Well, as we have seen, so many allegations now against P. Diddy, the rap superstar, coming forward about sex trafficking and grooming and Epstein-style sexual pedophilia and things like that.
And we obviously, most of us already know what happened with the entire Epstein scandal, or at least the tip of the iceberg for it.
And now Doritos has hired a pedophilia Transgender man slash woman for its spokesperson.
The media has always hid sex trafficking, sex abuse that's really going on, and of course MKUltra at the heart of it.
But I'm really looking forward to talking to our next guest.
She's someone that I've been wanting to have on her show for a long time and finally got the opportunity to connect with her.
And she's a real life survival survivor of MKUltra, a real life survival of abuse.
And she's been a whistleblower for 20 years on MKUltra and abuse and sex trafficking.
She's probably one of the first people, the victims, who actually stand up and speak out about this.
Kathy O'Brien is, wow, you're a legend.
You've been speaking all over the world around this and about this and about your experience and uncovering, blowing the whistle on what's really going on beneath the surface today underneath most people's noses that the media will not cover.
And of course, the government will try voraciously to hide.
So Kathy O'Brien, thank you so much for joining Shots Fired today.
How are you?
Thank you for having me on.
I'm really excited to see exactly that intro that you did because people are finally waking up to the reality of what in the world is going on.
What we're seeing these days isn't new.
What's new is that we're seeing it.
I've been speaking out for over 35 years on MKUltra Mind Control.
That's insane.
And healing.
And it's like about time, you know, awareness is the first step towards positive, necessary change.
We got to have that change now for the children's sake.
Exactly.
Exactly.
It's new that people are finding out about this.
And I thank social media for it.
You know, obviously social media itself is a big CIA psyop and construction, but I don't think they realize the ramifications of it, which is word travels faster and people are going to dig down rabbit holes and be aware of information that they never really were 20 years ago.
So, let's kind of start from the top a little bit.
A lot of my audience members may not know your story.
So, you know, you've been uncovering this for over 20 years.
Tell us, kind of rewind the clock a little bit and tell us what happened to you, you know, kind of starting from the beginning if you can.
Well, I'm a survivor of CIA MK Ultra Mind Control.
I was used on a White House Pentagon level, primarily during the Reagan-Bush administration.
I was right in the Washington D.C. swamp among these perpetrators who steal elections, sell out our constitutional values of freedom and justice for all for their global New World Order Great Reset agenda, And who also traffic children and are targeting our children with their pedophile agenda.
The pedophile agenda is a mind control agenda because they're using mind control for ushering in Their new world order, because they know that people wouldn't tolerate this slave society agenda any other way.
Well, I was born into a multi-generational incest-based family.
My father had been sexually abused and ritually abused.
My mother had been sexually abused and trafficked to my grandfather's Blue Masonic Lodge.
So I was being sexually abused as an infant, and that was just the way it was in my family.
Sorry, I have a question.
How does that happen?
I mean, were you kind of born into sort of like a CIA family or a cult family or like...
Was this sort of pushed on you from the government?
I guess my questions are, was this sort of like government or CIA created family abuse or just kind of more of a cult or religious type abuse, if that makes sense?
It had been found through the Hitler-Himmler research that came over with Project Paperclip.
And I encourage everyone to research that because we imported the Nazi and fascist scientists into the U.S. With them came the formula for mind control.
And that formula is the same whether it's of an individual or a nation or the world.
Trauma is the basis of it.
And it had been found.
There is no trauma more horrific on the human mind than sexual abuse of a child prior to age five While their brain is still forming.
So this information was known at my grandfather's Blue Masonic Lodge.
In that regard, I was born into it.
But ultimately, my father was caught sending child pornography of me through the US mails back around 1960, long time ago.
And a local politician that I was being trafficked to ever since I was a little toddler, that was at my grandfather's Blue Masonic Lodge, approached my father and told him he could receive immunity from prosecution if he would agree to sell me into the CIA's MK Ultra Mind Control Project.
