Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, remember back in 2019 when Klaus Schwab and all the world leaders, Bill Gates, met at a secret meeting to war game another pandemic.
Yes, remember Event 201.
Event 201, which we didn't find out till later, most of us, but Event 201 was Wargaming, another big pandemic that happened to be coronavirus, and all these leaders met together and decided what they were going to do and how they were going to tell the public and prep the public, how they were even going to force the public to get vaccines and have them really, really chomp at the bit to get those vaccines.
And then, of course, conveniently, a month later after this Wargaming meeting, Guess what?
The first people started getting coronavirus, and it was rolled out into the world.
So we know that these elites wargame what they're about to do, and then, coincidentally, it always ends up happening a couple months later.
So now it's happening again.
All these world leaders, Klaus Schwab and the like, they're all meeting this week at Davos today.
Right here, right now.
It's happening right now.
But in two days, in January 17th, they're having a very important meeting to discuss the next deadly pandemic.
Yes, the next deadly pandemic that they're calling Disease X. The Davos Group starts meeting in just a couple days.
They've already got their operation going on a mountaintop.
So their staff and crew and people are already getting there in Switzerland.
But they are the official mouthpiece of the UN and last year officially merged with the UN at a National Security Council level.
They're not on the National Security Council, but the UN Secretary General said policy will be decided on with them.
And remember what Klaus Schwab says, we penetrate half the cabinets.
We control half the governments of the world.
And what is front and center on their agenda?
Number one, they say disease X is imminent and is going to kill 20 times what COVID supposedly did.
And then they give a number of 50 million.
Now, what is disease X? That's a name for a disease that never existed.
And if you talk to the virologists, the experts, they say that's not known for hundreds of years.
And most of the diseases that they have recently found, they find later in bodies they dig up, existed before.
And it's very rare to find a new disease.
So when you hear disease X, they mean the laboratory-made synthetic viruses' gain-of-function operations.
So now, they are in a crescendo.
With corporate media, the UN, the WEF, Bill Gates, the New World Order saying that the release of a new virus is imminent I've been making the headlines lately, and they're predicting and prophesying that it's going to be 20 times more deadly than COVID. 20 times more deadly than COVID. How can they predict that?
How can they prophesize something like that?
Do they have a crystal ball?
How do they do this?
Well, we know what they do.
They create it themselves.
So here to talk about this disease X and a whole lot more that's coming down the pipe that we need to know about is, of course, one of our favorite doctors, Dr.
William Mackis, radiologist and oncologist from Canada, who's here spreading the great word about what we're about to see happening here.

How are you doing?
Thank you, Deanna.
I'm doing great.
It's always great to have you, and I love reading your substack because you're always right there ahead of the news to share with everybody.
Tell us about what this meeting is about Disease X happening right now.
You know, Disease X is the latest thing that's being pushed.
It's being pushed in the media.
Of course, you know, we've got the World Economic Forum meeting in Davos, Switzerland, for their annual meetings.
They've got a big session on this coming up next In two days, actually, on January 17th.
And when you look at the summary of the session, they say, you know, they're going to be discussing a potential pandemic, future pandemic, that's going to have 20 times the death rate of COVID-19.
I was looking at the numbers to get the latest numbers on what the deaths of COVID-19 have been around the world.
It's about just at 7 million.
So 20 times the mortality would be 140 million.
This is 140 million deaths.
So this is what they're predicting and anticipating.
So it's caused quite a stir.
What are they discussing?
Now, what's interesting is you can look at the list of speakers.
Who's speaking at this session?
So we've got the WHO director, Tedros.
Tedros.
Good old Tedros and the gang.
Exactly.
So we know that the WHO pandemic treaty is coming in a few months.
They want to have it up and running by May of this year, maybe even earlier.
But another fascinating speaker that no one is talking about is actually the board chair of AstraZeneca.
How convenient.
And AstraZeneca, of course, one of the vaccine providers for COVID-19, had to be taken off the market for producing blood clots.
But AstraZeneca, a few days ago, just started human trials for a NEPA virus vaccine.
Now, NEPA is one of these exotic viruses that has been...
Basically gamed and, you know, they've done a live simulation on the Nipah virus back in 2018, actually.
And they called it, you know, clade X instead of disease X. And they projected 150 million deaths.
For this session in two days, they're projecting 140 million deaths.
So it sounds like this has been in the works for a couple of years.
Nipah virus is, right now, it's confined to India.
And there have been small outbreaks.
But apparently there's gain-of-function research that has been done on it in the Wuhan lab.
Even the Canadian labs that were implicated in COVID-19 apparently have been sending samples to Wuhan lab of Nipah virus.
And they've been apparently working on getting the lethality up to 60%.
