	One of those voices is Lucas Gage.
	Lucas has been one of the thousands of voices on X criticizing Israel's endless war against Gaza and the dominance of pro-Israel narratives in the American media.

	But Lucas can't speak on Musk's platform right now because he's been suspended for three months.

	And I say, slay demons, and these people at Canary Mission, and all these Jewish accounts, edited the video to three minutes, took out all the context, so it seems like I'm saying, slay demons.
	And they're saying, the Jews are demons.
	That's not what I'm saying.
	The context has been removed.
	But this post was the original 15 minutes.
	But this post that they edited has been going around Canary Mission, Stop Anti-Semites, all over the internet.
	Visigrad24 even posted it.
	All these people, oh my god, Elon, Elon, Elon, Elon, all these hundreds of people.

	They're showing a video that's been edited.

	Glorifying this man?
	Glorifying what?
	He's with his family.
	Express your desire to harm or violence?
	This guy is saying, meet the Jew you're not used to.

	I found some interesting things that I want to talk about, but, you know, furtherance of your ban.
	I mean, what is it exactly that you were banned for?
	Well, I mean, a few things.
	So one of the things I made fun of was, you know, those two men that had gay sex in the Capitol?
	Yeah.
	I used to play on words.
	I said, these two sodomites should face capital punishment for capital crimes, which there was the word capital spelled capital, actually misspelled it, and then capital as the Capitol Hill.
	And it's a play on words.
	It's like me saying, look, people who don't re-rack their weights at the gym should be shot.
	It's a joke.
	But even if I wasn't joking, Stu, face capital punishment implies trial by jury.
	It's not a call to kill anyone illegally or murder them forever.
	It's just a play on words.

	But again, even if it were a joke or not a joke, it's still me saying they should be punished.
	For doing that at the Capitol.
	And you know, people were so happy Ashley Babbitt around and found out when she got shot in the throat and murdered by Capitol Police.

	So that was what got me locked out for seven days.
	And before, I made a rant about Jewish supremacists and Zionists.
	I said, you've got to find these people when they come into a chat room or an X space.
	The context was in an X space.
	I said, these people are demonic.
	You've got to slay demons where they stand.
	And then, right after that sentence, I say, all you need to do is shame them Called them out and exposed them for who they are, for laughing at babies being killed, for asking for genocide.
	I literally tell you what slaying them means, but these people like Canary Mission and Stop Anti-Semites, they're taking an edited video of 15 minutes.
	They put it down to three and it just says, slay Jews or demons and slay them.
	That's not what I'm saying.
	They took it out of context.
	They blasted it all over X. And that was one video that got hit with visibility.
	So that was already accounted for.
	So I got locked out for the sodomite tweet.
	For seven days.
	And then I got hit while I was locked up with this visibility thing.
	I said, OK, well, that post wasn't removed.
	It just got hit with visibility.
	Then I'm sitting there two days ago, and all of a sudden I get an email.
	You have been removed from ad revenue.
	I'm like, huh?
	You've been suspended.
	I'm like, what?
	And it shows me the three tweets.
	It says the rant, which, again, was already dealt with visibility issues.
	I put three fire extinguisher emojis, which I put as a quote tweet on a man who is a Jewish settler with a gun with his baby and his wife.
	And I put three fire extinguishers.
	That's all I put.
	No wording.
	I didn't say anything.
	And then a Michael Myers video that I took a clip from Halloween Kills where he stomps on someone.
	And instead of the person's head, I put an Israeli flag.
	And I said...
	This is me when Zionists try to control the frame.
	Again, frame implies a conversation.
	So all the things I put, like the rant and the Michael Myers clip, which, you know, it is bloody, it's a movie, it's Michael Myers, implies that I'm talking about discussion, beating someone in a debate.
	If I say, Stu, let's go play basketball tomorrow, I'm gonna kill you, right?
	That means I'm going to kill you at basketball.
	It doesn't mean I'm literally going to murder you.

