Well, if you're a football fan like I am, and I know I shouldn't because it's all fake now at this point and it's rigged and it's bought and paid for, but I still do like watching some football and it's nice in the fall season.
But last night I was watching my Monday Night Football and I couldn't get past All the jab ads.
And now there's even a worse one.
Obviously, Travis Kelsey is the poster boy for Pfizer.
He is Mr.
Pfizer now.
But one of the ads last night that particularly caught my attention and made me want to puke was a compilation of the ads from Martha Stewart pointing the knife at people saying, you better get your vaccine or else.
Like she's going to literally kill you if you don't get your vaccine.
What a threat.
And then there was Travis Kelsey rolling up his sleeve and winking.
And then there was Taylor Swift and every other star and celebrity all in one commercial saying, it's flu season again.
It's COVID season.
Time to roll up your sleeve and get that jab.
So I want to bring in our next guest to talk about this and a lot more in the actual real world war that's going on.
Still, silently, under most people's noses, the war of the bioweapon, the COVID bioweapon that has killed and maimed millions of people now around the globe.
So Dr.
Simon Godek is joining us here.
He is the most cancelled scientist and an anti-vaxxer, proud anti-vaxxer, and I love it.

Hey, thanks for having me.
Yeah, I'm fine.
I'm fine today, and you?
I'm good, thanks.
I, you know, I can, it's amazing how many, when you look at, when you watch something like football, or mostly any shows right now, and it goes to a commercial break, I am aghast at how many of those commercials are big pharma commercials.
I mean, almost all of them.
Whether it's, you know, IBS or whether it's for COVID or the flu or shingles or so many more, it's all big pharma ads.
And then, of course, the second half of the ad is all like, you know, people dancing or playing or something.
And it's all the side effects, the long list of side effects, you know, might cause death, might cause suicide, might cause murder.
It might cause your condition to worsen by 20.
It's ridiculous.
So right now, when it comes to the war of the bioweapon, the real world war, while everybody is distracted with Ukraine and everybody is distracted with Israel, the real world war that's continuing to happen is the war of the vaccine, the bioweapon.
So do you think that by putting out all these new commercials for COVID and using their stars like Travis Kelsey and Taylor Swift, are they gearing us up for the next round of VACs, the next pandemic that they're going to push out?
Well, I've also been watching Hand Egg yesterday, or how you call it, football.
Football, soccer, handball.
Exactly.
And, you know, here in Brazil, you're not allowed to have commercials for pharmaceutical companies on MTV. That's amazing.
The same as in almost all other countries.
In Europe, I don't know any country that allows this.
It's just in the United States where Pfizer can go all in and put the propaganda on TV in literally every clip.
So, um, yeah, luckily, um, that's interesting.
I, yeah, I guess I got to interrupt you real quick.
Why is it?
What do you know the legal reason or the actual the reason why, you know, in many other countries, big pharma is not allowed to put their ads on TV? It's just like, I think big pharma and also the weapon industry is very strong in the US. Yeah.
And they're less strong in other countries.
So I think that's why they're allowed to put ads on TV in the US, which is of course a problem because it's not an ad, it's propaganda.
It's dangerous propaganda.
Very dangerous propaganda.
Especially because the commercials make you think a lot of times they start with leading questions and loaded questions.
Do you have this?
Do you feel like this on some days?
Do you sometimes feel like this?
And so, so many people might think that they have some sort of ailment or they recognize that in them.
And then the answer, of course, is always to take some new pill, some new big pharma pill.
It's crazy.
Just today, there was another football player, a soccer player in Germany dying due to coincidence.
They didn't tell why, but if it were an accident or like, they would tell.
So they just said like, oh, he passed away with 25.
At 25 years old.
Yes.
So, I mean, there are questions that need to be asked, even if it's another reason in this case, but they said it was unexpected.
So unexpected to me, it sounds like only one thing.
Yeah, suddenly.
It could be, it couldn't be, but I mean, like, we've seen how many soccer players have been dropping on the field or during the training, during the practice.
To me, there's no coincidence anymore, but media doesn't dare to ask the question that needs to be asked, like, Was it the vaccine or was it the gene therapy?
