Major W for SCOTUS! 2024 Looking More Hopeful?
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Music playing.
It's the 25th Amendment.
Yes.
Now here it is.
What do you do when it's your guy?
Clearly there's evidence of severe memory loss, confusion, mental impairment.
What are you waiting for?
For the poor guy to wander down Pennsylvania Avenue and nothing but a shower cap?
We thought Harvard had diminished faculties.
They aren't just talking, by the way, about your kindly neighbor who forgets where he is and he's wandering on your front lawn in an open robe.
We're talking about the leader of the free world, right?
You know, they're describing him as an elderly man with a poor memory that doesn't possess a mental state of willfulness.
I mean, this is not Gramps with onset dementia.
This is the president of the United States.
He has the keys to the nuclear football.
I can only hope that he doesn't know or remember where it is.
But this is like, I mean, it's to quote...
Morrissey, the joke isn't funny anymore.
It's now really real.
They told us something we already knew, and it's something that the media can't spin, right?
They basically said he's mentally unfit to stand trial.
That is a naked assessment.
I mean, we've seen him refer to dead people as if they're alive.
He can't do simple interviews in the Super Bowl.
He's declining faster than his poll numbers.
I think at this point, something's going to happen.
Yeah, all of that news that wasn't really news that came out about Joe Biden's mental state, like I said, isn't shocking.
That's why it's not news.
But it's interesting to see this all happen because a lot of people are wondering who else will step up if it can't be Joe Biden for the Democratic Party nominee.
But I'm just sitting here kind of watching their plan maybe fall apart, maybe fall into place.
I don't know.
Um...
But what I really have my eye on is the fact that Donald Trump seems to be taking a lot of W's right now, especially just when we heard about what happened with the Supreme Court.
We heard the oral arguments from them.
And they make a really strong case, of course, for the Colorado ballot decision.
And in addition to that, we're also seeing a lot of changes made or a big push from...
The nationalists, when it comes to the whole voter fraud situation, particularly in Arizona, so America First Legal has been pursuing that, and it seems to be going pretty well, so I want to talk a lot about that today.
Kind of more of the legal woes that are actually turning out to be wins for Donald Trump, for the MAGA movement.
So a lot of stuff going on that I want to discuss.
Mostly I wanted to talk to you guys too because tomorrow's my last show for Wrong Think on Conservative Daily.
Next week will be my last week here on the Stu Peters Network.
So I wanted to dedicate as much time as possible, not just to the news, but to, you know, addressing the chat as well.
So W's for Trump all around.
Lots of stuff to talk about.
And I know that there was the whole Putin interview with Tucker.
And obviously there's a lot to get into with Biden's mental health.
And I might kind of save some of the Biden mental health stuff for tomorrow for tomorrow's show, because there's a lot to get into there.
And we've known for a while that this man is not fit to serve.
This man is not fit to be president.
But it doesn't really matter because he's not really president anyway.
So who really cares, right?
Because in their mind he's not really...
He was just the guy that they needed to put up there to get elected and be able to say, look, we have a moderate.
Oh, vote for this moderate old man, you know?
He can't possibly be that...
Progressive because he's so old.
That's really what they used him for.
But we have a lot to get into, like I said, because I want to talk about SCOTUS, I want to talk about Trump's remarks regarding the whole SCOTUS oral arguments thing, and also what's to come.
know, as time goes on, it seems to be that they're really struggling to stop Trump.
The deep state is really struggling to stop him from winning.
They're really trying to they've been trying really hard since day one to just throw a wrench into the whole thing.
But it doesn't really seem to be succeeding because we're kind of on to them and we're starting to fix a lot of the problems or we're pushing back on a lot of the problems that they've caused in the past.
And, you know, even it's not even just 2020.
A lot of times we look at 2020 and we're like, that's when it all started to happen.
That's when it went down.
But the reality is that, you know, 2022 was kind of a disaster too.
And we never really fixed our problems from 2020.
So it's good that we're still harping on the same issues, I think.
I know a lot of people are like, oh, well, we're past a lot of that.
Okay, but, you know, we still have to work on fighting...
The deep state, the uniparty, when it comes to election fraud.
And we have to make sure that we're prepared to, you know, fight fire with fire in this upcoming election.
So a lot of work to be done.
And without further ado, let's get into this very important episode of Wrong Think Primetime.
And welcome to Wrong Think Primetime, everyone. everyone.
I'm Anna Perez.
Thank you so much for being here on this Thursday night.
I forgot what day of the week it was.
Yet again.
Every day.
Every day.
Someone told me the other day I needed to say the date, which I'm not going to do ever because I never really checked the date beforehand.
Oh my gosh, this hair is really bothering me.
This is why I don't wear my hair down sometimes, because it just, like, gets in the way.
Because it's not like I'm just sitting here.
Like, I move around a lot, and my hair bothers me.
Anyway, also I need a haircut.
My hair is really long right now.
I've been saying that forever.
Okay, guys, so before we get in, I want to ask you to please rumble the show, hit that thumbs up button, share the link on your social media if you want, and comment below as well.
Let me know also, I've been asking around, what do you think my last show should be about for this show?
My last show for Wrong Think is tomorrow, but I'm not really going to be talking about news.
I'm just going to be answering some of the comments from that show because I ask people to leave comments telling me their life problems and that I will give my advice, my unsolicited advice.
Although I guess if you're leaving a comment, then it is solicited.
So anyway, let me know what you guys want to hear for the last episode because it is approaching quickly next Friday.
Sad to see it, but also happy to see it in a way.
So anyway, just wanted to make sure that I addressed that before we jumped in.
