LIVE: Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital To Face EXTREME ACCOUNTABILITY For Murder Of Grace Schara

	Grace was phenomenal.
	She loved everyone and she loved everything.
	She was my best buddy.
	She went hunting with me.
	We got her a red convertible when she turned 18 and it was just a joy.
	We'd get out on the highway and she would say, let her rip dad.
	And so we would.
	We found out that we were blessed with Grace having Down syndrome when she was born.
	Down syndrome is actually the presence of a third 21st chromosome, which she called her love chromosome, because everybody that knows a child with Down syndrome, they just love unconditionally.
	Down syndrome did not stop Grace whatsoever.
	There wasn't a thing she didn't do.
	She rode horse, she played violin.
	My wife, who's gifted in teaching, taught her how to read and write.
	The things that Grace taught me were really above and beyond whatever I taught her.
	I say thank you.
	Thank you very much.
	Accountability is God's job.
	But it's not solely God's job.
	No, it's our job too.
	We will be the plan.
	We are never going to give up!
	When the truth is known to the entire world, we are going to have extreme accountability.
	Good evening and welcome to the Stu Peters Show.
	So we have given a lot of attention on this program to the inspiring story of Scott Scherra.
	You've maybe seen him on our show before.
	He's the dad on a crusade for justice after fake doctors murdered his 19-year-old special needs daughter, Grace, with a lethal cocktail of drugs after placing her on a do-not-resuscitate order.
	Scott was forcibly removed from the hospital by armed guards.
	His wife had to watch her daughter die via FaceTime on an iPad because they literally would not allow her into the hospital.
	As Scott has explained on this program before, his daughter was murdered for being disabled and for being unvaccinated.
	The hospital has desperately tried to dismiss his case, but so far they've failed.
	Instead, Scott's lawsuit has gone further and further, and last week, Scott and his legal team won their most important legal victory yet.
	They survived their final motion to dismiss.
	So, this case is now headed to a full civil jury trial, which has the potential to completely remake legal precedence for malpractice.
	If Scott is able to prevail, it will become far, far easier to win justice for all of the people hurt and killed by malicious and tyrannical and pro-death doctors over the last three years.
	This isn't just about justice for Grace Shera.
	This is about justice for everyone.
	Karen Kingston is closely following this case and she joins us now.
	Karen, long time no see.
	Thank you so much for coming back.
	We broke this story a long time ago here on the program.
	I mean, Scott is just an amazing fighter.
	So many dads would just lay down and fetal position themselves, probably off themselves.
	I mean, this guy is really out here fighting on the front lines.
	Yeah, he is.
	And he had a major victory on Monday, October 30th.
	People don't understand how groundbreaking this is.
	Judge McInnes, who is the judge in Wisconsin, basically dismissed all of the defendants.
	So Ascension Healthcare, which is a $30 billion jiggernaught, St.
	Elizabeth's Hospital and their staff, including Dr.
	Shokar and Dr.
	Miranda, if I'm saying that last name correctly, basically dismissed All of their claims for a motion to dismiss.
	So they are moving forward, and this is what's so critical, with a lawsuit for wrongful death, for lack of informed consent, for negligence, and for battery, and then declaratory judgment.
	And what makes this case so different than any other medical malpractice case in history is that the battery is not covered under medical malpractice laws or insurance because they never gave Grace or her parents Any consent, informed or otherwise.
	And so what the doctors were saying is like, well, lack of informed consent is covered under Wisconsin 655, so, you know, you have to put a cap on how much you can sue us for and it's going to be covered by malpractice.
	And what Scott Scherer's attorneys argued was, no, intent matters.
	You can't go into a hospital and have physicians not tell you how they're going to treat you, simply not tell you that they're going to inject you with a trifecta cocktail of lethal drugs.
	Grace was literally injected with what they call end-of-life drugs.
	Straight out of the legal briefing, which I recommend every personal injury attorney Around America, download and read this briefing and memorize it.
	But it says right here, the allegations of the amended complaint supported punitive damage regarding plaintiff's battery claim after an unauthorized do not resuscitate was placed on record and her power of attorney, meaning Grace's, was removed from the premises.
	That was her father, removed by an armed guard.
	Grace was injected with morphine, Ativan, and Presidex.
	These are end-of-life drugs.
	Without her or her power of attorney's knowledge or consent, these actions killed her.
	As alleged, this conduct is willful, wanton, and reckless.
	So they have nowhere to hide.
	And if there are attorneys, again, take a look at the legal briefing.
	I know you guys have links to it.
