Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, just over the weekend, there was another shooting, this time in my hometown of Austin, Texas, on Sunday night.
And there was one individual that died.
And of course, it doesn't even seem like news anymore, because every other week, or every week, there's another shooting.
Another shooting at a school, at a church, at a mall, or some other public place.
And it's always the same, though.
The shootings, the venues might be different, but no matter the venue, the cause of the shooting is always the same, according to the official narrative, and the solution is always the same.
The cause is, it's just guns.
It's just people that have access to guns, and because they have access to guns, they're going to shoot people, and shooting is going to be on the rise.
And the solution, of course, is always just take away our guns, take away our guns, modify the Second Amendment, gun control, gun control, gun control.
But of course, I believe that the solutions and the causes are a lot deeper than that.
And so does our next guest joining us, Dr.
Mark Sherwood, one of our favorite doctors on the show, Shots Fired.
He's a naturopathic doctor.
And he, of course, has Sherwood TV and is chock full of information at all times.
Dr.
Sherwood is going to weigh in on this and extrapolate some more about what he thinks the causes are of these shootings and what the actual solutions should be.
So, Dr.
Sherwood, thanks for joining Shots Fired again.
How are you?
I'm doing well.
Thanks for having me.
This is a very important subject, obviously, these days.
Yeah, it is.
And people are almost, it's almost boring.
I mean, people are hearing of a new shooting every single week, but it's the remedies always the same according to the official narrative and the cause are always the same.
It's just don't give people any access to guns and this won't happen.
Is it really that simple though?
It's not, and I think, just to tag on what you said, the desensitization of this is kind of sad that we don't even respond to it anymore.
Just statistically speaking, and a lot of people don't know this, is the last couple of years, you know, we're talking 21 and 22, there were over 600 of these mass shootings, and a mass shooting as defined by the statistical database that I looked at is four or more people.
Wow.
So this is a big deal.
We're not talking one or two, we're talking four.
Already this year, we're in the upper 500, so we're really on pace to surpass 600 again.
And that's three years in a row.
Now, the solution, obviously, as you noted correctly, is always it's the gun's fault.
But I've reminded people that, you know, the greatest mass murders in the history of our country were done with fertilizer and airplanes.
So the heart of mankind, Deanna, is one that has a tendency towards murder, towards killing, because remember, the first murder was Cain killing Abel, and obviously, murderous was in the heart of mankind, because on the Ten Commandments, the Sixth Commandment is, thou shalt not kill.
So there is a lot to this.
The solution is not simply legislating guns out of our hands and gun control.
Right.
So what do you think the causes of the rise in these shootings are?
It's obviously not just that people have access to guns, but what do you think some of the deeper causes are?
Well, I think the idea that we want to blame it on mental health is a little bit of a skewed narrative as well.
I really blame it on the increase in godlessness of society.
You know, when we started pulling God out of school, guns and knives, bombs, drugs came in.
We started pulling God out of government, corruption and love of money came in.
And we pulled God out of medicine.
Obviously, domination by big pharma or pharmakia or sorcery, I like to call it, came in.
And so you can see it all in all aspects of society.
We see it in the entertainment industry.
We have video games out there for children that are murderous, with intent, graphic, you know, terrible, horrible.
And I think, finally, the idea that we have perpetuated mental health as an excuse for violence is also a dangerous thing.
So the solution, I think, Dana, is really a multifactorial one.
I think it's got to begin with educational discussions just like this, that are honest, to realize that gun's not the problem.
It's the heart of mankind's the problem.
And how do we get community, law enforcement, government, even medicine together in the same room and really come up with solutions?
Because I can tell you from a mental health perspective, I don't believe that God created, you know, I don't believe that at all.
I think it's become one of the fallback things that we're looking for to find out what's wrong with mankind to create an excuse.
Therefore, it validates behavior.
Yeah, exactly.
I mean, when you're looking at most people who are shooting in their manifesto, there's so much hate.
They're filled with so much hate.
They're typically filled with so much anger.
And somebody who had a faith-filled upbringing and a solid family unit upbringing is probably not going to end up being a shooter and just randomly shoot people You know, and as if life just doesn't matter at all.
Life is worth something, and somebody who is godless doesn't realize that, you know?