Wow.
My father did.
And already we're seeing our courts have been corrupted under the guise of so-called national security for a long, long time.
And we need to understand that this secret society, this secret agenda that is targeting our children and pushing this pedophile mind control agenda Have been doing it for a very long time.
So it's been going on my whole life.
That's why I'm so happy to see people finally realizing that because we have got to wake up and start protecting our children from this strategic plan.
This local politician was Gerald Ford.
He went on to become the unelected president of the United States.
As his political career escalated, so too did my victimization in MK Ultra Mind Control until I was used on a White House Pentagon level among these perpetrators.
And it was there I saw what the plan was for us all.
I saw how the children were being targeted in the school system, being indoctrinated to accept the sexualization, because what happens is when our brains respond to that trauma, it makes us highly suggestible and easily led.
This is important mind-brain function that we all need to understand, because once we understand that, we will have the knowledge That is our defense against mind control.
And it's imperative that we all gain that knowledge and evolve with it because, again, mind control is being used to usher in this new world order, this global reset, this slave society agenda, where a handful of big guys make all the money and we do all the work.
And we wouldn't cooperate with that otherwise.
We would not cooperate with this sexualization of our children.
We would not cooperate with their drug and human trafficking funding mechanism if we were aware of how we're being manipulated.
If when we understand that these Epstein Islands have been around For a long, long time.
And it's got to stop.
This is our time to embrace the truth and make the difference now for our children's sake and stop this indoctrination.
Absolutely.
Would you call the mainstream of transgenderism and glorifying transgenders and people transitioning to the opposite sex and all these transgender and lesbian gay books that they're pushing down with children's curriculum at schools, would you classify all that as also as MKUltra or a form of abuse or grooming?
Absolutely.
And it's been subliminally allowed into our society through Disney and other aspects for generations now.
So we've got a multi-generational effect and it makes it where the parents are more compliant and allowing it to happen to the children because they don't know the pertinent information On that indoctrination and what's actually being done.
The transgender movement came in with an identity confusion.
It is not a gender confusion.
It's what happens with depersonalization with the kind of traumas that have been imposed on society.
The kind of traumas that were imposed on our children when mind control masks as a virus was unleashed on the global population so that these perpetrators could steal elections and usher in their new world order.
The first thing they did was fling the border back open to their drug and human trafficking funding mechanism and the sexualization of our children, which has extended into the transgender aspect in order to stop Human procreation to stop the family unit.
Our children are...
This has become a depopulation agenda in addition to a mind control agenda because the children, when they're altered, cannot procreate.
They cannot have children of their own.
And it's a very deliberate...
Agenda, and it's one we better wake up to, rise up to, and stop now.
The children are counting on us, future generations are counting on us, and it's about time people started seeing it.
Like I said, it's been going on my whole life.
And I'm just so happy to finally see that this awareness is rising in spite of the effort to repetitively indoctrinate society.
Repetition is the most basic form of mind control, and that repetition is what the media is using to subdue us, condition us, and to Render us helpless to stop it.
Well, it's not working.
People are getting away from controlled media.
They're turning to people like you for truth and for information to the alternative media.
And as a result, that awareness is rising.
And as you said in the onset, because of the social media, which is giving people more and more voice.
So we're arming each other with the truth, the necessary knowledge that is our defense.
And this is our time.
It's our time to gather our free thought, free will, strength of spirit, and take a stand for the children's sake.

As far as your story goes, your personal story, when you say you were a victim of MKUltra at the Pentagon and White House level, Are you able to list a little bit of like, describe some specifics of what they did to you and who are they?
Who were these people?
Were they a couple people?
Was it groups of people?
Can you just describe a little bit more so we understand the gravity of what you went through?
Yes, it's in my 1995 Testimony for Congress, Transformation of America.
It's also in Transmovie, which is out there for everyone, too.
