Well, there's a full-on war that's happening right now, as many of you guys know, that's happening a lot of times behind the scenes and under our noses.
What they're showing us on mainstream media isn't even the depth of what's happening right now at our borders.
And the crisis that's the real threat to America.
What is exactly the agenda here?
We gotta talk about it in more detail.
And the two people that I can't wait to talk about in more detail, who are seriously in the know, are two of my favorite war correspondents, especially information war correspondents, and that is Ann Vander Steele, the great Ann Vander Steele, and Michael Yan.
These are seriously, they're traveling all over making things happen.
And if you want to know what's actually happening at the borders and what's happening, the threats that are happening to America, these are the people that you want to talk to because they are on the ground and not just pretending to be on the ground like in CNN. So it's really great to have you guys back and Vander Steele and Michael Yan.

Yeah, we were just in Panama together at the Dairy and Gaggle.
That's amazing.
Wow.

Yeah, we had really an interesting group this time.
Wow.
I think the coverage is going to be even that much bigger and better, and it's going to be to the point where, you know, these demons that are behind all this...
Deanna, they just can't hide anymore.
They can't hide.
No, they can't.
And I think more people are waking up to this, what's really going on.
And it was easy to minimize what's happening and the damage and the threats.
But now it's really getting more out in the open to people like you, to correspondents like you.
And I know Michael Yan is about to be on Tucker Carlson in the next couple of days.
So I can't wait to see that interview.
And I'm Really thankful that he's having you on.
So tell us, I don't know which of you wants to start first, but what's going on?
What do people really need to know right now with the threats that are happening at the border?
Let's start with that first.
Well, I mean, I was only invited on to freshen up the screen so people would have something to look at.
With your new haircut.
So really, you know, Deanna, the big story here is who's behind it.
We've now actually, even the mainstream media, they'll go and put a puppet down there and stand on our side of the wall and go, ooh, there's some people here.
But they're not telling you the bigger story, the fact that The World Economic Forum, the unofficial State Department for the UN, has been driving the policies that our own, that governors in this country have actually been facilitating by pushing these, you know, these migrants, these illegal aliens, I should call them, invaders, into, you know, far corners of our country.
And they're doing it because they're saying, oh, haha, we're going to send them to a Democrat city.
Well, that's part of the plan.
Get these illegals everywhere in the country.
The United Nations, Mark, make no mistakes, Deanna, the United Nations is 100% behind this invasion and they're using non-governmental organizations and the number one organization is OIM or IOM, depending on where you are.
It's the International Organization on Migration.
And it is truly, it's the devil's handiwork that you find these offices all over the world.
But in Central and Latin America, you find them everywhere.
And they are literally sucking up these migrants, incentivizing them, putting social media posts in countries all over the place saying, look at this fun ride on a Paragua boat going down a river with your life jackets on and shiny maps and hotel locations.
And they're really, it's very well coordinated and sophisticated operation.
To destroy America from within with tens of millions of illegals.
And we have, by last count, at least 10 million in the last couple of years under Biden.
I'd say it's more.
Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick in Texas says it's more than that.
So, I mean, we have a real situation to destroy our country because, again, the World Economic Forum, the United Nations are after one world government.
They're not after America.
They're after the world and America is in the way.
So what better way to do it than just destroy us from within with a Trojan army?
And that's what they're building right now.
Right.
And I love how they call them migrants, as if they sort of accidentally migrated somewhere, like geese, or they're, hey, let's just migrate to somewhere else for a little vacation.
No, these are invaders, and they're being highly organized and funded and told what to do and what freebies they're going to get on the other side.
So what exactly, I guess, who, because now there's a different type of illegal immigrants from different places than they were, say, 10 years ago, correct?
More invasively from China, from Honduras, from other countries that we didn't really see much of about 10-15 years ago.
Is that accurate?
Oh, yeah.
I mean, huge amounts of Chinese are clearly operators.
I mean, a lot of them go and they grow marijuana.
For instance, in Maine, you can see some of the reports.
Oklahoma, Oregon, Washington State, California.
And we know that, well, this is a cash business when you grow marijuana, right?
It's a way that they can fund their war.
Drugs have historically been used to fund wars since long before our grandparents were born.
Drugs, even alcohol, right?
It's been used to fund conflict since forever, right?
And interestingly, also the Chinese are deeply involved with the fentanyl trade.
A lot of that fentanyl is being delivered through marijuana, actually.
And so we have thousands of Americans dying per month now, and many others who are just basically worthless.
I call them dopa males.
I mean, in reality, you know what really upsets me?
