Uncensored: The WHO is About to Shoot Themselves in the Foot! What You NEED to Know with James Roguski

He discussed or touched on some of the things that the WHO are planning, but the person that really has been on this from the beginning along with us is James Rogoski, and he's going to join us in a moment to explain what I'm about to show you now from the WHO. I want to play you A clip that goes for a couple of minutes about what they are trying to do, which is pull a sneaky and not meet their deadline by the 27th of January, which would make the IHR proposed amendments null and void.
Take a look at this.
This group would be finalised by January 2024 to meet the four-month deadline stated in Article 55.
However, we believe that We all share the same sentiment that realistically the whole package of amendments will probably not be ready by January 2024.
We would like to ask the Secretariat whether procedurally we could continue working until the 76th World Health Assembly in May 2024.
I'd like to ask the Secretariat to provide some guidance in this matter.

The Health Assembly, in decision WHA 75-9, requested the working group, and I quote, to establish a program of work consistent with decision EB 153 and taking into consideration the report of the IHR Review Committee to propose a package of targeted amendments for consideration By the 77th World Health Assembly in accordance with Article 55 of the International
Health Regulations, close quote.
Article 55 of the IHR, which is referred to in Decision 75-9, sets out two procedural requirements relating to proposed amendments.
The first one is that, quote, "Proposals for amendments shall be submitted to the Health Assembly for its consideration," close quote.
The second one is that, open quote, "The text of any such proposed amendment shall be communicated to all states parties by the Director General at least four months before the Health Assembly at which it is proposed for consideration," close quote.
Again, that's the text of the relevant article of the IHR, Article 55.
So what the WHO has just told you is that they know that they're breaking the rules, but they're going to try and do it anyway.
Well, that doesn't work, WHO, because these international health regulations agreements, which are legally binding on every single country, and you seek to make even more binding to the point where it exceeds the sovereignty of each nation, well, those agreements are binding on you already as they stand, and you're in violation of Article 55, so you don't get to do it.

I'm looking forward to having a conversation with you about some interesting topics.
Well, let me just say, James, you've been on this for over two years now.
And finally, the news about the WHO, the IHR amendments, their pandemic accord, or whatever it is that they want to call it next, is breaking through and starting to reach millions of people.
I know Tucker Carlson just spoke about it this week, which was great to see.
We need global awareness on these topics.
But of course, You've been in the fine details for quite some time.
In my opinion, one of the best sources of information on this.
So you've got a couple of things you want people to be aware of right now.
Well, there's a number of things, but I actually want to start with the reason why these negotiations are even happening.
And I wish I could take that Brett Weinstein and Tucker Carlson video and play it at one of the WHO meetings, because there's an aspect of it that they just absolutely are blind to.
And by them, I mean the people negotiating at the WHO. The reason why these negotiations are even happening is the relatively poor nations, you've got to go back two years when they had a special session in December of 2021, they're fighting for equitable access to pandemic-related products.
They want more Ventilators and Midazolam and Rondethesnir and Paxlovid and Molnupiravir and more and more jabs.
And they want the intellectual property that would enable them to manufacture those jabs in their own country so that they can profit from that biological warfare.
Now, if you think that they're negotiating something that is going to help improve the health of the world, you are not paying attention to why these negotiations are happening.
They are arguing for equitable access to pandemic-related products.
This is a trade dispute being handled by the World Health Organization, Under the guise of trying to prevent the next pandemic, but hold on a moment.
Maria, did something happen in a Wuhan virology lab that might have been the cause of a pandemic?
Does it make sense to spend billions of dollars, tens of billions of dollars, to invest in more laboratories, more testing, more Gain-of-function research, more genomic sequencing.
Is that the best way to stop the next pandemic?
Well, that's what these negotiations are headed towards.
The insanity of the entire process doesn't seem to be getting through to the nations who are arguing for more poisons and biological weapons.
They still believe that they were shortchanged because nations like Israel and Canada and Australia and New Zealand and the United States and the European Union shortchanged them by getting large contracts with Pfizer and Moderna and Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca.