	The company that X uses to verify its user's ID is an Israeli company founded by members of Shin Betz Unit 8200.
	The company responsible for verifying people's ID on X is called Authentix.
	The CEO of Authentix, Ron Atsem, was a member of ShinBet's Unit 8200.
	For those who don't know, ShinBet is Israel's main intelligence strike force.
	ShinBet is responsible for providing 90% of Israel's intelligence material.
	Authentix was founded in 2002 as a technology arm of a Dutch firm called ICTS International.
	So what is ICTS International?
	ICTS International NV is a Dutch firm that develops products and provides consulting and personnel services in the field of aviation and general security.
	It was established in 1982 by former members of the Shin Bet, Israel's internal security agency.
	So, in other words, Israel's FBI. Now, you may remember filling out this form on Twitter, the ID verification form.
	This is what you will need.
	You'll need to prepare your government-issued ID, check your device's camera, and make sure it's uncovered and working, and be prepared to take a selfie and photos of your ID. So, if you want to be verified on X or Twitter, you need to take your picture, send a copy of your ID to the Israeli version of the FBI. Do people know about this?
	So when you say things like, oh, we have Zionist or Israeli infiltration in our government, in all of our institutions, spying on us, controlling the intelligence apparatus, who's responsible for making the decision to use the Israeli version of the FBI to spy on Americans using X? So, in other words, Twitter or X is an Israeli intelligence operation.
	Yeah, I mean, right now I think to be authentic, what do you call it?
	Get your account verified.
	You don't need to have the ID from that one to be that there's a security measure to have it like your facial verification.

	Authentics, formerly the technology arm of ICTS International, is an identity verification company based in Had HaSharan, Israel.

	So Turning Point USA just held its major conservative convention, AmericaFest, in Phoenix last week.
	A lot of would-be conservative influencers were there, but as usual, not all of those influencers are even conservative at all.
	One of the attendees, for instance, was Rob Smith, who claims to be a gay conservative.
	I don't even know what that means.

	Smith claims that he got surrounded by a group of men who jeered him for his race and sexuality, And then he promptly ran to complain to CNN.

	So how I ended up there was this is a group called the Republicans for National Renewal.
	I was in Phoenix, Arizona for an event called America Fest, which is held by Turning Point USA. I went to this event because I saw that a lot of other conservative influencers would be there.
	I actually DM'd with this group.
	I said, hey, I'm going to come.
	Can you put me on the list?
	They said, sure.
	So that's how I ended up at the event.
	I had no idea that it was going to be infested with these people.
	Was there some kind of confrontation that preceded what we saw in the video?

	I realized that these people were starting to encircle me, and I kind of wanted to figure out what was going on.
	And what I will say, what a lot of people didn't see in that video is, number one, they did say the N-word.
	Absolutely, that was not caught on video, but that did happen.
	And so, look, I am 4th ID. You know, I'm an Iraq War vet.
	I know how to defend myself.
	But I am looking in the eyes of people that were actual neo-Nazis and actual white supremacists.
	There were about 20 to 25 of these people, and that is what you do not see on camera.
	So I had a choice to de-escalate the situation with humor, which is what I did.
	Rob Smith also tweeted, quote, The hate crime that happened to Jussie Smollett was fake.
	The hate crime that happened to me was real.
	Racism and homophobia have no place in America.
	Seeing this hateful incident ignored and downplayed makes me sad for the state of the Republican Party, unquote.
	So far, Smith has only produced video evidence of a group of gripers calling him a f***er.
	There's no proof that anyone called him the N-word.
	Now, obviously, it would be bad if people did.
	But so far, it's looking very much like he could have just made it up.
	How Jesse Smollett of him.
	And for the other word, let's be real.
	People promoting gay degeneracy are toxic to real conservative principles.
	In fact, Rob Smith has given speeches openly defending transgenderism.

	I know every single person in this room loves America.
	And you know, I bet some of those liberals love America too.

	These things may not matter if you love America because we can all come together in this room and we have a national identity together because we are united in our love for America.
	So what we have here is this.
	A gay defender of transgenderism showed up at a conservative event, and some other conservatives at the event didn't like that.
	So he ran off to CNN, a liberal network, to claim that he was called the N-word and denounced conservatism.

