Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, with all of the chaos and the news and everyone so focused on what's happening with Israel and Hamas and our looming World War III, sometimes people can forget about what's happening at our own borders and in South America and this whole crisis that we've been kind of ignoring.
With the Ukraine war and with this now Israel-Hamas war.
But Michael Yan has not forgot about it.
Michael Yan is our favorite counter-terrorism expert combat correspondent.
And he is just everywhere.
He's always in the mix.
He was always in the mix of the action.
And he's got a lot of reports from Guatemala, which he's been in right now, helping with the border crisis.
And I've recently got kidnapped or had some of his men got kidnapped.
So he's got a lot to talk about and update us on.
So I wanted to have him on.
Michael Yan, thanks again for coming back to Shots Fired.
How are you?
Great.
I'm in Guatemala.
I was not kidnapped.
I was here in Guatemala.
Okay.
Kidnapping capital.
So let's talk about, first of all, we'll ask about the kidnapping, but where are you right now and what's your purpose for being there?
Tell everybody.
I'm in Guatemala.
Guatemala is part of the corridor coming up through...
I mean, when we look at the Belt and Road Initiative 2.0, Silk Road 2.0, or not Belt and Road Initiative is not 2.0, but Silk Road 2.0 is what it is, actually.
So we look at the Belt and Road Initiative.
The Chinese Communist Party is busy building railroads and seizing logistical choke points like Panama Canal, where I spend so much time.
Or Suez, so many different places.
Netherlands has Rotterdam Harbor and just south of that is Antwerp.
They're very busy.
If you look at the railway that ends or begins at Rotterdam Harbor, which is the biggest harbor in Europe, it's at the mouth of the Rhine River, that railway goes all the way to Shanghai and other feeders in China, right?
So it intentionally goes right to that number one port in Europe.
And CCP and World Economic Forum are working very hard to take Netherlands and create what's called Tri-State City out of part of Belgium, part of Germany, and most of Netherlands.
So I'm there all the time over in Netherlands.
I'll sometimes leave Panama, head back over to Netherlands, take a look, take a look at the latest situation in Japan, that sort of thing.
So I'm traveling.
That's why I'm in Guatemala.
I'm looking You know, you look at the invasion that's going on.
It's not a border crisis, by the way.
A lot of people call what's happening on our border a border crisis, but we have no border.
And this is not a crisis.
This is an absolute invasion.
It's a straight-up war, right?
And so that's what's actually happening.
And if you look at the invasions that are occurring...
They tend to be along the lines of where the CCP is trying to gather their logistical choke points.
For instance, Panama.
Panama right now is dying right in front of our eyes.
Most people have no idea what's happening.
It's a long story.
We can talk about that for an hour, but I'll just gloss over it.
Panama is actually Falling apart right before our eyes.
And that is not just the corridor from South America to the Darien Gap, where I'm at all the time.
It's also the canal itself.
CCP is moving to take the Panama Canal.
You know, the World Economic Forum and the Chinese Communist Party Are co-sanguinated.
They are basically Siamese twins, right?
And the dominant partner clearly is, they're not equal partners.
And CCP is clearly the dominant partner.
Notice she just landed in San Francisco amid pomp and very few American flags.
They cleaned up the homeless people off San Francisco.
I've been saying for a long time, they're going to make a go for San Francisco.
It's not evident to a lot of people, but it's evident to me because this is what I do, right?
And so I was just in San Francisco a couple times in the last couple of years, just getting a feel for how this maybe will unfold.
But anyway, you just see that he landed yesterday.
Now, what's happening in Gaza and why is this all important, right?
How does it all tie in?
Yeah, it all does tie in, actually.
Like the Belt and Road Initiative and this partnership between the World Economic Forum and Chinese Communist Party, in which Chinese Communist Party is clearly the dominant partner.
Bibi Netanyahu is a member of the World Economic Forum, as is the governor of Texas, as are many other people, like Trudeau up in Canada, Mark Rutte over in Netherlands, right?
So Bibi, the big vax pusher, we see this big war just, well, on the scale of things, it's a small war, but if you're in it, every war is big.
And so what's happening now in Gaza, you see there's actually a lot of energy right off the coast there.
You know, the last time I was in Israel, actually, I was actually I was at the Israeli ambassadors residence in Washington, D.C. I flew to Israel.
This was years ago when I was doing a lot of more stuff.
And I flew over to Israel and I was actually at a big thing with Netanyahu was there and that sort of thing.
It was a private thing, actually.
But I mean, but the bottom line is, is people kept talking about that energy right off the coast.
Right.
And people have been talking about that for years.
And so You see that there's been a lot of thought and planning going into building a canal through Israel, similar to the Suez Canal, right?
If you look at how these things line up, that energy right off the coast and that canal that goes right through Israel, it won't go through Gaza, but it would be just right outside of Gaza near the town of The town I can never pronounce it.
I've been to Sderot.