It's not killing enough people.
Let's get that lethality rate up there.
But what's fascinating is that last year, Moderna started human trials on an mRNA vaccine for the Nipah virus.
So all this is fascinating.
We're all sort of wondering, what is this disease X that they're talking about?
Are they planning to release something on us?
Or is it going to be a completely fake pandemic with bogus PCR testing and all that?
Yeah.
You know, I think we are heading towards something.
Certainly, you know, it's election year.
Again, the United States.
Yeah, convenient again.
Extremely important.
I mean, it's the most important election in the world.
Geopolitically, you know, we've got upheaval in Ukraine.
We've got upheaval in Israel and in the Middle East, you know, potential, you know, there might be potential terrorist activity.
So, you know, this would be the year if they're going to try.
And it looks like they're trying to push us towards another pandemic.
You've got mask mandates going up again in certain places in the United States and Canada.
Johns Hopkins just came out with a mask mandate, I believe, yesterday for their facilities.
So they're trying to kind of push us in this direction again.
So what are some of the symptoms, if you know, of this disease X or the Nipah virus?
Do you know what some of them are?
Well, so what's fascinating for the Nipah virus, for example, it's nonspecific.
It's things like fever, headaches, sore throat, cough.
Similar to a common cold or flu, once again.
Exactly.
And that's what makes the Nipah virus as exotic as it is.
That's what makes it so, I guess, convenient to be potentially used in a potential future pandemic because the symptoms are nonspecific.
Now, apparently, some of the cases can lead to neurological symptoms.
So encephalitis, brain swelling, people's personalities can change.
Isn't that interesting?
Very.
People can have seizures, epilepsy, maybe end up in a coma.
And then they talk about asymptomatic spread.
So, of course, you could spread it without having any symptoms, apparently.
And you could die from it weeks, months, or even years after exposure.
Again, another convenient characteristic of this where anything could be labeled a death from this virus because it's so nonspecific.
Yeah, that's why I love that they call it Disease X, because X is sort of like fill in the blank with whatever, and they're going to create a name that sounds really, really scary.
I'm sure they'll be talking about it at this meeting and throwing some names out there and having a roundtable discussion about which one is the scariest name that they're going to choose.
Exactly, and honestly...
And having the board chair of AstraZeneca giving a speech at this, I mean, come on.
I mean, I guess, was Pfizer too obvious?
Or having the Moderna board chair, was that too obvious?
So they put AstraZeneca?
Right.
And AstraZeneca didn't get much love and attention last round.
They kind of got pushed to the shadows, and Pfizer and Moderna were in the spotlight.
They were the showstoppers.
And so maybe they're like, well, AstraZeneca, maybe we can give you another chance to get some more love and some money this time around.
Exactly.
And you know what's fascinating is that the Nipah virus vaccine that AstraZeneca just started human trials on, they're using the same DNA vector technology that they used for the COVID vaccine and that failed.
That was causing so much blood clots and strokes and problems that they had to take it off the market.
So they're using the same technology over again.
And you wonder what the heck is going on.
Why are they doing this?
Why does Moderna have vaccine trials going for this exotic virus?
Why does AstraZeneca have vaccine trials going?
So, you know, very bizarre, very concerning.
You know, you just wonder what they've got planned for us next.
Yeah, you do wonder because, again, all of these meetings that they have where they say this is the biggest concern.
I mean, if you look up Disease X right now, all the headlines are the world leaders and the WHO. They're all so concerned about this new threat, Disease X, that's going to be 20 times more deadly than coronavirus.
So what they're doing at these meetings is not to prepare for something organically that will come down the pipe.
It's to Really, to orchestrate this entire disease from the beginning.
You know, it's to create in a lab this disease or manufacture it or manipulate it.
And then how are they going to roll it out to the public?
How are they going to convince people to take a vaccine for it?
And how are they going to, what controls they're going to put into place to make sure that people are, you know, they're obeying a new round of controls.
I mean, that's the ultimate goal for them is world control.
And we know that they have mandatory vaccination as one of the goals of the WHO pandemic treaty, of course, taking over the sovereignty of the nations that sign up for this.
Unfortunately, Canada has signed up for this.
I believe Biden has signed up United States for this as well.
So not only do they want to take control of the country's pandemic response, but they've got mandatory vaccinations planned.
And I was looking at, again, reading their literature, you're horrified at what they talk about.
They want people taking these mRNA vaccines all over again.
And having 10% booster uptake, which is what we're at right now, is not good enough.
They want at least 50%.
In fact, ideally, they want people 85% to 90% continuing to take these toxic mRNA vaccines.
They're not able to do it.
They tried initially with tying the COVID vaccine, the latest one, the booster, To the flu shot and saying it's just as safe as the flu shot, get two in one, right?