But they don't.
They rather say, oh, well, maybe this guy did too much gardening.
Maybe he slept too long.
Oh, climate change, you know?
Yeah, it's climate change.
They always come up with these.
Yeah, they always come up with climate change usually.
Too many video games now cause a heart attack.
Showering, eating eggs in the morning.
Whatever you want to come up with, they have thousands of reasons.
Being too happy, obviously, is also a reason to get a heart attack.
Yeah, I'm being too happy now.
So tell us a little bit about your background and why you're considered the most canceled scientist.
Yeah, people called me that.
I don't know if it's true, but I've been cancelled three times in the last three years.
So I lost three jobs.
Wow.
You lost three jobs?
Yes.
So I cannot work in academia anymore.
The door is closed.
And I'm still very young.
I'm in the mid-30s and I have a very good age index, which I think of 30-something, which is good for someone of my age.
And what were you doing before?
What were your thoughts?
Biotechnology.
My main publication is on bioreactors.
So I have some good knowledge there and I have some significant publications on the human metabolism as well.
That's why I spoke out initially about vitamin D because that was one of my expertise.
And yeah, they didn't like that, obviously, because I mean, like I said, like, okay, if you have vitamin D blood serum level of like 50, you're not going to even catch COVID or anything.
So at what point did you know that COVID was a scandemic?
April.
April 2020.
Because they didn't talk about vitamin D. I was like, why not?
And when I was publishing about this, I got attacked from outside and inside the university.
I was like, well, this is general knowledge.
It's like saying there is no gravity.
It also doesn't make any sense.
But they were like, okay, this is pseudoscience.
So yeah, I got cancelled the first time and then I got cancelled the second time and now this year I was working for Norwegian Research Institute and they cancelled me as well for exceeding my freedom of speech on Twitter.
Yeah, well, that's cancel-worthy.
That's cancel-worthy for sure, anytime you speak the truth.
And it's interesting because they were actively trying to prevent people from obtaining more vitamin D naturally via the sun outdoors as well.
They locked you in.
You couldn't leave the house.
So anyone I would think that has a background in science would know that or biology that vitamin D is good for you.
The sun is good for you.
Helps make you healthier.
So locking us inside all day every day and preventing us from going outside One would think that that would be in direct opposition to having a healthy immune system.
So I don't even know why more scientists weren't speaking out at that point.
There were.
Like Tim Noakes, for example, he was getting cancelled as well for talking about the sun and the diet.
He got totally cancelled, kicked off Twitter.
And he's been a professor, one of the best professors in the world in this field for the last 50 years.
I think he's around 80-something.
So he's one of the most renowned scientists in the world.
And Twitter just leaked his account just for spreading misinformation.
And then you look at these gnomes, like these unhealthy-looking, ugly scientists like Peter Hottes, who hasn't visited a dentist for like 20 years, who eats hamburgers for breakfast.
And he's saying like, okay, vitamin D is a conspiracy theory.
Get vaccinated, you know?
And these are the people the media is listening to.
So why do they listen to unhealthy-looking people?
Why don't they listen to healthy scientists who look like they know what they talk about, but they don't.
They listen to the biggest shields ever, Christian Drosten in Germany, who's maybe 1 meter 80.
Okay, I don't know how many feet these are, but he's like...
He's, like, thin.
Thinner than thin.
He looks like he has anorexia.
And he's talking about...
He was saying stuff like, oh, vitamins.
I don't know anything about this.
This is sex food science.
I mean, like, they don't...
Either he doesn't know or he knows and just doesn't tell the truth.
So there are many people like this out there who could spread whatever they wanted and the media was, like, citing them.
And those...
We're spreading knowledge or real knowledge, old knowledge.
I don't want to say the truth because, I mean, if I am a scientist and I say I'm speaking the truth, I'm not a scientist.
I'm trying, I'm always trying to reject my own hypothesis, but at least what I consider being true.
So I was just saying what I consider being true and I didn't get money from any pharmaceutical company.
And still there sounds me and they let those who were like obviously corrupt keep on discriminating the unvaccinated.
Yeah, wow.
