Turns out, if you're rich, you're a billionaire, you peddle drugs, and you're Jewish, you can declare bankruptcy.
But if you're Alex Jones, you can't.
We're going to talk about how the Sacklers are trying to get out of paying for all the people they poisoned with those freaking opioids.
We're also going to discuss some actual very big developments on COVID. It turns out a whole bunch of people are about to get sued because The PREP Act, which basically protected all COVID shots and all the development of that, it is pierced when it comes to the involvement of a substance called SV40, a DNA sequence that was included in the shot.
We're going to talk about this.
We're going to talk about taxation and how it's fraud.
All this and more today on Crosstock News.
You and I right now could declare bankruptcy.
We could.
We could.
We have the ability to.
Actually, I can't because I have student loan debt.
Oh, okay.
Wait a minute.
So they won't let me.
You can't declare bankruptcy.
Alex Jones can't declare bankruptcy.
Right.
But the Sacklers can.
But if you are the Sackler family, who, by the way, is responsible for the opioid epidemic that America's facing today.
It started with them.
They marketed OxyContin as a non-addictive, safe and effective drug to manage pain.
Well, it turns out that it was extremely addictive.
They lied.
They made billions of dollars.
And now an opioid epidemic broke out because after that, the doctors had to stop writing the prescriptions.
People started going to the streets because they were already so addicted to this non-addictive drug.
And then that's when they opened the floodgates of immigration and came heroin, then came fentanyl.
And this is the crisis we are facing today.
100,000 Americans dead every year.
And the Sacklers are going to get off scot-free without even a slap on the wrist.
Yeah, it's an absolute crime.
And the Supreme Court today was deliberating the law on this.
And again, I think that there has to be a parallel.
There has to be a crossover to Alex Jones's case, at least.
Right.
Well, do you think because they might rule in favor of the Sackler family being able to be bankrupt, go bankrupt, does that mean that that also applies to Alex Jones's case?
I think it should.
I think it should.
It's not that I agree with the Sacklers to be able to get out of this, but you know what?
If they're going to go ahead and screw us, and they're going to screw all these families...
I was reading today, the total damages would be $60 trillion to the Sacklers.
Wow.
That's how much...
It's not even fathomable, because what does a human life cost?
How many people have been killed?
But here's the thing.
Priceless.
If they get away with it, and they get this immunity, they get to declare bankruptcy out of this cost...
Then Alex Jones should be able to use that same ruling to settle up with the Sandy Hook families.
I think that's only fair.
Yeah, I think so.
But we also live in a two-tiered justice system here in America.
It's rules for thee, but not for me.
And that's how it is.
And the families like the Sacklers have a lot of pull and a lot of control in our country.
They really do.
They have pull on our politicians.
They have pull on our local legislation, as well as these powerful NGOs and nonprofits.
And they pretty much rule and reign and make the decisions here in America.
But, you know, they still have to be held accountable.
The good thing is the Supreme Court seems like they are fairly just.
They've dodged a lot of important things that we need them to look at.
However, with that being said, hopefully they look at this, rule this fairly, and it also applies to the Alex Jones case.
Yeah, this is a big thing.
You know, it's pointy needles and pointy hats.
A lot of people get away with a lot of crimes.
The pointy needle and the COVID shots.
This is a very shocking thing that's coming out now.
They have a vaccine ready to go for pneumonia, by the way.
Oh, really?
Oh, white lung.
Yes, white lung they're calling it.
But apparently Pfizer, they just had this crystal ball.
They were prepared to produce a treatment for this mysterious break, you know, and this mysterious breakout of pneumonia.
And now, of course, it's as dangerous as all the other things they're pushing out there.
It also turns out that white lung, or pneumonia, Paragodaris of Pinococca, that is also a side effect that was listed in the list of side effects for the COVID-19 shots.
Oh, really?
Yeah, so you have to think about this.
Is it more likely that there's a mysterious outbreak, or is this yet another side effect that society is now enduring from mass consumption of the poison jabs?
Right.
And, you know, they were kind of fear-mongering a few weeks ago out in China talking about this new I don't believe we're living in normal times.
Whenever I hear about a new plague or a new war, I'm like...
Man, we have got to be living in the end of days.
But, you know, no one knows that they are our...
What I do know is this, is that they are trying the same script again.
Yes.
They were making the case for, you know, potential lockdowns.
You got 10, you got 12 states.
Now you have one or two cases.
We have to go back to masking.
The other thing with this is they were quick to suggest one of the solutions, the only solution, is a vaccine.
When again, we don't even know what is infecting people.
I was going to say, is pneumonia even contagious?
I don't know if pneumonia is contagious, but it can be fatal.
Oh yeah, it is.
But I mean, how is a vaccine going to protect it?
If I have pneumonia, I can't give it to you.
I think that their argument is that it helps your body resist or fight.
Is pneumonia an infection?
I think it is an infection.
Yeah, I guess it's a kind of infection.
It's like bacteria.
Yeah, and then it starts fluid buildup in your lungs and that kind of thing.
That's what it is.
It's like fluid in the lungs.
However, it's not like a viral thing that spreads from person to person.
It's not like that.
Usually people get pneumonia when they're outside for long periods of time and get wet or get sick.
I think it's the same immunity theory, which is a theory, by the way.
It's not proven science per se.