	It's linked in my substack.
	This is what a great attorney does in court in regards to arguing for his client, the plaintiff, you know, the victim, Grace Shera.
	Defendants, so he's saying the doctors at St.
	Elizabeth's Medical Hospital and the nurses want this court to rule that a patient with Down syndrome can be intentionally restrained, intentionally deprived of advocacy, intentionally administered deadly sedatives, they knew they were going to cause death, all without consent, and these actions are simply medical negligence?
	Submitting battery under chapter 655, which is assuming this is malpractice and there was no intention, in such a way would make a hospital walled gardens where any intentional misconduct would be treated as simple negligence.
	Indeed, defendant Murata, who's the doctor, envisions a world where there is no common law claim for the failure of health care providers to obtain consent that falls out of malpractice.
	In this world, an unethical and financially motivated physician may administer deadly drugs without consent for malign purposes, including making room for new patients or adhering to diagnostic-related codes for financial benefits.
	The physician's liability would be limited to malpractice and even the liability would be subject to insurance coverage.
	And the judge said no.
	If you intend to murder someone so that you want to free up a hospital bed or there's a diagnostic related code such as putting them on a ventilator, you're going to get an extra bonus.
	And that's why you're doing it.
	You cannot hide behind any laws that protect you as a doctor.
	A license to practice medicine is not a license to kill.
	Not only does this shatter the malpractice laws, Scott Shera was able to shatter the willful misconduct alleged liability under the PrEP and POPRA Act under an EUA law.
	So it is just tremendous what he has done.
	So when Grace was administered, they first put her on Presidex, which was used to typically intubate someone and put them on a ventilator.
	They said, no, don't do that.
	Then, after he was removed, on October 13th, her sister was there, Jessica, and Dr.
	Shokar called the parents and said, oh, well, we want to put her on a feeding tube.
	They said, don't do that.
	And they refused to have her be put on a ventilator.
	While he was on the phone with her, he had a nurse double her dose of Presidex, causing her heart to slow down, causing her oxygen levels to go down.
	He then ordered her to be put on morphine and Ativan, Her sister at 7.20 p.m.
	on October 13th, that same day, noticed she became cold and chilly.
	She told the nurse.
	The nurse said, oh, that's normal.
	Then her sister called her parents on FaceTime and they literally said, we did not order a DNR. Save our daughter, Grace.
	They could have given her a drug to reduce the morphine.
	And eight minutes later, she died.
	And they had a guard standing outside of her room while that happened.
	This was murder.
	And the judge says intent matters.
	And here's the thing, too.
	If you take a look at how much malpractice suits usually succeed, only 15% ever favor the patient.
	One third of them are less than $100,000.
	Less than 12% are over 1 million and less than 4% are over 2 million.

	The case here is going to trial next year, and they're seeking $1 billion.
	That's wonderful.
	First of all, I have such a hard time when Scott's on this program, and you just kind of re-visualizing, re-explaining what happened.
	Think about this.
	Your daughter Is literally locked in a room under armed guard while she's killed.
	Yeah.
	And you're begging for the doctor to save her and they're just actively, no, we are murdering your daughter and you're going to watch this on a freaking iPad.
	So a billion dollar lawsuit is great.
	And I hope that they get every single last penny of that.
	When are these doctors going to be held to extreme accountability?
	And think about how many millions and millions of times this story was repeated over again, whether it was somebody's aunt or their mother or their daughter or their sister, their neighbor, their loved ones.
	I'm just so ready for people to start having this conversation about holding these people to extreme account.
	I agree with you.
	Grace, Shara, I've talked to Scott a few times.
	She was a beautiful 19-year-old child of God.
	She loved God, Jesus, her cats, Cruz and Tony.
	She rode horses.
	She snowmobiled.
	She could name all 50 states and capitals.
	She could drive a car.
	She played the violin.
	I mean, she was this beautiful soul.
	I mean, she embodied how God wants us to love one another.
	It was impossible for her to tell a lie.
	She was never critical of people, always encouraging.
	And just a blessing to everyone that she came in contact with.
	And now when, you know, God's children are, you know, people who are our sisters, our daughters, our mothers, our fathers, our brothers, our nephews, you know, nieces, they go into the hospital and they're simply treated as a financial exchange for murder.
	And, you know, the number of days that you survive in the hospital is based on the reimbursement codes.
	And it's evil and it's wrong.
	And what is so amazing about this case is that the judge has a heart after God.
	The judge was saying, no more hiding behind these laws.