And so, of course, they're going to be led astray to these kinds of dark pathways.
I remember back in my previous career, as a lot of people may or may not know, I was in law enforcement for more than two decades, and 10 years of that time on the SWAT team, and I've seen things With my own self, my own eyes, I've experienced things and death like this, this suicide by cop stuff, these mass shooters who seem to have no soul.
I've looked into the eyes of people that had no conscience, that had done horrendous, heinous things.
And you can't describe it.
It is brutal when you see it.
And it's also heartbreaking as well.
But you nailed it when you think about the absence of God and the presence of confusion.
When you pull out God out of mankind's heart, because we have a void there needing Him in the first place, Deanna, we have the idea of the absence of God.
In the absence of God, you've got things like perversion, confusion, anger, and hate.
It is all a symptom of the godlessness of our society.
And you know, when people hear that, They want to come back and say, well, the solution can't be that easy.
Well, okay.
Why don't we try it?
You know, why don't we try that for a solution?
Another solution people are coming up with are these red flag laws, which we had those in a partial capacity when I was in law enforcement.
People don't know what that is.
It basically says that if I report you, for example, of being a credible threat, you said to me in my presence, you said, hey, I want to go shoot up the The circus or whatever, and I've seen you with guns.
The police could come to your person, to your house, seize your guns, detain those guns, basically arrest those guns for a period of time, and try to get you some direction towards mental health counseling for a period of time until you go before a judge.
And those laws are in place in various states.
And certainly I have seen with my own, I have experienced with my own, you know, career, those being abused.
In other words, I'm mad at you and I know you like guns because your show is called Shots Fired.
So I want to punish you because you believe different than I do.
And I want to see your guns taken away and you cost a lot of money.
Again, there's no consequence for that because we can make up anything we want.
Exactly.
The blame on the guns is not the answer.
Do I think people need help these days?
Yeah, I do.
And the naysayers are going to go, well, you know, we do a red flag law, it might save one life.
It might.
I'll grant you that.
But how many lives are we not saving by not dealing with the true core issue that we're talking about today?
I submit it's in the millions and going into the future.
Want to hear some sad news for gun owners that you may not know?
Millions of concealed carrying gun owners have made a huge mistake with their holster.
Sadly, their holster is so uncomfortable, they've stopped using it.
Meaning their quest to defend themselves or others fails at the start.
That's why VNSH holsters are quickly becoming one of the most popular holsters ever in America.
Thousands of customers say it's the most comfortable holster ever, and when you get one, you will never stop carrying.
This holster also saves you money.
That's because it fits 99% of all semi-automatic handguns, it works without a tactical belt, lets you carry in multiple positions, and carries two fully-loaded magazines.
And best of all is that because you're a supporter of my show, you can get it for $50 off.
Just go to www.vnsh.com slash Deanna, that's D-E-A-N-N-A, to see if your gun will work for it and to activate your $50 off discount today.
Normally it's $130, but you'll get a steal as a shots-fire Deanna Lorraine supporter.
Again, go to www.vnsh.com slash Deanna today to claim your $50 off this incredible badass holster.
Right.
It's a bandaid.
I mean, putting a red flag laws in place is and that's why also I believe there's more, you know, transgender shooters and men, you know, obviously crazy shooters with mental health issues that they're trying so hard to push the red flag laws.
And it could be easy to say, well, the problem is all these mentally ill people or transgenders shouldn't get guns.
Easy.
No access to guns for these people.
But yeah, they're so heavily abused, these laws, because somebody might think I'm mentally ill because I don't believe in vaccines or because I believe in Christ.
I believe in homeschooling.
I'm a conservative.
And we know how quickly people are to say that conservatives now are domestic terrorists.
And if you don't believe in vaccines, then you're killing grandmas and you're killing babies.
So yeah, I mean, it's so dangerous because somebody is just so subjective.
You can say that I'm mentally ill, I can say that somebody else is mentally ill, and then all of a sudden they don't have access to guns.
Good people don't have access to guns.
And the bad people that are ill are going to get access to some kind of weapon if they want to, to begin with.
And it's a band-aid.
What's the core issue is these people are not, you know, they're lacking direction, they're lacking focus, and they're lacking faith, you know, God in their life and Christian values.
