My name is Mary Ann Mendoza, and my son, Sergeant Brandon Mendoza, was killed on May 12, 2014, on his way home from work by a three-time legal limit drunk who was also high on meth.
He had drove over 35 miles the wrong way on four different freeways in Phoenix before slamming head on into my son's car.
As you know, they could fill this stage up every day for the next five months of victims of illegal alien crime, and it would just keep going.
Unfortunately, we are members of a club of our children or loved ones who've been killed by illegal aliens, but there's hundreds of thousands of victims every year who are affected by illegal alien crime, rape, assault, identity theft.
These are things that go unreported, unchecked, You know, if the public would go to illegalaliencrimereport.com and see the magnitude of crimes being committed against your fellow Americans by illegal aliens allowed to stay in this country, you will be sickened.
Because the mainstream media does not let you know what's really happening.
And we are here, the members of AVIAC are here, to educate the public as what's happening.

We have connections at the Department of Homeland Security that we are trying to get people the help that they need and sent in the right direction.
President Trump, Vice President Pence, you've just been there for us and there are no words to describe what your support and your caring has meant.
To each and every one of us and thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Yeah, I miss when we had a president who actually put his citizens before illegals.
I miss when we had a president who understood what happens when you allow anyone and everyone to break into your sovereign nation.
I miss when we had a president Who actually cared about the well-being and safety of American citizens?
Those people that were there, those women, those are angel moms.
What that means is, of course, their children were victims of crimes committed by illegal aliens.
Illegal aliens that obviously weren't supposed to be here to begin with.
And therefore, had they not been allowed in, had they not broken into our country, they never would have committed those crimes.
Now, under Donald J. Trump, under his presidency, He made it a priority to try and do what he could to mitigate this problem, to obviously build a wall that would help to deter any illegals from trying to cross in.
Obviously he wasn't able to fully accomplish that vision because there were people actively working against him, not just in the Democratic Party but within the GOP as well.
And now...
We're under a regime that not only is allowing this to go on, but actually wants it to happen.
Joe Biden is committing treason.
And so are the people around him.
So are the people who go against the oath that they take to protect this country.
Now, let me be completely clear.
You know, one thing is to see, to hear about this stuff.
One thing is to see videos on Twitter.
One thing is to see videos on Instagram and talk to other reporters about it.
But after witnessing what I witnessed this weekend on the border, my perspective has completely just changed.
I don't want to say completely changed.
That's the wrong way of putting it, because I've always been against illegal immigration.
In fact, I've always been, I've been calling for a border moratorium, immigration moratorium for years.
But I think what became abundantly clear on this particular trip, which was my first trip to the border...
Is that illegals are, first of all, some of the most entitled people you will ever meet.
They're rude, they're ungrateful, they demand everything they want, everything they think they're entitled to, they demand it.
And no, they're not like people who were coming here in the 50s and 60s, okay?
Because the expectation for migrants back then was that you assimilate to American culture, we don't owe you a damn penny.
Something just happened.
There's something in the hallway.
And on top of that, you better respect our flag.
You better respect our country.
You better respect our citizens.
Now, all of that has been thrown out the window.
All of it, and more.
There is something very dark going on.
And as most of you know, like I said, I visited the border in Eagle Pass, Texas this weekend.
And I witnessed it firsthand.
And so...
It was very important to me that I brought to you guys this footage, this first-hand footage of what I witnessed on the border.
What I witnessed from law enforcement, from CBP, from National Guard.
They are in on it with Joe Biden.
And that's the thing you have to understand.
I think most people are aware of the fact that there's a border problem, that there's a crisis.
Even Democrats, they know it.
But the disconnect that we're witnessing Is the fact that our tax dollars go to funding this crisis.
Why?
Because our tax dollars are paying the salaries of Joe Biden.
They're paying the salaries of the National Guardsmen who allow them in, who assist them in.
They're paying the salaries of the CBP officers who allow them in as well.
Now, you could make an argument that they're following the orders of Joe Biden.
But at the end of the day, you take an oath, both Joe Biden and law enforcement.
And our military.
And if you refuse to follow that, Then you're going against America.
You're going against our sovereignty.
You are making this country less safe.
You are making this country worse off.
And you are responsible for any future rapes and deaths that happen because you decided that you were going to go against your oath and allow these people to come right in our country.
We don't even know who they are.
Most of them are traffickers.
That's exactly what I witnessed.
Mostly military-age men.
So guys, as you can probably hear in my voice, as you just heard on that long rant, we have a lot to get into today.
We have a lot to go through.
We have a lot of exclusive footage that I want to show you today.