Now let's see who's in the chat.
We have Pepe Lapid.
We have Hawkeye7.
We have IHateMarkEfferberg.
We have DNice1113.
We have Dan Dreher, PureThought, Debra335, ToneMan514, CanadianGirl15, PhillyKid37, AB 1965.
Med Laza stops saying last show.
I'm sorry.
DDD 1000 says, haha, say a lot of slurs for your last show and go viral.
Go out with the bang.
Um...
No.
I mean, yeah, I'll probably say a lot of slurs, but something more than that, too.
Because I do that every day anyway.
That's just a normal day for me.
Freethinker says I need a fan blowing in my face.
No, that would drive me insane.
That would be even worse.
That would be the opposite of a solution to the problem, because then my hair would just be going everywhere.
Okay.
Nine Supreme says, Anna, I'm trying to follow you on X. I don't really use X anymore, so I'm not, like, it's on private.
And the only reason I put it on private is just because I wanted to, you know, slowly get out of this.
I probably will delete my account soon.
So, anyway.
Yeah, don't bother following me.
Because I'm not really...
I'm not really using it.
Bring your mom on with you on the last show, says Debra335.
No, I'm not going to do that.
I don't want to dox her.
Dan Dreyer.
In the chat, we have Chad Salt.
We have, who else?
Who else?
Who else?
Pure Thought.
I always said hi to you, Canadian girl.
Carol126.
L-A-H-I Tone.
Blue Wolverines.
Am I missing anyone?
Sorry if I am.
Medlaza.
Okay.
Agreed.
Mommy should be on the last show.
No, I'm not doing that.
I wouldn't want to do that to her.
She probably wouldn't agree to that anyway.
She's like me, but nicer.
She's sweeter than me, I think.
I have a little bit of an attitude.
I get that probably from my dad, to be honest.
Let's see.
Who else?
BF Radies.
BF Radies.
Me, me, me, says Lenore Family Five.
So, Mom, you do want to come on or you don't?
We can put you on the show, but I don't think...
You're the one who's happy that I'm not going to be doing on-camera stuff anymore, so...
I don't know.
Mrs.
Perez, maybe you should call in.
No, we don't do call-ins.
We don't do call-ins.
I don't know how to do that.
I don't know how to get that on.
I'm kind of a boomer when it comes to technology.
So I don't know how to do that.
All right.
I'm a Zoomer boomer.
I'm a Zoomer, but with the technological skills of a boomer.
Let's see.
Deep dive on Tower 7 for the last show, says D-Nice.
Nah, that doesn't sound interesting to me.
I could see the tood coming out, says Phillykid.
Yeah, just a little bit.
You know, I'm usually pretty nice, but you know, sometimes it comes out.
The Latina in me.
Anna is afraid mom will upstage her.
No, I'm not.
No, no, no.
I don't think she'd want to come on.
That's the thing.
I totally would have her on.
She'll say now she wants to go on, and then I'll try to get her on.
Trying to keep my little girl safe, says LenoreFamily5.
Yeah, see?
So I don't think she's down for that.
She can wear a mask.
It's very popular nowadays.
Anyway, it sucks you're going, says AlbertaPatriot1.
Well, you know, it's just what I need to do right now, so...
Let us help you pick out your Russian castle.
Oh, that's funny.
I like that.
Let's do that.
We'll have you guys vote on which Russian castle I will be moving in with Putin into.
I like that idea.
Let's do that.
Also, have you noticed, you can see sort of the, now my hair is starting to, like the darkness is starting to wash out a little bit, and you could start to see the chocolate brown tone to it.
So, I kind of like it.
I'm really, I'm liking it.
It's a lot less intense than the very, very dark brown, which is kind of what I was going for.
I mean, I am a natural brunette.
This is closer to my natural color, but probably my natural hair is probably a little less warm tone than this, but that's about it.
Do your last show entirely in Spanish, says Prince Aram.
My Spanish isn't good enough for that.
I can understand it and I can speak it, but I didn't speak it enough where I feel comfortable doing it.
Also, fun fact about me, I was going to say funny fact, it is funny too.
My siblings and I, we thought growing up that Spanish was so funny because we'd hear my parents speak it in the house and then I would hear my family members, my older family members speak it.
And we used to make fun of it.
So now we see it as like a joke.
So none of us really speak it.
Like whenever we're with each other, we just like say things in Spanish as a joke and we just make fun of it.
But we don't actively like speak it in a serious way.
Like we just kind of use it ironically.
Okay, so I want to go ahead and jump in because like I said, we have to talk about news.
It is a news show.
And it's not the last week, so we're not going to get too fun just yet.
We still have to...
Still have to do some educational stuff, right?
As if this is school or something.
Anyway, Trump made some remarks about the SCOTUS arguments they made today, which were very good, and we're going to take a look at those too, but first I want to show you what he said.
He said he was very impressed by it, and of course this is all in regards to the Colorado ballot decision, which we all know they're trying to remove him from the ballot.
In Colorado and in other states too but in Colorado they already had decided on that so right now they're hearing oral arguments from the Supreme Court in opposition to that of course and let's go ahead and play what Trump had to say as a result afterwards that he gave some remarks after the vote or after the arguments in watching the Supreme Court today I thought it was very it's a very beautiful process I hope that Democracy in
this country will continue.
Because right now, we have a very, very tough situation with all of the radical left ideas, with the weaponization of politics.
They weaponized it like it's never been weaponized before.
It's totally illegal, but they do it anyway.
And it has to stop.