And I encourage everyone to research further on every bit of it, because my Testimony for Congress was validated by clean members of law enforcement and intelligence who are very much concerned with the erosion of free thought And constitutional values in our country while this shadow government, these criminals, this dark cabal, these perpetrators that we're seeing today, that know no party lines.
I named Democrats and Republicans alike in my testimony because we need to realize that there are those who have been complying for a long, long time.
We look at people like George Bush Senior who told us he was ushering in the New World Order.
We look at the Clintons who are actively involved in human trafficking and child sex trafficking and blatantly putting it in our faces and no justice is being served because the system has been corrupted for a long, long time, all under the guise Of national security.
So these global perpetrators are a handful, but they're strategically placed in the most influential positions.
Kind of like the pyramid of power of the FBI. You get one corrupt FBI director at the top, and all the FBI agents do what they're told and march to that.
Then those FBI agents have influence over every level of law enforcement.
Including our local levels of law enforcement and over the police and over the so-called child protective services, because they have that influence.
They step in and say, no, this is our case, that this is our, they can invoke national security and take over any case.
So we got one person at the top and all of a sudden that influence was It's up to us to clean it up in our communities,
to get out in our communities, talk to each other eye to eye, heart to heart, soul to soul, and start restoring the constitutional values of freedom and justice For all, and especially for our children's sake.
Yeah, definitely.
Yeah, my audience is doing what they can.
I know that they're mostly awake to what's happening on all of these levels.
I've interviewed a lot of victims of the horribly corrupt CPS system, child protective services, really more like child removal and family annihilation, child abuse services is what it should be called.
Exactly.
One of my books, Access Denied for Reasons in National Security, tells Mark's in my journey.
Mark is an intelligence insider who lifted my daughter and me out of the Washington, D.C. swamp in 1988, a hero to us all.
There were many good people on the inside wanting to clean things up, and he took action and did that.
But it tells our journey through the corrupted system to help my daughter, because she was thrust into the so-called Child Protective Services.
And it tells how we succeeded, what we were able to do, and how others can do it too.
Know where the corruption is.
Know how to navigate through that system.
But access denied for reasons and national security is a testament to the human spirit and the power of love.
And what one person, the difference one person can make when we do it out of love for humanity and love for our children.

Is there just, I guess, for somebody who's on the outside looking in, is there some examples that you could give us of, again, just some of the kinds of either abuse or MKUltra?
Some people might not know what is MKUltra and how was it sort of executed on someone like you at the Pentagon or at the White House level?
Well, once my father sold me into MKUltra, I was subjected to more traumas, including a cult ritual, being used in the pedophile blackmail operations that have been pervasive my whole life.
We finally hear about it with Epstein Island and Bohemian Grove.
So you were in child porn, basically, which was being distributed on the black market?
Yes, and I was also being prostituted to various government leaders as a young toddler, and it was being covertly filmed for blackmail purposes at the time.
And the leaders I was exposed to in Mackinac Island, Michigan, which was the Epstein Island of its time, were like Pierre Trudeau, who was actively involved in MKUltra of individuals and of nations.
Who is pushing the pedophile agenda.
Of course, we're seeing Justin Trudeau now in power in Canada, and we're seeing the multi-generational effects of these perpetrators.
The governor of Michigan at the time when I was being used in Mackinac Island, Michigan, was George Romney, who's Mitt Romney's father, who was actively involved in corrupting the education system and taking this trauma-based mind control into the Mormon world.
There's many churches that are affected.
There's good and bad in everything.
So if I mention, you know, even mention CIA, it doesn't mean they're all bad.
It means that it's been corrupted.
And we look around and we're going to see that everything that is sacred and beautiful has been corrupted and infiltrated by these perpetrators for the purpose of manipulating the population.
So we need to consider that aspect.
But once I was Thrust into the project and subjected to more trauma.
