Well, as we know, we've been covering the topic of childhood vaccines and its link to autism and the widespread epidemic, really, of children with autism now in America that's never been seen before.
And we've been exploring that with a number of people that have had their own stories.
But the guest joining us right now has a really unique story.
Maya Hahn is a speech-language pathologist, and she's joining us today.
She's the special events coordinator for the Children's Health Defense, and she has been an autism specialist since the 1990s.
But she has a very unique angle to this story that I want to share with you, and it's very important to highlight.
So, Maya, welcome to Shots Fired.
How are you?
Thanks, Deanna.
I'm good.
Thanks for having me.
Awesome.
It's great to be here.
Unfortunately, under these circumstances, but it's really important that you're sharing your story so that you can warn more parents.
And the only way that a lot of parents will listen is if they hear stories from another mother, from another parent, instead of watching the news or seeing things on social media.
So first, tell everybody a little bit about what you currently do and what your expertise are in this area.
Well, I'm a mother, an activist, and I put on national events for the organization Children's Health Defense.
And I've been an autism specialist, speech-language biologist for about 27 years, specializing in autism.
And yeah, first and foremost, I guess I'm a mom, but I want to believe that people really truly want real information.
And I work very hard to get information to parents specifically so that they can be educated and make informed decisions for their kids and their kids' health.
Amazing.
So what made you become or what made you decide to become a speech-language pathologist and then wanting to specialize in autism?
Well I was an autism specialist prior to becoming a speech pathologist actually.
In the mid-1990s there was a cluster of children in Medford, Oregon who had regressed.
They were typically developing kids and this group of kids had regressed into autism and they were searching for people to help them and this was a time When autism was so rare that most medical doctors weren't even comfortable diagnosing it.
They had never seen it before, they didn't know how to diagnose it, they weren't sure, and so parents were flocking to universities trying to figure out what had happened to their kids that one day they were speaking and engaging and laughing, and the next day they were regressing and became nonverbal autistic.
And so this group of parents found each other through this journey and found out that all of their kids in this particular area had regressed and they all regressed after a vaccine.
And that's where I came on board and I was trained through the grad program there at Southern Oregon University to help these kids in their homes try to get back some of those basic skills.
And after that, I moved on to become a speech pathologist because really these kids were not learning language, learning to talk.
These are severely to profoundly affected children.
And that's where my journey really started.
Wow.
Yeah, I have a friend who has a boy that's three and a half years old, and he's just not talking at all.
And I'm pretty sure that we're pretty sure he's on the autism spectrum because it's all of this This regression happened after, I think it was the MMR vaccine, and he was a normal functioning kid before that.
But now he's just basically mute.
He talks a little bit here and there kind of to himself, but he doesn't babble.
He certainly doesn't say any words really and just doesn't communicate, especially for being a three-and-a-half-year-old.
You would want by three and a half definitely to have a lot of communication, a lot of language, a lot of engagement on three and a half year old child.
So definitely need an evaluation there.
Right.
So, all right.
So now let's get a little bit more personal to your story here.
So you specialize, you're a speech language pathologist specializing in children with autism and a lot of vaccine injured children with autism.
And then tell us where your story begins with your own children.
Right, so this was, you know, the beginning of my career and my first exposure to autism was vaccine injury.
The consistent narrative was the MMR. And so as I continued on, I finally got married and we decided to have children.
I was really worried more about the MMR than any of the other vaccines.
And didn't really have a lot of information back then and trusted our doctors and trusted that what I was seeing in my patients was really still one in a million.
It felt like a lot because that's what I was, you know, working with day in and day out.
But the risk to us, in my understanding, was that it was more risky to not get vaccinated than it was to get vaccinated and potentially have an adverse reaction that could cause autism.
And so my family and my husband and I decided to vaccinate our kids.
And we did do a delayed schedule, and we did delay that MMR. The MMR was the one that was really scary to me.
And I continued to vaccinate my child, continued to vaccinate my child.
My first son had son number two.
And at two and a half, my first son regressed into autism.
And I can tell you, my son prior to two and a half years of age was not autistic.
The narrative that all kids are born with autism.
Well, I'm an autism specialist.
I know how to recognize and diagnose autism.
And my son was not autistic prior to two and a half years of age.
But my biggest regret of my life was that I didn't do enough research to even understand what to look for with vaccine injury.
I didn't even understand that vaccine injury can have a delayed response.
I didn't know that there were a variety of different conditions that could be happening and warning signs that a vaccine was causing my son issues.
I later discovered that my son was having adverse reactions after every single vaccination visit.
Within a week, he would be back at the pediatrician's office with some kind of an illness, some kind of a rash.
Sometimes he would be hospitalized with high fevers, strange motor patterns that we just did not recognize that were associated with The vaccines that he had just gotten.
How did you not...
I have to say, like, how did you not connect the dots and think this is the only new thing that's been introduced into his body, into his system, and he's having these reactions, but you didn't think that that was a vaccine reaction?
No.
I mean, really, unless it was directly after the vaccine, like that night, to me, it was out of mind.
You know, kids get sick.
I was told, you know, the chronic vomiting, the chronic diarrhea, you know, the gastrointestinal issues, all of that, I was told were normal, you know, that that was just part of raising a child.
I was a first-time mom and just trying to figure out how to take care of kids.
And the pediatrician was constantly, you know, part of that partnership of trying to just help our sick kid.
And never did it even occur to me that those were related to the vaccines.
And even when my son regressed into autism, his regression happened 21 days after his vaccine.
And I did not put the pieces together, even then.
I told myself that there couldn't possibly have been the vaccines in this particular case because my son was fine after his vaccines.
Yes, he always spiked a fever, high fevers.
My kid always had very high fevers, wasn't able to sleep, you know, after his vaccines, but I was told that was normal.
And the regression, truly, I never made that connection until my third child, my daughter, Who had the most significant reaction of all, and it was that night after her two-month shots that I finally unraveled all those pieces and figured out that all three of my children were vaccine injured.
Wow.
Okay, so after the first one, you said it was a delayed response.
He started regressing at two and a half.
After 21 days, day 21, post his vaccines, that's when the regression happened.
And what I found out later, now that I know, is that actual neurological regressions are more common within that two-week period.
Two weeks is the highest peak of a neurological regression.
But because of that delay, most Parents and pediatricians specifically don't recognize that that is an adverse reaction to the vaccines that they were given two weeks prior.
Wow, wow, wow.
It just feels so criminal that these pediatricians are supposed to be doctors looking out for your child's best health and they're encouraging it, egging you on and saying no, that this can't possibly be a link just because it's a little bit delayed.
I mean, wow, it's unbelievable.
So what did your, starting with the first child, what did he sort of start regressing or how did he start regressing?
Speech and motor skills and whatnot?
Yep.
Carson started to no longer respond to his name.
He started lining up toys.
He started verbal stimming.
He would say diggity, diggity, diggity, diggity, diggity, diggity, diggity, over and over again.
And we were losing him and his engagement.
He was, prior to that, gregarious and social, wanted to share his world, and suddenly he was closing in on to his own world and really could care less about the world around him.
He developed severe sensory issues, sensitivities.
He didn't want to be given hugs.
He had severe anxiety.
The list goes on and on to a diagnosis of autism.
I knew right away That my kid was regressing.