It's the immunity theory that you'll be exposed to the bacteria, then you'll produce antibodies, and then thus, if you get infected with walking pneumonia, then you know what, you're going to be able to fight it more effectively.
Right.
Again, all of it is a lot of interesting convenience.
I think for the unfortunate thing of this is a lot of people are already kind of taking the bait on this.
Especially, you know, a lot of the folks in, I'd say, the mainstream media.
Look, they're dying.
Really, they're dying for the next big story.
They've had a hard time with Ukraine.
There's been several setbacks with that.
A lot of you dropped the ball on Ukraine, a lot in right-wing media.
They immediately hopped on board with Zelensky.
Now, I mean, public support is virtually gone for Ukraine.
Yeah.
One that was a big, there's several big admissions, but the first one being Lloyd Austin, our Secretary of Defense.
He visited Kiev because we don't have any weapons to give them anymore.
So they just show up that like show kind of like a physical support.
Zelensky's told them they're not going to win the war by showing up at our capital.
But the truth here is that he said a very truthful thing.
That has kind of vindicated a lot of us.
Lloyd Austin said that the primary reason the United States fought in the war was because the United States military needed to be refitted.
Now you break that statement down.
What he is actually saying is we gave Ukraine pretty much all our old stuff, all our ammunition, a lot of our old tanks, a lot of our old artillery, a lot of old munitions, aircraft, all kinds of things.
So now the United States has to buy new ones.
We have to create new ones.
The war has opened up an entire decade, maybe a century of business for the war industry.
Every weapons manufacturer.
I talked to a guy who worked at Lockheed Martin.
This stock is through the roof.
Raytheon, stock is through the roof.
Oh, I bet.
You know, they've done great.
The people of Ukraine have done terrible.
The people in this country have done terrible having to fit the bill for this.
Yeah, they've been mutilated and mauled and kids pulled from their homes and forced to fight in a war.
That Zelensky got him dragged into that nobody wanted to be into.
I remember that first couple of weeks Russia would have won very quickly and swiftly had the United States not intervened.
The right thing that Zelensky should have done is surrender back then.
It would have saved him Thousands of lives.
It would have saved him millions in dollars.
And it's just all of our money went over there.
All that money went over there.
And they can only account for 30% of it.
70%, they have no idea where it went.
They can't tell you.
But yet we still kept writing checks, writing checks, not even caring about where that money went to.
Well, and it looks like we did it so that we could buy brand new weapons, so we could fuel an entire next generation of an industry for war, maybe with China.
The other part that has become very evident...
I don't see China as our enemy.
I think they're our business ally.
That's the thing.
Remember when you had that talk with that billionaire?
And he was talking about China, as far as a business standpoint, they're our fellow businessmen.
We do a lot of business with them in America.
Well, you look at this.
I was thinking about this other day.
I was watching one of those old World War II movies.
China was our ally in World War II. Yeah.
We're so quick to forget these things.
Yeah.
So why is it like, oh, Chinese, the Chinese, the Communist Chinese are destroying America.
I mean, are they?
The only thing I'll, and I don't attribute this to them directly, but I, you know, I do, I have pondered this.
The fentanyl.
If it turns out they are intentionally shipping fentanyl into our country and they're trying to kill our people, that's terrorism.
Still, I'm not an interventionist.
I'm not a neoconist.
I want them to stop doing that crap if they're doing it.
But at the same time...
But they won't sanction China or anything like that for that.
Well, President Trump did a decent job in kind of holding them accountable to the terrorists.
Yeah, that was good.
I mean that was to make the business dealings benefit America.
That's what Trump did.
But he didn't like consider label China our enemy and like rowdy up the whole country to be like, oh, we're fighting against communist Chinese.
Like, you know, this is – it was just – it was way different.
Like he approached it from a business standpoint and he did good business, you know.
I think.
I think that they got very creative with the war in Ukraine.
They found ways to keep the war going when it should have ended.
You mentioned surrender.
It was only last year that Zelensky was reportedly actually going to do some kind of a peace treaty with the Russians.
He was going to just call it.
Clearly, the Ukrainian military was not going to be able to carry on a fight against a superpower like Russia.
And then Boris Johnson, who was the Prime Minister of England, flew over to Kiev and And promised unadulterated to support the United States.
Every country was going to back and support Zelensky.
And he had to take the stand.
And that was before the Nord Stream 2 pipeline bombing.
That was before the West basically emptied every arsenal, every bunker, every war chest we had to fuel this meat grinder.
And that's what this has been.
We talked about this before, about what is the chance that the military is going to turn on Zelensky.
Well, there was an interesting story I read today.
The mayor of Kiev has proposed that, that it may not be long until the people themselves go and depose him, remove him from power.
Because you know what?
I think people got a little bit tired of the Vogue spreads.
I think people got a little tired of him living like an opulent king while the people are freezing to death.
They're being sent to the front lines.
They have a terrible recruitment ad.
They're trying to tell people, no, no, we swear.
We swear.
We're going to give you a bonus, and we're going to make sure that you don't immediately get sent to the front lines.
We promise you.
And most people who join, they're going to immediately send on a front line unit and send it to Russian cannon fodder and these other things.
But for the NATO Secretary General, he believes it's over.
He said the world should prepare for surrender.
But that all started after the Israeli Hamas attack.