	If you violate God's laws, you know, the Sixth Commandment, Do not murder.
	You will be held to account.
	And this is going to open up a tidal wave of suits, but it can also open up suits of criminal lawsuits against these physicians to face criminal charges as well.
	Now, this is a civil suit, but it does not mean that a criminal suit cannot follow.
	And it'll open it up for the COVID-19 The battery and assault and murder that many physicians caused innocent adults and children during COVID-19.
	The cops in Wisconsin need to be marching into that hospital and taking these people into custody.
	Probable cause.
	There is probable cause to arrest these people for murder.
	The drugs are...
	It's all documented what they did to this girl.
	It's all documented.
	There's no hiding behind anything anymore.
	These cops need to go marching in there or the U.S. Marshals and they need to arrest these people.
	And they need to be held accountable for their actions.
	This is malicious murder.
	It was premeditated.
	It was done with intent.
	They have the civil suit first, and I'm sure a criminal suit will follow with that.
	But I hope attorneys use this template to bring civil charges against hospitals, nurses, and doctors across this nation.
	Who knowingly administered treatments, drugs that they knew were going to result in disease, disabilities, and death, and did so knowingly for purposes of compensation.
	We don't know how many millions of Americans and innocent children have died during this COVID-19 You know, and Scott has even updated people saying now when you're admitted to the hospital, they ask you questions like, were you vaccinated?
	Did you go to church?
	You and I covered almost two years ago the vaccine patent and the World Health Organization that would determine whether or not you got a more potent vaccine, whether or not you went to church or not.
	The hospitals have turned into killing fields.
	And America is waking up to it, and so are judges, and hopefully law enforcement will too.
	We called these things a bioweapon.
	Laquita Columna and their graphene oxide findings, you came on this program.
	We called this murder for money.
	We called this killing for cash.
	We called these the modern-day progressive ovens.
	We called them concentration camps.
	We called them the killing fields.
	And everybody said, Karen Kingston, that you and Stu Peters were being hyperbolic.
	And now look, now look, a billion dollar lawsuit looks to be in favor and there's a judge on the side of justice.
	I just, I'm so hopeful and so thankful for Scott Shera and his just undying, unrelenting, fervent fight for justice, not just for his daughter.
	He has really shouldered and put on his back the weight of every single person in this country that was murdered in hospitals just like his daughter was.
	We owe him a tremendous amount of gratitude.
	And yes, attorneys everywhere, if you're worth anything near your salt, please go and find this complaint, go and find this affidavit that was done, and please start helping people in this way.
	His attorneys are great.
	They are.
	I recommend people even print out the legal briefing and then hot off the press the judge ruling saying that they are not going to dismiss these charges.
	They are going to allow them to move forward with charges of battery against these physicians, charges of wrongful death, and they're not going to dismiss the informed consent.
	So I would go around to hospitals and pediatrician's office and I drop off a copy of this legal briefing and a copy of the judge's order and say, You know.
	You're next.
	We told you you did not have the authority, you know, to harm us and our children, and you didn't listen.
	And the time is coming.
	How many people feel that they're never going to get justice for the murder of their loved ones?
	Now you can.
	Yes, print this off.
	Go tell the fake poison-pushing murderous doctors, you're next.
	And then go hire a competent attorney that's brave enough to take your case.
	That's another problem here that we have.
	The lack of testicular fortitude in the legal system.
	They feel like they're up against a wall here.
	But now there's a precedent.
	Thanks to Scott Shera and thanks to Grace.
	I mean, she is an angel who's now going to be able to bring justice for millions of people that were killed, thousands, hundreds of thousands, tens of thousands of people that were killed, as long as we have an attorney or attorneys, plural, that are going to come and help people.
	I bet this law firm in Wisconsin is going to be very busy after people look at this affidavit and figure out who it is.
	But good for them.
	I hope they make tens of millions of dollars representing people in these billion-dollar lawsuits all over the place.
	And then we're going to have extreme accountability.
	These people are going to face justice in a major way.
	Really appreciate it.

	My final words is, I think Scott is the example of, we need to take responsibility for protecting our children and our communities.
	And he did not take no for an answer, and he kept fighting.
	And that's what we all need to do.
	We need to simply keep fighting, because evil will not stop itself, and it will not back down when you face it, but you need to stand up and stand strong.

	This is a monstrous lawsuit.

	And that brings us to the case of Amanda Shea.
	During the Trump years when Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell were colluding to not fund President Trump's border wall, conservative activists came up with a great idea.

	Walls aren't that expensive, really, especially if you don't have to use government contracts.