Sarah Maccabee, her husband is actually in jail because of January 6.
Terrible thing that's happened to him.
It's awful, the way these people are treated.
Real patriots that have fought for this country.
So we were interviewing her.
She obviously was reacting to the situation there, knowing that her husband was in jail, and just comparing the two situations.
How we treat these illegals with so much privilege, and yet we imprison our own citizens.
It's absolutely awful.
But we have so much more footage that I'm not even going to be able to get to in this video.
Ryan and I got a lot of really good interviews on his GoPro, on his phone as well.
He's going to be doing some great reporting on his show.
So we just had a great time with each other.
You know, Carlos was there.
Sarah was there.
Ryan was there.
We just had a great time.
You know, it was very...
It was honestly one of the best trips I've ever been on in my entire life.
And...
We also got a chance to cover the border situation.
I felt safe because I was with Carlos, I was with Ryan.
I don't think I would have gone had I not been with them, which is why I thought it was a great opportunity to go and obviously cover all of this with my friends and get some good footage of what's going on because it's really important that we bring the truth to the American people.

Anyways, guys, now to jump into this weekend.
So...
I want to start off by telling you kind of about how it started out.
So we flew into San Antonio, which was about two hours away from Eagle Pass, which is the border town that we were going to get border footage at.
Now, San Antonio is where a lot of the processing facilities exist.
Both government and non-governmental organizations have facilities in place to help these illegals that the government has already assisted in entering illegally, right?
And so what's interesting about the whole thing is not only do these centers exist, but they don't actually want anybody to know that they exist.
Now, obviously, one could conclude that that's the case, right?
But the interesting part is that they're not even covert about it.
You might think, well, they don't want us to know that they exist, but they also don't want us to know that they don't want us to know that they exist, right?
But not even in the slightest.
They try their hardest to make sure that journalists do not get a hold of any footage when it comes to these processing facilities, where the migrants are also being bussed in.
There are several points in San Antonio and in Eagle Pass where they are bussed in for processing, okay?
So, anyways, we get to San Antonio.
We're there for a little while.
We went up to a child migrant facility, the one that I've been covering on this show and my old show on LFA-TV. I had guests on to talk about, of course, everything that was...
Well, I had Carlos Arellano on, who was a federal whistleblower.
He's the one that broke the story of the child concentration camp recently.
Ryan Matt, I've also had him on to talk about his reporting on it with Carlos.
So you guys know about that already.
So we went to go visit that concentration camp.
Then we headed over to Eagle Pass, where, of course, we were trying to find out more information about these places where migrants are being bussed in and processed, okay?
Now, obviously they're bused from the border, the actual border site, to these facilities where they are then sent out around the country.
So that's where we were.
We were at one of those areas, right?
Yeah.
Now, they didn't really want to tell us anything.
They wouldn't let us get too close.
They even called the police on us at one point.
We had to argue with the police.
We had to argue with the security guards there, and they were accusing us of trespassing.
Before you go to these places, you kind of have to have a good idea of what the maps look like, how everything is sectioned off so that you can make your argument, because they'll lie to your face.
They'll tell you you're trespassing when you're not.
They'll try to make the argument that it's illegal to do what you're doing, even though it's not.
I mean, just based off of the fact that you are a citizen in the United States of America, and these are illegals that we're bringing into process, your tax money going to feeding these people, clothing these people, giving them all the electronics they want, better electronics than you have and I have, okay?
Just the mere fact that that's the case and it's our country, we have every right to film what's going on, right?
But even then, okay, they still want to make the argument that we're not allowed to film in these processing centers.
It's absolutely insane.
It is a disaster what's happening in this country when we have less rights than illegals.
It doesn't make any sense.
But anyways, they called the police on us.
We argued with the police.
During that time, one of the people we were with, because I was there with Carlos, with Ryan, and with Sarah, and then we were also with this group called Beyond the Mask, which is a San Antonio-based patriotic group.
They protest a lot of these government abuses.
They do incredible, incredible work.