I'm so sorry.
That must be frightening to sort of feel like you know your child and you're bonding with your child and then have that child stop engaging with you and responding to you and having that feeling of knowing each other.
So then you moved on.
So then your second child, you did continue to give her the childhood vaccines as well.
My second son, we gave him vaccines.
He developed severe eczema.
And then we took him to an allergist and we found out he was allergic to aluminum, which stopped us from vaccinating him further with aluminum vaccines.
And I truly think that saved him quite a bit.
He is our most neurologically intact child and our healthiest child.
And then child number three, my daughter, after her two-month shots that night, she developed severe high fever and vomiting.
And she was hospitalized.
And then within two weeks after that, she started developing a seizure disorder called infantile spasms, which looks very much like a, if you can imagine, a brand new baby doing sit-ups over and over again.
Jackknife sit-ups.
That's what my daughter did.
And there it progressed into seven different food allergies and a rash that never went away.
And we later found out that she had developed a sensitivity and allergy to the sun in an autoimmune condition called cutaneous lupus.
Wow.
Okay.
And what does that entail?
She can't really be outside or what?
For many, many years, any exposure to sunlight caused a very extensive rash, a scarring kind of rash.
But thankfully, we have worked through all of those issues now through functional medicine.
And for vaccine injury specialists, doctors, that have truly saved my children.
And Catherine is doing so much better now.
In fact, we were able to move to Florida.
We never in a million years thought we could move to Florida because of the sun.
And to this day, she is thriving here in the state of Florida.
She's doing great.
Wow, that's amazing.
Wow, that's really hopeful.
Yeah, there's hope.
There's hope.
Yeah, I don't want to talk about all the doom and gloom, but, you know, basically, so you have three children, all three, you continued the vaccines, and they all three are on the autism spectrum?
Just my oldest is on the autism spectrum.
My middle child developed dyslexia, and my youngest daughter, severe ADHD. Okay, got it.
Did you ever at the time think that people who were against vaccines were conspiracy theorists or anything?
Or was that not something that you thought about?
I believe the parents that I worked with their kids.
I never questioned, you know.
I believe that parents know their children more than anybody, right?
So I grew up in a time when it was okay to question things and to believe parents.
We didn't gaslight parents, right?
They were the ultimate authority.
They know their children.
So it was never like that.
But I was trusting of the medical industry and I was trusting of doctors.
Even though I believed the parents, I still trusted that it was, you know, we have to weigh the pros and cons.
And I believed at that time that the cons of not vaccinating outweighed the pros of vaccinating and the potential of any neurological problems.
And since then I have learned Completely that that is the opposite and that the medical industry and doctors are not truly engaged, educated on vaccine injury and how prolific it is.
And I truly believe that vaccine injury is the greatest epidemic that our country has ever faced.
It really is.
I mean, look, it's kind of like It's so sinister and criminal and everybody who's in on it, whether knowingly or unknowingly, the pediatricians, the vaccine makers, you're taking a healthy newborn child who has a perfectly healthy immune system and then just injecting it with toxins,
wrecking its immune system and debilitating it potentially for life or having it become autistic, having a slew of a host of different problems, autoimmune issues.
So it's so sinister to think of just having this beautiful, clean slate of newborns and then having it be almost mandatory, but at least heavily pushed, heavily encouraged to turn that child's life upside down.
And so many preschools, even pediatricians, so many schools, elementary schools, they won't even allow your child to be attending that school if they're not up to date with their vaccines.
Well, depending on what state you live in, there are certain states that you absolutely cannot educate your child unless you take all of the mandate vaccines.
California is a perfect example of that.
California has eliminated their philosophical and their religious exemptions and their medical exemptions.
Believe it or not, They have now removed medical exemptions.
A child that has already had adverse reactions to vaccines, that child is not allowed to even go to school unless they get all those vaccines.
Yep, it is very very difficult and every state is continuing to push for these mandated vaccines.
Now we have the COVID vaccine that has now been accepted in the ACIP, so very soon we're going to see school districts and states that are going to be requiring the COVID vaccine for our kids too to be able to go to school.