I mean, we had Taylor Swift's, you know, fiancé there.
Yeah.
Mr.
Pfizer.
Or Pfizer.
And he's got the two Band-Aids for the double jab.
And they thought that that would put people at ease taking the new booster shot, the latest COVID booster shot, which is like the seventh, you know, booster shot or vaccine that we're at.
But, you know, people are not buying it anymore.
There's too many people getting injured and dying.
And so, you know, they've got COVID vaccine uptake at 10%.
They can't get people.
Now they're trying to scare people with the JN1 variant, this latest COVID variant that they're saying.
Yeah, they're saying, well, the hospitals are filling up again and all this propaganda that we have to start masking again.
They're trying different ways to get people to take the jabs again.
But I'm worried that ultimately the final stage of this plan of getting us all back, You know, on these vaccines is they're going to have to release something a lot scarier.
And so, you know, you've got this disease X that they're having meetings about now.
Wow.
So scary.
We'll see.
I'll update you later in the week on how this meeting goes on Wednesday when they're all meeting together.
And I'm sure we can expect Bill Gates there and Klaus Schwab, Tedros and the rest of their gang there creating and orchestrating and plotting and scheming.
So that'll be interesting.
And again, we don't know sometimes if it's a fake, like COVID, like it's not going to be that deadly, but they're going to pretend it is, or if it really is going to be something deadlier.
That's the scary part of it.
We really don't know yet.
Yeah, exactly.
And we know that they need deaths to drive up the panic.
Unfortunately, that is the scary part of it.
And the way they did it with the COVID-19 pandemic, it seems they did it through long-term care homes and vulnerable seniors.
They were sending COVID patients to nursing homes.
And we know that You know, vulnerable seniors were abused and they were not, you know, they were not given, you know, fluids and antibiotics and many of them were left to die or they were given, you know, high doses of like midazolam or morphine, medications that suppressed their respiration and made it more likely that they would die.
So they did things to drive up the deaths.
Initially, so that people were willing to take the initial mRNA vaccines.
And that's the part that worries me is that what will they do to drive fear and panic this time around?
Exactly.
Yeah, we're looking at a wild year.
And then speaking of more in your neck of the woods, too, you were talking about on your substack, a new, the Chinese Communist Party basically are rolling out or doing work and studying a new mRNA vaccine to fight the turbo cancers, the turbo cancers that we've been talking about all year.
Created from the vaccine itself.
So now they're looking at a new vaccine to help the turbo cancers.
What's this about?
Is it a vaccine or is it a medication that they were looking at?
So basically the push is for mRNA vaccines to treat cancers.
Now, of course, you know, Pfizer CEO came out and said cancer is the next big thing.
They invested 43 billion dollars On a recent acquisition of a cancer treatment company called CGen.
So $43 billion.
And the Pfizer CEO said, we, you know, cancer is going to impact at least one in three people.
We're going to be positioned there.
And we're going to scale up production of these cancer treatments on a scale we've never seen before.
Which is scary because it seems like he's anticipating a tsunami of cancers.
We're starting to see it.
The people who've had COVID vaccines, especially the mRNA vaccines, they're coming down with very aggressive cancers.
They're called turbo cancers.
A lot of family members are reporting, you know, their loved ones coming down stage four out of nowhere, these really extremely aggressive cancers.
So I'm always trying to do research, stay up to date on especially where is this mRNA technology going?
Because they want to roll it out in various different ways.
We just saw self-amplifying mRNA vaccines approved in Japan for the first time.
This is really the next step, the next generation of mRNA vaccines where they just add additional codes.
So you're not just getting the spike protein.
You're now getting extra proteins, the replication machinery, which allows your cells to actually make more copies of the mRNA that they injected you with.
So you get more mRNA, makes more spike protein, and now they sell this as, well, you'll get a better immune response.
In reality, you're just getting a lot more toxic spike protein.
Unfortunately, the Japanese just approved this, first country in the world to approve this.
So I was looking at this review paper, big review paper, that was written by Chinese researchers, and they're really focusing heavily on these self-amplifying mRNA vaccines, but also mRNA vaccines to treat cancer.
And I thought, well, this is interesting.
You know, this is a topic I'm really interested in.
Where are they driving this technology?
And we know that Moderna just started human trials on cancer mRNA vaccines in Australia.
Wow.
There's a famous doctor, Dr.
Scolier, that he's actually a big-time cancer guy.
He's one of the top melanoma cancer researchers in the world.
He came down with a glioblastoma, turbo cancer of the brain.
Of course, he had all his COVID vaccines.
They're putting him on this trial to treat him with a new mRNA vaccine, cancer vaccine, to treat his tumor, brain tumor, that was probably caused by his COVID mRNA vaccine to begin with.