I know you like Joe Rogan.
I think you do.
No, I don't.
Okay, good.
Well, that's refreshing.
Yes.
Because, you know, he's a dope male, of course.
Yes.
Now, it really upsets people when I say that, but in reality, if you're going to poison somebody, you serve a really nice meal, right?
And 99.9% of the meal is a perfectly nice meal with nice drinks and one drop of poison, right?
And you're dead.
And that's what he does.
He has all these great guests on.
Where did he get that $250 million contract?
I'm going somewhere with this.
And then ultimately, he has all these really fantastic guests on.
And now it's time to smoke the bong.
There's your drop of poison, right?
Now, a lot of people go, well, you're being a moralist and a boomer and all this.
And I'm like, actually, no, you sound like you're on drugs when you say that, right?
The bottom line is we are in a state of war.
And you're buying drugs from the enemy who's poisoning Americans, right?
Straight up.
Killing Americans.
You're actually putting money in their pockets and they're literally killing you.
It's called the perfect evil, right?
I wrote a couple of dispatches in Afghanistan in 2006 called the perfect evil on how the opium war was, how opium was accelerating that war.
And anyway, but the bottom line is That's what's happening.
And that's why I've been going after people like Joe Rogan so hard recently.
It's not because I don't think you should be able to go smoke some weed that grows in the jungle out there.
It's because you're literally killing our men that we need to fight.
They're laying around smoking a bong while we've got high testosterone men coming over the border.
And this is very serious.
And Joe Rogan is like, whoo, whoo.
He always does those sounds like a bird.
Whoosh.
Wow.
Whoa!
Yeah, well, you sound like you're high, Joe.
You know, and I don't want to get my, and people go, what about alcohol?
Yeah, alcohol too, right?
Bottom line is, is the Chinese are coming in and they're selling drugs that are killing us and making money off of it to kill us, to kill the remainder of us, to take this place over.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, what other threats, when you guys say it's killing America from within, are they trying to create, obviously, you know, gang rape is a big issue, and rape in general, and killing, and gangs, and drugs, sex trafficking, drug trafficking, but what can we expect, if this continues on, this invasion at this rate, what can we expect our average neighborhood in America to look like in, say, two years from now?
Well, you know, it's not just about the gang violence, which there is a massive increase of gang violence.
Yeah, organized gangs.
Organized gang violence.
It's really about changing the actual social fabric of this country, how we're supposed to govern ourselves.
I mean, let's be clear.
Our government is not working for a buyer of the people.
It is completely, we have a dictatorship going on right now.
We have slipped into communism.
When illegals come across the border and can get anywhere between $2,200 and $10,000 a month, depending on where they are, And that's all taxpayer funded?
I mean, that's a real problem.
Okay, that's number one.
But number two, it's, you know, Michael talks about museum warfare, anthropological warfare, but you've got to look at the actual society in which is being imported.
These aren't just Pakistanis.
They're not just Afghanis.
They're not just Iranians.
They're not just Africans.
They're actually coming in communities or tribes, if you will, and they're bringing their whole tribal system, their own form of government with them.
And once you start doing that and you start putting in...
Remember how we had the CCP had police stations in New York and around the country?
Yeah.
It's the same thing.
But now you're magnifying this with multiple cultures from all over the world, and they're coming in with their own form of government.
And if you think for one second, while they're taking that, you know, $2,000, $10,000 a month from Uncle Sam that they give a rat's you-know-what about our republic and about our constitution, clearly they don't because they're cruising right over the border, stepping right over Article 4, Section 4, or they're stepping right over Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 if they want to go out from the state's perspective.
They don't care about our laws.
So they're just going to import their way of life, their rules, their hierarchy.
We're already seeing it in Minnesota with Sharia law, Michigan, This is already happening.
The writing is on the wall, Deanna, but now you're going to magnify that by dozens of different cultures or hundreds of different cultures and tribes.
This is out of control.
We are losing our country very, very quickly.
We're losing it overnight.
And if we don't stand up and start to recognize we the people have to take the government back from these evil demons that have sold us out to the highest bidders of the world economic reform, you might as well move somewhere else because America isn't going to be America much longer.
That's the bottom line.
Yeah, and our schools aren't going to look the same anymore.
Our neighborhoods aren't going to look the same anymore.
I mean, our hotels aren't going to be looking the same anymore.
You know, when we look at someplace like Paris, it used to be beautiful and you can go there safely and have a great vacation.
Not anymore.
It's not the same anymore.
I mean, it's just littered with invaders and pit pocketers and people that are gang raping.
Women who are just out for a walk are going to see the Eiffel Tower.