It was like one thing from another.
So virtual support for the Ukraine-Russia war went down.
And then the polling numbers, the approval ratings kept dropping about it.
Then, bam, Hamas invades Israel.
America's at war again.
We're giving millions and millions of dollars again.
And it's like almost when – and we've been calling for the end to the funding of Ukraine for years – And they didn't stop.
And now they went after something that Republicans and conservatives couldn't say no to.
That's the thing.
Like, we have to give money to Israel.
You know, I know you can't afford a fee of your family.
I know that the homeless problem is reaching epidemic proportions.
I know that our southern border does not have a wall or any means of, or any way to keep illegal aliens out.
But, but, but, we gotta give money to Israel.
We gotta give money to Israel.
And it's like they go from one thing to the next in order to fund foreign countries anything they can spend their money on except for their own people.
Well, it's problem, reaction, solution.
Exactly.
I'm convinced that people in control, that they're constantly looking for ways to cause chaos, fuel different industries.
Look, if we controlled much more of the world's resources, I'm sure we would sit there and start to ponder.
People do it with stocks.
They've done it with crypto.
Why wouldn't people be doing it with human life?
Why wouldn't people be doing it with oil and major commodities and countries and land?
I do think that there is several conflicts in the world the elite kind of saw and said, we can make this one a little bit worse.
Like again, this weekend we found out from the New York Times.
Some people say you can't trust the New York Times, but I think the New York Times often lies by omission.
They don't lie about the facts they put in stories.
They lie by just not telling you important context.
What the New York Times said is in regard to the Israel Hamas situation, there was a plan called the Jericho Wall Plan that the Israeli government not only received, but page by page matched the very attack that took place on October 7th.
Really?
They got it a year before.
Yeah, I knew it.
I knew it, though.
That's the thing.
Like, nobody penetrates that border or fence or wall or whatever they have set up and that security system unless they are allowed to.
Yeah.
They know when a cockroach is up there.
And not only that, the response was five hours before there was any kind of response to the kibbutzes.
Are they expecting to believe that?
You know, people have been telling me to be more pessimistic.
And I think I look at the situation with the rave.
That's what it was, by the way.
Everyone's saying, oh, look at the poor people having to meet.
There is a rave, a drug-fueled rave, next to poor Gaza, okay?
They were, like, flouting it.
But here's the point I'm getting at.
And Apaches, Apache helicopters were dispatched to that music festival, and they just started mowing people down.
And they say, oh, well, we made a mistake.
Okay, let me propose something, an alternative.
What if they were trying to cause mass casualties, which they easily could blame on Hamas?
Exactly, because it seemed like Hamas was trying to get a lot of hostages, and that seemed to be the goal.
I did see some video footage of them, like, murdering people and stuff like that.
So I'm not saying that they didn't.
But however, with that being said, there are a lot of reports of IDF killing their own people.
Now, in order for Israel to go complete leveling of Gaza mode and it to be justified, they needed quite a few deaths in order to make that justifiable.
And it, you know, them coming in, killing five or six people and hostages, like, and taking hostages wasn't really enough for them to go in and kill 20,000 Gazans.
You know what I'm saying?
It just wasn't enough.
So perhaps, maybe, just based on the evidence, the fact that they got it a year before, they knew well in advance, down to a T, what that invasion would look like and allowed it to happen, delayed the response, and then took advantage of that situation to completely, like, just try to ethnically cleanse Gaza.
You can't say, like, that there isn't something more here.
Like, and it is quite possible that IDF... Yeah, when they responded that the special forces, the crisis negotiators, these other people that came in, that they got very trigger-happy and it was them Who shot, not the Hamas, you know, forces.
But, you know, I think about China, too.
Think about during the pandemic.
We didn't know much, but we sure were being fear-mongered to hate China.
Yeah.
Hate them for COVID. Hate them.
See, we can't hate them for the shots.
That's the thing.
I've always been quick.
I'm like, no, no, no, no.
That was our government.
That was Pfizer.
That was Moderna.
It wasn't China that locked me in my home.
Yeah.
You know, but also, you know, as soon as the whole Gaza war broke out, America's right there, ready to give them endless aid, whatever you need, no questions asked.
But also something else that really bothered me during the Israel leveling of Gaza was that Hamas had a lot of Israeli hostages.
They had no idea where those hostages were.
We're getting lots of reports now of hostages that are dead, but they don't say how they're dead, like how they died, how they passed.
They don't say Hamas killed them, they just say they're dead.
How do they know when they were bombing Gaza like crazy that they weren't bombing their own people?
I think they did know.
I think they knew that they were in tunnels.
That's what I've heard from most of the stories of the survivors.
They were clearly keeping them in the tunnel systems.
The very tunnel systems which were being targeted with high-level munitions.
I also have to suspect, when I look at the areas of which were bombed, One, they just so happened to be in the areas which the Israelis wanted to build grand skyscrapers, brand new ports, brand new refineries.
It turns out that when they leveled North Gaza, they made the way, very cheaply actually and in a very chaotic manner, They made the way to build a brand new economic zone.
And on top of that, it just so happens when you look at the Ben-Gurion pipeline, one of the things that's been floated for quite some time, it was theorized the Israelis wanted this, and then it was classified by the U.S. government until the 90s.
You couldn't find out about this plan.