They got 10 jams per person.
The people who are negotiating cannot see how lucky they were that the greed of the more wealthy nations is actually now coming to bear with all the excess deaths and injuries and diseases that people are suffering from.
The craziness of why these negotiations are even happening is just absolutely astonishing.
I would argue that some of them do understand exactly what it is that they're negotiating, James.
But let's say that, you know, they're operating in ignorance right now.
I mean, how could you?
How could you operate in ignorance if you're, for example, from Africa, where your excess death stats are nowhere near the excess death stats of the countries that were highly injected?
The statistics speak for themselves.
In fact, there was just a very prominent scientist that came out and confirmed conservatively 17 million deaths worldwide.
That's a very conservative number.
And so, you know...
I can't understand how at this point anyone's ignoring this, but the World Health Organization is not following the rules right now.
Explain to us what's going on here with these negotiations.
Well, for the past 19 months, I've been trying to raise awareness of what they pretended to do in 2022.
Long story short, They, at the World Health Assembly in May of 2022, presented a package of five amendments to the International Health Regulations in the middle of the Assembly.
Now, I feel that that was illegitimate.
They're supposed to do that four months in advance, but then it gets worse.
They had a lot of closed-door meetings to negotiate the final details of those small number of changes.
And then on May 28th, 2022, they published a document that claimed that they had adopted these changes.
But hold on, there's a little tiny bit of a problem with that because at the bottom of the document, it says that it was done during the eighth plenary session, the eighth day worth of meetings that they had there.
But if you watch the recording of the eighth session, They never talked about it at all.
They never voted on it.
And so, 18 months after that, on November 28th, 2023, a dozen members of the European Parliament wrote a letter to the WHO Director General Tedros, and they said, well, you know, we've got 18 months to reject these amendments, but we can't find any proof that they were ever voted on.
And they basically said to Tedros, if you don't provide proof of a vote, then these are null and void.
And so, you know, here in the United States, many people feel that we've got a very serious problem with election integrity.
They've figured out at the WHO how to just say they had a vote and never even bother doing it.
And so that is the kind of things that, you know, the mainstream media is, you know, I would be shocked if they would ever report on that.
But the alternative media should be grabbing a hold of that.
That should be a worldwide scandal.
They pretended to have a vote.
Yes.
But they never did.
Yes, I remember.
We discussed this in our last broadcast.
I mean, the trove of things that they've done that are illegitimate, James, or broken the rules, or proposed things that are preposterous, a violation of human rights.
I mean, the list goes on and on of the evidence that's mounting against this hellish organization.
That's what I call them.
But we now have a situation.
We just played the clip before you joined us of them asking for this extension.
And so you've got your sub stack up here.
The deadline is January 27th, 2024.
Talk to us about this.
Well, the rules in the International Health Regulations, Article 55, which is what they were talking about, says very clearly that you have to submit any proposed amendments four months in advance of the meeting so that every nation and all the people around the world have a chance to review what it is is going to be rammed through once they get into the meeting.
In May.
And so they made it very clear that they understand the rules.
They said that they are not going to make their deadline.
And the reason they're not going to make their deadline is the nations are arguing amongst themselves.
They all want a piece of the pie.
You have to understand That this is not about improving your health.
This is about them getting contracts and having more manufacturing capacity and all of the investment that goes along with pandemic profiteering.
They know that they're not going to be able to produce and put forth a final package of amendments in alignment with Article 55.
So they've scheduled a meeting for February.
They've scheduled a meeting for April.
And if we, the people, do not hold them to the rules, they will cheat just like they did last year.
And so my perspective is the more people who are aware of the rules, it's kind of like playing a board game, whether it's chess or Monopoly or something like that.
If you get involved and you don't know the rules, you're going to get creamed.
Someone can bend the rules to the nth degree or even break the rules.
And if you don't know the rules, then you're going to lose.
Well, the rules are knowable and they are on record as making it very clear that they know that they have a deadline.