And that's what's happening to every great American city, too.
But it's happening really fast now.
It used to happen kind of slowly.
Now it's happening a lot faster.
And like you said, if people don't wake up, America is not even going to look like America anymore.
It's not going to feel like America anymore.
There's not going to be something called American values anymore.
Right?
I mean, it's really frightening what's happening.
And people, I don't think, are really awake enough where they are angry enough to actually do something about it on the streets.
Let's talk about what's going to happen to the food supply.
Let's talk about that.
Because we've got more than just, you know, we're going to lose our food supply, but we're also going to be having our health is going to be highly impacted.
Michael talks about the three-headed horsemen, pandemic, famine, and war.
And that's, in fact, what's happening.
Pamphil, explain.
Yeah, if you get a big pandemic or famine or war, you'll get the other two, always.
I mean, a large war, right?
In large wars, you always get famine and pandemic.
A lot of people don't notice that because often the wars are the ones that people make more movies about wars and write more books about wars, and people get medals for wars.
They don't get medals for pandemics and famines, generally speaking, right?
Right.
Unless you maybe created them.
Yeah.
There we go.
Yeah.
But there are endless famines and endless pandemics, and they always go together.
It's interesting, about maybe three years ago, I was doing an interview, and a lady said, you always talk about pandemic and famine and war as if you made it up.
I said, I did.
She said, no, it's in the Bible.
It's the Four Horsemen.
I was like, man, I plagiarized the Bible.
If you're going to plagiarize, go big.
Yeah, go big.
But in reality, they already knew it way back then.
I mean, they knew it well enough that it's in the Bible, right?
And so it's nothing new.
And so you can see, by the way, a lot of the food problems that are coming are clearly orchestrated.
For instance, Masako Ganaha, the Japanese journalist, and I, we went to the BASF plant in Germany twice before the Ukraine War, right?
Or actually once before and I think once after I had started.
But I actually bought an extra iPad to keep beside me to watch flows going through Nord Stream, right?
Wow.
And I was watching that.
There was a website where you could get their minute-to-minute updates on the different flows and whatnot at different points.
And I was watching that because I thought Nord Stream may get cut.
And we were going, we went to BASF because BASF is the original, it's a huge chemical company.
It's the biggest chemical company in the world.
And that particular facility is in Ludwigshafen, Germany, right?
Ludwigshafen is on, I'm going somewhere important with this, very important.
You always are.
Yeah, Ludwig, but I know it sounds like I'm going down a rabbit hole, but I'm going to come up out of a bigger hole.
Yeah.
So, the Rhine River that BASF is on is actually sort of like the Mississippi of Europe.
And it comes out, by the way, at Rotterdam, the biggest harbor in Europe.
But actually, in 1914, BASF, which was the year, by the way, the Panama Canal opened.
In 1914, BASF started creating nitrogenous fertilizers based on that natural gas using a process called the Haber-Bosch process.
And the Haber-Bosch process is named after two chemists, Fritz Haber and Karl Bosch, who...
Fritz Haber sort of invented it, and Karl Bosch took it to industrial scale at Ludwigshafen.
But the bottom line is you take the hydrogen off the natural gas and combine it with the nitrogen that we're breathing, and you make NH3, you make ammonia, right?
And so you make nitrogenous fertilizer, ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitrate, and that sort of thing, right?
And so you see the population of the world starts to really explode after the invention of Haber-Bosch.
Bigger ships, Panama Canal, many, many different things.
Refrigeration as well.
There's a lot of things.
But now we've got this huge population that is highly dependent on this nitrogenous fertilizer, right?
And based on the paradigm that I operate under...
By the way, the paradigm, I call it the paradigm...
And let me go back in space and time on that.
Since I was a child, I was sort of addicted to physics, right?
I was like, all I would study was physics.
I was literally like failing out of English class.
And all I wanted was math and physics.
And so my heroes were people like Richard Feynman, right?
And the physicists, back then at least, were more teaching you not what to think, but how to think, right?
How to think...
And how to examine the world and try to find truth in the world, which is why I love physics.
I was always trying to find...
At first, when I was about 10, I loved chemistry.
I was like, no, no, no.
Physics is deeper.
So I went into physics.
And...
But if your paradigm and how you look at the world is accurate, then you should not be surprised by it.
I'm taking what I learned from them and extrapolating to a little bit further.
The way I now view the world when I do war correspondent work and the reason it's been so accurate over time over the last couple decades is because I'm just using what I learned from those old physicists in their books and creating a paradigm That never leaves me surprised.
