Uncensored: Journalist WINS "Misinformation" Criminal Charge, Now Pursuing COVID Crimes Against Humanity

This came after he relentlessly tried to warn his community, the authorities, police, doctors, nurses, that they were all participating in a COVID scam that was harming the population, something that all of us have done to some degree.
He was trying to save children from being injected with this poison, from the dangers of mask wearing.
He notified thousands of people and so, needless to say, the government were not too happy about that.
Ionis de Mertis is his name and since the government began targeting him, he has already experienced an assassination attempt, as well as having his income blocked by the government.
He is an example of what will result if these various mis- and disinformation bills pass around the world.
But while he was facing jail time, he has actually had a huge victory and now he's going after the criminals.

We're joined now by Ioannis Demertzis and Melina Papadopoulou, both from Greece with a really, really incredible story as to what is happening to truth tellers from that region right now.

Well, first of all, I'd like a bit of an introduction.
So, Ioannis, you're a journalist.
Melina, you work with Ioannis on bringing out the truth to the population in Greece and beyond.
Ioannis, tell us a little bit about yourself because you didn't just start journalism during COVID. You've actually been a journalist for many, many years.
Yes, yes.
As you say, I'm a telecommunication data technician, owner of a private radio station and also an other electronic media, former editor of an independent local weekly newspaper and a journalist, also a bike station and a member of association of a journalism magazine and electronic pages of Macedonia and Threis in Greece.
And also, I have been involved in exposing the COVID fraud since 2020, the beginning of 2020.
Yeah, so you obviously saw that this was a fraud from the beginning.
I mean, no doubt your journalistic skills would have helped you.
How did you recognize the fraud is my first question.
It's very simple, Maria.
It all started in December 2019.
We were watching the news about the quickly hospital building built in China, you know.
For COVID patients and also we all wonder how this was possible to build it so quickly.
And also at the beginning of 2020 and while the world pandemic and the COVID virus was being heard more and more, they announced that they were going to close the borders so that the virus could not pass from one country to another.
An airborne virus, you know.
That's when I knew we're being very badly fooled and also I started investigating this.
So, with some connections I had from America, I started to find out some information and also we saw the largest global military operation called Defender Europe.
I think you know that.
This big military exercise in a period of pandemic, you know, how it's happened.
Very strange.
So I realized that the events were not as we were told by the media, but something different and something very big was happening.
So you did your best to start.
Yes, and so you did your best to warn the population.
You've been streaming for a very long time.
You've been writing articles and doing all of this.
And obviously, Melina was just telling us before we went online that you were writing thousands of letters to officials and warning about this.
But the real problem came When you actually started to save children and save children's lives.
So talk to us about that and this insane criminal charge from your government for trying to save lives.
Maria, I collect many information about all of this fraud as we have to begin from the mask mandates, you know, the PCR tests and later on about vaccines and so biological weapons, not vaccines, we can say it correct.
And send an email to all the officials of Greece.
Schools, police station, mayors, prefectures, all of the administrators here.
So to make them understand what has really happened and try to avoid any damage, you know.
Yes, absolutely.
But the problem happened when you started to warn schools and try to save children's lives.
And so that's what's landed you in hot water.
Can you please describe what actually occurred and what is this law that the government weaponized against you?
Melina, can you explain about the law?
It's something like a difficult one, so explain this.
Yeah, I will.
Okay.
So what happened in brief is that Jan is sending out all those emails.
He was sending them to the school system as well.
And then the principal of all the elementary schools of his prefecture there in Kavala, he took legal action against him, taking advantage of a law here that exists.
It's a criminal law.
It's of the chapter Crimes Against the Public Order and it's called Spreading False News.
So the content of the emails was, like you mentioned before, a huge book consisting of 361 pages.
It's about COVID, the whole book.
It has the legal content, a lot of scientific research.
It's about all the research about masks, lockdowns, PCR, the vaccines, health issues, scientific research from doctors and scientists from all over the world.
So this was a huge problem.
This was the false news he was spreading.
Yes.
And then what did they do from there?
Then he got sued.
He got sued by this person.
By this official in the school system.
