Back during the 2020 election, back during the year 2020, at the beginning of the COVID pandemic, the initial reporting centered around a deadly outbreak in the nation of China.
The point of this was to foreshadow the virus's inevitable arrival here in the United States.
You no doubt remember the stories about the virus's origin.
It came from a bat wet market, they said.
Next came the viral videos of Chinamen seemingly dropping dead in the street.
The eager media was there to foment the fear that this would soon be our reality here in the States.
Of course, it was all a lie.
In fact, almost immediately, they're We're at the time so-called conspiracy theorists who didn't buy the wet market story.
After all, this wet market in Wuhan, China was just down the road from a biosafety level 4 laboratory called the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Immediately, people began to assume the obvious.
This was no virus from a wet market bat that somehow came about naturally.
This came from a lab.
This was made in a lab.
Was it released intentionally?
Well, it would have fit nicely in a movie script.
You see, Donald Trump was up for re-election and Trump had thoroughly shellacked China and appeared to have won the tariff wars against Xi Jinping.
So why not meddle in the 2020 elections by releasing a virus on your own people to sow chaos in America and hurt Trump's chances of maintaining power?
Makes for a very good movie.
And a very linear story, but we now know it was much more complicated than that.
Xi Jinping eventually claimed the virus was deployed by the United States military, a remark that was sharply rebuked by then-President Trump.
However, we now know about Anthony Fauci and his efforts to illegally fund gain-of-function research both inside and outside of the United States.
Whether it was funding the lab in Wuhan or bioweapons labs in Ukraine, scientists working with the military-industrial complex, which is really now just code for intelligence agencies that have occupied our government, have been hard at work creating superviruses designed to wipe out humanity.
Who are these scientists?
Well, one of them needs to become a household name and around some kitchen tables already is.
His name is Ralph Baric and he has been conducting gain-of-function research right here in the United States at the University of North Carolina.
In fact, the genesis of the gain-of-function research that led to the deployment of COVID-19 across the world started right here in America.
And I know many people listening here on the Stu Peters Network know this fact very well thanks to Stu and his coverage on this.
The United States government is responsible for terrorizing the world's global population.
Ralph Baric, who is Tony Fauci's favorite gain-of-function scientist, and UNC Chapel Hill, they have received more than $200 million in grant money to do dangerous and deadly and most likely illegal research, according to the U.S. Biological Weapons Act of 1989.
The good news in all of this is that people are starting to take notice.
People are starting to demand accountability.
These are crimes against humanity.
And those responsible must be investigated, charged, and put on trial.
If this does not happen, we will no longer have a country.
The consent of the governed will be revoked.
So an organization called Stop Gain of Function is attempting to bring awareness to Ralph Baric and other mad scientist crimes.