They had a plan to build a pipeline and connect and actually make a canal, kind of like the Suez Canal.
They'll go all the way up from the Red Sea through Al-Aqwa to where Gaza's at.
But you can never pull that off.
You know how expensive that would be?
Well, if you had a head start and you could bomb some of the path, you could make huge holes, huge craters, you can get away with quite a lot.
Jobs already done.
Jobs already done.
I don't think it's outside of the realm of possibility that others think like this.
Oh, no.
No, there's like very sick and twisted individuals.
And, you know, it's just frustrating to watch as all of our money goes abroad.
And it is getting...
Inflation is hitting hard.
It is hitting really hard.
It's getting to a point now where I don't know how anybody with a salary less than $60,000 a year survives in America.
In a place with a lower cost of living, but where we are, like in Florida, it is insane high.
Like they have high taxes, high inflation, everything's expensive, and you have to work hard in order to like try to keep up, work three or four jobs.
Which brings me to our next sponsor.
Sorry, I had to give a sponsor shout out.

Just let them know that we sent you.
Call them today.
It's an excellent option for protecting the wealth, and I think especially for people who just went through Thanksgiving.
Now, one of the most heartbreaking things I heard during the Thanksgiving break was that there were families like J6, Patriots, that couldn't even afford a turkey.
Oh, yeah.
My brother couldn't.
He had to get a chicken because turkey was too expensive.
Holy smokes!
Yep.
It's serious out there, and he's living out in a tiny home out in the middle of nowhere trying to make it, and it's brutal.
And while that's happening, there are migrants being given free hotel rooms, thousands of dollars, cell phones, all kinds of free things.
Free transportation.
Yeah, it's not just replacement.
It's an outright insult.
You know, we don't take care of our own people.
It's always bothered me when I look at the homeless, you know, because the homeless, it's a double-edged sword.
Sometimes the homeless will do terrible things in your town.
But also sometimes they're veterans with PTSD who weren't properly treated or were neglected again by their own country because we sent their funding elsewhere.
You know, you don't know their stories.
Some of them, you know, are drug-addled victims.
I don't have compassion on those people.
I have compassion on the people that struggle with mental illnesses or PTSD, and that's where they led them where we were, and that means we failed them.
A country that is unable to provide the resources and the opportunity for people to start families, for people to find a goal, a mission, a career, that country is going to fail.
And I can't stand watching cities basically turn into these sanctuary apartments.
You've got immigrants being brought in and given the entire world, but then we have no way to house people while the frost comes in.
Right.
It's disgusting.
And, you know, whenever I can, I try to help people out.
And I know when it comes to our homeless issue, there's the drug issue, but there's also the compassion issue.
We're not really a country anymore.
And we've, for a long time, for many reasons, have ceased being a country.
But specifically the fact that we don't look out for our people.
You know, it's a national embarrassment.
Yeah.
No, we don't.
No, we don't.
We...
We've sold out.
America's become like a giant strip mall.
It's like anybody can come in.
You know, we're all inclusive.
Everybody's welcome here.
Diversity gets the discounts.
You know what I'm saying?
It's like anything but American founding stock that gets to partake in the benefits of the American way.
You know, white men in this country, straight white men, are the most persecuted.
They're the last to get the job, the last to get the raise, the last to get, like, selected for a raise.
They have really placed diversity and inclusivity over the American founding stock.
And, I mean, they're paying the price for it.
You know, a lot of, if you look around, customer service is failing.
The planes, the pilots, they're going more, they're diversifying their pilots.
That's the most scary part, because those silver-haired mavericks are the ones who get us from gate to gate safely, and I can count on that.
But when Bonquisha takes the wheel, I'm not sure how I feel about that.
I'm sorry, you can call me racist or, you know, misogynist or whatever, but you can take the plane then.
I'm not taking it.
Well, I think people don't only want to take the plane.
They don't want to take the food.
They don't want to take any of the things that come with flights nowadays.
Flights are a scary place.
I like flying, though.
That's the thing.
You still do.
I do, but it's just the diversity hire pilots because they got where they were not because of their skill.
They got there because they were a diversity hire.
So a lot of things were overlooked to put them in those positions to kind of fast track them into the pilot seat.
You know, there's a lot that they do overlook.
To make sure that they hit their diversity quotas.
That's an issue.
And also, like, just women respond in a crisis different than men.
You know, men might be able to keep their cool where I know women are like, whoa!
Like, freak out.
We do.
We freak out.
Like, I don't know if you can handle a crisis.
Like, I can take the training and probably pass flight school with flying colors.
But if, like, something happens and I have an engine go out, like, I'm going to freak out and look for the man to help me.
That's what I'm going to do.
Well, maybe common sense will prevail in some areas of this country.
I do think that I was talking to a friend I went to school with in England this past week.
He grew up, he got a career, he stayed in London.
There has been a revival of the white aristocracy.
And basically, they're not even conservative all the time.
But what they have figured out is most of the immigrants that they brought in to run things don't know what the heck they're doing.
They've run that country into the very ground.
And they've given up.
They've thrown their hands up in the air when it comes to the many issues that London faces.
One of the issues they've long had a problem with is that there's like a separate set of laws that operate in parts of London for the Muslims.
Hindus do to a degree.
There's all kinds of other ethnic groups.