That's so crazy.
And Texas actually just passed a bill that is banning mandates, banning vaccine mandates at the workplace.
Three years too late.
Amen for that.
Yeah.
I mean, it's like, where were you before?
I get that you're doing that now, which is nice.
But, you know, you should have been right on the ball back in the day, three years ago.
What about all these people that lost their job or that were forced to get the vaccine because they thought that they would lose their job and livelihood?
Three years too late.
Many of them lost their lives.
Lost their lives.
You can't bring them back.
And now the governor of Texas is like, look what I'm doing.
It's three years too late.
Three years too late.
The data was out there since September 2020.
The animal experiments of Pfizer were public, and you could have seen that the animals usually died due to the jab.
So the data was out there, and they said, like, oh, well, okay, these are just animals.
It will work with human beings.
And they trusted Pfizer.
They should have known Pfizer has a criminal record, which is immense.
And every governor, every politician should just look into the criminal record, and they would say, like, okay, maybe we shouldn't trust them this time.
But they all did.
Republicans did and Democrats did.
So, to me, this is a big joke that they just do it right now.
I mean, it's better now than never, but still, it's way too late.
Yeah.
I mean, what do you think is going to happen in the next six months?
Do you think that they're going to try to roll out a scary new COVID because their initial plan didn't work as well as they wanted it to?
I mean, it was pretty effective to get 85 percent.
I believe 85 percent of the entire planet has had at least one dose of the vaccine.
I would say that's a pretty effective plan.
But what do you think they're rolling into now?
Yeah, Portugal is 99%, and there are other countries like Gibraltar almost 99%.
Yeah, Israel is also quite high.
Israel, yes.
I think it's the most vaccinated country on earth, as they brag about.
I think it's Gibraltar, but okay, it's part of the UK. But still, I think they're not going to do another pandemic now, another pandemic.
People would really start civil war.
But I think this was just part of the playbook, and now what they're rolling out is the climate scam.
They're going to start with a carbon credit saying, hey, you cannot eat meat more than once a week.
You can maybe travel once a year.
And they will start implementing 15-minute cities or neighborhoods.
I think this is what they're doing now.
And they already now know that 80-85% of the population are going to follow whatever politicians say.
And I think now they know that they can continue.

So you think next they're going to lay off probably the scary COVID and make COVID more seem just like the flu.

They call it 15-minute cities or smart cities.
What exactly are they and why the big push for them?
So, that's a good one.
I think it's in order to control the population and to make them comply even more.
So, the first smart cities or 50-minute cities.
Smart city, I mean, having a smart grid is not wrong if it's on a local level and you control the smart grid, okay?
But if the government controls the smart grid and everything until your electric car and they can switch it off or whatever, then we're having a problem because they can anyways track you.
They can track you, they can track your mobile phone, they can track your car.
They know everything you're doing.
And even by having the smart meters in your house, they know what you're doing.
If you're watching TV or if it's just your fridge that's consuming the electricity.
So they know everything about you.
And then you have an Alexa or these Google pods in your house.
They can even listen to you via the mobile phone.
So they're efficient back doors they can install on every mobile phone available.
So, actually, what's happening is that we're 100% transparent.
If you're 100% transparent once, you can just implement a social credit score without having anyone who can actually fight the trend.
And this is what's happening in China.
I mean, exactly this is what's happening in China.
Why shouldn't it happen in the US or in Europe?
Because once the politicians have these tools, they're going to apply these tools.

But I mean, like...
Still struggling with this.
But yeah, this is what's going to happen.
You don't say what the government wants you to say.
Oh, let's freeze your bank account.
Let's give you a negative credit score.
You cannot buy stuff anymore in the supermarket.
Just like what they did in some countries.
Or you're unvaccinated, you can't do groceries.
Imagine they combine things.
You're unvaccinated, you can't do groceries.
You cannot even have access to a bank account or even to electricity or to a car.
Or what they do have in China, they all have a QR code.
If you've been a bad girl, you cannot go with public transport.
So you scan your QR code and it says, you can't enter.
You're forbidden to go more than five or six kilometers or three miles or whatever it is.
So they have this model already in place.