If it left me surprised, then I have to recalculate it, right?
Something's wrong.
So every time I feel the emotion of surprise, again, not like the surprise you almost stepped on a snake or something, but like, hey, I didn't expect sex in the Senate.
No, I did.
Or at least it didn't leave me surprised.
Yeah.
And so it should be that.
You should never feel surprised if you do, then reexamine.
And it should be predictive.
If it's not predictive, it's pretty useless, right?
So I want one that's highly predictive.
And so under this paradigm that I'm working under, I thought...
Nord Stream will probably get interrupted.
So I bought an iPad to watch the flows.
We went to Ludwigshafen twice, you know, at BASF plant.
And I was there with Masako Ganaha and I asked the tour guide, what happens if Nord Stream gets interrupted?
And he goes, well, BASF is dead.
It's not dead, but let me tell you what they're doing.
They're moving to China.
They're moving their main facility to China, right?
But the nitrogenous fertilizer prices did go up considerably.
Last year in March, I went to Netherlands for the elections, but I also went to Groningen, which is the biggest gas field in Europe, right?
And how's that?
People are like, why are you in this random place?
I said, because it's the biggest gas field in Europe, and I'm there the same reason I bought an iPad to watch Nord Stream close.
I think they're going to close it.
And now they have.
It's closed.
I was not surprised.
Why do I go to Darien Gap so much?
As soon as Biden was installed, I went straight to the border at El Paso, Texas.
And then I went to Columbia with Masako Ganaha and Chuck Colton.
And then we went to the Darien Gap on the Columbia side.
Then we went to the Darien Gap on the Panama side.
And I've been going back hard and heavy ever since.
I'm like, this will be the corridor, right?
This will be the major corridor.
Probably, if my paradigm is accurate, that I'm working under.
And these food issues that I've been talking about, see how these fit together?
When you create human osmotic pressure, that push and the pull of migration, and you've got a route that they can go through that's established, now you can overthrow the United States with weaponized migration.
You see how these pieces fit together, right?
So that's why these and other pieces, and if you understand how these parts of the animal work, you can be fairly predictive of what's likely to come next.
Yeah, I mean, it's just, you know, it's like a house of cards just falling and little piece by piece by piece.
And that's what they're doing until all of a sudden it's over and there's nothing we could do about it then.
That's why right now we have a crucial opportunity to actually potentially stop this from happening, which is why you two are so passionate about this.
We've been amazingly resilient.
I mean, in reality, Nord Stream is shut.
Groening is shut.
And now the human osmotic pressure is increasing.
Like the push, meaning food prices are too high or there's food shortages or whatever.
War can be a push.
Pandemic can be a push.
By the way, that's one of the reasons pandemic or famine or war can create the other two.
It's because when you have a war or a pandemic or famine, a lot of people start to move, and then they take diseases with them, which is why I was predicting several years ago we'd probably end up with tuberculosis outbreaks in the United States, and we would end up with other things, and now screw worms and some other issues, hoof and mouth disease.
All these are because this isn't big thinking.
This is reading history.
All I'm doing is reading history and saying, well, this happened all these times.
What's the chances it'll happen?
It's in the Bible.
I mean, it's like the chances of it happening again are pretty high.
And it's happening.
We've spoken with, and we just recently re-spoke with Dr.
Michael Vickers.
He's a brilliant veterinarian out of Texas.
He is still really instrumental in looking at these zoonotic diseases, and we're seeing him.
Like Michael said, you're seeing the same things happen over and over again.
But these are impacting the food supply, in addition to the nitrogynous fertilizer production being dampened considerably by shutting down Groningen gas fields, blowing up Nord Stream pipeline.
So, I mean, they're doing everything they can to create the right conditions to not only drive people into the US, but also starve people We're good to go.
Right now, they have these migrants coming to the Darien Gap, but when we were there two trips ago, we filed a report from this brand-new bridge that Panama is building that goes over the Rio Chucanacra.
That's Chucanacra.
Chucanacra.
If a turquesa goes into it, you're partly right.
Yeah, yeah.
So the Rio Chucanacra, which this river divides Central America from the Southern Hemisphere, from South American Hemisphere, but it's still within Panama.
So once you go to the other side of the river, it's just a couple of Indian tribes that live in Panama, and then you hit the mountains that separate Panama from Colombia and South America.
There has not been a roadway system there.
But the Panamanians are building this massive $6 million bridge to go across this river, where other rivers during dry season, they just build temporary ones to get to the Embraer Indian tribes or the Kuna or whatever.
Yeah.
Because again, they're not highly sophisticated.