The Africans will do the same thing.
Regular Britons are finding out that not only has their country been lost, but their wealth too.
And it is sad that it was money.
You know, the love of it at that that caused some of these aristocratic kind of, not so much youth anymore, aristocratic adults to care.
But it's evident.
And I think I see, I hope the same, maybe not the love of money part, but at least the caring part in this country comes about.
Because you look at places like San Francisco, other cities in California, and I don't like revel in this, but my goodness, there is so much crap on the streets.
Literally, the immigrants...
Like poop?
...have been brought in.
They're like crap.
And they just, they poop everywhere.
Oh yeah, because they don't assimilate.
There's a poop map.
Yeah.
And it's everywhere.
Ed, as an Indian...
You should know this.
I have seen the AI generators, by the way.
Listen, I have never pooped on a sidewalk.
Okay, I want to be very clear.
I learned mathematics.
Okay, and I always went and did my job.
You learned how to use indoor plumbing?
I learned how to use indoor plumbing.
I really resent some of those memes.
I mean, some people are like Ali Jamal.
That is true.
But others are like Edward Zoll.
We're educated.
We're aristocratic.
Yes, you assimilated also.
And you learned how to use indoor plumbing.
Yeah.
Yes.
Unlike your counterparts over in India.
I had to.
I'm sorry.
That was funny.
Look, it's true.
There is this infamous video where an Indian was running a spa where he was bathing in hot excrement.
No way.
Yeah, and it's a spa treatment.
Oh, gosh.
And he convinced four other Indians to do it with him.
Really?
It's very sad.
Really?
Yeah, real slum dog crap millionaire.
Quite weird people you have there, Ed.
Yeah.
I'm just kidding.
You know, we don't have Skripple, but I'll tell you this.
It's Scrapple.
It's Scrapple.
What I do is I do this thing with two words.
I think of you playing Scrap, Scrapple, and then Scrap.
Yeah, Scrapple.
It's like that.
Scrapple, yeah, yeah.
Well, only, like, I think Eastern Shore people.
And you Scripp it together.
I forgot to bring you home some, but I'll bring you home some for Christmas.
But I went home for Thanksgiving, and I ate some Scrapple.
Eastern Shore patriots know what I'm talking about.
Do they freeze dry that stuff?
No, I don't think so.
Well, see, what it is is...
You're not supposed to ask what's in it.
That's the thing about Scrapple is it's delicious.
It's so good.
Well, it's like black pudding then.
Yeah, it's like...
So in England, we have something called black pudding.
Really?
And it's like, just don't ask what's in it?
Yeah, exactly.
It's you don't ask what's in it, but it's pretty good.
Same with good stuffing.
A lot of people know this.
One of the tricks with stuffing is you put a bunch of extra stuff that's left over in the meat.
Like turkey gizzards and stuff?
Yeah, exactly.
One time I had the best stuffing I ever ate, I found out later, had liver in it.
But I was eating it.
I'm like, why is this stuffing so good?
And they're like, oh, it's made with liver.
I'm like, ugh.
Shouldn't have told me that, but it was actually really good.
But anyway, Scrapple is really good.
Just don't ask what's in it.
One time my mom found an eyelid in it, like a whole eyelid with eyelashes.
Yikes.
But that was a long time ago.
A human eye?
Food processing has come a long way.
A human eye?
No, no, no.
No, this isn't McDonald's.
I'm not talking about McDonald's.
Where did the eye come from?
It was from a pig.
It was a pig's eyelid.
Yeah, they have eyelashes, right?

This is high-quality prepper food, folks.
It's the good stuff.
I have three buckets in my garage.
Ready for the apocalypse.
But also, if you live in hurricane areas, it's really good for that, too, because it's easy to make.
And it tastes really good, so it's not like you're eating sawdust in your most desperate time.
Just a heads up on that.
It turns out the hurricane season just ended.
Oh, I'm sorry.
Okay, so we're going to be good.
We're going to be good.
Well, they have snowstorms and stuff like that.
It's good for everything.
A lot of hunters take it camping.
Always saying that we're going to survive.
That's the point.
You should still abide, for sure.
I was going to say, we're going to survive.
We survived another year.

He's trying to save a lot of money for a lot of people, because as it turns out, there's a lot of people that are, I'll first of all say, overpaying taxes, as in they're paying taxes that are not even required.
Well, see, are you talking about Payman Montahede?
Did you say it correctly?
Payman Montahede.
You always say it wrong.
Payman Montahede.
The Freedom Law School.
All right, so when I first met this guy, I thought he was insane.
I was like, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Like, I see what happens to people that don't pay their taxes.
But one thing I learned during COVID is that your government will lie to you, and they do not care.
And they put a lot of money and energy and effort into propaganda around things.
They will literally stage arrests in order to make sure they get the propaganda that they need in order to keep the people in line.
Hunter Biden, for example.
they said, oh, the one thing that Hunter Biden couldn't get away with, all the corruption, all the dealings he did, and they got him on taxes.
Well, that's because there's no federal law that says you have to pay income taxes unless you're a Washington, D.C. resident or a federal employee.
Then you are required.
But ordinary Americans are not required to by law.
Well, Payman Montahede and Freedom Law School protect people who basically want to drain the swamp and they want to stop giving their tax dollars, They just want to follow the law.