We really do appreciate it.
Paul, thank you so much for having us today.
We're very, very excited to join you here and try to bring some awareness in the general population to what's going on.
I did a survey on my own a little bit where I went out and talked.
I play in a men's soccer league.
Really sharp guys.
Very, very active.
A lot of doctors and And business people and stuff like that.
And it seemed 9 out of 10 didn't even know what gain of function is.
And I'm like, how can this be?
Because Rand Paul was standing up there saying, Fauci, Fauci, you're responsible for gain of function.
He said, oh no, I didn't fund gain of function.
I didn't fund gain of function.
You're a liar.
And I thought everybody would know what this is, but it seems that most of the population has no idea what it is.
And so we want to bring some awareness to not only what it is, but where it came from to create COVID-19 or SARS-CoV-2 is the kind of more technical name.
No, absolutely.
And, you know, as I said in the monologue, I feel like most people were aware that, hey, the wet market, the bat, they never bought that, or at least, you know, people that aren't just completely brain-dead by the, you know, mainstream media or brainwashed by the mainstream media rejected that narrative.
But now, I feel like we have seen kind of a tacit admission that, okay, yeah, it came from a lab.
But it was in China, right?
It was in China.
And so it's kind of being used as a red herring, so it's a limited hangout, if you will.
They'll admit this, or mainstream media, intelligence-backed media will admit, okay, yeah, lab leak theory is no longer a conspiracy theory, but they're doing that so that they essentially distract from the basic truth that this came from the United States.
Yeah.
Go ahead, Tim.
Yeah, it's the drip, drip, drip of the media deluge.
So people get there three minutes of information in the morning, and then they march off to work.
Most people are not realizing that cloaked in this lab coat labyrinth, The word gain of function, or that sounds very scientific.
It's bioweapons death.
That's what they're delivering.
There is no rational, you know, sane person in the world that say we need to have 64 new bioweapons being developed right now.
One of our councils is Dr.
David Martin, and he will speak to you directly about it.
It's a bioweapon.
It's illegal.
It should not be allowed to be happening, and your tax monies are going to fund it.
We've got to stop these bioweapons.
Arachnids, these insects.
Yeah, another one of our advisors, Dr.
Francis Boyle.
I heard Dr.
Francis Boyle all the way back in February of 2020.
And he had already looked at the scientific papers and looked at the patents and had traced this back to Chapel Hill, North Carolina Ralph Baric's lab.
So we've known for a long, long, long time, and if the people in our government who really wanted to take care of us, they could have had this information.
They knew right away that it didn't come from China, it came from Chapel Hill.
And we were the ones who funded it through three different departments within the government, the NIAID, the USAID, and also the Department of Defense.
So it's not a government either.
It's an actual infestation.
Be careful about, as they say, oh, we're doing this.
99.9% of America would not agree to this if they knew what was happening.
So that's the goal, is that at the street level, we are going to be carrying mega signs.
This one's a little scary.
Stop gain of function, you know, and that's what it is.
It's a serpent.
And that's what they're creating, you know, every day.
But there's, you know, we have got to stand up.
Dr.
Francis, go ahead.
You're absolutely right.
And I commend you for bringing awareness to this.
This March is this Saturday in North Carolina.
And so it's going to start.
We're starting at the courthouse, which is called Freedom and Justice Plaza, so I think that's appropriately named.
You know, I grew up just down the road from there, so I know Chapel Hill really, really well.
And it's sad, I mean, a huge Tar Heel fan.
A lifelong, die-hard Tar Heel fan, and it's a sad thing that this is sort of the origin of COVID-19 and the number one funded Gain-of-function research facility in the United States.
$230 million have gone to Ralph Baric since 1989 that Fauci's been funding.
I know he's not in power anymore.
Fauci's finally stepped down or Dr.
Death or whatever we want to call him, but You know, this has been going on for a long time and patents have been being filed for a long time.
It's just that this is the first time that it's really, really affected humanity to wake everybody up as to what's being the evil being hidden behind the scenes.

And I know human beings have the propensity to justify a lot of evil and say that they're doing good or have good intentions.
But when I look at something like this, it's difficult for me to do that.
It's very difficult for me to not just look at somebody who's...
And just assume that they're actively choosing evil.
That they know what they are doing is harming their neighbor, is hating their neighbor, is not loving their neighbor.
They know that and they're totally okay with it.
I mean, how is Ralph Baric not just evil?
And he's actively choosing evil.
Well, we know that evil exists in our society, and we know that some people have given their souls to the darkness, and some people are serving the darkness.
You know, this is the rock that I stand on right here, Jesus Christ, and it does say that these times will come.
So, you know, it certainly looks like these people that are doing these things, you know, I know that they are Maybe some way in some weird way in their mind, they try to justify and say, you know, there could be a virus that breaks out 500,000 years from now.
We're going to get prepared and go ahead and develop a vaccine today and get ready for that.
But I think the truth of the matter is, is they do want to eliminate a significant portion of the population and then move us all into a whole nother movement, which, you know, the transhumanist movement, which I think is on the backside of this.
Yeah.
And I can just go ahead, Timothy.
Yes.
Since 1986, this profiteering parasite has been manipulating gene code.
Now, he didn't come by it naturally because he's got an infectious agent called Fauci.
And Fauci is not a doctor.
Quit using doctor in front of a psychopath, murderous monster.
You violate the oath of office and you violate the Hippocratic Oath.
You are not a doctor.
In the 80s, he was in charge of profiteering We have to remember that they are not humans as you said.
How can he sleep at night?
It's a reptile.
Communicate or think it's a profiteering parasite and it's psychopathic and it has to be eliminated.
It cannot be allowed to be propagated.