	What are they really trying to do inside of the fake conservative GOP? My view is, knowingly or unknowingly, I think they're trying to infiltrate conservatism by definition the same way liberals infiltrated the term gender by definition.
	I mean, look at the language Rob Smith used.
	What did he say?
	Racism and homophobia has no place in America.
	That's literally the equivalent of saying free speech has no place in America.
	So think about it.
	He doesn't support free speech if it's against him.
	He calls himself your favorite gay, black, conservative, Republican, whatever he calls himself.
	So their goal is to The same goal Satan always has, right?
	It's to entice everybody into sin, make people that typically wouldn't historically support sin because they like the people.
	And it worked.
	It worked.
	Because now, people like you, people like me, we get blackballed, we get blacklisted in this movement because people call you racist and homophobic, and I'm a homophobic, transphobic bigot.
	And we get hate in the conservative movement because of that.
	I mean, I'm an anti-Semitic, racist, bigoted, misogynist, you know, Christian nationalist, extremist, radical and dangerous and violent.
	And they're allowed to say all of these things about me.
	But if I ran to Fox News, do you think Brian Kilmeade would have me on to complain and bitch about it?
	Nope.
	Matter of fact, what's worse is when I was there at the event.
	This is why I find it so funny with people like Rob Smith, right?
	When I was there at the event, a lot of these influencers, you can tell that they would look at me in a weird way, like angry I was there.
	So I try to brush it off.
	A lot of homosexuals, they try to act like women, the most extreme versions of their diva-like.
	And they really treat you bad.
	They attempt to bully you.
	I found out that another person actually was invited to the event and purposely didn't come because she didn't want to be treated a certain type of way by the homos.

	These are places that Nick Fuentes isn't allowed to go and talk.
	These people, they're not interested in talking to me.
	So how are we, you know, the same way that we're watching kind of the factions develop inside of the GOP where you have these people that call themselves, you know, as oxymoronic as it is.
	Gay conservatives, there's no such thing as a gay conservative, because I don't know what anal sex conserves at all.
	I mean, it's completely insane.
	But I think that we also have factions in the spaces where influencers exist, where recording artists such as yourself exist, and where real dissident, alternative, you know, real conservative Christian-valued broadcasters like myself exist.
	Do you see it being that way, that we're watching this kind of split-off, where we're being placed on this island over here, this island of truth?
	I mean, that's what it is.
	Me, I enjoy it.
	That's why I said I was talking to the person who told me about the girl who didn't come, and I said, you have to come.
	Like, whenever I get invited to these events, I do come.
	You know why?
	Because people need to see a difference between what that is and what these homosexual Zionists are doing.

	So, what if all of 2015 through the present was just a prelude to 2024?
	It's increasingly looking like that could absolutely be the case, as the deep state and its foot soldiers are going all out to destroy Donald Trump, anyone.
	However, Minor, who supports his America First political program.
	They get cocky and they let Trump slip through in 2016, and we all know what they did in 2020.
	But now they're really going for it.
	So now their plan is simple.
	Make it illegal for anyone who opposes them and has any shot at winning to even be on a presidential ballot.
	Their goal is to cancel or rig every single election forever.
	That's the only conceivable interpretation of the ruling from the Colorado Supreme Court on Tuesday.
	Donald Trump has never been convicted of insurrection.
	He's never been charged with it.
	But four justices on the Colorado Supreme Court, all of them, by the way, educated at top 14 law schools, have announced that Donald Trump's speeches are not protected by the First Amendment.
	And in fact, his mere act of speaking out against the fraud of 2020 is an insurrection in itself and means he can't be the president.
	So to justify this decision, the ruling literally cites the fact that Trump joked about beating up protesters at his rallies in 2016.
	The ruling cites Trump's threat to deploy the military to stop the destructive riots in 2020.
	They even cite Trump's stand back and stand by line from the 2020 debates, which meant nothing, really.
	It was just only utterly spoken underhandedly by Trump because he was being harassed by a subhuman journalist parasite.
	So let's just be frank here.
	This isn't a bad ruling.
	No, this is treason against the Constitution of the United States.
	These judges should be dragged from their seats and put on trial themselves.
	Thankfully, like so many of the attacks on Trump, this action exposes the left's radicalism without actually handing them the victory.
	The Supreme Court will in all likelihood crush this ruling into dust.
	More Americans will be radicalized against this tyrannical plot to control the country.
	Of course, the key question is, what are they planning next?
	Kurt Doolittle is founder of the Natural Law Institute, and he joins us now for more on that.