To Ukraine.
To war.
To shots.
To the J6ers.
All that stuff.
And they also, instead, they're like, it's a movement.
It's turned into quite a movement.
It's quite interesting.
I think that he is a very fascinating man.
Knowing what Freedom Law School does changed everything for me.
I know for a fact there's no law that says you have to pay federal income tax.
It's just when you file your confession form, you're letting the government know, I owe you this much.
Of course they're going to come after you.
Of course they're going to hold you accountable to that money.
Of course that's why you see people that got arrested.
Well, they filed that confession form and then just were like, I'm not going to pay my taxes.
It has to be done correctly following the law.
Because once you do it the correct way, then you are following the law as it is written.
And they can't touch you.
Well, if you haven't heard of Payman, I got a chance to sit down.
Apparently it's not Payman.
It's Payman Montajere.
Okay, I'm going to say Payman Montajere.
If you haven't heard about him, I got a chance to sit down with him.
Very interesting fellow.
I see him as a little bit like, you know, a little bit of a mentor.
I quite like Payman.
Some could confuse him from my dad, okay, in a lot of ways.
I can see that.
But here is the interview with Payman.
Well, it's my distinct pleasure to welcome in Paimon Montajere.
I hope I say it correctly because, you know, Dale Carnegie says it's a compliment.
I have nothing but compliments for you.
You're a self-made man in a country of jackals and thieves.
And we're going to be talking a little bit about that today.
I don't know if you've seen this yet.
In England, they're resurrecting medieval laws to steal the assets of dead people if there's no next of kin.
Have you heard of such a practice before?
Well, we have it in America, too.
If you die without any heir, anybody to take the inheritance of your family members or friends is going to go to somebody.
Why should you go to the next guy that comes across and steals it?
Let's go to the public benefit, the government, and hopefully they can do something for the public.
Well, that's the question, right?
The whole allay that if you default to the public benefit on many issues, then you can sacrifice certain rights, you can take certain things.
I mean, look at eminent domain, for example.
The question of public benefit is at the heart, I think, of many Americans, their thoughts right now.
People are going into December, they're going into the winter, thinking about how they're going to pay for Christmas gifts, and pay for rent, pay for food.
There are people that spent Thanksgiving, they couldn't even afford a turkey.
But that's, in some people's eyes, it's to the public's benefit, because the country has to survive during hard times.
But what do you think about all that?
I think it's just a bunch of lies by politicians and the banks saying they make money out of thin air, the federal government, and the corrupt banking system that owns the central bank of the United States privately.
It's just all excuses to cover up their crimes.
They are impoverishing the American people with our money system, which the money is created by the Banks.
Money is owned by the banks.
They make credit or loans out of thin air, and they lend it out to the government, corporations, and the people at interest.
This way they're sucking the wealth of the American people in a slow but invisible way, which is why after over a century of modern advances we have the technology, we're not richer as American people as we should be.
What you're describing sounds like a pretty industrial form of usury.
Yes.
But how does that end?
We look at systems in the past that have, at some point in time, the people eventually decide it's been enough and they revolt.
But the modern era, people have adapted to the usury.
We've almost become fans of the usury.
We'll promote the usury because we think we're benefiting.
The public's benefiting from the usury, right?
How do you think this is going to end in America?
I don't know.
That's a good question because the only way that should end is that the government who represents the people, they take control of issuing money In society versus the banks making money out of thin air, loans, to lend it out that way.
And that has happened in history only very few times in modern history.
Abraham Lincoln did that during the War of the States.
And also, Germans did that in the 1930s.
And that's how Abraham Lincoln won the war.
He had self-financing to be able to win the war against the South.
And that's how Germany, who was absolutely broke with super hyperinflation in the 1920s, was resurrected from the ashes, became the most powerful and full employment Very low inflation country, while the rest of the world was in Great Depression.
So if we learn from history, then we can bring back America to prosperity and give American people and their families the peace of mind, comfort, and prosperity and joy they deserve to have.
Okay, you're saying can we work our way out of this, or is it more that we need to be preserving more wealth independently?
Well, we need to take back control of the people that supposedly represent us in government.
And unfortunately, the politicians actually are owned in answer to the people who pay for the election and re-election campaigns of these politicians.
Number one on the list is the big banks.
So it's unlikely they're going to pass laws that's going to hurt their masters, the big banks.
So really at this point, the best solution is for people to get out of the system with cryptocurrency because there's a whole different universe of value that we can keep track of and it's not corrupted by the big banks, Federal Reserve and the corporations.
Could an industrious and maybe freedom-minded individual apply the same concepts and structures that went into the advent of crypto in an effort to maybe resurrect the dollar in a way that it's not so devalued?
Or do you think that we have to completely leave the dollar?
It's just the system is so corrupt.
I mean, they forced Federal Reserve notes on us.
The dollar is actually a Federal Reserve note.
It used to represent and be backed by silver and gold no longer.
And they took out all the large bills out of circulation, left us with $100 bills, which are worth $1 of 100 years ago.
So now we have to keep our money in the banks, use banking.
We are dependent upon banks for everyday transactions.
And the banks now are using the muscle and canceling bank accounts for people they don't like.
We need to challenge this kind of thing in the court system.
The challenge, I think, for many is that they feel that the court system is outside of their grasp of attainability.