S-D-E-R-O-T. That town.
And so the canal, you can find online the map of the Ben-Gurion Canal.
It goes right through and it'll be like a Look, the energy coming and going, I mean, that can be a thoroughfare perfectly for that energy.
Now, there's clearly nested genocides unfolding.
You see Netanyahu and others encouraged so many people to take the jabs, right?
Yeah, they're the number one most vaccinated country in the entire world, and they were very proud of it.
What did they have?
Was it a $200 million contract with Pfizer to distribute only Pfizer at first to their country?
So yeah, they're very proud of their vaccination numbers.
And coincidentally, some of the top leadership at Pfizer are dual citizens with Israel, actually.
Interesting, right?
Very interesting.
Coincidentally, right?
And so, you know, coincidentally, the World Economic Forum has installed leaders into places where the corridors are unfolding.
Like Panama or like Texas.
The corridor goes right through here in Guatemala.
I was just over in Belize.
That's clearly infrastructure is being put in.
If you look where Belize and Guatemala are on the map, these are the two countries that border Mexico in the south.
So Mexico is just, you know, not far from the north.
So Central America is being taken by CCP. There are other players involved, not just CCP, but it's mostly CCP. That's the dominant player, right?
I want to just back up for a second, too, and then I want you to continue on with this tangent, with this important discussion, actually, not tangent.
So if you actually look at the credentials of Klaus Schwab, which a lot of people haven't taken the time to do that, but if you just go simply on something like Wikipedia, look at Klaus Schwab, he's got all these connections to China, and he's won the awards for China and the Communist Party.
I mean, if you can elaborate a little bit more on Klaus Schwab himself, you know, the leader of the World Economic Forum who rears his ugly head everywhere, right?
What are some of his, like, you know, very specific ties to CCP? Because there are many.
I mean, it's very obvious.
He's just another one of their boys.
I mean, you can see Klaus Schwab, you know, Alex Jones has been alerting people about Klaus Schwab for years, and the guy turns out to be right.
You know, the crazy man turns out to be right time and again, right?
So apparently he's not crazy.
And so he identified Klaus Schwab years ago.
The more you look at Klaus Schwab, I just talked with him about it today, actually.
The more you look at Klaus Schwab, the more that, And actually, I never paid attention to Alex Jones for years until I started to realize that guy's actually right.
You know what I mean?
Alex Jones is usually right.
Yeah.
But Klaus Schwab is...
He's like, he's another puppet on a string.
And, you know, China is great at setting mousetraps.
When I say mousetraps, they do it economically, like they've done with that, with the contract down in Panama, with the mining, with the Canadian company, which is actually the main investors are BlackRock and Chinese investors.
I mean, it's BlackRock.
I mean, this is all, it's not a Canadian company.
It's just Canadian paper, right?
Yeah.
And so, and now...
Panama is caught in a bind.
If they don't break the contract, then they're going to have very serious civil problems, and their country is going to be raped of the mind, right?
If they do break the contract, they're going to owe probably $50 billion to the company, which is basically China.
And then they're still going to take the mind, right?
because it's gonna put Panama into a tailspin.
So the bottom line is one way, they set the mousetrap, they do this all over the world in different ways.
There's other mousetraps that they use in counterintelligence or something called MICE.
It's an acronym, right?
Money, ideology, coercion, ego, right?
That's how you trap people, right?
You trap them with money, ideology, coercion, or ego, right?
And so, Klaus Schwab, ego.
I mean, that guy and probably a lot of money as well.
And there's no telling what they have on video.
Often it's multiple cheeses, right?
They might not just get you with money.
They'll try to get you with the whole shebang, right?
And Klaus Schwab, like you mentioned with all the awards, you know, they pet their cat, you know?
Basically, he's their cat.
And look at Netanyahu.
Netanyahu is Xi's cat.
You can see Netanyahu up there with Xi all the time.
He's constantly here, you know, all the time.
And, you know, he is not our friend.
He's not a friend of the Jewish people.
He encouraged them all to vax.
I mean, that's like, might as well vax with Zyklon B. I mean, it's like unbelievable.
I was telling my Jewish friends, what are you doing?
Have you lost your mind?
I mean, you're not even going to be with us if you keep doing this crap.
Yeah, and all the conservatives, and Nikki Haley, and everyone's running for president.
I mean, it's just, I stand with Israel.
I stand with Israel.
Stand with Israel or else.
And it's like, well, do we have that short of a memory?
I mean, we have to understand that they're not totally blameless either in all of this.
I mean, we've got to understand what are they driving us into.
And Israel does not represent the Jewish people, period.
It just does not.
I mean, there's a lot of Jewish people I communicate with daily, some of them actually.
And some of them just saw one of my interviews this morning, and they're like, yeah, you're right.
Israel does not represent Jewish people.
They try to remind me that like 30 times a week.
I mean, kind of literally.