And so as I'm reading this new research, a big research paper that's been put out by Chinese researchers about these new mRNA cancer vaccines, I'm always looking at the conflict of interest.
Who's funding these studies?
Who are the people behind these studies?
It turns out it's the Chinese Communist Party.
And they're regurgitating all the mRNA vaccine propaganda, you know, amazing vaccines, safe and effective, the original COVID vaccines, you know, brilliant breakthroughs by Drs.
Carrico and Drew Wiseman, who won the Nobel Prize for the modification of the mRNA that makes the spike protein, you know, production that maximizes the spike protein in the body and does all the damage.
That's why they won the Nobel Prize.
And so the Chinese Communist Party is funding this research and putting it out in a European paper for consumption by European doctors.
And I thought that was very strange that, you know, China hasn't given a single mRNA vaccine to its people, to its 1.4 billion population.
They've not given a single mRNA vaccines, and yet they're telling us it's amazing, that it's safe and effective, amazing technology, and now they are pushing the next generation, which are these mRNA cancer vaccines, talking about how amazing this is going to be for cancer patients, and yet it's the Chinese Communist Party pushing this on customers in Europe and around the world.
I find this very bizarre and very, very suspicious.
Of course.
I know it's always follow the money, follow the money.
And then you get the CCP behind it.
And it's just like, could they be any more obvious?
It's always the same players, the same people funding and fueling and orchestrating these things.
Exactly.
And honestly, I see this as a form of biological warfare.
Yes.
You know, like we know that these vaccines are extremely toxic.
You know, we have Florida Surgeon General, Dr.
Joseph Latipo, just comes out and says, tells us, Florida's going to halt these vaccines because they're all contaminated with this DNA contamination.
And even in this paper, these Chinese researchers said, oh, well, the reason why we don't use DNA vaccines is because the high risk of integration into our DNA and potentially causing cancers.
And yet, these Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are all contaminated with DNA. Yeah.
And we have our regulatory bodies, like FDA, hasn't addressed this.
Health Canada said it's not a risk for people.
And the European Medicines Agency also said, we're not going to do anything about it.
We're not going to take these vaccines off the market.
So the Florida Surgeon General, Dr.
Joseph Pilatipo, is the only person who's doing the right thing in calling for an immediate halt of these vaccines and to have them taken off the market immediately.
Because they're contaminated with this DNA, with this high risk of integration and potentially causing cancers in the future.
The Chinese know about this.
They literally put it in their paper.
They said this is the danger of having DNA in your vaccines, and yet they keep pushing this mRNA on the rest of us.
That's so crazy.
Yeah, Dr.
Latipo is really the only brave one out there who's willing to do that, who's willing to stand up against them and try to put a halt to them.
And then at their meeting last week, it was Paul Offit that said, you have a greater chance of becoming Spider-Man than having this mRNA do anything to affect your DNA. I mean, what?
You have a greater chance of becoming Spider-Man than having this mRNA affect your DNA whatsoever?
Ridiculous.
Honestly, these big pharma doctors and scientists are, I mean, it's so disgusting to see.
They'll do anything to keep these things on the market, no matter how many people get harmed and how many people get injured.
And honestly, Dr.
Ladapo is incredible in calling this out.
And he said, I've asked the FDA, what have you done to check that this DNA contamination is not being integrated into our genome, causing problems, potentially causing cancer in the future?
You could check if this is happening.
They refuse to do it.
They're basically doing everything to keep these toxic products on the market.
Yeah.
Stu Peters doesn't even like to refer to it as a vaccine because it isn't.
It isn't a vaccine.
It's a bioweapon.
That's what it really is.
And sometimes I forget to use that term, too, to replace it with that term because that's really what it is.
This is not a vaccine.
It doesn't operate like a vaccine or function like a vaccine.
It's a bioweapon.

Well, if you've been paying attention, you would know that Biden and the gang are literally ramping up their efforts to prosecute and persecute and demonize anybody that was at the Capitol or even in the premises of the Capitol on that ill-fated day of January 6th, 2021.
I thought that the worst part was over.
I thought they made all the arrests that they could possibly make.
But it sounds like they're resurrecting the dead.
It sounds like they're going full force even harder.
And Biden is going to try to make this a headline of his presidential reelection campaign to get even more J6ers in a net and throw them in prison and lock away the key.
Now, what's really scary about it is now they're going and hunting for people that weren't even in the Capitol, that didn't even break any laws, but they were way on the perimeter of the Capitol.
And that's really, really frightening because that was thousands, possibly even over a million people that was there, not even knowing they were doing anything wrong.
So we're going to talk to a couple today that I have not interviewed before.