I was also taken to various military, NASA, and DARPA installations for MKUltra mind control programming, which is very strategic manipulation of the subconscious mind and like hypnotically programmed.
Like you would have like headphones on they would put on you and put things, suggestions in there.
Yeah, there were various ways that they would do it.
They could use the harmonic version, the vibrational aspect, they could use drugs, and just the language of the subconscious to manipulate and program.
So I was totally robotic by the time I was used on a White House Pentagon level, doing exactly what I was told to do.
And even if I delivered messages to and from government leaders or drug lords or whatever else the CIA was involved in, I would deliver those messages verbatim as programmed, even using the voice inflections of my programmers.
So it was a very robotic thing.
Form of MKUltra that I was used in on that level.
And, you know, fortunately for me, Mark Phillips, the intelligence insider who was working the highest levels of intelligence mind sciences to preserve the sanctity of free thought, saw what was going on.
He saw children being taken in and out of the White House.
He saw this pedophile agenda being pushed in the school system and he wanted to do something about it.
So he couldn't just expose it because he was bound by laws of sedition, but he could do something about it.
So he lifted my daughter and me out of it and handed me keys to my own mind so that I could heal.
Those keys for healing are within us all.
It's within each and every one of us to heal from whatever level of trauma we have experienced in life, whether it's on an MKUltra level or whether it's indoctrination in the school system.
Because mind control is a sliding scale from robotic MKUltra mind control to information control.
Because we all formulate our thoughts, our opinions, and ultimately our actions based on what we know.
And we need to know that knowledge base has been altered a long, long time to keep us looking outside ourselves to Through authority, how to live our lives.
When in fact, we have all the power.
We've been blessed with it all along.
And we just need to remember who we are and why we're here.
It begins with free thought.
And with that free thought comes our free will.
And with our free will is our soul expression.
With soul expression, we have our moral compass to stand up against this adverse agenda being imposed on our children.
We can access that Infinite strength of the human spirit and the power of love.
And once we do that, it's game over because that's where we win and where they lose.
That's why they are using mind control on us because they want us to forget that we have all the power.
Well, this is our time to remember.
This is like a time for a great spiritual awakening begins with that free thought.
And Mark knew that all along and he wanted to remind us all that it's within us to heal.

It's a simple reminder for everyone how we all can access our power and remember who we are and why we're here.
And these simple, easy to self-apply methods have been posted there and secured on my website since mind control mast is a virus was unleashed on the global population.
I knew people would need the information.
So It's right there for everybody.
They can just go get that information and start applying it today and reclaim that free thought.
And everyone needs to learn to expand their thought beyond what we think we know because there's so much more to learn than what we have been told.

This is the time period for awakening and for spiritual awakening and spiritual growth and really not focusing on what they, the mainstream, wants us to focus on, whatever the narrative is, which is really anything other than growth, than personal growth and development and a close relationship with God.
They want us to focus so much on what gender we are or focus on how whites are all racist and...
These wars, they want us to focus on everything else other than what really, really matters.
They want us to divide.
When we remember who we are and why we're here, we're all innately, just naturally unite on that.
We're together, yeah.
We're uniters.
That's what these perpetrators who are imposing this dark cabal agenda on us fear the most.
It's the strength of the human spirit and the power of love.
They feed off of negative vibration.
They feed off of fear.
They feed off of trauma.
They feed off of abuse.
They feed off division and hatred.
That's all they were.
And that's not who we are.
When we remember who we are and live the love we are, we are exactly what they fear the most because it's where we win and where they lose.
It's game over.
Yeah, exactly.
And I just have a question too, because, you know, they want us to take ourselves away from parents.
So during that period when you were being used for MKUltra experiments and everything, were you basically parentless?
Did you have your biological father or mother around at all?
Or were you kind of just floating?
Well, once my father sold me into the project, he became my handler.
And he was flown to Boston, Massachusetts, where he was trained by cardinal law of the infamous Catholic child abuse scandal on how to manipulate my subconscious mind.