And so they'll probably see this and send me an LOL, right?
And so the...
But they're very clear about it.
It does not.
And it's also clearly a shell, right?
It has become that.
What I see unfolding as a As a war correspondent, somebody who's just done this for years around the world, are nested genocides unfolding.
For instance, the attack on October 7th was clearly a setup.
It was clearly a real attack.
But it was also clearly, I mean, I don't see how Mossad and the US intelligence community did not see this coming.
The Egyptians warned the Israelis, right?
And then the attack went on for seven or so hours before the IDF got Completely involved.
Now, keep in mind, as somebody who's done a lot of combat, I can tell you one thing.
Black Hawk helicopters, of which Israel has many, it takes a very slow crew six minutes to get from cold engines, the wheels up six minutes, and that's if you're a terrible crew, right?
A good crew who's been doing this for a long time, four minutes or even less, right?
They're on the ground, their wheels up, All the commandos are on, and those things go very fast.
I mean, they'll be heading out at least 140 knots or so, depending on what variant.
It doesn't matter.
But the bottom line is, they'll be on the target very quickly.
The IDF should have been slinging lead within 20, 30 minutes, max.
Why did it take seven hours plus, right?
Seven or eight hours.
It was very clear that, first of all, they knew it was going to come.
It's very clear that they allowed it.
This was a Glywitz moment.
You know, for those who don't know what the Operation Glywitz was, that was World War II, pre-World War II, kind of on the, you know, as World War II sort of faded in.
You know, the Germans, a lot of Germans, they did not want to attack the Polish, of course.
You know, most people don't want to just leave their farm and go to a war.
Most people don't.
There are a few, but, you know.
But most people don't.
So what the Germans did was they dressed up some Germans in Polish uniforms and murdered a bunch of Germans and then said, hey, the Polish did it.
And then they got the photos and all that sort of stuff.
And then that caused us to invade Poland.
Nobody suffered in World War II more than Poles, not even Russian Jews.
Polish, I lived in Poland for two years, by the way.
I'm not Polish.
I just happened to have lived there after I was out of the army.
But nobody suffered in World War II more than Polish.
As a percentage of their population, they were obliterated, right?
And this was all from that.
I mean, there was a real genocide against Poles, right?
And that's how the second biggest Polish city in the world is actually Chicago.
So the diaspora, a lot of Yahoo allowed openly, right?
Presumably it was Hamas terrorist.
And there's some weirdness that was there, to put it mildly.
And now they've got the causes belly, the cause for war to go and attack and genocide Gaza.
And now you can take the gas that's off the coast, do the canal, right?
And also, I was in the Iraq War quite a lot, actually.
And how I got to the Iraq War was a moment very similar to this.
It was Fallujah.
A friend that I used to work out with when I was in high school, his name was Scott Helvenston.
He's the youngest Navy SEAL ever in history.
We went to high school together.
We played football together, worked out together, chased girls together, that sort of thing.
He went off the Navy SEALs.
I went off the Green Berets.
He actually made it through BUDS at 17.
Some people say that's nonsense, but it was absolutely true, and it's easily, you can find it with one minute on the line.
And so what I'm getting to is Scott.
I knew him while we were in high school together.
And so the next day after Scott, that was March 30th, 2004.
He was killed in Fallujah.
He was one of the Blackwater contractors hanged off the bridge, right?
The next day, another of my friends was killed, one of my Green Beret teammates.
He was still in the Army.
I was out.
Richard Ferguson was killed in another part of Iraq on March 31st.
So I went to both of their funerals.
Scott's was in Florida.
I'm going somewhere with this.
And Richard's was in Colorado.
And the seals at Scott's funeral were like, you know, you should go to Iraq.
And the Green Berets at Richard Ferguson's funeral, Fergie, we called him, were like, you know, you need to go to Iraq.
And I wasn't going to do it.
And when April of 2000...
So they were both killed on March 30th, March 31st.
The United States attacked Fallujah very hard in April of 2004.
This was the city of mosques.
It was mostly a peaceful city, actually, in the war.
It was bizarrely peaceful, except for that.
And then it was starting to kick up.
But many of the...
The top leaders of Fallujah wanted to turn over the killers to the United States people in Fallujah, right?
Now, this is important where this is going.
As soon as we did that in the city of Mosque, you had people flood in from North Africa, from all over the Middle East, from Europe and the United States.
Flooded to Iraq to fight Americans, right?
Because we were smashing Fallujah, the city of mosques.
And Americans were like, go get them, go get them, you know?
And I'm like, that's a mistake.
This is not a parking lot fight with Fallujah.
Okay, what happened was...
Scott Helvenston and the other three, there was four contractors, were killed in Fallujah, and they were mutilated, hanged off the bridge, and terrible things.
And so the United States responded by...
And keep in mind, at that same time frame, Abu Ghraib prison was just down the road from Fallujah.
It's like on the outskirts, right?