They don't need to have access 24-7.
They have their river system and their boats.
So why are they building this infrastructure?
Well, once you connect this river over the river, this bridge, you're now connecting the Pan-American Highway from South America We're good to
go.
Right?
And into America.
And why are they coming through South America, Deanna?
People are like, why don't they just fly into Mexico?
They do.
Well, they do.
But you can fly into Quito, Ecuador without having a visa.
So any country from around the world can land in Quito.
And believe me, the Chinese are taking big advantage of Quito, Ecuador right now.
Wow.
And then what's happening, like, at the border?
I mean, what's happening with all these migrants, immigrants, illegal immigrants and invaders, sorry?
What's happening once they get to the border?
I mean, how thoroughly are they checked?
Are they at all?
Are they just getting funneled into hotels?
What's, you know, what's sort of the process there?
So when Michael and I were there for the month of August, we saw Catholic Charities had a massive presence in McAllen and Brownsville area.
They were working collaboratively with the Customs and Border Protection, the Texas National Guard, to get these people right out of the river.
They'd be floating across and get them right onto a bus and into a processing station.
Or they're then sent bused around the country, what have you.
Or they're sent like the children, the unaccompanied children.
They're put in these warehouses all over the country.
Or they're then flown into smaller airports where they're then whisked away into private residences.
But what we're learning from the whistleblowers is that most of these residents are all owned by or rented out by illegal aliens.
So these kids basically are now in black sites.
They're off the books and they're gone.
And so when the Biden administration admits to losing 85,000 children, I can tell you that is total BS. Add a factor of 10 to that.
That's how many kids have gone missing.
It is so far underestimated and so far underreported.
It is disgusting what we're seeing.
And oh, by the way, our military also has bases with children under warehouses by the thousands.
Fort Bliss out in El Paso, for instance, has a big facility out there, and they have their own landing strip.
This is serious, serious business.
The United States government is the kingpin in the world for human trafficking, and Joe Biden is the pimp.
I mean, truly, it's disgusting what's going on.
He's a meat puppet.
Joe Biden, yeah, I was going to say, and those above him, right, that are pulling the strings that are, you know, like you said, like the WEF and United Nations and the deep state, the deep state individuals or companies that are really truly pulling the strings, right?
Yeah, Biden is just a disposable sausage.
Great way to describe him, yeah.
If he's even a human anymore, we don't know if he's CGI or something else, or body double at this point, I would believe, whatever.
But yeah, it's the people.
He's literally nothing.
And Obama as well.
These are products of something larger.
They're products.
They are not the thing.
They are not the real energy source.
They are not the ocean current.
Right, exactly.
So what is there, if there is, anything that could be done?
I mean, obviously you and Michael are correspondents and you're there on the ground and sharing this information with people and whistleblowing what's happening.
But what could the average American do, if anything, to help stop this?
Mm-hmm.
You want to take that?
Is there anything?
Are we just powerless?
I mean, a lot of people might see this happening and feel like they're powerless to stop it.
We are not powerless, Deanna.
The people, you know this, you ran for Congress.
The people always have had the power.
It's right in every single state constitution.
The power rests with the people.
And our declaration talks about altering or abolishing.
We need to alter and or abolish our government starting at the local level.
Every single municipal servant, county servant, state servant needs to have their head on the chopping block.
Anybody that's not standing up and standing in Article 1, Section 3, Clause 10 and deporting these people out of their local counties is complicit in human trafficking.

So we need to put these same people in the hot seat and start using the common law and it works, Deanna, but it just requires the people to, you know, Spend a little time doing a little understanding, and there's organizations that will walk you through the simplicity of it all.
They even have jot forms online.
You don't even have to fully comprehend what you're doing.

And again, we got to do something now before it gets too late and we pass the point of no return, which is getting pretty close.
I mean, this is happening at record speed every day.
Thousands and thousands of illegal aliens coming through our borders.
We don't know these people.
I mean, as parents, we need to know who's at our schools, or do they share the same values as our children?
Are people coming through our backyards and causing harm in our neighborhoods?
And we have seen this happening in Minnesota and so many other areas.
So if you don't want your neighborhood to turn into a liberal hellhole that we don't recognize anymore, we do have to stand up and do something.

Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, if you're like me, most of you probably want to know how to look your youngest, how to feel your youngest, how to have more energy, and how to look better than your actual chronological age, so you don't have to keep lying about your age.
But a lot of you also probably don't want to do that the Hollywood way, where we're doing lots of Botox and injections, and we end up looking like the Catwoman.