I've talked to other J6ers calling from prison and other places to share their stories, but we've not talked to this couple yet.
This is a couple from Pennsylvania that I'm excited to hear their story, and I hope that you pay attention to because this could happen to so many of you.
Philip and Deborah Vogel is from Pennsylvania, and they're here to tell their story and what hell they've been through in the last couple years.

How are you two considering?
We're good.
Thank you for having us.
Of course, of course.
You know, this is just really tragic because, again, everybody that was there that day came there under the false pretenses that they were just there to support who was the sitting president of the United States.
I mean, when a president says, I'm going to hold a rally, nobody thinks they're going to be doing anything wrong.
So nobody thought they were doing anything wrong that day.
So tell us what brought you to the Capitol, January 6th, and kind of go from there.
And we'll talk about what happened, the timeline of events for you two.
Well, just like anybody else, we went to see President Trump have a speech.
And we've actually went to the other MAGA rallies that were before that.
December and November.
So like the other, you know, yeah, the MAGA rallies in D.C. Yeah, we actually saw you a couple times.
We walked with the Infowars crew and we met up with you.
Yeah, November.
Yeah, we met up with you guys outside of the hotel.
You know, everything, it was all good.
All the other rallies were fine.
Nothing bad was happening.
And so this one was supposed to be just like any other rally, you know.
Definitely didn't expect any violence at all.
There was none really except for some BLM and Antifa fights between the Proud Boys.
They were also attacking people at random on their way back to their hotel.
But other than that, there was no violence, at least on our end, and we didn't expect any this time either.
Wow.
Okay.
So you first went to the speech, the President Trump speech in the morning of January 6th, right?
Yeah.
Okay.
And then you probably heard him say to the crowd, hey guys, we're going to start marching over to the Capitol after the speech.
Everybody come on over to the Capitol.
Yeah.
Yep.
I think we even knew that ahead of time, you know, where we're supposed to go, what we're supposed to do.
The plan was to get up very early and be in front, but we didn't do that.
We slept in and that put us at the back of the crowd, which would have put us in front on the way to the Capitol.
And we got there, when we showed up at the Capitol, Believe it or not, like I said, we were in the front, but there was no fence.
There were no signs saying, you know, you can't be in the grass or anything.
We just went, walked right up, and that was that.
I mean, everybody had already taken all the fences and stuff down.
We watched the speech, and we actually started walking a little bit before he was finished.
Yeah, yeah.
Because, you know, we wanted to get there.
But everybody was already up by the Capitol by the time we got up there.
And it wasn't long after that that while we were standing there, you know, we started getting hit with flashbangs, tear gas.
You know, the rubber bullets were flying everywhere.
People were, you know, covering their children with blankets, trying to get them away from the tear gas.
This was nowhere near even the front line where there were people fighting there.
This was in the back.
She had gotten hit with a flashbang while she was filming.
There's a clip of that.
Actually, that clip is used in almost every J6 documentary that I've seen.
When that happened, I tried to take her Uh, away from the crowd at that point, but there was just no moving at that point.
There was too many people and they were going in the opposite direction.
Okay.
So then, um, so you were, so you were able to work your way through like the doors of or into or near the doors of the Capitol and kind of people just sort of kept pushing you in that direction.
So what happened was, when we were down in the crowd, before we even got up to the doors, there was so many people there.
Thousands, right?
Yeah, it was crazy.
So everybody was saying, you know, move forward, move forward.
So, you know, we did.
And we got up to the steps of the Capitol.
By the time we got up to the steps, it was totally peaceful.
There was nothing happening, you know.
It was just calm.
It was like a line to an amusement park ride.
You just walked right into the front doors.
Yeah, it was very calm at the top of the stairs, and when we started walking up to the door, the doors were basically being held open, and the Capitol Police were standing right there.
There was about six or seven cops off to the side watching everybody walk in, and like I said, it was just a line.
You just were waiting to get For your turn to walk through the front door.
Right.
Yeah.
And at that point, you didn't think there was anything ominous about it or treacherous?
No.
Wow.
And also, you know, what I heard is everybody's cell phones weren't really working or that there was no internet connection.
So nobody really was aware.
Yeah, they weren't aware of what was happening on the news.
So were you even aware yet that there had been a break-in that somebody had broken through the doors or the windows or anything?
No, we did not know that until like The news started coming out afterwards when we were at the hotel room.
Once we got inside, we started noticing some people yelling, screaming.
But mostly, there was a lot of people that were...
Cops were just hanging out with the protesters.
There was really no violence.
And anything that we did see that was starting to look like it was going to get violent, Immediately walked in the other direction.
Yeah.
And mostly, you know, everybody was just in awe of being inside.