So that was also breaking at the same time.
Now Americans are like...
Americans are like, no, no torture is happening.
Actually, it was.
And they're like, oh, nobody died.
Bullshit.
They did.
People did die from the torture.
They were raped.
And it actually was done.
And it actually, whether or not you like it or not, You know, whether torture is acceptable, it caused the war to explode.
We took a lot more casualties from that, right?
We had these low-wattage soldiers in there bragging about it later.
You know what I mean?
It's unbelievable.
So, I mean, they're just pouring gas on the war.
Meanwhile, people that are on the ground, like my family and friends who are on active duty, are, you know, getting into a lot of firefights they never needed to get into, right?
So the bottom line is, all these things happened at once.
You know, in April of 2004, it really got out of control.
The war just exploded.
Okay, this is, you know, with how Fallujah, the ignition switch for Fallujah caused the Iraq war to just go over the top.
Look at the casualty rates.
You can see them directly related to Fallujah, right?
Both attacks, boom, right?
And so the same thing is happening, will happen with the Gaza.
You can see The energy is being added to the system at this point.
You can see people are getting organized.
So the OODA loop is, you know, you can see that at this point there will be attacks.
I mean, we have no border.
There's huge amounts of Hezbollah that live in places like Venezuela and they have for years and they speak Spanish fluently with no accent.
There is actually a part of Syria where they speak Spanish.
That's how deeply these connections are.
Almost nobody knows these sorts of things.
But there's connections.
And, you know, as these things unfold, there's already murders taking place in the United States that are related.
You know, but they're just not getting a lot of press, right?
But if you rummage around, you can see that they are actually already occurring.
Now you see the hearings, you know, hey, these things may happen.
Nonsense.
They're already happening.
You know, there may be terrorists in Hamas and Hezbollah in America.
Maybe.
Is that a joke?
The question is, how many thousands are there?
Or how many even tens of thousands?
Or hundreds of thousands, yeah.
Yeah.
So yesterday, you know, Anthony Rubin and Josh Rubin, Muckraker team, I took Anthony down to the Darien Gap maybe last year, and he was really serious.
There's a lot of people that want to go with me.
Every once in a while, I actually take one that shows serious promise.
I took him because he's a very serious young man.
And so I took him to Darien.
We went way out in the jungle, and he just couldn't get enough of it.
And I'm like, yep, this dog likes to hunt, you know?
And not that he's a dog, but he's a serious man.
And so we went into the Darien and then we went, I met him again later at Texas.
And we went together all the way across the southern border from Texas to San Diego.
I was teaching him a few things.
And then, you know, he kept at it.
So he's done some good documentary on the children that are being taken now.
And anyway, Anthony has continued with this.
And he got a document from one of the Chinese migrants, you know, the invaders.
And it's a 200 page document in Mandarin.
Anthony got that translated to English, and so now he sees their whole game plan, how they get from Quito, Ecuador, up to Colombia and the Darien.
So he flew back down to Quito with his brother, and they started staying in those hotels, right?
And then they came up and got tremendous amounts of information.
They went through the Darien Gap, and they emerged from that a couple, maybe two or three weeks ago now, and they went through the Darien Gap with a bunch of Chinese Syrians who were, you should see the video of these Syrians, they're on His Twitter and mine as well.
And so those Syrians, I was like, man, those guys will kill you.
He could see that.
And there was also Venezuelans who could be anybody.
And anyway, so he got to the Darien and I asked him to fly to Guatemala, where I'm at now.
So I asked six people to fly in here.
I asked Anthony and Josh, his brother, to fly out, and Taylor Kramer, and he watches the border in Texas, and VanderSteel and Joseph Humeyer, who is very important if you don't know him.
This guy's an expert.
So I asked them all to come to Guatemala to discuss things for a couple days, and we did.
So we all discussed things that we know and We've added our information to the mix.
And then Anthony and Josh and Taylor took off from here in Guatemala and went up to Tapachula, Mexico, and they went up on the Beast train.
And, you know, of course, with much caveat, that's very dangerous.
The next morning, Josh was Anthony was in the hospital.
He did not fall off the train, as many people do, but he did, in fact, get some kind of bad illness.
We thought it might be malaria.
The Mexican doctor said it.
So this is all like last week.
So the Mexican doctor said, no, it's probably Salmonella E. coli, right?
So he's good to go within 36 hours.
I'm like, of course, I'm telling him to slow down, but that's Anthony.
He likes to hunt.
So they head up to Matamoros.
And this is important.
Matamoros is where near, that's on the Mexican side.
Brownsville is on the U.S. side, right?
Texas.
So Matamoros, Mexico is where the CDG cartel is, which is the cartel de golfo, the golf cartel, which has been around, according to lore, since about 1930, right?
Yeah.
So that's an old cartel.
And they're kind of like an old mafia.
They want business to run.
It's old men running it now.
They want it to run smoothly.
They got their operation down.