And so when people learn about this, this is the beginning of a movement.

Boston University, they've got a biosafety left.
They bragged about it less than a year ago.
Fort Collins is playing with eubola.
Stanford, Baylor University.

Fort Collins just got a $20 million grant to study Ebola.
I mean, what could go wrong there?
Hey, well, let's aerosolize this just in case, you know, it happens to get aerosolized in the future.
Let's go ahead and do it and get ahead of the curve.
You know, I mean, this is the kind of craziness that continues to go on, and the truth of the matter is it's all...
It started way back when with Operation Mockingbird.
I've got to tell you, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., this is an absolute masterpiece bible of what's going on in the bioweapons industry in America.
America is the leader in that technology and has been ever since World War II.
Criminals have been, yes, criminals in America.
And he calls it the Wuhan cover.
Timothy, I'm glad that you're making this distinction between the American people and our leaders and our occupied government.
I just hope that these other countries Give us the same amount of slack that you're giving us.
I know elections are rigged and controlled and everything else, and that's a whole other can of worms.
The people running the West, let's just say, are monsters.
They really are.
The people are very much enslaved by this system.
It's really sick when you think how many people are walking around thinking that we are a free country.
No, we're not.
Well, and at the same time, you realize that your tax dollars are going to support this.
You know, you're not free if you are constantly enslaved with disease.
You know, what came first, the virus or the vax?
Well, the chicken or the egg, I should say.
I'm sorry.
And believe me, they had the vax before the virus.
And if you look that up, you're going to say that's impossible.
But that's the type of psychopathic generations they're up to.
They had the vax.
Before the virus was released.
But they've been working on that virus.
The collusion between Xi Xing Li and Ralph Baric started all the way back in 2015.
So they've been working on that in the Wuhan lab and transferring that technology to the China's Liberation People's Army all the way back then.
So they've been working on that and during that process between then and when it came out was when they went ahead and developed and patented a lot of things with Yeah, I mean, you've got this up on your website.
Walk us through that real quick.
Ralph Baric, you see the 200 million, but then you have the deadly science.
So this research was taught to, how do you say the name, Shi Zing Li?
Shi Zing Li, or what's easier to just say is the Bat Lady.
What she had done was she had gone around China and she had collected coronaviruses from bats and bat caves all over China.
She cataloged these in their library, but they weren't deadly to humans at that time.
I think there was maybe one strain that had caused a few deaths one time, but for the most part, they weren't transmissible and deadly to humans.
So what Ralph Barrett did, and through USAID, which is basically the CIA Department of Defense, and NIAID, was they spent a huge amount of money to have Barrett go over and teach her how to take those coronaviruses and turn them into biological weapons.
And then they just so happened to get released onto the world, what about two months after they did Event 201 with Bill Gates, who we know all loves everybody except for winning this TED talk up there.
He said, how do we save the world?
We got to get one of these numbers down to zero and points at humans.
It says how we can take vaccines on live TV and says, you know, by using these vaccines, we can reduce the world's population by 10 to 15 percent.
It's pretty obvious what his agenda is, and somehow he's funding a whole lot of this stuff also.
It sure looks intentional.
I mean, I think you'd have to be a little bit naive to think it's not.
Anyway, I'll go back to you, Paul.