Every one of the court cases that I'm involved, every single one, civil, whether it's the attorney generals or the district attorneys, you look at Fani, In Georgia, they had many meetings with the White House and with the DOJ. They went there.
Eight-hour meetings.
That was all staged.
That was a phony hoax.
And now you look at it, and it is a phony hoax.
And hopefully that case will be dismissed in short order.
It's a disgrace to this country.
But they worked together with the Justice Department and the White House.
And you're not supposed to do that.
Every one of these cases you see comes out of the White House.
It comes out of Biden.
It's election interference.
And it's really very sad.
I thought the presentation today was A very good one.
I think it was well-received.
I hope it was well-received.
You have millions of people that are out there wanting to vote, and they happen to want to vote for me or the Republican Party or whatever you want to, however you want to phrase it.
But I'm the one running, and we are leading in every poll.
We're leading in the local polls, in the state polls, and we're leading in the swing state polls, and we're leading very big in the national polls.
So it's been a very great honor.
So, yeah, so obviously he was happy to hear what they had to say.
He said, I love how he always says, he calls everything beautiful.
He's like, it was a beautiful process.
Like, what does that mean?
But it's hilarious.
I love that he says that.
He always describes everything as beautiful.
When he likes something.
And he's right.
It was great to hear from the justices that are obviously mostly in agreement with it.
In fact, a majority of the Supreme Court's nine justices signaled they would overturn a Colorado ruling barring former President Trump from the state's Republican presidential primary ballot.
So that was good news for Trump, obviously, and the rest of the MAGA movement.
And anybody who really cares about...
Anybody really cares about free and fair elections.
Because what they're trying to do to get him off the ballot, they're basically admitting, we know we can't win unless he's not an option.
Or we know we don't have a shot at winning unless he's not on the ballot.
Which is kind of pathetic.
Actually, it's very pathetic to have to do that.
because if you really had a candidate that was good, if you really had policies to run on that were good, you wouldn't have to kick him off the ballot.
See, we're not scared of Joe Biden.
Nobody's scared of Joe Biden.
No one's scared of Trump going against Joe Biden.
What we're scared of is fraud.
And this is all part of the election fraud process.
By taking him preemptively, obviously, off the ballot.
But like I said, the majority of the justices signaled that they would move to overturn this ruling barring him from being on the ballot.
So I want to go ahead and play that report because that was important as well.
That's why Trump was...
In such a good mood as a result of the arguments that we heard.
Just wrapped up in a case that could have major implications for the 2024 election.
The justices are deciding whether former President Donald Trump can be banned from the ballot in Colorado on the grounds that he allegedly engaged in an insurrection.
This is, of course, referring to his actions linked to the January 6th attack on the Capitol.
Moments ago, Mr.
Trump spoke about the case from his Florida residence.
Take a listen.
I just finished watching the Supreme Court.
It was a beautiful thing to watch in many respects.
It's unfortunate that we have to go through a thing like that.
I consider it to be more election interference by the Democrats.
NBC News Washington correspondent Yamiche Alcindor joins us now from just outside the Supreme Court.
So, Yamiche, as we know, the court has a 6-3 conservative majority.
What were the big takeaways from oral arguments today?
Can we glean which way the justices seem to be leaning?
Well, the big takeaway from this historic day at the Supreme Court is that the majority of the Supreme Court justices sounded skeptical of the argument that Colorado was making, which is that former President Trump is an insurrectionist who does not deserve to be on the ballot, the Republican primary ballot in that state.
That being said, that we heard robust arguments from both sides.
I want to play some sound from you from a lawyer for Colorado making the case that Trump should not be on the ballot.
Take a listen.
The framers of Section 3 knew from painful experience that those who had violently broken their oaths to the Constitution couldn't be trusted to hold power again because they could dismantle our constitutional democracy from within.
The reason we're here is that President Trump tried to disenfranchise 80 million Americans who voted against him, and the Constitution doesn't require that he be given another chance.
Now, this issue of disenfranchment came up in particular because Justice Brett Kavanaugh, who was supported by former President Trump, was asking whether or not Colorado was going to be disenfranchising its voters by not putting Trump on the ballot.
We also, though, heard from a liberal justice, Aleka Kagan, who was saying, well, why should one state decide who's the president of the United States?
So while we don't know exactly what the court is going to do, they did seem to be leaning against Colorado.
Vicki Morgan?
Yamiche, what happens with the case at this point?
And where does it go from here?
Because we know Super Tuesday is coming up March 5th, a very important date.
It's a very important date, March 5th.
That's going to be when Colorado would be voting in this Republican primary.
And the Colorado Secretary of State just told NBC News that ballots are already going out to members and residents overseas in Colorado.
There are also going to be ballots going out to residents of the state in the next few weeks.
So...
Former President Trump's statement likely is going to be on those ballots.
That being said, because of the urgency of this question, because of the urgency of the timeline, we expect that the Supreme Court will deliver a decision in this case.
And it's going to, of course, have large implications, not only for Colorado, but for a number of other states that are dealing with the same and similar issues on whether or not former President Trump should be on the ballot.
So definitely something to watch closely and something that will likely be moving fast.
Vicki?
All right.
NBC News, Washington correspondent.
Not good news for them, the losers.
Also, did you hear the guy?
Did you look at the picture of the guy who was like, actually, we can't have Trump on the ballot because I'm a fag and that would scare me.
His face, oh my gosh, way too much estrogen in that man.
And you could also hear it in the argument between him and Gorsuch, which I'll play for you in a moment.
This was hilarious.
I'm also going to play for you Clarence's, Thomas Clarence's, Clarence Thomas's arguments, Justice Clarence Thomas, I hate when they have two first names.