So he was a handler at that point.
And he went on to have more children to raise in the project.
And he felt like the government condoned the sexual abuse That he was doing.
So they were around, but they were cooperating with the government, especially since it was kind of a blackmail thing on my father to keep him from being prosecuted.
That's so powerful.
And that's exactly what they're trying to do now, to separate children from their parents.
I mean, that's part of the agenda, too, in schools and with everything else.
It's to break up the family unit and separate children from their parents, because then they're a lot more gullible and vulnerable to being abused and corrupted.
Yes, exactly.
And ultimately, there's nothing more powerful than a mother's love.
And it's just such a strong force.
And they're trying to destroy that beautiful family unit.
It's not working.
People are remembering how important that family unit really is.
And this is such an amazing time to be alive and to see people remember who they are and why they're here.

I'm great and I'm excited about this as well, Dan.
It's going to give people a chance to interact and get some of their burning questions answered with A little bit of a hint of hope on the back side.

And you are a very hopeful, optimistic, and Christ-centered person yourself, which I love.
And you always do.
Despite all the doom and gloom, you end on a positive note and you leave people with very practical takeaways.
So I love that about you.
And that's why I'm having you on my show regularly.
So, I wanted to ask you first, you have a really interesting background, but you started as a member of the SWAT team and police officer, and now you're a naturopathic doctor helping people look their best, feel their healthiest and their youngest.
So, that's kind of an interesting transition.
Can you tell us a little bit more so people understand, you know, who you are, how this happened, how did you transition from SWAT team member, policeman to, here we go, you're a naturopathic doctor helping people with their health?
I know it sounds like an odd transition, doesn't it?
But it's really not when you know the background behind it.
So in my latter years on department, and I served for 24 years, I was put in charge of developing a wellness program that didn't exist.
So I began to statistically look around and survey other departments.
I couldn't find anything.
And I sensed back then that even officer wellness was an officer safety issue.
One stat blew my mind.
66 years old.
That's the age of death of a retired 20-year male police officer.
66.
That's scary.
That hasn't changed in over five decades.
Wow.
I went on a mission at that point to figure out how I could serve my fellow officer better and how I could honor them better and protect them more.
Then I quickly realized that life, stress, The things that we have around us, the pollutions, was doing the same thing to everybody else.
So I thought, you know, I started studying.
It was like Forrest Gump kept on running.
I kept on studying and I never stopped.
My colleagues thought I was an idiot and what are you doing?
So I just kept on going and decided to I've become a naturopath to really protect and serve in a broader way.
And I still have passion for law enforcement people.
I've seen the best and worst of people in the worst situations.
So it's given me a unique perspective.
Yeah, I'll say.
And it sounds like there's so many people that become, that go into law enforcement.
And it might be not for the right reasons, but ultimately you're kind of supposed to get into law enforcement because you want to protect and serve your fellow citizens.
And that's not too far of a stretch from what you're doing now, just in a different capacity.
It's really similar.
I mean, you truly want to protect and serve your people.
And now it's just transitioned to sort of a different medium.
So I definitely can see that transition.
And it just, again, shows how authentic and passionate you are.
Yeah, it's the same thing.
It's just...
The focus of the mission has gotten more broad, I suppose, and gotten more expansive.
And it's good because people need help, man.
And people come to us just like they used to call me for service, you know, to try to deal with the crisis.
Now I deal with crisis moments, of course.
My wife does as well.
But we also have become very good at preventing crisis by being preventive-minded or proactive speaking within our healthcare plans and protocols.
Amazing.
All right.
Well, that's really cool.
And again, it's refreshing to hear because so many people get into careers for the wrong reasons.
And, you know, it's obviously very authentic to you.
Thank you for your service in many capacities.
And you're the perfect, you're the perfect, you're the perfect patriot in person to serve where we're at now, which is a crisis in health.
And a crisis in information.