And they are real patriots, good, good people, okay?
And we were with that whole group, and so...
One of the members of Beyond the Mask, one of the people that are part of it, she was holding a walkie-talkie.
We were using walkie-talkies because we were in two separate cars.
Beyond the Mask, that group was in one car.
They had two cars, I think.
And then me, Ryan, Sarah, and Carlos were in another car.
So we were communicating via walkie-talkie.
Now, the cool thing about walkie-talkies is that you can sort of tune in on other people's channels.
So, we tapped into one of the conversations that was being held about media, okay?
So it picks up a lot of channels from cartels and coyotes talking business, okay?
We heard a lot of that on the walkie-talkies as well.
But another time, we caught the NGO Mission Border Hope We heard their channel talking about how they didn't want media around them, how they were getting frustrated with the media, presumably us.
It was very interesting.
Take a look at what we caught on Walkie Talkie.
Now this is, again, footage from beyond the mask.
They were catching this while we were there, while we were on the ground, trying to get more information about where these migrants were being bussed in.
And here's what we overheard.
They are in our property, from the port to the street is our property.
Please, go ahead.
Very good, very good.
Thank you.
*sad music* They refuse to leave, despite the fact that I've told them literally over 20 times.
Do you want to follow charges?
I've called the police.
Well, we're good again?
I'm sorry.
Okay, they refuse to leave.
I'm going to have to call the police because they've become aggressive.
So there you have it, guys.
The NGO saying, you know, that there are too many media there.
They're going to call the police on them, call the police on us.
That's what happened.
The police were called.
We had to argue with police.
We eventually left.
And you know what's so interesting about these police officers is that they're very smug.
They're very woke, these border town police officers.
This is an Eagle Pass, once again, which was about a two and a half hour drive from where we landed in San Antonio.
They're very woke.
They're very okay with what's going on.
They're very okay with defending the illegals and the security guards that, of course, block these NGOs and where the buses go into.
So that was fascinating, okay?
And then what was also interesting is so after going there, we also made it over to the border itself.
So after we tried to, you know, get some footage of the buses going in that area where migrants are being processed and we failed because they were, you know, giving us a hard time, we argued with police, we left that area, we go to the border to Eagle Pass where the migrants actually come in.
And here's what's interesting.
So Ryan was able to get some footage.
We had a drone with us.
Ryan's a licensed drone flyer.
So we were in the truck far enough from the border.
And here's the thing.
At the time, they weren't letting us get up too close.
There were like...
Orange cones blocking us off in caution tape.
They weren't letting us actually get up to the border where you see a lot of these reporters get footage, mostly mainstream media.
Of course, if they ever do decide to cover it, they're the ones they're okay with getting past there.
So we were kind of at the top of the hill.
And once again, it makes no sense.
This is our country.
They have the nerve to tell us we're not allowed to see what's going on in our country.
Okay?
But that's, again, they want to cover all of this up.
So, we're in the truck far away enough and Ryan says, that's okay, I have my drone, let's fly the drone in.
So, what do we witness on that drone footage?
Well, we see that migrants are being helped in by CBP and by the National Guard.
The wire is literally being cut.
The wire is literally being cut by National Guard and CBP to help these illegals get in.
Now let me be completely clear about something.
The fact that we even have razor wire makes no sense to me because they're going to let them in anyway.
All you're doing is making them go through razor wire.
It's the most bizarre concept to me.
But really what it is is that Greg Abbott wants to act like he's actually doing something when indeed he's not.
And who gets hurt at the end of the day?
Well, the children who are being trafficked, okay?
So if you're gonna do anything, put up a damn wall, okay, Greg Abbott, and instruct, and Joe Biden, stop instructing the National Guard, and same with Abbott, I mean, although I'll get into that in a moment, I don't think Abbott's doing it necessarily, I just don't think he's doing enough, but, you know, stop allowing, stop instructing the National Guard to help the illegals.
But both CBP and National Guard do that, okay?
But then something interesting happened.
Eventually we were allowed to get closer.
We were allowed to get closer to the scene of the border, which is of course the Rio Grande River, where migrants are crossing in.
I shouldn't say migrants, illegals are crossing in, right?
And they're trying to get through that razor wire to get across the border.
So that's where you want to be if you want to get any sort of understanding as to what's happening.
So the fact that they kept us away...
Oh, and by the way, they also gave us a hard time for flying a drone.
Ryan had to remind them at least six or seven times that he's a licensed drone flyer.
And they kept making excuses for reasons why they didn't want us to fly it.
They were like, well, we have a helicopter up there.
First of all, I didn't see or hear a helicopter.
And if it's that close, presumably you would hear it or see it.
And secondly, Ryan's licensed to do that.
So they tried to make up all these excuses.
We said no, no, no.
So eventually they let us get closer, and I think that's why.
It was because they wanted us to stop getting the drone footage.
So then, miraculously, when we got closer, suddenly the National Guard and the CBP stopped helping them get in.
The National Guard and the CBP Stopped helping these migrants get in.
They were just standing there.
Now, they weren't stopping them, but they were just standing there.
They looked like they weren't going to do anything.
And we saw a huge group try and get in.
There's all these storage containers.
They were trying to get on top of the storage containers.
The National Guard was standing there and doing nothing, which is a huge contrast to the footage that we got on the drone.
Again, I'll release that at some point.
That is Ryan's footage, though, so I don't want to use it until he does.
Okay, I'm sure he's going to play it on his show.
But, you know, the fact of the matter is, All of that stopped when we were able to get up close.
