reasons you said.
I mean, she was perceived to be a diversity hire and all this kind of stuff, but all that was just window dressing.
What's really an issue is the power of the administrative state and the fear that the Trump administration was going to eat into the autonomy of the civil service, and that's what they want.
protect all costs.
I mean look they spent the better part of a hundred years building up this administrative state and it's the only real hope they have because they've lost the support of the public and they've with the internet suddenly people are finding out things they didn't know before so they've got to somehow Yeah, there's been a lot of noticing happening, a lot of over-to-window shifting that's been happening, a lot of feather ruffling, if you will.
We'll take a lot of credit for a lot of that.
How bad does it get before it gets better, or does it ever get better?
How bad does, you know, freedom of speech, online speech, how bad does it really get?
How totalitarian is the crackdown gonna be?
Well, yeah, so this is probably the ambition is like nothing we've ever seen in the history of censorship or the history of technology, because in the old days, You know, the kings and queens of Europe would just go after the publishers.
And then the censors in America did the same thing, you know, in 1798 and 1835 and Wilson World War I. They would go after the newspaper publishers and the editors.
But, you know, relatively small number of people they could control, but with the internet, suddenly every single citizen became an editor.
You know, we had YouTube, so everybody was going to be able to be on TV. That was the idea.
It's a massive democratization of information.
Well, if you're a censor, now you've got a problem, because it's not just a matter of A little payola to this newspaper editor or that.
You've got to have a system in place that controls 100% of everybody who uses social media, which is basically, at this point, everybody.
And that is going to require, that requires a vast machinery.
And that's what they've constructed over the course of six years.
It became very obvious to us during COVID. But it's been in construction since my guess is 2018 or something like that.
You have presidential elections like 2020 and probably decades before that, probably since the assassination of JFK. You have the causes of wars.
You have actual events of wars.
You have the bioweapon, COVID-19, the shots that were released in the name of this novel coronavirus.
You have the infiltration of What do you think is the number one thing that they are trying to shut down in silence?
Under the empire of lies, what would you think is the blaze that they want to extinguish the most?
Well, the answer would have surprised me if you'd told me, say, four years ago, but the amount of energy that's been put into forcing these unworkable and ineffective shots on people is something I never would have imagined.
I mean, to the extent to which Big Pharma and two companies, particularly Pfizer and Moderna, have captured governments around the world, is...
It's something that's mind-blowing.
I've written a lot about it because I never would have expected it.
You know, just keep in mind that, you know, when the lockdowns happened, I never even imagined the possibility that ARMA was even involved in that.
You know, so that just shows you, Stu, how my own naivety about it, I didn't get that this was all just, you know, to prepare us for MASH's injections.

The first thing in my mind.
Yeah, which ultimately turned into a mass kill-off.
Yeah.
So, you know, the ambition is big, and this is also why there's a lot of hope in AI right now.
I mean, the idea is that if you can get something like Google and Microsoft and now Apple, who saw the antitrust actions against Apple, that's an attempt to bring that company completely compliant with the administrative state.
If you can get those main companies to go along with the regime priorities, Then you've shut down, you know, 98% of the internet at that point.
I'm not sure if they're going to be able to get away with it, but I can tell you, between now and November, you know, these are times people need to be watching really carefully because you notice how the news is intensifying.
It's bombarding us every day.
There's another thing and then another thing.
I think we're going to see non-stop crisis between now and November if we have elections at all.
If it seems obvious that Trump could pull it off, they do not want another 2016.
They're terrified of that and they're working overtime to make sure that doesn't happen.
That's why the mail-in ballots and why the speech controls and why the government itself seems to have slipped completely away From even the illusion of democracy?
That's why even the Fox News Channel was suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop and the Ashley Biden diary.
Yeah, it's overwhelming.
And by the way, even Federal Reserve is now part of this.
You saw yesterday the announcement that they're going to do three rate cuts this year.
So this makes no sense whatsoever from a monetary policy point of view because we've seen three months of worsening.
Inflation.
And also, you know, we've seen new reports coming out that are redoing the inflation numbers over the last four years and showing that they were wildly underestimated.
There's a new report that came out from the National Bureau of Economic Research, written by Lawrence Summers, who used to be President of Harvard.
He's a very great economist.
And he added the cost of borrowing for houses and cars and credit card bills and everything else.
To CPI just from last year and calculated that CPI came in at 18%.
That's 5% above what we faced in 1979 and 1980 that led to a political revolution in this country.
I mean it was a turning point.
So they can't let this news out.
I mean nobody really believes that inflation numbers coming from the Bureau of Labor Statistics are correct.
But if Lawrence Summers is right, and then I would add some other things in there like the cost of health insurance, which they, you know, have completely come up with a fake formula for that.
Once you add it all together, you know, we've experienced what I think would technically be called hyperinflation in this country.
And that's why our standards of living have slipped so dramatically.
If that news comes out, there's going to be mass public anger about this, and it could be revolutionary.
So, really, the questions, too, that we need to be asking ourselves is, like, what happens in an advanced industrial democracy when the 1% have all the power and the 99% hate their guts?
You know, what...
How does that unfold, speaking from a historical point of view?
And we don't really have a precedent to understand what that looks like really, but I can just tell you it's a problem.
It's an unstable situation where you have a tiny group that really strives to control the population to this extent, including our cognitive infrastructure, how we think Every bit of technology we use, everything we see, how we understand the world, everything we eat, our money, our incomes, our bank accounts, everything.
That's the aspiration.
And they're getting a lot of pushback right now from populist movements, not just the US but around the world.
So it's like this weird tug-of-war going on.
And how it fleshes out in the end, I think, has a lot to do with public opinion.
But I'm not sure what the mechanisms are in place to dislodge these people from power.
It's going to be interesting to watch it unfold.
And it's unfolding fast.
Yes, it is.
Absolutely.
And I think people are getting more and more like the dogs, you know, the proverbial dog that's backed into the corner.
And they're looking at their kids and they're saying, what country do I want to leave to my children?
What battle do I want them to fight versus the battle that I'm capable and a fighting age ready right now to go and fight myself so that they don't have to battle this?
You know, you mentioned rates versus inflation.
Normally they're tied together.