So it's time that parents step up, it's time that lawmakers step up, and we start giving back parent rights to decide what kind of pharmaceuticals are going to go into their child and still have the liberty to go to school, to be part of the world, be part of a society.
So we have to really understand how they start taking our rights, how they strip away our rights as parents.
We are hurting our children with the 78 now mandated vaccines on the pediatric schedule.
It's so crazy.
And when you walk into a pediatrician's office, what is everywhere?
It's all posters that are advertisements for vaccines.
That's it.
And really what a well visit is when you take your child in there, it's just pumping them with more shots.
I mean, that's pretty much the purpose of the well.
No.
There's nothing well about well visits, right?
That child might have gone in well, but the child is not going to leave well.
Right.
They're going to leave with seizures.
They're going to leave with a high fever.
They're going to leave with You know, something, GI issues or autism.
It's just, it's unbelievable how most parents don't know this.
And again, someone like you, who was probably in the best position to know this, and you still made that mistake.
I mean, that shows how powerful it is, how powerful the propaganda is.
Yes, the coercion, the guilt.
I mean, these pediatricians and nurses are trained how to guilt parents, how to fear parents into vaccinating their children.
They're the biggest drug pushers in the world.
And I don't think that most pediatricians even realize nobody really goes into medical school to harm their patients.
Really, you know, they go to medical school because they want to help kids.
They want to help their patients.
You would hope, yeah.
They have propagandized themselves.
The pharmaceutical industry has completely captured the medical schools and the medical boards, and they push these pharmaceuticals, and they let them believe that they're doing something to save humanity, and they're not allowing them truly to Look at what the science says.
The science is overwhelming that shows that these vaccines are not safe and effective.
If they only are given that access to that and are allowed to look at it, and then allowed to even speak up about it.
Pediatricians are so incentivized through the pharmaceutical industries and the Blue Shields, Blue Cross, and all of the different Insurance companies, they're incentivized to make sure that all of their parents and their patients are vaccinated.
Right.
I heard that if a pediatrician gets at least 80% of their patients vaccinated, they get a big bonus.
I don't know if you can confirm or deny that.
Yes, and there's some research that shows that pediatricians can make up to an additional million dollars a year in a thriving pediatric practice if all of their kids are vaccinated, all their patients.
Wow, wow.
So think about that, parents.
Next time you take your child to the pediatrician, and the pediatrician's trying to push a vaccine on you, think about the big payday that they're getting.
What's really behind that push?
It's like a drug dealer, like what you said.
I mean, it's really sinister and criminal.
So, and I'm not trying to judge you here, by the way.
I'm just trying to, you know, get your thought process of why, you know, someone like you who, yeah, you had all this knowledge, but again, the gaslighting, the manipulation, the propaganda is so strong.
And the authority figure, you know, the power that we put in authority figures is really strong and powerful and effective.
So it's hard to overcome that for most parents, especially if you're a first-time parent.
It absolutely is.
We pay the doctors.
We trust the doctors to tell us what they went to school for.
They know better, right?
We trust them to tell us what is going to keep our kids healthy.
And it doesn't matter what kind of experience or background that we have, that's kind of that role that we have in our society.
And it's really time that parents start to grasp, Take it from me and don't learn the way that I had to learn.
It's to do your due diligence and really understand what has been blocked from medical schools and the very little bits that pediatricians are taught about vaccines compared to the propaganda that they've been given to just push all of these drugs on our kids.
You know, we have to, as parents, we are the ultimate authority for our kids.
We are the ones that birth these children, we're raising those children.
These pediatricians, when they give your child a vaccine, they're not going to take care of your child when it starts developing an autoimmune disease or your child starts having seizures.
When you lose your child and you're up every night, You know, for years, nursing that child, trying to get that child back to health and a normal life.
That pediatrician is not going to be there with you in the night, helping you through a devastated life.
This is you and your responsibility as a parent.
And it's very important that you take these decisions very seriously and do your due diligence.
And it's okay to say no.
It's your child.
It's okay to say no.
Thank you for that.
Absolutely.
It's okay to say no, don't feel pressured or guilted, because you're the one that's going to be living with your child and taking care of your child forever, not the pediatrician.