It has been said that those who don't have God have no peace, and I really believe that, you know, and And people that are listening right now, perhaps they don't have the same kind of faith we have, and that's fine.
But I think we can all agree that if a person's soul and the very being, the essence of who they are is at peace, they don't have hatred toward mankind because What I've seen in my experience in dealing with these personally in the past and it's been increasing intensity and so God bless our law enforcement today they have to deal with this They need to be never buy a meal again in my opinion when you're out there folks Make sure you bless those men and women tell them thank you because they don't get that enough
But I have seen this inward lack of peace in other words inward hatred and Turned outward into anger, outward into homicidal tendencies, and that right there is the core issue.
You mentioned a moment ago, transgender, on one hand, the people that want to support transgender, saying, okay, that's very normal.
But on the other hand, if the transgender is having emotional problems, okay, does that give them justification?
Let's understand that we're born male and female.
No matter what we think, no matter what hormones we bring on board, it doesn't change the DNA in the nucleus, which is the sex of the human being.
The sex has nothing to do with having long hair or lipstick or long manicure.
It has nothing to do with that.
It has everything to do with what DNA you have in your nucleus of all of the cells of your body.
We've just kind of lost our way in it.
And to me, it's heartbreaking when I think about the decay of our society when the very core issue goes back to, you know, the belief in God.
I mean, Ben Franklin said something like this.
I'm paraphrasing heavily.
We want freedom and liberty, but that's not possible without morality, without a moral compass.
And the moral compass is truly the awareness of God himself as a supreme being and supreme creator.
Exactly.
Amen.
And it's so true.
I mean, we started our country with the purpose, you know, of when the founding principle of freedom, of liberty, but at the same time, it was always understood that freedom is supposed to go along with having morality, a strong moral compass.
If we deteriorate that moral compass, then we don't have the reason and the morality to be responsible for that freedom.
And that's what we see today.
And yet the powers that be know that, right?
Satan is the father of chaos and confusion.
So when they are putting thoughts and ideas into the minds of five-year-olds saying that maybe they're really a girl if they're actually born a boy.
And maybe they're really unisex or pan-gender or whatever the hell these genders are.
Maybe, maybe, you know, they're bisexual, they're bigender.
That's going to cause chaos because confusion is leading them to chaos and, of course, down all these paths of darkness.
And too many parents don't see that.
Too many individuals don't see that.
And they're just willing to affirm their child or affirm these different types of different paths that are chaotic that they go down.
But you've got to understand all these paths, these chaotic paths are going to lead to confusion and then eventually darkness.
They cannot be a complete, happy, fulfilled person if they are so confused on the inside, like you said.
That's right.
And, you know, the rules we have, the Bill of Rights that we talk about all the time, we've talked about it a year before.
You know, these are guidelines.
They really are.
They're guidelines of sort of these rights and behaviors.
And the greatest gift God gave us, Deanna, was the ability to choose.
You know, we can choose to kill or choose not to kill.
But the bottom line is, rules don't fix things, right?
You can say, take away guns, it doesn't take away murder.
You can say, you know, take away this and that, and it doesn't take away this or that.
You know, these rules are out here to give us guidelines.
The Ten Commandments were there to give us guidelines, and there's not a person that's listening here that would say, I haven't broken one of the commandments.
I mean, stop.
We can't follow the guidelines.
Therefore, we have to have a God to give us grace, instruction, and strength To follow those guidelines.
And we can't do that on our own.
We have to have that relationship with God through Jesus.
And, you know, not to be all preachy, but that's really the answer.
That is the answer to the core issue of mankind's greatest needs.
And if we continue to look for the answers in the wrong places, it reminds me of an old country song.
Looking for love in all the wrong places.
And we're never going to find what we're looking for.
And therein lies the greatest dilemma of mankind's existence today.
Yeah.
Amen.
Very preachy, but well said and well preachy in a good way.
Always love your information, Dr.
Mark Sherwood.
Thank you so much again for coming.
Tell everybody again where they can find you and follow you.
Yeah, they can find us at sherwood.tv, Dan.
And I always appreciate the opportunity to come on your show and get a great audience out there.
And our whole mission, my wife and I, is to lead people down the pathway of true healing.
And yeah, we're functional, restorative, you know, clinicians and all of that.