In March this year, four Americans were kidnapped there in Matamoros, where they were just at yesterday.
And two of the Americans were killed.
And the other two were injured badly.
And the golf cartel, immediately, this was March of this year.
And we all knew this when Anthony and Josh and Taylor were going up there.
And Anthony and Josh wanted to do it anyway.
And so they started to head down to the Playa Baghdad.
It's actually Baghdad Beach, weirdly.
Nobody knows where it got that name.
Anyway, so they were heading down there.
And I'm tracking their icon yesterday.
And then I noticed their icon was going in the wrong direction.
And I called up Ann, and as I started, I'm like, wow, they're icons in the middle of a field.
Oh, no.
Yeah, exactly.
And so they were actually kidnapped.
We didn't know that at this point, but I already was getting a team ready to go into Mexico, suspecting they may be kidnapped.
And the tag just stopped in the field.
And so it went on for a while, and I'm getting people ready to do something.
And then the tag started moving again.
And it went to the port of entry, and it was obviously going at car speed down a road.
And then they were, the tag was in the Border Patrol.
And so I called up Border Patrol, and I'm like, you don't happen to have two white guys that just got kidnapped, do you?
And they're like, yeah, actually, they're right in front of them.
They handed the phone to Josh, and Josh said they're good to go.
So anyway, they made a statement to FBI. They went into the United States.
Their gear was smashed.
They were hit.
They were, their hands were tied, they were blindfolded, guys with assault rifles and pistols.
Actually, Anthony told me about an hour and a half ago, he said they, when they found their drone, he saw the drone and the cartel guy put the pistol to his own head.
The cartel guy put his actual pistol to his own head, not to Anthony or Josh's head.
Anyway, and so they kept the drone, they took a crowbar and smashed all the other gear.
You got to keep in mind that the cartel there, the Golfo Cartel, The CDG, they want to keep...
So earlier this year in March when the four Americans were kidnapped and two were killed, the Gulf Cartel immediately apologized to US authorities and Americans and to their families And captured people they said were the killers and turned them over to U.S. authorities at the same border gate that Anthony and Josh went through yesterday.
So it's a dangerous area, but what I'm getting to with all this is that's right by SpaceX.
Anthony told me this morning and Josh, they could see the launch pad flashing at SpaceX.
Wow, that's so wild.
They're getting ready to launch on Friday.
Starship's on.
So, I mean, he's literally getting ready to cross and gets kidnapped.
He can see the flashing lights on the launch pad at SpaceX.
That's how close they are.
I've been out there probably 30 times or more, so I'm quite familiar with the area.
But the point is, they're okay.
And these are stud American men.
They're like, hey, we got to go get new equipment.
And so they're out shopping right now to get new equipment and go right back into the action.
You know, they're not laying around going, you know, I'm traumatized.
They're like, you know, they were using bad words or like, you know, to heck with those guys.
And we're going right back.
I got to go get some gear and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
And they're going.
I love those guys.
Wow.
Gosh, there's.
Badasses.
I mean, wow, nothing gets them down.
It's just so crazy, all these conditions that are happening right now.
And yet, again, nobody's really focused on these things.
And that seems to me another goal of this war that's happening.
I mean, what are they distracting us from?
And what are they propelling us to?
And I think a lot of it is a big distraction that we're not really looking at the invasion happening into our own country right now.
I mean, the sheer invasion, the numbers are just incredible.
It's huge.
It's massive.
And interestingly, the cartel so runs the area down there and is so in control that they are obviously cooperating very closely with U.S. authorities.
I mean, like I said, I've been down there to that area where they were kidnapped probably at least 30 times, actually.
Wow.
I would say at least 30 times.
And I'm down there all night, you know, watching things.
You know, you'll see it.
That's a huge drug flow and human flow area right at SpaceX property.

I was at BASF last year asking them what would happen if Nord Stream would interrupt.

You know, asking what will happen if Nord Stream gets interrupted.

And then it happened.

Because you can see some of these things coming when you study enough.

Well, a lot of people don't know this.
This isn't very reported in the media, but there was a lawsuit that just happened and a trial that a lot of people should know about and pay attention to because it can definitely hit your home as well.
And this is the trial of the Kowalskis.
Take Care of Maya.
There was a Netflix documentary out.
I'm not sure if you saw it, but it was called Take Care of Maya.
And it talks about this entire story and this horrible experience that this Kowalski family had with their child being basically taken away and held hostage By CPS, by Family Services.
And we all know that we've been covering this for a while, how corrupt and disgusting and anti-family CPS and DSF are.
They pretend to heal families and unify families and do things that are in the best interest of the child.
But in fact, it seems like they're hell-bent on their mission of breaking families apart and removing children from loving homes.
So we're going to talk about what this trial was, what happened.
And now this family was just awarded a $200 million settlement from this trial.
So they did win, at least for the time being.
But of course, there was a lot of collateral damage along the way.