It was almost like they needed to put on a show for us to make it look like they weren't doing what they were indeed doing.
take a look at this.
Do you see that?
They're letting in a group of migrants.
They said there was a group of 13.
We heard that over the radio.
But they're probably just going to help them in.
We'll see what happens.
They want help.
They're asking for help, by the way, in Spanish.
I'll update you guys, but we're still sitting here, waiting to see what National Guard does, because like I said earlier, earlier they just helped them in.
The CBP was actually helping them come in, and actually, I believe the National Guard was helping as well.
But now that the media here, now that we're up close and we're getting footage of this, it sounds like they're not doing it.
They're not helping them.
I mean, I'm sorry, my mind is just blown right now.
So yeah, interesting change of tune when the media are up close, and it was almost like they wanted us to stop.
So we already got drone footage, okay?
That was already done.
That was taken care of.
There was nothing they could do to erase that footage.
But they were finally like, you know, they communicated with the National Guard and they said, okay, put on a show for the media.
We're going to let them come down here so that their brand new footage shows that you're not helping them.
So the only time they were able to let us get down to the border to see the footage was to sort of cover up for what we had already witnessed, what we had already gotten on camera thanks to Ryan's drone, because of course it took them a while to figure out that we were even flying a drone.
They had no idea, right?
Then they started seeing something fly around and they were probably like, oh shit, they know what we're up to.
They just witnessed what we promised the government that people would not see, which is that of course the National Guard and the CBP are cutting the wire and assisting these illegals in getting through.
So like I said, guys, that was what we were able to find that first day in Eagle Pass.
Then the next day we went back very early in the morning.
We went back at around 6.30 in the morning.
And because we wanted to see, because a lot of times they'll camp out overnight and then they'll wait for either CBP or National Guard to let them in the next morning.
And that was what happened with this particular group.
Now, what was interesting is that once again, these National Guard members were not allowing these illegals in.
Okay, they were standing there and they actually seemed even tougher than the group we had seen the day before.
We had already gotten drone footage.
We didn't see them really let anyone in.
It was interesting.
They behaved very differently than the National Guard we witnessed the day before.
So apparently, this is something I learned when I was there, the Texas National Guard and the National Guard sent by Joe Biden by the federal government behave very differently when it comes to illegals at our border.
The Texas National Guard is more likely to not assist them, whereas the D.C. National Guard or the National Guard that's sent by the federal government They're more likely to assist them.
It's very interesting because it's very clear that they're acting under two different orders, right?
One is sent by Joe Biden, a man who wants to destroy America because that's what his handlers want.
And then another one is sent by Greg Abbott, who although isn't doing anything and is certainly compromised, Texas National Guardsmen, I think, seem to be a little bit more concerned about this issue because it hits so close to home.
So it's very interesting to hear that.
That was something that Carlos Arellano had told me.
And here's some footage of that where we're explaining that whole situation.
So guys, this is one of the most chaotic scenes I've seen since I've gotten here.
Right now there's a whole slew of people who are trying to cross through.
There's the National Guard in the water already trying to, I guess, mitigate the situation.
I don't know exactly because what I'm just hearing now from Carlos Arellano is that there's two groups of National Guard essentially.
One is the Texas National Guard that is here and probably that's the group we're looking at here because As you can see, they're not helping the migrants cross in, which they shouldn't be, because they shouldn't be doing that.
We are a sovereign nation.
So they're actually a lot better than what we've seen yesterday, which is Border Patrol and National Guard that's sent here from D.C. And they are responding to Joe Biden's orders, the Biden regime's orders.
So that's what you're watching here.
These people were screaming in Spanish that they've been here since 11 p.m.
last night.
They've been calling out to us to Help let them in.
And it's, I mean, it's just a very chaotic scene going on. - Yeah, so there you saw what was going on with the National Guard, the Texas National Guard versus the National Guard sent by, of course, Now, it was interesting because that was the original assumption we were under after that was going on.
But regardless of which National Guard they were a part of, either way, they still caved.
They still caved, okay?
Okay.
And I'm gonna show you how the, the migrants were, how the illegals were behaving because it was pretty bad behavior.
This is what they were doing.
They were screaming in the faces of these Texas or federal government, National Guard.
We're not exactly sure.
That was just an interesting piece of information Carlos had told me and was saying that's likely why they weren't doing anything to assist them.
But, um...
But what was interesting is that this is the way they reacted to the situation where the migrants were, how they were behaving.
Take a look at this.
It was the migrants screaming at me, a journalist, telling me, and by the way, the translation is they were saying that they were with 46 children, okay?
Well, you know, you'll see the group for yourself, but it's mostly military-aged males.
Now, why would in the world would a bunch of military-aged males be with 46 children, okay?
Hmm, almost like they're trafficking them.
And even if there were women there, how is it possible that two women could have 40 children between the two of them?
I know Hispanics have big families, but me thinks these children were victims of trafficking.
And by the way, I never saw those 40 children anyway, so it sounds like that was likely a lie.
Anyways, here they are screaming at these National Guardsmen trying to get in.
They're the most entitled people I've ever met and heard in my entire life.
They were screaming at me, saying, aren't you going to do something about it in Spanish?
This was what went on.
This was how much they were dying to get in.
I'm cold.
There are 40 children without eating from yesterday.
Are we going to let them pass or not?
Please!