And these are the wet dreams of Paul Schwab.
And he's trying to implement them with his fourth industrial revolution.
And it's going to happen.
I'm convinced it's going to happen.
But how is, you know, it's basically like wearing a prison, you know, a home prison ankle bracelet on you.
That's basically what it is.
And it's monitoring you, tracking your social activity and behaviors, if you're wearing a mask or not, if you got vaccinated or not.
If you're saying something potentially racist or not, or anti-Semitic, it's going to track everything.
And, oh, I said a comment about Jewish people today.
I can't use my money today.
Or probably far worse than that.
Imagine you say man can't get pregnant.
Yeah, man can't get pregnant.
Uh-oh, I can't access my bank for a week.
I mean, it's pretty frightening.
But that's what they're leading us into.
And people need to understand that that's where it's going.
But the one thing that could potentially stop it is us not complying.
Right?
And saying, we're not into this.
We're not going to be tracked and monitored like this.
But it's happening at such rapid speed.
I mean, even like you said, the commercials, I will literally Google something on my phone or say something.
And I don't even own an Alexa.
I don't own Alexa for this reason.
But I will say something.
And then within 10 minutes, a commercial for that exact topic shows up on my TV. On your TV. Yeah.
Yeah, which is even really weirder because it's not even a smart TV. It's like it tracks everything.
And I don't have an Alexa, but I believe that what they're doing is, you know, they're syncing up your phone, your smartphone with your laptop.
With your TVs, with every smart device and it's pretty frightening.
And then all of a sudden they'll put an ad on there.
So it's constantly monitoring you no matter what.
I'm using VPNs, I'm using Linux, and I hardly ever get personalized ads.
Wow.
And if you go to Google, then it's good.
But iPhone.
So I got an iPhone.
And I was talking about Trinidad and Tobago.
It's like a random island in the Caribbean Sea.
And I don't know why we've been talking about this.
There was something I think it was...
I was saying like, okay, it's just like...
In front of Venezuela.
It's close to Venezuela.
I was talking about Trinidad and Tobago.
And I was taking my phone.
I was just looking something up on the internet.
And everywhere, like, oh, like, travel to Trinidad and Tobago.
I was like, what the fuck?
How random?
How random is this?
That I opened like three websites and all of them talk about Trinidad and Tobago.
I was like, this is crazy.
It's like, you know...
It's so random.
You should throw some really specific random things out there just to test it, and it's incredible how quickly it comes back to you.
Yeah, talk about Pizzagate and I'll get commercial Pizza Hut or whatever.
Pizza Hut, yeah.
It's pretty bizarre.
It's really scary.
And this is where it's very hard for us actually to counter this trend.
Because to me, it's just like, it's going to happen.
The only question is to what degree it's going to happen.
And how fast.
How fast, exactly.
So I think they're going to try.
They're going to try very, very hard.
I call them patriots because we have patriots here in Brazil, patriots in the US. Patriots to me are people who want the best for the country and also other cultures and who don't want to comply with the government.
These to me are patriots.
So the question is how many patriots are not going to comply and are saying stop here.
I think in this case, the US and especially also Russians and people in Brazil have a lot in common because all of them have a high proportion of population who don't comply.
In Russia, many people didn't comply.
In the US, many people didn't comply.
In Brazil, many people didn't comply.
In Europe, everybody complied.
So forget the Europeans.
I think it's about Russia is going to play an important role worldwide to reject the Great Reset, the US, especially the Red States, and also the south of Brazil, because the northeast of Brazil is communist and no chance.
Wow.
Yeah, I guess my last question is, what is the people or the state of Brazil like right now, now that this communist leader has been totally installed?
And what's the sentiment like?
Because there were so many people That were for the last leader who seemed very against the deep state, and he was, you know, fighting against COVID and fighting against the Great Reset, and then he just got replaced, the Great Replacement.
So what's the...
What is it?
I mean...
I can't imagine.
I think the elections were rigged.
Completely.
It's my personal opinion.
I cannot say they were rigged, otherwise I would have police in front of my door tomorrow, but I say, I believe, I believe they were rigged.