I always switch them in my head.
I have dyslexia when you have two first names.
It's hard for me to just keep it in line.
But anyway, I don't actually have dyslexia.
Just sometimes when it happens to be two first names.
But...
But yeah, that guy had very high estrogen levels.
You could just see it in his face.
Very rounded features.
And obviously he was absolutely destroyed by the justices who were mostly in favor of keeping Trump on the ballot in Colorado against the motion to take him off the ballot.
So once again, here is Gorsuch explaining his argument.
And once again, it's such a funny interaction.
It's just like you can see...
He's just, his IQ is so much higher than this other guy, and I believe he was actually a clerk for him.
He clerked for Gorsuch, so that made the whole dynamic even funnier.
Take a look.
He speaks about disqualification from holding office.
You say he is disqualified from holding office from the moment it happens.
Correct, but nevertheless...
So it operates, you say, there's no legislation necessary.
I thought that was the whole theory of your case.
And no procedure necessary.
It happens automatically.
Well, certainly you need a procedure in order to have any remedy to enforce the disqualification, which is different.
That's a whole separate question.
That's the de facto doctrine.
It doesn't work here, okay?
Put that aside.
He's disqualified from the moment.
Self-executing.
Done.
And I would think that a person who would receive a direction from that president, former president, in your view, would be free to act as he or she wishes without regard to that individual.
I don't think so, because I think, again, the de facto officer doctrine would nevertheless come into play to say this is— No, de facto, that doesn't work, Mr.
Murray, because de facto officer is to ratify the conduct that's done afterwards and insulate it from judicial review.
Put that aside.
I'm not going to say it again.
Put it aside, okay?
I think Justice Leed is asking a very different question, a more pointed one, a more difficult one for you, I understand, but I think it deserves an answer.
On your theory, Would anything compel a lower official to obey an order from, in your view, the former President?
I'm imagining a situation where, for example, a former president was, you know, a president was elected and they were 25 and they were ineligible to hold office, but nevertheless they were put into that office.
No, no, we're talking about Section 3.
Please don't change the hypothetical, okay?
Please don't change the hypothetical.
I know I like doing it too, but please don't do it.
Well, the point I'm trying to make is that...
He's disqualified from the moment he committed an insurrection.
Whoever it is, whichever party, that happens.
Boom.
It happened.
What would compel—and I'm not going to say it again, so just try and answer the question.
If you don't have an answer, fair enough.
We'll move on.
What will compel a lower official to obey an order from that individual?
Because ultimately we have statutes and rules.
Nobody cares about what you have to say.
Gorsuch absolutely destroyed him.
That Murray guy.
He kind of sucked.
And yes, he did look like a woman or a gay.
He looked like a lesbian woman.
That's what he looked like.
So, yeah, he was obviously not going to win that round.
And, you know, as far as Gorsuch goes, I love how he was like, yeah, yeah, okay.
Please don't change the hypothetical.
Please don't change it.
I know you like to do that.
I like to do it too.
But let's just stay on topic.
He totally called him out.
And like I said, guys, Clarence Thomas also had great arguments that I wanted to play for you as well.
So here those are so that you don't miss out.
States have created under their Article 1 and Article 2 powers to run elections.
But it would seem that particularly Uh, after Reconstruction, uh, and after the Compromise of 1877 and during the period of Redeemers, that you would have that kind of conflict.
There were a plethora of Confederates still around.
There were any number of people who would continue to either run for State offices or National offices, so it seemed, That would suggest that there would at least be a few examples of national candidates being disqualified, if your reading is correct.
Well, there were certainly national candidates who were disqualified by Congress refusing to seat them.
I understand that, but that's not this case.
Did states disqualify them?
That's what we're talking about here.
I understand Congress would not seat them.
Other than the example I gave, no.
But again, Your Honor, that's not surprising because there wouldn't have been...
States certainly wouldn't have the authority to remove a sitting federal officer.
So what was the purpose of Section 3?
States were sending people.
The concern was that the former Confederate states would continue being bad actors.
And the effort was to prevent them from doing this.
And you're saying that, well, this also authorized states to disqualify candidates.
So what I'm asking you for, if you are right, what are the examples?
Well, Your Honor, the examples are states excluded many candidates for state office, individuals holding state offices.
We have a number of published cases of states considering that.
I understand that.
I understand the states controlling state elections and state positions.
What we are talking about here are national candidates.
I understand.
You look at Foner or Foote, Shelby Foote, or McPherson, they all talk about, of course, the conflict after the Civil War.
And there were people who felt very strongly about retaliating against the South, the radical Republicans.
But they did not think about authorizing the South to disqualify national candidates.
And that's the argument you're making.
And what I would like to know is do you have any examples of this?
Many of those historians have filed briefs in our support in this case, making the point that the idea of the 14th Amendment was that both states and the federal government would ensure rights, and that if states failed to do so, the federal government certainly would also step in.
But I think the reason why there aren't examples of states doing this is an idiosyncratic one of the fact that elections worked differently back then.
States have a background power under Article II and the Tenth Amendment to run presidential elections.
They didn't use that power to police ballot access until about the 1890s.
And by the 1890s, everyone had received amnesty and these issues had become moot.
So I don't think the history tells us...
I'd like to sort of look at Justice Thomas' questions sort of from a 30,000-foot level.
I mean, the whole point of the Fourteenth Amendment was to restrict State power, right?
States shall not abridge privilege's immunity.
They won't deprive people of property without due process.
They won't deny equal protection.