	What are they going to do next?
	They're going to keep doubling down because the left has a couple of tactics.
	And while my job is to be relatively neutral in matters of the law, I'm like you, not free of being offended by the fact that they bait into hazard change the meaning of words.
	Use social construction and then double down.
	And then they make use of the fact that we don't have administrative and constitutional courts in the United States under the common law system like they do in the continental Europe.
	We have to go through this hierarchy.
	And if you have as much experience with the courts and the findings of the courts and lawyers and judges, you realize that at these levels, people are not very good.
	You know, it's actually, if it weren't for the Federalist Society, which has started in 82, as an activist movement by Harvard, students at Harvard, Yale, and Chicago, we wouldn't have the quality of people we have in the court system, even the smaller number of them, and we certainly wouldn't have this Supreme Court, which is a product of that movement.
	So, what are they going to do?
	They're going to double down until they have no choice.
	And then they'll use the next tactic they use, which I think Scott Adams is the best proponent of promoting, is they'll use what's called rolling accusations, which they'll just say, well, we weren't wrong.
	We'll just make a new set of accusations and keep rolling forward.
	So I don't think it's going to go.
	It's going to change until they have another thing to rally behind.
	Speak to this Colorado ruling.
	I mean, how can this be seen as anything other than a coup?
	Well, I mean, there's this perception, you know, can I say truthful things here?
	There's a tendency to the left to see oppression and everything, and there's a tendency to the right to see conspiracy and everything.
	And this is a way that both parties make tangible to themselves, just in the way that religions make philosophy or science tangible to the individual.
	What's the motivations of the people?
	Now, I want to say that in this case, like usual, some conspiracies are true.
	It turns out that many of them are true.
	But in this case, it's actually intellectually embarrassing to read that ruling.
	It's well written.
	It's well argued.
	It's just that the argument is terrible.
	Now, I'm not going to go through the whole thing.
	That would be a waste of the time rather than explain the What really matters, which is how the Supreme Court's going to interpret this, because people are pretty good at what they do on the Supreme Court.
	Even when we disagree with them, the bias to the court today is a reflection of return to Originalism and textualism, which if I had more time I'd go and explain, as treating the law as words, the Constitution, the text of a law, as a weight and measure of the time it was originated.
	And so that means the Constitution is live in the sense that we can make adjustments to it, but it's not live in the sense that the meaning of words change.
	So in the past, insurrection had a very specific meaning, and it's been gradually inflated over time to mean anything, which is what the left does, right?
	They do what we call loading, framing, obscuring, inflating, in other words, making it bigger than it is.
	And conflating, which is make it mean other things than it does.
	In other words, how the left works by social construction to abuse the people, the population, and they have control of media to do it, is that they change the meaning of words.
	We know this, right?
	Liberal means conservative, but they've appropriated the name liberal.
	So, they're using this act of social construction, and it's been successful enough that these judges, who are not competent enough, are actually falling into it.
	So, if you look at the meaning of insurrection, you know, it has some pretty serious criteria to it.
	And the way I sort of frame it is, all insurrections are uprisings, but not all uprisings are insurrections.
	Well, we have a tyrannical government in this country.
	I mean, obviously, just running over elections, running and barreling over the rights of people, destroying individual liberties, stealing their bodily autonomy.
	What else is left for the people to do other than rise up against a tyrannical government that's oppressive to them?
	Well, especially since we don't have a monarchy.
	I mean, that's the real purpose of a monarchy is to say the government's failed.
	Right?
	The Republican government has failed, and we want something new.
	It's essentially what the founders did.
	They went to the monarchy and said the government has failed, and if the monarchy fails, then you have a license for rebellion, which is what the founders did.
	Now, in this case, you just have to ask yourself, well, is this a rebellion?
	Excuse me, an insurrection.
	The purpose of insurrection is to overthrow the government.
	And put a new government into place.
	And in our case, it would mean different constitutions, different laws and policies, and different people.
	That wasn't what it was.
	And so it might have been in the spectrum of protests, to riot, to To rebellion, to insurrection, to civil war.
	I mean, it's pretty low level on that chain.
	And that's how the court's going to interpret it.
	So, because I only have 10 minutes, I can't go through all the prep I did, but I understand your timing.
	But it's a rebellion, and its direction has to be a rebellion against authority, has to be organized and collective, has to include the use of force, and has to intention to change the status quo.
	Now, that's not what the demands were offered.
	I don't know, if you were to go back and say, If I were to ask you, Stu, what were the demands of the January 6th participants?
	Is it okay if I ask you a question?
	Yeah, for sure.
	Of course.
	Yeah, the demands were they wanted to petition the government to redress their grievances.
	They wanted to protest what was obviously a stolen election.
	Okay, so were they trying to change the government and the control of the government, or are they asking for a redress of grievances from the government?