This official, yeah.
And so the prosecutor ordered the police to investigate Yanni's past actions his whole life and they tried to find something to charge him, something more than that.
And they were searching his website and of course he has his own website with all the articles About the whole COVID situation for the last few years.
And they were taking advantage of this, of articles about Ukraine, the Ukraine situation and such stuff.
So he was sending out the emails to the school system in order to save children's lives.
Yes.
About health issues.
And they were trying to take advantage of his website and searching his whole life and his financial situation and his work and whatever he had done in the past.
Of course, they couldn't find anything.
Yeah, that's no surprise.
Well, you know why this is of particular interest to me?
Two reasons.
Number one, this should never happen to a journalist.
Number two, what they're trying to do in Australia now with a similar law, this misinformation-disinformation bill that they're proposing here is a similar action, except it would essentially land me in prison.
Straight away, you know, investigated.
It would give the Australian Media and Communications Authority the ability to look at all of my files, my ongoing investigations, absolutely everything, when all we're trying to do is give the people the truth.
And these investigations should be happening.
And so, you know, it's unbelievable.
But I want to ask you, Melina, when did this law come into Greece?
Is it an old law or is it one that they brought in recently?
There was a law, but they changed it a little bit in 2021, in the end of 2021.
And then, you know, this was a fresh thought to all the journalists, lawyers, and everybody.
So, you know, somebody...
Some lawyer told this principle and so they decided to take advantage of this law because people were talking about it, so because of the change they had made to it.
And the law states that, let me tell you, anyone who publicly or via the internet disseminates in any way false news with the result of causing fear, listen to this, causing fear, To an indefinite number of people or to a certain circle or category of persons who are thus forced to carry out unplanned actions or cancel them at risk to cause damage to the country's economy,
tourism or defense capability or to disrupt its international relations.
This person is punished with imprisonment for up to three years or a fine.
Yep, this is what they're doing all over the world.
This is sickening.
And so, let me just ask you, Janis, did you share anything false?
Yes.
No.
Of course not.
The silly thing is, Maria, I want to add here is that searching if I organized public speeches against COVID, because I did, I'm involved in some public speeches.
They called me to speak.
Because of my work.
They search about articles I wrote about the Khazarian Mafia, about Putin, about the bio-weapons in Ukraine.
You know the truth of what is behind all this fake war.
And also about Trump, also about the health care articles about why not to do the job, about MMS, Mr.
Kalkher, you know, about.
Also Twin Towers, another article.
And that's why with this whole article- It sounds like my website, Giannis.
It sounds like my website.
They did very big mistakes.
And now I want to say that, as many people have said, it's dangerous to be right when the government is wrong.
So in our times, It is fit to say the truth at any cost as you do.
Also, we have to know that As worldwide we know Greece is the mother of democracy and people know that democracy was born in Greece.
Yes, but they should also know that democracy died in Greece with all of this.
And so we are a group of believers.
We came here in this world with a mission to resurrect democracy and bring its martyrs to justice.
That's our work.
Yes, I agree with you completely.
And, you know, you are right to say that democracy died in Greece because of this.
Considering the whole world, you know, the war in Ukraine, we're being told, is for democracy.
And everything that we do is apparently to preserve democracy.
When these people do not practice true democracy whatsoever, what we are seeing today is not the democracy that came out of Greece originally.
Yes.
So, you know, I think it's very admirable that you're standing for this.
What happened in court?
Because you ended up in court.
What happened there?
In a short of time, a short duration, I win the court.
Of course, I didn't get there because it's a technical legal way that my lawyer told me not to come there because the judge will ask me directly what happened.
It's a technical Way to stay away and proceed with only my lawyer.
And in five minutes, the court is over.
They find me not guilty, all of them, three judges and the prosecutor.
And my lawyer called me and said that you are innocent.
Why?
I can't believe it.
Because it's a small detail about the MMS because it's the only correct cure for all of this Bad fix here, and so it's prohibited here in Greece.
It's not here to approve of FDA, you know, a Greek FDA. So I'm afraid a little bit about this, but as I thought, the judges took the correct decision because They are clever and drops the ball, as we can say, to this administrator that made me the show.
Well, this is what I want to ask.
So the law exists.
You were taken to court based on that law.