On the other hand, it augmented Federal power under Section 5.
Congress has the power to enforce it.
So wouldn't that be the last place that you'd look for authorization for the States, including Confederate States, to enforce, implicitly authorized, to enforce the Presidential election process?
That seems to be a position that is Yes, and very gay.
Look, we've talked about this from a historical perspective, and what they're trying to do to Donald Trump makes literally zero sense.
And that's basically what they're arguing here.
First of all, it wasn't a rebellion, okay?
what Donald Trump did not lead an insurrection.
If he did, he would be in jail right now.
So he's not even like formally convicted of that.
Right.
In addition to that, even if that were to be the case, that still wouldn't be a rebellion, which is what they're trying to base this whole argument around.
Right.
That would be the whole the whole Civil War argument, the whole slavery argument, which in essence they're using not just for the for the ability to take him off the ballot, but they're also trying to garner public support for this move by getting you to associate this all with racism.
Racism is a very powerful argument for the left.
Right.
It's an emotional argument.
If you get somebody to believe...
If you get them to believe that Donald Trump is guilty of inciting, of leading a rebellion, which obviously is...
You know, they're able to do that because they're citing the Civil War period, right?
Then they get you to associate him with slavery.
Then they get you to associate him with racism.
See what they're trying to do here?
So they were hoping, I think, that they would get enough public support for this move.
And I mean...
The court of public opinion does matter, even though in the particular case of obviously them hearing oral arguments, it's not.
Because then that way more people would be like, yeah, this is so wrong that they're arguing against Donald Trump being removed from the ballot in Colorado.
But I don't think it was a strong enough argument.
I think people are by and large sick and tired of the whole racism label.
And then as far as these justices go, anybody who understands the 14th Amendment, anyone who understands the American history, the Civil War in particular, would be able to tell you that Trump is not violating anything.
So it's just another move to use the 14th Amendment as a loophole here and then rile up the liberal base to garner public support for this move, which I don't think enough of it exists.
I think even people who are on the left can probably see what a stretch this really is, because that's exactly what it is.
They are twisting themselves into pretzels to figure out a way to get them off the ballot.
So Major W, to hear that SCOTUS, by and large, will likely vote to or will vote to overturn this ruling or stop him from being barred from the ballot.
So that's good to hear.
I think it's just absolutely ridiculous, and I think most people can see that.
Anybody who's reasonable with an IQ over 85 probably can see that.
So...
Yeah, that's where we're at.
So major W's for all around for Trump and not just for Trump.
But for the truth, for America, for the nationalist movement, they just can't stop him.
They just can't stop him.
And it pisses them off every single step of the way because this was election interference, in effect.
And they failed in this way.
So on that note, I also want to talk about what's going on with America First Legal and the lawsuit they're filing in Maricopa.
To help fight, of course, election fraud there, which we still had issues with in 2022, I believe.
And we also had issues in Pennsylvania, so that's another state that we have to keep an eye out for.
But Pennsylvania's always been a mess.
I'm from PA, and my county was a mess in 2020, so I don't know if that'll ever be fixed, to be honest.
Pennsylvania's just an asshole of a state, to be honest.
But we're going to continue to talk about that, what's going on when it comes to the legal fight for that, Basically, we're just going to cover election interference issues right now.
And like I said, W's all around as of now.
So that's exciting.
All right.
So on that note, please make sure you rumble the show before we move on.
And of course, subscribe to the Stu Peters Network.
We will move on in just a moment.
But before that, I'm going to go to a quick break.
Be back in just a minute.

And welcome back to the show.
I'm going to go ahead and see what's going on in the chat.
Maniac says they were able to keep Trump from building the border wall for about the whole four years.
They can do it again.
Y'all are high on some kind of coping gas that is making you think we aren't up against something so big.
No, look, dude, I'm aware.
I am well aware of...
I don't know what we're up against.
And that's the thing.
Literally, they could do anything.
They could assassinate him.
And I've been saying that for a while now.
That will probably be their last move.
But that doesn't mean we shouldn't try to win and we shouldn't try to hold on to hope that we could win.
Because truly...
It is the only thing we can do.
Because the alternative is just to give up and just say, well, we're not going to win.
We're not going to vote.
We're not going to do this.
We're not going to do that.
No.
Show up and vote.
If enough people vote, if enough people show up, see election, and I think it was Mike Flynn who made this argument not long ago.
I'm not saying that election fraud, you know, wasn't a huge problem in 2020 or honestly in 2022 or any other election year, any other midterm or presidential election.
So don't get me wrong, it is a major reason why, obviously, Trump didn't win, although he did win, that's the whole point.
But but if enough people show up, the more people who show up to vote in support of Trump, the harder it is for them to commit fraud again, the harder it is for them to fudge the numbers.
And that's kind of an important factor here.
So everybody should still show up.
And I know people think they're powerless or they want to feel like there's nothing they can do because it's more comfortable that way.
Right.
Oh, we'll just let America fail.
No, no, no.
Show up, vote, do what you can.
And honestly, this is this is the last this is the last hurrah for us as far as fighting for this country goes.
And if we do lose 2024, lose 2024, which we won't lose it based off of merit, right?
There's going to be something weird going on, whether it be through, you know, they steal the election again the way they did last year.
There's fraud committed.
They rigged the election.
There's already election interference, right?
All of these indictments are that.
But I'm saying they might actually rig the election itself, right?
They might.
They definitely will try.
But the point is, whatever tactic that they use, it doesn't mean that we just give up.
And so that's where I stand on all of this.
Medlaza says Trump will win for a third time.