Or you don't want to do it the Luciferian way where we're drinking baby's blood and all the sorts of satanic things that the deep state knows how to do to reverse your age.
No, that's not the way either.
Our next guest, who is one of my favorite doctors on our show, is Dr.
Mark Sherwood, a friend of the show and the network, naturopathic doctor, and he's the owner of Sherwood.tv, who has a podcast of his own, and of course, a naturopathic doctor that is leading people to their best selves.

Mark Sherwood, it's always great to have you on, and you're always chock full of information and enlightenment.
How are you today?
It's good to have you back on.
It's good to be back, Deanna.
I appreciate you as always.
And I always look forward to the times we have together.
It's always a lot of fun and great information, I hope.
Very good information because you leave people with solid takeaways.
And again, let me ask you this for the first question.
What's the difference between your chronological age and a different type of age?
Because today you want to talk about biohacking, how to hack.
Basically, how to hack your biological age so that you look better and you feel better than the age that your birth date is.
Well, I think I'll begin with an example that we can all relate to.
Let's pretend, I'll just kind of use you hypothetically.
Have you ever went back to a high school reunion after 10, 15, 20 years?
Yes.
Okay.
You've had this discussion, I know, with someone, or this comment, wow, they look old, or wow, they look great.
Remember those conversations?
Right.
Some people are like, oh, yikes, I don't want to look like them.
Yeah, they age differently.
And that is the biological aging processes and speed there before our very eyes.
The aging process is really not correlated with the watch or the calendar.
It's really correlated with a bunch of different things, including the cellular age or vascular age, etc.
And we can optimize the function of all of those areas of our physiology so that we can really optimize the biological aging processes and speed.
So basically there's a difference between your chronological age, the age that you were born with, versus the age that you look and you feel.
There really is.
I mean, we tend to put everything and judge it against the life expectancy, which is about 79 today for ladies and about 72, 73 for men.
But that's not really it at all.
We look at biblical sort of references.
We might understand it differently as maybe God gave us the organ system capability of lending itself to maybe 120 years.
So we need to look at our system differently.
Yeah.
And life is really not about, you know, years.
It's really about quality in those years, isn't it?
Absolutely.
And yeah, it would be cool to live to 120 if you actually looked good and felt good and you felt pretty young, right?
Well, I think we can.
You know, I mean, I'm not saying we will.
I'm not saying we should or not, but I think we probably could.
If you look at the systems the way my wife and I have looked at them over the course of time, Deanna, we've really understood that when you do the right things with the body from the following areas, nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement slash exercise, hormones, peptides, you really measure the right things, genetics.
You can really put these pieces together and then you can test, believe it or not, Your actual biological aging speed, pace, actuality, and get this, you can test your immune system's age or functionality.
That is really important in today's world, especially with all the conversations about disease X, etc.
Exactly.
So, okay, and you call this biohacking.
And what about this?
I've got to ask you, being a woman, it seems like women are having babies at later and later ages now.
It seems like there's a lot of women in their 40s, for instance, that are having babies, even sometimes for the first time.
So would you say that that's true?
Part of biohacking could also, you know, one of the benefits could be women having Who can increase their fertility or who can have children at later ages in life?
Yeah, I would agree.
Because, look, let's look at the age of puberty.
It's regressed about nine years in the last 100 years.
So what does that mean?
That means that ladies that were exposed to chemicals, etc., etc., etc., were really pushed into menopause faster.
So we really had this menopausal lady population that's really new to history over the last 75 years.
Before that, ladies were having babies later.
I look at Elizabeth, you know, in the Bible, right?
So the ability to have babies Babies later, to be fertile more often and later in life is not something that's biologically implausible, nor is it something that's unexpected.
So you bring up a very good point there.
I suspect that people that live healthier, you know, like yourself, you're talking about, would be capable of having babies later in life.
Okay, cool.
So it's not off the table.
A lot of doctors trick women and think you're geriatric.
You're considered a geriatric pregnancy if you have a baby over the age of 35 and it's higher risk, which would be if you probably follow a normal Western diet of Big Macs and not really working out and getting double and triple jabbed, right?
But if you are really watching what you eat and you're eating healthy and And you're exercising and you're doing these kinds of things that you're probably going to talk about, then it actually could lead to an older ages of fertility.
I think so, because what is reproduction?
It's a sign of health.
It's a normal thing.
I mean, men and women, they are designed to be fruitful and multiply.
That was the original purpose, right?
And so, ultimately, we've kind of forgotten that, and now we have this...
Inundation of birth control on one hand and we had this idea of abortion on demand and chemicals and all this mess that we're putting into our bodies, which does affect our reproduction.