	So just buy land along the border and let's put up the wall ourselves.
	Tens of millions of dollars were raised for this.
	And they actually did build miles of wall.
	Our initial plan when we raised this money was to be able to get the money to build the wall for the president.
	And ultimately we realized that wasn't going to happen.
	It was impossible to give the federal government any money from the GoFundMe.
	And so we came up with a plan of how could we use that money for the intended purpose.
	And all the donors were telling me, you know, you need to do something with this money.
	Don't give it back.
	There were some issues that they were going to have to transfer the money, and they were saying, no, you're not going to get it back, and I told them keep it, as a lot of others did.
	And we came up with a plan, you know, let's just try to build this wall ourselves.
	So that's why we created a non-profit.
	We built the wall, Inc., and we moved all the funds over to the non-profit with GoFundMe's help, and that's what started this entire process back in January when the non-profit started.
	It is heartwarming.
	Just to know that there's enough people that care for American citizens first and that that's the way we need to keep it.
	And people need to come here the right way.
	So enough Americans care about their own country and care about one another that they're able to build the wall.
	But then the DOJ swooped in and claimed that it was a fraud.
	Even though the literal wall was right there, you could look at it, you could touch it, you could see it.
	But despite that, the group was shut down and organizer Tim Shea was put on trial.
	And the first time through it ended in mistrial, the jury refused to convict him.
	But it didn't matter.
	The DOJ simply ran a redo, double jeopardy.
	And on the second pass, they convicted him.
	And then, after bringing a completely unprecedented case, they imposed a ludicrous, unprecedented sentence of more than five years.
	That's a key part of this.
	Nobody is more hateful than the left.
	So when they fight to make sure literal murderers avoid prison time, they bring down sentences of five years for fundraising, or 20 years for walking into the Capitol.
	Amanda Shea is Tim Shea's wife, and she's fighting to vindicate him, and she joins us now.
	Amanda, thank you so much for coming.
	We appreciate you being here.
	Thank you for having me.
	This is, I mean, a prison sentence for fundraising to secure our country?
	Yeah, you wouldn't expect it because it's not, you know, out there committing crimes.
	We raise money, we build a wall on private land.
	Not only one wall, but two walls.
	And we scouted out more property to build more walls also on private land.
	This wasn't government land.
	The wall is there.
	They've made people believe that the wall is not there.
	I can give the address to where you can go find it.
	Now, I was one of the founders of We Build a Wall, and my husband was a real estate agent.
	He helped scout the land, find the land, speak with the people who wanted to protect their own property, their ranches that they've had in their families for years are being infiltrated.
	So he did that, and then he was a very, very minor part.
	Then I think what it came down to is that Steve Bannon was part of our program.
	He was a big spokesman for our program.
	He was also indicted with my husband and Brian Kovach, who was the founder, and then one other.
	He did get a pardon from the president.
	However, the others didn't.
	My husband decided to use his constitutional right to fight these charges that were brought against him for no reason.
	They wrongfully charged him and they found out later that they wrongfully charged him when they rolled up the indictment with the wrong charges and then they prosecuted him on that.
	They found him guilty In the second prosecution, as you mentioned, the first one, it was a hung jury in the Southern District of New York, which has a 96% conviction rate.
	Among the people in New York, first off, they couldn't find any people that felt defrauded because the money was used to build that, to build the wall, and they convicted him anyway.
	Because they...
	They fought the trial the first time.
	It was a hung jury.
	They immediately rescheduled a new trial and tried him again.
	And then it took a matter of a week of a second trial.
	This has been now three and a half years of fighting this.
	And then they've committed him.
	Now he's sitting in federal prison in Denver, and he's on his second week of a five-year sentence.
	And there's people like Hunter Biden and other people that are out there that have done egregious crimes that are just skating free.
	When he didn't do any crime at all.
	How nervous should anybody be at this point anymore?
	I mean, if you're a Christian or if you're a conservative, if you have a show like mine, Steve Bannon, you mentioned, I mean, the guy was indicted for being a supporter of your group.
	I mean, this is very, very serious, very concerning.
	They're going to just start putting all of us in prison.
	I think that that's the message, is that they want to shut everybody up.
	They want to have everybody kept in line.
	They want the establishment to reign supreme.
	They want everybody to just follow along their lead and not try to take any matters into their own hands.
	Building a wall was the ultimate show of the power of the people.
	And that's what America is built on.
	But apparently they want to make sure that...
	People don't have power.
	You don't have freedom.