We have so much different information coming at us through CNN and through, you know, the deep state globalist lens of big pharma and fast food, McDonald's and everything else trying to, intentionally trying to keep us unhealthy and poor and overweight and really dying, you know, at death's door.
So one...
Sorry, go on.
No, it really is.
I think we have a border crisis of another type, you know, the borders of our brain, our eyes, our ears, and believe it or not, our hearts, and that thing that sits below our nose and above our chins, our mouths, too.
We need to really keep guarding those things quite a bit.
Yeah, absolutely.
And so I guess one of the questions I have to ask you today is I see a lot of sick people and in different types of sick.
But one one type of sickness that's very evident and really an epidemic in America is the obesity epidemic and being overweight and not having the right nutrients, not being in shape and not being in shape.
Not not in a way of a vanity of just wanting to look good.
But really, when you're not in great shape, it also deprives you of being a great parent, being a great a better, more healthier contribution to the world.
And of course, living your best and longest life.
So when people are overweight, what advice or a couple pieces of advice might you have for people to start getting into better shape?
And what does that have to do with someone's thyroid?
I can't remember if it's overactive or underactive thyroid that often causes weight issues, but I'll hand it over to the doctor on that one.
Well, you mentioned something called obesity, Deanna, and I think that people need to understand obesity is the fastest growing non-communicable disease in the history of the world.
Just let that sink in a moment.
We now see obesity.
70 some odd percent of America's population right now are either overweight or obese.
By 2050, that's predicted to be 100%.
Today, it's affecting children.
Children two years of age to six years of age.
12% are already obese.
That's a shame.
This is destroying us.
You know, we talk about our population swelling because of illegal, unlawful immigration.
Right.
We're swelling in our bodies because of really what we've allowed in willingly, as you said.
It's not about vanity.
This is a health issue.
I'm seeing this like accepted right now.
We're almost adopting this.
Fat acceptance and look, it's not about being over fat.
It's not about being overweight.
It's about being under healthy.
Right.
You're sick and excess adiposity, excess fat, holds toxins.
So toxins live because most of them are lipophilic, meaning they love fat.
They reside in the fat tissue and as the fat swells, it's like creating more hotels for more toxins and they store their We're seeing cancers on the rise that's directly tied to obesity.
We're seeing type 2 diabetes on the rise directly tied to obesity.
We're seeing heart disease and brain disease and autoimmune disease directly tied to obesity.
Chronic systemic inflammation is really synonymous with obesity because the excess adipose or fat tissue makes extremely large amounts of inflammatory signals in the body.
So it really is a complex process Today, you asked the question about thyroid.
Many, many people are going to the doctor and they're finding out that they have an underactive thyroid known as hypo as opposed to hyperthyroidism.
And they go, well, what's going on?
Maybe this is my problem.
The doctor will give them a medication.
But that didn't solve the problem because what happens is this is a unique connection.
I hope people catch this.
When we gain fat too fast, the fat tissue makes a hormone.
Called leptin.
That's L-E-P-T-I-N. And so, Deanna, that leptin swims up to our brain and it says, hey guys, you know, as if our brain's a bunch of guys, it says, hey, I've got some extra fat tissue here that's energy and you can use it now.
And in normal circumstances, like when we're young, The brain says, okay, thyroid, crank it up because we got plenty of energy.
So our metabolism is really raging through the roof.
You hear people say, when I was young, I could eat anything and I had a third leg, you know, that kind of thing, right?
Right.
What happens is we age that leptin happens so fast, so rapidly.
The weight gain happens so rapidly, faster than our bodies have ever intended to have it.
And then our brains get leptin resistance, like the boy who cried wolf too many times.
And the brain, instead of hearing, I've got extra fuel, it hears, I've got no fuel.
When it hears that, it sends a signal to the thyroid that says, guys, calm down.
We don't got anything up.
We're starving, so you need to turn down the metabolism.
So the beat goes on, and we don't address the problem.