But we're always talking about all these things because you can't critically think or critically discuss these issues if you're distracted by death, disease and sickness.
Yeah, exactly.
And the answer, really, the true answer for all this healing is through God, you know, getting closer to God, building your relationship with God, daily prayer, and understanding that, you know, through God will bring you through these things.
If you're confused, if you're gender confused, you know, if you're going through a dark path in life, really the answer is not more reading on Reddit or going down different transgender rabbit holes or changing your gender.
It's not shooting up a school.
It's getting closer, building your relationship with God, with your faith.
So I'm glad that you always have that, you know, in the background of your practice.
Yeah, just one thing I want to say to people.
If you see something, hear something, say something.
It's not, you know, if you have a child or somebody that's doing this, I mean, it's not trying to get things taken away from them.
It's trying to give them freedom.
And so don't shy away and think it's not your business because it's everybody's business.
It's all of our business.
It's all of our job.
It is.
It is all of our business.
Absolutely.
Because we're the ones affected by it.
We're all affected by it.
So it's all our business.
Thank you so much, Dr.
Mark Sherwood.
We really appreciate you coming on as usual.

Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, as we approach the holiday season, I want to highlight some interesting and horrific cases where children are being illegally taken away from their parents, from their loving homes, And into CPS and foster care system.
It's so disgusting.
And, you know, this should be a time where we're spending time with our families and holding our children close.
But so many families all across the U.S. do not have that experience and in fact are getting their children taken away right under their noses.
There was a very interesting lawsuit and trial that just ended a few days ago that a lot of the media isn't really touching, but it's important, and it's actually a monumental case, and it's the case of Maya.
Her name was Maya Walensky, and what happened here is that her parents took her in in a hospital in Florida, John Hopkins Hospital in Florida.
She had some stomach issues going on, and apparently she had some issues, some GI and stomach condition.
And of course, what happens?
CPS gets involved and claims child abuse by their parents and they illegally, falsely imprisoned their child.
They took her away into their custody and forced their own kind of treatment on this child for many months, would not let the parents have access to their child, would not let the parents see their child.
Under horrific conditions, even though their child was screaming out to see their parents.
And during those months that their mother and parents couldn't see their child, the mother sadly and tragically committed suicide because she said she couldn't bear not being with her daughter, not knowing if she was okay, and not having her in her custody and care.
So this is a horrific case and this is what happens when the state takes away your children and you as a parent don't have access to them and you don't know when you're going to see them again.
It can lead to suicide.
It can lead to devastating additional ripple effects of consequences that we don't even know about.
And of course the state does not care.
So this family was just awarded $200 million in this lawsuit and this trial that they did win, but of course there's so much collateral damage along the way that there were no winners here.
But it was a small victory in the eyes of getting more people to be aware of this issue of what happens.
When your child gets taken away.
And nobody knows this better than our guest right now.
Gabe Woolley is joining us who has a very similar story with his nephew being taken away by the state and he has yet to see him and it's been over five years.
This is the case of his documentary that his documentary highlights called Saving Clayton.
The best gift I've ever received in my life is the foundation that I had in my upbringing.
My parents used that property for us as a family and for the church.
They really wanted it to be a place of fellowship.
They totally kidnapped him out of our family, out of his whole support system, and put him in foster care.
And they were accusing us of things that didn't happen.
This couple is behind bars tonight, accused of sexually abusing a five-year-old, also under investigation in the death of a one-year-old.
Bill and Lisa Woolley were booked into the Wagner County Jail here on felony sexual assault charges after the investigation into the death of a 14-month-old living in their custody.
We're not able to come up with a reason why a 14-month-old baby died unexpectedly.
You always hear people talk wrong.
They were denied any due process at all.
The whole attitude with the detective was that I was the devil incarnate and the evilest person in the world.
Lead investigator, before he even got there, he had made the comment that he was on his way to a murder scene.
How big could this investigation be if they didn't talk to any of the people that cared for the child?
They charged originally with child abuse.
They couldn't make that stick.
So then they brought first-degree murder and child abuse, and they couldn't make that stick.
You probably didn't know, but the medical examiner's office, who you're speaking so highly of, they lost their accreditation 13 years ago.