There's no question about that.
I'm seeing people all the time that come to us that are more unhealthy and look for health.
In their 20s and 30s, and I'm seeing hormone dysfunction or hormone dysregulation at that point.
And I've never seen that before in the last 15 years.
And both my wife and I have been shocked by this.
And so your point is very valid.
I think that to get our mindsets in a different direction and then put those actions behind that is probably the way to go.
Wow, that's awesome.
Okay, so continue on with biohacking and some things that you do when you're actually successfully biohacking your body or your age.
Okay, so it all goes back to the cell, and let's do some simple cellular biology.
Inside the cell, there's a nucleus, which is basically the center of the cell, and the cell nucleus houses your own DNA, which is really the double helix, or the winding together, the knitting together, the hand of God.
And by the way, people out there need to know that sex is determined upon conception.
Whether you like it or not, that's a fact, right?
The DNA is inside the nucleus, and in between the nucleus and the membrane of the cell, there's all these organelles.
One that you've heard of is called the mitochondria, which creates the energy for the cell.
So how does the body create life out of a cell?
Well, cells divide.
Cells create proteins.
Proteins communicate with each other through something called glycans, a whole other science out there that's new.
The proteins then make tissues.
The tissues make organs.
The organs make organ systems.
And then, Deanna, the organ systems make the organism, you and me.
And so it all goes down to the health of the cell.
The cell has requirements.
It has requirements for fatty acids, it has requirements for amino acids, and it has requirements for vitamins and minerals, which come from, guess what?
Nutrition.
So that's why Hippocrates says something fascinating 3,000 years ago.
He said, let food be thy medicine.
He also said, health begins in the gut and disease begins in the colon.
Why is that?
Because digestion is the way our macronutrients get broken down into micronutrients.
Then our body transports those things through the system, through our microvascular system, to our cells.
And the cells receive those nutrients and they carry out their function, which is to make our systems work well.
Make sense so far?
Absolutely.
Yeah.
Following.
And so we're trying to really optimize cellular function.
Now, to do that, you have to have nutrition, like I talked about.
Then you have to have good digestion.
We go right back to gut health.
What is the thing that destroys gut health the most?
The standard American Western diet, which is full of processed foods, chemicals, etc.
So we've got to make sure we're optimizing our function like that from a digestive standpoint.
So we're always looking at gut health.
Then we're always looking at Function of organ systems.
So we're looking at our vascular system, because how do we get systems, or how do we get our vascular system to transport nutrients?
The life is in the blood, right?
So we go back to the biblical principle there.
How can we make sure life is in the blood?
The blood carries nutrients and vitamins and hormones and peptides.
And so we try to put all that together.
And again, hormones don't create cancers.
Hormones are nothing but emails that send signals for the cells to operate.
So you can see now why everything fits together so nicely with God's wisdom.
And we look at every single aspect of cellular health.
Put it together like a big old puzzle that is Deanna Lorraine, right?
And we try to get the best function out of that by measurables that we can sort of see tracking on that are actually actionable.
Measurables that are not actionable are not measurables to look at, but measurables that are actionable are, and I mentioned earlier that some of the testing we do does measure the biological aging speed Pace, actuality, and your immune age.
So those things can be changed.
I'll give you an example.
My wife and I's immune age, and I don't say this very often, and please hope people listening don't take this as anything about us.
It's not.
I'm just using this as an example.
My immune age is 20.
And I'm nearly 60.
That's amazing.
My wife's immune age is low 20s and she is 29.
Of course, yeah.
Private joke there.
Yes, yes, yes.
But ultimately, and my pace of aging is about 0.9, which means that for every year goes by, chronologically speaking, my biological aging goes only up 90% of that.
So when you get this factored in there...
Everybody can do this.
It's not something that's hard.
I mean, you've got to kind of get your mindset in a different direction because today, Deanna, in our sick care system, we're not trained to even think like this.
This is not something that conventional wisdom says.
This is something that's traditional and it's been around for a long, long time.
And once we start thinking differently, perhaps we'll get better performance and perhaps we'll get better actions behind this.
Absolutely.
And not following the deep state food pyramid.
We've talked about that before.
I mean, no, like, so what are you in your, and obviously you have a lot of ideas around this, but would you say that somebody is more likely to have better immune health with a vegetarian diet or a meat only diet?
Boy, that's a great question.
I appreciate you asking that because a lot of people are asking the question today, what's the best diet?
The best diet is heavy nutrients and no heavy calorie, non-nutrient dense foods.
And that's what it is.
You eat God's food.