Right, I was.
And when we got in there, we didn't know where we were going or what we were doing.
We were just walking around.
It's kind of like little kids who, you know, got to go into a museum at night for the first time and see this really cool museum.
And kids were like, ooh, cool.
I'm going to take selfies in here.
I'm going to run around and explore.
Right.
Yeah, like playing.
Everybody had their phones out, taking pictures, taking videos.
Nobody knew that we were doing something that bad.
Yeah.
Yeah, I bet.
So what was your...
So you were in the Capitol and, I mean, did you do anything?
Did you steal anything?
Did you vandalize anything?
The only thing we did was take gas masks.
And that was because there was tear gas everywhere.
And we weren't the only ones taking them.
Everybody was taking them.
So we said, okay, then, you know, we'll take some too, since everybody else is taking them.
Where were they?
Were they just like out on the floor?
They were scattered around.
There were police bags.
There were police bags and they were scattered.
All around the floor.
And there were also the...
I think the...
The hooded masks.
Yeah, there were hooded masks and stuff that people were passing out.
They handed them to us.
I gave a guy a gas mask, which we ended up getting the charge of aiding and abetting.
Yeah.
And the gas masks were being...
You know, the reason that people were taking them is because there was tear gas in the building as well as outside.
So, you know, people were taking them just in case that they couldn't breathe and needed them.
Wow, that's crazy.
Yeah, that's all that we have taken.
And something else I'd like to talk about.
When we were in there, there was a girl walking around.
She had a American flag cowboy hat and she was kind of on the shorter side.
She had short hair and she was in there trying to direct people of where to go and where to find congressmen and women.
Yes.
And to this day, I have never seen her online, on the FBI website, anybody report about her.
I find that very strange.
No pictures, no videos, no absolutely nothing.
Nothing.
Smells like an agent provocateur to me.
Definitely.
Yeah, definitely.
Wow.
That's super creepy and it's a really good observation because sometimes if it smells like that in retrospect, you look at it, you're like, yeah, that was a fake, a fake Trumpson.
We've never talked about that before until now, that girl that we saw in there.
Wow, that's really interesting.
So you guys went in there and then how long do you think you guys were in there for approximately?
I think they said we were in there for around 25 minutes.
They keep tabs on how long everybody was in there.
I know, it's crazy.
Yeah, so I think it was around 25 to 30 minutes we were in there, just walking around and trying to find our way out.
I mean, of course, you know, we walked around, we looked at everything because it's a beautiful place, you know, and you want to see it.
It's interesting, yeah.
And, you know, again, there was a lot of other people doing the same thing, walking around kind of like stunned, like, whoa, this is so cool.
This is a cool place to be able to see.
There's even a video out there of me.
He was recording me and I said, this is amazing.
I was talking about the Capitol, but I haven't seen that video in any documentaries.
Wow.
I feel like they don't want to show me saying that, you know?
Yeah, probably not.
Yeah, because it does sound like you just thought that you were Walking into a cool place, a cool museum that you've never seen before.
Yeah, not doing anything wrong and not knowing that you were doing anything wrong.
And that's, I think, the intention should say everything to these people.
But again, they're not going to look at that.
They set this whole thing up beforehand, it really seems like.
Right.
It was definitely a trap.
A trap.
Yeah.
So, okay, so then, anything else more about that day that you want to report on, like, you still didn't think you were in trouble, right?
No.
I mean, we walked out, the cops were holding the door open for everybody to leave.
They said bye.
Yeah.
We stood out there for a little bit, and then we left, got a pizza, went back to our hotel room.
Oh, and another thing I'd like to mention, by the time we're walking back to our cars, we noticed that we were in a parking lot.
Our car was parked in a parking lot.
And all the cars, the windshields and the windows were smashed open.
All their stuff was pulled out of it, stolen.
And we were praying to God that our car wasn't vandalized like those cars.
But I know it had to have been Antifa that was doing that out there.
Wow, that is interesting.
I don't think anyone's ever talked about that either.
Yeah, there was a lot of vehicles that were busted out.
There was.
All the windows were busted out.
Hmm.
Wow, that's really bizarre.
Yeah.
So then, you know, you got home later that night to your hotel and everything, or later that day.
And at what point, when did your life start getting shaken up?
How long ago?
We went home.
We went to the hotel room.
I went out fishing.
They ended up taking a picture of a fish that I caught and using that as evidence as I posted it on my Facebook.
That night?
Yeah.
Oh, it was like a freezing cold night though, wasn't it?
He likes catfishing and he really wanted to fish in that river.
What's the river called?
The Potomac River.
Oh, wow.
That night he caught a blue catfish.
I think it was his biggest one.
Yup.