And we're talking to Mark and Terry Stammen, who joined us a while ago to talk about their horrible story with CPS and having their own children taken away And their battle ever since this has happened.
So I thought they would be perfect to talk about this as well as their journey as well.
So thanks again for joining Shots Fired.
How are you two considering?
Hi Deanna.
Hi Deanna, thanks for having us back.
We really appreciate it.
We got a lot of good coverage from the last time we were on and we're still out here raising awareness.
And I'm really glad that you have taken it upon yourself to highlight the Take Care Maya trial.
It is a huge win for the issue that's going on with what could be termed medical kidnapping.
So yeah, I think it was a really good strategy for the team involved there that they did release the documentary that people can watch.
It's called Take Care of Maya.
And they released that before the trial started.
And the trial went on for, I think it was about nine weeks.
And just a few days ago, the jury did come back with a verdict awarding them over $200 million.
Okay, now let's backtrack a little bit.
Sorry.
Sorry.
So for my viewers that don't know what the trial was and what the details of it, can you tell us a little bit more about the backstory of this Kowalski family and the child in question?
Her name was Maya.
What was the story?
What happened here?
So Maya, the child, was taken into the hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida, I believe, by her parents because of a severe stomach issue.
Correct?
Yes.
She has an issue called CRPS.
Um, I think, I think those are the letters for it, So it did happen in Florida.
They took her into John Hopkins All Children's Hospital, and they had previously had her treated before, and she was having additional problems.
And so they took her in, I think it was in 2016, I think she was around 10 years old.
I think she's about 17 now.
And so they ended up Intervening and taking custody away from the parents by doing a reporting to Child Protective Services.
And so this case is a little interesting because some people may wonder why they went after the hospital as opposed to the state.
And, you know, I think that's part of the argument with the hospital that they're Probably on appeal of this, maybe trying to argue that they have some type of immunity because they were mandated reporters.
But the jury did end up siding with the plaintiffs and the The hospital, I think they are planning on appealing the verdict, but yeah, they ended up taking their daughter into the hospital and...
And they forced treatment on her, right?
Didn't they force some sort of treatment on her for a couple of months?
And then...
I believe, and correct me if I'm wrong, but the details are that the parents had a treatment that they were already putting her on that was successful in the past.
And then the hospital intervened and accused the mother of having Manchausen by proxy syndrome.
And where she was sort of inflicting or creating illnesses in her children.
And there was no other evidence to prove that she had Munchausen syndrome, just some, you know, very corrupt and domineering child protective social worker that came in and declared that she might have that.
And she took custody of their child.
I believe that's correct, right?
They didn't agree with the treatment that Beata, Maya's mom, was wanting them to perform on her, I guess.
And they suspected this medical child abuse Could be going on and so that's how they ended up losing custody and it was about I think they had maybe had her Maya for about three months and her mom actually ended up committing suicide and that's sort of the angle that the the plaintiffs went with partly with the trial was that the the mom because of The actions that were taken,
she was driven to this point of despair and action.
And so I think there were maybe about seven different counts in that trial.
She said that she couldn't bear because she wasn't able to then see her child.
It had been over three months.
The child was crying for her mother, really wanting to see her and get out of the hospital's care, but she wasn't able to.
And I could imagine that would break a mom's heart.
She couldn't see her.
She couldn't have access to her child at all.
And yeah, I mean, she claimed that that's what drove her to suicide.
And the family of her also claimed that that's what drove her to suicide.
I mean, that was a cause and effect.
So they sued, I think, for wrongful death and medical malpractice and false imprisonment of their child.
Yeah, it's a huge case for the family to actually win.
There was a similar case a few years ago with a girl up in Massachusetts, or I think it was the Justina Pelletier case, and they also tried to go to trial, and the jury ended up, I think, siding with the hospital.
So for the jury, I think it was a six-person jury, to actually come back and Award the family in this way is a huge huge deal and so it will definitely be something to watch in the coming months as it does go through an appeal process and so it's really significant that they are at the moment being held responsible and to account for what happened but it was a civil trial and so even
though it's monumental It's still not where we need to be as far as people being held liable criminally for what they're doing to families and children.
And actually, afterwards, I think Maya has also filed a criminal complaint for sexual abuse.
For something that happened while she was in the hospital.
But, you know, we're hoping that this will draw more attention to the problem, that more attorneys will pay attention to this issue of medical kidnapping, which was a similar situation that happened in our own case out of Louisville, Kentucky, medical kidnapping.
Basically, you know, The day and age that we're living in, if you have an issue with your child and you want to take them in to a medical practitioner, it's just really dangerous to want to get treatment for your child and then to be under these allegations that you are the one inflicting I mean,
basically, yeah, I mean, if your child accidentally falls and bumps their head, you take them in, because most parents would think, okay, I want to be cautious, let me take them in and make sure that they're okay, boom, you can get reported to CPS. Your child, you know,
has diarrhea or has too much diaper rash or something, and you take them in to get them checked out, boom, you get reported by DCFS or CPS. Any ailment, it seems like if you want to be a good parent and take them to the hospital or take them to your doctor, you get reported for child abuse, for CPS. And now all of a sudden you've got CPS in your system and you have to fight them just to keep your child.