They don't think that they can fight institutions of government, let alone the banks and these other powers.
For you, you're fearless when it comes to battling institutions.
Is it true you've beat the IRS? Yes.
Tell me about this.
Which one?
Tell me about the best of the stories.
Well, one of the most fun ones I had was the IRS Criminal Investigation Division agents.
I went to the hotel, had a public event exposing government corruption and wrongdoing in many areas, and a lot of information including the name of the people who registered with the hotel with our discount code that we negotiated with the hotel.
And so this was a clear violation of our First Amendment rights to free speech, associate, assemble with like-minded people, publish information to petition the government and clean up corrupt government.
So what I did, I sued the United States government and that IRS criminal investigator personally For violating our First Amendment rights and the IRS lawyer saw that we had a winning case and he forced the IRS criminal agent to retract the summons, the man he had at the hotel to give information about us to the IRS. And then that criminal investigation case was completely dismantled.
The agent said, I can't do nothing.
I'm out of this case.
That's one of my favorite ones.
That's very inspiring.
How many years ago was that?
That was in 2006.
2006, wow, wow, the virus has come quite a long way since.
They're now trying to rebuild and train their agents to use firearms.
It's not going well, I hear.
They're not really able to recruit, and they seem to be shooting each other more than they're able to shoot tax protesters.
But in respect to your victory, you've had several victories since, and I think maybe the biggest is that you've actually been able to educate others.
And encourage others to take this stand.
Well, the biggest victory is that I've been teaching Americans for over 30 years not to follow a pay income tax to the IRS like myself.
And here I am.
I'm not in prison.
IRS knows me very well.
We've had multiple battles in court and otherwise.
Yet they don't try to put me in prison because they know I know the law and if they were to come after me in a criminal case I will beat them and give them even bigger black eye.
Well, you're a living, breathing proof that what the IRS has been levying against the American people is not only unlawful, but it's not even required to a degree.
Can you explain that to some people?
Because they hear this.
They hear, oh, you beat the IRS or you don't pay your taxes.
They think you're like a criminal or something like that.
It's ingrained in our head.
You can say we've been brainwashed in that sense.
Explain that to me.
Well, they brainwashed us.
Just after the corona hoax, You know, the corona hoax was, you know, pre-planned in event 201.
And they put fear on us with lies, with deception.
They made us afraid that of this virus that might kill us.
And as a result, the solution is, ah, get the jab.
That's what the media, along with the garbage, successfully did to the American people.
Same thing goes with income tax.
For over 100 years, they made us believe that we have to file and pay income tax as citizens of the 50 United States.
But in a law as written in government's own official legal websites, the only people required to actually file and pay income taxes are citizens and residents of Washington, D.C., Federal workers on contractors.
So with that, how is it that we pay income tax?
Because they made us believe in a lie, be afraid because of that lie, and now we're a bunch of slaves.
But the reality is, once we discover the truth, we can just divorce ourselves of these crooks and be free, no longer be income tax slaves.
People, they mix up income tax with sales tax, property tax, these other things.
Taxation is not a very popular thing.
We might argue that some forms of taxation are necessary to form certain levels of structure, to fund certain levels of infrastructure.
But it's different, right?
Income tax from the IRS is completely different than sales tax and property tax.
All the things we need from the government is paid by our sales taxes, property taxes, and other local, county, city, and state taxes.
So the federal taxes go down the federal rat hole of corruption and criminality.
The Pentagon had another audit.
They cannot account for six trillion dollars where the money went.
And so if the federal income taxes can be stopped, Social Security payroll taxes completely stopped, and we will all be completely safe as American people.
With respect to this, you're talking about massive reform to an institution that many consider to be a foundational part of the government.
The IRS, they say without the IRS we won't be able to fund anything.
We won't be able to maintain our capital.
We won't be able to send our boys to go die in Ukraine if it was what the elite would want that day or that day or that week.
In regards to this tax question, for you, you've gone specifically after unjust income tax.
And as you said, for most people, according to the rules, which you've read and you've educated people on, it's not in the rules for someone like me or others to pay.
So we're volunteering money?
Yes.
We've been voluntarily paying income tax because we're duped to believing we have to pay it.
Okay, so I don't want to volunteer anymore.
How do I go from being a duped volunteer to being an empowered, I guess, individual, a free individual that gets to maybe use that money to support some causes I like?
I'd much rather support a movie project or a show or maybe even a charity or these J6 defendants than funding the government's next venture into the Middle East.
What can I do?
Well, the key number one thing is a desire for truth and freedom.
So seek the truth and the truth shall set you free.
Our website FreedomLawSchool.org lists seven steps to free yourself of Irish deception, robbery and slavery.
The first five steps are absolutely free.
The sixth step is a privilege for those who won't have a guarantee behind them.
And the seventh step is to get the word out to American people.
Folks, you can be free if you choose to be, if you de-brainwash yourself by understanding the law and your rights.
It's at our freedomlawschool.org website.
Very easy, very one to follow.
Well, thank you so much for joining us today, Pavan.
My pleasure.
God bless you.
You heard it, folks.
Taxes, income tax specifically, is criminal.
It is.
Stop filing your confession fraud.
And you know the whole biblical standpoint of render under Caesar's, what is Caesar's?
That's what I thought it was.