	Yeah, redress of grievances.
	Unfortunately, that's where they stopped.
	That's not an insurrection.
	In the mind of the people, that's not an insurrection.
	That's a protest.
	It might have been a protest that turned into a riot.
	I don't agree with that, but that's what they're trying to frame it as.
	But legally, it's not an insurrection.
	If you look at Trump, was Trump saying, I want to overthrow and replace this government?
	Or was he saying, this government is conducting unjust policies?
	One of those unjust policies is the way, the conduct of this past election, and therefore I'm asking for the legislature and the courts to intervene and discover the truth.
	Oh, which one is he trying to do?
	He was trying to do the latter.
	So you have to prove, in order to convict Trump, you have to prove at least two things and then satisfy one of the court's criteria.
	The first is that it was an insurrection.
	It wasn't.
	That the people had in mind, that Trump had in mind that he was trying to foment an insurrection.
	He wasn't.
	Or whether they were doing, as you're saying, seeking the redress of grievances.
	They were.
	So legally, and if you go through the legal...
	I mean, I actually...
	I'll publish this later today so that people can look at it and show my full argument.
	But I would love to argue this before the Supreme Court because it's cake.
	It's a cakewalk.
	Well, this country hasn't seen a violent insurrection yet.
	What does the Constitution direct us to do if we have a government that's been hijacked or infiltrated or becomes oppressive to our God-given, inherent, inalienable rights by the Constitution?
	What does it direct us to do?
	I mean, it sounds like the very definition of an insurrection, to tear down, abolish, and replace any government that becomes oppressive, right?
	And replace it with a government that's representative of the people.
	I don't even understand why insurrection is a bad word, to be honest with you.
	Well, I mean, because the mean insurrection really means, in the context of the late 1700s when this was written, that a Another power is trying to take over the colonies.
	Which has already been done.
	Our government has been infiltrated, overtaken.
	All of our institutions has been overtaken by another power.
	Feminine means of conquest, right?
	They use the Abrahamic-Islamic-Marxist sequence.
	Zionist, I guess I would say.
	It doesn't qualify as an insurrection.
	It requires, it qualifies as sedition.
	So the left is won by sedition.
	And the problem is, of course, one of the reasons they've dumbed down education is so they can use this social construction to make people ignorant of really simple processes.
	I mean, I don't think I just laid out a very difficult argument.
	I mean, it's just the meaning of words, right?
	And we know what these words mean.
	I was supposed to go, and I suppose this makes me look biased, but I was going to go, and I had a prepared speech in case we made it to the congressional floor, and my asks were basically that we had truth in public discourse and investigation into the problem.
	Had that happened, had I made it there, I'm not sure they could have They could have classified it as an insurrection instead of a demand for redress of grievances.
	But because nobody went to the floor and said anything, they didn't issue demands because they weren't prepared for it, because they were trying to conduct an insurrection or rebellion or anything other than a protest, then the whole thing could be framed as whatever the left decides to mass-produce nonsense to frame it.
	So I just want to point out that I haven't made it through yesterday's ruling that reverses the previous ruling.
	So right now this is in limbo.
	And the point I want to make is that this is going to make it to the Supreme Court.
	And when it makes it to the Supreme Court, they're going to ask the two questions I asked.
	Was it an insurrection?
	And what was in the mind of Trump?
	And they're going to come up with no.
	They don't want to do that, right, because it's too political and they prefer not to, but they're going to come to that conclusion.
	The third thing they're going to say is, do I want to, since we are, there's a court, a originalist court and trying to restore rule of law so that this abuse of our people through legislative activism doesn't occur any longer, then do we want to soften the meaning of rebellion so that it's used, or I keep using that term, Insurrection.
	So that future politicians can be hung or disqualified because somebody gets out of hand at a protest.
	That just encourages people to come out and undermine existing protests with some violence, like some people think happened in January 6th, and actually cause people to be disqualified because they've been unrest.
	So the court's going to look at this and say, look, this wasn't an insurrection.
	This wasn't This wasn't a rebellion.
	This wasn't an insurrection.
	Trump isn't guilty of insurrection.
	And furthermore, he might have done more to quell it, but they'll probably say a few things like that to give the opposition a little emotional vigor so the core doesn't to attack.
	And then they'll say, we can't allow states to disqualify people in this matter because it makes Disqualify anything where such harsh claims aren't adjudicated by Congress and defended by the court.
	In other words, you're going to have to have a high standard to disqualify somebody under the insurrection clause.
	There's a very low chance I'm wrong.
	I mean, it's unimaginable to me, and I would love to argue this before the court.
	It would be a joy.

	So if the bad guys have guns, we know that we need guns.
	Home invasions, you know, you're at the store with your girl and with, you know, You know, your daughter or whatever it is.
	I mean, crime is real.
	Violent criminals and psychopaths actually do exist.
	And in order to defend yourself, your life, your liberty, your property, your prosperity, you have to have firearms and ammunition.