And do a lot of the people in Brazil share that sentiment?
The right-wing people, yes.
The centrists, yes.
The leftists are like, no, of course not.
So, but I think they were rigged.
And also now we have, we call it judicary dictatorship.
So there's a guy who's called Al-Shandi Moraes.
He's one of these ministers.
He's actually one of the main judge of the country.
Let's put it like this in a very easy way.
And he's determining whose social media accounts are getting Are getting banned and who goes to jail, etc.
So it's a very scary moment right here in Brazil.
But people are still allowed to go on the streets because I think the police, the military police are still behind the people.
But the policies that are now put into place by Lula, for example, people who don't get their babies vaccinated for, like, injected with a gene therapy with a COVID vaccine, they don't get any more social support.
So he's cutting the money for those who reject or harm their children.
So that's what he's doing.
And of course, he's also flirting with Chinese, flirting with Venezuela.
He's a...
He's a very authoritarian leftist person.
So let's see what's going to happen.
At least my state where I'm living, it's a right-wing state.
And just like me and I, you know?
Yeah, you have some right-wing and left-wing.
That's good.
But for us, blue is right-wing, red is left-wing.
Oh, that's so weird.
Yeah, it makes sense.
I can't imagine that.
The color of the communist is red, right?

I could be looked at like a communist to a lot of other countries and people.

Well, with as many rhinos as we have in elected office, as many rhinos, as many Pelosi's, as many McConnell's that we have that we know are absolutely no good and will never actually stand up for the people and represent the people It's refreshing and good to have somebody running for office that if we elected will actually stand for us and will stand for health freedom and liberty and actually be the voice of the people, not just the voice of the deep state.
So Derek Evans is our guest right now, and he is joining us from West Virginia, and he's running for the first congressional district in West Virginia.
And he's joining us to talk about his views and his platform and his thoughts on what's going on today and the latest.
So thanks so much, Derek Evans, for joining us on Shots Fired.
How are you?

I'm doing great.
Thank you for having me on the show.
I really appreciate it.

Cool.
So tell us a little bit more about your background and what brought you into politics, what brought you into this race.
But first, tell us a little bit more about your background.
Yeah, so I actually went to college.
I don't get to talk about this a lot.
I went to college, played football, ran track, met my college sweetheart there, and we dated all the way through college for the most part.
Started dating towards the middle of our freshman year.
We're married now.
Yay!
I was a school teacher for, I don't know, four or five years, coached football, all those good things.
And then I got into real estate.
That's what I do now.
So we flip homes, own rental property.
Well, we're not flipping anything right now because the economy sucks and the interest rates are out of whack.
So those are things that I've been doing since about 2017.
So about six or seven years now in terms of the real estate side of things.
But I'm just an average guy.
I've got four kids.
Oldest is seven years old right now.
And so two girls and two boys.
Okay, cool.
So what made you decide to run for Congress?
I ran for Congress against Nancy Pelosi and that was quite a mission.
But what made you, everyone who decides to run for office, I think should be applauded because they're brave for sticking their neck out.
What made you decide to run for Congress?
First of all, I have to agree with you there.
I mean, a lot of people love to talk about game.
It's a whole other thing when you put your name on the ballot.
Yeah, it's a whole totally other ballgame when you actually put your name on the ballot.
So I agree with you.
Well, I previously, so I ran for the Statehouse in 2020.
I was the first Republican to win my district in over 98 years.
I won a landslide victory.
Wow.
And West Virginia, we have citizen legislators, so it's a 60-day session.
Really the best of both worlds.
You can be involved politically, but you can also still just be a normal citizen in your community.
You can still coach youth sports and be home every night.
And so that was like the best of both worlds.
I had a lot of people, honestly, like, hey, man, have you ever thought about running for something?
I was like, no, I have no desire to run for federal office because I didn't want to be in D.C. I want to be home with my family.
I wanted to protect my family from the nastiness of the national politics.
Yeah.
But after I won my race in 2020, I went to the Capitol on January 6th.
Most people probably know this story by now.
And I was peaceful and nonviolent.
But long story short, I was arrested and thrown in prison for January 6th.
For how many years or how many months?