Somebody that the prosecution state has used time and again to support their cases when he comes forward and says, hey, this couple did nothing wrong.
Why don't they believe their own expert?
Clayton was taken the day after Elijah had passed.
I feel like my life just stopped there.
All I want to do is see my son.
That's what I've been fighting for this whole time is to see my son.
Obviously, like, we've been completely financially wrecked, mentally wrecked, you know, emotionally wrecked.
I'm so grateful that I decided to live and not die because I feel like I've been given my life back.
I have just been amazed at how something like that could happen in the United States of America.
I'm not going anywhere.
I've got a grandson to fight for.
And we're joined today to extrapolate on this case and talk about his own story and why every parent needs to know what's really going on here.
So thank you so much, Gabe Woolley, for joining us on Shots Fired.
How are you doing, considering?
Obviously, it's a terrible question.
You know, I'm doing, you know, decent.
We've had ups and downs with the situation.
And I like the comparison of taking care of my because this is certainly not an issue that takes place just in Oklahoma.
But you talked about another story that is beyond our borders here in Oklahoma, where we've connected with a lot of families in other states.
So that really that documentary really hit home for us, similar to our documentary concerning DHS. So what happened with your story with Clayton?
Tell us the backstory, how it happened, and then we'll go from there.
Yeah, so Clayton is my biological uncle.
I'm an elementary school teacher in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
We live in Wagner County, Oklahoma.
In 2018, my parents, Bill and Lisa Woolley, had legal guardianship of my sister's two children, Clayton and Elijah.
Clayton was five years old.
Elijah was 18 months old.
Both of them had developmental delays because my sister had abused drugs while she was pregnant with them.
And so my parents took custody of the boys to give them a safe home while my sister was seeking drug rehabilitation.
And in 2018, Elijah passed away unexpectedly in his crib.
Likely, some people said from sudden infant death syndrome.
They did find pneumonia in the autopsy.
However, that was completely ignored by the prosecution.
So in 2018, when he passed away, my 17-year-old sister, Glory, and my mom were home.
My dad was at work and Clayton was already at school.
My mom was startled because she had seen that Elijah was in the same exact position that she had laid him the night before.
So it took her back a step and she approached him and picked him up and he was completely stiff.
She screamed.
My sister ran in from the room next door.
They called 911.
My sister, Gloria, at 17 years old, tried to perform CPR and they called the ambulance, tried to wave down the ambulance vehicles.
Wagner County officials came out.
What was really interesting about this is the ambulance there was there, the police was there, and a detective assistant was there.
The detective assistant called Danny Elliott, the Wagner County detective, before Danny Elliott had ever arrived to the scene.
And he told him, this looks like a case of SIDS, sudden infant death syndrome.
And Danny Elliott, the lead detective on this case, on the phone before he even arrived on the scene said, there's no such thing as SIDS, I'm on my way to a murder scene.
So he looked at the whole case through that lens because he has seen this before, sort of in his own words.
Wow.
It's tragic.
I mean, I can't imagine even being in that situation.
Were they able to detect if it was actually sudden infant death syndrome or if there was another cause or any other underlying conditions that caused his sudden death?
I mean, how old was he?
He was 14 months old and he was at the developmental age of about a nine month old because my sister abusing drugs while he was in her system.
He was delayed.
However, my parents went through great lengths to sort of catch him up with a lot of natural care and doctor care.
And just my mom did the same with Clayton.
She did the same with me when I was born with certain birth defects at the time.
And so the boys were actually doing well considering that, but they still ultimately were underdeveloped and having internal problems because of the drug abuse.
Got it.
A lot of people might You know, some of my audience might debate and say that, you know, sudden infant death syndrome is a cause from childhood vaccines.
It's a reaction that a lot of children, babies get from being injected with the vaccines.
There's a lot of toxins in the vaccines, aluminum and things like that.
And so, but we're not really here to debate whether SIDS exists, whether it's a reaction to childhood vaccines or not, because the fact is that the DCF Came in and just automatically assumed that your parents murdered this child, right?
Intentionally caused this child's death.
Just to set the record straight on that, Clayton and Elijah were not vaccinated.
My mom was very much against the vaccines at the time.
They were doing well in her care.
Obviously, the whole COVID vaccine became a thing, too.