But we do pay Caesar through sales tax, through property taxes, which, by the way, I have a bone to pick about property taxes, because if I have to pay taxes on something every single month to the government, is it really mine?
And they can take it away if I don't pay them?
That means it's not really mine.
Like, property tax is a scam.
I would love for a congressman to run on ending property tax.
I just wanted to say that.
Amen.
You know, that's how we know we're becoming mature.
We're becoming older.
We're talking about taxes.
All right.
Screw the taxes.
All right.
Listen, there's a lot of things happening in the world.
I wanted to add one last story.
Turns out there are people paying attention.
There are people paying attention to some of the things that are being threatened.
Threatened as in, like, we're aware of crimes.
A lot of our compadres are aware of crimes.
So people on the other side are really starting to wonder, what happens if they do indeed take back control of the country?
Well, Rachel Maddow believes that not only are we going to prosecute everybody on that side of the aisle, but there are going to be executions.
She said this.
Let's go.
I mean, after they stand before a fair trial...
Then, you know, the judgment will be swift and it will be just.
And, you know, what is the...
The crime?
The punishment for a traitor?
If you intentionally knew that you were pushing poison on people from your platform and killing people, yes, you should face the most extreme accountability and justice of the law.
You know, that is what you should.
Actually, in regard to this, that New Zealand whistleblower.
Steve Kirsch's source.
Yeah.
So what he did, so there was a whistleblower in New Zealand.
So he was working for this company where he had access to all the vaccine data.
Well, he got a hold of that data and it showed that it killed one in a thousand people.
For sure.
Kirsch claims it's like 10 million people are dead in the world and the vaccine killed everyone.
But the thing that got me was the response.
So usually they just dismiss him as a conspiracy theorist.
Oh, that guy's just a quack.
They're arrested people.
No, they arrested him.
They criminalized the data.
Which tells me it was true, yeah.
And then they're trying to get an injunction to make sure that nobody ever sees the data.
So it's true.
Currently, the guy's facing, I think he got given bail.
He can't get out until Tuesday.
But he released this data and it proved that the vaccine was deadly.
It was killing people and they knew it.
And the fact that they are panicking so much over this data getting out tells me that he is really on to something.
That is what happens when you actually do the right thing.
I'm hoping these people, they pay for the actions, the crimes they've committed.
I also want them to bleed cash.
There's a lot of lawsuits coming.
First Liberty has found a loophole in the PrEP Act protection of the shots.
As it turns out, Because SV40, the simian virus 40 virus, which was added as cancer-causing, was experimented on by the CIA back in the 60s with the polio shot, that was included as a DNA sequence in the COVID shots.
That means the PrEP Act has violated its immunity clause.
That's it.
They can pierce the veil, and they can sue Pfizer, Moderna, and anyone else who mandated it too.
First Liberty has a very credible case that's moving forward.
Of course, there's also the case now for all the members of the military who were forced out.
A lot of patriots, a lot of Christians.
The ones who they're begging to come back, but they purged.
I mean, I think it was like over 8,000 service members were purged from the military, and these are all like really good people.
Oh, sure.
It destroyed our country and our military.
And in some ways, that meant the United States was unable to intervene further in Ukraine, unable to send troops as ground troops into this Israel conflict, and lastly, unable to start a war with China.
But give them time.
Give them time.
I don't know if you've seen some of these Tesla, Elon Musk videos with the robots.
His robots are firing weapons.
I don't know if some of this is CGI. That would be cool.
Well, see, that's, like, I mean...
I think that war is also partially a depopulation tool as well.
So if, like, you have robots to go fight your wars, you don't have an opportunity to populate, you know, maybe it's, you know, they won't do it.
But, you know, I don't know.
I don't know.
Just everybody's evil.
That's true.
Just not us.
We're the non-evil ones, okay?
We are honest, caring, loving, toilet-using Americans.
I like the toilet, eh?
All right.
Thank you so much for joining us on this toilet-using edition of Crosstalk News.
We talked about some interesting things.
We've got some very cool episodes coming up before Christmas.
We may do caroling on one episode.
Who knows?
We'll see.
I have been personally asked to do a caroling episode, but we'll see.
I might sing you a song.
Pick a song, folks.
Yeah, pick them and send them in the comment section.
Also, we are going to get back to the skits.
We took a little hiatus from them, and we're going to get back to them.
We have some cool ideas.
It's going to be good.
Maybe a Polar Express.
Maybe a Grinch.
Who knows?
We'll see.
We've got lots more to share, of course, and please be following us on our socials.
I mean, Lauren's Twitter and her Telegram, it's kind of popping.
Yeah, you can find me on LaurenWitzkeDE on Twitter, and then...
I'll share Ed's Twitter, too.
What is it?
Edward Zoll?
It's at RealEdwardZoll, but I've got to clean it up a little bit.
Yeah, you need to clean it up.
It's become a reply section place, but it was pretty good.
It's pretty funny.
The one I got on Adam22?
Yes, yes, I know.
With the photo?
It's like Edward.
Yeah, it was good.
But nonetheless...
He's going to get back into his investigative journalism.
Investigative stuff.
Okay, folks.
It's the bread and butter of the world.
All right.
Thank you so much for joining us in this edition of Crosstack News.
On behalf of the wonderful Lauren Wetzke, I'm Edward Zaw.