And I ended up, you know, catching the catfish and I went back, didn't think nothing of it.
There was a lot of stuff on the news, but You know, we didn't think much of it.
And I told her, I said, there's no way that, you know, they were talking about coming after everybody.
I said, there's absolutely no way that they're going to come after everybody.
I mean, we walked into a building, the cops were standing there, they let us out, you know, there's just no way.
And we went home, you know, and eventually just kept getting Worse and worse as far as the talk about people being arrested.
And on March 19, 2021, they came full force with AR-15s and pistols and pulled us out of the house, took us, arrested us, and they did let us go on ROR, but We went home, waited for our hearings and everything.
When they swatted you and came to your house, was there any warning?
Did the FBI try to contact you first or anything or get statements from you?
They could have just called and we would have came down.
We would have came if they called us.
And I know they were spying on us before then, you know, taking pictures, seeing where we went, where we were.
Pictures of us at the gas pump, pumping gas and, you know, they got their surveillance from the The hotel and, you know, just surveying us.
And so they eventually, they came and got us.
That video is also out there in the internet.
We posted that on X. Yeah, and it shows us, our security cameras, it shows us being swatted and they blacked out our cameras.
They put tape over our camera, our security camera.
They cuffed us.
Yeah.
Threw us in the car and they immediately blacked out our cameras.
Yeah.
And then tore our house apart.
It was like...
Let our animals...
They let all the animals down.
Yeah.
And after that...
They released us and they put all of our information out there.
All of it, yeah.
It destroyed our business.
And we got hate mail.
Phone calls to random people.
People left reviews for our business online that we never even worked for.
What was your business before and how did they destroy it?
It was a construction and cleaning company, which the media doxed us.
They put that all over the news.
So, of course, people from all around the world were putting reviews up on our Yelp page.
There was over a hundred and some reviews of, you know, anything from...
AstroTurf, bad reviews.
Yeah.
I changed the kitchen sink and burned the house down.
It was outrageous.
And it destroyed the business.
We were already struggling because of COVID and all the measures that they were taking for COVID. But that really, really hurt us.
And then from that point on, we were just being drugged through the mud when it came to hearings, hearing after hearing after hearing about what, you know, what's going to happen.
And they kept telling us it's right around the corner.
Our attorneys kept saying there's going to be a plea deal right around the corner.
It's just misdemeanor charges.
And then they started saying, well, you know, we can get felonies.
Yeah, I kept getting told we might get felonies because I don't remember if it was the Senate gallery or whatever we walked into for a couple minutes and left.
Yeah, it was very stressful for years.
Three years.
Almost three years to get us sentenced.
And then I went to prison for 30 days and she got four months house arrest, plus everything else, you know, fines, probation.
And all that.
I got two years of probation.
Wow.
How much have you guys had to spend for all the legal fees and everything that, you know, to date, if you know yet?
As far as legal fees go, we did not, we were trying to get our own attorneys, but we couldn't afford them.
Nah, we couldn't afford it.
So we ended up going, we had to go with the public defenders.
Oh, scary to leave your gate up to a public defender.
Yeah.
Yes.
But as far as everything else, we were not allowed to talk about this.
Nothing.
So we couldn't do a give, send, go during the process.
We had to wait until we got sentenced almost three years later to start asking for help.
And being that we couldn't get the business back up off the ground because it was always right around the corner, you're going to be sentenced or you're going to get a plea deal or whatever.
We couldn't start something and then End up in prison in the middle of it.
So, you know, we did what we could to survive.
But in the meantime, during all that, it just, the bills piled up.
The debt piled up.
Credit card debt.
We lived off of credit cards for a little while.
Selling our tolls.
Yeah.
Selling our...
That's so sad.
That's like your business.
I mean, it sounds like it was a good, genuine business.
It was a very good business, yeah.
It was going really good, yeah.
Yeah, it just took off right before COVID. We were at our peak.
We started losing guys because of the unemployment.
People were getting $20,000.
My employees were getting $20,000 here and there just off of unemployment.
They would just disappear because they didn't need the money at that time.
It was a disaster.
Wow.
And you have a daughter, too?
A young daughter?
Yeah.
She's how old?
She's 10.
So she's 10.
How did you...
Was she there, first of all, when you guys originally got swatted?
No.
Fortunately, she wasn't.
She was with her mother, which we're grateful for because that would have been really scary for her.
Yeah.
I always wonder about that.
When these J6 prisoners, a lot of them have families and young children, And they get, you know, swatted very scarily at their own house and their children are there.
Or they get whisked off.
Yeah, it's a very scary situation.
When you hear a pound at the door, it's not a regular knock.
It's a loud pound.
Like, they shake your house or like, FBI, open up, you know?
It's scary.
I could not imagine.