Come and tell them.

This is insane.
But this is what happened.
They're saying they've been out here since 11 p.m.
last night and that they have children that are sick that are sick yep so there they are begging to be let in entitled as can be saying oh we saying whatever lies they need to to be let in And then, and then, here's what happened.
They started fighting with, almost fighting with the National Guard.
It was the most chaotic thing I've ever seen.
They're sort of ripping at the razor wire.
They started trying to destroy it.
And the National Guard, while they didn't help them in, and they did kind of push back a little bit, They weren't doing much.
They kind of daintily fixed the razor wire.
It was very strange.

So as you could see towards the end there, they were sort of helping the illegals get in.
They sort of started cutting the razor wire because the illegals had already kind of ruined it by shaking it, by destroying it themselves.
And then it got even worse.
Now, in the second clip, you can see the just pouring in of these migrants after After the National Guard sort of acted, well, we can't do anything.
We got to let them in.
Now, again, I don't know if this is Texas National Guard or this was sent by the Biden regime, but this is still inappropriate behavior for somebody who took an oath to defend this country.
And so at first we might have thought that it was Texas National Guard because they weren't quite as bad at the time.
Earlier from that first, one of the first few clips I showed you, they didn't seem as bad as the National Guard and CBP the day before.
But they were just as bad because watch this swath of migrants, these illegals that just come right in after they successfully broke through that first row of wire that the National Guard did almost nothing about.

And I want to apologize for some of the issues with the sound there.

So that's why it was actually blurry before.
I thought I had a setting on my camera on my phone, but that wasn't it.
So guys, there you have it.