As I said, we're starting a movement.
So all of the communications pieces, the posters, the ads, everything's available for the next March.
So there's your two forefathers, Fauci and Barrick.
And they're here to help you.
And I want to really emphasize, this is not meant to stop in Chapel Hill.
This is the beginning because this is going on on universities all across America.
If people take the time to read this book, but I share stuff with my friends all the time, and they won't read a five-minute article.
I don't know how I'm going to get them to read this book, but if people will read the book, this is going on basically every medical university in America is working on this type of research, but they're getting so much funding From NIAID, they're attached to it.
They can't give it up because it's money, money, money.
I think if I could also add, Paul, anyone out there listening today that's been affected by COVID, their family member, anyone you can think of, send us an email.
We are connected with some of the top lawyers in the world and are looking at this at the highest level.
People will start reading and start looking into it once they realize that their family member, Michael, lost his nephew.
My nephew died three months ago, just died.
He was 30 and then just dropped dead, died suddenly.
They said it's natural causes.
How is that natural causes?
How does a 30-year-old be healthy one evening and the next morning they find him dead and then they can't do an autopsy or can't give the results for six months?
What's going on there?
Because if people realize that they're affected at a visceral level, at the level of their family, and can't just turn the other way and go, well, you know, my vacation's coming up and my 401k.
Well, that's really important.
I better not say anything because, well, you know, I don't know.
I mean, that's what's happening.
Let me just clarify.
I don't have proof that that's what killed him.
I don't have proof, but there's certainly a massive increase in all-cause mortality and death worldwide ever since the rollout of the school.
We've got to believe our own eyes, right?
I think everybody out there listening probably knows somebody.
I know somebody who was very young and died over the last two, three years.
Just died suddenly.
We have multiple friends.
We're just supposed to say, oh, well, that was always happening.
Well, no, it wasn't.
No, it wasn't happening.
No, it wasn't.
I follow professional soccer extremely thoroughly, and to watch players drop dead on the field all across the nation at a rate 20 times higher than the 36-year average?
No, man.
It's never happened before, and it only happened because of one thing that changed, and that was the biological weapon that they called a vaccine.
So, yeah, so basically it all started from what happened in Chapel Hill.
Right.
I'm glad that you said that this is just the beginning because people want accountability.
And I said in the monologue, look, this has got, I mean, there has to be investigations, which that's just, I mean, the investigations have been done, but I mean, at some point it's got to happen from, you know, somebody that's got the authority to prosecute.
You've got to prosecute, you've got to charge, you've got to try, you've got to sentence.
Absolutely.
And if that does not happen, we are not a country anymore because we are already in the midst.
I've talked about this on Millstone a lot.
We're already in the midst of a cascading failure of confidence.
I mean, nobody has confidence in American institutions anymore.
We don't have confidence in our elections.
We don't have confidence in our elected leaders.
We have wicked rulers, wicked leaders that actually hate the people.
Even, you know, especially in the GOP, the Uniparty, the RNC, they actually disdain the Christian voters that are very much their base, and they're trying to get us to accept, you know, Bruce Jenner dressed up like a woman delivering us the news on Fox News, like somehow we're going to accept this nonsense.
It's just crazy.
It's absolutely nuts.
Well, it's the barrage.
Everything's a barrage to deaden your senses.
So what you're saying is absolutely fact that they are going to come to justice.
And now the people that start standing up and saying, I lost a family member or I lost my business.
How many businesses were shut down by this manipulation?
How many billionaires are created?
And how much are you worried about your food costs now?
And all this is, as you say, a cascading cavalcade of criminality.
CDC, which is the Cancer and Disease Contagion Organization.
I like to call it a communist demonic cult.
There you go.
Long story short, they profit on this.
They're profiting.
This is illegal.
They're profiting.
There are VAX... Excuse me, you know, patents that are owned by Barrick and Fauci.
How can, I mean, this is state-funded universities, realize that's against their charter.
It's against everything we stand for as a human, and they are doing it under the guise of this lab coat labyrinth.
It's very important science.
Let's get back to why we believe that people need to have a public voice.
It's kind of like the truckers going to the border.
I don't know who the first trucker was that said, we need to go to the border, but a bunch of more got in, and the next thing you know, they had 15 governors down there because somebody said, we need to stand up.
We're just average guys.
We're just normal people who say somebody has to stand up and take this out on the streets.
There's a lot going on on the internet, but there's something about a public voice, a public outcry that motivates action, and so that's what We believe needs to take place.
And what we want to do is inspire people to come out there and take a stand, get in the faces and not have it stop, have it continue and continue and continue until action is taking place.
And so the synergy between those that are working behind the scenes, those that are working on the legislative level, Those working on the legal level and those working on the streets all come together because if we can't all agree that taking things out of nature and turning them into biological weapons to genocide the planet is wrong, if we can't believe that that's evil and that needs to be persecuted, then wow, we're all lost.