Yeah, so I was arrested on January 8th, two days after January 6th.
Wow, that's pretty fresh off the boat.
A lot of people took it.
Yeah, I mean, that was pretty fresh.
You were one of the first people that they got in their net.
I was, and I was the person that they really used to beat the narrative.
Oh, look, this is a West Virginia lawmaker, an elected official, you know, was involved in this violent insurrection.
And it's all on video.
I walked through an open set of doors.
I thanked a police officer for his service.
Police officer gave me a friendly fist bump, inviting me into the building.
I spent less than 10 minutes inside the public rotunda area, walked back out of the same set of doors I entered.
I'm hurt on video chanting freedom and reminding people to not be violent and not be destructive.
And like people can see, it's pinned to the top of all my social media feeds.
But I found myself facing 24 years in prison.
I ended up having an 18-month legal battle.
I did three months in federal prison.
I had eight days of solitary confinement because I refused the COVID vaccine while they held me hostage.
I got out around this time last year, quickly realized that most of our elected representatives don't have the courage to really stand up and fight back and be willing to accept the consequences of fighting back against tyranny.
And, you know, I found myself in the middle of the swamp trying to fight our way out and said, you know what, this is a major issue in our country.
This is bigger than January 6th.
It's weaponization of government.
I want to use my experience, use my knowledge, use, you know, everything that I've went through to take this battle to their front door the same way they brought it to mine and stand up to tyranny.
Amazing.
Great.
And sorry, how long were you in jail for?
Yeah, yeah.
So I did three months in federal prison and then eight days of that was solitary confinement.
Solitary confinement.
Wow.
What was that like inside solitary confinement?
I just, it's like designed to make you go crazy with no social interaction, no light, right?
Yeah, it's definitely hit the nail on the head.
I mean, look, I've spent weekends or days or whatever in the woods on hunting trips by myself in solitary.
That's like heaven to me.
That's awesome.
This is totally different.
To your point, you know, there's no concept of time.
The little things you take for granted, feeling sunlight, feeling the wind blow, listening to the birds chirp, seeing the stars, human interaction.
We're social creatures.
But you know, in a very weird way, I'm extremely thankful for that experience.
I tell everyone, you know, I thought I was alone.
I wasn't alone.
It's the closest I've ever been to God was during solitary confinement.
That's really interesting, too, because I think if you have faith, it would bring you closer to God.
If you don't have faith, you're probably going to find it in solitary confinement.
I mean, that's probably where you find God, because that is the most down in the dumps you could possibly be.
I mean, that's why you are down, down, literally black hole.
And, you know, that's where God presents himself the most is in situations like that where you're literally down on his knees and have no one else, nothing else to save you but him and his grace.
So I'm glad that you said that that's really actually something that brought you closer to God, made you feel a stronger relationship.
Absolutely.
You know, like I said, it's the closest I've ever been.
It's maybe a better person, you know, in terms of so, you know, look, we all live busy lives.
I remember sitting in solitary confinement thinking, I don't care what my kids are doing right now or how fussy they are or whiny or arguing with each other.
I wouldn't care about any of that.
I just want to be with them.
And so now, even a year later, my little boys say, hey, will you play cars with me?
And I don't care how busy I am.
I'm going to stop.
Even if it's just literally sometimes it's 30 seconds because I'm like, I'm running out the door, but I'm going to stop.
We're going to play cars for 30 seconds.
Little girls, hey, will you color with me?
I might only color a small little section because we're so busy in that moment, you know, and then I'm going to stop and drop everything I'm going to do because I want to remind myself of why we're doing this, why I'm here, and at one moment, I would have given anything to have had that 30 seconds.
Yeah, I bet you.
It really appreciates the things in your life, the people in your life more in every moment.
So tell us more about your platform and what are the policies of your platform or tell us a little bit more about what you will bring to office if and when elected.
Yeah, well, the first thing I want to, you know, it's awesome.
I'm very blessed and fortunate.
I live in one of the reddest districts in the entire country.
Whoever wins our primary is going to win the general election.
We have about 70 of these districts across the country that are this red.
And I think that we as conservatives have got to start flipping the red districts red.