And so come January 27th, We are either going to see what it is that they're going to be proposing or they do not get to make any changes at the 2024 meeting in May.
I'll be right here waiting for them in 2025.
They can keep negotiating and they can give a progress report in May.
But if they do not provide a final package of targeted amendments by January 27th, You know, they don't get to make any changes.
Now, I'm not counting my chickens before they're hatched.
I'm not claiming victory.
Maybe in mid-June sometime, we'll see what happens.
Because a number of things could happen.
Any individual nation between now and January 27th could submit whatever amendments they want, do it properly, and it should be considered.
Any group of nations could do the same thing.
So, you know, everybody needs to pay attention to see what's going on.
But what they're likely to do, because this is what they said they were going to do, is they're going to send some kind of letter to Tedros and they're going to try to make it sound like that is a valid proposal of amendments to be considered, and then they're going to try to cheat.
And we just need to call them out for the cheaters and liars and fraudsters that they are.
I just want to bring up Article 55, which is what is in question here and what they referenced in that video.

Article 55 is very clear.
Amendments to these regulations may be proposed by any state party or by the Director General.
Such proposals for amendments shall be submitted to the Health Assembly for its consideration.
The text of any proposed amendment should be communicated to all state parties by the Director General at least four months before the Health Assembly So the point here is, it needs to be at least four months before the Health Assembly.
So what James is saying is that if it isn't, if they're not following these rules, then it is null and void, and they can go and shove it.
That is the point here.
Now, I want to second the last sentiment that you had.
They can go and shove it.
You know, no.
The answer is no.
But I want to make sure everyone is clear that we're talking about the amendments to the existing international health regulations.
The other document that most people call a treaty, that's a totally separate document.
It has a totally separate set of rules, different group of people negotiating it, different timeline.
With that particular document, which we can talk about that whenever you want, it's an abomination.
But they can, with the treaty, negotiate right up till May because it has a different set of rules and the nations will have to opt in afterwards as opposed to having to opt out.
And so I want people to be very, very clear that what we're talking about are the amendments to the international health regulations.
They have a deadline of January 27th.
The treaty is in a complete and total state of flux because the nations are very, very, very unhappy for months, pretty much throughout this entire set of negotiations.
The relatively poor nations are not happy with how the negotiations are going.
The text that they have submitted has been rejected by the bureaucrats.
And what they told them to do at their last meeting in December, go back to the drawing board, do a rewrite, and so at this moment in time, you really can't even talk about the quote-unquote pandemic treaty because it's being rewritten.
Their next meetings are at the end of February, and I want to make sure people don't get confused.
I wouldn't put it past them to present a new version of the treaty and get people all confused.
Oh, you know, those are the amendments.
Make sure you keep those things separate.
The deadline is about the amendments.
And at the moment, the treaty is a big unknown because they're all unhappy and they're rewriting it for the next meeting at the end of February.
We need to keep a close eye on that as well.
The point is we don't want to amend the existing international health regulations.
We don't want this new treaty.
It's interesting, James, over the break I spent some time watching the UK Parliament talking about this issue and there was a representative, I don't quite remember his name, who said, you know, the IHR actually saved us.
And he mentioned some instance from France.
There was some health emergency and they were able to share data with France or whatever.
And so one of the MPs who was challenging the IHR amendments came back and said, well, if it worked so well last time, why do we need to change them?
Let's leave them how they are.
You know, interestingly enough, there...
I personally think that the entire collection of everything to do with the WHO is illegitimate from the date that nations joined to 1969 when they started the IHRs and all of that.
But if you accept that the WHO has authority under its constitution to make regulations, They have the right to make regulations for things like cause of death or standards for diagnostic testing or purity standards for biological and pharmaceutical products.
They have authority under Article 21 in the Constitution.
To write regulations and standards for advertising and labeling so that there couldn't be any blank inserts.
For 76 years, the World Health Assembly has failed to ever write regulations about the things that I just mentioned.