I mean, it's put up or shut up, Tom.

I just have to interject this because it's been on my mind.
You mentioned the border, and we've talked many times, you know, Greg Abbott, all talk, no action.
But he does, you know, at least in the headlines, he starts to push back, even though he's on the World Economic Forum's website, right?

All of a sudden the panhandle of Texas is now on fire and it's like wildfires like they've never seen before.
You know what I mean?
I'm just wondering if there's not a correlation.

The march is this Saturday in Chapel Hill and it's going to end at the headquarters of Ralph Baric's lab there.

So there's another era of death.
That drug is responsible for the murder of millions, in my opinion.

Well, that's what that drug did in that Ebola study that had to be discontinued because it was killing people.
Remdesivir.
They were on the Zemisvir and they just died from Ebola.

If we're trying to save people, let's put them on the deadliest drug next to AZT that's ever been made.
If I can make a quick call out to everyone, what we're looking to do with the movement moving forward, faith leaders, business leaders, healthcare leaders, people that are in the government that actually took an oath of office.
Remember, there's so many people now that are in the government that did not take an oath of office and they're going to be routed out.
We're looking for business owners.
We're looking for moms, grandparents, people that need to stand up and say, what are the pillars of our society?
What makes our society great?
Those are the people that we want to have come and say, yes, I will take a stand.
I want to sign.
I want to walk.
And not just here, because Saturday is great, but there's going to be, you know, Boston University.
I'm telling you, there's a lot of people in Boston that are going after Dr.
Peter McCullough right now at Baylor because he called them out.
And they are going to go after him, but it's not going to stop.
Actually, it's going to start because they have got to be brought to justice.
These insects cannot be in society.
You need accountability.
Yeah, we do need accountability.
This is how, even after all, we know all of this, I just want to reiterate.
Last year, Time Magazine publishes this story.
The scientist at the heart of COVID-19's lab leak conspiracies is still trying to save the world from the next pandemic.
And this, look at this guy.
This, I mean, you've just got this dead demonic stare going here.
And, of course, it's just, you know.
I like one of them signs over there.
Yeah, it's just total flattery, and this is the kind of gaslighting that they're continuing to do over a guy like Ralph Baric.
A year ago, the mainstream media is putting out these puff pieces because they know guys like you, shows like this here on the Stu Peters Network.
I mean, we know who's responsible for these crimes, and we have to continue pushing the Overton window to where, you know, the dam breaks and we actually get this accountability.
Somebody like Ralph Barrett needs to be in handcuffs.