And we try to connect parents to physicians Around the country that know the root cause of disease, they know how to look for that, and they actually try to find healing instead of just the therapies that a lot of these parents are given, ABA or speech therapy for their kids with autism.
There is hope.
There is hope for autism if you find a doctor that understands the root cause and looks to heal.

He never mentioned anything when we were communicating like that.
So you said part of the reason you voted like that is because you felt he was mocking you, correct?
So it's personal.
Yeah, and that's not accurate in any of that.
I asked him about the six weeks off.
I asked him about why we didn't have a term limits bill up and continued on down the line, and it was always not his fault.
You know, leadership has responsibilities.
The buck stops somewhere.
And in the House of Representatives, it stops and starts at the Speaker's office.
And clearly, that's not happening.
And clearly, you know, you don't want to continue to make excuses for him.
But the truth is, his approval rating around the country was not very high.
And I don't represent the people of Congress.
And you know that it was a good decision to oust Kevin McCarthy.
You know that he was a deep state plant because turkey gobbler Mitch McConnell was sad to see him go.
Yes, boo-hoo.
So sad to see him go.
With all due respect, he gives them.
I'd like to start by thanking Speaker McCarthy for his service.
We had a great personal relationship.
We're trying to lead two very different parts of the American government.
I think he has much to be proud of.
We avoided a government shutdown.
We did the inevitable with regard to the debt ceiling.
And I'm one person who is extremely grateful for his service.
I have no advice to give to House Republicans except one.
I hope whoever the next speaker is gets rid of the motion to vacate.
I think it makes the speaker's job impossible.
And the American people expect us to have a functioning government.
And this was a part of Matt Gaetz's fiery speech to oust Kevin McCarthy.

Nancy Pelosi was just evicted from her Capitol office.
Yes, Nancy Pelosi, the globalist goblin that I ran against for Congress in 2020, has been evicted from her hideaway office.
She had like a secret hideaway office.
Uh, in the Capitol by the Republican-controlled House Administration Committee and was ordered to vacate by the close of Business Day yesterday.
So she had to leave her office, her secret little hideaway office, with her tail between her legs, and she's very angry about it.
Representative McHenry today ordered me to vacate my Capitol office.
McHenry is a sad little man stuck in the closet.