Our National Guard, our CBP, the people we pay with our tax dollars, are allowing in these people.
They are allowing in these illegals that we know nothing about.
All we know is that they're likely trafficking children and we know that because they're bringing in 40 children.
None of that makes sense, guys.
None of that makes sense, and they're putting on an act for the media.
Obviously, they couldn't do it then because they allowed them right in, and we got that on camera, so that didn't look good for National Guard.
And for those of you who saw that faggot video where I went viral for saying that I called one of the National Guardsmen a faggot in that video, what really happened is that as that group of migrants you just saw escaping, as they went through, as they were being taken over to the processing facility, I said to the migrants passing by, I said, enjoy your free cell phones.
Enjoy all the free stuff they give you.
Oh, and I hope these children don't get trafficked, even though they probably will be.
And then a National Guardsman seriously had the nerve to say, don't you think that's a little harsh?
And I was like, wait a second.
I thought you guys weren't allowed to talk to us.
Because every time we would ask them a question, they would say they weren't allowed to weigh in.
And then he ignored me and walked away.
And I said, yeah, don't you think that's a little harsh that you're destroying this country, allowing these people in?
We have no idea who they are.
But that is how our country is being destroyed, through treason.
It is nothing other than treason.
And that was the most shocking part of this all.
Because the thing that people seem to not really grasp is that what is going on in this country is treason.
When our National Guardsmen, our CBP, our policemen, everybody who takes an oath to defend the Constitution, to defend this country, when they're more on the side of the illegals than American citizens...
Then that's a problem.
At this point, it's not even worth paying your taxes because where is it going to go to?
Oh, that's right.
Funding these traitors.
These traitors who hate this country, which is why they're going against what they should be following, which is our constitution.
They should be defending this country.
And they're not.

So here's the speech I gave at that event where I was being, of course, mocked by migrants.
Some of the worst people, the most entitled people I've ever met.

I'm interested in the border issue primarily because I started studying the human trafficking issue here, not just in America, but worldwide.
And I started coming across all of the major, major problems that exist out there.
I mean, babies are sold for their organs.
They're raped.
Children are raped.
They're sold for their organs.
Adult women are.
This is a major problem, and for a long time it was swept under the rug.
And I'm seeing this amazing awakening of patriots who are really concerned about this issue now more than ever, or at least in my lifetime I haven't seen it, and I'm pretty young, but I really think people are waking up more than ever to what's going on and what has been going on, the corruption that's been going on.
You know what?
I think the most concerning part about all of it is the fact that when you really When you start to dig deep and you really start to connect the dots, you start to realize that this isn't just a problem that's going on.
It's not just something that, you know, bad that's happening and everybody's trying to stop it, but it's just such a big problem.
No, our government, our government is involved in it.
If there's one takeaway I have from this weekend, and this was my first trip to the border, we were just in Equal Pass about three hours ago, and we had been there for two days.
I was with Ryan, I was with Sarah, I was with everybody from Beyond the Mask, and it was a really incredible experience because Ryan told me before I came, he said, you know what, this is going to be a life-changing trip, and it was.
Not because I didn't know there was a problem at our border.
Not because I didn't think our country wasn't broken.
Not because I didn't think that, you know...
I mean, I've been a Trump supporter for a while.
It's not like any of this was new to me.
But what was shocking was the National Guard, the CBP, all supporting it.
The police, they support it.
They are bought off by the deep state.
They are supported by the Biden regime that is really run by Obama.
The police over there?
They're not real police.
You know what they just did to me?
I was standing on the sidewalk and I was speaking to the counter protesters over there, not doing anything wrong, not breaking any laws, not trespassing.
And I asked them, am I trespassing by being here because they didn't like me being on the sidewalk?
They said, please move.
And I said, no, if I'm not trespassing, then why would I move?
Am I breaking a law?
And they said, no, but it would be nice if you got off the sidewalk.
I don't care what you think would be nice.
I'm here doing my job as a journalist, getting footage here.
And they didn't like that.
And they were on the side of those tranny communists.
That's who they were on the side of.
They were there protecting those absolute freaks who want nothing but the destruction of our country.
Are those people who are protecting you?

That is the takeaway you need to understand.