Had they done so, Maybe we would have been able to sort out, you know, did you die from or with COVID? Why are you using that PCR process to diagnose people that are asymptomatic, you know, as being COVID cases?
What's with all of the many different pieces of garbage that are found in these injectable products?
And wait a minute, your government is advertising that this is safe and effective and there's a blank insert?
It is the failure of the World Health Assembly for 76 years to actually craft regulations and standards that would have potentially made a positive impact on the past four years.
And they're not even remotely talking about any of that.
They're going to fail for the 77th year in a row.
And that's why I'm an advocate of exiting the WHO, you know, quite frankly, abolishing the WHO. And, you know, I'm just putting this out there.
This is speculation.
But don't be surprised one day if you hear an announcement from the BRICS nation that they're starting the BHO. Why would those nations put their health into the hands of the WHO when in these negotiations they're showing their disdain for all of the nation's desires for what they want?
Now, what those nations want is more pharma.
They want public money to be invested in building out the Pharmaceutical hospital emergency industrial complex.
And so the blinders that they have on and the inability that they have to, you know, pay attention to something like the Weinstein, you know, interview on Tucker, where he was talking about how This is not what it was presented to be at all.
I've learned through my career in natural health that what pharma gives you are tests and drugs and injections that don't cure people as a general rule, they cause harm, and that is actually how they acquire more customers.
The more people get these jabs, the more people have health problems, the more money pharma makes, Because even though those people are suffering from those problems, They don't put two and two together and realize that when they go for treatment for their adverse defects from the treatment that they got, they go back to the people who harmed them.
Yes.
Who just so happen to have a revolutionary drug for their injury.
Would you imagine Pfizer's doing very well with their blood clot medication?
I mean, seriously.
So, yes, James, you're absolutely right.
One thing that Weinstein mentioned during that interview, and I'll play a couple of those clips actually after we're done, was that Goliath essentially overplayed its hand.
And what's happened is that some of the best minds in the world are now dissidents to the globalist establishment.
They went too far.
I agree with that statement.
And so what we have now, James, and you and I just participated this week on a Zoom with a Canadian Parliament petition to exit the United Nations.
We have a growing movement here in Australia.
We have Andrew Bridgen in the UK working to stop the WHO dead in its tracks.
We have the United States with two separate bills to exit the United Nations and the WHO. I mean, all of their, you know, all of their subsidiaries.
This is huge.
It's a growing movement.
People need to understand.
It's very serious.
The world is starting to realize just how serious this is.
You know, I've been speaking with people all around the world.
As you know, I always give my phone number.
It's 310-619-3055.
People have sprung up all over the place, and different nations have different rules and different groups of people doing different things.
But the thing that I've learned is that questions are actually a wonderful thing.
It's a contribution and when somebody calls me up because they have a question they self-identify as someone who is still able to think because the people who don't ask questions are really having problems and and so you know one of the best things that has happened out of this Is,
you know, people like, you know, for one example, this woman in Australia who started Z Media, would that have happened if life had just been going on normally?
Right?
You know, people have been put into a position where, as Brett Weinstein said, you know, you can't sleep at night unless you do something.
And so all I've been doing for the last two years is, well, actually much longer than that, but specifically with the WHO, is when you wake up in the morning, you ask yourself, you know, what is it that I want to accomplish today?
And what typically happens is people turn on the TV or some other form of media and they get distracted and start paying attention to what they want your life to be.
And so if you just focus on how it is that you want to make the world a better place and you spend your day looking for ways and information to help you accomplish what you want to accomplish, When you go back and look after a year or two of doing something that's focused because it's coming from your heart, any one of you can make a massive change in the world.
Just stop paying attention to their propaganda and start being the media.
Everybody has a phone or a camera.
They can all record themselves and say what it is they want to say.
Record a video for your member of congress or parliament and send them the video that you want to say to them directly.
Send it to your friends and to everybody else.
Have the strength to just speak from the heart what it is you want and the future that you want there to be.
Don't worry about what their plans are about eating bugs and living in 15-minute cities and you know being happy.