What is it, Melina?
Maybe you can help me.
Was it a technicality?
Was it a strong argument from his lawyer?
What is it that actually got this victory?
Well, they were searching for months to find something against him.
But because the content of the mails was all the scientific research from doctors, scientists from all over the world, they could not find something.
It was impossible to charge him with something because they could have charged him with three years of prison.
He was facing such a charge.
For just trying to save children's lives.
And it's not logical that they went any further, you know, that they went further to search his website, his work, his past life, his whatever he was doing.
It's not logical.
They were trying so hard to find something, but they couldn't find something.
So he had collected all the data, all the evidence, and that's why they had to declare him not guilty.
Excellent.
Yes, big surprise.
We need to notice this is the 361 pages book with evidence.
The first book of a collection of all of evidence against COVID. And the problem is, the big problem is because here I sent an email with my name, my phone number in it included, and also a legal text, just some of the school administrators to call me and ask me, what is this?
To read it because I care about the children and nobody called me.
Nobody.
Not only from Kavala in my town.
Kavala is here about a hundred and something else, something more email, but from all of the Greece, Greek schools.
Also about all the Greek police station, departments, you know, everywhere.
There was thousands of emails.
An important thing is that I ask for a protocol number for proof to the reception of the email.
Many of them, like police departments or mayors, send me, but give me the protocol that they receive.
This is the problem that they have now.
And all this email has a track recognition, tracking and receive a mark.
Receipt emails?
Yeah, rate receipts.
Yes, yes.
And so I'm guessing you're going to do something with that.
These people, the term here is plausible deniability in the West, where they say, oh, I didn't know.
But these people that said, well, we did know, we received your evidence, so now they haven't investigated the crime.
What happens now?
Of course.
Of course.
The good thing is always this situation is I didn't know about the issue on April of 2022 and at November of 2022, we start to make a big lawsuit against the COVID fraud and against all of the responsibilities of this for all the government and All of them,
not only the big heads, you know, and the smallers, the nurses, doctors, mayors, everybody.
And I learned about this court in 2023, after we fill it, this lawsuit.
It's a big lawsuit, you can say, as class action.
Nobody did like this in Greece.
And after a big try, because people are afraid to involve in these lawsuits, you know, and also afraid to send us money anonymously, you know, but they're afraid also.
We finally collect the money.
And money is not a big amount because all of these lawsuits were biased because I have the evidences, I have a friend that is illegal and writing all of this and only a lawyer need to pay to fill the courts.
It's very cheap for everybody.
You can understand about that.
Sorry, Maria.
It means he found a very cheap way to handle the whole situation with friends and support and even though people don't support him.
Well, this is what I wanted to ask.
So what do you think it is that people are scared?
Because I can tell you in Australia, we've had multiple lawsuits that haven't been successful.
So people got tired of trying.
But the problem that we have is that if there is a strong lawsuit, and someone can do something, if we don't support it now, we're all going to end up in trouble later.
So we have to try everything we can.
So why do you think people are scared?
Maria, first of all, we need to say that a very strange situation in Greece, maybe most of the world, is people lost their beliefs about God, about their Creator, you know, and I can't say Jesus Christ, just only for their Creator.
This is the most important thing.
So, they don't believe what is happening with all of this COVID. They don't believe, they don't know what is behind the curtains, you know.
It's very strange.
They just thought that, okay, we had lockdowns, we had a PCR test.
It's very simple.
It's not all.
It's not simple.
They think it's over.
Yes.
Most people think, okay, we had a pandemic and it's over.
Yes.
And now, again, they're talking about digital ideas.
They're talking about, for example, digital currency.
And they don't know why all of this.
And also, Greek government is the most corrupt government of the world with the USA and also with China.
You can add my country to the list.
It's in five first countries.
In five most corrupt countries.
And all the media is corrupted.
I please other media to share the truth.
Ask about it for my children.
My children Are innocent.
Why to continue to do this?
And after that, this win of this, the big win, because a big win, but I, you know, I'm not post anything.
You are the first, you know, that in some other media outside the Greeks, because after one month, I feel a good article, a good, you know, stuff to publish all over the world, because now in Greece, COVID is over.
And we send all of them to the Justice.