Well, no doubt in my mind that if we were to actually do this in a free and fair way, he would win.
The question is, what will they do to try and stop him?
And we can sit here and we can predict all that we want, but at the end of the day, we know what we need to do to at least try and make it so that he does win, so let's do what we can, you know?
Don't give up on America just yet.
America will not fail, says Debra335.
Well, unfortunately, it has failed in many ways.
I would say that...
It's failed in the sense that it's been proven to us that the system itself doesn't work the way we were hoping.
I mean, really, it's the kind of system that will only work if there are people who are running this country in good faith.
And the reality is, you cannot rely on people to act in good faith, or for them to not take advantage of the system.
And to be honest, we saw the beginnings of this At the start of the building of this nation, there have always been people who want to infiltrate it and destroy it.
Even if you look at Tammany Hall in New York, you saw election fraud there, and that was on a local level, but that was major local politics, right?
And major fraud taking place in the biggest city in the country.
So...
I mean, there have always been people who have been trying to destroy American politics, destroy the American system.
And I don't think that...
I think that in order for this system to work, it would require that most people are acting in good faith.
And I think that we've always had issues with that, but now more than ever, we have more people than ever who are working in coordination to actually destroy this country.
So...
It's a coordinated effort.
It's not just like one or two or three people that hate America that are just kind of going, you know, on their own accord, just destroying everything, or they're like spies from another country, or, you know, or they're just crazy and incompetent and don't like this country, like whatever it might be.
No, it is coordinated.
We have never seen coordination like this ever, I don't think.
So that's what we're up against.
Nevada Legion donated $20, says we are all disturbed that anything...
And recently everything must go to the Supreme Court.
Thanks for your insight.
Youth is a gift that you are using well.
Thank you.
Make public executions great again, says IHateMarkEverberg.
I totally agree.
Totally agree.
There's just too much damn corruption, says Freethinker26.
Yeah.
I mean, like I said, we've always had corruption in American politics, but I think this is the first time where it's been this much of a coordinated effort to take down not only a man, but a movement.
I was talking about this, I think it was two shows ago, where I talked about how this is not about Trump.
They want to make sure that another Trump never rises again.
They want to make sure that they throw a wrench into the MAGA movement, that they kill the MAGA spirit, that they kill the...
Dissident right that they kill any dissent from within.
That's really what they seek to do.
Because that dissent could save this country, would save this country.
But they don't want this country saved.
Cass S. Rebel says, Anna, it's absolutely coordinated.
Yes, haven't seen it like this before.
Yeah, I mean, we've always had problems, like I've said, but this is the biggest coordinated effort to take down a movement that...
And I'm pretty well-versed in American history, so I'm thinking right now, like, what movement can I think of that they really...
And, like, look, there have been coordinated attempts by the government, but I think that...
I think that people are more aware than ever before, I should say.
And Tucker Carlson points this out all the time.
He says, you know, when I was younger, by and large, people trusted the government.
They trusted government institutions.
They trusted the media.
That trust is completely gone.
And the reason why it's gone is because people...
Have seen way too many instances of these coordinated efforts growing larger and larger and larger and more common to take down a person, to take down a movement.
And so it's just gotten to a point where I think it's just so obvious and so big and such a big problem.
I think it's worse than it's ever been.
Corruption is out of control.
We need a reset, says L.A.H. Tone.
Anna, yes, definitely more are awake now, says Cass S. Rumble.
J.D.H. 417 says, Jews own and run the media, finance, and the deep state coordination.
Yep.
Jones Phone says, lucky for him, Putin said little.
Yeah.
That was funny.
I watched a little bit of it.
I didn't watch the whole thing.
I didn't really feel like it, to be honest.
Hope you had four more espressos, Anna.
Actually, I went to CVS because I had to get something.
And I got coffee from there.
But, like, I fell asleep after.
Isn't that weird?
I'm so immune to coffee now that I can fall asleep right after drinking it.
I swear it's from drinking coffee from little kid and onward.
Like, I drank coffee before middle school when I was a kid.
I would sit there, like, with my parents drinking coffee in the morning.
And I just, like, didn't think any...
I didn't think it was weird.
And I would go over to my friend's houses, like, and they would...
Like, I would go to, like, my friend's house for, like, a sleepover.
And I would just always think, like, why don't they drink coffee?
But I don't know.
I don't know.
I mean, Cubans are on some next-level shit, I gotta tell you that much, when it comes to coffee, so I think I'm just immune to it now.
I think I just started drinking it from such a young age that now I just, like, don't...
I can just sleep right after drinking it.
I have to drink a lot in order for it to...
Anna, did you play chicken with motorcycles again?
Says, I hate Mark Eferberg.
No, I didn't.
I didn't.
I know.
I was going to say I didn't leave my apartment today, but that's not true.
I did.
But not very far.
Just within walking distance.
And yeah.
No, that's not happening again.
That was so scary.
I forgot that happened, actually, until now.
Thanks for reminding me about my near-death experience.
Reminds me of how lucky I am to be alive.
How blessed I am, actually.
No such thing as luck.
Murphy's Law says, Mayorkas is a Cuban Jew who was tied with HIS, a Jewish org that helps with migration.
Yeah, well, you know, that's not cool that he's that, but I'm not that, so, anyway.
Tackleberry says, oh, Maniacs is chocolate-covered, espresso beans.
I was where she was, and then I found those.
Hmm, I'm gonna give those a try.
Sounds actually pretty good.
Tackleberry says my stepmom drinks coffee all day and goes to sleep after drinking coffee.
I find that weird.
Yeah, it is weird, but I can do that too.