I mean, it makes you think like, gosh, or a broken arm or something like that or anything even much more mild than a broken limb.
You don't want to take your child anymore to the hospital or to get treatment because you might get reported to CPS, right?
That's correct.
And, you know, Deanna, the very interesting thing about the Kowalski case is that, you know, in the state of Florida, child abuse and neglect is a felony crime.
Now, it's a poorly defined crime.
This is one of the problems within the system is that People hear the word child abuse, neglect, and that's very inflammatory language.
And yet, it is a criminal statute in the state of Florida, as well as many other states.
It is in the state of Kentucky, like in our case, but a felony crime.
And when you look at, in the defense in that case, they were claiming that, oh, well, they're mandatory reward.
But first of all, you know, The right that we have in the First Amendment to speak freely is also a right to not speak.
And being that this is a criminal matter, if they really felt like that was a criminal matter, the quality should have been afforded criminal due process in respect to, first of all, there should have been a police investigation.
I mean, Munchausen by proxy in the felony crime There is like, you know, intentional infliction.
And yet, you know, Munchausen by proxy is really a very questionable, you know, thing out there.
It's really not well defined.
But the fact that, you know, they claim that, well, their mandatory reports, well, did they report it as a crime?
And then who investigated that?
Did anybody investigate that?
CPS does not investigate crime.
Law enforcement does.
And the fact that they did not do that, they were derelict.
And that process.
And then the fact that they went down the civil process on that, it's fraudulent because unless the Kowalskis, like many other families, have a contract with the state, with these child welfare agencies, they don't have any place proceeding against families in respect to a civil proceeding.
And so our understanding is that they did not have a contract.
And so therefore it was fraudulent and all the things that they did to them And then they say, you know, that, well, they have immunity.
And yeah, there's an immunity law out there in the state of Florida, just like all the other 50 states.
This is what we talked about last time we were with you, is that there is no immunity under federal law.
They have an immunity law there in the state of Florida, but really what we have happening across the country pursuant to the bigger problem is that we have a seditious operation where we're being deprived of our rights under the color of law, And, you know, it's great that the Kowalski's won a settlement, a huge settlement that's going to cause these people to think about what they're really doing.
And, you know, looking at where the defense is, it's like the people in the hospital, you know, it's like, where is the interface in respect to, well, you know, like what the government was or was not doing there in the state of Florida in respect to what they should be investigating in respect to a felony crime?
But then, you know, really, Deanna, the problem here is this.
The problem still remains, okay?
And while this is encouraging to a lot of people like us, you know, they had a good attorney.
You know, they made their case very well.
They convinced the jury.
The jury did its job.
They had a good judge.
But all of those things are needed in order for those kind of outcomes, and that's a very isolated situation.
And a lot of the particulars of that case, a lot of people like us and other families like us, they will be told, well, you need to have pretty much everything similar in order for us to proceed.
And so we're still attempting to set a precedent in our own case that you allowed us to highlight last time we were with you.
And we want to encourage people, you know, we have rights that protect us from these things.
And just to throw it out there, the Florida Immunity Law is unconstitutional.
It's unlawful under 42 U.S. Code, Chapter 21, Section 1981.
It's actually a deprivation of rights crime.
And so, you know, the fact that people are being made to be mandatory reporters, that's a deprivation of rights crime.
But who's investigating that?
And so I've got the weak people to solve this problem.
What about you?
I mean, so, and you had all seven of your children taken from you?
Yeah, that was back around the same time as Maya in 2016.
And what was the main reason?
What did they claim was the reason for taking your children away from your loving home?
All seven of them.
Yeah, well, they claimed that we failed to get medical treatment for a condition that they claimed they had a diagnosis for, where they had no legitimate forensic data contributing to a legitimate diagnosis of anorexia regarding our daughter.
And so, like Maya, they falsely imprisoned our daughter for 10 days in the hospital against her will, our 17-year-old daughter, Amy.
And then upon her release, she was not diagnosed with that condition.
And yet there's a whole big sequence of events contributing to a fraud scheme and a conspiracy to kidnap our kids.
And three of them are still being held hostage.
And, you know, we're trying to reach our older ones who have aged out, but they turned our children into weapons against their parents.
And, you know, they lied to them and then they end up in, you know, child trafficking situations and the human trafficking, you know, circumstances.
And it's very, very damaging, destructive to the children and to the family unit.
So we have a huge problem.
It's great that you're continuing to highlight this, Deanna.
We really appreciate it.
You know, we just encourage everyone out there to keep fighting.