If we would just avoid and reverse this obesity crisis, It would avert a lot of conditions that we are ravaged with in our country today, Deanna, and it would revolutionize the idea of, and really probably rename the idea of healthcare.
Oh, absolutely.
I mean, think about how much money they're making off of overweight people and the slew of different problems and diseases that leads to.
You know, that you just mentioned.
And I just want to say, too, real quick, again, that it's not about vanity.
I love how Cosmopolitan and GQ magazine and women's beauty magazines are glorifying obese women and putting them up as model of the year, supermodel of the year, when really it's glorifying unhealthiness, glorifying a early death.
It's really sinister.
Yeah, I agree.
And even the term model, let's think through that a moment.
Model is supposed to model something you are supposed to be.
The last I checked, modeling was supposed to be something you exemplified.
And we're seeing through media The push and inundation of brainwashing is absolutely almost a sign of sympathizing with your captors, you know?
We've got that whole idea that says, well, it's normal.
It's not normal.
I can tell you it's not normal because I test genetics on every person.
And genetics have changed 2% in 10,000 years.
That's it.
It's not the cause of our genes.
It's the cause of our environment.
And the environment interacts with our genes.
It's called an epigenetic conversation.
And it creates this expression.
And the expression right now is obesity.
But it's driven by our genes.
The genes sort of load a gun, perhaps.
But the environment is what pulls the trigger.
I thought I'd throw that analogy on there for some reason.
I love that.
Any analogy to guns is great for our audience and me.
Very, very well said.
And I couldn't agree with you more.
And again, it's just like some people might be pointing at me and like, you're just saying that because you're thinner.
And really, no, I'm not.
And it's about eating healthy and it's about not about vanity or beauty.
It's about being healthy.
And nor do I think people who are striving to be real thin is also a good model.
To model, right?
It's about being what's healthy for you and your body type and what makes you feel good, what gives you more energy, what gives you the ability as a mom or a dad to run around with your kids and do things with them.
And I can bet people who are really, really overweight don't have the freedom and the energy to do those things if they were honest with themselves.
So this is about getting our culture back to healthiness, not sickness.
You're right, and I have people in my office like daily and on Zoom like this daily.
And it's heartbreaking because, Deanna, this is what I hear daily.
You talk about a sad situation.
It's when someone looks at you and they say these words, I've tried everything to lose weight.
I've tried this and that and this and that, and I'm losing hope.
I hate myself.
I hate my body.
I can't get around anymore.
I hurt all the time.
I got all this stuff going on and I just wish I wasn't even alive anymore because now my husband or wife looks at me and they don't love me and I really don't love myself.
Yeah.
And I hear that and that's not, you know, derogatory towards the person.
That's where people are.
Right.
And they need to get a transition and know that it's safe and it's okay to admit we have an issue.
That's strength.
That's courage.
And it takes even more courageousness to ask for help.
We need help in this country.
A lot of help.
Not just politically.
We need it from a health standpoint because we can't even make critical decisions if we're distracted by disease.
Think about this.
This has been the game plan all along, you know, to get us distracted by diseases, to get us in bondage to big pharma where they own you.
And now we've got a problem that we can't fix, but the government can.
Right.
It's just a mess and I think we've got so much more in us as a country than I do while we're living in.
And if we don't fix this obesity crisis, I'm going to make a bold statement here.
This will be the downfall of this nation because we are an embarrassment right now to the world.
The world sees us and look at us for a model.
What are we modeling right now?
Are we modeling health or are we modeling chaos?
I suggest we're probably now modeling the latter.
Yeah, absolutely.
Yeah.
And if you are a true conservative freedom lover, don't play into the deep state's game.
Get healthy.
I mean, the best way that we can beat them at their own sick game is by being healthy.
And then they're like, shoot, not enough people are dying.
Oh, no, that's us winning.
So if you want to win, get healthy, get into your best shape, get into your best health.
Right.