I hate to make it funny, Paul, but I'm sure you got one of those bobblehead dolls of Fauci sitting on your desk, right?
I do not.
I don't want pagan idols in my workspace.
The point, to your point, there are immense amount of legal actions happening by the most, probably most honored and decorated lawyers that you can imagine.
And I'm not going to use their names right now because it's going to be a whiplash on this barrack, but I need anybody that's been damaged by COVID and Remdesivir to contact us because we have immense firepower that's being, well, it's ready.
It's happening.
We don't want to talk about it, but This beginning, what we're doing right here today, is going to be the beginning of a mountain of information coming out and people being brought up to the trial.
So if you've been damaged by remdesivir, we need to hear from you.
And we need constitutional serifs in America to stand up.
Because they have the authority in the counties to stand up and arrest these guys.
And we need them to stand up and do the right thing for humanity.
Because the truth of the matter is that the same scientists in Wuhan that Barrick trained have now developed a coronavirus that has 100% lethality in humanized mice.
What does that mean?
If they release that on the world, that means that what percentage?
What, 60, 70, 80% of the population is going to die?
They're still making this stuff and they're making it.
What is disease X? It's something they've already made.
And they're talking about how it's going to kill your kids and 25% of the population is going to die.
That's because they know what it is because they've already made it.
Well, the constitutional sheriff's issue is a super poignant directive.
Any sheriff or anybody in a county, they need to contact us because we have the firepower, we have the legal ease, and everything's ready to prosecute right now.
If you've been damaged by remdesivir, the COVID, and been hospitalized, intubated, all these cavalcade of things that have happened, we need to know about it because we have the people ready to Act on it now.
We believe by marching, we'll bring more people to the surface.
I mean, do you actually think, I mean, you've got these attorneys, is it ever going to be criminal?
I mean, are we ever going to have criminal charges against these people, or is it all going to be civil?
Well, there are processes underway where people are ready to bring that.
But, you know, we need the plaintiffs and you need the sheriffs.
So there's pieces of the puzzle.
And we believe that by bringing more awareness and letting people know what has really happened, because most people are still asleep and they don't really know what happened to them.
That some of those things will come together.
Put the pieces of the puzzle together.
It would definitely be criminal.
They're criminal cases.
Murder One cases.
This is definitely Murder One.
It's already been written.
Again, Michael made a very important point.
Constitutional sheriffs get a hold of us.
People in that county get a hold of us because they are ready to move.
They're moving now.
I'm not going to talk anymore about it.
It's happening now.

You mentioned how they're looking to go into Lebanon now.
And the United States Senate envoy is trying to negotiate with Hezbollah for Hezbollah to move its medium and long-range weapons back behind the river that's 18 miles from the Israeli border.
And they're telling Lebanon that if they do this, then they will give Lebanon economic aid.
So basically they're trying to bribe Lebanon to pull back their weaponry that's on Israel's northern border to protect Israel, of course.
And that will, of course, take pressure off of Israel so that it can continue its genocidal Destruction of Gaza.
It's planned.
You know, there's 1.5 million people now crammed into Raifa in southern Gaza.
And this is where, since October 12th, I think, the Israeli authorities have been telling everybody in Gaza to go to.

This is a civilian population, by and large, that's literally just being subjected to every modern weaponry known to mankind on a daily basis, day after day after day.
Today is day 150 of the Israeli onslaught on Gaza.
Men, women, and children, innocent civilians, just literally being slaughtered by the most advanced modern weaponry, and they have nothing to fight back with.
So even calling this a war, it's a lie.

And, of course, Israel's worried about its neighbors intervening or being goaded into something if they go too far, especially with Ramadan coming.
You've got this minister, the Israeli heritage minister, Amichai Eliyahu, who openly came out today and says, I want to abolish Ramadan.
And this is his solution for reducing the tensions in the West Bank.
So Israel's, you know, seeing this pressure from their neighbors, who until now have really exercised great and tremendous restraint, and now they're trying to get the United States to get them to back off even more so that they can launch this offensive into RAFA and continue, you know, finish wiping the floor with these civilians.
It's really disgusting.
They literally took starving people and said, here, come over here and get food.
Yeah.

And you know, it happened again yesterday, Stu.
They did it again yesterday in central Gaza.
Another humanitarian aid drop was bombed, I believe.
And it wasn't as many casualties, and it hasn't been as widely reported.

Here's a viable candidate.
Now, obviously he won, but there's still the possibility that the deep state pulls the Civil War ripcord and goes ahead and tries to throw Trump in jail.
We're going to put you in jail for the duration of this campaign.
And at that moment, the Nikki Haley, who stayed in the race the longest, now can say, I have the claim at the GOP convention.
You should give the nomination to me.

Everybody is still waiting and trying to figure out what are they going to try to do this time.

The pessimist in me is saying, does any of this even matter?

The main bright spot was Mark Robinson.