We're still trying to work our situation peacefully and through all legal channels.
And, you know, we're trying to get an attorney to help us.
And we hope that maybe we can pursue another precedent type setting case.
It's great for the people in Florida.
Maybe there will be other attorneys be willing to step up, but we'll see what happens.
Well, it's amazing too because now I'm hearing from a lot of parents who have, you know, done their research now and chosen to not follow their pediatrician's recommendations to have their children follow the childhood CDC vaccine schedule.
So they're refusing the vaccines for their newborns and for their children.
Okay.
And then, you know, three or four or five years old, they happen to get, you know, they fall down and have a fall or they fall down from their bike or something like that, take them into a hospital to get them checked out.
The doctor finds out that they haven't had their childhood vaccinations and then boom, they report them to CPS and they open up a big investigation and have their children taken away because they claim child abuse or neglect for not having their children vaccinated.
And I'm seeing this more and more and that's so frightening because right now a lot of people are waking up, a lot of parents are waking up to the childhood vaccination dangers and How scary is it to be faced with the fact that if you don't choose to vaccinate your children, that should be your free will to do that and your choice.
But now you have to kind of keep them in a bubble almost because you're scared of ever having them get a boo-boo, ever having them get a sickness that they might have to take them into the hospital because they're faced with the possibility, the great possibility now that they could get their children taken away.
Yeah, who would have ever thought that going to the hospital would be one of the most dangerous places that you could go with your children.
These are one of their most trusted institutions.
And yet, this is what they're doing.
And the real driver behind it isn't just feeding the child trafficking networks, but the Title IV money that the Adoption of Safe Families Act Basically opened up the coffers of our Social Security money and they're raiding our bank accounts through our Social Security funds to see our kids and then launder our money and then traffic our children.
And so, you know, as you're saying about the immunizations, yeah, in most states, like in Kentucky, we have a right to not immunize our children with a constitutional protection like in other states.
But they ignore all that, like they ignore everything else with no accountabilities.
And this is the problem.
We need to hold these people accountable and what happened with the Kowalski case is a huge step forward to holding some people accountable for what's going on.
But again, like I said just a few minutes ago, the problem still remains because really the root cause of the problem is what It's what was already legislated and enacted in the law.
The Kowalski case and many other cases where there is a positive outcome for damages is basically addressing the fruit and the symptom.
But the root cause are these unconstitutional, unlawful laws that we're talking about here.
And those things need to be addressed.
And that's what the Let Our Children Go mission is about, is joining people together at the local action for the national impact.
To put the pressure on our legislators at the state and federal level.
Number one, don't take the Title IV money bribe at the state level because they're the ones getting funded.
And then to stop the federal officials from stealing our money and contributing to this scheme.
And basically ensuring that we have constitutional protections to parent our children.
And so, you know, it's an ongoing fight and we're in it to win it.
But, you know, really Like I said, we're still fighting for our children.
We're fighting for other people's children.
And there are people out there getting hurt with the injections and other immunizations, autistic children that are suffering horribly, parents that are watching their children be harmed.
And we're the people who have to stop this.
So, America, join with us.
Get smart on what's really going on.
Stop the fraud, stop the theft of your money and the destruction of families and children.
Yeah, I mean, like you said, be very wary taking your child to the hospital these days because these CPS, Child Protective Services individuals, I mean, they're like predators, you know, and your child is prey and they're just waiting at the hospitals to take your child away and get them into the system, the foster care system, get them into the child trafficking system.
And especially vulnerable are the children that are autistic and have special needs.
I believe that they make more money for disabled and autistic children to get them into the foster care system, which is, it's just so disgusting.
Be very careful dealing with CPS. Thanks so much again for shedding light on this really important issue that a lot of people don't know is happening right under parents' noses.

Good old Nikki Haley, the plant, the CCP actor that she really is, has come full throttle, has been totally exposed this week when she said that she wants to ban anonymous users on social media accounts and Twitter.
And she wants to dox them, she said, for the purpose of national security.
When I get into office, the first thing we have to do, social media accounts, social media companies, they have to show America their algorithms.
Let us see why they're pushing what they're pushing.
The second thing is every person on social media should be verified by their name.
That's, first of all, it's a national security threat.
When you do that, All of a sudden people have to stand by what they say.
And it gets rid of the Russian bots, the Iranian bots, and the Chinese bots.
And then you're going to get some civility when people know their name is next to what they say.
Accountability.
And they know their pastor and their family member is going to see it.
It's going to help our kids and it's going to help our country.
So according to Nikki Haley, we can't have free speech anymore.
No, she basically wants to censor and ban free speech.
We can't be anonymous on the internet anymore.
No, she wants our real names and have it be registered with the government so, of course, they could target us depending on what our opinion is.

Yes, she is next on the list of a lineup of celebrities that we really don't care about whatsoever who says they're going to leave the country today.
If Trump becomes president because it is just too painful for them.