So I don't know.
I don't know.
Maybe it's like a genetic thing.
Some people just like it doesn't affect as much.
I don't know.
I mean, like, look, there are days when coffee really affects me, and it's weird.
Some days I'll just be, like, shaking if I have one cup of coffee.
And then other days I'll have, like, five, and I'll be unaffected.
So it's weird.
It's kind of unpredictable.
I don't know what the situation is, but, you know.
Blue Wolverine says, I like my coffee dark and bitter like my soul.
Cool.
Debra335 says, My dad always said that if you drink black coffee, your children will be born naked.
Okay.
Yeah, I mean...
Tone Man says Kanye's wife was only wearing a dry cleaning bag.
Did you see that?
I did see that.
What's going on with that?
Look, I don't know what's going on there, but that's not normal.
And I would not want to wear that.
I don't understand people who...
Do that.
Like, not even just that.
Like, that's obviously another level.
But people who just wear...
Like, women do this a lot where they'll wear, like, really revealing clothing.
And it's just not...
Like, why do you want strangers to look at you?
You know what I mean?
Like...
When I go out, I'm like, don't look at me.
Stop looking at me.
I get so paranoid.
I'm like, what is that person thinking?
Are they trying to kill me?
So I try to look as ugly as possible when I leave my apartment because I don't want to be looked at at all.
I'm not even kidding.
I'm literally not kidding.
I just, I don't want to be looked at.
I don't understand people who do want to be looked at.
Because people are going to look at you anyway, right?
Especially if you're a woman.
You don't even have to be that pretty.
People are going to look at you.
You don't need to draw more attention to yourself.
Unless you want it, I guess.
But I don't know why you'd want it.
Especially if you're a celebrity.
Like, if you're married to Kanye West, you're walking around naked naked.
You're going to get looked at whether or not you're naked.
So why do you need more?
That's just weird to me.
As a normal person who's...
Sure, I guess you could say I'm...
Although I'm kind of irrelevant now that I'm not really present on social media.
But as a niche internet celebrity to some degree...
Which, I feel stupid saying even that.
But I'm just saying, like, I don't feel comfortable.
Like, I don't know.
I just, I don't understand people.
Like, if I'm running errands, like, I'll just, I'll wear, like, the opposite of that.
Yeah.
I don't understand why more people don't get weirded out by being stared at or causing, calling attention to themselves in that way.
Let's see.
Anna, when is your...
What?
When is your ovation took a top brain this a.m.?
Lily Quick says, when people look at me, I worry I got a booger in my nose.
Yeah, well, that's funny because, like, that's kind of where my brain goes to also.
I'm like, why are you?
I just think they're trying to kill me or they're like, I just assume the worst.
And or I feel uncomfortable.
Just to some degree.
So I don't know why.
What is that part of your brain that makes you want that?
I just don't understand.
I just don't get it.
Whoa, next level situational awareness, says L.A. Chiatone.
Yeah.
Well, I wouldn't say I have situational awareness.
I would say...
Jesse Doty 234 says, I bet you'll look awesome in leggings.
I wear leggings but I also wear like a coat on top of it so that like you wouldn't even know what I'm really wearing as pants because I'm wearing like a coat on top for the most part.
But I would never wear that.
Like I see women like when I go to like workout classes like you know Or the gym or something.
They'll leave and they'll be wearing a sports bra and leggings.
And I don't know.
I just wouldn't feel comfortable wearing that.
It's not even a matter of like...
I'm not trying to be like, cover up, you slut.
That's not what I'm even saying.
Although I do think it's a little bit immodest.
But that's neither here nor there.
That's not even the point that I'm making.
I'm just saying I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it.
So I don't understand.
Because you're going to get stared at no matter what.
If you're wearing the baggiest outfit, you're going to get looked at.
So why would you want more of that?
I don't understand.
Why do you need that?
Jesse Doty says, I like my coffee like Anna.
Sweet.
Sweet.
Well, thank you for calling me sweet.
Anyway, it's 9.55, so we do have to move on because we have one thing I want to make sure that we get to, and that's, of course, what's going on with Trump.
Or not with Trump, but I mean what's going on with America First Legal and this landmark lawsuit in Arizona.
Because like I was saying, we're really fighting back right now.
We're really starting to see the nationalist movement take place.
So I want to go ahead and I want to talk about that.
So just an America first legal files landmark lawsuit against Maricopa County, Arizona officials for violating state election laws filing included.
America first legal AFL on behalf of the strong communities action and Eric Lovellis has filed a lawsuit against.
Love, Loveless or Lovell, Loveless, I think, I don't know, against Maricopa County over its failure to administer elections lawfully and fairly in the last two elections.
Maricopa County, which holds roughly 60 percent of the state's voting population, is largely considered the bellwether county for Arizona elections.
The complaint seeks several forms of relief to force the county's compliance in election laws, including those relating to signature verification, ballot chain of custody, voting machines, ballot printers and racial equality ahead of the 2024 election.
The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on the stolen 2020 and 2022 elections in Arizona in both elections.
That's what I'm talking about.
2022 was also a major problem that we need to address if we want real free and fair elections.
Thousands of ballots with no chain of custody, documentation, or signature identity verification were seemingly added to the results out of nowhere.
As the Gateway Pundit exclusively reported, a review of mail-in ballot affidavit signatures when compared to voter registration records showed that roughly 10% of mail-in ballots were likely fraudulent with voter identity theft.
View the fraudulent mail-in ballot signatures here.
That was just a tweet.