That would be frightening.
No, and we're good people.
We don't break the law.
We're not criminals, so...
It's just, it's something else.
Yeah.
I mean, and you guys did get lucky in a way.
So you're, what was, I guess, the final, the final conviction, the charges and convictions were for, you said, stealing the gas mask?
Yeah.
Just that one charge is what it got, what It almost seems like the gas mass in retrospect were left out as bait in a way.
People were screaming that we were allowed to use that.
There was a couple people that were screaming that, you know, I believe they said that the police allowed them to use the gas mask.
So, I mean, when everybody was just doing it, I don't want to sound like, you know, would you jump off the cliff if everybody else did, but when we seen everybody else doing it, I knew That we had already walked through gas in the building, tear gas in the building.
And I knew it was everywhere outside.
So, you know, that's when we grabbed them.
But we also walked past an officer with these in our hand.
Yeah.
And the officer did not say...
They didn't say, put them back.
Stop, don't, you know.
Nothing.
He basically said, bye, have a good day, you know.
It was very weird.
Um, cause I was under the impression that we were going to get trapped in there and they were just going to take us out one by one and arrest us.
Um, but that did not happen.
And when we seen the cop at the door, cause we didn't know where we were at, we were trying to get out.
When we seen the cop at the door, I said, Eric, this isn't, this is the time we're going to get, you know, it's time we're going to get arrested now.
And it didn't happen.
We walked, we walked out.
And like I said, he did say bye and we just walked right out.
That's so scary.
So scary.
So, yeah, I mean, it could be, it could have been years, it could have been many years like some of these others are facing, but in a way, it's horrible, but at least it wasn't, it's not as bad as it could have been.
Yeah, definitely.
We were blessed when it comes to that, yeah, as far as that goes.
Our judge, he was actually pretty nice to us.
It was Judge Randolph Moss.
Okay, interesting.
And we're actually supposed to see him again in February, just for like an update hearing.
Okay, how And how do you feel about this new dedication and commitment from Biden and the gang to, again, round up even more thousands of people that were not even inside or even near the inside, but just like there in the perimeter?
It's a new manhunt going on.
That's ridiculous.
Unbelievable.
It really is.
Yeah, it's ridiculous.
Most of those people that were there had no idea that you weren't even allowed to be in the grass.
Right.
Yeah.
I didn't know.
Yeah.
Because when we showed up, there was no fence.
Like I said, it was just, it was wide open.
You know, that's what I think a lot of people are missing, that Once you got there and you didn't see anything saying you're not allowed here, there's just...
I mean, how can you...
Right.
You know, how can you arrest somebody that's...
There was families with children out there.
Right.
Kind of camping out like picnic on the grass and people all around the perimeter of the big long pool.
Everyone was there.
Thousands and thousands of people.
I mean, just because, again, they just thought it was a continuation of Trump's rally.
Right.
And nobody knew they were doing anything wrong.
So it's just, it's bizarre and insane to me that they would just now, okay, now, you know, you thought this was over?
No, we're going to recommit our efforts to round up even more thousands of people, most of them with families, most of them traditional, conservative, good-hearted people that just thought they were just going for a Trump rally, you know, and used their savings, you know, their hard-earned money To go there to support the president.
Yes.
There were so many good people there that day.
Like you said, veterans, cops, all kinds of law enforcement.
I mean...
I don't know.
Not people with criminal intentions, not people who are traditionally any kind of law or rule breakers.
That's not who I seen there that day.
I seen, and like I said, we were up by the concrete at first, then we backed off.
I mean, we were all throughout that crowd there that day, and I seen nothing but You know, law-abiding citizens.
I've seen hard-working people.
I've seen a lot of cops, a lot of firemen, a lot of just your everyday people that are not, like you said, not, you know, rule breakers.
One person I wish I would have seen there was Alex Jones.
I know he was somewhere around there, but...
He was very close to us.
He was telling everybody not to go in, and I wish I would have heard that.
Interesting.
Yeah, it was almost like he had a sixth sense, which he tends to, but it was kind of interesting because he started, I think he started seeing the mayhem a little bit and he had a premonition of what it could turn into.
I think he started seeing the trap in it.
And a lot of people were just so, I think, so involved and, you know, they're Their head in the sand kind of with everything going around them in the chaos.
I think he saw it.
He's like, oh no, I have a feeling this could be a trap or something bad.
And so that was really interesting that he said that.
Yeah, he was...
Yeah.
Well, I'm happy that a lot of the bad stuff is over for you guys now at this point.
I think that...
You know, it could have been worse.
I think God was protecting you too.
And, you know, now I guess, you know, we can look forward to starting to rebuild again, rebuild your lives again moving forward.
I can't wait.