We did not participate with that.
They did find with the autopsy pneumonia in his lungs, and they withheld that from us for a long time because it didn't prove their narrative.
Well, what could it be?
What could the pneumonia in the lungs be from?
I'm...
I'm not completely sure on that.
My mom would probably know more of that.
She took full care and medical treatment and everything and took care of that with Elijah.
I do know that a lot of the autopsy information was withheld from us from the defense.
We were the defense at that time by the prosecution, including testimonies were withheld for us for over two years and just kind of sloppy work being done.
So they ended up pressing charges of murder and child sexual abuse against my parents, Bill and Lisa Woolley, and put them in jail for eight months for a crime they didn't commit.
So they put them in jail for eight months And then what was the result?
So did they actually end up going to trial for murder or for sexual abuse or what was the result?
It never went to trial.
We learned that the prosecution didn't want it to go to trial because they knew they would lose because Clayton's testimony himself talks about how he wants to go home to our family, how he was safe there.
They did five About five interviews back to back with Clayton that night up till about 11 p.m.
on a school day well past his bedtime, which was against the rules.
They weren't supposed to do that, but they were trying to get something out of him to be able to press these charges.
Every testimony Clayton gave, and these are all recorded, exonerated my parents.
He talked about how safe he was at home.
He kept asking to go home.
He said there were more smiley faces than frowny faces in his house.
And the medical examiner report What they used to press the charges was a handwritten report where supposedly after these five interviews suddenly in a sixth one Clayton just burst out and admitted everything about his grandpa sexually abusing him and his grandma sitting in the living room and doing nothing what happens and all the neighbors walk in and kids and come play in and out of the house and everything's just normal they just are sitting there abusing Elijah and there's just this sloppy handwritten report by this sane nurse So
we learned that this Two-page handwritten report that was undocumented and suddenly they just lost their tape recorder when they decided to do a handwritten one.
They audio recorded all the interviews, but not this last one.
They did a handwritten report.
And that's the one they used to try to prosecute my parents.
Okay, got it.
Wow, that's crazy.
And so Clayton has now been in a foster home for the past five years?
He jumped around from foster homes for a while and he is now in a legal guardianship.
With a relative on his dad's side whom he's never known.
His dad's side didn't want anything to do with him.
They referred to him as your problem.
They wouldn't use his name.
But DHS offered her a paycheck.
We have reason to believe likely funded her lawyer.
She works a regular nine to five job and came to court after we sued her with the most expensive law firm in Oklahoma.
Wow.
Okay.
Wow.
And jumping from foster care, foster family to foster family before this legal guardianship, we're...
Were you guys able to visit him at all or have extended visitation with him?
There's no contacts.
However, my sister Desiree Woolley is the legal biological mother.
She has rights to see reports, like counselor reports and documentation of things.
She did do a few Zoom calls with him, but they cut those off because the foster mother on the video during the call, even with the counselor and everything present, started to tell Clayton You don't mean what you're saying.
Don't you remember what the Woolies did to you?
And Clayton would say on the video, no, that's not true.
And so then they cut it off because they realized letting Clayton have contact with any of us was getting him to say the truth about how he wants to go home and he was safe with the Wooley family.
So they immediately cut contact because they couldn't let that be documented.
Yeah, wow.
So you haven't been able to, like, they won't allow visitation with him?
No contact of any kind for five and a half years.
He was there one day, gone the next.
No contact with anyone he knows.
Not his church family, not any other relatives, not our relatives in Michigan that took custody, that offered to take custody of him and have PhDs and six figures and live states away.
There was absolutely no one tied to the Woolley family that they wanted to have contact with him because it would completely crash and crumble their story and their accusations of murder and child sexual abuse.
Wow, that's unbelievable.
And it's just so sad to have a child who's five years old one day, and then now he's 10 years old or 11 years old, and you don't know how he really is.
How is his well-being, you know, is he happy?
Is he healthy?
To not know that.
What's interesting is we do have reports because we have rescueclayton.com where you can give information, tell your story, or just contact us.
And Clayton's neighbors, we know where he lives.
Clayton's neighbors have written in and called us and said, I know Clayton.
He's my neighbor.
I see him.
I see your signs.
The billboards rescue Clayton all over the town.