You can be happy with more.
You can be happy with an infinite world where people are healthy and free to speak and travel and do all of the things that life has to bring.
And it starts with awareness.
And so, you know, thank you for helping everyone become a little bit more aware of that which has been hidden.
Of course, and that's why we exist and we're determined to continue doing that.
I agree with you completely, James.
You know, so many people that I speak with say, you know, my former life, you know, albeit the world was, you know, On the surface a better place pre this plan being revealed and COVID really hitting the world.
This war's been going longer than COVID, but many people woke up to it at the time of COVID. And so they say that they've never felt such great purpose, even though they've left their former life behind.
Than doing what they're doing now, which is really working towards saving humanity as a whole.
I cannot understate that.
You know, perhaps that's too soft.
You are actually going to stop millions, if not billions, of people dying when you contribute to this fight.
And so that's enough, I think, to motivate anyone.
I just, you know, I'm going to read this out, James, if I can, because it's important based on what you just said.
I just put something out on X today and I said, the COVID vaccine saved zero lives.
It did not offer protection against COVID. No one who injected themselves was offered any benefit in reality.
The COVID vaccine has, however, conservatively killed 17 million people worldwide.
I know it's hard to face, but regular people who promoted these injections, advised others to get them, and vilified those who did not become a human pincushion for a death shot are also responsible for these deaths, along with the murderers in government and media who knew what we were telling you all along was true.
You did not listen to us, you need to listen now.
They are planning further...
Oh, I misspelled planning.
Anyway, they are planning further manufactured pandemics, wars, economic collapse, and a digital dictatorship by way of digital ID and CBDC. 17 million is child's play in comparison to what they are planning next.
If you previously engaged in promotion of these injections and are comfortable with your previous actions, get ready to roll over and die.
If you realize the error of your ways, it's time to join the very real resistance.
Now, I read that out in its entirety because I really meant what I said there.
You have to.
Humanity has to realize the dire position that we are in right now And that if we are not working altogether to stop it in whatever way that we can, we are part of the problem.
You said, you wake up in the morning, you see what your purpose is.
I am asking everyone watching this today, if you're not doing enough in your mind, if you have that niggling feeling that you want to be doing more, or that you should be doing more, now is the time to pick up part, whatever aspect it is of this battle, And dedicate your time to it.
All of your free time.
Because come tomorrow you won't have free time.
You'll be in a pod.
So, and unable to leave your house and unable to see your mother.
You couldn't see your sick mother in a nursing home.
You won't be able to visit your mother in future more than three times a year or more than 1500 kilometers.
So, I know I'm going on a bit of a tangent here, James, but you hit the nail on the head.
You have to fulfill your purpose and right now that purpose is to stop this train.
It's coming for us all.
For children still to be being injected with a large quantity of, quite frankly, unknown substances, and for anyone to accept that.
I have to tell you, I got wiped off the internet, all the stuff that I had done for a decade, a couple of days after I published an article in late January of 2022, where I learned that the FDA Authorized for outpatient injectable use Remdesivir in infants.
That was absurd.
And for anybody who just heard me say that, you have to understand that at some point you look at what is going on in the world and you just say, no, that is wrong, that is not acceptable.
And while you might not be able to stop it, you can certainly start flapping of the butterfly's wings Create a current.
You tell someone who tells someone who tells someone.
And if you keep at it, you will change the world.
You will make the world a better place.
Stop regurgitating their plans for you.
Start speaking into existence your plans for you and for the world that you want to live in.
I'm getting a little bit tired of people saying, oh, it can't be done.
There's nothing you can do.
If you believe that, that will be your reality.
I don't believe that in the least.
I think each and every person can and must make a difference.
Maria, you're doing everything that is imaginable that you can do.
I encourage everyone else to step it up.
But let me turn this around and make it a little bit easy for all of you.
I've given you an icebreaker.
I've given you a conversation starter.
I've given you a meme.
Just go up to everybody you know and say something along the lines of, what does January 27th mean to you?
Right?