That's what we need.

Yeah, okay.
What he wants to say is that by declaring him innocent, sending out all the correct data, of course he was innocent, this means that there's no COVID. Well, it sets a precedent as well in order to hold these people accountable for the lies that they told the people.
Because they've said he's innocent, which means the evidence is true.
Therefore, it opens up the door for criminal action.
I think this is an amazing story.

I'm just so grateful for both of you for your courage.

So what's the plan now?
Well, it will take some time for Yanis to prepare lawsuits and legal actions to set everything straight.
He has his big lawsuit coming up because he did his big lawsuit against all those responsible for the COVID fraud this year in spring.
So this is coming up as well and he will connect The two lawsuits do a lot of legal actions.

The problem is, Maria, that all over the world is talking about the suddenly deaths, the turbo cancers, all of these things.
Doctors continue to say, to push this job.
I don't understand.
I want to ask you both really quickly if I can, sorry, how does the digital ID now that Europe's just approved, how is that going to impact journalism now in Europe?
I think that's all of this fake scare tactics from the deep state because there's no deep state.
Just everybody now, you know, we take a smaller pieces of taste from their plants.
Because people can't understand what they have to plan for us.
And we need to know.
If you heard about Q movement, Q told us that people need to show them.
All of this stuff.
They need to be shown what's going on.
Also, it's important to say that the WHO is over.
It's a criminal operation with a criminal headquarters, Tedros Adranov.
It's a big criminal.
So we don't have to believe about all of this stuff.
Also, you know, it's just for scare tactics.
They want to feed us with fear.
And somewhere I read that There are many, how to say, experiments with the Jabs and they have a base in Israel with all of our details because as we know, Jabs, this biological weapon, has microchips.
Nanotechnology inside and send and receive sensitive data, our feelings, our soul, of course.
It's a big thing to know that through the 5G network and with EMF radiation, everything.
And all of this data stored in a super base, a supercomputer in Israel.
And I think that also exists this base in Israel.
And that's why All of this war is happening, the cover-up war.
It's not exactly cover-up war.
It's both kind of wars.
We can say it's The first flag from Israel, because Israel has the most heaviest security, the heaviest army, the heaviest, you know, and how it's possible to happen.
It's impossible is the answer.

First of all, in relation to Q, I've made my statements on this quite public, you know, as to whether that was a PSYOP or not.

And I think it would be silly to think that there are bad people and there aren't any good people.
I'm looking at two good people right now.
So, you know, that's what I think about that.
As far as the database in Israel, I haven't seen this information specifically that you're talking about, but I can openly say, and I've shared the footage of Netanyahu on the Daily Wire saying, you know, boasting about how he's created a lab for Pfizer out of his population and they have this database of He said just Israelis, but it could very much be, if it's a lab for Pfizer, it could be beyond Israel.
He said that that would be something that he could share with the world.
And this is, you know, essentially tracking and tracing every single aspect of his people, but also a genomic database.
And what can they do with this data?
They can create future biological weapons, perform ethnic cleansing, all sorts of things, as confirmed by Michael Yeadon, former chief executive at Pfizer, who said...
In the wrong hands, this type of data could be absolutely, you know, devastating, and they can create ethnic-specific biological weapons.
Do I put it past any world government to create that type of database?
No, I don't, because they're murderers.
So, you know, you could definitely be onto something, Yanis.
I'd love to see this information that you have about this specific hub in Israel.
That's very interesting to me.
And also, don't forget about the kill switch.
The kill switch must be stopped.
So that's why they did this fake wars.
You know.
And also the alliance, Trump and all these good people behind us, try to save the world with the less martyrs, the less victims you know.
That's the winning of the war.
It's a war with Kabbalah that were many years, hundreds of years before.

He's certainly more trustworthy than Biden, you know, but in a time where we have so many lies around us, the truth is so, so important.
And not being afraid to explore certain topics is also important, Ioannis.

Well, this is a huge, huge victory coming out of Greece.
And as Ioannis and Melina were saying, the fact that they have now been told in a court of law that he's not guilty because he told the truth, this allows him to go after the criminals.
This is huge news!
But something else that I mentioned at the start is that the government is actively restricting his ability to earn money.
They intervene when people are due to pay his invoices.
I mean, this is insane.
And so this is something that's happening all over the world.
And not just journalists are at risk of this.
Every single person is, depending on your social media behaviour.
This is what a CBDC and a digital ID will make possible.
It's the reality that will be there for every single person who dares to speak out.
This is why we have to fight it and stop it before it goes through.
Right now, we still have some sort of recourse.
If everything goes digital, we won't.
And we saw with the huge outage of telecommunications in Australia last week, now the mainstream media is coming out and saying, oh, our cashless society and our digital economy.

It's not our cashless society.
But the mainstream propaganda machine is out in full force telling us that we basically have no option.
Either way, even without that system, they're coming after people's incomes.
They're debanking them.
They're freezing accounts.