I've heard of the Saving Clayton documentary.
I've watched the Rescue Clayton podcast.
Clayton's my neighbor and he runs away from home.
He's hiding between cars.
He plays with my son and talks about killing himself.
And this is documented.
We have audio recording of all of this.
RescueClayton.com has all the court documents, has all the reports from the neighbors, has all the Fox 23 news clips, where we want to be very transparent, because what we want is a clean DHS system that can call itself a true justice system in Oklahoma.
Hiding and having any sense of secrecy, even if it doesn't Look the best or do exactly what we want it to look.
If it's the truth, we want it to be out there.
So RescueClayton.com is very transparent and the Woolley family is very transparent, which is not what we're getting from the prosecution in Wagner County.
Yeah, I appreciate that.
I mean, yeah, so there's obviously playing devil's advocate.
People would say, oh, you know, if they're in a home where someone had drug abuse going on or the mother had drug abuse, that's easy prey for DCF Sure.
Interesting point that you say, where my sister started abusing drugs was what the family DHS has placed him in.
That's Clayton's biological father's side, and they were, in another life, drug dealers and drug abusers together in that home.
But that doesn't fit their narrative.
And I'm not saying that the guardian mother, his biological aunt, has him participated in that.
But I am saying, because I was in high school with my sister and I had seen things firsthand, that is where the drugs came from.
Exactly where DHS placed him.
But they just would do anything to not have him have contact with the Wooly family.
Yeah, it's so scary.
Once you have CPS or DSF in your life, you really can't shake them.
I mean, it's just an uphill battle from there because they will try to make any accusation possible, try to make something stick.
They pretend that they're fighting to reunify families for the well-being of the child, the best interest of the child.
But that's completely opposite of what their actions are, which are to destroy families and take Children away from loving homes into horrible homes or abusive homes, fractured homes, foster care system.
What we're noticing is that VHS seems to want to place these children in a home with someone that they can control.
So someone that they can fund and continue to give a paycheck because money is a big motivator.
Someone who will keep the children away from who they want to keep the child away from.
Someone who is easily susceptible to their influence.
And I want to be very clear, Rescue Clayton and the Woolley family are not anti-DHS. We are not anti-law.
We are pro-accountability.
Okay.
Got it.
Okay.
So, do you believe though, I mean seeing, I'm sure you've encountered other families who've had similar things happen to them, do you think that they're overzealous with taking children from homes and they're a little too heavy with their accusations?
Because to me, so many mothers that I've met that have gone through this or parents, Again, it's just taking a child to a hospital because they fell off of a bike or they accidentally hurt their head or something like that, take them to the hospital, boom, CPS or DSF gets involved and can take their children away.
Much like education, there's a dollar assigned attached to each child.
Judges and people get kickbacks or get money every child that they take and every child that they are, you know, protecting.
So it's very easy when you look at things through that lens to sweep up innocent people along with the guilty ones because you're looking at numbers here.
You're looking at a means to a product.
Right, exactly.
And I think from what I've been told too is that single mothers or, you know, Poor families, families that obviously aren't as wealthy and well-off, they seem to be a target of them because they're harder to fight back.
They don't have as many resources, they don't have as much support, and it's harder to fight back when your child gets taken away from a very, very powerful system.
Certainly.
And the Wooley family definitely doesn't come from money.
We were a middle to lower class our whole lives.
And it was a family effort to raise Clayton and Elijah.
We were in and out of the house every day raising him.
Glory did it full-time when she was 17.
I helped full-time for a while until I went to college.
We had a church family.
We had relatives and we have the community who we were very transparent with our whole life.
Everybody babysat Clayton.
He went to daycare.
He went to school.
There's no secrecy.
When you have a child in an abusive home, you try to hide that abuse.
You are not in the community amongst everybody, letting them change your children's diapers, letting them go to play dates and daycare.
So everybody had already known the character of the Woolley family.
When they heard this, it didn't sound right.
So, you know, being prayerful and thoughtful and then looking into it, it was a very quick, easy understanding that these were false allegations.
And then when it came out that we were being targeted for our Christian faith, that was another red flag for people by that detective Danny Elliott.
Okay, can you speak a little bit more about that?
Our audience would probably be interested in getting targeted for your Christian faith.