Similarly, election watchdog group We the People AZ Alliance, after an extensive review of hundreds of thousands of 2020 election mail-in ballots, discovered that 300,000 potentially fraudulent votes were not signature verified in accordance with the law.
Maricopa County denied Carrie Lake's legal team access to voter signatures from 2022 and prior, claiming it was in the best interest of the state.
As seen in the 2022 general election, voting machines and printer failures at 60% of voting locations disenfranchised Republican in-person voters who turned out at a ratio of 3 to 1 to vote for Trump-endorsed candidates Carrie Lake and Abe Hamada.
Carrie Lake's attorney argued that these were intentional errors caused by malfeasance and falsely certified logic and accuracy testing prior to Election Day.
Additionally, thousands of in-person provisional ballots across the state were not counted due to wrongfully canceled voter registrations.
Without the voters' knowledge, the lawsuit also argues that Maricopa County's choice of location for voting centers has a discriminatory effect and or disparate impact on white and Native American voters.
The filing states voters in Maricopa County who reside in dense urban areas are more likely to vote early by mail than in person on Election Day.
However, the defendants have concerned concentrated voting centers disproportionately in urban areas where they are less likely to be used.
This has left the effect of unlawfully making it easier for Hispanics and blacks to vote and more difficult for whites and Native Americans.
So it's good to see that we have America First Legal fighting back against all this for violating state election laws.
This is going to be an important piece of winning 2024 because, once again, if they were able to get away with it in 2020, what's going to stop them from using it, at least as part of their scheme in 2024?
And as we just looked at there, they also used it in 2022, but people don't really pay close attention in midterms, so that's probably why they were able to get away with it.
So, Big W for the nationalist movement, fighting back.
America First Legal is great.
We're big fans of them.
Of course, that's run by Stephen...
What's his last name?
Forgetting his name.
Why am I forgetting his name?
I used to have him on my show all the time.
Anyway, it is 9.59, so I don't have much time left.
I'm going to go ahead and read some of your comments before we go.
But before we do that, guys, I want to, of course, tell you about Bioptimizers.

I might read a comment or two.
The 1AM $10 says not much, but a firecracker like Anna can make anything go far.
10 for Anna.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I appreciate that.
Thank you very much, the 1AM. That's very kind of you.
Jesse Doty says, please don't dress like you're heading to Walmart.
No, I don't dress like I'm heading to Walmart.
I just don't wear, like, revealing outfits when I'm going to the grocery store, which I don't know why you would, was my point.
Like, I'll wear normal clothes.
Like, I actually dress very well.
Like, I have a good...
I have a good wardrobe.
I just don't always use it when I'm trying.
I wouldn't say that I ugly myself.
I'm being hyperbolic.
What I do is I try not to call attention to myself.
So I'll wear like a jacket, like a nice jacket, right?
Or, you know, a coat.
But I'm not looking to be like stared at, especially when I'm already paranoid as it is.
So that's my point.
I don't need more eyes on me, believe me.
It gives me anxiety and it makes me paranoid.
So don't look at me and leave me alone.
And that's all I have to say to everybody in the world.
Which is partly why I'm leaving the on-camera stuff.
But I don't wear, like, pajama pants.
That's retarded.
No, I don't wear, like, stained t-shirts.
No.
And I always, you know, I look put together.
Partly because I have to because I'm on TV, right?
So I'm wearing a full face of makeup.
But I just don't like to be looked at.
That's all.
So I try to look as invisible as possible.
Okay.
That's all.
Anna, well said, not to call attention.
Hoot and holla, hell no.
Exactly.
Dan Dreher says, Anna looks nice from the videos I've watched while doing fieldwork.
Yes, I try to dress well, especially when I know that I'm on camera.
But generally speaking, yeah, I don't...
I don't like people...
I don't like dressing like a slob.
I'm also not into that little house on the prairie look that a lot of conservatives are embracing right now.
I just don't like...
And nothing against people who do.
I don't like the puffy sleeves and like the...
I don't know.
I mean, maybe because I grew up on the East Coast, but...
You know, I am more of a...
Of a...
What's the word for it?
Cosmopolitan?
No.
That's a drink.
What's the term for like people...
I don't know.
I dress like I live in a city, you know?
But I don't...
I just don't like...
But in like a professional way, right?
When I'm out and about.
You see me in like normal shirts, right?
For the most part.
But that's because I'm sitting in my...
Like I'm wearing sweatpants and then I'm wearing...
Or actually leggings right now.
But normally I would wear sweatpants.
Today I'm wearing leggings.
But yeah.
Like I won't wear...
You know.
Anyway.
I won't wear like...
I don't know.
I wouldn't like wear...
A stupid outfit, like going out in public.
I would never do that.
No pirate shirts for Anna.
No, I don't believe I own one of those.
Didn't know that was a thing.
Anyway, Dan Darius is classy.
I would like to think so.
Urban chic, says D-Nice.
That sounds like a ghetto brand.
Doesn't sound like it would describe what I wear.
Alright, so anyway, it is 10.04, so that means we are four minutes over, so I'm gonna get going.
But it was great to be here.
Thank you guys for tuning in tonight.
I will be back tomorrow for another episode of Wrong Think Primetime.
And also, don't forget to catch me on Conservative Daily for my last episode ever of Wrong Think.
Okay?
I'm gonna miss you guys.
But after that, we have one more week of me on SPN. So...
Wear an afro, Anna.
Says, I hate Mark Eferberg.
No, we'll not be doing that.
But thank you for the recommendation.
Alright, so I'll see you back here tomorrow, guys.
Thank you so much for tuning in.
Please make sure you rumble on your way out.