If you say, what does 9-11 mean to you?
Or what does January 6th mean to you?
Or for the older crowd, what does December 7th mean to you?
You know, immediately people have an idea.
Well, January 27th, 2024 is the WHO's deadline.
Now, it won't live in infamy, you know, like Pearl Harbor or something like that, but it's a conversation starter.
Ask everybody, what do you think about January 27th?
And you'll get a blank stare.
Because why would anybody know?
Explain it to them and walk away.
Let them think about it.
But by the time January 27th rolls around, I hope that millions of people around the world are glued, you know, you're not going to be able to be glued to your TV set because they're not going to put this on mainstream media.
We all need to be watching the WHO like a hawk And see what they do or they don't do.
If they were honorable, they would put out a press release and go, you know what?
We tried.
We had 190 some nations send us a couple of hundred pages of amendments and we've been meeting all year long, but we just couldn't get an agreement.
So we'll give you a progress report in May, but we'll have to shoot for 2025.
Yep.
If they are honorable people, And they don't produce what they're obligated to produce by January 27th.
That's what they would do.
I doubt that that's what they're going to do.
And we, the people, need to stand up and say, look, you blew it.
You had your chance.
You missed it.
You do not get to make any changes, no amendments to the international health regulations.
And then we can all focus on the treaty because that's still going on.
Yes.
But if millions and millions and millions of people know the rules and stand up and say no, we shall see what happens.

Let me just very quickly add this, James.
I spoke with a former politician recently in Australia and I said, I want to get this happening.
I don't accept that Australia is still part of the WHO. I pay my taxes.
I want to exit.
And they said to me that until the US does it, it's very unlikely that Australia will.
This was a former politician who I respect very much.
So the significance of the US exiting the UN and consequently the WHO, I don't think people understand.
The entire Western world will follow if the US does this.
There will be horsepower because what happens is...
The conservative parties in every country then have inspiration, if you will, from what the US is doing.
And it's always conservative-led when it comes to leaving these organizations.

And really highlighting some of the things that Brett spoke about as far as the WHO goes and what Tedros has to say.
Take a look at this.
The World Health Organization is now revising the structures that allowed the dissidents to upend the narrative, and they are looking for a rematch, I think.
What they want are the measures that would have allowed them to silence the podcasters, to mandate various things internationally in a way that would Prevent the emergence of a control group that would allow us to see harms clearly.
So that's the reason that I think people, as much as they want to move on from thinking about COVID, Maybe stop thinking about COVID, but do start thinking about what has taken place with respect to medicine, with respect to public health,
with respect to pharma, and ask yourself the question, given what you now know, would you want to relive a pandemic like the COVID pandemic without the tools that allowed you to ultimately, in the end, see clearly that it didn't make sense to take another one of these shots or to have your kids take We want those tools.
In fact, we need them.
And something is quietly moving just out of sight in order that we will not have access to them the next time we face a serious emergency.
So you're saying that an international health organization could just end the First Amendment in the United States?
Yes, and in fact, as much as this sounds, I know that it sounds preposterous, but...
It does not sound preposterous.
The ability to do it is currently under discussion at the international level.
It's almost impossible to exaggerate how troubling what is being discussed is.

And what is under discussion are some modifications to the global public health regulations and modifications to an existing treaty.

Set of things that the World Health Organization is going to reserve the right to mandate.
That it will be in a position to require these things of citizens.
That it will be in a position to dictate our ability to travel.
In other words, passports that would be predicated on one having accepted these technologies are clearly being described.
It would have the ability to forbid the use of other medications.
So this looks like they're preparing for a rerun where they can just simply take ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine off the table.
They also have reserved the ability to dictate how these measures are discussed, that censorship is described here as well, the right to dictate that, of course, misinformation is how they're going to describe it.
Well, in fact, I want to ask you to pause and play a soundbite from Tedros in which he alludes to this, and I want to get your assessment of it.

You are going to be held accountable.
That is growing.

And people recognize that if they don't put a stop...