So it's called the prosecution, but we started using the term persecution a lot when we realized how interesting this case was with our family.
But...
Danny Elliott, the detective out of Wagner County, goes around and interviews people individually.
He interviewed all of us separately.
And then he had to go out to Shakota, Oklahoma, where Desiree was in her facility, her drug rehabilitation.
She had graduated the program and was an employee of the facility now.
She was doing very well.
She had housing.
She had a full paycheck.
She had a car.
She had all her documentation.
She was prepared to have Clayton in the facility built for mothers to be with their children and to continue working full time, approved by DHS.
But they wouldn't let that happen.
This detective, Danny Elliott, went out and interviewed my sister.
And then he went out and interviewed our pastor.
Two separate interviews aren't recorded, documented.
We have that.
And he started to realize we were a Christian family.
Everyone started to he started to interview people that knew us.
And a lot of them were from church or a lot of them were for a church we used to go to before we moved on to another one.
A lot of them were part of a Bible study or part of just our neighbors and community.
And our faith has always been a big part of our life.
You know, just my parents raised us like that.
And so he started to notice that, this detective.
And he started to say, I know your family is a Christian family, but let me tell you a story.
I entrusted my niece to deacons of our church when I went away to school and they ended up sexually abusing her.
So I don't think your family is any better than they are.
And so we realized at that point we were being targeted with a vendetta because specifically because of our Christian faith.
Then he went on to say the same thing in a separate interview with Mary Beth McElroy, our pastor at Kingdom Rain International.
He didn't think we were any better than the family that ended up molesting his niece that he entrusted to deacons of his church just because we go to church and are a Christian family and everyone seems to back up our story and believe in us.
Wow.
Wow.
Unbelievable.
And I do know it seems to be that Christians or people who lean more right politically or those who don't vaccinate their children are also targets of DSF and CPS. Yeah, it's really interesting.
You know, I know that God works all things out for good, and we believe that, and we're seeing that through this process, but it is definitely something that we need to be taking care of as a system, as a nation, and as a state, on a legal matter, and on the political aspect of things, things because I believe that is part of what God wants is all alignment for the kingdom.
Legal aspects, family, politics, everything is with a purpose.
There's nowhere you should go that your faith should separate from you, even if it's internal.
I'm a teacher and I don't have to say it out loud.
It's part of who I am.
But we are being targeted in many realms for that.
Absolutely.
Wow.
Well, thank you so much for sharing your story.
I hope that you're able to get Clayton back in your possession and your family.
Tell everybody again where they can follow you, where they can watch this documentary and follow your journey.
Absolutely.
So they can go to rescueclayton.com.
There's a link to the Saving Clayton documentary there on the documentary tab.
I also host, direct, and publish the Rescue Clayton podcast, which is a documentary-style podcast.
So mom and dad spent eight months in the Wagner County Jail, and in the podcast, they talk about their time in jail.
And in the documentary, they talk about more of the criminal side and the aspect of things.
But I'm also on social media.
My name is Gabe G. Woolley, W-O-O-L-L-E-Y. And on all other social media, Gabe Woolley, G-A-B-E-W-O-O-L-L-E-Y. Again, we're very transparent with things.
We want people to be reaching out to us on social media.
You can find us on X or Twitter.
You can find us on Instagram and Facebook.
We are looking into making another documentary.
I work with Red River now as a second job, and we do podcasts and documentaries, and we're wanting to go around to other states and interview a national DHS perspective.
Yeah, absolutely.
Thank you.
All right.
Well, it's good that we're shedding important light on this critical issue that is happening under so many parents' noses because you never know who could be a target next.
You think your home is safe.
You think your children are safe.
Next minute, they're gone by a false accusation.
Absolutely.
And thank you so much for your time here.
And I look forward to seeing this and I look forward to this helping other parents.
I know my parents, Bill and Lisa Woolley, are very interested in continuing to spread the word on this because it wasn't until the media started broadcasting things and the citizens started speaking up that they were released from jail.
And it won't be until the citizens and media start speaking up and putting pressure on these systems that Clayton comes home.
Exactly.
Thank you.
All right, thank you so much, guys.
We'll be right back right after these messages.
Don't go anywhere.
All righty, that's all the time we've got for today.