	And if you try to use your constitutional rights to a fair trial, they're going to hit you with a longer sentence than anybody else that was even charged.
	So that's why he was punished to a further degree than others who are also sitting in prison.
	So three of the four people that were indicted are all in prison, my husband of which has got the longest sentence and was not even really involved in it at all.
	So you can't speak out and they'll punish you and make an example of if you do to put the fear and everybody else not to speak out and do anything Yeah, so when we say that we want to uphold the rule of law that's called extremism when we call for maximum extreme accountability For murderers who literally unleashed a bioweapon and killed kids innocent children across the entire country that is Yeah.
	And it's dangerous hate speech and anti-Semitic talk.
	But when we want to do something good for our country and the other side says, no, we're just going to make up out of whole cloth unprecedented criminal charges, crimes that nobody's ever even heard of.
	Take Donald Trump, for example.
	Your husband now.
	Five years in prison.
	And by the way, federal prison time, you serve every single day of that.
	There's no early release for good time.
	There's no serve 60%, house arrest, none of that.
	No, no, no.
	You serve your entire prison sentence He literally went to prison for helping to try to keep kids in this country safe from physical invasion I mean, irony is not lost, also, that we have this wide-open, egregious border that's been flooded.
	Our country is changing the way it looks entirely.
	And we're trying to stop that.
	Now even the president, the current president of the United States, is saying, oh, hey, he's actually starting to build wall again.
	But yet you have people sitting in prison with drug dealers and kingpins and all these other people who did exactly what they said that they were going to do with the money.
	And then the government, by the way, took the rest of the money that was left over that was meant to use to build more well.
	And that's now been absorbed into the federal government, which who knows where that's going to go?
	Probably to house all the illegals that are now flooded across the country.
	And yeah, so I think that it's mostly that they just want to make sure they want to keep everybody in their place, keep everybody in line.
	And even at trial, and not just my husband's trial, but in the other trials, it was said, how dare you do what the government is supposed to do?
	Well, the government are hired officials.
	They're hired by us.
	And how are we supposed to say, how dare you do what the government's supposed to do?
	This is America.
	What is the actual crime that Tim was convicted of?
	They convicted him of money laundering and conspiracy.
	Now, on the conspiracy charge, they said that he was conspiring to defraud all these donors.
	And they said he was conspiring with Steve Bannon.
	Now, mind you, my husband has never spoken one word to Steve Bannon.
	He doesn't know Steve Bannon personally.
	He's never had a conversation with Steve Bannon, so there's no way he could even have conspired.
	And then as far as money laundering goes, I mean, that's just the most broad charge you can give somebody when all else fails.
	Remember that Donald Trump conspired to overthrow the government by a violent coup d'etat when he just simply recommended that people go watch a news broadcast.
	Right.
	This is happening to people.
	When I say they're coming for you on this program, people go, oh God, he's just being super hyperbolic.
	No, no, no.
	They are coming for us.
	They are coming for us.

	And there's no signs of it slowing down.
	So what do you think is the solution to this?
	I think conservatives as a whole and anybody who really cares about their country needs to just not be so afraid.
	We have to be bold in what we do.
	I mean, if this could happen to my husband, who is an upstanding member of society, an upstanding member of our church, a very active, lifelong Christian, a father, we live in the suburbs, then it could really happen to anybody.
	He's not even a political person.
	He's not an outspoken political person, but he's being held as a political prisoner.
	So what we have to do is we have to start to say, no, this isn't going to stand anymore.
	Now, the problem is, is that Democrats are more likely to fight.
	They're more likely to be more outspoken.
	But I think people are so afraid now, especially after what happened with the January 6th people, that they don't want to do anything.
	And so we always hear these talks of a civil war, and we certainly wouldn't want to call for that.
	But it's time to take our country back.
	And, you know, unfortunately, it's going to be a tough battle ahead, but you can't be afraid.
	Yeah, we have to make the same sacrifices that were made in 1776.
	We're not just entitled to some free country after all of the sacrifices that were made by those that came before us who said, no, we're not going to deal with a tyrannical government.
	We're going to have a government that's representative of the people, that upholds and does the bidding of the people, and we're going to allow these constitutional, inherent, inalienable, God-given rights, by the way.
	Your government doesn't give you these rights.
	And until we have a government that's representative of the people, our Constitution tells us what to do with a government that is tyrannical and that's oppressive to those rights that we just mentioned.
	And that's to abolish it.
	That's to abolish it, to tear it down, to dismantle it, to do away with it, and then to replace it with a government that's representative of the people.