We don't need granos.
We don't need weak politicians or moderates in these red districts.
We need America first, patriots and fighters.
Imagine we had 70 Matt Gaetz in Congress.
And so I plan to join the Freedom Caucus.
And plan to, you know, stand on the national stage beside of President Trump and beat the drum of freedom, not only for my district here in West Virginia, but for every God-fearing American conservative across this country.
Obviously, the cookie-cutter things everybody talks about.
We've got to secure the border.
We've got to unleash American energy, which will help with the inflation and everything.
Outside of those, some things I'm very passionate about is election integrity.
We've got to secure elections.
It's a matter of national security.
I'm endorsed by Mike Lindell, so you can imagine where I stand on that.
I think that we've got to get rid of the machines and go to one day voting on paper ballots counted by hand.
But health freedom is something.
I was already in this fighting against medical tyranny long before COVID. West Virginia is one of the few states where there are no exemptions.
If your child wants to go to public school, they have to take all these childhood vaccines.
There's no religious exemptions.
There's no exemptions.
You have to do it.
I've been fighting against this for quite some time.
COVID really opened up a lot of people's eyes on that.
Obviously, I was front and center fighting back against all the unconstitutional edicts, these mask mandates and everything.
I think that we've got to...
To really batten down on that in terms of medical tyranny, we gotta fight back against that.
So like, for instance, I think we need to get rid of the 1986 Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, and that's really what is forcing all this.
And so it's really hard if you're injured from a vaccine to sue the manufacturer.
They have this special court, all these special privileges that Big Pharma gets.
As you can imagine, I'm not backed by Big Pharma.
I'm backed by the American people.
That's amazing.
So in Texas, I know that you can, if you don't want to get those childhood vaccines, then you can get a medical or religious exemption.
But, and that's at least, I mean, I don't know yet, you know, how that actually works and if it really is something that's easy to do in Texas.
But in West Virginia, you're saying that even if you have a religious exemption or anything else or just a conscious exemption, you're not able to exempt your child from those childhood vaccines?
That is correct.
For the longest time, I believe it was just West Virginia and Mississippi.
I think California is now joined in that as well, as of somewhat recently.
And so, yeah, there's no way out of it.
And to me, it's unconstitutional.
Look, I tell everybody, look, I'm not anti-vax.
If somebody wants to get any vaccine they want, I support their freedom to do so.
But you can't steal my tax dollars, go fund a public school, and then tell me if I want to use it, that I have to force all these vaccines onto my children.
I think that's a parental choice.
I believe in parental rights.
And this is something I say all the time is we do not co-parent with the government.
These are my children.
It's not any of the government's business.
We don't co-parent with the government.
Yeah, exactly.
But they want to.
I mean, they want to be the parents.
They ultimately want to have more say than their own parents, which is unbelievable.
And then they're just getting more and more power.
That's a really important issue to stand on because, again, there's no way out for parents who have woken up and said, I don't want to have my children get these vaccines.
And in daycare, I believe it starts in daycare usually, too, that they have to be vaccinated just to even go to daycare, which how crippling is that?
Yeah, absolutely.
I mean, some of these vaccines don't even make sense.
I mean, when we were children, I think we got like, I don't know, six or seven different, you know, vaccines.
It's like 70 now that these kids are getting throughout the school.
How many?
74, including...
I mean, goodness, you know the numbers better than me.
That's crazy.
That's insane.
Right.
And STDs, STD vaccines.
I mean, what's a child getting an STD vaccine for?
And HPV, you know, they're really pushing that now when children are turning nine.
I mean, HPV, it's a sexually transmitted disease.
There's a high percentage that they're going to get Guillain-Barre syndrome from that vaccine.
There's a lot of people that have been injured from that.
These children that are fully functioning before.
So no, I mean, it's no joke.
It's something to be really, really strong about.
And it would be a huge breakthrough for a lot of parents in West Virginia that feel scared about getting their children vaccine and feel like there's no way out.
Absolutely.
And look, no one should be discriminated against because of their health choices that they decide to make.
And, you know, it's just people can argue.
I'm not here to argue in terms of, oh, you should not get the vaccine or you should get the vaccine.