And the third Darwin Award goes to New York Attorney General Letitia James and everybody else, the DOJ and all of these other organizations and powers that be that are against Trump and trying to take him down instead of having him be on the campaign the DOJ and all of these other organizations and powers that He was at the New York court yesterday, pretty pissed off.
This was part of his fiery speech saying that he would rather be in Ohio.
He would rather be on the campaign trail giving rallies anywhere else.
There's so many things that he could be doing for Americans and on the campaign trail and stuck here, absolutely stuck here because of these ridiculous, bogus charges.
And you're right.
He is completely stuck.
And I like this side of Trump.
Honestly, I haven't seen him this fired up and pissed off in a long time.
And it felt really genuine, really real.
I was glad to see that power fiery side of Trump come out.

Today, if you read the New York blood journal, they basically say they have no case against Trump.
Yeah.
But I'm here, stuck here, and I can't complain.
I'd rather be right now in Iowa.
I'd rather be in New Hampshire or South Carolina or Ohio or a lot of other places, but I'm stuck here because I am a corrupt Attorney General that communicates with the DOJ in Washington to keep me nice and busy because I'm leading Biden in the polls by a lot.
That's all this is.
This is election interference.
They made up a fake case.
They're fraudulent people.
And the judge already knows what he's going to do.
He's a Democrat judge.
In all fairness to me, he has no choice.
He has no choice.
He's run by the Democrats.
I know this city better than anybody knows this city.
Nobody knows it like I do.
He's a Democrat judge out of the clubhouses.
He's controlled and it's a shame.
What's going on here is a shame.
Our whole system is corrupt.
This is corrupt.
Atlanta is corrupt.
And what's coming out of D.C. is corrupt.
But this is a good one because this one is interesting.

New York Law Journal today did a very good job.
And others have done a good job.
They say there's no case here.
But we have a corrupt Attorney General that tried to make a case.

And again, he's right.
This is just election interference.
This is just another way, another method of election interference because they know that Trump would win otherwise.
It's so ridiculous.
All we can do is pray that things turn around.

This is Kentucky's 2022 Teacher of the Year speaking in just a minute that you'll hear the Teacher of the Year.
I cannot believe my eyes and ears when I see this, but here's him instructing teachers to not follow the rules at schools.
That try to restrict teaching gender ideology and transgender ideology and all that riffraff in school.
And he actually talks about how he needs to start, or other teachers especially, need to start hanging rainbow transgender flags instead of American flags in classrooms.
And he just really gets off and loves the fact that he can sneak around these rules and says, this is the way we got to do it.
So check out Kentucky's 2022 Teacher of the Year.
We'll cite Kentucky Commissioner of Education, Jason Glass, whose number one piece of advice is do not obey rules in advance.
And I think do not ask questions about the rules in advance.
And what teachers sometimes have a tendency to do because they're rule followers and teachers are communicators and they like clarity.
I'll give you, so if your superintendent says, remember we don't have wall hangings about sexuality, do not ask, does a rainbow flag count, right?
They're hoping that you will tell them it does in your own words.
They're hoping that you will just preemptively take it down.
I say whatever role that you're seeing, Take it in the least restrictive way possible and refuse to do harm.
So if we look at the example that I know, which is Kentucky's example, which is no instruction or presentation on gender identity or gender expression.
Okay?
All human beings have all three of those.
So it has nothing to do with LGBTQ people.
We know the intent was that, right?
But they wrote it ambiguously so that they could say, we weren't trying to be LGBTQ. Meanwhile, we're taking out books about gay penguins, right?
So I say, read the bills.
Do not obey in advance.
Fight the system.
This is just a truth.
For any teacher teaching in Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Texas, probably all the square states over there too, you can't follow the rules and be a good person.
Period.
You cannot enforce every rule that they're telling you and be a good person.
Every single teacher out there knows that there are times.
And here's yet another monstrous teacher, a he or she or it, I don't know, that is following this other teacher's lead and talking about how we should be hanging BLM flags in the classrooms, we should be hanging rainbow flags in the classrooms, gay flags.
Anything but American flags in the classroom.
And these are the people that are teaching your children.
When we say that the war is against our children, your children, it's seriously true.
And you've got to pay attention if you're a teacher, if you're a parent, rip your child out of school right now.
Ooh, if you don't like these, you know what's really gonna burn your biscuits?
I don't have an American flag anywhere in my classroom either.
Oh no!