And the reason these diets work, you know, like people say, well, a carnivore diet, whatever.
The reason they work or have any effect is because we're eliminating the processed foods.
Yeah.
There's no question, though, that we need to have a broad-based diet that contains a lot of plants.
I base this upon two factual occurrences.
One, creation.
Adam and Eve were put in a garden, not a zoo.
There was animals there.
But they were trained originally, our genes, which have changed only 2% in 10,000 years.
We measure those, by the way.
And we were trained to be vegetarians.
But then, after the fall of man, earth was destroyed, Noah hopped off his boat, and we, you and I, would have the same type of genes that he and his wife had in those days, Very little change.
And then he was told that you can eat meat now.
So we obviously, as per God's design, need both.
And when you get both, you get a broad array of phytonutrients from plant and a broad array of vitamins and things and amino acids from the proteins and the fats.
So broad-based God food, I call it, real food.
And you're really going to have the best of all worlds at that point.
Okay, I love that.
Especially because some people are very fanatic about one or the other and they're, oh, the only way to get all these nutrients is vegan diet.
And then some people are saying, no, all vegetables are bad.
It's all carnivore only all the time.
So it's good to have somebody because I trust and respect your advice rather than someone on a YouTube channel that's making their living on one diet.
No, and I'm not going to tell somebody just something to make money.
Now, I will tell somebody something to make them health, because I feel like that's our calling on the earth, to give people truth, to lead them on a pathway to true healing.
And really, whatever people do, I mean, you can do an all-meat carnivore diet if you want to, but you're going to have to supplement with some phytonutrients somehow.
And you can do a sort of a plant-based diet if you want to, but you're still going to have to substitute with things or add in things like omega-3s, vitamin B12, and maybe even some iron.
You know, I see that all the time.
You can do it, but don't be fanatical about one or the other.
It's really about a broad-range, broad-spectrum intake of foods to make your bodies have enough selection of this nutrient sort of milieu that we have within nature.
We are made to exist or coexist with the earth, aren't we?
And so the earth was made and mankind was put there and everything was in the earth for mankind to not just exist but to flourish.
And that has not changed.
Did mankind mess up the earth?
Well, genetic modification, processing, chemicals, yes, but within that, there's still the original intent.
It's still the original contents, and we just got to have the wisdom to sort of parse through all the information and find truth out of this whole package of lies.
That's amazing.
And, you know, your biohacking isn't an Elon Musk Neuralink.
You know, you're not just trying to put a Band-Aid on something or, again, drink baby's blood or something.
It's, you know, it's really doing things that nourish your body from the inside out.
And when people follow these techniques, I really do see a difference in their face and their body, their skin tone.
And they really, truly look younger.
I mean, case in point, you.
You don't look your age on a calendar year, you know?
Well, I appreciate that.
Your chronological age.
Yeah, I mean, it really does show.
I get up in the daytime and I try not to think about, you know, what the calendar says.
How old I am.
It's just a number.
You know, what does that really mean?
Not much.
You know, I'm trying to fulfill my purpose.
My purpose is about time.
It has nothing to do with age.
I mean, think about that for a second.
Now, some of my little favorite quote-unquote biohacks that I use, I like...
I use hydrogen water a lot.
I use peptides.
Peptides are amazing.
Some peptides that people may not have heard of are MOTS, M-O-T-S-C. That's a mitochondrial rejuvenation peptide.
I like thymus and alpha-1, which resets your immune system and makes your immune system younger.
I like to use things that sort of reduce body fat, build muscle tissue.
I like to use some that rebuild my brain because when I have the opportunity to be on a show like this, I don't want to forget data.
So my brain will sort of be young and...
Hormones are excellent.
You don't try to hyperdose with anything.
You just want the right amount to create the best communication system.
And then with testing, this is really important.
Conventional tests today, Deanna, are not adequate.
They are so minimalistic.
So elementary, it makes me nauseated because people are being led astray and told you're quote-unquote fine, but they're looking at you under the context of this society, which is sick.
So if you're told you're quote-unquote normal, you need to run because I don't want to be normal because that would be you're normally sick like everybody else.
So it's just a big old maze, if you will.
It's like a jigsaw puzzle, and my wife and I And I like to say, you know, God's gifted us as jigsaw puzzle masters of the human body.
Right.
That's so true.
And it's so amazing.
I love how you bring God into everything and into your practice.
And where can people find peptides at, for instance, the ones that you talked about?
Yeah, they're available.
We prescribe them now before people freak out and go, oh my gosh, that's a woo-woo drug.
No, peptides are nothing more than amino acids that are natural.