That's a totally different conversation for a different time.
I just believe in health freedom.
And if you want to get them, get them.
If you don't, don't.
And I don't think that any state who's using federal tax dollars to prop up their education system should be allowed to then turn around and force these vaccines on anyone, for that matter.
And so I said with workplaces and, you know, there's a lot Medical tyranny is a major issue that I don't believe enough people are talking about right now in this country.
No, they absolutely need to.
And, you know, with you having four children, I'm sure you're very against the indoctrination and the grooming going on in schools at younger and younger ages, pushing these tranny teachers on their children and helping them to facilitate gender transitions and sex changes.
It's unbelievable what's happening.
It's absolutely disgusting.
And once again, I believe that it's really starting at the university level.
I know we were talking about it at the younger level, which is where my kids are at.
But if you really think about it, they've weaponized our public universities, these colleges, to indoctrinate these future teachers.
The scary thing, I was an educator.
I was in the school system.
The scariest thing about all of this is It would be less scary if our teachers, I thought, were doing this maliciously.
They have been brainwashed into truly believing that they are doing the correct thing here, going behind their parents' back and doing all...
That is the scary thing to me, is that they've been indoctrinated and brainwashed.
And so I believe, obviously, we've got to stop doing this at our school systems, but I believe we need to nip it in the bud at the university level as well.
So any of these public universities, public colleges that are receiving federal tax dollars, which most of them do, They should not be using our tax dollars to create social justice warriors, if you will, to go out and indoctrinate the next generation.
So if they want to push those things, they can get off the federal tax dollars and go become a private university.
No, it's unbelievable that these teachers, they're so satanic looking, they're so disgusting looking, and they're so left-wing radical Marxist.
And it's frightening to think those are people that are putting their values on your children for eight hours every day or more.
And yet parents are so willing to just throw their children in the public school system and be taught by these blue-haired Marxist freaks.
It's really just, it's kind of like a form of kidnapping and brainwashing.
And I think that this should be a protest across the country if parents really understood and got what's going on in the schools and cared more about it.
You know, that's one of the ways that COVID backfired on the government is When all these parents were home now and listening to their children's classrooms, they said, what's going on?
What's really going on?
Realizing all of this.
And I don't even call them public schools anymore because they're government schools.
That's what they are.
They're just government schools.
But yeah, I agree with you 100%.
We've got to put a stop to this.
And that's another reason I support school choice.
In West Virginia, we passed what's called the West Virginia Hope Scholarship.
There's a lot of other states starting to model themselves after it.
So if you live in a state that doesn't have good school choice, I would I would encourage you to look that up and then you can take the the bill here and take it to your state legislators and it's always easy to get something passed if they're modeling it after another state but For lack of better words, each child is, I hate to use the word worth, but I can't think of the better terms to use it.
Each child receives, you know, I'm just making up numbers.
West Virginia is like $5,000 in state funding per child.
Well, the way it used to work is if I pulled my children out of the local school district, they didn't care because I'm a resident here.
They still got that $5,000 whether my child was homeschooled or went to a private school.
So it was attached to the school district.
The West Virginia Hope Scholarship turns that and attaches the money to the child.
It follows the child.
If I want to homeschool, I get that $5,000 to put into homeschooling my child.
If I want to send them to a private Christian school or private school in general, that money goes towards their tuition.
And so my children go to a private Christian school in Kentucky.
I live around on the Kentucky border, and we use the West Virginia Hope Scholarship to do that.
And that scholarship pays and covers their tuition.
Wow, it's awesome.
It's actually really cool.
More states should do that.
Yeah, what it does is it gives the power to the parents now.
Yes.
So now, you know, look, you want to push this?
That's fine.
I'm taking my kids out of there and I'm taking that money with us.
And unfortunately, whether we like it or not, that's what really drives most of these decisions.
Even at your local school board, they all run as, you know, they support children and all of that.
But at the end of the day, it comes down to money.
And so you start pulling that money out of there and they got to start cutting jobs.
Now, all of a sudden, that's when you can start holding their feet to the fire.
Yeah, absolutely.
Amen.
